I recently went to this clinic and had a great experience. Brenda and Judy at the front desk were very professional and made checking in easy and quick. Their friendly attitude made the visit great.To top it off, I received a follow up call from the manager, Tiffany, to check on how my visit went. This level of care and attention to detail truly stands out. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

As a new patient to this facility my first impression while scheduling my appt over the phone was very easy. The girls at the front desk were very sweet and welcoming. The GYN Marcella was attentive and comforting. will be coming back here to see the other provider specialists available.

Lets start here the front desk seems to always have an attitude. The wait is ridicules then nothing sees to get done after the wait. They didnt do my test cause they told me my insurance does notcover it. So I called my insurance and they do. Then have me an appointment for my dr for 11:45 an he doesnt start to 1pm so I am confused how they have so many patients. I mean after this they will have one less patient cause I deserve better. My health is very important to me even if it is not to them .

Been going here for years! Its definitely one of my more favorite medical facilities. The staff are very friendly and personable. They take time to ensure your medical needs are being met. I much prefer this approach over my old doctors office that didnt take the time to provide you with the proper medical care and just wanted to get you on your way as soon as possible.

The doctor Reyes great I like her a lot. HOWEVER, the office is so disorganized. The check out girl is super sweet but the rest of the staff is all over the place. Ive made appointments for morning and Ive gotten conformation calls saying my appointment is in the afternoon. I have called to check when my appointment is and they acted like they didnt know what I was talking about. The wait could easily be over an hour and a half when the doctor only spent 5 minutes with me on a typical visit. The staff takes forever to get the chart back to the dr, it just does not make sense at all. I dont think its the employees fault. This place needs better management and better protocol for patient procedures. You can tell they dont care about the patients as individuals. My doctor is too good to work here. I truly feel bad for her. On my evaluation she spent about 15 mins with me but she really listened and made the best plan of care for me. Im only giving a three star review because the office is horrible they honestly dont even deserve 1 star but the doctor herself deserves 4-5 stars

The wait for a doctor is extremely long. Staff is very rude. Patients and staff are walking around with no mask or mask placed under their chin. There’s not enough space to give 6 ft distance from anyone. Doctors recommend other offices they work in for privacy because the walls are thin and you can hear what’s happening with other patients. I will never recommend this office matter fact I’ve been telling patients of better doctors offices for more safer and respectful service.

I tried making an appointment but I had a hard time communicating with the front desk girl as her English was very broken. I repeatedly asked her to schedule my appointment but she was not giving me available dates. I don’t understand why a doctor’s office would have a front desk girl who can’t communicate with the patients. I called again and then a very rude lady picked up who sounds like she was sleeping on the job. Never ending up making my appointment and just by the phone calls I would not want to step foot in the office.

The staff is very warm and welcoming. I came in and didn’t wait for more than a 30 minutes, maybe even less. Everyone is on top of their job. I definitely recommend this place. It’s going to be my new doctors office, absolutely love it.

All bad experiences. The last time I was there I took my records and left, telling them I would never be back. Why? Last straw. Dr. Giridharan abruptly left after my wait of 2 1/2 hours past my appointment time, and it was not to treat an emergency patient. He simply said, “I have to go, now.” Didn’t see him, yet three months later, and on a date I was 1,300 miles away from the office, they billed my insurance. What? For a telephone call from a nurse to me that I did not authorize. That’s fraud! They never mentioned it was to be billed. It was presented as though it was a follow-up survey call. During the call, I did not answer her questions. But they billed my insurance and labeled it “pain management”! I never even told anyone in his office that I had pain. ??? I went for a hormone test. They called again the next month, I told them take me off your list. And then I blocked their number. Watch out.Dr. Giridharan is the rudest, most uncaring doctor I have ever encountered. Three times I waited way past my appointment time to see him. During his initial interview, I felt he was not paying attention to me, as he kept telling his assistant he had to leave soon. Such disrespect for patients. I am following up with this with the appropriate channels.

I found the staff to be extremely helpful and kind. They do their best with maintaining social distance in the waiting area and try to make sure no one is kept waiting too long.The woman (Maribel) who took my blood is the best!! Barely felt a pinch and healed without a bruise!

