I was left with profound disappointment with the telehealth service I received from Lynn Holcomb Belles. I had waited four months for this much-needed appointment, only to be met with an incredibly frustrating and unprofessional experience.On the day of the appointment, I had to take my lunch break from my new job to attend. Despite waiting for a significant amount of time, we were unable to connect. When I called the center, I was informed that she was experiencing system issues and would send me another link to reconnect at 4:30 PM. Understanding the situation, I communicated with my boss and arranged to step out again for the rescheduled time.At 4:16 PM, I received a link from her, stating that she was on the call. Unfortunately, I missed a call shortly after with no voicemail left. When I stepped out at 4:30 PM as planned, I found the missed call and still had no access to the video platform for our session. I called the center again, and the person who answered reached out to the provider, but she never responded. Despite waiting an additional half hour, she did not join the call, nor was I contacted for any follow-up regarding the failed connection.The lack of communication and failure to resolve this issue left me feeling extremely frustrated and with a very bad impression of the service. The absence of any subsequent contact to address the situation is unacceptable and unprofessional.I hope this feedback is taken seriously to improve the quality of service for future patients.
Provider Bryan Tolentino thought it was acceptable to leave me a week without my medication. He didn’t bother to call and try to rectify the situation and he ignored my messages on the portal. This will be escalated and he needs to be investigated. Shame on him. Do not trust this ego driven, narcissistic provider. He has demonstrated that he is willing to put people’s health & well being at risk & shows a total lack of respect & basic care.
Dentist “called out” 1h and a half before my appointment. This is so ridiculous. I’ve been trying to get seen by a dentist and it’s impossible because once they cancel the appointment you don’t get another one with months in advance.
Very un reliable. Had two primary doctors there who left the clinic after my initial appointment and no one contacted me to let me know. To get a new Primary have to wait couple of months every time.Scheduled two video call appointments with behavioral health and they didn’t show up, had to call to reschedule and wait another month.I’m on prep and they didn’t notify me when labs were needed to continue the prescription, when the pharmacy contacted them for a refill it was not approved, I called them for three weeks so they would call the pharmacy and the operator would write notes to the provider to call the pharmacy urgently and he still wouldn’t call, he then left a note (I had to call them to find about the note) saying he can’t approve the refill without lab appointments (which they never told me I needed to do before my prescription expired). I even ask for just one week of prep till we get the lab done so I don’t get off prep and be at risk and he wouldn’t approve it or speak with me directly This cause me to be off prep for 2weeks! Provider name is Dr. Tolentino.
Had a great experience today at this clinic. I moved and haven’t been here in two years, came back and was treated just as the first time. There was a young man at the front desk and he was so attentive and helpful, also my doctor holly as ALWAYS SUPER AMAZING.
Went here for testing. They called me within a couple days and told me I had results to look at. They told me that I could discuss these results with a provider but couldn’t give me an appointment until two weeks after my initial testing date. I called about 5 times in the interim trying to figure out if I had an std they wouldn’t give me the results. They told me I could access them via a patient portal but that I wouldn’t have access to the portal until my initial appointment. The last time I called, the week before me appointment, someone on the phone told me that there was nothing concerning in my results. A week later, the provider called me to tell me that I had an STD. It’s now the next day, and I’ve been sitting in the lobby for over an hour waiting for a shot.TLDR: this place sat on my test results for two weeks instead of treating me, and now that I’m at the appointment for treatment they’ve been ignoring me for over an hour.
This was my first time here at this clinic , I NEVER post reviews , but this place was absolutely UHH-MAZZING . The staff was very friendly and the process felt really quick . Everyone was in a pleasant mood and very helpful and smiley . Highly recommend this place if you’re new around town and need to see an OBGYN . Kendra was awesome . And I’m excited to come back for my next visit ! (:
I used to love going to CHN until i had a child and realized that they put little to no effort into parents and their children. It’s sad how lazy, dishonest, and unwelcoming the staff can be. They don’t want to help they just want it to be 5 o’clock so they can clock out and go home. Not caring about anyones situation. I’m done with this place and will be moving my daughter out of there. My daughter doesn’t get the proper attention or care that she needs.
I usually have very pleasant experience at this location. I have been coming here since I was a freshman in high school. Today I had an appointment for 9:50am. Due to public transportation I was running late. I called 3 times to be sure I could still come in and even took an UBER after waiting for the M train for 20 mins. When I called I spoke to the call center and a woman told me its fine and to come in. When I got there I spoke with an Un-sympathetic receptionist. She said that she will send the MD a message and I asked her to mention something in the message and she claimed she could not (I knew she could because I been going there for years and Ive requested this before) to then tell me she wont see me. Now Ive been told that we are welcome to come as a walk in , in case someone cancels or missed an appointment. if thats the case why couldnt I have been seen since my appointment was literally 30 minutes ago. Everyone knows how hard it is to get appointments now a days and I take my feminine care very seriously. My thing is, I wouldnt be as upset if she had shown even the slightest remorse. I understand when I called it wasnt her I spoke to BUT the careless-ness is not something Ive ever experienced there and I work in the medical field.
