During my visits with Monica- NP and Kally- MA I was treated with great empathy and I felt all my concerns were addressed. Both of these ladies were attentive and helpful in my recovery. I truly appreciate being able to trust urgent care and the above mentioned medical staff during my healing and recovery. Thank you! ❤️I would highly recommend this facility and Monica - NP along with Kally - MA. Wonderful medical care.Thank you!
What a fantastic visit,8-6-24. Visit was for the start of poison ivy.my family doctor wouldnt see me two weeks.( No nurse practitioner on site anymore) .So I stopped here, they were more than glad to serve me. Only few minutes I was done. As I was having cancer surgery in two weeks, I panicked that it would spread to area to be done. All good now one day later. No itching, and areas getting smaller. Thanks to the staff. Very nice and professional.Randy R.
In the last week I’ve been to this location twice. Both times I was treated by Kelly (NP) and Sam (MA). My visits have been very fast. I always feel that I’m getting the best care. Conversation makes me smile even when I don’t feel the greatest. At this point they pretty much know me by name and there isn’t another facility I would choose to go to. Thank you so much.
I am pleasantly impressed with this location! They will get you in and out as I was checked on and checked out within 10 minutes. Kally and Monica were very welcoming and took no time to greet me and put a smile on my face. Not only am i feeling better today being taken care of by these two wonderful people, I know if I need to return for any reason in the future I will be in good and professional hands.
Went In to have myself checked for an ear infection. The front desk greeted me as soon as I walked in, took no time getting me back to a room. Experience was awesome. Kelly was very pleasant and made me feel heard. Will recommend in the future!
As soon as I walked in I was helped with kindness from kally and she continued her kindness while talking of my ailments best MA I’ve had an the Nurse Practitioner Monica was empathetic and very helpful in every way. They both made my urgent care need an actual lovely experience. So Thankyou as someone who is chronically ill they were one of the best I’ve seen! Truly amazing humans.
Today I needed medical attention. I was not disappointed visiting this care center. Kelly greeted me right away with a big smile. She was very pleasant. Then I saw Monica who came in who has a wonderful bed side manner. I would go back again.
Best urgent care ever!A friend and I visited the other day. A great deal of respect and professionalism are displayed by Monica Naugle CNP. She is such a sweet and caring person. My friend has been patched up like a pro. The moment we walked in we were greeted with a big smile. Kally room as in right away. Shes so welcoming! Amazing place! Our visit to the clinic was quick and we were done in no time at all. I would like to thank Monica for answering all our questions and getting our prescription to us right away. I found her to be very thorough and knowledgeable about the subject. A++ urgent care. Will recommend the place and come back!
I wish I didnt have to even give one star. The office staff are very friendly and competent, but the nurse Monica is the most incompetent and rude person she have ever met. My niece has been there twice with her children and her first experience was with Kelly. Kelly explained everything in a way she could understand and answered every question my niece had. Her second encounter was with Monica. She was rude and treated my niece horribly. She even yelled at and argued with the medical assistant about a test that my niece did not want performed on her child. My niece will not be coming there if Monica is working.
I’ve been coming to this Urgent Care since 2021 and have never had a bad experience! They are quick, friendly, and will always go out of their way to do what’s best for you! Kelly & Kally are a great team - I promise they are the two you want to be seen by if you are in BG or the surrounding areas! :)
Came in needing stitches - fast service, both ladies were gentle and polite. While doing my stitches, Kelly did a great job at walking me through it as well as carrying a conversation to distract me during the stitches process. Overall a great experience!
Walked in early Monday morning was checked out right away. Every thing went good. Monica went the extra mile to make sure I was able to find a equal to 1 prescription that was not available in town. Went back in today and meet the other staff Sam? Was very knowledgeable and helpful with my questions and helped me out.
Usually come in here every once in a while and they are awesome. I’m in and out pretty quickly. Recently, Monica and Kally took care of me and they were fantastic. I highly recommend if you need to go somewhere, you go here.
This is my go to urgent care for all immediate health concerns I may be facing. I refuse to go anywhere else because the wait is always sooo so much longer. I think the longest I’ve ever had to wait at this location is about 20-30 minutes? And the doctors and assistants are great. Quick and easy!
Great service. Both ladies Monica and Kally were very nice and attentive to my needs! The best urgent care in town!
Very welcoming staff. I felt like I was in good hands. I only went in to get stitches removed from my forearm, but I was well taken care of nonetheless.
Monica was amazing. My husband has been getting his DOT physicals done here and they are fast and nice about it. Very clean!
Staff were helpful and polite both to me and the other person who entered while I was there. Possibly the easiest medical visit Ive had in years.
My fiancé & son come here over the hospital if possible. We receive quick & courteous service. The staff are very knowledgeable & kind!
The doc that checked me in and assessed me was rude and barely assessed me and the situation at hand. She was not wearing a badge nor did she introduce herself too me. For all I know the secretary was telling me nothing was wrong. I left within 5 minutes and went to the little clinic across town. Felt much more welcome and had my questions and concerns handled very appropriately. Absolute terrible experience. I would never wish my patients to feel the way this woman made me feel. I would rate 0/5 if able.
Awesome place fast and smart knew exactly what was going on both girls are super nice wont regret going to the urgent care ! Its alot different then it use to be a good difference !
Hands down the best urgent care around! Never had to wait and if I did it was around five minutes or less. Great friendly staff & clean environment.
Went there at 3:10 in the afternoon and no one there. Open sign was on but door was locked would not answer the phone either.
So basically I took an at home Covid test and tested positive so I came here to get a confirmation that I had Covid…. We walk in there is a lady with her back to us at a computer, she does not greet us or anything we stand at the desk for 3 minutes with no one acknowledging us so my boyfriend politely says excuse me to the lady with her back to us, she does not look at us and with an attitude states someone will be with us… we continue waiting another lady walks in and then immediately says she’ll be right back and goes away again we continue standing there she finally comes back I explain to her about the test and she asks me if I have underlying health conditions I say I do not and she just says unfortunately we can’t help you…. I was not tested for Covid or anything, honestly worst experience I think I’ve ever had.
Ill update my review after my visit is finished but so far Ive met with an unhelpful front desk staff who told me Id have to download an app to check in because Id never been here. I have been here twice. They then have the wrong name of the app on the handout and argued with me about it. The app is called Walk In Urgent Care NOT call in urgent care. Also, if youre sitting in the waiting room you can hear what people are saying in the exam rooms.
Very nice and understanding, got in super quick with no problem, with very high quality, very much recommend
Kelly and Sam were so amazing when I came in with a hurt ankle, they are so helpful and so nice!
Just came into this place because I have so much going on with me, never been there before so I walked up to the desk to assume maybe there is a sign in or a check in. BOY was I WRONG. The lady just kept telling me while slurring her words that the people behind me were first and that she would be with me next, I asked if there was a check in and she just kept repeating the same thing being rude. Then she is talking to some 15 year old kid about how he has a specific spot in his back for back pain, SHE PRESCRIBED HIM MUSCLE RELAXERS ON THE SPOT. No check in no nothing. Gives them their prescription sheet to take to rite aid and they leave. I mean what? I ended up just leaving and walking out.
If youre sick, dont go here. Theyll covid test you or flu test you and send you on your way. Not pleasant, doesnt prescribe medication for illness. Bowling Green Urgent Care on Wooster is MUCH better.