The doctor didn’t seem welcoming at all, She Barely even acknowledge the fact that I was there, she needs to humble up before she starts losing patients and she acted very annoyed by everything I was saying. After this last visit I’m definitely not going back anymore. There was one lady in the front and a nurse that were both very sweet.

Very decent place comparing to other medical offices I had to go. Very clean, ppl called by appointments, so there are no many ppl in waiting area. Staff are in masks and gloves. Everyone is been checked for temperature, upon entering. cleaning guy cleans seats after every patient, at least that is what I saw. They have all Doctors you might need. Yes, wait is a bit longer than expected, but I think its ok.

This is the worst clinic I have been to. Front desk is rude and difficult to comprehend over the phone. The wait to see the doctors is very long and the doctors do not care about their patients. Would not come back here or recommend anyone.

Nice clean place. Very courteous staff. Before had to go to quiet few places to get medical help I needed, now I can see every possible doctor in one place!One minus is a wait, but if you make an appointment, than it’s not too bad

This is the worst place and I regret leaving a nice review. I have called for a MONTH to try and get a pre authorization on my medication and I have been lied to saying that it was processed and I called my insurance, it wasn’t. Dr.Nidhary HUNG UP ON ME when I asked her to actually authorize my prescription.The staff hangs up on you, they tell you to call after hours so you can’t get help, they refuse to do any actual work this place is a joke.Absolutely a joke. Don’t go here, save your time and money, there’s better doctors.

I dont know why the bad reviews?:/ i have been a patient here since early 2016 and i have nothing but great things to say. Dr. Nidihry is a wonderful psychiatrist who always listens to me and she really cares and understands me as a patient. She also cares because she doesnt go around overprescribing and giving out medication we dont need or will harm us. She is just wonderful along with the staff and the girls at the front desk. They are so friendly and helpful they always make sure im being seen and taken care of before the clinic closes since its very inconvenient for me to come here all the way from long Island and i have school on Thursdays and its 2 long hours traveling train and bus but ineed my medication due to the fact that i have adhd and no other doctors near me take my insurance plus i trust drnidhiry better anyways. Its worth the travel for me though because i dont feel comfortable with many other prescribers except her. My previous doctor was forced to retire so its hard for me to find a doctor i can trust since ive had precious bad experiences but as always nidhiry always makes it a pleasant experience as does the whole staff. The ONLY negative thing i have to find about this place would be the long waiting. It is very crowded since 8am and most people have to wait a little longer but thats not the staffs fault, it is the fault of the patients who spend 45 minutes with reyes / nidhiry talking about their lives when its not necessary unless theyre new but of course the doctors feel as though theyre obligated and forced to listen even though theyre psychiatrists, not therapists. So its not the staffs fault people sometimes sit waiting for a while because people stay chatting instead of coming in and out to get their refills and not waste anyones time. Anyways i have nothing but excellent things to say about this place in addition Mike is very very hilarious and funny keeps everyone entertained while we wait atleast . eveyone is so friendly helpful and accomodating and caring especially dr. Nidhiry and the girls at the front desk. I would not be sitting here writing this long review if it werent true. Ignore the bad reviews because people sometimes people make their own bad experiences which have nothing to do with this place. I experienced nothing but positive things

Facility is clean. Great doctors....however...reception staff is very unprofessional. When I called, I was kept waiting on hold so long I had to hang up and call back 3 times. I was not able to get through to the cardiologist. The office staff needs training in customer service.