Polite receptionists but poor organization. 2 hour plus wait for a physical even with a advanced scheduled appointment.For my follow up appointment 2 weeks later, scheduled in advance, I was told there were 2 patients ahead of me and still had to wait nearly 2 hours past my appointment time to see my provider. This place needs to do a lot better in time management.
Terrible and unprofessional. Ive had two appointments rescheduled at the absolute last second in the past three weeks with no updates. Both appointments, one with a PCP and another with a psychiatrist, Ive waited over a month because availability has been scarce. Ive rescheduled work for these phone appointments and on the day of, I get no call. I find out they are rescheduled only when I call the front desk. No texts, no voicemails, no calls in advance to notify any changes. There is a complete lack of organization here.Update: Another canceled appointment. This place is ridiculous. I originally gave this place two stars. I would give it zero if I could. Youre probably die before they actually see you.
So I made an appointment via phone a month ago. During this phone call, we went through necessary information such as name, DOB, address, phone number, and insurance. I get to my appointment I find out it was canceled and I received no phone calls. The person in the front desk says someone called me, but I received no phone call. Then asked what phone number he had on file for me, sure enough, when hes saying my phone number, its my old phone number. I dont understand how when I called a month ago I gave all my information. Anyway, front desk apologized many times and explained its the Call Centers that book the appointments. He tried to help me book the closest appointment. If that is the case, they need to be more organized with their system. I woke up early on a Saturday for no reason. Next time Ill call the day before to confirm. Still super annoyed!
As nothing seems to be perfect in medicaid-accepted medical centers, there might be discrepancies that people simply need to open up about. The supervising team is extremely responsive. As long as that is a given, any medical center can and will improve, and this place has truly shown me improvement in my time being a patient here. My favorite quality to advocate over is definitely the LGBT+ supportive environment!

All of the staff here are friendly and accommodating. It is hard to get through on the phone because they are so busy (rightfully so), but they bend over backwards to help. They are such amazing advocates and LGBT+ friendly too!Diamond in the rough here!Just note the wait times can be a bit hefty (again, for good reason) so schedule plenty of availability for your visit.
When they were run by MIC their customer service was stellar. Ever since they began operating under CABS, their service and performance has declined. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get through on the phone to make or reschedule an appointment. Several times I have arrived on time only to be ignored by the agents at the front while they prioritize clients over the phone or speak amongst themselves which in turn makes me late for my appt. The availability of appointments are super spaced out and I almost never see the same physician twice. I came in last year with a very pressing medical concern and was told that my appointment was an express appt so I was not eligible for an actual exam. The doctor gave me a swab and had me take my own vaginal sample! The only thing theyve got going for themselves is that the facility is always impeccably clean. I would not recommend this location to anyone I care about.
This place is an absolute joke- do not waste your time. I was referred here by the LES location because they didn’t have any upcoming appointments and I needed to be seen urgently. I had a 12pm appt scheduled, and after traveling an hour from Manhattan, when I got there they told me my appointment had been rescheduled. Apparently they don’t think it’s important to call and inform a psychiatric patient that they’re being rescheduled. After another hour of me sitting there and waiting, their only solution was to have another doctor see me in 2 hours, because my original doctor needed to go to lunch and see the other patients in her schedule, ironic right? They also couldn’t tell me why my appointment was rescheduled when I asked, and just said it was a “miscommunication.” There was another patient complaining that she had been waiting 2 hours since her appt time and still had not been seen. In the end I left and was never seen by a doctor, because contrary to their belief I did not block off my entire day to give them time to get their sh*t together. The front desk didn’t care at all, don’t bother coming here if you value your time in the slightest.
This is the first time Im taking my son here. The whole process was smooth and fast. Everyone we interacted with was super professional. My son had a whole physical d.o.n.e and I was in and out within a hour. The wait wasnt long at all.Dr. Stacy is great, I loved how she interacted with my son and myself. She completed his medical form same day which I appreciated.Her bedside manner is very much appropriate, it didnt feel like a typical doctor visit.The nurse who triage my son was very professional. I can see that she enjoyed her job. Nurse M.Williams. Great attitude and professional demeanor when conducting hearing and vision test on my son, yet still we were laughing all through.The tech who took his blood was professional, and put him at ease. This is the first time he didnt cry when blood drawn. I didnt even have to hold his arm or anything.The front desk person I interacted with was professional as well. I didnt remember her name but as you come in shes all the way at the far left.The place is very clean and kept, which I love to see.Overall A+ rating.
I have spoken to the same person twice and not only does she *hate* her job, which I understand, but she makes it known she hates her job and you are making her life miserable and difficult by calling.I think I prefer dying and having heart pain than calling this place. The audible sighs, the grunting... because I asked to make an appointment...Get another job if you can, your misery affects those who need care.
