Dr. Rizwanullah Hameed

I spoke to the doctor in passing and he seemed nice. Most of the reviews are shining so I thought I’d found a good place to receive care. But I’m not going to be examined in a dirty place, that’s falling apart, and that can’t provide a basic HIPAA and privacy practice acknowledgement agreement.This is the most dirty, tattered, and unprofessional office I have ever seen. The bathroom was absolutely dirty and falling apart. The sink was falling off of the wall and the door knob was covered with dirty scotch tape. The office is tattered. There is a room with just junk in it as soon as you walk in. The staff wanted me to sign that I received a privacy acknowledgment when I didn’t. They could not even print it out for me to view. Then they said “oh you don’t have to sign it” then I told them that I am leaving and taking the form because I already started filling out my information. And the staff member didn’t want to give me the form back. I had to pry it out of her hands. So strange. I walked out without being seen. Maybe the doctor is nice but the practice is falling apart and the staff don’t seem to know what they are doing. Even if this is a humble office, patients deserve to be seen in a clean place, free of trip hazards, is safe, and not be coerced into signing that they read documents when they actually haven’t been provided with those documents.

Has anyone ever watched the series New Amsterdam ? In one of the episodes the hospital was looking to reduce cost by minimizing the time the doctors spent with their patients. During this episode, Dr. Kapoor met with a woman in the ER and held a lengthy conversation with her. She was in a rush and wanted to leave but Dr. Kapoor prolonged the conversation until he was able to get down to the bottom of her “real” complaints and root of her symptoms. Well that’s what you’re going to get when you visit Dr. Hameed. When you see him, he’s not just going to treat your primary complaint, he’s going to dig deep to get to the root of your cause. Granted, his office is usually packed like a can of sardines, and when you enter the room there are going to be clinicians there as well who are in training. It’s a learning session for you as well. If you have the patience to work with Dr. Hameed (because he’s going to give you more than what you came for), this is the doctor for you. If you want mediocre care at an office that’s going to blanket treat you, give you a prescription, and send you on your way, then go elsewhere - he’s not the doc for you.

It’s rare these days to find such a truly caring, understanding - real doctor!!! Thank you Dr Hameed, for all the help for me and my family! You are a blessing!

He is the most inspiring doctor I’ve ever met. The attention he gives to his patients and his passion towards medicine is immense. I truly believe in his vision. He is one of the few doctors who want to treat the problem not just superficially but from its roots.

I cant believe all of the bad reviews. Yes the office is very, very tiny, BUT Dr. Hameed and all of his staff are amazing! The doctor takes his time with you to get to know you and he is very caring and kind, so are all of his medical students. He is also a very funny man, its good to crack jokes and make light of some things when theres so much negativity in the world. Im a smoker unfortunately for many years. They are trying to do what they can to help me quit. I travel all the way from staten Island to go there now because he is so good.

I had the honour to get familiarised with the work of Dr.Hameed and his team of exceptional students full of eagerness to learn and willingness to make a tangible change in this world. You’ll receive way beyond standard care there,highly recommend the office!

This has to be my worst healthcare visit so far. There was no communication between the workers. They kept asking for information I already offered to two other staff and even filled out a form. I waited for three hours and even after that the doctor had no clue on what was going on, even after I informed them of the reason of visit a couple days before I got there and when I arrived. The only person that cared and helped was the Lady at the reception, everyone else seem to have no clue of what’s going on. Certainly will not be going back there.

He is the best physician out there. Cares for his patients as well as for his students. He is the most visionary doctor I have met so far.

Went here, seems odd to be in a brick house looking trailer thing, but doctor hameed was great the wait was a little bit but I’m use to the VA hospital which is forever. The place was cleaner than there. And where he sent me for blood work was immaculate clean, it beats the VA hospital by MILES. he very knowledgeable and told me some fun facts that reassured me the medical team at the va hospital in Manhattan is good.

He is rude ,numb, disorganized & lacks empathy. He has no emotion for patients. I remember he exclaiming happily wow at my diagnosis of multiple areas of metastasis/cancer while talking with one of his students. All of this while I am sitting in his office. He is an idiot of the first class.

Dr Hameed you are not just a doctor, you are a magician, the greatest physician and a gift of God.I admire your dedication with which you conduct your work.. Thank you for being such a wonderful doctor.

He’s my doctor an he gives the best care. You definitely will leaving knowing that you have been taking good care of..

I have no idea what some of these people are talking about, Dr. Hameed was more than caring and very professional with me. Hes my Doc now !

Discrimination is in this office he takes too long with patients talking getting in people personal life the doctor Danny the person at the desk a liar messy that book appointments very close space drama confusion

Cant say enough about Dr. Hameed AND his staff. Professional, caring and highly knowledgeable! Id recommend him to anyone!

Dr Rizwanullah Hameed is an awesome doctor. I dont like to see the Jewish elder talking down to him.

DR. Hameed is one of the most knowledgeable people in his field and extra time to address ll of your cares and concerns.

First of all let me say this man is a racist secondly he’s very unprofessional supposed to be tutoring students when he’s reading your private results in front of them he degrades you like your a child I have been coming here for years and has never been treated this way until today I will not b returning and I will advise you all do the same
