We have RMA to thank for 2 babies now, and are so grateful! I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Hong and her team. I’ve never felt so safe, listened to, and “taken care of” by a doctor. I wish I could continue seeing her after graduating from RMA haha – but I’m so glad I had her for such a difficult and stressful chapter of my life!At the facility, the new policy to have morning monitoring scheduled was super helpful. Most of my appointments I never waited more than 5 mins for bloodwork or ultrasound (one time I had to wait maybe 20-30 but seemed like a fluke day where they were backed up – years ago when I had come and the appointments weren’t scheduled, I regularly waited close to an hour, so this is a HUGE improvement!)I’ve noticed many of the negative reviews on here talk about how it’s not a personal experience and there’s tons of patients and you see a different doctor every appointment, so I just wanted to specifically voice a more positive counter to that – RMA is THE BEST at what they do. Of course there are tons of patients and tons of doctors – because this is the place to go if you want success for your treatment. You’re not going here to have your hand held, you’re going to get a baby, and there’s a pretty great chance that you’ll get it here!Not to mention, even though you don’t see your doctor at every appointment, the appointments are SO quick, I don’t see why it matters which doctor does your 2 minute ultrasound and writes up the report haha. After every appointment, my doctor reviewed the results and I got a personal call and/or message in the portal from my nurse to follow up. It was made clear that if I ever felt the need to speak with my doctor, I could do that too. She also made an effort to be there to do the important appointments, like my embryo transfer, or an ultrasound when we were concerned about an issue I had! So for such a big, busy facility, I felt a ton of personalized care actually!Overall so happy to have found RMA and THANK YOU to Dr. Hong and the rest of the staff for everything that you do – you are true miracle workers!

Words cannot describe how grateful we are for RMA especially for our Dr Bergh and his nurse Christina. They are the best of the best and have helped us tremendously. Thanks to them and the entire RMA staff and team that was there throughout our process, they helped us get pregnant with our miracle baby boy. I’m now 5 months and cannot recommend this place more. Put your trust in them and they will do everything they can to help guide you and aid you into getting pregnant. Thank you RMA!!!

Where can I even begin to describe how absolutely incredible RMA Basking Ridge has been to us. For so many years, we were losing hope and faith that we were going to ever conceive naturally. From day one, we were reassured that everything was going to be okay and that we would find success together.Now 9 weeks pregnant, I cannot even begin to thank them for all they have done for us and our family. Phlebotomists, nurses, doctors and even secretaries always greeted us with a positive attitude and we never once felt unhappy or uncertain. Though we were excited to “graduate” with them recently, we were sad to go! I know it may sound cliche but they truly changed our lives. Cannot thank them enough.

Updated Review - I am updating my review from 3 to 4 stars to reflect all the efforts RMA has made to get me my medical records. They assigned a case manager who has worked with me last 2 weeks to get me all my records. I am grateful for the service. I would have given them 5 stars if this experience was smoother, without me having to work with a case manager or resort to writing a Google review. They have great service when it comes to providing fertility services but the post discharge customer experience can be made better especially when the discharged patients are pregnant women who are already going through a lot of symptoms and changes and cant afford to spend time and energy to deal with RMA everyday to get their medical records for obgyn.I am still satisfied that they took my complaints seriously after my review. My case manager was very helpful.Thank youJuly 5th Review- I honestly love RMA for the state of the art facilities and services. I never had a single bad experience with them. Until I was discharged from them and they failed to send my medical records to my ob gyn. I am pregnant and my Dr really needs to see my records to proceed and its been a nightmare. The instructions they laid out were unclear and they never respond on time. I got assigned a new nurse who ll not pick my calls and responds after days. She has an ooo message which says she ll return on 2-3 business days for last 2 months which is insane. Just because I am discharged doesnt mean I may not come back for a 2nd pregnancy to rma. I am suffering from severe first trimester symptoms including severe migraine and I requested the new nurse to please call me regarding my records as I cannot look at a screen or wait for her delayed emails. She never did. My last nurse was fantastic but she quit rma. I wonder why. Anyway, if rma is reading this, please hand over my records to my obgyn. I begging you. My Dr needs it to help with my high risk pregnancy.

So far my experience with RMA has been extremely negative. Although everyone is very pleasant, the systems they have in place are not at all user-friendly. Their hours are inflexible and inconvenient, their communication is terrible - they either call with a ton of information that there’s no chance of remembering, so by the next day you feel lost and confused, or they use an app to communicate, which gives the bare minimum but no details (so, again, confusing). The doesn’t have notifications, so you just have to check every five minutes to see if the nurse has sent you a message. My partner and I are in the midst of a donor egg cycle, and we have no idea what to expect. We learn more about the steps and timings of the various procedures from RMAs finance department than we do from the medical team. Although our doctor seems knowledgeable, and again everyone is very kind, I hate pretty much everything about the practice.