Let me start off by saying that my issue is with thisLocation, Williamsburg. I have had decent experiences with other locations. For some Odd reason I decided to come to this location. WORST MISTAKE EVER. I made a appointment at 11:40 am. I walked in at 8 am hoping the universe would be on my side and I would be able to see a doctor early. That didn’t happen, they didn’t even try toAccommodate me. Not one ounce. Fast forward to 1030 am. I asked the nurses if they thought I’d be seen shortly. One said yes I should be called soon. That never happened. I asked someone else everyone pretty much ignored me.I then asked to speak to a manager, they assured me that Fabiola would help me who is a “Practice manager” I explain to her my situation and explain that I had been waiting a long time and that at this point I needed to be seen my a doctor at least by my appointment time because I had to work. She check the charts and realize that the young women at the front desk failed to place me in as a walk in. ( simpleFundamental skills) she explained that’s why I hadn’t been seen. She then assured me and said I should be seen by my appointment 11:40. 12:15 comes still hadn’t been called. I walk to her door she says “ oh they still haven’t called you!?” Let me call the nurse manager. I stand in front of her door way waiting while she sits on the phone with T Mobile because that call was apparently more important than helping me with my issues. A few mins go by and she closed her DOOR IN MY FACE! Without saying a word. Staff there is extremely RUDE THEY do not give a damn about people’s time. No one moves with a sense of urgency. It’s only when I walked to the back Debbie helped me. Will NEVER come back here. Fabiola should not be a manager, she is rude and I hopeSomething is done about this! Didn’t leave this location until 1:30
I am going to change my clinic to a new one. I know that since the Covid happen, they have changed the times and hours. They are no longer open on Saturdays. So, ok I call so that I can get a referral for my Mammogram. For one, they put you on hold for over 10 minutes then they never get back to you. Second, when you do get to hold on, all of the sudden out of no where the phone hangs up on you. How? I have no idea. so, for me to get my referral, I will have to go in. How am I to do that when the time I get off work they WILL BE CLOSED???? UGHHH I am so, done. After I get this referral, I am going to find a new home.
Very very unprofessional. Made my daughter miss a very important specialist appointment due to the office not having the referral prepared when they had plenty of time to request and send it. Other than the office personal not knowing what they are doing in anyway whatsoever ever the doctor(s) that have seen my children were professional and caring.
Cancelled a prenatal sonogram appointment once, so call to reschedule and the receptionist left us on hold for over 10 min, but call dropped and we didn’t connect again... (The 13th of February) Then we walked in the next day in person to schedule the appointment but a receptionist scheduled for the “following 19th of February,” so we walked in to hear that the appointment was for the “19th of March” and the current pre-natal MD is transferring on the “23 of March.” They lack in professionalism and customer service. If you get past the slow receptionist and in the room you are very lucky. Need better employees, I wouldn’t recommend this place to no one and any one.
The waiting time for my next dental appt was 2 month. On my last appt the dentist saw i had a lot of cavities but didnt do me any filling. He only gave me referral for root canal without any specific place to go, i had to find out myself. So during these 2 month waiting i had to find another location to make fillings. The dentist at that location was surprised how they didnt do me any filling and that they dont make root canals and why they made me root canal referral if the tooth is unsavable... Now i have next appt upcoming with nothing been done. The call center is unorganized too. Ive been told once that i can walk-in on Friday if i have pain. Later they told me i can walk-in any day, only i have to call a day before.
The staff running the front are beyond rude. They are also unorganized & have “forgotten” to put in my appointments multiple times. Like…work somewhere else if you hate your job so much :)
Great clinic -- got me access to excellent mental health providers when I didnt have health insurance. Ive been going to them for 4 years now and they have incredible customer service and medical staff.
I was looking for a doctor to go to for a checkup and was recomended to check out Cabs Health Center. Since the first time I started going here for my medical and dental needs, I have had nothing less than really good experiences. Everyone who works there are nice polite people. The person who does the bloodwork has great hands so when you get a needle you hardly feel a thing and this is inportant to me because I feel that too many people poke you without a care in the world. Last but not least, the dentist working there is great too. I have always been fearful of dentists but after seeing this dentist, my fears are much more at ease. I would definitely recomend anyone looking for a doctor and or dentist to come here for their needs especially people who are fearful of the dentist. Great people make this medical facility a great place to go to and results in pleasent experiences.
My first appointment here and its a very organized facility and really friendly front desk staff..Maggie is very nice..I felt welcomed! Looking forward to future visit.

My appt was at 8 and I was there at 7:55 and was told I have to wait outside. Finally at 8 they opened the doors and now it is 8:35 and I still have not been seen.
I love this place! I always have a great experience! The staff is friendly, helpful, and professional. They do their work well. The place always looks and feels clean!
This place is terrible, I came here to get my physical at 1:00 but by the time I came in, I was notified last minute that my physical was pushed back to 3:00. I was left in the waiting room for hours and it was so frustrating. Never coming here again.
The wait here is horrible I came in at 3:20pm and didn’t leave until 6:30pm. And they never have any appointments available until like 2 months witch is crazy.
I was recommended to come here by someone and I have to say, I was fairly suprised by the kindness shown. The staff were very nice and did everything in their power to help me. It was a very friendly atmosphere. I definitely recommend this place
This was my best experience in a hospital! Starting from the wellcoming staff, the health service, doctors...I really had a feeling of deep care and attention!
