I recently had the pleasure of working with Palm Beach Fertility, and I cannot speak highly enough about their exceptional service and dedicated staff. From the moment I walked through their doors, I was met with warmth, professionalism, and a genuine sense of care. The clinics environment is welcoming and calming, which immediately eased my anxieties about the process.The medical team is truly top-notch. Each specialist is not only highly skilled but also incredibly compassionate, taking the time to explain every step of the treatment and address all of my concerns. Their personalized approach made me feel like I was not just a patient, but a valued individual.The support staff also deserves special mention. They are always ready to assist, whether its answering questions, coordinating appointments, or simply offering words of encouragement. Their positive attitude and dedication to patient care significantly enhanced my experience.Overall, this center stands out for its excellence in both medical expertise and patient-centered care. THE PALM BEACH FERTILITY CENTERThough the PBFC is aptly named for its location. PALM means: Symbol of Victory/TriumphThat is definitely the take-away when reading this review and being their patient.Dr. Mark Denker created a state-of-the-art modern medical miracle center & comingled it with warm and fuzzy. This conception (pun intended) should be emulated by every person/place in the forever family field!After many unsuccessful attempts @ trying to become pregnant as well as becoming foster to adopt parents with the County of Los Angeles (also failed as the kiddos were reunified with bio family members), we decided to try again as we wanted to be in control of our destiny and not do the wait/want.I am older, it was still a dream to be pregnant. Though we live in Los Angeles, we had heard so much about the Palm Beach Fertility Center that we decided to reach out to them. From the get-go, they were nothing but completely supportive, excited and cheerleading us on. We didn’t know if the end result would be IVF with an egg donor and my getting pregnant or a surrogate.After the initial virtual meet and greet, if you will, they set us up in their portal and gave us very specific plans on what we needed to do (in Los Angeles) in order to even see if I can become pregnant. Though an emotional, physical, financial process, we were very excited as we were in charge and doing something towards our goal. It truly made us smile and gave us hope. After finishing the pre-process, it was determined that the best course of action would be to have a surrogate. On August 15th, 2024, we had a virtual meeting with Dr. Kreiner and @ that juncture, we had things to think over and said we would get back to the PBFC team by Monday, August 19th.On Monday, August 19th, 2024, our world changed. You’ve heard of those that are trying IVF and suddenly get pregnant. In our case, we received a call from our FFA (out of the blue) about a pseudo safe surrender. We say pseudo as safe surrenders are a bit different and in this case, the baby born and left to die. The police took the baby to the hospital and the hospital contacted the foster/adopt agency. When the little lad was 7 weeks old, they contacted us and that was August 19th, 2024. To say the least, our lives were turned upside down and inside out. We didn’t have 9 months prep time. We were so happy that this little handsome lad was alive and thriving and we wanted to make certain that it continued!!Though we didn’t continue with the Palm Beach Fertility Center, we don’t know if our baby boy journey will continue as there are still many variables with this little lad (i.e., looking for bio family members). At this juncture, the PBFC has been so excited and joyous for all of us. When you’re ensconced in the infertility world, those working there truly become your friends/family/fans and vice versa. Everyone @ PBFC has been so supportive. As mentioned, we don’t (yet) know where this will take us, but we know we have the PBFC to call upon if they do find a bio family member for this little lad. All that is important is his well-being. We can’t thank the Palm Beach Fertility Center enough for the amazing experience in our process to get pregnant and their contagious joy that spilled over on us when we shared our update. Eliza, Dr. Kreiner, Diana, Michelle are above and beyond.If at all possible, wherever someone lives, this is the type of experience that is too important not to be in warm & fuzzy hands. I highly recommend the PBFC as the # 1 option to help us/you start a family! It’s not just about the end result but the experience along the way!THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!Lisa & Danny

If you plan on visiting this fertility center, I would advise to visit at least 2 others before deciding on Palm Beach Fertility Center.My insurance was limited on fertility centers to choose from so I opted for Palm Beach Fertlity Center. In the past when I had better insurance I have visited other fertility centers and for a comparison, Palm Beach Fertility Center was not a positive experience.I felt they were more about money than the care towards the fertility journey. Sure they may know how to get you pregnant ( I am personally still not pregnant) but the way they do it and how they service you on your journey was an awful for me.I always felt pressured and cornered to do more tests or to do a procedure. When I did have a procedure done or explained it was short and not explained well. They gave me an attitude. Its a sensitive journey and topic for me especially when dealing with fertility struggles. I felt like a science experiment more than a human being.Not to mention all the hidden costs they dont tell you about for each procedure. They encourage to do tests for blood or ultrasound not warning you enough whether your insurance might cover it and your left with additional bills even after asking them about the codes for each procedure.Choose well for your fertility journey. I left having to start care all over again with someone else.Think twice about who your doctor is at Palm Beach Fertility and how they will take care of you or bill you.

I really thought about writing this review and decided I wanted other women to hear my experience. If I could, I would give zero stars. Unorganized, unprofessional, disaster is an understatement. After spending 15k I decided I did not feel comfortable or safe to go through the retrieval with this office. It was emotionally and financially devastating after months of being in the process but the professionalism wasnt there and I was genuinely concerned about them mixing my eggs up or doing the right retrieval plan for me, or actually putting my health at risk. Go anywhere else but here. My gyno agreed and recommended another office where I will be paying again for all the tests but it is worth it because I truly believe I dodged a bullet.

