Review from today:I arrived 20 minutes before opening and waited 3 hours. They are efficient and have you full outpaperwork while you wait, so by the time you’re up, all you have to do is get the swab.They were out of rapid tests when I went.I was told it would take 24/48 hours by one nurse and 3-5 days by another nurse.

I was tested here on Weds 12/16/20 and got in line slightly before 8:30am. They handed out all the necessary paperwork and collected IDs before the line started moving - it was very well organized and once the line started moving, it went very quickly. I started out all the way around the block and was finished with the entire process 45 minutes later. I would probably get in line around 8-8:15am if I were to go again. I received my PCR test results via MyChart 3 days after being tested.

The entire process was very organized for COVID testing. I got there around 8am and walked away at 9:30. I was 8th in line but after I got there, the line started growing very quickly (looped around the block so I couldnt see how long it ended up being). They started handing out paperwork at 8:30 (they have clipboards and pens) and then collected it with my ID. Around 9, they started seeing patients (all outdoors so dress warmly! the beginning of the line is in a wind tunnel). Went into registration for a couple of questions that lasted a few seconds, then walk around to the testing area. The swab didnt hurt and not too invasive. They did both nostrils and the whole process took about 5 mins total. They said results would be available in 24-48 hours via MyChart which they have you sign up for while waiting in line.

It was very easy to get to and I got my results in less than 24 hours for antibodies! I really appreciate how fast, courteous and patient everyone was. I would recommend getting there earlier- at 8:00 AM on a Sunday I was the first person there, but by 9:00 (when the clinic opened on Sunday) the lined had ballooned to about ~25 people. It was excellent! Showed up at 9:30AM on a Sunday and was out in just under two hours; I had been going to CityMD weekly for the previous three weeks and have waited between four and six hours on average, so it was pretty fast! The process was short and easy and the entire place is outside, except for the tent where you actually get tested. They have markers on the ground to keep people socially distant. In signing up for my MyChart account, there was an issue that took less than 10 min to solve on the phone with one of their support staff. And I got my results back in 24 hours! Super wonderful, highly recommend!

Went to get an antibody test around 2pm today (Tuesday) and waited about 45 minutes. The staff was friendly and practiced safe social distancing and sanitized the clipboards and pens during check-in. If you want antibody testing they stop doing them around 2pm some days even though the site is open until 3:30pm. They were about to not let me get it done but I said I specifically asked if antibody testing was available when I got in line at 2:05pm and was told yes so they were accommodating which I so appreciated!! Results are suppose to be available in 24 hours.

Went Saturday at 9 am. Waited under an hour, staff is very efficient giving everyone clipboards and pens to fill out info ahead of time. Test was the easiest of any I’ve done. They said results could be 3-5 days but received them in under 36 hours. Absolutely recommend!

Bedsides the extremely long wait time this was a great experience. I went around 8:05am yesterday (Thursday) before it opened and I was the 38th person in line. I was finished around 9:55am. The covid test itself was pain free and not at all invasive. I got the results back at 5pm the next day. The staff are really nice, attentive and make you feel comfortable! Just beware of the long lines and come prepared with warm clothes!

Just stopped by at 3pm on a Friday afternoon and was out by 3:30pm. They let in multiple people behind me, so I think as long as you are there by 3:30pm M-F they’ll let you join the line. Super quick and efficient. Got both the nasal swab and antibody test and the whole team was very nice. Great convenient testing site.

Came on a Sunday morning and was in and out in about 20 minutes for my Covid test. Everyone was really lovely and helpful, took very good care of us. It’s free, you get your results online sent via email, and ours came in less than 24 hours. Couldn’t have been easier!

Staff is nice and very efficient ! I arrived at 9:15AM and was gone by 10. The whole process was very smooth, the paperwork is straightforward and testing is free. You then receive an email to sign up to their system and check your results easily (within a few days)** Update ** : I received my results within 24H

This testing is the place to go to get your test results quick. Other places like CITYMD test results take over 15 days. Got my results in 1 day both times that I took it. The lines are not that long. Spent 20 minutes on line to register; was in and out of there is a flash. The staff from the people handing out the applications to the people drawing the blood and swabbing are very helpful. They are open 7 days a week but you got to get there 30 minutes before they close to ensure you can get on line.

Quick and nice staff. Was in and out in 15 minutes near closing hours (3pm) on a Friday. Got results in 24 hours.

Total time about 40 minutes 30 minutes wait, about 10 minutes for registration, show id and Insurance card, and then test. Efficient layout and process. This is done in two outside large tents, wait outdoors. They dont do the rapid covid-19, only standard one (test results emailed to you). Easy walk from Marcy Ave train station. Would come here again for testing, when needed.