This place closes at 8pm. I came here at 7:20 for a covid test that takes 10 mins tops. The door was locked, when someone came to the door she said that both rooms were full however there were no cars in the parking lot.. only one in employee parking area, I dont get it. They dont close until 8.Not cool.. it makes me curious on if she just didnt want to work or if its my appearance either way Im very disappointed if I could give 0 starts I would..
The facility is full of a bunch of prunes! The front desk lady is not pleasant, can’t even greet you just hands you a clipboard says complete highlighted area and bring back. Barely says 2 works. Nurse who does vitals isn’t pleasant and the doctor is condescending, rude, and dismissive. I took my daughter there to be seen for cough, sore throat, and chest congestion to which she was told it’s due to her being pregnant. The doctor acted like I was someone who shouldn’t be there but it’s my daughter who is newly pregnant and was nervous. Definitely won’t return!
This is a great place to get care Dr. Hallowell and her assistant were great. She took the time to listen and really cared that I got the correct care. I bring my whole family here. They are fast, kind and great with kids also! I wish she would be a primary care doctor again! I would totally be her patient!
Went in to Urgent care today for my husband to have his lungs checked. Kelly did fantastic. I’m in the medical field too so I like to know everything that’s going on. She was very informative and I was comforted by that. My husband got the exact care he needed and is on the road to recovery. We only use the bowling green “walk in urgent care” because the staff is always great and we leave there on the road to becoming better than when we came in! Excellent job. Thank you!
I walked in with severe back pain that Id had for a few days. I was greeted and treated very well by Tessa. She took me back to see Kelly very quickly. Kelly went above and beyond to help get me feeling better. The facility was clean and welcoming....I will continue to use this facility whenever I cant get in to see my doctor.....I highly recommend Walk-In Urgent Care in Bowling Green Ohio. Thank you ladies!!!
I had no bad experience! They were very busy and stayed professional. Kelly was all over place trying hard to help everyone. All three of them went the extra mile to help me and I am very appreciative. Ruth is kind and very helpful. A wonderful face to have greeting patients. Tessa has a great personality and was very kind. She made me feel comfortable and our small talk allowed my anxiety to go away. Thank you ladies for coming to work with a smile on your faces through these uncertain times. I appreciate your hard work! I can hardly wait to be sick again. I know where Ill be going!
So incredibly awful. My friend was completely bruised and swollen on her ankle and we went to the urgent care at around 2:30 to find that the door was locked. We went back to her car and around ten minutes later a woman unlocked the door, we went inside and my friend said she had a really bad ankle and the women told her they wouldn’t be able to do anything for it, or even check it. She said they had no wrap for her ankle. I have never been so uncomfortable and upset by customer care.I recommend skipping urgent care and heading straight for Falcon Health Center, it was a breath of fresh air when the gingerly elder woman greeted us with a smile. Walmart has better urgent care in the frozen meats aisle.
Worst experience ever! From the moment I walked through the the front door, the lady at the front desk was extremely rude and unwelcoming. I gave her my $30 co-pay in cash and she placed it in a drawer without giving me a receipt. I requested a receipt and she stated she did not know how to do that. I explained, that I just gave her cash and would like a receipt. She then picked up a receipt book, scribbled on it; which, was not legible and wrote $30. She then proceeded to tear it out of the book. As she tore it she ripped it to where all edges were jagged then tossed it at me. I then told her this was unacceptable and I would be asking the Doctor for a new receipt. She says, I am the Doctor. She is the receptionist/Doctor??? I didn’t realize this was a one man show. Very unprofessional! I demanded my co-pay back and went elsewhere.
We got there at 7:45pm before closing and they closed at 8. My son had an ear infection and needed to get diagnosed quickly, the lady at the desk looked at us and then got up and walked away while their door was locked and they just disappeared. Terrible, terrible place, don’t waste your time
I had an amazing experience here tonight 3/17/16. The nurse and doctor were amazing I called in and they told me to bring my 3 year old in, well by the time I got there they were locking the doors I called in told them who I was and that I previously called in about my daughter they instantly came and unlocked the door and let us in even though they didnt have to! Once in went straight into the room doctor came in within seconds put my daughter on the bed looked at her arm and put her elbow back in within 2 seconds my daughter was perfectly fine happy and moving her arm again no tears the whole time. With just calling in and explaining what happened the knowledgeable doctor instantly knew what was wrong. They were both very polite and very very helpful I will be going back for future care. I thank the nurse and doctor from the bottom of my heart!!!!
Walked in with a deep cut on my hand that needed stitches. After a 15 minute wait, Morgan and Ruth patched me up quick and easy and gave me a tetanus shot. They were extremely accommodating and personable (especially for a Monday evening). Great experience all around, will definitely return next time I accidentally stab myself cooking.
** Note for those who wonder what the procedure is for rapid COVID testing: Download their app and make an appointment that morning BEFORE 8 am. Results are actually available in 20 minutes. We were done with results by 10.** Tessa and Morgan opened everything on time and started taking customers right away. Very cheerful and informative. Also flexible with our details since we were coming in from out of state. Very compassionate testing too. Just great job all around.
I went there to take both of my teenagers. I walked in and was not sure what to expect in such a small place. Kelly and Ruth made me question no more. They were both so friendly and knowledgeable. Took care of both of them, explained the medicine before we picked it up and we were on our way. No time for the teenagers to even complain about ANYTHING! Lol. Thank you both so very much. We will have no hesitation in returning.
I was horribly sick and had come in one day after going to an urgent care in Perrysburg; where I had been treated for a very severe cold.I had to come in again because I noticed my eyes were inflamed and therefore I might need additional treatment/meds (ie-potentially pink eye from my travel-where I had gotten the cold). They didnt even see more for more than 1 minute and wrote my prescription but coded the visit as general. The bill was 5x the cost of my urgent care visit in Perrysburg from the previous day . I asked several times for the codes to be correct and no one would assist. I do not recommend coming here and will never go for myself again-what a scam.
I literally just got here and the receptionist was rude as hell. I came for birth control because I needed a new pack and the women’s clinic wasn’t open. I heard them talking about me and saying my name and laughing. Very unprofessional. When I was in the clinic, I heard them talk very loudly about myself in front of other workers and other patients. And I heard everything that was going on about the patients. I heard them talk and laugh about my chart. Will NEVER go there again.
We have used this urgent care location several times. Recently, my husband visited this location and they got him right in. They are always very friendly and the nurses and doctors on staff take the time to get to know the patient and the issue at hand. We have always received excellent service here. Thanks so much for being part of our community. We appreciate you when we cannot get in to see our primary care physician.
Weve been here 3 times (over a couple of years) and have had a great experience every time. The staff have always been helpful, pleasant and quick. The physician and nurse practitioners are knowledgeable, caring and attentive. Ive been a nurse for 3 decades and have been thrilled with the quick, exact care my family has received here.
Walked right in. No wait, staff was great, very empathetic and helpful. Pulled glass out of my foot and back out the door within an hour. the NP, Jennifer, made my visit as painless as possible and advised after care prescription and location. Overall as good an experience as i could have asked for. I recommend this location and would feel comfortable sending my other family members there as well if they were in need.