We continue celebrating, now three months, with so much love it is difficult to describe. We sought out assistance at RMA with IVF after I was diagnosed with infertility and PCOS.We received state of the art medicine with a compassionate touch. Sincere gratitude to Dr Paul A. Bergh, Dr Michael R. Drews, Jamie Segarra and the ENTIRE staff. It truly takes a well olied system and diligent staff to tackle the time sensitivity of all things related to fertility. From blood draws, to diagnostics, to procedures, phone calls, absolutely EVERYTHING happens exactly on time without any sign whatsoever of system overload (despite servicing tons of patients) or caregiver fatigue. This is impressive for the current state of medicine. Our twin boys miracle babies are here thanks to all of you and words cannot capture the gratitude we have for your commitment to our happiness. Should anyone reading this be hesitant about choosing the RMA Network as a provider, look no further, you will not find a better place to receive specialized care in the area of infertility.

My experience at RMA in Basking Ridge, NJ office has been a positive and successful experience through IVF process. My husband and I are grateful to Dr. Angela Leung and Nurse Casidhe who have been a great support team every step of the way. They’re both Excellent! Everyone is so friendly from front desk, Elizabeth in phlebotomy and ultrasound staff, etc. I was discharged from RMA with one cycle of IVF treatment in my 40s and now beginning my journey as a mom-to-be. Without RMA we would not have our children, and they did an overall great job with us every step of the way. My one sticking point is that we were ready to have our 2nd in 2021-2022, in the middle of Covid restriction nonsense.They would not allow the partner to come to any appointments, even while wearing the masks that worked so well. My wife had to go for implantation alone for what reason? I couldnt be in the room? Someone who shares a home with her? It made me feel very disconnected from the whole process and to this day it still bothers me (perhaps why Im writing this now).It soured an otherwise good experience with people who are doing such important work. Thank you, RMA, but Ill never forgive being barred from appointments with my wife.

Dr Shastri and her team is extraordinary! They know what they are doing and did it with great care for me and my family. We felt it was a smooth sail and somebody is there to answer your questions all the time. Highly recommend Dr. Shastri.

You are nothing more than a number. They send me another patients info, they called my wife by the wrong name, they pre charge you for things you might not do.Get ready to pay $$& buy time, because they are in the business of taking advantage of people.

As a surrogate, I worked with the staff of RMA throughout the process of medically preparing for an embryo transfer, the transfer itself, and the after care. The communication with RMA was incredible. I felt very cared for and received responsive and timely communication. Michelle Benedetto and all of the staff are amazing.

I went to RMA in early July after having a few miscarriages and a cycle that was longer than 60 days. They were so amazing and reassuring that me and my husband would be able to have our rainbow at some point. The first thing they noticed was my thyroid and continued checking it and set me up with all the right doctors to support us on our journey! I couldn’t be more happy with choosing RMA to support our wants of continuing to grow our family!

Yes, my husband and I found hope at RMA (via IUI), and he is now 5 months old 🙏🏻 The team of Doctors, RN and coordinators assigned to me were incredible, professional yet kind! I was well informed every step of the way and I was especially impressed by the connectivity of the RMA branches and their facilities. The speed at which the various test results would come was especially impressive to me! This is a very emotional and sensitive journey and everyone I had the opportunity to meet (including the bloodwork technicians) were very kind and lovely. I cannot begin to express my gratitude and relief while going to RMA Basking Ridge; specifically with Dr. Drews. Ive seen so many Doctors over the past year and he was a great to speak to and to perform my surgery. Im so happy he could help me with my concerns.

RMA truly does amazing work.Unfortunately, I don’t always feel like our needs are being taken seriously. During our first appointment, our Dr. told us that we were “very vanilla”, which was incredibly disrespectful and insensitive to our struggles. Our Dr. also ordered labs on that day that were missed somehow- it took her 3 months to notice, which delayed us again.They are the best in this area, but choose your Dr. recommended from someone you trust.

I would give RMA 10 stars if I could. Everyone there is so nice and understanding of everyone having different circumstances for being there. I have been to 3 of there offices each one extremely clean. Each office has the nicest people working there. I would go back if I decide to have any more kids

All the staff of RMA is super nice! The ladies who do the bloodwork are troopers, they cheer for us! They all deserve a raise, these are the people who have a soul and actually show that truly care about their patients. Special shot out for Elizabeth, She is a God sent angel in this place. Her hand is amazing! you wont feel pain, if you are scared about this ask for Elizabeth, she is the BEST!!!!! (RMA team she deserve a huge bonus and raise - she is what is keeping your clients happy) RMA is a great place but is like a factory you go in and out and everyday someone different will do either the ultrasound or bloodwork. If you are someone who need constant attention this might not be the place for you, I am someone busy who just wanted to try IVF and it worked great for me, I am not depressed or need extra attention so I was always in communication via text / the app with my nurse and never saw my doctor in person just one zoom call. It was minimum the time I had to spend with these 2, despite this they did a great work. I was able to retrieve 18 embryos and I am currently successfully pregnant. This is for the professional women who needs to walk in and out without much drama! I loved my experience. Highly recommend.

