We had an awesome experience with Main Line Fertility. I love Dr. Glassner and Allison. Her bedside manner was calming and her delivery of news, both good and bad, was always professional, but very human. The nurses and staff are all so kind and helpful! They always were able to get me in and out, which I appreciated since youre there so often in the beginning stages!
Having been someone who has tried multiple fertility clinics this one is really top notch. Dr. Glassner and his team are very responsive, kind and professional. At other clinics they would tell me to come back on day __ and then when I would call to get an appointment to come back and they would say sorry were full. Not here, at Main Line Fertility they always fit you in and obviously really understand that every woman has a different cycle. I am very pleased with their care, follow up and attention to detail. They even offer awesome financial services and counselors. TBD on the outcome but Im very hopeful!
My wife and I had a terrible experience with Mainline Fertility. After my wifes initial consultation, she never got to speak with the doctor again. She was only prescribed fertility drugs, which we later discovered were ineffective for her condition of low ovarian reserve—a diagnosis they completely missed. We felt disrespected and decided to leave the practice. Unfortunately, the issues didn’t end there. After we left, the administrative staff became hostile and started processing our medical claims as out-of-network, despite previous claims being in-network. Weve been trying to resolve these incorrect claims for over eight months now, and we are still receiving inaccurate bills. My wife continues to get calls for payments on services we havent received in the last ten months, even though our insurance statements indicate we are fully paid. The lack of respect, incorrect diagnosis, and ongoing billing issues have caused us significant stress. We do not recommend Mainline Fertility to anyone seeking respectful and accurate medical care.
A few months ago I decided to become an egg donor and decided to go with Main Line Fertility from a quick google search, and I’m so glad I ended up here. Every nurse, doctor, and employee that I interacted with went above and beyond to make me feel informed and comfortable during the entire process. Something that I thought was going to be a very unpleasant process ended up being relatively easy and almost enjoyable? I thoroughly enjoyed going into my appointments and seeing my nurses. I ended up doing the process twice and even though I had some rare and unpredictable compilations with the second egg retrieval, I still felt so supported and cared for from beginning to end. I truly felt like a human being that was thoroughly cared for and not just a random patient they are trying to get out that door. Everyone that I personally interacted with truly care about what they do and want nothing but the best for their patients. Could not recommend them more.
Our journey began in June 2022 and our IVF transfer in January 2024 was a success, expecting our first miracle babe in October! Dr. Brasile is a no-nonsense doc, shes always honest, transparent and empathetic, but more importantly she was always confident throughout the whole journey which gave us so much hope through our lowest points. Every single nurse was exceptional in providing the best care at every ultrasound appointment, shout out to Hannah who followed up with me multiple times after having an adverse reaction to one of the meds, and Kelly was the main phlebotomist who made all of those daunting blood draws a breeze. I could ramble on and on, but the truth is we would never have enough words to thank Dr. Brasile and ALL of her amazing staff enough for making our dreams of becoming parents a reality. - Nick & Gina Papa (Franco)
My husband found this clinic on the internet. We had a planing cycle and planing cycle with pills. Our treatment almost took two months during this time we couldn’t reach them easily. They were never answer their phone unless you waited an half an hour. (At least ) Unfortunately the treatment did not work with us. After two treatments plans I needed to learn what was the next step but they never told me. Still there is no answer from Dr bloom end MLF team. I don’t know why and I also don’t want to know because we started a new plan.
Mainline has been a blessing to my Husband and I! Throughout our Journey, they have been nothing but supportive, understanding and extremely helpful. Dr.Minassian and his care team have been great, we are so lucky to have them join us in our journey. I couldn’t ask for a better clinic to help us build our family. They are so special! ❤️
Dr. Minassian is a very intelligent doctor who always provided me with very detailed explanations and statistics, which to me was more comforting than anything. I know some people need a more comforting bed side manner, but for me, he was a perfect fit and it’s thanks to him that I have a perfectly healthy 10 month old son! Laura and Morgan were also amazing and always made me feel calm and ready for whatever came next in our journey. I will say, I don’t think that the Reading office was as inclusive as the Bryn Mawr office, but it was worth it to get our baby. Prelude was taking over as we graduated from the clinic, so I can’t speak to that. And if we didnt have amazing fertility benefits there is no way we could have ever even thought about MLF. But overall, we got our baby and it was all worth it.
I highly recommend Dr. Glassner and team. I started my egg retrieval process with Penn Medicine, but switched to Main Line Fertility halfway through.Main Line takes extreme care in walking you through the entire process, while also ensuring full transparency around billing, and sharing what is and isnt covered by your insurance. They also made sure that scheduling was stress free.I did most of my monitoring visits at the Philadelphia office, but had my surgery at the Bryn Mawr location.
I am currently pregnant with our miracle baby, and we would not be where we are today without Main Line Fertility. We are beyond grateful for the entire team. Dr. Glassner, Dr. Gocial, the late Dr. El-Roeiy, the nurses, techs, embryologists, admins – we are so incredibly thankful.Dr. Glassner never gave up, he changed my protocols, he listened to my ideas, he shared his expertise, and he made me laugh on the toughest days. He is extremely smart and very dedicated.Dr. Gocial, though he was not my ‘usual’ doctor, performed my two surgeries and I always felt safe and secure under his care. He is so kind and gentle. The IVF monitoring nurses were always so thoughtful, reading the room to see how upbeat or sensitive they should be as they tried to make your day feel somewhat normal, hugged you on your darkest days, and even cried with you when receiving the worst news. When it was finally time to celebrate, they were truly thrilled for us, calling with congrats and hugs goodbye when we graduated! They honestly care about your happiness and success. Lizzie, Kristin, Jen, Tiffany, Nichola, Hannah, Julie, Jaquelyn, Kristina, Kelli, Tina H, Julieanne, Mia, Brie – thank you!A huge shout out and kudos to the Procedure Nurses: Leeanne, Michelle, Lauren, Anne Elise, Karen, Tina M, Tina O, Stephanie, Sandy, Renee, Michele, Sue, Stacy. The Embryology Team: Christian, Grace, Kelly, Meghan, Logan, Allison, Virginia, Laurel. The Pregnancy Monitoring Team: Donna, Meg, Kristin, Alyssa, Breanna. And Sarah S., at the front desk - every single appointment, she would give me the biggest, most genuine hug telling me how strong I was, that kept me going. All these amazing people played such a huge role in making our experience at MLF a success. We want them to know how deeply appreciative we are, and that we will always remember this journey and those who were consistently in our corner. It was three long years, where we hit some of our lowest lows, but the support behind us was strong and we were able to come out successful because of Main Line Fertility.