Literally everytime i come here during “open” hours the door is locked and the lights inside are off even though the OPEN sign is on. last time i came they told me they couldn’t help me and to go to the ER. i ended up just having a uti.
I’ve been here a few times and it’s never been great. Today was one of the more unprofessional visits. The lady at the front desk was not wearing a mask & was eating food while talking to me & handling my ID. She then sent me into room 2, which is not labeled at all. I just assume it was the second room through the doors. Another patient was in room 1. They did not close either doors while talking to us & examining. I could hear everything the other patient said. The front desk lady then masked up & came into my room & asked for basic information & took my blood pressure. She then left the room without a word & the door open. While waiting for someone to come see me, the front desk lady was hacking up a storm right out side the door with no mask on or covering her mouth. The lady who finally came in was nice. Although she said she didn’t really ask me too many questions or check me out. I went in for sinus drainage & my ear felt like it was filled with water. She just prescribed me a steroid & that was it.
Quality, professional, efficient service all while having to deal with how ornery I am. Cant say enough about how well Morgan, Ruth and Tessa did. The waiting room was like a revolving door and the phones were ringing off the hook the entire time. This 3 person team operated like a well oiled machine. They had my x-rays done quickly, and made me a same day appointment with UTMC before I walked out the door.
Do not recommend at all! Walked in, filled out paperwork, then they asked for my photo ID and insurance card. Gave them my cards and then they kept them at the desk. Sat in waiting room for over an hour. Asked how much longer wait would be. Lady at desk said “well I’m working on something right now.” That was not what I asked. So I asked for my cards back and left! Went down the road to the little clinic. Had great service there and was in and out in half hour!
Lost a customer yesterday. I called 6 or 7 times, but nobody picked up on 12-20-22 (starting at 1:59 PM). It then went to voicemail, which was full every time, after ringing about 8 or 10 times. Had no extension to put in after dialing zero. Your medical place should be better than that. But Medical in BG, Ohio stinks. This is no exception. Also, notice only 1 or 2 cars in the photos for that plaza. Maybe thats also a bad sign. Maybe the 2 stand alone ERs on Rt 25 (Dixie Hwy) in Perrysburg is the best option for BG residents. And please come up with a more original response than Thanks for bringing this to our attention, as seen below.Edit to reply: Notice the response is not that original, beyond We had few people working. I guess nursing temp services went by the wayside and all fell and evaporated???? Do they no longer exist???? Being family of medical staff makes me notice and then say more. Inexcusable. Another chance is denied, as this could have been worse than it actually was. Ill stick to the Rt 25 ERs in Pburg.
I visited this location with my mother on 3/4/19 and all three of the staff (Jessica, Rebecca and Jackie) were extremely nice and patient with us. We were done in less than 1 hour and were willing to answer all our questions. Best customer service experience I have received in a while! I am glad I didnt have to go back to the location in Perrysburg because the staff person at that location was very rude and unprofessional. So, if you are looking for a doctor who is authorized by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), I would highly recommend this location; the staff was very helpful.
6 - 18 - 18I cut my finger on some glass and Miss Jessica (MA) and Miss Traci (CNP) were amazing. Both of them were extremely nice and we were all laughing and having a good time (considering there was a cut on my finger that needed stitches.)6 - 21 - 18I went back for a follow up to get my stitches out three days later (which is when I was told to come back by Miss Traci) and did not receive the same kindness. Miss Katrina (MA Im assuming) was hateful and did not want to give anyone the time of day. Its like every question I asked was a chore for her to answer. I said thank you to her three times during that visit, and she responded with two eye-rolls and a door slam. I said I hope you have a good day twice, and all she had to say was thank you or maybe you too, but nope. From my understanding she works there every Thursday, so Im sorry for anyone that has some kind of Urgent Care emergency they have on Thursdays. I dont understand how you can be mean to the people who are already in some kind of pain (like... were visiting Urgent Care... Obvi we need help girl. Come on. Its nice to be nice. Learn it.)6 - 25 - 18Because I was told Miss Jessica and Miss Traci would be back in on Monday (clearly the best day to go because these ladies are amazing), I went back to actually get my stitches out. Thankfully they were there, and everything was fine. I really appreciated them, especially considering my last trip there on Thursday.Miss Jessica has helped me at the desk in the past when Ive had strep or some other kind of problem. She has always been nothing but nice to me (and she has the prettiest blue/gray eyes). Miss Traci is a joy to be around. She is all smiles and ready to make anyone laugh. Theyre great. If youre gonna get sick or hurt, get sick or hurt on Mondays.Thank you both so much :)
I had a wonderful experience. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The staff listened to my health concerns. I also observed other patients being treated with the same kindness even when a patient came in and was very rude to the person at the front desk. Thanks for being so professional!
The 1 individual staff was great. No Dr on staff and found out the lady was not even a nurse. It took her 20 min to get a Dr to join a computer interview. My daughter has yearly bronchitis and no one was there to listen to her lungs. I would not recommend this place unless you only need a bandaid.
Kelly and Marina are so nice and helped me out so much today!! Two wonderful people who had me in and out in under 30 minutes! Walk-In Urgent is my primary care center now for sure.
When I dropped a 25lb weight on my foot I thought I was tough and I came to Ohio fromMichigan for the weekend. Well, I’m not. The service I received was attentive, knowledgeable, fun and comforting. The sweet ladies working didn’t mind that it was almost the end of their shift and gave me X-rays, took their time and made sure I was ok before I left. I’d come back to Ohio for this care! Thank you!
Dr. Luana Hess was wonderful. Can honestly say one of the nicest, enthusiastic and informative doctors Ive met. Not only did she take care of my strep throat, but she also answered my questions relating to my anxiety, weight, back pin and high blood pressure. She offered several resources for me to check out. She was just wonderful, honestly felt like talking to my mother(if she also had medical knowledge lol). Next time Im sick, which hopefully isnt soon, hopefully shes the doctor I get. Also Jessica Thompson was very nice at reception. Took my info and had me seeing the doctor in no time
I have come to this urgent care several times to do a urine screen which is not done by the doctor. Today I got here and the nurse let me know I had to wait for all patients to be seen until I am able to go take the urine screen. She told me in a manor that felt like she wanted me to turn around and leave, which is absolutely not an option. Therefore, I sat and waited for a 2 minute procedure that does not involve the doctor in any way for a very long period of time while 4 patients were seen by the doctor. I am very dissapointed by this customer service and will not ever be returning here.
Walked right in. Very pleasant folks. However, follow up patient care EXTREMELY SUB PAR. After 4 days still not feeling good. ($90. office visit + scripts $150.) Called and asked to try different script. I provided date/time I was there. Girl asked: who saw me? (I was only one there. + Its in their computer, they should know that). I asked if payment to get another script/visit was needed. She said Up to who you saw. So I asked when that person would be back in. She said: Dont know. (They should know that). I asked when an actual Doctor would be in. She answered: They float in and out. Couldnt provide me Doctor date/time etc. (They should also know that). Wouldnt give me straight answers. She said I should get a Primary/Family Care Doctor. (If I had one, I wouldnt of had to go there!) She finally said I have to pay for additional visit to try different script. Bottom line: Didnt give straight answers. Wouldnt tell me when the person I first saw (Nurse Prat) would be back in. Wouldnt tell me when an actual Doctor would be in. Wouldnt even offer some type of discount for return on same issue. Save your money & try some of the other Urgent Cares popping up. Nothing wrong with a Nurse Practitioner but Id call ahead and see if an actual Doctor is on staff before you go to a UC.