I want to start by saying my experience with the PA Michelle was wonderful. She was very informative and answered any questions I had, and was great about explaining the process. Noemi was also very nice and always made me feel comfortable.My issue with my experience was two fold: the biggest red flag that made me and my husband run away from this place as fast as we could was when we finally met with Dr Denker and he didn’t even know my age while making recommendations for treatment options. For some reason he did not look at my age in the chart until I corrected him, and I’m sorry but age is a HUGE factor in what treatments are recommended. It made my confidence plummet almost immediately. Even though my numbers were good for my age, he still suggested aggressive steps immediately without informing me of any potential risks with IVF. After speaking to another doctor after, I was able to have two procedures that I actually needed before ANY fertility treatments could begin, but with Dr Denver I felt very pressured to move quickly on getting my eggs retrieved, like it was just about money. Which leads to my other issue.The pricing was transparent; but only as each step would progress. I had to ask multiple times for pricing of the ENTIRE process (not just what was happening that day or week) and I didn’t actually get that until after spending thousands and hitting a brick wall because it was so staggeringly high that I thought I’d read the price sheet wrong. It felt like they were expecting me to proceed like spending 27-42k was not a huge deal at all. And when I asked about the live birth success rate, he said it was 30%. I’m not sure if that’s good compared to other places, but obviously that’s too financially risky for such a low positive outcome. When I spoke to other places, I realized that there were much more affordable places that gave ALL pricing upfront. Not just bit by bit as I go. It helps people make a more informed decision because this is a huge amount of debt that you need to consider before proceeding.If money is not an issue, I do think most of the staff here is friendly and cares so you’ll be happy with them. But be sure to get multiple opinions.

I thought a lot before writing this review because I don’t like leaving negative feedback. However, I want to share my experience and encourage you to ask for a second opinion before doing any procedure with this clinic.I was struggling with HA (hypotelemic amenorrea), the absence of a period due to over training and under eating. The doctor told me that the only way to fix this issue was to do hormone replacement and IVF. The PA I was working with at the time was very supportive and was giving me other alternatives before IVF. I decided to take a more natural approach and stopped all sort of workouts, and increased my caloric intake significantly. I got my period naturally in 2 months. When I shared with them the news that I got my period, the doctor was still pushing for IVF and got very defensive. The PA felt cornered by the doctor and told me to take the IVF approach (even though my body was recovering naturally and I was menstruating regularly). The doctor didn’t give me any reason behind needing IVF (I guess it’s just because of the $)… My intuition told me to run away form there and trust my body… and in the next cycle, I got pregnant naturally! When I called the PA to share the news (because she was super nice and helpful), they told me she no longer worked there (and I’m happy for her!)

Unfortunately we did not have a good experience. It was actually very bad and we are left with the debt and no pregnancy.I waited months before posting a review in order to clear my head, but even after months, there is no getting around the facts. We spent a lot of time and a LOT of money and we are left with frustration, heartache, debt, and so many questions. It would take too much time to write all of the details of our experience and honestly, I do not want to go down that road again.I am posting to let others know, you may want to look elsewhere..

I loved going to this office. It is clean and staff are friendly. Although I have been coming there for the past year, undergoing numerous uncomfortable, emotionally distressing consultations and procedures as well as out-of-pocket expenses, none of these is the reason why I will not be returning.During my most recent consultation, I asked PA Torres if my husband, who is also a patient of the office, would be able to accompany me during future visits for treatment. I was told that due to Delta COVID, I am not allowed to bring anybody with me and was offered to have virtual consultations. This shocked me considering I watched two women were called back by Torres and left together just before she called me back. After the appointment, a supervisor Jessica returned a message that I left for Dr. Denker asking what I was trying to reach him about. I did not want to speak with anybody other than him so she told me that I’d have to pay a co-pay to have a virtual meeting with him after the weekend. I declined but later felt that I needed to speak to anybody about it.The office manager, Eliza, then called me. She is horrible. When I gave her my concerns, that I found it unreasonable that my husband, also a patient there and to state the obvious, is the man trying to get me pregnant, is not able to be there with and for me when I see this fertility specialist, when this rule is not being applied to all patients, she was extraordinarily condescending and gave me some mask of an excuse like ‘well I can’t tell you about that other patient’. I was never asking to know anything about that patient! I was only asking to have my husband with me when we are both a part of me conceiving. And still, she refused to allow him in with me. COVID and HIPAA made a great wall for her to hide behind yet this is a very blatant example of how this practice is discriminatory.The photo I am posting is proof that they incentivize positive reviews - you cannot trust what they pay people to say.