I met for a consult with Dr. Glassner the past week and he was beyond amazing. He was so friendly, kind, explained everything and addressed all of my concerns. I cannot wait to continue this journey with him and all of the MLF staff!
We started our fertility journey in the summer of 2023– after three rounds of IUI, we were pregnant! Our son Thomas Anthony was born the beginning of June 2023 and he would not be here with us without the help of Main Line Fertility. Dr. Bloom and her team are absolutely amazing and we are forever grateful to them 💙
Stay away from this clinic.I was a patient here for 1.5 years. 7 healthy embryos, 2 failed transfers and I was told well you have 5 more embryos we can try- 5 more $4600 for every transfer. I spent more than 30K in this office with zero result - only to be told your hormones look like a 20 year old and everything looks perfect!Staff are just immune to patients feelings because they treat so many patients every day, theres no time for empathy. Theyre all tired and fed up with the new corporate take over.I started with Dr Orris, who left 2 weeks before my transfer. I was given to Dr Bloom- failed transfer. Then Dr Gocial, another failed transfer. Every phone call was associated with attitude for why i was calling... they take no responsibility for their technique or their failures.I transferred to society hill reproductive medicine and now im 8 weeks pregnant. I recommend Dr Kelly 100%.FET is a technique sensitive process and unfortunately i learned that mainline fertility does not have the expertise the hard way. so much stress, hormones, roller coaster rides...
I cant emphasize enough how fantastic Dr. Glassner and his team are. Following nearly 10 months of disappointment at a prior clinic, I felt defeated and hopeless. I was longing for a fresh start with a doctor who would take my concerns seriously and adopt a proactive approach. Dr. Glassner immediately devised a plan for us, and we wasted no time getting to work. Each member of the team, whether nurse, ultrasound tech, or phlebotomist, was not only kind and personable but genuinely cared. Special recognition to my favorites: Kate, Hannah, Julie, and Aly!Beyond Dr. Glassner and his teams exceptional care, my interactions with other doctors, be it during emergency visits, egg retrieval, or transfer, were also outstanding. While I was eagerly anticipating graduation as it signified a step closer to my longed-for miracle baby, I will deeply miss the exceptional care provided by Mainline Fertility. We eagerly anticipate returning for baby #2.
I’m sick to my stomach right now. I first had help back in 2020 and 2021. I didn’t feel like my first provider had great bedside manner or was very attentive. After my son I needed help again this time choosing Dr. Gocial as my provider. He’s a great doctor.Today, after almost of year of cycle after unsuccessful cycle, I got a call for the billing department that now they’ve instated a $250 “cycle coordination fee” that insurance doesn’t cover. You should genuinely be ashamed of yourself. I know this review won’t make a difference and nothing is going to change but it’s already emotionally, mentally, and financially hard enough on families with infertility troubles and your establishment has to find a new way to make more money like this doesn’t earn enough?? Bravo. So sad.And please keep the auto reply. If you guys actually cared, you’d be reaching out personally. Not asking people to call the office to speak to someone.
MLF changed my life. I had a horrible experience with a previous clinic and lost all hope I would ever be able to have a family. After some research, I found Dr. Glassner and the rest is history. Every visit was thoughtful, professional and made me feel hopeful again. Dr. G and his team didn’t look at me as a number but as an individual patient who they treated very carefully for each issue. They were on call for whenever I needed them and got me through a very rough period of my life. I couldn’t recommend them more and thank God for them everyday! A special shoutout to all the ladies who work at the office who truly made every appointment feel one step closer to me being a mama and truly heard all my concerns. Thank you Main Line!!
She and the team as well as DR.Kahn are nothing short of amazing. Communication is top tier, this team is super personable and welcoming.
The feeling we got here cannot be put in words about this place and specially Dr Glassner. We had only one embryo in the second cycle and he made it happen. We were trying for 2 years but without any luck. We tried various options including iui and other techniques to get our second one. Then we found Dr Glassner and found pretty positive review about himself. We didn’t have pleasant experience with another doctor in MLF in other location 2 years prior to finding Dr Glassner, but we still wanted to give ourself a chance. We scheduled a meeting with him, keeping low expectations. The meeting went well and Dr Glassner had a positive vibe. He explained in detail about the process with keeping our expectation real. We went ahead with the process with him and got our first retrieval and implant and soon that we know that my wife was pregnant. We were ecstatic. We could not hold our emotions and happiness we had. But our happiness didn’t last long as 6 weeks into the process we learnt that my wife had a miscarriage. We were devasted. We reviewed it with Dr Glassner and he was as sad to hear the news as we were. He assured us that we will review the details and get to the bottom of the issue that we had and come up with a plan that would suit our condition. Obviously after our first rollercoaster ride we were a bit hesitant to go for the second round and were afraid that we may end up with the same result, but we persisted and trusted Dr Glassner. We went through another cycle and implant. Soon did we know that we were pregnant again with another successful implant. Dr Glassner learned and adjusted the cycle this time to increase the chances for a successful pregnancy. Month after month passed by but we kept our emotions intact, afraid of another disappointment. But we now have a baby that is with us as healthy a baby could be. We are lucky to have met Dr Glassner and could not have found a better person to go through this process. We was kind, understanding and respectful. But most importantly was honest. This is science but if you want someone to execute to the highest order Dr Glassner is the person you want. God bless him!! Thank you Dr Glassner!!