I applaud all of the staff for being so kind. A lot of us waited in line for a very long time for a covid test and they were still very professional and made us laugh at the end of their hectic day. My daughter was very nervous to get tested but Dr. Hussain and the nurse Ruth made it a breeze! You guys rock and we appreciate you and the rest of the staff for our experience there today!
New staff very kind and sweet. Really turning the place around
I was refused antibiotics for pink eye and a sinus infection from CNP Hallowell. I had to go to e real doctor. She cost me money and time away from work by extending my illness and calling it a virus. All prior visits with other medical providers there were great. She is not an asset to the team. I left crying with no prescription for common ailments. Why?!
Im was a little leary of an urgent care clinic and receiving quality care. No need at this facility. I arrived just as they opened with respiratory distress. Got right in.. Saw Jennifer, the Nurse Practitioner. She and her assistant were knowledgeable, kind, courteous and genuinely concerned. I was diagnosed with a lower respiratory infection. As a first line of defense, I highly recommend this facility. They were my lifesaver. Thank you.
I had a great experience here! Everyone is super friendly and takes great care of you. I didn’t have to wait long at all to be seen. Morgan is a true gem who really cares for her patients!
Had COVID test needed for surgery and scheduled via the app for 8am. Arrived at 7:55 and worker walked up at 8 to put up a sign saying they open at 9. Got out quick to knock on door and she saw us and saw us knocking and wouldn’t come to the door.
I made a walk-in appointment through the app for 3:30-4 so got to urgent care around 3:20. Once I got there, the open light wasnt on, door was locked and no one answered when I called. Their voicemail says open hours are 8am-8pm, so why were there closed at 3:30 in the afternoon. If they arent in office, they need to make sure you can schedule an appointment because I just wasted time and gas to drive over there for it to be closed. Absolutely ridiculous.
This facility is truly what every urgent care should be like. Efficient, professional and CLEAN! Dr. Turki is patient, very sweet and a good man who genuinely cares for his patients.I went for a Covid test and it was like VIP treatment. I was attended immediately by Dr. Turki who was extremely professional & thorough. This was literally the least stressful urgent care experience ever. Its satisfying to know that there is a clean, safe and very helpful care unit to go to during this time of Covid-19. Hope your experience is as easy and pleasant as mine!
Tried calling multiple times with no answer. Went there only to see the three people working sitting behind the desk doing nothing. Walked in with my son who was having active COVID symptoms and told in a rude manner that they wouldn’t see him because they closed in 15 minutes and the test takes 20 minutes to complete. I have never heard of a health facility who wouldn’t see a patient during their business hours because the visit could run past the time they are closed. Took my son to NWO Urgent Care in Findlay, was seen and he indeed tested positive! If you need to be seen, I’d suggest going there, they will stay however long after closing it takes to see every patient who walks in their doors before their posted closing time!
I have been here 2 times in the last week. First time was for a physical and drug test for new employer. The second time was for an illness. The entire staff is always very polite, friendly, helpful and passionate. The staff is very educated, I would rather go here than a dr, emergency room etc! The expense is very reasonable and I never have to wait long! ❤️👍🏻😁
I walked in for a pre-employment physical exam. I was in and out fairly quickly. CNP Lori did my exam and she was very pleasant and carried on good conversation with me. I normally get anxious when I go see doctors and such, but she made me feel very comfortable.
This was the worst urgent care I’ve ever been to. I went right when they opened and was asked if I was the doctor or if I was the receptionist. After I said no she said oh your a patient like she was surprised to have one. I asked if they took my insurance and she said yeah maybe. The lady ended up being the doctor and only staff member there. After she asked me why I came in and I said I think I might have ringworm, with that she responded oh that’s easy enough I guess I can do that. Then she tried taking my blood pressure and couldn’t. She asked to look at the spot and barely looked at it when it was showed and she said yep that’s what it is. She didn’t look or anything at it. It was the most unprofessional experience with a doctor I’ve ever experienced. I will never go here again.
I took my son here to be checked and I mistakenly forgot his updated medical insurance cars at home. I had his expired one and simply asked if that was okay so I didnt have to run home. The receptionist was EXTREMELY rude to both me and my 2 year old son. I asked her for my ID and card back and she shoved it back at me. I made the mistake of walking into this run down establishment. I will never do that again. Ill pay the 500 dollars for a emergency room visit. People should not be treated like that. No matter the circumstances.
My first covid positive test. They didnt have masks or gloves. Told me the med would make me worse.THEN she mentioned she HAD to get the vaccine, then got sick.Get medical treatment from those who believe in science.
I got in right away and the MA Jessica was very friendly. Nurse Ericka took her time to evaluate what was wrong with me. She even stayed way past her shift so I could get an IV. Ericka went above and beyond to make sure I was okay. Extremely pleased with the level of care I received!
My experience day of service was very good. However I received a bill for a 45 minute visit when I was only there 15 minutes for $145. I would never have gone there if I would have known how expensive it was going to be. Billing was very difficult to get through to and the woman was not very helpful and made no adjustment to the bill. She actually said if I didnt have insurance I could have paid less as a cash customer. Wont go there again.
I saw Lori K. when I was there. She was very quick, friendly and helpful. She was also nice to my two children who I had to bring along. I would absolutely go here for any urgent care needs.
If I could give this place less than 1 star I would. I walked no one said anything to me. Then a lady came from the back and sat at the desk didn’t say anything to me so after waiting 10 minutes I walk out. There was no one in there I don’t understand what hard about saying hello
I always have a positive experience when I come here and see Dr. Hess. She is professional, friendly, and knows what she is doing. I like being seen by a MD rather than a nurse practitioner or physician assistant. The medical assistant Jessica is also very professional and good at what she does!
Here from overseas I needed a contraceptive injection. After calling Planned Parenthood and getting quoted almost $200 for it (!!?) I called in to Urgent Care. They were very helpful and charged just $40 for the appointment to get the prescription written out and for checking me over for my blood pressure etc. They also helped me with a voucher to get the prescription at a reduced rate from Walmart. I found the initial phone call to them extremely efficient after getting through after a couple of attempts, on going in the service was great with no wait. This was simple and straight forward in a very complicated US medical system as a visitor from overseas.
Terrible service. I will be calling shortly to express my disgust with the male receptionist that works there. My girlfriend arrived today and was ignored for 10 minutes. There were no other patients, no one else in the lobby. She knew he saw her but chose instead to watch a movie. When she finally said something he put up one finger as if to tell her to wait. No words were spoken. She promptly left.
