MUST READ….!!!!!!! If I could leave 0 stars I would …. This place is absolutely ridiculous!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL… the front desk people are very unorganized and they smirk in your face when telling me DR FREEMAN can’t see me to refill My Prescription after speaking to the nurse yesterday who told me to come in at 9am!! This is the third time I’ve wasted my gas and time to come up here only to be told DR FREEMAN can’t see me …. If u want ghetto unorganized, unprofessional service this is definitely this place to come …
I’ve been coming here since they were at another location and it has gone down hill the past 2-3 years. There’s a few ladies at the counter that are very sweet and understanding however, every time I come here the last 2 years I wait over 30 minutes sometimes an hour in the back room waiting on the doctor. I understand things happen but it’s a consistent long wait every time, I could understand 15-20 mins but 45 minutes- an hour is ridiculous. If my appointment is 1:00p.m. I shouldn’t be in the back room until 2:05 waiting on the doctor
Been waiting since January/2024for my dentures, pulled teeth in January 2024, June of 2024 they called me to try dentures MY DENTURES LOOKES LIKE A UPSIDE DOWN DONKEY.The Wait time is Absolutely unacceptable. My sister went there an the dentist told her to go another place get dentures the same day instead of waiting months
This clinic is honestly such a great facility offering many resources and treatments. Sure it may have a long waiting list at times for certain needs/specialties and it may seem a bit unconventional when compared to a regular clinic in some minor ways, but it is still a great clinic and organization to receive care for various specialties under one branch. The clinic itself is well maintained and in a safe, populous area. Inside its also nicely organized and easy to navigate. As for the care received from the doctors and nurses and pharmacy staff, it is honestly either exceeding expectations or adequate depending on the person and occasion for encountering them. I dont think a patient would be wrongly cared for or neglected, but I also would not expect to spend a great deal of time here telling stories to the staff/clinical team, making relationships, and receiving VIP treatment. Which is understandable, considering how busy the clinic is.My biggest gripe is on a couple of minor-ish areas. The charting system that provides a patient portal isnt the most user friendly, and has limited features. But, it serves basic purposes. Most importantly though, the people who answer the phone and secretaries/front desk workers sometimes seem as if they could not care less if you were brutally dying or bringing them a bouquet. It feels as if we are disturbing and interrupting them from their phone and forcing them to take their hands out of the chips bag and check patients in/out. The phone staff is probably the most concerning, because either 1 they were not instructed on using the hold button or 2 the hold button does not work and they dont realize it when they think patients are not listening, but they are actually talking about patients while they are on hold. Its concerning as well because of the lack of effort toward even simple things, like rescheduling appointments or asking a basic question.TL;DR: Adequate clinic, medical needs met, set low expectations.
I was Scheduled For today at 3:10pm, yesterday received the phone call and the message to confirm the appointment I answer and confirmed, I drive 30 minutes through the dental office when I Arrive the front desk lady said I was Not in the schedule. The bathroom was Out of hand soap, paper towels and toilet paper! And no sanitizer! Poor cleaning.1 star it is too much for this place!
My son was able to walk-in for a sports physical at Jefferson Terrace Academy. He had a great experience. Thank you so much!
I am here to tell you open health care clinic has fleetly made me feel like the most confident person, despite all the reasons why I Need their assistance. I’ve been going there for 3+ years. Miss Joanie nickins has always made me feel welcome and she’s very knowledgeable and explaining everything but I’m here today to tell you about Tanya Cain she works with me along my first case manager, and I didn’t speak to her until 3 1/2 years later, where she still remembered my name, and made me feel completely welcomed like I belong like it was OK to call during a very troubling time of need. I owe it to this facility for my well-being and peace of mind. I recommend open healthcare, 1 million times over.
Im currently sitting in the office for the 3rd day in a row. I initially had an appointment to do bloodwork but I couldnt wait 30 additional minutes after my appointment time. I have never been anywhere where it takes 10 minutes just to check a patient in. The intake specialist allow patients to complete paperwork at the window. You should ask them to take a seat and bring it back once there finished. I come as soon as they are open but for some reason it takes a ridiculous amount of time get to the back. I love my doctor but this office is terrible, unprofessional, unorganized Im quite sure understaffed and full of incompetent people.