If you are in need of a place for your fertility journey to grow your family, this is the place to go!The doctors here are always here for you personally and each have a physician’s assistant that calls you to talk to you after your appointment. Dr Glassner was my doctor and his P.A. Allison was wonderful. She always answered every question in his absence.I can’t speak highly enough about the nurses. Each one of them is fantastic! They are so kind and know the journey you are going through! They are sensitive to your needs and are always willing to explain things with the protocols and medications. All in all, this was a wonderful experience and I’m so thrilled to have been with Main Line Fertility!
I finished up with MLF in December 2022; this was my second experience with this practice at the Bryn Mawr location. My first experience in 2019 was only about 5 months of monitored/medicated cycles that resulted in a pregnancy without needing to progress to any additional treatment. This time around I was there for over a year starting out with medicated cycles, eventually progressing to IUIs, and ultimately one (successful!) round of IVF. It was definitely an emotional rollercoaster for me to say the least. I was there during the transition to Prelude and there were definitely some hiccups along the way, but overall, I was satisfied with my experience. One thing that changed right before I “graduated” was the introduction of the phone tree and that was something I didn’t like at all compared to how nice it was all along to call and easily speak to someone directly and get what you needed in a simple manner. This process is so daunting to begin with, so the direct phone lines were a huge plus before the switch. The practice is definitely very busy, and while I felt that my concerns were always addressed, sometimes I needed to push/advocate for myself in order to get answers I was looking for. Dr. Glassner is extremely busy, and for good reason—he knows what he’s doing! That being said, he was always involved in my case, despite me talking to Allison more than him, and he would even call me on weekends, when it was clear he was away with his family, to answer questions, talk me down when I was super anxious or reassure me about the way my cycle was going. Allison was always caring and kind on the phone and got back to me very quickly after each monitoring appt. I do miss meeting with the doctors in person and balancing seeing Dr. Glassner and his PA just about equally, which was how things were run in the past, but I assume that was a COVID change that they just kept in place. I felt that the in-person meetings made the entire process feel more personal and may have helped put a face to the name on the chart. This process is so difficult, so feeling like you’re being heard makes a huge difference and, sometimes, that can get lost over the phone.Once I got to the IVF side, all I have to say is that every. single. nurse. was absolutely amazing! It is so evident how much they care and I never felt like I was being a pain with all of my questions/concerns/phone calls. They were compassionate, caring, thorough, professional, and knowledgable. I really cannot say enough about them. Annalyce Daprix did my IVF orientation and she made a very intimidating process seem much simpler and really helped me feel like I was able to tackle it. She was quick to answer questions I had leading up to the start of my first cycle and made the transition to IVF as pleasant as it could be. The nurses I had the most frequent and positive experiences with were Lizzie Cordone and Tina O’Brien. I felt so well cared for having these nurses managing my care! They are special women working in a field where their stellar clinical and interpersonal skills are so necessary and appreciated!!While it may not be a perfect process, working with MLF is worth it in order to work with such skilled professionals and hopefully achieve your family planning goals.
MLF brought me my beautiful daughter after 3 miscarriages, and I will be forever grateful to the doctors, nurses and staff for all of their hard work and compassion. Dr Glassner made sure we had the right protocol for my body, including additional testing when needed. On the IVF side, nurse Lizzie was so sweet and felt like an old friend. When she called to tell me my first transfer had failed, she was practically in tears. I will never forget her empathy in that moment! When my next transfer worked, nurse Jenn talked me through my anxiety, answered all my questions and made me laugh. When I started to go for pregnancy ultrasounds, nurse Meg was excited for me when I was too scared to be excited for myself. Her energy was infectious. The staff is such rockstars and it was so bittersweet leaving them when we graduated! Best team ever!
This place is the cattle call of infertility treatments. Which can be good, because they see lots of patients, and can be bad, because it can feel impersonal. I had a pretty obnoxious interaction with Dr. Glassner, who insensitively commented youre breathing pretty hard! Youre going to make me feel like Im hurting you! while I took deep breaths to try and stay calm as he strung a catheter through my cervix. As he was removing the speculum that was still inside me, he said now keep in mind, this only has a 7-9% chance of success. Yes sir, I am fully aware the torture I am putting myself through has a slim chance of working, but maybe wait until my vagina isnt wide open and there is not a metal speculum inside me to remind me of this? It left a bad taste in my mouth and I never went back. I know people who loved it here. But he told me he would treat me like a daughter and this was not the treatment I had. I found a much more sensitive and kind doctor who is a better fit for me.
Visiting Main Line Fertility was the best decision my husband and I ever made. From our first appointment with Dr. Glassner, we knew we were in the right place! There are no words to describe the staff! The front desk is so kind and friendly, the nurses are AMAZING - EVERY SINGLE ONE! I also worked with Allison who was so kind and answered all of my questions each call! Thank you all!
I had such a wonderful experience with Main Line Fertility. Their kindness and professionalism put me at ease during a stressful time in my life.
Dr. Glassner and his staff are absolutely wonderful! He is very realistic with his care plan and making sure his patients understand their care and are comfortable with his recommendations.Kristina, Tina, Hannah, and all of the nurses are so caring and understanding what a difficult process fertility can be.I am so happy with my care at Main Line Fertility!