I have been there a few different times and at first had no issues, however the last two times I went there I was not happy at all. I took my 8 year old daughter there because she had a laceration that needed stitches, the doctor on duty was off in 45 minutes and refused to treat my daughter. Told me that we would have to go elsewhere or wait until the next doctor arrived for his shift... I asked why she was refusing my daughter treatment and she stated that she did not accept our insurance. I offered to not have it submitted through insurance and woukd pay cash, th doctor still refused to treat or even look at my daughter. My last visit was yesterday. I took my 10 year old son there to have his thumb checked out and xrayed to see if it was broken. We got there at 8 am, their opening time, we walked in and got registered, paid our copay. The receptionist stated that the doctor hasnt made it in yet because he was stuck in traffic on I-75. I said OK. The doctor did not arrive to work until 9:26 am. We waited for nearly an hour and a half. The doctor walked in and introduced himself and didnt even apologize for the wait or the inconvenience he had caused us by making us wait so long. We got the xrays done and were told that the radiologist would be looking at them and they would call us with the results within one -two hours. I waited 5 hours and still heard nothing. I called there and the person who answered the phone was extremely rude. I was told that they informed me when I was there that they would call me when they had the results. I ended up waiting another two hours still with no call so I called again and a different person answered and was still just as rude! The third time I called, which was another 2 hours later, I refused to take that for an answer. They out me on hold and left me there for 18 minutes and 56 seconds. When they got back on the phone they were extremely rude and snippy. I refuse to take anyone in my family there ever again. I highly recommend you just keep driving on past if you need urgent care go further into the city and go to the Falcon Center!!!!
I brought my child in last week for a physical and I was so pleased at how extremely efficient everyone was. We got right in! Each of the women was so kind, and I was grateful to be in such a clean, friendly environment. Ive already told several friends to go there for physicals. Thank you for everything. You all ROCK!!! :)
Ruth and Kelly gave the BEST bedside manner I could have ever asked for. I walked in sobbing and they instantly made me feel at ease. It was quick to get in and was prescribed medication immediately. If you need somewhere to go in Bowling Green, please come here!
The doctor was beyond rude. He walked into my room without knocking after they told me to change my cloths. He was rude and very unprofessional. I hurt my self at work and he didn’t take me seriously he kept rolling his eyes and talking down to me. I received no information on what was wrong with me or if I would have restrictions at work . The nurses were nice .
Went in for a UTI in the morning and only one person was there but i was still was seen, had scripts and was out in i think a total of not even 20 minutes! I have spent over an hour for the same problem at the falcon heath center and was told it wasnt bad enough for treatment twice for UTIs before! I highly recommend this place for quick and friendly service. Definitely will be going back when i need quick care and my primary cant get me in.
The doctors and wait staff were wonderful but I dont care for the fact that if the offices phones arent turned on, patients are directed to a technical support team rather than a voicemail. The technical support team answers by saying Walk In Urgent Care so you think your talking to someome in the office but youre not.
Jackie greeting me once I arrived she helped me with my initial paperwork and escorted me to a room rather quickly.. I then met Dr.Hess whom I was immediately comfortable and open with. She was very professional and informative. It was an overall unexpected great experience and was taken care of in a timely matter... Thanks guys🌞☺😁
My daughter and I were taken care of promptly. The Doctor and staff were professional and very helpful. I would recommend any and all to this Urgent care facility... especially children. My little girl felt very comfortable.
This place is AMAZING! Fast, friendly and professional! I was in late on a Saturday...after 5pm. I was seen by Nurse practitioner Jennifer. She had me on my way in no time. I drove straigjt to the pharmacy and my prescription was not only there already but it was READY. I would highly recommend them.
They were extremely helpful and nice! My fiancé went in asking medical advice and they listened to us and answered all our medical questions and concerns. Their advice was medically sound and very insightful! Definitely would come back if I needed to.
Waited well over an hour. Felt like there was no privacy , receptionist asked loudly “ what’s wrong” ( I had a high fever and felt horrible) . When I went back the 2 women who cared for me where very kind and empathic. I had to wait for test results and could hear everything in the other rooms. Eventually it was suggested I go to the ER . Though the medical staff was kind I will not return due to the lack of privacy .
Walked in and checked in with the app🤨 I talked to the front desk and was told to sit down and wasn’t given any paperwork. 4 different people checked on n and were seen before I said Hello am I on the list. I was told we were checked in. After waiting an hour and seeing so many people come and leave I feel this place is so poorly managed. Nobody cared as they saw us sitting there waiting and didn’t help us after I asked
Had to get a physical for work , it was after 5 PM on a Friday and they were the only ones that were open . Receptionist was very friendly and processed my information fast, the two nurses that saw me were very knowledgeable and my physical was taking care of professionally .A+ rating if I was sick I would come here unless I needed the emergency room .
I called to get some info because I needed a doc note for work. I had been sick for almost a week. I was told the doc note could only be for the day I come to visit them and maybe the day after? Whats the point then? I had been sick almost a week!!! She told me if I didnt like their rules I could go somewhere else and hung up on me!! Needless to say I didnt go there. If you are that rude over the phone I dont want to know how rude you would be if I came in!
Went to have a rash checked out 10 minutes before they closed. Yes I know it was almost time for them to leave but my rash was all over my arms and body. Im sure its poison ivy. But my face was starting to get itchy. As soon as I walked in they told me that they are not going to see me. I asked why and the lady said there was one person in front of me and they said they wont get out of the office til after 6pm. I guess my point is, is if you need treatment and you go to get help why not help the person that needed treated.
Kelly was amazing! Really appreciate how she talked me through things as now a days it feels as though many health care workers rush since they’re so busy (rightfully so) but it was great how she took the time!
In and out in a half hour! Jackie was very kind and super efficient. Glad I stopped in when my normal doctor couldn’t fit me in this week. Clean facility. Nice staff. Would recommend.
Was told they were open until 8pm and performing COVID tests. Arrived at 7pm and it was closed with a note on the door stating they closed early because they performed so many COVID tests. First of all, they can still serve more patients for the last hour and second of all, there were no hours posted on the door so who knows when theyll ACTUALLY be open again???
I went in on Wednesday 2/27/19 in the PM. I wasnt even there an hour. First, I walked up to the window and a student at the reception desk just looked at me and didnt say anything. Then a gal came up and gave me paperwork. I filled out the paper work and gave them my insurance and ID as requested. Once the gal that helped me at the window called me back, she asked me questions. The normal medical questions a medical professional is required to ask. I explain my situation: I was sick 2/20/19 coughing, rash but went away in the 24 hours, runny nose, chest hurt, and a very red sore throat. None if it would go away and if it did it would come back. She was very polite at that time. She walks out and through the paper thin door she tells the Dr, its just sinuses. I then wait until the Dr comes in to ask me all the same questions quickly and ask what medications I take. Well I do take zyrtec daily bc I am allergic to mold. Anyways she said well have u tried sudafed? I said no, Ive been taking robitussin but its not getting better just worse. She then listens to my lungs and looks in my ears, nose, and throat. When she looked in my throat she said its not even red. I started to get cocky bc my throat was very red and I could barely eat. She then looked again and said nothing. She said to me.... well what do you want me to do for you? I said well do some test like Mono or Strep test or something. So she said I dont think you have that but Ill order those test for you. So they swab my throat (very quickly), then come in to poke my finger to put blood on the mono tray (which the gal didnt seem to have confidence that she even got enough blood on it). The test sat maybe 5 minutes. The Dr then comes in and says, the tests where both negative, I wish you luck. Have a good night.... Are you kidding me!!! They are going to expect me to pay a bill!? Btw, I work in the medical field. From my clinical experience, Ive never treated a patient like that ever! Not even an ounce of sympathy. I went there because I was not able to get into my doctors. I went there to get somewhat of an answer, Dx, or medication to make me feel better. Here I am almost 3 weeks in feeling worse and worse, not able to get into the doctors, waiting for a bill to pay for these so called nurses, aides, Doctors who didnt even tell me what was wrong. They didnt even take my vitals btw! Absolutely pathetic! Im happy for the people that actually can get answers from Urgent care bc Ive had nothing but problems every time I go to the BG urgent care. I will not be taking my service back.