Everything about PBF is so amazing. Such a kind and caring staff and team of doctors. We met with Michelle at our consult as Dr. Denker was out of town at the time. We first did an ultrasound and the tech, Sonjia was so kind and informative. For the first time in a long time when speaking with Michelle for once we as a couple who have experinced two miscariages in 1 year felt that our concerns and questions were listened to and answered properly. My husband went later that week for a semen anyalsis. They do the testing on site so we literally had the results the same day! Michelle took her time explaining the results to me over the phone and discussed our next steps. That same cycle as we were preparing for a laproscopy for the next upcoming cycle I actually got pregnant on my own! The staff was so happy to hear about my pregnancy and still wanted to make sure I was okay and possibly do some extra monitoring. Which if youve experinced pregnancy after loss it is definitely a hard and nerve wracking thing so it feels great to have a team of doctors and specialists behind us to take care of me despite us not even conceiving thru treatment at PBF. Im so happy we chose PBF and it is a decision that I definitely dont regret! Its hard now adays to find a doctors office that has the full package, caring and communicative doctors and staff, excellent treatment options and always feeling welcomed. So Im very glad we found PBF that provides all that and more!

Where do I start? My first appointment with Dr. Denker I explained why the multiple doctor/multiple location fertility clinic wasnt a fit for me. Of course I started crying and he instinctively came around his desk and sat with me. His staff is stellar at calming my racing thoughts. I have never been there and we arent laughing for one reason or another. I am totally satisfied with PBFC. There isnt a long wait when you have an appointment.Edit 1/18/19: we conceived and had twins at full term after inventions with Dr. Denker and his team.

We have used the IVF services of Dr. Mark Denker and the staff of Palm Beach Fertility Center to conceive both our five year old daughter and newborn son. They have been instrumental in helping us achieve a dream we never thought would be possible, mostly because were a lesbian couple. After several failed attempts at a different fertility center, we contacted PBF and we were welcomed with open arms and open minds. The staff here is amazing and Dr. Denker is truly one of a kind and that is why we returned and will continue to return if we choose to expand our family in the future. Believe the hype, theyre the real deal!

After meeting with several fertility Doctors, we chose Dr. Mark Denker & Palm Beach Fertility & we are very happy with our decision.Everything exceeded our expectations. Dr Denker and his staff are the best they come. Dr Denker actually cares about his patients and will make sure everything is perfect to get the best results. He will never rush things just to do it. The IVF journey for my husband and I was a roller coaster one but the entire staff was extremely friendly and supportive. Dr Denker is an excellent knowledgeable Dr and we are both extremely happy we came here. Without people like him and his staff we would of never had the beautiful gift of our baby boy that was born July 2022. Our dreams came true and we are excited to build our family. Some of the staff here have become like family. Eliza is incredible she has an extremely big heart and is such an amazing genuine person. I can’t say enough about her, the staff, and Dr that work here. If you want the best this is the place to go.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Denker and his staff. My husband and I are very pleased we chose Palm Beach Fertility Center to help us start our family. Everyone in the office is very professional and things always ran smoothly. We never waited more than a few minutes in the lobby and we received A+ service from day 1. I am now 10 weeks pregnant with our first child. We know this would not have been possible without Dr. Denkers amazing team. I would highly recommend this fertility clinic and if I could give 10 stars on this review.... I would.

My husband and I finally welcomed our baby girl August 24th thanks to Dr. Denker and his team! We had been trying for 2 years before seeing Dr Denker and we cant thank his team enough for what they have done for us. He and his entire staff are all so kind and supportive throughout the entire process. Love them! And hopefully we will be coming back again soon for baby #2!

My husband and I love Dr Denker!! We had wonderful experience with him and his entire team!!! I had very low AMH levels and low follicle count. They only got 3 eggs for my retrieval. But he primed me and was aggressive with my medication. Out of 3 eggs, I had 2 embryos and am now 7 weeks pregnant with a baby!!! He is the absolute best!! 🤍And I found out about him through one of my close friends who did IVF 4 years ago. She was going to another dr and had 3 frozen embryos. She didn’t have a good experience with the other dr and miscarried 2 of the embryos. She switched to Dr Denker to transfer her last frozen embryo. She said she had a great experience as well, and she now has a beautiful 3 year old daughter!!! 🤍 2 success stories with Dr Denker!Also- my nurses and the staff were so amazing and helpful throughout this hard process! They called me almost every day to check in on me and to make sure I knew what medication to take. They helped me if I needed anything and were always pleasant when I was at the office! I am sad that I am “graduating” from them to a normal OB because I would love to keep going to them!

Dr Denker and Staff has been nothing but amazing. They delivery results no false promises so if you have fertility issue please do yourself a favor and call him to make a consultation appointment. Now about my Journey. Im in my 40th with two previous miscarriages and no prior pregnancy So the hope of getting pregnant was very slim until I meet Dr. Denker and his amazing staff. They work with me on schedule, assist me to get finance (their pricing are very affordable) and the most important part Dr Denker was very knowledge in applying the best treatment that suited my situation. Today we are very luck to say that our IVF treatment was a success in the first try and now we are expecting our perfect two miracles babies. None of these would of been accomplished without Dr Denker expertise and his amazing staff support. We had a wonderful experience at palm beach fertility. The staff is welcoming and personable they treated us with the best of care. The nurses and technologists were always so happy and loving toward us and Dr Denker always had a big smile on his face. I would absolutely recommend Dr Denker and his staff, we are pregnant now with boy girl twins and couldn’t be happier.