This review is for Ms. Elizabeth Gutierrez in the lab in the Basking Ridge office. She is an expert phlebotomist with many years of experience. She takes the time to make even difficult sticks, like mine, a breeze. She is patient and all the while sweet and always smiling. This goes a very long way and I hope the RMA team know they are very lucky to have her!

I very much appreciated my team at RMA. Dr. Leung and Michelle Benedetto are both incredible health care providers. Although I only met with Dr. Leung a few times, I felt very well taken care of. Michelle was there for me every step and answered all my questions in a timely manner. She made a process that is quite terrifying (bc of the uncertainty) very smooth. Elizabeth Gutierrez is an excellent phlebotomist. In the last couple of weeks, I had my blood drawn by her and I have to say it was great experience. She greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel comfortable. My veins are very tiny but, Elizabeth technique was gentle and efficient. She was able to find my vein quickly and used the correct equipment, making the process painless. Even I had to do the blood test two times a week, my veins never got damaged. With her, I never had bruises. I had a great experience with Elizabeth and would like to thank her.

RUN FOR YOUR LIFE. You will be treated like you are on an assembly line. None of your treatment will be curtailed. You’ll have a different doctor probing at you every time that you want in and none of them fully understand the concerns or objectives of the others. They are MONEY HUNGRY and don’t really care if you get a positive result. I did one cycle in 2022 where they triggered me TOO early and out of 9 eggs retrieved only 3 were mature. I was hesitant to do another cycle because I did not trust them based on my experience and by the time I returned one year later the price had gone up $2000 and no one could give me a good reason why. I didn’t want to do it because of my previous experience but the provider Eveline Tuers assured me my experience would be different and she was right. It was WORSE. This time they triggered me WAY to late and all of my eggs were useless by that point. $20k of my hard earned cash down the drain because I allowed a bunch of doctors who couldn’t care less about me to treat me like a cow on an assembly line. I should have trusted my own instincts. And I know others who have attested to a similar experience. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere where the doctors truly care about your well being because I can PROMISE you… ITS NOT HERE!!!

I want to thank RMA Basking Ridge for helping my husband and I have our miracle baby boy this past June. We went there for 2 transfers in 2021 while being monitored in Marlton and I can’t say enough good things. The nurse/techs/doctors/embryologists were so nice and comforting while I had to do this alone while my husband had to wait outside. I’m so grateful to all of you and hope to transfer there again soon!

Noelia in the finance department is useless. Asked questions about financing options and couldnt explain a damn thing. All Noelia cared about was swiping a credit card for payment.

RMA was wonderful! Everyone was extremely nice and understanding in the Basking Ridge office. My nurse Kelly was absolutely the best. She is so patient, kind and willing to answer all of my questions and get me information as needed. I’m very grateful for the Basking Ridge office and all that they’ve done for me personally and my husband. We are now expecting our first child when I didn’t think it was possible. I’d recommend RMA to anyone out there thinking having a child isn’t possible for them. RMA took the time to figure out what my problem was and gave educated recommendations and here we are-pregnant!!!

I’ll never be able to thank rma for how they helped my husband and I. Last year we felt so lost but Dr Maslow, our nurse Jen, and Dr Cheng created magic with science and helped us during our infertility struggle. We are now expecting a little girl in less than four weeks and it is all because of the team at RMA at basking ridge.

We have our beautiful baby due to this wonderful place. It operates like a machine in the best way. They know what they are doing and they do it really well. It was my third fertility office and it was unbelievably better than my other experiences. They diagnosed me and set up a plan within the first appointment and we just followed it. I could’ve recommend them more! Dr Bergh and his team are incredible and I trust them when we decide to try for our next baby.

I have only good things to say about RMA. My provider, Lauren Nervi, was always caring and compassionate to my needs. Even when I had to pause treatment for several months due to family medical issues, she called to check in on me and ask about my family. She always took time to talk to me and answer any questions about treatment that I had, and even sent me research studies at my request. My nurse, Talia, was almost always available when I needed her or called me back same day. I also met with two founders of the clinic, Dr. Bergh and Dr. Drews, both of whom were kind and patient with me. After I had a miscarriage following my first FET (just bad luck unfortunately), the staff at RMA were more than willing to make special accommodations for me so I could always be seen by my provider instead of a randomly assigned doctor or tech, which greatly eased my anxiety. I always felt like they cared about me and I was much more than just a number to them. I am forever grateful to RMA and highly recommend them to anyone seeking fertility treatment.

Dr.Bergh was instrumental in helping us make the right decisions in expanding our family. RMA left no stone unturned and I always felt like a priority. Communication was key in this process and even though you’re a part of a big facility, I always was able to speak to my nurse and get any question answered. If you find yourself in the position in seeking further family planning, I wouldn’t hesitate in making an appointment with RMA.