This place was simply amazing. Dr. Hess and Jona did such an amazing job. There was no wait time. And it was a really one on one experience. I did not feel like a numbered patient. I am from out of town and wish they worked in my town. Great job you guys and again thank you for treating me like a person!!!!!
Came here to get covid tested. The workers were super friendly and helpful even though I’m sure they are working long shifts! Ruth had me laughing as my brain was getting swabbed/stabbed for the test. I almost hope I get covid symptoms again so I can visit again— 5/5 stars
Highly recommend! I walked in on 5/21/2018 not feeling great and everyone there made me feel very welcomed and assured me they would take care of me. Thank you to: Traci, Jessica, and Jackie, truly appreciate all of you!
This location advertises that they are a COVID testing site and no appointment is needed. This is false. You need an appointment days ahead. I booked online and then called to confirm and the gentleman on the phone confirmed that I could have a test done the same day I booked online. I drove 30 minutes there only to learn that I couldn’t have a test done.
They were swamped, which I completely understand. They forgot about me in the wait I room for a Covid test. I wasn’t mad, once again I understand When I got it done, they said the results would be on the app in an hour. Over 2 hours later, no results, and they won’t answer their phone, and their voicemail box is full. I live in Wauseon and work in BG. The test was required for work, so I now have to drive back to BG to get my results, and hope they have them since they won’t even answer their phone and I can’t leave a message. I have to have these results so I can either quarantine or go back to work. Very frustrating.
I can honestly not even in good conscious give it a single star but didnt have an option of giving it none. I went there this last January 16th for swollen glands on the right hand side of my neck and ear pains with the main pain in the right ear. My whole visit lasted less then 15 minutes with the not one time the Dr. bothering to look at my throat or even take time to feel the glands on the right side of my neck. (Though honestly they were swollen enough you could see them without the need to feel for them). All the Dr. kept talking about was winter allergies which I kept stating I didnt suffer from nor show any signs of having. Even after commenting time and again I was there for painful swollen glands and ear pain I still walked out with a script to fill at the pharmacy for Flonase for my nose which wasnt even effected. To say the least I was back in seeing a Dr. a couple days later at Ready Care feeling MUCH worse with the glands considerably more swollen and miserable. After, the normal questions this Dr DID look at my throat and glands and found not only was my glands swollen but also my right tonsil was extremely enlarged. The only thing the script did for Flonase was irritate my throat so by that time not only did I still have ear pain, swollen glands and a swollen right tonsil but my throat was irritated from medication I should have never been put on. After all said and done the only thing the visit to this office did was cause us to receive a large bill of over $213 without my issues even being looked at. I would highly recommended anyone think twice before visiting this office.
I was injured at work and directed by my employer to seek treatment. I went in there 30 minutes before they were going to close, and they were speedy, efficient, and happy to help, even though it ment they were staying a little past their scheduled shifts. Dr. Hess & Asia were the best!
Checked all over to get a COVID test, found this place on the Ohio Dept of Health website promoting no-appointment walk-in rapid testing availability. Tried calling just to confirm before driving 40 minutes...their message states they don’t answer their phones because they’re too busy. Took a chance and drove to BG and was immediately told that they’re booked up. They said they assign slots to the people in line first thing in the morning, and they have nothing available for walkins. Horrible process.
When I walked in there was one person being treated. I went up to the window and the doctor was watching makeup tutorials on youtube, she said someone would be with me in a min. I waited 20 minutes, then someone else walked in, went to the window, and was asked for his information. At this point I was pissed, went to the window and said I was here first, she said sorry, I forgot. I then told the nurse it wasnt her fault I said, maybe if the doctor wasnt watching youtube, she wouldnt have forgotten about me. After another 20 minutes I was finally seen. The doctor told me bla bla bla, then the nurse came and patched me up. Im not discounting the nurse here, but dont go there if the Indian lady doctor is working.
I came in today , and Kristine and Kelly were great. They were friendly and very helpful. I’m glad they work there!!
Hours say they are open 8 am to 8 pm. I ran over on my lunch break at 12. The lights were out and the door was locked. There were no signs posted anywhere explaining why they were not open. I asked a neighboring business if she knew if they would be opening or simply at lunch. She was very kind and said they were probably at lunch and offered to let me sit there and have some coffee while I waited. She informed me that she often has people stopping in asking her the same question. I decided to leave and come back. I came back at 1 pm. Still, there was no one there. I waited for a half hour more before I returned to work. What is the purpose of an urgent care that is frequently closed when it is not supposed to be. Do not waste your time trying to go here because they will most probably not be open. Spend your time and money at a real medical establishment that actually cares enough to open their doors to help people.
I Came in on 8/24/19 last minute with a severe migraine. They were so patient with me. Great staff, very pleasant , clean facility. Will definitely come back !! Thank you BG urgent care !
Scheduled a required covid test for travel (booked appointments 2 weeks in advance on the app) when we arrived for appointments they were closed. We waited a half hour and decided to leave. We had to scramble to find 2 appointments the same day, as we were leaving the following day.
I can’t tell you the amount of times i’ve gone here during their open hours, just for it to be empty, dark, and the open sign off. i went last night at 5 to get a rapid test. no one was there, and no sign posted as to why or when they closed. so i go again at 8 this morning. and again at 9. still closed lol. whats the point when no one is ever there?
10 stars for the Bowling Green Walk In Urgent Care! Greeted and checked on while waiting minutes in the waiting area! Thourough review by jessica the med tech. Erica the nurse practioner was able to diagnose snd help with my medical needs thouroughly and coordinated well with her staff. Jackie the xray tech was very helpful as well with her coordinating witht the nurse practioners requests for my xrays. Great team work in such a demanding field and patients coming and going were most pleased it seemed with their visit as well!!
Went in to get Covid testing. Website said no appointment or referral needed. Few people in line and receptionist stated they were all booked up. People in front of me asked if they could come back tomorrow. She said they were all booked up and to go to Haskins landing. I was next in line and asked where was Haskins landing? Haskins? Said down by the hospital. I asked for address. Said down by hospital. Google was no help either. Driving around hospital looking for a dang covid test. Thanks
Nope i wont even give them a star first my daughter had a bill that her dad owed that i have nothing to do with.so they kept saying oh you have to pay it before we see her 455.00 or payment plan. Wait a min first off thats in his name. Oh that doesnt matter she said oh yes it does to me nope i walked out. My daughter ended up getting admitted to hospital make long story short hats off will never ever go back.
I have been to this urgent care on more than one occasion for different reasons. Each time I was seen in a timely manner. The Nurse Practioner and Medical Assistant were so incredibly kind and attentive to what was going on.
I went there for a severe ear infection the doctor there took me right away and gave me the strongest antibiotics possible...after a few days I wasnt getting better. I went back and they gave me different ear meds and another round of the antibiotics and was doing much better in a few short days. I personally love it and love them there.