After 2 plus year of struggling with infertility, my husband and I finally found love and understanding with Palm Beach Fertility Center. Wed had the worst experiences with THREE other clinics where we felt we werent being taken serious or cared for as a young black couple. We left those places just as confused as we did when we found them and we gave up hope in ever havimg a child. My husband came across Dr. Denker and after some research we decided to try him at Palm Beach Fertility Center. On our very first visit his staff welcomed us with open arms. We immediately knew this was the right place. From our first visit to our last they treated us with the utmost respect. We were both greeted by name by each and every staff member on during every last visit. We never felt like just another patient. Infertility is hard enough, but with Dr. Denker and his staff they make the entire process so much easier. We truly gained a family here and we are proud to welcome are new bundle of joy after just 6 months with them. Do yourself a favor abd start your journey with the most loving and caring staff you will ever meet. You will NEVER meet another Dr as personable and loving as Dr. Denker. In addition, the best thing he ever did was choose the staff he chose. Whatever Fertility treatment you choose, do it where you will feel apart of a family who cares and try wants to help. There are no words to describe how thankful I am for Dr. Denker & the staff of Palm Beach Fertility, who truly became a family to me during my experience. Everyone that works there is so compassionate, encouraging, and a true emotional support. I live in New York City, but chose Palm Beach Fertility because I felt heard, known, supported, and safe. And Im so glad I made this choice! My physical care was top-notch, but the emotional care was also above & beyond. I have heard the experiences of others where they are just a number to a fertility clinic, but at Palm Beach Fertility you are family. My wife and I started our IVF journey with Dr. Denker awhile back. He has the best bedside manner and his team is smart, kind and supportive. We have a beautiful healthy baby boy thanks to Dr. Denker using reciprocal IVF. He office is very LGBT friendly and despite the inevitable ups and downs with the process, he always guided us and helped us along the journey.

Ive had friends in other states say that they arent comfortable or dont love their clinic, and I feel bad they cant live down here to go to Dr. Denker and his amazing group! Everyone at the office puts 110% of their heart into the work they do. They care about the patients and only want whats best for them. I kid you not, they feel like family to us! From all the ups and downs, the team at Palm Beach Fertility Center has been there with us...holding our hands, answering calls and emails at all hours, calling to check in on us providing great advice, and working tirelessly to make sure we make it towards our end goal: welcoming a beautiful child into this world!We would recommend everyone and anyone to Dr. Denker and crew! Absolutely lovely place! My fiancée and I went in for fertility checkups and met with Christine Torres. She was an absolute sweetheart, so helpful with our many questions, and eased some concerns we had. We look forward to starting our family soon with Christine and PB Fertility Center! Clean, efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable practice - what more can you ask for!

One of the things I love about Dr. Mark Denkers office is that everyone knows your face and name. It is small and personalized. Coming from a big place where you are just a number I felt like this was a second home. I could not thank Dr. Denker and his staff for all their smiles each time I walk through the door. When we first started our fertility journey, we were scheduled for a consult with another office three weeks out. We called Palm Beach Fertility who was able to get us in the next week!After our first consultation, we knew we had found our fertility center. Dr. Denker and his medical team are so knowledgeable and answer every question you have thoroughly!Expectations, ratios, figures, statistics, and probabilities were reviewed with us before we decided on a treatment plan. This helped when it came time to making our decision to sign up for two rounds of IVF. As an older patient, we knew that it may be more difficult to have success with my own eggs but were willing to move forward, confident that we were in good hands.After starting treatments, COVID hit and Palm Beach Fertility did everything they could to protect patients from the virus. Sometimes it was really unfortunate that partners couldn’t be in the treatment areas; however, a healthy mom and potential baby were more important to us than a partner missing an appointment. We were able to FaceTime during every appointment which made it a little easier.After two IVF cycles, thousands of dollars, hundreds of shots, tons of pills and patches, numerous early morning appointments, and one chemical pregnancy, we finally became pregnant with our little miracle rainbow baby due in May 2022.We would like to thank Dr. Denker and the entire Palm Beach Fertility Center for their dedication to making dreams come true. Our family will forever be grateful for this incredible miracle they have made possible.Please know that we will never forget the kindness, compassion, and skill shown by every employee at Palm Beach Fertility.

My first time coming into the office I was discouraged, nervous and so many more feelings throughout my body. The girls here are so welcoming. I’ve the time I feel like everyone is one big family and I actually get excited when I come in because it’s nothing but positivity. My wife and I embarked on a painful seven year infertility journey, one that was met with heartache and pain. After several failed attempts at other clinics we were referred to Dr. Denker and his AMAZING staff. Because of them we have a beautiful son and are excited to begin our journey to creating a sibling. I am forever grateful to the entire staff at Palm Beach Fertility Center