I cannot say enough about Mainline fertility, it has been a wonderful experience. I have spent 5 years going through fertility treatment with 2 failed transfers at other clinic. Am 15 weeks pregnant now and it would not have been possible without help from Dr Glassner and his PA Allison. They are caring, empathetic and always there to listen and clarify any questions or concerns. I would also like to thank all the IVF nurses and extended staff including for all their support and warmth provided during the treatment. I may not remember everyone but special shout to Maureen, Julie, Deborah, Michelle, Meg, Hope for all their special attention and care.
Mainline Fertility is the only place to go if seeking fertility care. Their knowledge, experience and expertise is unmatched compared to any other fertility clinic in the area. They truly care about their patients and want you to get pregnant as soon as possible. The entire staff works endlessly day in and day out to help you achieve your dreams of starting a family. It is truly amazing what they do every single day. Dr Glassner is an expert in fertility and you will do whatever it takes to get you pregnant as fast as possible. His positivity and humor throughout the difficult process of undergoing fertility treatments is amazing. Also the nurses at Mainline are elite. They run the show and work so hard every single day. Margie- I can’t thank you enough for how kind and compassionate you were to me through my many times of tears. Lizzie and Tiff- thank you so much for always thoroughly explaining everything and being so kind. You both made such a difference in my IVF experience. It was emotional leaving Mainline because of the staff. If you are thinking of going anywhere else for your care- don’t!!
Dr Michael Glassner was Awesome consultation was very straightforward and knowledgeable; he is very optimistic. At the end of my zoom consultation I was Crying my eyes out because I finally felt great about My Infertility struggles and Can’t wait to have a Successful journey with him ❤️
We found MLF through our friends after a very traumatic miscarriage this past July. Dr. Glassner was compassionate, but also knowledgeable and did not sugar-coat anything in our discussions. He put me on Metformin to regulate my ovulation, and I got pregnant naturally the first full cycle after I had started them. I loved the peace of mind that came with weekly (sometimes by-weekly if there was an issue) bloodwork and ultrasounds, with very prompt calls after our appointment to explain the results. Allison was so fantastic and patient with my many questions and worries. All of the techs and administrative staff were amazing and kind, especially the tech who drew my blood every week (Im blanking on her name, but she was wonderful!)I only wish I could stay with MLF for the rest of my pregnancy instead of switching over to my usual OBGYN.
If you are experiencing any issues with fertility, there is only one clear place to go, MLF. I have checked a lot of boxes throughout my fertility journey. While I am so lucky to have one amazing baby, trying for a second through IVF was much harder and time consuming. Had it not been for Dr. Glassner and his most amazing staff which includes his PA Allison and nurses, Kristen, Maureen, Lizzie, Hannah, Christina, Lynne, Margie, Annalise, Meg .... Just to name a few... I dont know what I would have done. They were always there for a hug, a laugh, and occasionally a tear. I have always felt like I was in great hands here and if it were for their help and expertise, I wouldnt have the family I have today! Thank you to this incredible group for all of your help. 10 out of 10, would recommend to a friend :-).
After speaking with the mainline fertility team I was informed that the issue I was having will be taken care of! I am happy because I was excited to be working with Dr Bloom and was afraid it wasnt going to happen! I have revised my review to 4 stars, I will revise to 5 if all goes well moving forward!
I cant speak highly enough about Dr. Glassner and his entire team at Main Line Fertility. Dr. Glassner is unparalleled in regards to his knowledge and expertise. He made us feel completely at ease from the minute we met him, offering transparency in the process though making his recommendations as if we were family members. His physician assistant, Allison, is also incredible. Her calls after each appointment to discuss labs, scans, medications and to answer any questions, shows the level of attention and individual care they offer to their patients. The nurses here are truly exemplary. Upon the initial steps in the process, the IVF team took the time to truly make you feel comfortable in understanding everything, celebrated with you in good news, and comforted you in the not-so-good news. A special thank you there to Maureen, Kristen, Christine, Bridget and Lizzie for your compassion and patience through what can be a very daunting and overwhelming time.I can say we are now 10 weeks blessed with our Main Line Fertility miracle! The ultrasound technicians, Meg and Kate, are amazing. They are thorough and kind, never making you feel rushed while you are staring in awe at the screen. The nurse, Margie, is also wonderful, answering any and all questions I had at any time.Overall, I am offering the highest of recommendations to anyone seeking fertility care to Dr. Glassner and his remarkable team at Main Line Fertility. As a patient, I can assure you, you will be advocated for at every step and will be in the best of hands. Their skill, attentiveness, kindness and support through this journey we are beyond and forever grateful for.
I cannot say enough about Main Line Fertility. I first went to them after 2 devastating miscarriages and my initial meeting with Dr. Glassner immediately reassured me that I had gone to the right place. He was compassionate, patient, and always had a clear plan that was closely aligned to my needs and expectations. Everyone that works in the office is incredible - they are warm, friendly, and are quick to offer hug or word of encouragement during what can be an overwhelming and exhausting process. While everyone is fabulous Margie, Lynn, and Jamielynne come to mind immediately as being particularly fantastic. Thanks to Dr. Glassner, Allison, and their wonderful team, I welcomed my son in 2020 and am now 10 weeks pregnant with my second child.
I have nothing but wonderful things to say about MLF at Bryn Mawr! Tanisha, Stacey and Gina were there for me throughout some very difficult times over the last year. I’m very thankful I was able to see the same three girls mentioned above each apt which left a lasting impression. As someone with high medical anxiety, I left each appointment feeling at ease, comfortable and cared for. I’ll always hold a special place in my heart for Tanisha, Stacey and Gina!