Im getting down to the very last straw with this place. In the past few months, theyve had to reschedule my doctors appointment twice because of different reasons. Two months ago, they wouldnt refill my antidepressants, and I asked them to get me in contact with the doctor. Never heard back from them and thats after I spoke with the office five times about it for a week. I finally got in touch with a charge nurse somewhere else who took pity on me and approved my refill.I also made the mistake of switching over to their pharmacy. Ive asked them to deliver my medications twice now, and I still havent received them. I decided to come in to pick them up today (saturday) because I cant come during the week. Theyre supposed to be open until 12 pm. I called and the answering service answered and said that they were here, but no one was answering the phone. I drove from 30 minutes away to pick up my meds and then learn that the pharmacy has been closed all day today. No notifications of any kind were sent out. So now I have to go without my meds (again!) And wait until Monday to call. The only reason why Im giving them two stars is because when I finally do get seen by them, theyre very nice.Do yourself a favor. This place is fine for routine check ups, but if you need meds, you might as well go somewhere else to get the prescribed and filled.Ill be switching doctors soon.UPDATE: With the busy schedule I have, I have yet to get a new doctor at this moment. Still looking for one. But i needed to update this review because the problems just keep getting worse. I am on a medication that I cannot lapse on, and I have called several times and left numerous messages to no avail. Trying to speak with someone is just a run around. Im almost out of my medication and no one has refilled it. Without this medication, it can be detrimental to my health, and yet, it seems as if no one at open healthcare clinic cares. All of what Ive said isnt even the tip of the iceberg. They have canceled appointments, scheduled me for other appointments without my knowledge, changed my appointment times without consent, and they have mixed up my appointments. I dont know how much more I can take with this place. If you have a chance to go anywhere else, take that opportunity.
I hands down love this place. I go here for the pediatric part for my kids. Audrey and her nurses are hands down amazing. They go the extra mile to ensure your happiness and health for the little ones. I love that they arent pushy and dont pressure you into anything unnecessary. I recommend them to everyone I know looking for care. The front desk ladies are wonderful as well, I personally havent had any issue. I know they have a lot to handle and it can get stressing at times but they are doing their best and are really welcoming.
I was given demonstrably false medical information by my provider. when i brought correct information on the matter to him, he used it as a reason to withhold my access to one of my (largely unrelated) medications even though to him five minutes prior this information wasn’t real. i was also told by this provider that they would put in a referral so that i could get access to the medication they chose to withhold, and the referral wasn’t submitted until two weeks after i was told it was. i spent over two hours calling back and forth between them and the place they referred me because OH said they sent it and the other place said they didn’t. when i tried to confirm with them the date the referral was actually made, i got conflicting information from different people in the office and it was pretty obvious someone was lying trying to cover tracks and ‘placate the patient’ which wasn’t even necessary, they could have just honestly said the referral was submitted on this date and we’re sorry it was a couple of weeks after we said it would be and it would have been fine. or had everyone in office on the same wave with a lie at least. i still have not confirmed which information i got is correct and i’m going on five months now without a medication i need as a result. i would suggest if you have to use open health, you do your own medical research beforehand and document everything you can in dealing with their office.
I wish I could give a higher review. But this is purely due to the front desk staff and the dental side. The front desk is always so rude. I had my first dental appointment after having several wonderful appointments with my awesome NP Keedah Franklin. From the second I sat on the dental side I knew something was off. They were rushing, burned my gums and hurt me to the point I was crying. The hygienist asked if I was okay and then just kept going. I know for a fact she was being entirely too rough. Then comes the “doctor” who missed the abscess I told them three times that I had even though I had an existing tx plan from another doctor that I tried to show them!! Then she quickly ran out of the room before I had time to ask any other questions. Will never return. Not like they gave me a treatment plan or discuss any optionsWith me AT ALL. Super disappointed considering I waited a month for that appointment and I’m in pain worse than before I went to my appointment!!
A friend of mine died because of the negligence of this place. and my personal experience is horrid. they put you on medications with withdrawal symptoms and then stop them without any notice or precautions. i almost killed myself because of this place and all they do is offer you to call their office to talk about it even though that does absolutely nothing. stay away from this death camp.
AWFUL STAFF. Some of the nurses will literally BULLY you into doing extra work. I would not recommend working here especially if you are a good professional nurse. The staff gossips about the patients, they will push you around, and will literally ignore you.
Ive been a patient here a while, I love it here. Best doctors. Nice, caring, and clean environment.
Staff can never reschedule my appointments. Always say, “I’ll let them know” Can never have a good schedule for an appointment since the doctor is hardly there. Staff can be considered lazy and rude.