1st Ivf round I was taken off meds bcuz my baby heartbeat was low, had a D&C after no heartbeat. 2nd round my numbers were high and great I had a sono done 2 weeks after my embryo transfer..Dr Denker congratulated me and 5 mins later called me to his office and say that I had a partial molar pregnancy and I needed a D&C bcuz my health was at risk and it was a bad pregnacy non existent he took me off meds. I decided to consult my Obgyn and he said he doesnt do abortions that my numbers were good and high like a normal pregnancy, and that a molar pregnancy is determine further along and not 2 to 3 weeks pregnant. Fast foward Dr denker and the staff called me for 2 months wanting to know if I did the D&C and how did it go..I never answered them and thanks to my obgyn that put me back on the ivf meds I was able to give birth to a healthy Baby boy if I would of listen to Dr denker Iwould of aborted a perfectly fine pregnancy. Im letting women know that if he gives you a diagnose and takes u off meds consult another Dr and save your baby! Its negligent to take me off of ivf meds for a suppose diagnose that wasnt even true after this I dont trust PBF clinic nor their ultrasound tech, I could of lost my pregnancy. All the good reviews they have are paid reviews with a $25 gift card. I would not recommend this clinic at all they stress me with the diagnose and took me off meds for a few day I could of lost my pregnancy..but Thank God I did not!! Now I question the 1st ivf round I did..had he not taken me off the meds I would of had my baby too...

Though, both IVF cycles failed (heartbreaking) and I am unable to continue treatment because of finances. I still give Dr. Denker and his staff five stars. They are super nice, accommodating and have always treated my husband and I like theyve known us for years. Special Thanks to Terra and Carey, they are the best, they made my visits bearable.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Denker, Eliza, Kari and the rest of the staff. Every time you walk into the office you are greeted with smiling faces and a round of heart warming hellos. They truly treat EVERY patient like family. I was fortunate enough not to need them for fertility help, but to have uterine fibroids removed, and they didnt treat me any different. Dr. Denker is so caring and takes the time to sit down with you and explain everything that is going on. He cares for each patient equally and even though I dont need help getting pregnant via IVF, he still made me promise to tell him when I get pregant and to make sure I keep him updated throughout. In fact, without Dr. Denker, I may not be here today. During my surgery, he found that my fibroid was in a more dangerous location than they originally knew about and without his patience and attention to detail, I very easily could have bled to death. This is the kind of office that makes you just want to stop in and say hello, just because its just such a wonderful place to be. You will NEVER feel like just another patient in this office. In fact sometimes, you will feel like the only patient. That is how wonderful they are with their patients.I have never spent a lot of time waiting for my appointments, they were always very fast (again, I wasnt there for fertility treatments, so I dont know about those appointments). Dr. Denker always did all of my procedures himself and explained ecerything that he saw and was noting. I was originally going to another fertility clinic and was definitely treated more like a number than a patient and even though I did not need fertility treatments, the other clinic was having me do all kinds of tests that I did not necessarily need for my situation. Dr. Denker did not have me wasting my time and money doing anything that was not necessary for my situation.I could go on and on about how wonderful they are! And if anyone ever asked, I will recommend Palm Beach Fertility EVERY TIME!!!!!

Im absolutely in love with this clinic, how they treat us how they actually care!!!! I came along a long road which I was treating in this other clinic, and they didn’t give me the options to try IUI before jumping into the actual in vitro. My husband and I were very heartbroken and all the hopes that we had were totally gone! However, I came across this wonderful clinic and team!!! Doctor Denker is very calm and understand our stress and walk us though everything. Dr Denker’s staff are also awesome! They make us feel very comfortable, they are always smiling and best of all THEY CARE! I didn’t get my positive yet, I did two IUI and currently on treatments for in vitro, however, I’m very positive! I do recommend this clinic to everyone struggling out there! :)

I met with Dr. Denker in October 2017 after trying for 2 years to get pregnant. My husband and I had been going to another feritility clinic in the area and we were very unhappy with the fact that we were constantly going to appointments and spending money for tests or quick in office procedures and everything was coming back fine. When I explained my symptoms and issues with Dr. Denker for the first time, he listened and immediately told me that my problem was endometriosis. He did not demand unnecessary tests that I’ve already had or made me go through anything again. I scheduled a laparoscopic surgery the beginning of January 2018 and was pregnant by the end of the month. Dr. Denker and his staff were so happy for me and I was over the moon that I was able to find a sensitive doctor who listens and fixed the issue right away. I now have a beautiful healthy baby boy, born in October 2018 and I cannot be more thankful for Dr. Denker. I cannot believe how quick everything happened after trying for 2 years. Dr. Denker and the staff at Palm Beach Fertility are all professional, kind, every time we had a question, they were there to guide us and made the process of IVF so smooth. My wife and I couldnt be happier about our choice to begin our fertility journey with the Palm Beach Fertility Center and Dr. Denker. Since we began back in October, the entire staff has been amazing. They are always available for questions, and dont make you feel like you are being rushed out the door during your appointments. We did an IUI cycle December, which didnt work...and we decided to go forward with IVF. From the meetings with Dr. Denker to the financial consult with Eliza to the explanation of medication, the phone calls from Kari just to see how Im feeling, the ultrasounds and blood work pretty much daily, never did we feel like we were just another patient. They made us feel excited, comfortable and at home....they made us feel like family. We are ecstatic, and beyond thrilled to announce that not only are we pregnant after our first round of IVF, but we are expecting TWINS! We started working with Dr. Denker and his awesome staff 2 years ago, but it wasnt until last year that my husband and I were able to come in more consistently for IUI treatments and Im so glad we did! Not only because we are currently 10 weeks and 4 days pregnant, but because of the compassionate and comforting experience we had through the entire process. I would definitely recommend Dr. Denker and Palm Beach Fertilty - they helped us achieve our long awaited miracle and we Thank God for the work they are doing helping those trying to get pregnant. We could not be more pleased with our decision to use Dr. Denker as our doctor. We have not even been patients with them for a month and it feels like weve known the staff for years. From the very first appointment to the results of my egg retrieval (which were awesome!) , they have not missed one detail. I happen to become a patient at the right time during my cycle and they immediately put us on a game plan with medicine and proceedings that were on target with everything. They definitely maximized the benefit of my timing. Not one time did I feel rushed, pressured or like a number in their office. It is a very quaint and intimate office where you feel special at the start of your first visit. From the cycle planning, to accounting, to all of the nurses that make this office successful...Dr. Denker is so lucky to have an amazing staff behind his practice. Not to mention, NOT ONE of our appts. were ever running late. They are always on time and on the ball which can be frustrating at other offices where we were waiting 45-60 min. I cant say enough good things about our experience so far and would highly recommend Dr. Denker and staff.

