While Dr. Yeko is great and genuinely wants to help his patients get pregnant, the communication and billing are horrendous. The only way to communicate with staff is through the portal. If you try to call, you will only get a voice mailbox, which I’m not sure is even checked. Several times during my cycles I waited until well past business hours for them to provide instructions on medications to be taken that evening, with an instruction to reply before 4pm if I had any questions. Billing is a complete nightmare. They collect payment in advance for what they expect the insurance to charge, not what is actually covered, resulting in overpayment. I was double billed $1,200 and instead of processing a refund, I had to dispute the payment with my bank. After my insurance processed the claim, it turned out I actually only owed about $700. Any time the front desk tried to collect payment I would have to instruct them to review my account instead, only to find I had credit and didn’t actually owe them anything. I am incredible grateful to Dr Yeko and the amazing nursing staff because my first FET worked beautifully and I am officially 33 weeks pregnant; however, I am still pending my refund. I have been asking for it since April & it is now September. I will deliver my baby before receiving the refund for the overpayment.

Completely dissatisfied with this office, I’ve been working with them for over 2yrs. I’ve recommended to other peers in the past. Because of my past experiences but it’s more so the change in staff, . I’ve been misinformed several times, it’s difficult getting hold with the office now. The appointment dates are far out. And They force you to pay for more visit for a simple questions just to charge more money. This office isn’t the same anymore. And they really just push for you to do egg donation so they can get more money. I’ve made the decision to take my services elsewhere. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this office moving forward

I’m here to give a shout-out to the Brandon Front Desk employee, Nyah.About a week ago we were in office, and had to go through a mini-nightmare of miscommunication with our referring PCP. They gave us, and Nyah such a difficult time (kept disconnecting the calls, transferring to the wrong places, being rude and argumentative). Long story short - there were multiple phone calls made over the course of an hour just trying to get the errored referral they sent corrected. Crazy, lol.I was personally starting to lose my patience, but NYAH??! She is amazing. I’ve never seen someone handle such a nutty situation with such patience, professionalism, and grace. She should honestly be training people, if she’s not already. We have had limited and so-so experience with RMG thus far, but our experience the other day with Nyah alone has earned a 5-star Google review in my book.

It was our first medical appointment and without a doubt we had an excellent experience. The medical team has a great capacity to provide the necessary information. The attention and the commitment to offer the best treatment options are very grateful. We are very happy with the positive impact it has had on our future aspiration. Thank you, Dr. Yeko

DONT GO if you are SELF PAY! I have been a patient with them for 5 yrs. They were aquired by the Prelude network last year some time. They are no longer affordable as they claim. I paid 175 for ultrasounds and 550 for IUI this month. Next month IUI is 2500! Reproductive Medicine Group went from the cheapest for IUI in central Florida to the MOST expensive in cenrtal FL. They also flat out said they refuse to do local monitoring for CNY Fertility patients (a leading affordable fertility clinic). Infertility is already very vulnerable, expensive with limited insurance or none at all. Now Reproductive Medicine Group wants to make a disease, a luxury to treat.

Update: I was contacted by the office manager who was amazing and went over everything with me. My treatment plan consult was moved up and I was able to get started. Communication has been great - messages left on the app are either returned or they call me same day. And the nurses Ive had thus far (Amy and Renee) have been exceptional! I think the process of getting established as a patient just needs to be revamped - I rather get all the information up front vs. piecemeal especially since I was switching clinics. I felt like I was getting the run around when I wanted to start soon. Moving past that, Im now very happy and hopeful for a positive outcome.Im writing this review so others can be aware of the lengthy process in case that matters to you. I wanted to switch to this clinic after a recent unsuccessful cycle. I called in August and got an initial virtual consult fairly quickly. I uploaded all my labs and items i had to do for my initial clinic. Dr. Yeko seemed great, but he hadnt looked at my records. No problem. He advised I needed further testing. the nurse then called me while she went through everything i uploaded on the phone with me so she can check off her list. Finally I was told I needed an update to the standard AMH, LH, EST on cycle and a physical exam off cycle. No problem. I was on my cycle so they wanted me to come in but no one could tell me the cost and he was across town that day so with some persuading on my part, they sent an order to the lab. It was a Friday so I sat at Quest until it got done. Apparently one test didnt transfer and i didnt know until the results came. Response from the clinic, well at your next cycle we can check it. I almost lost it. The first available for the physical was 20 days later. Met with the Dr again but he didn’t realize I had done IVF recently. no problem. I understand they have lots of patients. I was then told i needed an ultrasound while on my cycle. Ok. I got frustrated because i wanted to start treatment right away. I wrote a book on the portal and requested all of the info up front vs this piecemeal what you need to know business, what are your protocols etc. I hadnt heard from the financial people and i wanted to figure out the cost. eventually, end sept, i got the price of IVF and IUI (no breakdown) and a referral to Bundl. They emailed me and quoted me a refund package that i learned recently i didnt qualify for. Ultrasound appt is now October and luckily I asked because i didnt realize i would have to self pay. i was then told that after that appt i would have another w dr to go over my options (and then after that financial counseling). I already know my options based on my age. Why couldnt we do all of this at once? I got frustrated and cancelled the appt because it seemed best to just stay with my clinic as treatment seemed two months away at best. And I still didn’t know how they did their IVF to compare to my prior or whether they had availability. Mid-December, I received a nice portal message so i figured maybe i should give it another chance. I would say there was much better communication. I got some flyers uploaded in the app. They seem to be willing to work with me. so i got preapproved for the bundl. I had my medical records from my most recent treatment sent over to see if itll satisfy the ultrasound requirement. I then decided to just go ahead and set the treatment discussion appt because i want to start asap. How about we are now talking end January? So Ill lose yet another cycle to just talk about my treatment. None of this makes sense to me. And given the cost of IVF, I just dont understand this approach esp with a patient that wants to get started and is self paying. And Im a transfer patient that’s been actively seeking treatment!

I saw Dr Goodman from 2016-2020. Dr Goodman was the first dr who i felt not only understood, but was able to help me with my PCOS and endometrial issues. I endured a couple of miscarriages, and with her advice and help, I was able to get my PCOS and endometriosis under control enough that I was able to ovulate on my own and get pregnant naturally. Now we have a beautiful, almost 2 year old girl who fills our life with joy each day. So thank you to the team and Dr Goodman for the support and help and care that helped us get to this point. I only wish she couldve been my regular Gynocologist, as trying to find that same care now that were no longer trying to have a child has been a struggle.

Dr. Yeko and the staff at RMG are thoroughly knowledgeable, compassionate, and accommodating. Within a short couple of visits, they were able to put us on a course of treatment that resulted in our rainbow baby! With a busy work schedule, the office staff was completely flexible and, unlike other offices, worked around my schedule to make it happen. I can’t say enough positive things!

The doctors and nurses are great, but I am very disappointed with the service from their IVF coordinators (which are also crucial in this process). I am in the middle of a transfer otherwise I would switch.During my first transfer I was told that the insurance preapproval was requested before signing the IVF consent, which was incorrect, and I lost 2-3 weeks in the process.During the second transfer the IVF coordinator completely refused to schedule the consent signing citing that she needed results to tests I had already performed before scheduling. In the grand scheme of things we are talking a 2 days in this process, which is not a big deal, but the attitude of the IVF coordinator which is supposed to be there to help not hinder was very disappointing.