Not only did she exhibit top-tier medical expertise, but her genuine warmth and attentiveness made an otherwise challenging experience feel manageable. I gave birth to a beautiful girl on 3/29/23 and get teary eyed thinking how this would have never been possible without the help of RMA. A huge thank you from the bottom of my heart goes to Dr Chu who implanted my embryo. My OB may have delivered my baby but it was Dr. Chu who started it all :)It may be just another day of work for the staff but I can’t imagine so many blessings in store for those who help create life for others. Dr. Maguire, Nurse Alexis, and the entire RMA NJ team helped us start our family. We can’t thank them enough and we would put my entire trust in them again in a heartbeat. I’ve never had such attentive medical help from people who truly care. We felt at home and calm the entire journey.I started the journey with them single to freeze my eggs and picked up again when my husband and I were ready. I’m so glad I did my research years ago and stuck with them. Despite some of these reviews, they were very organized, and had superb bedside manners the entire time. I joke with friends that it was 5 star hotel service but it’s really true.

My fertility journey was long and I have been to, at least, 3 different fertility clinics, and by far RMA is the best.Infertility is very stressful and at RMA I have found compassion, respect and caring professionals, from the financial analyst to nurses and doctors, they always did their best to help me.I can’t thank you enough Dr. Drews and all the RMA team for never giving up on us! We have today a very healthy little girl and another one coming up in a few months!

We had an unbelievable experience with Dr. Kim and the nurse Shelli there. We moved to RMA after a terrible experience elsewhere so we have another clinic for comparison. Everything RMA did felt in our best interest from the get-go and I felt much more like a human being and patient than a lab rat. They seem to genuinely care -- not just about outcome but about experience. Their approach and philosophy also resulted in less time wasted, less pain, less expense, and more ease in general throughout the process. We got pregnant on the first embryo transfer with them (and the first embryos made there were healthy -- it was a better outcome than several other rounds at our first clinic on the first try -- their embryologists are wonderful). We cannot recommend RMA enough. You wont be sorry!

I want to write an objective review as opposed to a subjective review based on my wife and I individually. The staff at RMA were friendly, thorough, and patient. Dr. Werner paid close attention to our unique situation. She executed a plan based around that. After several attempts we conceived a wonderful and healthy baby boy who is now almost a year old. I think the key to our positive experience is this...We found the staff and the doctor had an important understanding to the fact that the entire experience overall is unpleasant. You are there because you are struggling. You and your spouse dont want to be there, but you know this is the avenue to get you to where you want to go. That level of empathy and kindness goes a long way. We had been to another practice prior to switching to RMA that did not have such understanding and bed side manner. My experience with RMA has been wonderful. I can only imagine how many patients RMA has. Despite the high volume of patients coming and going, the staff and doctors treat each of their patients with special attention and kindness. Starting from the front desk to the lab techs to the nurses and doctors. I can share this experience especially after being discharged from RMA and now experiencing the difference in treatment in my current ob-Gyn office. What a difference! It makes me miss RMA that much more. Thank you, RMA for always caring about me and never giving up.

This is by far the best fertility clinic I have ever been to (I have been to 4 and have been to several OB’s to get the appropriate care I need). They are a well oiled machine! This was the first time I felt taken care of instead of me having to push so hard to get tests done or me trying to figure out what could possibly be wrong and how to fix it.The level of knowledge and care here is superb! They know their stuff.I also had my best results here. They took a different approach and did some things no other doctor had ever mentioned before. I’m so thankful for RMA for helping me through a very tough journey!

Cant say enough great things about Dr. Paul Bergh and his team. I previously was at a different clinic before coming to RMA and was left frustrated and annoyed after every appointment. Switching to RMA was the best decision I made, the team there is organized and courteous. They think of everything to the last detail. I especially appreciated that they did not allow babies and kids in the office. As this was a very sensitive time for me, it helped immensely to not be reminded of what I didnt have during each appointment. I have one healthy baby from RMA and a second on the way. Forever grateful that I found this clinic and for the hardworking people that work tirelessly to make aspiring familys dreams a reality.

They absolutely do not care about anyone who isnt pursuing growing their family. Urology puts the onus on the patient to refill medications, contact specialty pharmacies, literally expects patient to act as doctor.DO YOUR JOBS!!!!!!!!!

The experience my husband and I had with RMA was spectacular. In fact, I still brag about the doctors, nurses, and staff to this day. Anyone having to walk through their doors is struggling or facing a reproductive challenge in some way, and they provided us with hope and clarity from our first visit to the end of our journey. The doctors take their time to assess your situation and set a clear path forward. The nurses are incredibly empathetic and available to answer any questions or reassure any doubts you may have, at any time. The staff is organized and puts an emphasis on strong communication. RMA NJ in Basking Ridge is a state of the art facility with the most caring Reproductive Endocrinologists I have seen. After seeing other doctors outside of the RMANJ network, I felt immediately confident and at ease in their care. They have tremendous empathy, are communicative and organized. I have had both successes and failures with these doctors and nurses - and I am confident they had done everything in the best interest of my family. Highly recommend seeing them!