Stay away from this one ! Receptionist was condescending and rude NP diagnosed my family member with an ulcer and prescribed a med thank god we went to the ER that night and he went to surgery for a bowel obstruction the next day ! Had he waited he would have had much more serious consequences. I am not a doctor but even I knew this was poor care ! These places should have a better process in place for people who need a higher level of care !
Kelly and Marina were extremely helpful to me today. I got in right away, got a good exam, and left feeling better than I have in several days knowing that I got good care.
Rude front desk staff with no manners or customer Skills. I sat in the room waiting dor doctor, just to have a medical assistant tell me that she’s calling me a prescription and I can leave. I was wondering why they were in a hurry to get me out but then I walked out and the stuff was busy eating their carry out food (I came at lunch time) at the front office area. They billed my insurance for a full exam and I didn’t even see the doctor, don’t even know who she is. I will drive 20 miles to another urgent care before I come back. NEVER AGAIN!
This facility is used by our family only in the event of an after hours emergency as all employees, from the person who checks you in at the front desk to the doctor herself are extremely rude. This is not what you want to encounter when you are sick or hurt. They treat you as if you are a complete bother to them. I will say that they are competent enough to treat you with the meds to cure, but its not a pleasant experience at all.
My girlfriend came home upset so I’m doing this on her behalf. I’m upset at the fact that she didn’t get the care she needs what so ever. Had to go back a second time to be told it’s bronchitis. belittling her. I will be contacting soon.
If your looking for help this is NOT the place to go. After calling for 30 min and no response I show up to find them closed for over 2 hours for a lunch break. By the time they got back it was nothing but disrespectful and didn’t want to help. Please do Not go if you need help.
We were in and out in maybe 30 minutes, which included a strep test for my 5-year-old. Staff was very kind and made sure all questions were answered.
Ladys were very disrespectful and decided it was ok to disrespect a customer infront of me!!! She was totally out of line!! She caught a attitude about my friend not having insurance!! Of course she knows she has to pay!! She rolled her eyes and threw down the clipboards!!!
Erica and Jess were great. Polite kind and professional . In and out in 15 min for a metal chip in my eye. Saved me a trip to the ER when Falcon Center wouldnt even take me in to look at it
Had a great experience. They took care of me almost instantly, the Dr/staff were very friendly! Not sure why the reviews are so negative, I definitely wouldnt count this place out!
Quite literally useless. Refused to do anything to check out my issue, offered me medication before I’d even finished describing my issue (kept cutting me off, too), and when I asked for a few names primary care docs accepting new patients in the area (since I’m new around here and that’s pretty basic info), they looked at me like I was an alien and said no. Urgently useless.
Waited over an hour to see the doctor, and I was the only person in the waiting room when I arrived. I guess thats quick for urgent care. They should also consider better insulation or quieter voices.
Walked in, got checked in, saw the doctor/NP, and was out the door in less than 10 minutes after they confirmed my self-diagnosis of a sinus infection. Cordial and professional.
Couldn’t wait for on the phone to confirm my insurance so I was charged a $315 dollar bill. Oh, and their “rapid covid test” is absolutely bs, not even close to what an actual covid test is, guaranteed unreliable.
The receptionist and the Nurse were both great at what they do. Very compassionate. Helped me as much as they could as quickly as possible. Would absolutely go again.
I walked in for a specific problem/ reason. They want money or proof of insurance first, before you are allowed to register to see the doctor. At the previous location on N. Main St., I sat and waited an hour and a half before I was told no doctor had shown up, and they were closing. Of course, it was a Friday evening, after supper, and I was running a fever! Therefore, my choice is usually the emergency room.
I was seen quickly and nurse and doctor both asked questions about what was going on. They listened to every thing I had to say and fully explained things to me. Also the dr let me know what days she would be there if I had any problems or questions.
Arrived at 1940. No one in the waiting ro and no cars. Drove from out of town. They turned us away, stating that appts are full for today.Website says no appt needed. We went back to the car and they turned off lobby lights and exam room lights, that we could see.Not good business at all. My jisband feels awful and you turn him away. Come back tomorrow.
Never again.Incompetent doctors who dont know what theyre talking about and assume youre overexaggerating. Cant believe I paid almost 50 out of pocket to be told I have a cold and to cover my mouth when I sneeze.I went in for a sore throat and strep, not congestion. What did I get? Nasal spray and congestion meds. I work in customer service and deal with people 24/7.I was looking for antibiotics so that I could not get anyone sick at work. Instead she recommended I wash my hands and use hand sanitizer. Do I look like an elementary school kid? Like I dont already know that?Gee, thanks urgent care. Now to go get everyone sick at work.Treat your patients with a little more respect. I am not a child.
Dr. Hess and her assistant were friendly and fast getting my son seen and on our way. We appreciate the time Dr. Hess took with us. Very clean too!
My nurse was so very sweet and so gentle. The staff was very transparent and acted human not like robots. Couldn’t have been more satisfied.
My wife and I took my 14 year old daughter with dizziness, vomiting. and abdominal pain. In the two minutes we were there we explained the symptoms to the receptionist and we were told She has diabetes, we cant treat her here. Not only illegally diagnosed by a receptionist, ( not to mention wildly misdiagnosed) but they never even looked at her. This is scary, unethical, illegal, and this place is a bad joke.
Attentive health practitioner - Monica Naugle.
Came in an hour before they closed with a head wound and was told they couldnt take me because they were about to close. Instead they just told me to go buy some butterfly bandages. My mom waited in the parking lot for 20 minutes for them to open, no one ever showed up.
This place is abysmal, customer service was terrible! The ladies at the window felt it was necessary to carry on a conversation about a personal experience rather than help me. The doctor did no testing and to me that I had either Strep or Walking Pneumonia. 7 days later I still feel like garbage and now need to go to the Hospital.
Website says they accept walk ins for covid testing, but I went in the afternoon, no people in the waiting room, and was told they only do tests in the morning and they were at capacity for testing for the day. I tried to call and they don’t even answer the phone and tell you to leave a message, but their voicemail box is full. Such a poorly run facility. Waste of time.
The ladies here are super friendly and do a great job. Got inn immediately no waiting for hours on end to see a doctor. I would highly recommend if you are having any minor ailments.
I got here at 715 to have my sons ears checked because i just got off of work and this was open until 8. i walked in the door and they said “we stop seeing patients at 7.” Staff on 10/11/2021 were rude and dismissive. will never go here again.
Kelly and Katy helped me out this past week when I was very sick. They were kind and talked me through what might be going on. Thank you both! I’ve gone multiple times and whenever I’m sick I always go here in BG.
Ill start off by saying thank god there is a great clips right next door that accepts walk-ins. Went into this Urgent care for a hair follicle drug test, which should take a very small patch of hair that shouldnt be too noticeable. The initial Nurse was very friendly and social, but the second just came in and chopped away as if he was learning to give a haircut with a blindfold on..
This facility is not being used as a walk in urgent care, this morning was my second attempt to be seen there only to be told They have their entire day blocked off. Apparently people line up before the building opens and are then given a time slot to return for covid testing.
Do NOT go here. It cost $90 to be seen for 45 seconds just for them to tell me to go to the ER. They have no equipment to actually tell you if anything is wrong with you. Just a rude doctor that has no concern for your well being or your bank account.