Worst doctors office ever . Dr Asha Mittal is extremely rude I walked in on a Monday around 2pm and I also called before going in she said come now, when I got there they had no patients and had me waiting over hours for a blood test then she takes lunch comes back to tell me 5 more minutes. All of this was for a blood test that she did not administer . I didnt leave the doctors to after 4pm Couple days later I go back for my blood results receptionist tell me doctor leaves at 2 EVERYDAY to come back Saturday now its Saturday 1:02 p.m Ive been calling the doctor office since I woke up they still have not answered. by far my worst experience

The elderly black woman that they have as one of their receptionists has no manners or patience over the phone! Also the phycologist their takes patience personal experiences as a joke. It doesnt matter if you arrive earlier than your appointment time or on time, you will be waiting three hours to be seen! Its not far from where I live so I deal with it

One of the worst health care experiences I have had to go through. I had made an appointment with Dr. Thresiamma Nidhiry MD and she just absolutely had no empathy or compassion for my situation.She was extremely quick to use the word excuse in reference to my case while I was desperately trying to explain to her that I had had cancer and a bunch of other mental health diagnosis for which I had medical paper work in hand as proof.Long story short Dr. Thresiamma Nidhiry MD cares more about the liability issues and money than the well being and quality of care she gives to her patience. Absolute nightmare!

This is the worst clinic i have even been to in a long time,the manger Zarina is a racist person, she is rude with no respect for patients of only of her kind.The staff that only help you out regardless of your race is the front desk, especially the Spanish light skin girl that sits up front she always goes the extra mile to help anyone that comes in to the office no matter who it is. AVOID THIS CLINIC THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!!!!

Dr. Thresiamma Nidhiry MD was incredibly rude to me and did not seem to be paying attention to any of what I was saying. I was extremely dissappointed as the reasons for me to seek a psychiatrist in the first place were extremely vulnerable and personal. The lobby was a mess with patients screaming and running in and out constantly. Horrible place Horrible doctor. Never going there again

Terrible! The waiting time is ridiculously long. The doctor is also not professional and prescribed me several medications at a time, each time a new one, as if I was some sort of drug addict. Do not recommend coming here.

Lately the medical community has been shaken to the core in NYS. This situation hyper criticized by the democrates has trickled down to every patiant in every office.Doctors are releasing their patients without reason and model patients who have never raised an eyebrow. Merryland Health Center is aware of this broken system and does everything in their power to prevent their patients from falling victim to this flawed system. I highly respect all the doctors, medical professionals, and all staff at Merryland Health Center and highly recommend this fine team.

The office is clean and the staff is professional. There are a lot of multispecialty doctors that accept many insurance plans. The doctors are professional. The wait time is not long. appointments available at an early and convenient timeframe as requested.

My son has been going here for some time. 3-4 hour wait! That is if they actually log the appointment you make! You might wait hours and be told you dont have a scheduled appointment. Everyone at the desk is beyond rude! They get upset just to answer a call or question. Horrible place! Avoid at all cost!

Great place! All doctors you need are there. Helpful and friendly staff. Doctors are very professional.Recommend that place, just make an appointment, cause if you just walk in, might need to wait for a bit...

Staff was very caring, helpful and informative. Covid-19 precautions were taken. Would definitely recommend this place to people who want helpful nurses with their individual situations.

They are very nice people. The nurse are very hard work. There is one that does a beautiful work her name is Maribel Reyes.

The place isn’t bad at all but the nurse who I really love there,her name is Maribel...So kind,positive attitude and is always smiling.I definitely recommend going here.

Staff rude and plays games. Also drug-testing clients for no reason. Nurse who takes vitals very rude. And they lie. Do not trust Dr.Sylvia Reyes. Do not waste ur time here.

This place is the worst place in Coney Island they never have the same doctors or they never have a gyn doctor you ask if they will have one the say they don’t know I waited for over 2hrs people that sign in after me was going on before me but come to find out they never pull my medical records for the doctor so I was just sitting there there never no help at the front desk now I here with a 1:30 appointment it’s now 4pm wow after this visit I won’t be back this star is more then they deserve

Thank god I found this place. Close to my house and I’m really happy with the doctor there. The front desk people are awesome. Idk how these people write bad stuff I love this place

Great doctors nice friendly stuffs mostly time busy if you go by appointment will wait not to long great price if you dont have insurance affordable prices I go there about 2 years

This one star is less than what they deserve it’s horrible in this office they need better doctors and management they are really slow and the doctors don’t care for the patients it’s ridiculous.

Lets just say your ap oinment is at 12 30 you dont get seen by the doctor until 2pm