Collin Berrigan, NP at the Haart Clinic was wonderful. As was the staff. Except 1 lady at the front counter whos unhappy & mad. Collin took the time to listen to health concerns. Hes cool & professional. The wait time was very long. We will continue to go there to be seen by Collin, NP.
I think the major issue here that affects the service the clients receive is caused by a shortage in staff. They have great programs and the staff are all friendly. Though whenever there is a problem, something gets misplaced or something was not done that I was told it would be, It comes down to the staff are trying the best they can but just need more hands to help them. Service is very slow right now and it takes a long time to get in. Even for emergency issues. This is not the employees faults for sure. Great Staff, Doctors and Nurses both on the Clinic Side and the Dentist side.
Worst health care ever. Im type one diabetic and four months of calling nonstop to get dexcom supplies is just ridiculous. Also why prescribe the insulin but not the needles to even take it? There is definitely an issue when you talk to a nurse to try to get prescriptions straightened out but shes asking other questions about totally different topics and cant seem to understand what you need. This place is an absolute joke.
0 out of 10 would not recommend. The behavioral health side sent me to the medical side, and the medical side tried to send me back to the behavioral health side for the same issue. I feel like they get people in here to get their information and their money and then they push them out the door and dont really listen. Bad bedside manner. If your mental health patient do not come here.
I had a very pleasant experience being a new patient here and not from the area. Dr. Zheng was very attentive and listened to my concerns as well as addressed them all. The waiting area is nice and clean as well as the exam rooms compared to other facilities I’ve gone to in the past. All of the staff I came in contact with were very professional and nice. I would recommend anyone to come here and this is where I’ll go when need be throughout my stay in Baton Rouge.Revised: GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! First visit was fine and every visit after that horrible!!!! Unorganized doctors who act a tad bit incompetent. They will have you coming back and forth to the office for nothing (other then $) and I will not be coming back. They don’t take advantage of telehealth during COVID, waiting area sometimes is over packed and you’ll have to stand.
I want to express my gratitude to Open Health Care Clinic and special thanks to Tonya Howard whom is a important piece at that Center, Tonya is always diligent and kind and she did it again! two days ago she helped my friend to complete important medical process doing that my friend feels much better no only physical but emotionally, Many Thanks Tonya!!!!!!!!
Terrible, terrible front desk staff. I’ve been here multiple times and every time the front desk staff is somewhat rude and uninformative. Waited 2 hours for a scheduled appointment at 12:20 and they came back and said sorry we didn’t mean to schedule you on our lunch. They did not even tell me they were on lunch. The most recent time i asked how much longer it would be for my appointment and the front desk staff just throws her hands up and says “I don’t know, as you can see other people went in front of you”.I also assumed std testing was free since that’s what I was told and I’ve been receiving bills for it. Even tho I have insurance. Doesn’t really make sense. I’m not trusting open health care with my health any longer
It was my first time coming to this facility 2 days ago as a new patient. They are very organized!! They ask questions to know all about whats going on with you to get you the help that you need. Everyone is nice and always had a smile. From the lpn who saw me to the doctor and lab lady I was very pleased.
Absolute garbage. they put me on medication that you cannot just stop without tapering and then abruptly stopped it and forced me to go through withdrawal twice, not caring at all about what happened to me despite my pleads for help. then, they stopped my blood pressure medication which is also murder. and their therapy program is a joke. definitely dont recommend if you want to live. stay far, far away.
I thank the staff at open health care clinic for being so loving and caring its a nice and clean environment place. You cant go by what you hear or read about something until you go and see for yourself because I read a couple of reviews with negative respond but I went their and I seen one of the doctors and at first I was kind of upset but what he was telling me was for my own good and for my health. Dr.Jasper I really appreciate you. And to Dr.Brisco you are also awesome the whole staff at open health care make you feel welcome. I always tell people to come over their.
Wouldnt give the 1 star. Worst service ever. Dr Warren Frasier is unprofessional and rude. I began my appointment with him and hes asking me questions but would not allow me to give detailed answers Kept telling me that he doesnt need to hear all the important information that I was providing to him about my diabetes and medications I would not recommend him at all he does not have the proper patience he should have to call himself a doctor and he is very rude to have kept cutting me off when Im trying to explain and answer the questions he was asking. Very poor service.