Dr. Glassner is GREAT! He is realistic and straight forward (which I Really appreciated!) while still really showing he cares. I could not ask for a better doctor! And the nurses are all fantastic also! Through ups and downs they will always be there to listen. Deborah always made me feel better whenever I was feeling nervous about my appointment. And Maureen and Kristen were always so understanding and supportive. I am so happy we switched fertility offices/doctors to Main Line Fertility! Our experiences were night and day. We did a few egg retrieval’s and had our first transfer and thank goodness it worked on the first try. Thanks in part to the genetics testing which let us know which embryos are genetically “normal” which definitely help the chances of implantation. We have our other embryos frozen and look forward to working with Dr. Glassner and his team again for another transfer in the future! And I will highly recommend them to anyone in need!
I was recently diagnosed with breast cancer. I am only 27 and my husband and I have been married for less than a year. To say this diagnosis has been shocking and difficult is an understatement. I will be starting chemotherapy this month, and my oncologist recommended I consult with MLF to obtain information about IVF and decide whether my husband and I wanted to pursue that. I had a virtual appointment with PA Annu Mathew. Both my husband and I went into this appointment feeling like IVF wasn’t for us. We had discussed this topic multiple times beforehand, but felt we wanted to make a fully informed decision so we thought it wouldn’t hurt to have the consult. At the end of the appointment, we were informed we needed to decide rather soon so we could start IVF as soon as possible. Someone from the financial team was supposed to call us to discuss cost before moving forward. It was very clear to us that no definitive decision regarding whether or not to do IVF was made at that time. The following day, I received a very un-informative email about financials. It basically just listed potential price ranges for each component/step. I was told we would receive a call to go everything and that did not happen. In the late afternoon, Annu called me to let me know that I should be receiving several emails containing consent forms, information packets, and the pharmacy would be calling me. I had never given the “go ahead” to start this process. When I had explained that my husband and I didn’t want to do IVF, she began laughing. She kept asking me “are you sure?” She said that oncology patients are the highest priority at MLF and they wanted to get the ball moving ASAP. She made jokes that I would be getting a lot of emails and calls now and it was up to me to delete them, all while laughing. As someone who has worked in healthcare and is now an oncology patient, I cannot explain how incredibly inappropriate it is for a healthcare professional to be laughing with a patient. I don’t see what part of my situation is funny and I am deeply hurt by this. I recently underwent a double mastectomy as the first step in my cancer treatment, and not one time during that process has anyone laughed at my situation or made me feel like they were trying to sell me something. For the first time, I felt like dollar signs instead of an actual patient.I know not everyone may agree with our decision but to be disrespectful about it is absolutely absurd. I didn’t feel the need to hash out the reasons why IVF is not for us, if I had would it have been less of a joke?EDIT: MLF contacted me and seem to be taking my feedback seriously and say they are striving to make sure this doesn’t happen to anyone else. I appreciate them reaching out and passing along their apologies.
I cannot recommend MLF enough. Every news, result, procedure, the doctors and nurses care so deeply about you. The clinic becomes a second home, full of people who you can trust. I never felt alone while going through treatment. Every silly question I had, the nurses answered with a smile and encouragement. They were there for me when I received difficult news, held my hand through procedures and tests, took such good care of me when I was scared. This clinic is so special due to their nurses (shoutout to Lizzie/Tiffany), but also because of their front staff (shoutout to Mae!). They are so sweet and accommodating! The most bittersweet day recently came as I was able to graduate from the clinic to a regular pregnancy doctor. The nurses hugged me and celebrated the news. It was such a beautiful day, but I miss them all dearly. Dont hesitate making an appointment or consultation. With Dr. Glassner and the whole staff, youll be in the BEST hands.
The staff and doctors are all amazing but specifically have to call out Allison, Dr. Glassner’s PA. I never met her in person but would talk to her on the phone after every appointment. She was always so kind, caring, and informative. When I was losing hope for myself to get pregnant, she gave me great advice and helped lift my spirits to keep trying. I can’t thank her enough for believing and having faith in me, a stranger, when I had lost hope for myself. Going the extra mile is something that I will always remember about the people at Main Line Fertility.
My husband and I have been going through struggles with infertility for about two years. Prior to switching to MLF, we were with another clinic and just felt like they werent really taking our concerns seriously. We were so happy we switched! We felt confident starting from our initial appointment with Dr. Glassner. He was honest with us, yet very supportive. He also put together an aggressive plan of diagnostic testing to optimize our FETs. Dr. Glassner recommended pregmune testing and an ERA, both of which resulted in adaptations to our protocol for our third (and finally successful) FET. This is exactly the support we were looking for from our previous clinic. We cant thank the nurses/PA at MLF enough, especially Tina, Meg, Maureen, and Allison. Each of them played a role in calming and educating us week to week and we are forever grateful. Thank you MLF!
I had spent 2 1/2 years going through fertility. Dr. Glassner is a great doc and he has a great sense of humor. Thanks to him I am pregnant with a baby boy.I listened to all of Dr. Glassner’s recommendations and he really is the best!! I worked with Maureen, my nurse and I love her! It is a very difficult process to go through fertility treatment and I asked for her every time. She is also an advocate for me and talked to Dr. Glassner about treating me for endo. From nutrition tips to a compassion that is incredible, Maureen is the best, you feel like she is your friend! Christine was also very nice and supportive too. I also went to the Paoli office and Allison the nurse was amazing! She is so sweet and kind. And Hope the receptionist is very sweet and understanding. There are truly some amazing nurses and staff at main line fertility. The only nurse that I did not like was Jenn she was pretty abrasive and called me Tori without asking me what I would like to be called and she just seemed to be going through the motions and didnt really listen to anything that I said, bad bedside manner.
We had an excellent experience with MLF. We were a transfer from a different clinic, where we did not have the best experience. Dr. Glassner listened to our concerns and his team was great at answering all of our questions and putting together the right treatment plan. Very grateful to them!