We have struggled a long time with Infertility and with no clear answers. That all changed when we decided to consult with Dr. Denker and his team. From the first meeting, he seemed invested in our treatment, as well as ALL of the girls in the office. When my husband and I walked into Dr. Denker’s office for the first time, we were pretty sure what we should expect. My husband was a cancer survivor and his chemotherapy treatment left us with few options for having children. During that first visit, we immediately noted the staff as being very professional, caring, and knowledgeable. Our first meeting with Dr. Denker was phenomenal. He clearly has a deep passion for his field that is evident in all that he does. Dr. Denker provides an incredible wealth of knowledge, is very compassionate, and carries himself in an extremely professional manner while also being very personable. I greatly appreciate that he provides explanations and answers that are evidence-based and while he can be fairly technical, he can readily break things down for ease of understanding.Over the next several months, we became very well acquainted with the entire Palm Beach Fertility staff. Eventually, our journey led us down another road that we did not anticipate. After a series of tests and procedures, Dr. Denker had the unfortunate task of sitting us down and explaining to us that not only was my husband infertile, but I was as well. While most of that appointment is a blur, I cannot forget the care and love that Dr. Denker and his staff poured out to us that day. In one of our darkest hours, they completely embraced us. After the shock wore off and I felt clear-minded, I scheduled a follow-up and asked Dr. Denker to explain everything to me again. Dr. Denker and staff are AMAZING!!! I had surgery with Dr. Denker to remove fibroids and endometriosis. He did an incredible job on the surgery, taking several hours longer than we were originally expecting the surgery to take, just to make sure he removed every last bit of endometriosis. After years of suffering each month from the pain, I now feel normal thanks to Dr. Denker and team. Also, there was zero pressure to do any kind of follow up fertility treatments. If there was a way to give them zero stars I would.Unfortunately I had to miscarry and find another fertility doctor to realize the lack of care I was offered.I came to Denker after two miscarriages with concerns and after being recommended by my gyno (with a flyer). I wasn’t allowed to come with my husband to begin. When I had my consultation with him he told me to go home and just conceive. I felt that he was uninterested since I wasn’t looking for IVF but to conceive naturally. Guess he thought he wasn’t going to make any money. I drew blood one time and I think it was basic bloodwork. He didn’t do any further exams - he didn’t even ask about my husband health history. After convincing naturally I came back to confirm the pregnancy and it wasn’t even with him. The following appointments were with the ladies in the office. They didn’t offer any advice, recommendations or what to expect - just asked if I had questions. On my last visit that I had miscarried I was told to call my gyno for further Instructions. DONT BELIEVE THE REVIEWS!! Waste of time and money! Find yourself and board certified doctor that will give you results.

Paid 19K+, and to save commuting from Dade county to Boca, we made the big mistake to use the Aventura location. A young apparently inexperienced Dr took care of the entire cicle of guidelines and injections, and my wife only produced 3 eggs and only one good to go. In the end a total failure. I even think that the push from Dr Denker to continue with the final procedure, obviously, so he can justify the payment was a complete fake theatrical scenario. I felt it that way.

From my first contact with them they have been nothing less than extraordinary! I really feel like part of a family with Dr. Denkers team - he was suggested to me by a friend since I had 2 previous IUI failures with another fertility clinic that made me feel more like I was in a fast food facility then a fertility clinic. My wife and I came from Boca fertility clinic ready to do iui we had done alll of the testing blood work, HSG testing etc we were ready! The day of my wife’s first appt for ultrasound for iui insemination our previous doctor made my wife exposed, vulnerable and so uncomfortable that for me was a huge no no! I looked up dr denker with a Dillinger search and called to make her appointment best decision I ever made they got us in last minute reviewed our records and ok’d is for insemination this month. I am so blessed and thankful I sought him out found him and he was exactly what was as described knowledgeable, experienced, and gentle! Staff are gentle and kind, they all take the time to talk to you no matter how many times you call. We are so thankful and will thank him forever he is the best! Made us feel like home unlike the other fertility place so unprofessional and they do not make you feel comfortable , staff are rude sometimes we don’t need that kinda stress when we’re trying to get pregnant! Im very disheartened about this office and about the service I received here. After a year of trying to conceive without success, I wanted to know if there were issues preventing pregnancy. I chose this doctor because of the great reviews here on Google. Upon my initial visit, I had an entire list of procedures, blood work and tests to do according to the checklist created for me. Jackie was amazing and was always available when I had questions. After two sonograms, an MRI, HSG exam, bloodwork and plenty of $$$ spent, I havent received a call back to schedule my fibroid removal surgery. Its been a month. I honestly agree with the other reviews that mention this office as being a money pit. The doctor seems impatient as I always felt rushed and never truly comfortable with him. His staff is great, but Im unsure why I havent received a follow up call even though I reached out to Jackie via email to see what the hold up was. Im so disappointed. Btw, i noticed that theres a sign up front that says theyll pay you $25 if you leave them a review on Google. Good luck.