RUTHHHHHHH SHE WAS MY GIRLLL. Made covid testing so easy and was so personal with my friends and I. Ask for Ruth no exceptions. We waited hella long because they forgot to call us but Ruth made up for it.
Receptionist was very rude as soon as I walked in the door, made comments under their breath about me while I filled out the paper to sign in, walk back into the room to wait for the doctor, doctor was very rude and told me to stop being grumpy, list could go on and on. Moral of the story, all 4 of the woman were caddy and rude. Will never be back here.
Horrible receptionist and doctors! My 22yr old son went and he owed money he didnt even know about. So his brother paid so they would see him. The whole time he could hear them outside his room talking about him. How does a 22yr old with a job not have any money? They treated him like trash and didnt even give him medications. Even had the nerve to tell him to go to the dollar tree for cheap meds. I am reporting them for this and for HIPAA violations.
It was a great experience visiting the urgent care. Such a Cooperative staff and healthy enviornment.
Who takes a over a 2hour lunch break? Only the desk worker working and was very unpleasant. Waited outside from 1 to 330
I went to the walkin urgent care yesterday. The staff was very cooperative and kind. And the doctor was very nice and helpful.
CNP Angela Fleming was wonderful, very informative, along with the MA Jessica Dillin on September 22. My daughter is a BGSU student and they knew how to diagnose her right away. No wait hardly at all to get seen! Thanks!
Good experience. Jennifer, the nurse practitioner I saw, was friendly and professional. The exam was comprehensive; I felt I received quality care on my visit.
Went in for a rapid covid test. The staff were very friendly and polite. There were a few people in front of me, but they got me in and out quick.
Was an out of town and had an asthma emergency, the staff was friendly and stayed later than normal hours to make sure I was in good shape. Fantastic place, and Jenifer did an outstanding job!
I had a great first time experience! The nurse and Dr. Hess were wonderful and very kind! I definitely will go back!
Kelly is so helpful and knowledgeable!! She had a great bedside manner! I know I’m in good hands when Kelly is there!! Thank you Kelly for your terrific care!!
I was seen promptly, Zaina and Erica were awesome. Spent plenty of time with me, was thorough in her examination and sent me some scripts. I would return again.
The staff was very friendly and professional, I had to wait about 5 minutes before I was taken back to a room and was promptly taken care of. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody looking for fast, professional and thorough care.
The staff was very nice and professional. The nurse put my mind at ease and made me feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend them. 😁🥰😉
Worst place ever! This place never answer the phone. You cant leave a message because the voicemail is full. I had to drive 45 minutes just to get a response. Not to mention if your wanting to be seen they ask you want your chief complaint is out loud in front of other people in the waiting room. Instead of having you fill out a paper like normal professional places.
Ruth was so outgoing and great to work with! She made me feel much more relaxed and comfortable with my visit!
They were very kind and efficient
Took my son and i there for bad chronic coughs and stuff she made me feel like i was stupid for bringing my son there he can’t stop coughing at all it’s horrible and it’s contagious too whatever he has she said was just allergies and sent us away this place is horrible i recommend falcon health over this place
Tried to take in law to urgent care and hours stated open till 8 pm. It is 6pm and closed with no signs or anything. Had to go to hospital . I am not sure how this place is ran . But will be calling bvh tomorrow just to let them know of situation. I also tried calling phone number and it stated voice mail was full. Wow
The staff is friendly enough. I suppose they are competent. However if youre waiting for test results you will have to go back in. they do not post them online like they say they do.
Kelly and Kristine were awesome getting me in quickly And listening to all my questions and issues I had . Recommend them highly!!!
Really i feel it depends on the Dr. there are three great drs there that has been great to me everytime. rebecca, dr hess and vicki they are great. asia and stephiane are great nurses that has helped me a lot.
Ruth was amazing!! Made me feel so good about getting tested for covid. Made me less nervous. She is the best
How can you call yourself an urgent care when youre not open during the posted hours? Ridiculous. Please do everyone a favor and close your doors for good. Its frustrating when your sick to be given the run around.
Really quick and helpful on the paperwork got me in and out for the work screening in like 10 minutes would go again
Kelly was fantastic!! I needed a physical quick. I walked in and was seen within 5 minutes! What a great experience!! Thank you Kelly and Ruth!
Very Very Very disrespectful doctor I would not recommend going here. He was a smart*** told me he would write a script then did not. The receptionist was very unprofessional she had to ask multiple times for the same information. Very uncaring practice and a waste of your money.
Visited Yesterday for sore throat check up and staff was very helpfull and statisfied with the treatment provided.
I love this place! I received treatment and I was in and out of there within 20 mins! The doctors are helpful and very kind to me! Dr Hess helps me all the time!
Morgan Rupp is the best CNP I know. She has brilliant diagnsotic skills and curative hands. #1 top nurse practitioner
I never even got to see a dr. I saw this urgent care online and figured I would come here since it’s close by my house... I got here at 7:45am to wait to get in as the website and the screen on door says they open at 8am... waited Until 8:20am and nobody was in the office, place was dark and nobody answered when I called. Very unprofessional to have listed hours and then not have any employees show up!
I went there on 1/5/2022 for a covid test at 9am. The guy working said come back at 10am…. Well I come back at 10am just for them to be CLOSED! The guy really didn’t know they were going to be closing within the hour?
MS.Kelly was nice and friendly and understanding. Got me the medicine I need .I was here back in April with poison ivy .. All the staff here in the walk in care are very friendly and greet you with a smile
Went in for a rapid covid test, the people in there are so nice! It also didn’t take any time at all to do the nasal swab and was in and out in not even 10 minutes!
Went in for my sons sport physical. Dr. Hess and the receptionist were friendly, caring, and able to provide extra information for prevention of sport injuries! Great experience!!
I wish they would tell you that you have to wait to get your dam prescription s filled . You all dint do it when the person leaves as you should . Not wait for 3 or 4 patients first then send them out . Cant be uptown 2 hours waiting for scripts when you live out of town 😪
Never answer the phones, then expect you to leave a voicemail with the box full . There very unfriendly and rude and try to rush you through your visit without actually taking the time to find out what’s exactly wrong. There in the business for the complete wrong reasons all they care about is the money .
I have been here several times. Super helpful everytime. Download the Urgent Care app if you want an even quicker visit !
Went at 4:45pm and doors were locked. Had to find another urgent care.
I arrived at 2:30 to recieve medical care. Upon arrival they had the doors locked with a sign that said out for lunch. I waited until 4:00 pm to finally go in side. The only reason I waited so long is I did not feel like driving anywhere else.
Very quick, very nice...nurses there act like a goofy family member, really helps keep you calm when having to get qtips shoved up your nose :-)
A good experience here. Jackie and Dr Hess did a good job of fixing my thumb and were very professional ,however I hope I do not have to visit anytime soon again.
Got a 15 minute covid test got in and out very quickly. They had a dirty pens spot and a clean pens spot I saw them lysol the chairs as well.
Jessica is the best if you need a shot, quick and painless! Erica was patient and personable, willing to spend as much time with us as needed.
The entire staff was kind and accomadting. Went above and beyond for my needs, answered all my questions, gave me resources for a follow-up etc. I will be calling for a way to give higher praise then just this good review. Thank you staff!!!
Steph and Dr. Hess were incredibly nice and helpful! They really seemed to care about how I was doing and truly provided the best care possible