I started my fertility journey here and big mistake. I had so many ultrasounds and was told they don’t see anything wrong with me. My husband submitted his sample (as instructed by the doctor) and the nurse at the front desk ask HIM what they should do with it. I left there and went to a competing fertility specialist. With my very first ultrasound they found a massive growth in my uterus. I had to have surgery to remove the tumor that mainline missed over the course of several ultrasounds. I wasted so much money here and it could’ve ended badly for me.Edit: my google name is my maiden name. I don’t feel the need to call mainline fertility to hash up old feelings and tears as they instructed in a comment on my review.
Dr. Glassner and the team at Mainline Fertility were absolutely amazing! They are all very knowledgeable but also warm and empathetic to this journey. From the second we walked in, my wife and I felt accepted and comfortable. Dr. Glassner and his team went out of their way to make sure our dreams of becoming moms came true. Despite how busy their office is, they are very organized and alway returned our calls in a timely manner. Dr. Glassner even returned a call to us while he was on a personal vacation. We cannot thank them enough!
All of the staff at mainline fertility are amazing! Dr. Glassner is incredible and treated my case like it was his only one. His care and dedication are exemplary. He discovered a crucial factor in my case that was missed by another doctor. Maureen (IVF nurse) was so caring and compassionate - she made me feel like I was part of their family. Meg (ultrasound tech) was informative and caring. She was always so respectful of my time and quick to get me in and out for my ultrasound, but also took the time to explain everything to me. I highly recommend this staff for the best personalized care and positive outcomes. I will forever be grateful to Dr. Glassner and his amazing staff.
I asked the office if they would tell me how much my services would be for a baseline and ultrasound. Someone called and told me that I would have to pay $2650 for iui upfront on voicemail. I literally called right back and no one answered the phone. I would not recommend this provider to anyone.
A doctor…the head doctor at this firm said to my stressed wife…a woman trying to get pregnant….who may have trauma: “stress doesn’t stop you from getting pregnant, PEOPLE WHO GET R@P$D GET PREGNANT.” She walks out immediately. The story: We are patients of Main Line and have even had a successful pregnancy with them, HOWEVER. At this firm, ONLY Dr. Bloom has bedside manner, patience, empathy, and the demeanor it takes to see patients through such a tough, touch and go process. We are back for baby number two and just had an AWFUL experience with Dr. Glassner, the face of MLF. We were simply flabbergasted at his lack of bedside manner, and inability to connect with humans. “On the note of a lack of empathy, I’m outta here.” The quote from him after I let him know his demeanor was tough for this circumstance, especially with such a tense moment (wife crying). He comes back in the office to ask if we were doing the IUI or not. My wife said she was stressed so maybe not. His exact quote: “stress don’t stop anybody from getting pregnant, PEOPLE WHO GET R@P$D GET PREGNANT. My wife stood up and left at that very moment.
I was so disappointed. After 3 cycles and being “promised” before my first time started that I would get pregnant. I was faced with a hard decision to continue. Coming from where I come from I don’t get good things and being LGBT I thought I would’ve reached an understanding on how important this was for me. I was unsuccessful and I went through suicidal ideations and I was left with SEVERE depression. I give big thank you to Sara Butler who only works at the front desk kept me positive. I couldn’t continue to go through the disappointment from Mainline. Thanks but no thanks. I paid out of pocket with no insurance and I lost out on money believing someone that promised this would happen but it didn’t. Now I’m thousands of dollars lost and yes I’m pissed. Nice promise broken
Being a health care professional I understand when a clinic is not prioritizing patient care and has subpar standards. Dr M, and his team demonstrated poor professionalism, we ended up feeling disheartened and change the provider. As simple as correcting name on the portal took 2 months. Reaching out to provider for question is impossible here. After changing provider we realized how everything was a moneymaking gimmick here. And of course there is no value for your time.Ps i recently saw a news one of the providers here injected acid in pt’s vagina, leaving her permanently disfigured. Glad that we are not part of this negligence.https://www.dailymail.co.uk/health/article-12365399/Pennsylvania-fertility-doctor-injects-woman-ACID-instead-saline-leaving-excruciating-internal-burns.html
My husband and I came to Dr. Glassner after a bad experience at another clinic. I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Glassner and everyone who works at MLF! Dr. Glassner made me feel like more than just a patient, he made me feel like I was part of his family. He called me after hours while he was at home with his own family to talk about results and possible next steps.. Let me repeat that - he took his own personal time to console me and give me hope... phone calls that he couldve easily made the next day during business hours, he made at home to help give me comfort for the future. Ive never experienced that with ANY doctor! Also his staff... where to begin??? Deborah has the BEST needle stick in the game! I absolutely HATE having my blood drawn and during IVF you have it done A LOT - I kid you not, there were times I didnt even feel anything! The nurses are amazing as well! Maureen always asked questions about my weekend and even remembered what we talked about the following visit. Now I can say I am a proud graduate of MLF and pregnant with my dream baby girl due in August! Thank you so much Dr. Glassner and your wonderful team!
While the ultrasound techs and nurses were lovely I was disappointed with Dr. Brasile. She was abrupt and not very compassionate when I was stressed and upset. I felt like she was so use to talking about this stuff that it was second nature to her but it was all new to me, and felt she could have been more comforting. I was passed along to different doctors during the whole process. I ended up really like one of the PAs but barely ever saw a doctor. While it wasn’t the worst experience it also wasn’t the best. I would use them again I think but would see a different doctor this time around.
I am 10 weeks pregnant with my second child. Both of my pregnancies have been facilitated by Dr. Glassner and the Main Line Fertility Team. I dont know what I would have done without this amazing team. Fertility struggles are so personal and can make you feel so lonely, but every time I visited this office my hope was restored. They are so kind, patient, informative and go the extra mile to make you feel seen, understood and cared for. Allison, Margie, Jamilynne, Meg, and Jacklyn were truly a lifeline for me and I cant express enough gratitude. Doctor Glassner always spoke to me like I was his own daughter and helped me understand the procedures and likelihood of conception. So grateful for this team of angels!