It took me years to work up the courage to see a fertility specialist.Since the age of 16, my regular OBGYN’s had no concern for my super painful periods. Was always told my Pap smears were normal and to take IBprofen for the pain.At age 35 and 2 years of trying to conceive, I finally came into get an ultrasound, and I’m glad I did!!Right away, they found a significant sized polyp in my uterus and would require surgery to remove.I was kinda bummed, (as I have been blessed to have never had any medically necessary procedures) but also optimistic that once it was gone I would be able to conceive.Dr. Denker asked about my pain and said he was 90% sure I had endometriosis and would laser it out during my polypectomy, if necessary.Everyone in the office has always been super sweet and friendly. They got me scheduled very quickly, and here I am 2 weeks post-op.Surgery went great. Dr. Denker held my hand as the anesthesia kicked in, and I have to say that was the most memorable part of the experience. I was pretty nervous and that small, kind gesture made me feel so calm and comfortable.My recovery was amazing, aside from the excruciating gas pain from the procedure!! I kept doing child’s pose and a couple other gentle yoga positions (even though it was SO painful) and eventually it went away. I, surprisingly, had NO pain in my pelvic region!!!I did have moderate endometriosis, that is now GONE! He went over pictures with me today, I am so excited to start my journey into motherhood with a fresh, new uterus!!He thinks I will be fine to conceive naturally on my own, didn’t try and sell me any kind of supplements or fertility procedures, which I appreciated.He said to call him and let him know as soon as I’m pregnant, I have a feeling it will be VERY SOON!!!Thanks Dr. Denker and entire staff❤️Will update as soon as there’s a bun in the oven !!

I’ve been going to PBFC for over two years. Everyone who works there is amazing. They are always accommodating to my hectic schedule. They answer all my questions and I couldn’t imagine going to a different clinic. I always brag about where I go. No drs would listen to me that I had endometriosis and dr Denker did. One of the most important things for me as a patient is being heard by medical staff and here I always am. Infertility is a scary thing and PBFC helps guide you through it and not feel alone. Definitely go here and you will not regret it.

Dr. Denker and staff have made the impossible, almost a reality.I have always loved kids, starting as a babysitter, then going up to a Counselor in Training, Jr Counselor, and Counselor at Day Camp. When I got into my 20s and early 30s - friends and relatives started to have kids, and this feeling of being a part of a youngsters life has continued.As my life journey continued, and I figured things out with my personal life, I knew I wanted to be a father, and not to wait to my 40s or 50s for it to be to late.I met with the staff in March of 2015. After doing tests, and picking a donor, PBFC stood by me throughout the last year. I had a donor that didnt cycle, a surrogate that backed out and my next surrogate had a chemical pregnancy. When I needed them, it was very easy to get in touch with them - and helped me get through this difficult times.I tried again with two embryos in February with that same surrogate, and happy to say that I am 14 weeks pregnant with twins. The best part of this office is that you get the personalized attention that one deserves going through this amazing, yet (difficult at times) journey. You will not get this at many offices and fortunate to have found them.I truly recommend Palm Beach Fertility Clinic if you are looking at starting the process.

2 years ago I started my IVF journey with Dr Denker. We went through a lot of testing and sonograms. The genetic test he uses may be cheaper than others but it’s not as thorough. The X-ray technician said she had done hundreds of sonograms but never ended up finding my uterus or ovaries to count the follicles. After trying 4-5 times, she called in Dr Denker. He looked and couldn’t find them either. He looked down at me on the table and said “don’t worry. We’ll find out what’s wrong with you.”Now, When you go through this procedure, every negative comment scares you to death. There’s a reason we’re going to an infertility clinic! But forget the wording... none of you were able to find the organs you’re supposed to work on? Yet, you want all my money and trust to place the embryo into the disappearing organs. I left there that day with all my paperwork, labs, etc and went straight to ivf of Florida in margate. I also know about 6 people that have gone there with great results.I had Dr Ory. We went through everything, got one good embryo out, and he placed it perfectly. I now have a beautiful 4month old daughter thanks to him. A friend of mine went to him as well and got pregnant both times he tried. Save your money and go to ivf of Florida. Good luck!

After reading all the great reviews, along with high ratings I figured lets give it a try... wrong!Dr. Denker is not very clear with answering questions and gets irritated if you ask him to clarify or that you don’t understand as a result will pull out his diagram and explain to you how babies are made as if you are children. You will find his answers to never be straight forward and basically a run around leaving you either more confused or not informed enough to be able to make the best decision for yourself.Appears more interested in selling along with expensive solutions, rather than listening and trying to figure out if there can be more effective alternatives and his excuses of safety and inability or comfort in continuing with us as patients because i wasn’t textbook material we did our research and are with another more qualified reproductive specialist and we are proud to say we are having a boy!