RMA took care of us from start to finish. The entire staff is caring, friendly, and made us feel comfortable throughout the process. They exhibit the highest standards of professionalism and are truly the best fertility clinic in the state. The care coordination and communication were always prompt and delivered in a way we could comprehend. The Basking Ridge location is clean and filled with state of the art equipment. Dr Werner, our nurse Jandra, and our financial coordinator Allison provided everything we could have asked for in a support team while going through IVF.

We first went to RMANJ in 2014 after 10 years of trying to conceive, and then again in 2019. All of the doctors, nurses, and staff were so friendly, and helpful throughout our journey. We had such a great experience with them and will be forever grateful to them, for helping bring our 2 blessings into this world.

After 6 months of working with this facility, I am rating my experience as a 1 star. Firstly, you need to wait months before a new patient appointment. Once you get the appointment, in the 6 months I have been there, not once have I seen the doctor. That’s right. I keep getting bills and invoices with Dr. Bergh’s name on it but never met a Dr. Bergh. I saw Lauren Nervi who was smart enough but…. After all the money I’ve spent (which is equivalent to 3 Louis Vuitton large purses), I have nothing to show from it. My nurse, Alexandra Warn was very organized, good follow up, and good manner but could only give textbook and minimal liability answers - aka did not help me or guide me at all. I was never told not to take my vitamins along with a medication they put me on and therefore missed an entire month of their medication getting absorbed (I found this out by a dietitian I was working with at BeWell) and then they increased my dosage and now that it is absorbing since I am not taking my vitamins with it, I now am considered abnormal whereas before they put me on the medication I was within normal ranges. I will never go to RMA or any affiliate again and I feel very sadly for anyone who has had a similar experience to mine. If you are looking for personalized care by an actual doctor, then do not go here.

STAY AWAY! My boyfriend had an apt scheduled, two days prior we call to cancel because of Covid within our house. The front desk said there would be a $250 fee?? We never signed any new patient paperwork or read that anywhere. She said they had just emailed it today (two days prior to his apt) Why wouldn’t they have mentioned such fees right away or sent this paperwork when we made an apt? We had no clue about a cancellation fee, how do you expect someone to pay and agree to that without knowing until two days before their apt? While trying to call to figure out what to do I was transferred to different extensions, no one seemed to know what they were doing, and I was hung up on once. Now they’re requiring we email our results to avoid the fee. Money hungry office that seems to not know what they are doing. I read some of the other negative reviews and now I’m glad I avoided having my boyfriend go for this apt at all here.

I have tried other fertility centers that couldnt find out why I couldnt get pregnant! Dr. Bergh and all his staff including his nurses (Nurse Jackie years ago & Lynette currently) at RMANJ helped me to have not one, but TWO little miracles!!! My first daughter is 2.5 years old and I am currently pregnant with my second daughter!! Everyone at RMA is great at explaining what the next step is and have a great appreciation for what I was going through. I couldnt say enough amazing things about this facility!! If you just want to get tested or have questions about your fertility, I highly recommend only this fertility clinic. They are SO INNOVATIVE! They solved my mystery and I wish I had gone to them sooner!

After 3 years of trying and not getting pregnant, I was very skeptical of RMA if they were able to help. I was so glad I did. After 4 iui’s and 1 IVF our dreams finally came true! We have a healthy 9lbs baby boy. RMA has made our dreams come true given us hope again you can concure infertility. We plan to have a baby girl with RMA in the future! :)