As someone who has been to multiple fertility clinics, I can tell you with certainty that Main Line is the BEST! My prognosis wasn’t great, but Dr. Glassner and the entire team never gave up on me and helped me achieve my first pregnancy. I also really appreciated that I was actively part of the decision making process throughout treatment. Everyone at Main Line is so friendly and truly invested in each patient. I will be returning when I’m ready to grow my family!
HIGHLY recommend Main Line Fertility if you are struggling with infertility. Dr. Glassner, Dr. Kurtz, PA Allison and the entire team were professional and right there with us throughout the entire process. Two special nurses that went the extra mile were Margie and Lyn. They were always calling to help me understand what was going on and so compassionate through the highs and lows. In addition, ultra sound techs Megan & Kathy were so kind and thorough every time I went in the Bryn Mawr office and made me feel so comfortable during each and every ultrasound. You will definitely have a wonderful experience at this practice!
I highly recommend Main Line Fertility ! Dr. Glassner was positive and caring, yet realistic throughout the process. His expertise and years in the industry made me feel confident. All of the nurses were amazing! They made me feel at ease and were very knowledgeable.Thank you MLF
We will forever be grateful for Dr Glassner and his team at Main Line fertility for giving us our family we, at one point, was not sure would be possible. After 3 natural pregnancies ending in miscarriage, then going on to have 7 IVF transfer failures, 2 other fertility consultations, we thought we were out of options. Dr. Glassner from our first consultation gave us hope again for a different approach. We felt our care was highly individualized and appreciate of Dr. Glassners out of the box thinking. We are now blessed with a healthy baby boy and second pregnancy. The staff at Main Line is supportive, caring and always willing to help. Extra thanks to Nurse Margie and PA Rachel who were always very attentive and on the ball with everything. The front desk staff is always responsive and helpful. No one wants to have to face infertility, but Main Line is who we would recommend for anyone needing that support.
Where to start, I started with Main line fertility in 2018 after conceiving my son through IVF with Dr. Glassner we were so in love. After waiting two years we decided to try again for number two. After a year of trying we were able to conceive and am now 10 weeks along. All of the IVF team is incredible and was amazing through the whole journey. Some of the people that were Truly amazing and stood out, were Bridget, Kristen, Renee (from surgery), Tina, after putting up with my calling about concerns daily, and Robin up front in the office. The Drs side was also amazing and was so understanding and loving. Meghan, and Kara were just so caring and let me indulge in the baby during the ultrasound every time. Last but definitely not least Dr. Glassner and Alison thank you so much for making the experience a wonderful Rd, hard at times but with your help it was a great journey to be on. I am so very grateful for everything you all have done for me and my growing family.
My experience at Mainline Fertility spanned over 15 months from April 2020 to July 2021. I began with high hopes that Dr. Glassner and his team would be able to help my husband and I conceive and they did not disappoint. We went through the entire journey during Covid-19 lockdown/regulations which made it challenging, but through Zoom consults and FaceTime videos my husband was involved as much as possible. We were given autonomy of our treatment, which included 3 failed cycles of medicated/timed intercourse, and 6 failed IUI’s before the lucky round of IVF. We were grateful for the ability and option to sign up for the Univfy refund program- although it did not save us money in the long run. I cannot say enough about the incredibly kind, positive, supportive staff that treated me like family when I was there. Especially, Lynn, Margie, and Meg on the monitoring side, Maureen and Michele on the IVF side, and Patty and Tina from the procedure unit. The front desk girls were always welcoming and helpful- I loved that my phone calls were always answered and never had to listen to an automated prompt, ever. Although my interactions with Dr. Glassner were limited, I knew I was in great hands. I put my trust in him and appreciated that he made smart decisions for my ‘special’ situation. One decision alone is the reason why I am pregnant now and not going for a second round of IVF.Some room for improvement: I think it’s time that Mainline Fertility switched over to digital charts for a few reasons…1. It would be easier to be treated at multiple locations without needing to ensure that the chart be delivered by a carrier (which on a couple of occasions it hadn’t been received in time to provide adequate information).2. I believe another level of professional analysis can take place by seeing the data in comparative charts over the course of several cycles and noticing trends. I had to be my own advocate in some instances because I knew a problem to be persisting for several months that was missed by PA’s that only referred to the current numbers.3. Mainline Fertility is a big practice with MANY patients and things can slip between the cracks. Placing an alert on a patients digital file that states they are enrolled in the Univfy program could inform the doctors and staff of certain procedural requirements.
We started as patients of Dr. Glassners at Main Line Fertility in January 2020. In the time that we worked with them they showed us such care and compassion - especially in the middle of navigating treatments during COVID-19. The front office team is amazing - Robin was always so welcoming when I would come in for appointments. Doing IVF I spent a lot of time with the IVF monitoring team - I saw Maureen and Kristin often and they were so reassuring each step of the way. Once we had success after two IVF egg retrievals and two frozen embryo transfers and I transferred to the other side of the office Meg, Margie and Lynn were supportive as I navigated miscarriage at 10wks after our first frozen embryo transfer and pregnancy after miscarriage after our second frozen embryo transfer. We are currently 14wks pregnant now and are so grateful for the help we had at Main Line Fertility! Dr. Glassner steers the ship at Main Line with compassion and expects the same from the staff. His guidance and witty approach to patient care helped us feel confident each step of the way of our treatments. When its time to expand our family again, we will definitely return to Main Line Fertility!