There is still a disconnect between patients who need services through case management and social workers. When you have a need for say food, or rental assistance, or housing, there is seldom any money or assistance available. It seems like the money is gone faster than you can access it.I filled out an application for housing 2 years ago and I have yet to even get a phone call, an email or any acknowledgment from anyone!I am disabled and have a very meager income, I have been with HAART FOR many years but that doesn’t seem to matter.I have a genuine need and I know I qualify for assistance but yet I can’t get any help!Sad
The medical staff are wonderful. Ive been extremely happy with the doctors and nurses, as well as the lab staff. Sometimes the desk staff can be a little abrasive but given the issues they have to deal with this is to be expected. The medical personnel Ive met - Dr Anup was brilliant, Dr Mike too, Joni Nickens NP is amazing. Becky Decker and Lynn Schechter have been great as well.Office staff apparently take unannounced extended leave without notifying patients, and dont complete essential paperwork before they disappear, leaving you in a quandary, and the response is just lame excuses when you try and chase the problem down.
If I could give -5 stars I would. This clinic is a joke as far as healthcare is concerned. Specifically, Dr. Warren Fraiser and the entire diabetic care team at Open Health. I was diagnosed in 2020 with type one diabetes, I was referred to open health to manage my diabetes. For an entire year they gave me no education, guidance, or instruction as to how to manage my diabetes. They ordered me an insulin pump that showed up by UPS on my door step and I was on my own from there. I had blood work done maybe twice? My A1C was never checked, it’s just a complete joke that you call yourselves medical professionals. I asked them to give me a copy of all my medical records and to never contact me again.
I would love to give a better review because of some of the staff like NP Patel and Dr. Hymbaugh, but I cant because of the incompetent scheduling and failure of the administrative staff to use the technology they have in place. There is also a lack of responsibility to the patient I find intolerable. I was already seeing Dr Hymbaugh for medical and decided to give the dental side a chance and had some fillings done and was scheduled for a follow up today 11/16/2018. Since the fillings, I have had severe pain I had not experienced before and was told it would pass when I called. I went for my 1:45 dental appt today to see that they closed at 11. While I was there, a few staff were cleaning up from their Thanksgiving luncheon. When I asked why I was not informed, I was told they tried to call everyone and asked if they had my number. Looking through my call history, they did call me 2 days ago with no message left, but did not email me or send any text notice (which they can do). I have waited 2 months for this appointment and now am told I have to call and make a new one which I am sure will be next year at this rate. I feel that they should compensate me for my time and my annoyance. In addition to not asking if I had a preference for the person to take me as a patient when Hymbaugh left, this is an atrocity that is probably the beginning of the downfall of this clinic and I will be looking for a new provider for both medical and dental.
Uses the Patient Portal to spam people who have only expressed interest the past, not even actual patients. Use the phone or email if you want to advertise your services - the patient portal is NOT FOR THAT. You gave me a terrible panic attack at 3 AM with this automated nonsense. Stop it immediately.
Ive been having a letter of reccomendation for HRT sent in to warren frasure since november 9th, 2020 and every time it gets sent in, referral loses it. My therapist is threatening to charge me $25 to send it again. When I called no more than 15 min after the letter was sent for my final free time, they still had it lost! Incredibly bad service. The one time it did go through and was faxed to Dr frasure I never got a call to set up an appointment. Terrible, terrible, terrible. Im considering printing out my letter and just showing up.
The only reason I gave it one star is because I couldnt give any lesser. The girls at the front desk are extremely unprofessional and unpleasant. They act as if they are doing you a favor by being at the clinic and occupying their positions. And thats all they are doing is collecting a pay check, and occupying a respectable position . It shows in their attitudes! I came... I tried it... And I left the same way I entered.... Through the front door. Pitiful place!
Good doctor plagued by a crappy staff and clinic.Walk-ins after 10:30 and before 1:30 should be prepared to wait 3 hours for the staff to finish lunch, as they all take it simultaneously. Otherwise why did I wait an hour, ask the desk, and then be told it would be another hour since everyone is at lunch? (This happened July 23, 2018 for the person who needs to know when I was there; Im not surprised they didnt record that I waited an hour on the 23rd.)Had bloodwork done here several times; three or four times they failed to present my secondary insurance to the lab, leaving me with a bill for $400+ that nobody ever told me I would have.Go to AHF instead; Ive been blown away at how much better they are in the 3 weeks Ive been compared to the 2 years I spent at OHCC. AHF gives you your expected liability on all charges/procedures, their doctor immediately found out one of the causes of my nausea, they will refer to specialists and handle all the communication, etc. Its like theyre an actual doctors office even though its smaller than OHCC and not its own dedicated building.Edit: Their response saying they reached out to me is accurate, but it was in the evening and I was unavailable. I havent heard back from them since.