We had a horrible experience here. They are more concerned with payment then actual care. We paid out of pocket for our service (over $6K) and met with their financial team. After our horrible experience they decided to over bill us for an additional $700 and billed it as storage fees. If there Medical team were as eager as their financial team maybe things would change. We made absolutely right decision to come to RMA Baskin Ridge. From the day 1 of our visit, felt professionalism, very streamlined process, starting with Dr. Seli, very knowlegeble, precise and focused who took time to listen our situation and recommend appropriate options ; talking to him boosted our confidence ; with very first round of retrival we got a very healthy embryo which even helped boosing our confidence level; and with process still ongoing, he is very proactive to understand and make appropriate measures to get better outcome which is very commendable. My nurse team headed by Nurse Jandra is awesome, very proactive to answer any querries and very detailed oriented; thanks to nurse Jennifer too; They make sure all the instructions are communicated via aap , portal, voice mail if we miss the call and through email; knowing all this steps require lot of background work and co-ordination; we value and respect there work. Financial team is great to the level we never had chance to call them as they have taken care of finace very smoothly through co-ordinating with insurance carriers; a big relief. Front desk ladies are super awesome, very positive, happy personalities, very enthusiastic and organized; they are first people you see every morning and make you feel positively good to see them. Blood work team is again very energetic, fast and very gentle at the same time, their team co-ordination is great which allows us to come in and leave fast. Ultrasound process is very well co-ordinated, very proactively accomodating and especially Doctors team including Dr Pawan Gil are super awesome, very gentle while performing ultrasound, very detailed oriented while counting follicles at the same time very humble which is great becoz we need that as we being patients are going through lot of emotions and they understand the same which is great. Egg retrival process is super awesome, very smooth, well co-ordinated, nurses are great, very helping; Anesthicians are confident and know what they are doing, which anesthisia is well suited to your body; Doctors performing egg retrival are super awesome, very very gentle, as I have never felt any discomfort after the process which is very commendable and at the same time reflects doctor’s experience and knowledge; they make sure every mature follicles are retrived and personally visit patients after retrival to make sure we are comfortable and when asked, they even tell how many eggs retrived; just doctor’s visit to see us makes us feel confident and relaxed. After retrival again lot of work goes behind the scene by team whose faces are never revealed but there work speaks and that is what makes them super heroes. So overall we can say that RMA Baskin Ridge had a great team and very well syncronized process that gives us being patient a level of security where our time and money is invested at the same time keep our energy level boosted by giving us a level of confidence about us being landed at a right spot.Thankyou RMA Baskin Ridge.

I recommend RMA with eyes closed, it is an excellent center to fulfill the dream of being a mother!my doctor was Dr. Drews excellent, very careful in the process and always attentive in what one needs.The only thing is that they should hire people who speak Spanish as well so that those of us who cannot communicate well have nurses who can speak our language.

I highly recommend RMA of Basking Ridge for your various fertility difficulties. Dr. Drew’s and his staff were wonderful. The entire staff at RMA were pleasant and professional. I am grateful for their patience and due diligence on my fertility journey .

Trying to have a baby is stressful enough. RMA will make it 5 times worse. Theyre too big for their own good. They mess up prescriptions, you can never get a hold of the right people, they have the gall to charge for release of medical records, appointments are continuously messed up.....what a mess!!! All it is is a baby making factory. Theres no compassion or care for their patients.

RMA is so kind, gentle and transparent. You feel like you’re the most important person they have ever treated. Your entire team is so thorough and available with any questions or concerns. I was truly blown away with how amazing they are.

Very disconnected with the mental health of their patients. I often felt left in the dark waiting for test results. Doctor was never present only met a total of 2 times and never called to check in on my well being. Messages were relayed by nursing staff. IVF is a very emotional process and I never felt like my emotional well being was taken into consideration. All parties lack empathy. I would not recommend this clinic. Had 2 cycles and many procedures done which equals a lot of money spent and nothing to show for it.

After 2 unsuccessful IVF cycles at another fertility clinic, my husband and I went to RMA as a last resort. To our surprise, not only did we get 4 good embryos from our egg retrieval, but we got pregnant on the first try! In addition, the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable and always responsive.

This Practice is very cold and impersonal. You line up like test subjects and wait you turn on the assembly line of ultrasounds and lab work. No one knew me by name or face. You can never get you nurse when you call, she seriously never answered the phone. Changed doctors within rma twice. First one was so rude the next only a bit better. The practice is overly focused on statistics and their success rates not you as a person. I had wonderful success at Irms and have a beautiful healthy baby girl! They were sympathetic, caring, just as if not more knowledgeable (found out why transfer did not take at rma based on added tests). and knew me by face and name, knew my husband and our specific needs.

Its ridiculous I have to pay to get my medical records. Weather its emailed to me or if sent to my doc and still wait 10 days to get records . This is inconvenient especially that I just found out I am pregnant and my obgyn needs this info for my emergency appointment next week.

Doctors and staff at RMA have been nice thus far. This review is really to comment on their phlebotomists. I usually go to somerset and never had any problems. However, my partner and I had to get bloodwork on the weekend so we had to go to the basking ridge location. The phlebotomists were chit chatting the entire time and not professional at all. The one that drew my blood did a terrible job and it was so painful. My partners arm has been bruised all week, my arm bruised not even a day later. They need to be informed of professionalism and not just stab and go.

Absolutely devastated. I was recently diagnosed stage 2 breast cancer and my husband and I were desperate for fertility support. I am only 35 and we were trying for children this year. We held off to be more stable and financially responsible. My cancer was a fluke. 1 in 8 apparently. I was advised my BMI was too high and they could not help me. Within three minutes I was disregarded and tossed aside despite my fertility health being positive, my supply being good, and my overall health besides the cancer being perfect condition. We are heartbroken and disgusted that RMA still uses such an antiquated system like BMI and wouldn’t even meet with us.