I suggest you be alert about your insurance, because they do not explain clearly, until after you pay and spend money out of your pocket, I spent approximately 3500.00 in expences IUI and donor sperm ect plus time, when I went on Friday I had the follicle at 18 centimeters, since it was a weekend, they did not monitor myself with ultrasound Monday was a holiday so she did the app for IUi Tuesday , on Friday the she said that the follicle had to be 20-25 centimeters in so that i have the injection on Monday for ovulateand that on Tuesday I had the IUI, when I went on Tuesday They didnt even do another ultrasound to see if I was ready for the IUI , they just did IUI was a failure, because ovulation was on the weekend, on Monday the 31st I did an ovulation test and it came out negative, I told the doctor this that ovulation pass in weekend days before the IUI, when i called to see the result of the pregnancy test and she told me that it was negative, I told her I knew because ovulation passed weekend before the IUI since I had colic and I had a transparent clear mucus and apart from Monday I did the ovulation test and it came out negative, the only thing that she told me do you want to make another attempt, I said of course no. I think they no want Schedule on the long weekend of memorial day, and ovulation passes but them done care because they are not the ones who phase the expend money for nothing and the one the have the pass emotions too, is very disappointed I would never return to this place. I never meet the doctor never attended me only his assistant doctor.when I spoke with the front lady I ask I want to spoke to the manager she said , she will left a note for she call me back , that never happens, I just share my bad experience.

Palm Beach Fertility Clinic brought our dreams to reality. When my wife and I walked into the clinic for the first time, we had no idea what to expect. The IUI process was explained to us by Dr. Denker along with all the testing we would go through. Jackie Golden, ARNP, was so caring with each of our cycles. When she called me with the words Youre pregnant! we couldnt have been more excited. Fertility journeys can be emotionally exhausting, but I always felt understood and important there. Dr denker and his staff were the most compasionate and caring people we have met. They made my wife and I feel like family and helped us through all steps in the IVF process. They are just interested in the money; not genuinely helping patients. I was treated disrespectfully over the phone over and over again by Selena. Don’t go there unless you want your feelings, heart and money to be handled just like trash. It is a shame to see that this office doesn’t care at all how much pain they caused and displayed a careless attitude towards my situation.

Cant say enough great things about this office. Three beautiful children because of the great work Dr Denker does. Its been awhile but my oldest one is graduating from high school this year.

Dr. Denker and his staff are the best. They make you feel at home and put you at ease. Everyone is so friendly. My husband and I are so happy we found him.

This is a wonderful place with an amazing and friendly staff. My wife and I had a successful IUI and our expecting our little “nugget” in June 2019. We have no regrets and recommend anyone in need of fertility assistance to check them out.

Money hungry office. Money is more important than the patient, which is why they will overcharge you for future services you may or may not need. I ended up losing money that way but they made their profit.Will not inform you what services are covered by insurance as they prefer a short cut to making fast money by directly charging patient full price. When asked why they didnt inform me a blood test that needed to be done could have been covered by insurance, they blamed me by saying and i quote - It is the patients responsibility to know what can be covered by insurance.Remember, anything other than IVF such as blood tests, ultrasounds, etc. is covered by insurance so dont let this office charge you directly.

Its been few months I am Visiting PBFC, I always had wondered experience with all staff, and today I had consult with Dr.denker first time, he is very calm and knowledgeable and the way he treat patients which is amazing.

Last year around this time I was struggling to get pregnant now I’m standing in my twins nursery. This is all because of Dr. Denker and his amazing staff. Thank you so much for making me a mommy.

They are truly the nicest people. Everyone make you feel great and they go above and beyond for you. After 4 years of trying I am finally 11 weeks pregos. Cant say enough about this office.

This clinic the nurse will make you do blood work there even you have insurance cover it. She want to you do there. So she will money on you. If you call the office, they told you that they will call you back, but they never call you back. Thus office , just money make machine. If you go there, you just a dollar sign for them. Its shame

There are not enough words in the English language to express how grateful I am for each person at the Palm Beach Fertility Center. Every person in the office is caring, genuine and brilliant.

Dont really care what type of treatment is best for patient. And always want to over charge for everything. They claim insurance dont cover fertility treatment, I call my insurance and turns out it covers most of the tests, just not the fertility related procedure, like IVF. Dont waste your money and time here!

The ladies at this office are always so kind. Their customer service is amazing. I have had to schedule appointments on a tight schedule and they always offer help without hesitation!

Dr Denker found out that I had blocked Fallopian tubes Ive had surgery this year and everything is great now amazing and friendly I love the staff and doctor very honest.

This place is not great. It is very unorganized and over rated . I’m not sure why all the positive reviews but this is a money pit. Limited skilled staff . I would seek other fertility doctors.

Everyone was very pleasant! I just didnt like that I had to keep contacting them to see if they got my info from my Obgyn.

Very good, cozy place, very comfortable for consultation, especially for men, the staff was very friendly, it was a good experience