Went on Sunday 1/31/12. There was surprisingly no line. Once we arrived we were handed paperwork then guided into the tent for testing. PCR only, no rapid. Was in and out in 10-15 minutes. When we left there were 6 ppl lined up waiting. Amazing staff !!! Got results back in 30 hrs.

Looks organized and socially distant which is why 3 stars, but they need to be more clear on their hours. I show up at 1:45pm on Saturday and they won’t allow me on line for testing - they say they closed their line at 1:30pm. If the line closes earlier than 2:00pm, write that on your website. So easy - just communicate your hours.Also they let this other guy onto the line at 1:55pm cause he was rude and just inserted himself on the line while he double parked. So I guess those rules don’t apply to him.

Please call in advance to double check what time they close that day!!!Last time I got tested in this location, it was a breeze. Staff was friendly and despite the long line, everyone was in and out. But I guess that’s not the case on weekends!I got a head cold a few days ago and now everyone I know is freaked out. I have to get tested before I go back to work so I can confirm this is just a cold.Today, I got there at 2:02pm, under the impression they closed at 4:30pm (after checking on google) and they denied me a test. Apparently they close at 2pm on Saturdays but how are we supposed to know if the information online is not clear? I was expecting to be seen, and was rudely turned away. Only 2 minutes past closing. I won’t have time for the rest of this week because I work, so now i will have to take off work simply because they couldn’t be bothered to see one more person! Complete waste of time and lack of compassion on their part. If you must go to them, do yourself a favor and call ahead of time.

They close whenever they feel like. I need to get Covid tested after getting a head cold before I can continue to care for my mother who is hospitalized. Two days in a row I’ve arrived at 4:07pm and 3:51pm and though their website says they close at 4:30pm, they tell me in person that they’re already closed. I got the sense they all just wanna get out of there early. Pretty unprofessional, especially considering how vital their work is for public health. My sick mother has now been alone two extra days because of their lack of professionalism.

Every single person working at this COVID testing site was so nice, kind and positive! My husband and I went this morning it was super fast, easy and everyone was really great. I was a bit nervous but they really put you at ease! Thanks for your help!

Getting tested for Covid has become the new way of living, and if youre anything like me and are not a fan of waiting in lines, then this is your spot. Forget about waiting on a CityMD line for 3hrs or more. At this joint, you’re in and out in 30mins! That includes waiting in line, filling the forms, and getting your nose swapped. Yeah, it looks sketched AF, but it’s legit. Dont forget your insurance card and carry ID, duh.

I arrived at 6:45 am on the Monday before Thanksgiving; was first in line. Center was supposed to open at 8:30, but the folks were a little late, so I was not seen until about 9:30. Still have not received results.

Ive been tested here three times now. The staff is amazing and Ive always gotten the results in three days! I cant say enough good things about them. Professional, friendly and fast. Job well done!!

Needed COVID test results fast so we knew whether we could safely return to work. First went to a pharmacy in our neighborhood earlier in the week advertising results in 5 days but after no results on day 6 we came here since Cuomo said NYS clinics got results back in about 2 or 3 days. Got tested on a Friday afternoon and I got my results (nasal swab) in less than 48 hrs, the following Sunday morning (I had symptoms but tested negative phew 😅). My husband had no symptoms and got his negative results Saturday (antibody) and Monday (nasal). We finally heard back from the pharmacy days after our NYS results, ELEVEN days after we were swabbed. Commercial/private companies such as pharmacies or City MD are backed up on tests to the point of uselessness; go to one of the NYS Health and Hospitals locations like this one instead. We got here just before 1 and were out by 1:30.

Everyone super nice and amazing. Line is long but it moves fast. I got here at 11 on a Wednesday, line was atleast 100ppl, left at 1:30pm, after both tests.

I never review anything but this place is awesome. The testing place is outside (so you’re not cramped up in a small room with other people) and it’s super fast. We were done in 15 min :)

All of the staff at this site were very helpful and friendly! I stopped by to get a COVID and antibody test, and the whole process only took about 30 minutes. I definitely recommend this clinic!

I arrived at 1:15 pm on a Friday and was done at 1:45 pm. Very fast and efficient testing.

Took a little over an hour on a Sunday morning, got my results in two and a half days. lovely staff.

I’m here now, have waited an hour and almost in. Just leaving this review to let you know there’s a sign that says rapid testing is no longer available at this location.

My test took 15 minutes from arrival to departure, and everyone was super friendly.

I was in line for about an hour and 30 minutes with about 10 people ahead of me. Got the results about 36 hours later. 👍

No matter how early you get there youre going to stay all day, all but one staff member can work at a decent pace, and it isnt even the doctor. Unprofessional

Site opened up a little late but once things started moving they went quickly. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.