RMA Basking Ridge is a well oiled machine. Early morning monitoring is quick and organized.This review is about the bedside manner of a few doctors during ultrasounds. During an ultrasound where we were supposed to be able to see the gestational sac she asked “you’re sure you had an IUI”? What kind of question is that? This is an unacceptable question to be asking a patient.Additionally, During another ultrasound a few days later the doctor walked in and said “ok, so you are 6 weeks and 3 days”. I was there because I had a miscarriage. I would appreciate if the doctors could take a minute to review patients charts as many are going through a very emotional situation.

I got second child from RMA. I went there with no hopes but I got good results and no waiting time was there in any of the visits. I havent seen God but Dr. Stefani Shastri did it and we are happy and satisfied.Whole team is cooperative and responds quickly to all the quarries. Would highly recommend.

RMA New Jersey within Basking Ridge, NJ is a very well ran establishment and consists of extremely friendly, knowledgable and responsive employees. Prior to going to their office for an in-person appointment during the COVID-19 pandemic, their staff communicated with me frequently and ensured I had everything I needed while answering any and all questions that I had.More specifically, Dr. Philip Cheng did a tremendous job in assessing my condition quickly, scheduling the necessary internal and external follow-up appointments, and prescribing me with the prescriptions that I needed to get better.As for his Nurse Coordinator, Patti McCutcheon, I have never felt that I could rely on a nurse as much as I did her. With my prescriptions being rather complex (to me), I would reach out to Patti very often, sometimes 2-3 times a day and she would either answer every time or call me back in no more than 10 minutes with answers to every single question that I had. When it came to insurance coverage, she gave me several options of providers for my medication to ensure I would save as much money as possible.Being in such good hands when you are in need of help makes the entire process easier while taking a huge weight off of your shoulders. I wish a 10 out of 5 star review was an option because both Dr. Philip Cheng and Patti McCutcheon deserve it as they embody what all doctors and nurses should strive to be like. Thank you to both of them!

I had one 20 minute, virtual visit with Dr. Rhoads and expressed why I was seeking their service. She didnt listen at all and then set me up with significantly more testing than I requested and didnt even include what I actually wanted to have done. She also required my husband to go when that wasnt what I was seeing her for. These tests would have been in the thousands so I did not continue with her services. Next thing I know I received a bill for 200+ dollars for a 20 minute virtual visit. Do not recommend at all.

Rma is simply the best! They took really great care of me and my husband. Their morning monitorings are so reassuring and flexible. My care team was super great! My nurse chinue, dr. Gulati, dr chu, my husband’s urologist dr. Chen and our financial counselor grace has all been so supportive of our journey! After 4 years of trying , our dream of having are own family definitely is turning into reality . Rma was God’s instrument in helping us get pregnant

Run run run!!!!!!This clinic only cares about taking your money. It is a revolving door of doctors. You will just be a number with a price tag on your head.Our first doctor only physically saw me maybe 3 times for exams the first round. He was not able or did not want to answer questions. Every morning there was a different doctor measuring. None of my questions were answered. I was just being pushed through a first round. I was promised our first doctor would consult with my other doctors and he did not. I was promised a custom protocol and received the cookie cutter protocol they use on everyone.Our first round the biggest issue was that all of my medication was not ordered properly. I checked via email with our nurse and she confirmed we had everything ( we did not have the trigger shot ) I also was skeptical so I checked with “ my doctor “ as well as one of the other ones who saw me in the AM and was brushed off with no answer.Come to the day before the trigger shot - I receive an email with instructions from the nurse and we do not have the shot that I’ve been asking about.The retrieval day - I was in an office with a doctor I had never met. Not MY doctor as I was promised when we had made the decision to go here.It was a failed round. A quick call from our “doctor“ ( Dr.Kaiser ) letting us know it was failed, not answering a single questions and finishing the call letting us know he’d be leaving the practice to open one in Cali. I suspect this is why he was completely checked out during our first round.We asked to see Doctor Drews for our next round. I did not want to see another doctor who would be up and leaving midway and checked out.I assumed that would be Dr.Drews since he’s a partner. Our first meeting he promised a completely new protocol and made promises that were not kept, basically kept us hanging on to keep collecting his check.We saw him twice during the cycle. The first meeting and the final meeting. He never once examined me, I doubt he even looked at my medical history. At this point my regular OBGYn who had been working with me tried to contact him without success to discuss my health and medications.The protocol ended up being the same as the first one that did not work. Again, a slew of unfamiliar doctors who could not answer my questions.This time again, proper medications were not ordered - however, thankfully for my persistence it was handled before the day before my retrieval.The day before we started our second cycle I received a call from Jenna in finance saying our insurance would not cover this. My husband and I had to pause our work day and spent 3-5 hours on the phone with her and our insurance company. The insurance company assured her we did have the coverage. Even the woman with the insurance company was frustrated with their absolute incompetence.Finally, we start the second round. Dr.Drews was not available to answer a single question we had. Most of our questions through this process went unanswered.The medications caused me to have very bad inflammation in my body. The only step that differed from my first protocol was that I was on more estrogen prior to starting the cycle.The week before the retrieval I asked about delaying or stopping to get better results. I was brushed off again, no one answered me concerns or questions and we were pushed to follow through with the second retrieval to spite that I was showing the same results.Doctor Drews did not even call to let us know the results. I received a 5 minute call from our nurse. When requested an apt with him to discuss and were told 4-6 weeks. He saw us that week after us persisting.We were met by a cold rude man. Gave me a false diagnosis of infertility and sent on our way. He promised I’d never be pregnant without doner eggs - After he pushed for us to use doner eggs which we told him multiple times was not an option for us.Run run run!!! I don’t know how this man sleeps at night.