The service was absolutely wonderful! The staff is very nice and friendly and super accommodating. They made getting vaccinated so easy to do. Great experience I must say. Thank you Open Health!
My daughter had such an awesome experience today with Dr. Gray in the dental department. She was kind & friendly, very thorough with my kids care. Thanks Dr. Gray for the great experience!
I’m disappointed to say I wish I could take away stars. Me and my sister went in for our first appointment and everything was great nurse was amazing doctor really informative and cool really good st explaining what’s going on but we rescheduled and had to wait a month and when I get to my appointment at 3:00 (my appointment was for 3:15) and I talk to the lady at the counter she informs me the dentist had left for a “family emergency” so I got a little frustrated. On 10-8-2018 I got rescheduled for 11-28-18 so I walk outside and wait for my ride keep in mind I’m ubering and it’s taking 21 dollars from me to get to this establishment and I sit on the curb and I so happen to see my dentist Stephen Brisco JR strolling out of the back he looks at me and turned around immediately tried to go back inside and the door closes on him so he walks over puts his stuff in his backseat right next to me i was sitting on the curb next to his car and he pulls off. well also on 10-4-18 my sister kaitlyn gauthier went to get some work done on her mouth and they injected her with the needle to numb her everything went smooth then we get a call from open health care clinic saying they accidentally stuck another patient with her needle and they need her to come take an aids test I feel like this is extremely poor hygiene extremely poor work ethic and not much compassion about their patients and I would love to know if theirs a number I can call to talk to that’s over everyone to explain in person
The mobile staff of Christy, Kelly and Dionne were extremely professional and helpful when they sponsored a Covid-19 clinic at ITI Technical College on Thursday, 7/1/21. They visited campus earlier in the week to provide information and to answer questions. They were friendly and patient when answering questions and listening to students concerns. We are extremely pleased and grateful that they were able to provide this service for our community.
Whatever you do dont choose Dr. Jasper! He is the absolute worst! It was not my choice to have medicaid but he made me feel like I was a second class citizen because of it. Only saw he once and Im dreading the follow-up. Will definitely be speaking to a supervisor when I return. Ive been to the clinic to see other doctors and have never gotten treated the way he did. My thing is if you have an issue with treating low income patients quit dont make someone feel bad for being a full-time student who cant get health insurance though the marketplace because I dont make enough.
So glad to have found a provider that took the time to answer all my questions I never felt rushed or uncomfortable. The staff was also very accommodating even when i got lost & needed there help
Dr .Jasoer is great, just there once a week. The other staff performance is very poor. The tims I have had referrals to see specialist, the paperwork was incorrect or not sent at all. When that happens I had to have my insurance company to call them, it took three call for them to send request to insurance company. The specialist also had to make several calls to get correct referral paperwork.Dr .Hymbaugh came across as unconcerned, non caring unprofessional He also came across as a racist judging person. They dont like patients who receive Medicaid through Affordable Care act.Nurse Partil might discuss your health issues In hallway with Latora, the referral specialist. Cant wait until the doctor I was seeing for over 20 years start back accepting patients again with Medicaid. Never had a problem when I had regular health insurance.
I love open health i found out about them thru haart and my ex bf. Ever since Ive been going never missed an appointment. Thank you for all that your staff does for me. God bless and continue doing well.
Everybody here is always very friendly and helpful. Sometimes theres a wait time on the phone but the actual in clinic wait time is rarely long unless youre a walk in but that depends on how busy it is. I definitely recommend this establishment 😊
The front desk staff is so rude and not helpful at all. I was told I can come there to get a COVID test done, I check in the proceed to the front desk. The lady said “ I’m not suppose to be in the building If I was exposed to COVID” ok so where do I go? She points to the other end of the building and says it’s on the back street. So I walk over there no one opened the door. I understand people have bad days but if the career you’re in isn’t for you maybe it’s time to reconsider. I don’t know her name but there was no reason to be rude!!!
This 1 star rating is for the Baton Rouge location only. should actually be zero stars. They hang up when you are trying to talk to them. They have no customer service skills and treat you like you are dirt. Extremely horrible. If you have to use Open Health, go to the Denham Springs branch.