RMA is amazing! My consultation was such a positive experience and I have no doubt I chose the right place to help my husband and I start our family. Dr. Hong is so kind and knowledgeable. She has a way of putting you at ease and she takes the time to answer any and all questions you may have. The entire staff and attentive and thorough. I would recommend RMA to anyone looking to start or expand their family.

I had my egg retrieval 2/18/2022 and unfortunately ended up into the emergency room. I was asked to come back to the Baskin office the next day to take off the urinary catheter I got from the emergency room and do a further check. The doctors are great and no one wants such things to happen. Thus no blame for the procedure and what I am gonna complain about is the afterwards experience. My anger is towards the receptionist and nurses’s 0 empathy and professionalism.

This was my first visit and I just got out literally 10 minutes ago. It was an AMAZING experience. I had an HSG and blood work. Easy process and so much space for everyone to sit distanced. From the front desk to the end, everyone was so cheerful with this look of encouragement and understanding. I had Dr. Hong and Anne for my HSG. I was SO NERVOUS reading things online. I took 3 200mg of Ibuprofen and 1 Valium because I was anxious. Dr. Hong and Anne kept me engaged and talked to me the whole time, letting me know if it was a hand touching me or apparatus. It took about like 10 minutes and only about a minute of that was the dye portion. Felt like mild period cramps. No pain since my tubes were clear. If they aren’t I imagine it would just feel a bit more like pressure. Please DO NOT be afraid to get it done at this facility especially. They do these so often that they have it down to the T. Dr. Hong released the dye slow enough to allow me to take it in strides and asked how I was doing and Anne was in sync moving the overheard xray around for images. Results came in right away and that was it. They give you a castile wipe afterwards and liners incase of any discharge tinged with the slightest drop or two of blood. Highly recommend. Good luck and do not let anyone scare you, sometimes people have the tendency to exaggerate an experience because they would have rather not done it. I would rather have this done so I know what I need to, to prepare for a baby or keep my insides working like these should 🙌🏽

Avoid this facility. My wife and I went through a lot of things with this facility. We spent a lot of money and were treated miserably. Our nurse is very unprofessional. We just cannot reach her during an emergent situation even we have her personal phone number and were told to call her. She even has us order way more medicine than we need. We were not told all the options we have at the beginning. The whole protocol is not reasonable.We cannot ask or question the protocol. Otherwise, the nurse will yield at you. Really, really bad experience with this facility. I wish I never reach this facility. Both my wife and I are very heathy and in good conditions. Just the whole experience is terrible and makes our life more difficult.If you have other options, please please avoid this one. I wish someone can tell me this at the beginning. I wish I have the money and time to sue them. All I can do now is to write this review and hopefully can help people like us avoid this facility, and make the already difficult life of people a little bit easier.

Great doctor (Dr Bergh) that thought of the box for us within unique auto immune issues. Nurses were amazing and we found everything to be cutting edge. Prior to RMA we were at IRMS and this was a world of difference as we were very disappointed with our experience at IRMS. Thank god for RMA!

Dr.Maguire is heaven sent ! she helped us bring our beautiful babygirl into this world and our future additions. She’s is very kind, attentive, comforting, and supportive. She gives a very thorough explanation of what to expect. She is your number 1 fan along side your spouse through this journey.

Dr. Molinaro was wonderful! He took the time to explain everything from basic anatomy to complex reproductive strategies. He truly listened to our concerns and our past fertility experiences and made a fluid plan to help us conceive that we were very pleased with! We are so happy to be starting the next chapter of our fertility journey with RMA.

If I could give zero stars I would. This place did nothing but cause me unneeded heartache and stress. They lied to me about tests, treated me terribly during a test. One of the drs said I was being difficult They waste your time. They wasted my whole summer. Every time I went to schedule a test I was told no appts were available. I had to wait another month and then another month. An absolutely horrible experience with this office. The cattle call of fertility offices. Quoted by many other moms and practitioners!!!

RMA has been the biggest blessing. Everything we had to go through was made more simple and less confusing. I couldn’t ask for a better, smoother experience.

I came here after trying for a year with no luck and found out my husband had male infertility and dr franiasiak came up with a plan for me to try iui and we did 2 rounds and the second round worked and we now have a healthy 7 1/2 month old girl