I first visited OHCC in November of 2016, I was uninsured at the time and a walk-in patient. I was seen in a timely manner and treated with the utmost care and respect. My husband and I have since secured health insurance and are now established patients with OHCCThe staff is friendly and helpful Dr. Mike is a gem The patient portal helps us feel we are actively involved in our healthcare decisions. We highly recommend OHCC.
Great and friendly staff and really well organized to get your coronavirus shot. Heads up, from North Blvd the clinic is a ways back, over the little canal then you’ll see the signs and the white tent in front of the clinic (don’t go to the eye doctor’s office)
Love the service and theyre very nice and Ms. Keedah Franklin NP shes amazing and enjoyed talking to her and she made my day. Highly recommend ❤️🙏
The staff at Open Health Care Clinic was just so helpful in getting me enrolled in health insurance! I will for sure be using this facility the next time I get sick! So friendly and knowledgeable! Thank you!!
I called to make an appointment and the woman answering the phone was very curt and said they didnt have anything available until September (a month from now). Its a clinic. You mean to tell me every doctor is booked up for an entire month? Ok. Sure.
All of the staff is extremely kind and courteous! You can tell they have lots of compassion for their job.
I received the shot at RPCC through Open Health. The staff was friendly and professional, and my shot was delivered exactly at my scheduled time.
The mobile team was very professional and friendly with each visit. I would recommend this open health site to everyone to get your vaccine.
Dr. Brisco and April took such good care of me, I was in and out in an hour, the new clinic looks so cool and modern. Gender neutral bathrooms!
Covid vax pop up in La Morenita Parking lot, B.R. Friendly, professional service. Friendly ladies one and all! A big thank you to Kristie & all.
The staff was OK. The dentist cold and inattentive to patients needs. She pretty much ignored my wishes.
A pain in the ass walked in with 103f temp they made me go back in the wateing room for a hour with no meds and told me to come back in a hour and a half since I couldnt come back that day I came in the next on a Friday after I called and asked they said they were taking walk-inns come to find out they where only taking just a few walk-inns when I explained to them what was going on it was reported to the doctor like I was being a ass and he bitched at me
Pulled up at 11:20 pulled on the doors on both sides of the building locked sign says open til 12noon on Saturdays WTH, I guess open til 12 means open until the employee in charge says its time to go.
Very professional and very fast. Happy they came out to my workplace to give it out, I was struggling to find time to get it myself.
They came to our college, ITI Technical College, and did a great job assisting our students get their vaccinations.
Well they are all nice and respectful my doctor always see to my needs get the job done fast
Excellent walk in is a walk in make an appointment if you dont want to wait long.. But I have been here twice and both times Was excellent experiences... Fast
I like open healthI have no problemWhen I go thereThe staff are real nice the doctors are real caring.
What a great experience! The staff, nurses, and doctors are all wonderful. Will definitely be back.
Huong-Tram Bui delivers very consistently awesome and painless teeth cleaning. Very highly recommended!
It was quick and easy. The ladies were very nice and informed me of everything I needed to know.
Wonderful experience the staff is nice and friendly I felt welcome and treated more than fairly
Very cool, welcoming and caring staff, looking forward to my next visit !
Two instances where my insurance was charged incorrectly and the issue wasnt corrected from over a hear and a half ago.
Rude front desk staff. Switching to a new doctor after this appointment.
Everything is great!! No symptoms of any kind...God is good!!
Very informative crew. No waiting to begin, cordial, professional 👍
Great place to come to and the nurses are really nice and caring
Staff is personable and really tries to accommodate to your needs.
Always friendly, knowledgeable, and almost no wait.
They were very professional and quick.
Convenient location, dedicated providers, warm and welcoming staff!
They treat their patients with care
Great clinic and great staff!
Very unprofessional.
This Clinic takes care of my health.
Wonderful providers.
Horrible
Well, they treat you a little dry and apathetic at the front, but the doctor and the interpreter are very kind, although they mess with you a lot. They told me to go the next day to get my vaccines and I went two days later and I still wasnt ready, the truth is that I give it a 5/10
I am delighted with their kindness and attention, as far as I am concerned, I have nothing to say, very attentive, kind, especially the interpreter Williams and Dr. Kiddah Franklin, they are a bomb and above all, they treat you like family. I liked that.
I have never been to that clinic. Has anyone who can give me information? I want to ask if they do all types of blood tests. I want to go, but they should do a thyroid test for me.
Very good service, they treated me very well, I really liked their kindness and they have online interpreters for all our questions.
They dont answer... They leave me on the line and in the end they cut off my call.
Excellent attention
Professionalism and attention 👍