My experience here has been life changing! From the moment I spoke to Dr. Glassner on the phone to my first and last visit, I’ve felt nothing but warmth, understanding, and genuine care with my fertility journey. He gave me hope when I was unsure of what my outcome would be. He explained everything so that I could understand each step and he made me feel like family. The staff is by far the best medical staff I’ve been treated by, even the front desk staff are warm and inviting. I wish I could remember everyone’s name and list everyone who’s called me to the back, did my labs, performed my ultrasounds, and even the ones who always asked how I was feeling and we’re happy for me when they seen my lab numbers were good.If you have any doubt, that’s okay, but just don’t give up and give this facility, all of the medical staff , and the doctors a chance to assist with your fertility journey.
I was very lost and never thought I would ever see a positive pregnancy test. And I am now 16 weeks pregnant!!!! After being diagnosed with stage one endometrial cancer at the age of 27 and being in treatment for that and having PCOS; I never thought I would ever be able to carry my own baby. That all changed when I met the amazing people at main line fertility. I met with Dr Glassner and he was so nice and Knowledgeable and treated me like family and I was excited to start the fertility journey. Everytime I had an appointment the woman at the front desk were very professional and always helped me in a timely manner. Then the real MVPS are the nurses that would see me at every appointment Meg, breanna, jamilynn, marge and so many other to name. They were all so friendly and made me feel like I was at home. It a scary experience an no one wants to have to go through fertility but those girls are with you every step of the way. I cannot thank you all enough for all that you have done and continue to do, you’ve made me and my husband very happy parents to be and I can’t wait to come back for our next baby. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
Highly recommend Main Line Fertility. Dr. Glassner, his PA Allison and the team at Main Line are wonderful. Special shout outs to Tina, Margie, Maureen, Meg, Breanna, Jamielynn, Kara. They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and less anxious during my appointments. Having an empathetic, knowledgeable and experienced team truly made all the difference. Main Line Fertility is the best healthcare practice Ive ever been to -- it feels like a white glove experience from the organized appointment system to all the resources and support available.
We had a great experience here and just recently welcomed our baby girl thanks to them. Fertility treatments can be exhausting and time consuming. I was a patient here for a year. But, they made the process as painless as possible. They really have it down to a system and get you in and out relatively fast. And, they have flexible hours for appointments. We mainly saw Dr. Glassner and Rachel, who are absolutely amazing. But, I never had a bad experience with anyone in the practice. All of the staff here are so personable and caring. I highly recommend Main Line Fertility and Dr. Glassner to anyone looking for a fertility doctor, he is the best of the best.
I had a great experience working with the docs at Main Line Fertility. Dr. Kurtz was awesome and answered all of my questions. So kind! The ultrasound nurses were AMAZING! They explained everything to me and made me feel so comfortable every time. My only downside would be the nurses taking my blood were a bit short with me and it seemed like they let things going on in the office get to them. Discussing office drama with patients is a bit unprofessional in my opinion. Overall, I had a great experience! No questions left unanswered and you could really tell that the docs care!
Two years we started our infertility journey at another local clinic. My husband and I were given a 2% chance of being able to have a baby. I was told that that we should consider donor eggs at just 27 years old. We refused to believe those odds, which lead us to Dr. Glassner & the amazing IVF team at Mainline Fertility. This journey would not have been possible without so many. Thank you to the procedure teams, the finance department & the lovely ladies at the front desk who always helped start the morning off with a welcoming smile. Thank you to Maureen who got me through so many low moments with a hand to hold, to Deborah who always reminded me to keep pushing, to Lizzie & Megan for making me laugh on the terrifying days, to Julie for answering my endless questions & to Bridget for helping me keep the hope. Thank you to Allison who guided me through the early stages of pregnancy. But most of all thank you to Dr. Glassner. You helped us define all odds. You gave us the hope but realistic expectations. We feel so blessed to have you as our doctor & we look forward to creating more miracles together in the future. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
This place has truly changed my life and has helped grow my family! This is the first medical facility where I felt like my needs were met and my concerns were understood. The entire staff is understanding of your journey and they make you feel valid. Dr. Glassner and his amazing staff will forever have a special place in my family! There aren’t enough words to express the gratitude that my family and I feel for their help!
My wife and I had a wonderful experience under the care of Dr. Glassner. He was sincere and empathy during our struggles. The staff members were diligent with helping with medical records, finances, and easy to schedule. Shout out to Robyn, Margie, Hope, the embryologists, and the whole IVF medical team. Thankfully After hard work, MLF has blessed us!
I am a new patient at Mainline fertility. I was previously at two other practices and ended up here in hopes of being accepted into a trial. Since my first visit every person there has gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. From the receptionist to the doctors to the nurses-I went from feeling like just a number to an actual person. They truly care about there patients They answer the phone when you call, they explain everything thoroughly from start to finish. I would recommend this practice to everyone. I know that I am truly in the best hands at Mainline Fertility!
After going through secondary infertility my husband and I decided to do a clinical trial at MLF. The entire experience was amazing. Every time I had an appointment I thought This is the way every doctors office should run! The staff were so personable and I was sad to Graduate from the research department. We got pregnant successfully on our first round. I would recommend making an appointment sooner than later if you are considering fertility help!
My experience at Main Line Bryn Mawr was excellent! Dr. Glassner had a sense of humor and a confidence that helped calm a stressful situation. Each staff member I dealt with was a pleasure. I can’t remember each ones name but I do remember Maureen, her disposition and tone was sweet and calming. No matter your fertility journey I definitely recommend Main Line.
I would NOT recommend MLF to ANYONE. This company is all about the $$$ especially since the switch to prelude. I went through 6 months of fertility treatments with this practice, and had multiple nurses tell me that they thought I had endometriosis, but nobody ever followed up with me about it. Not even Dr. Glassner, who knew about it. In addition to that, after about five months of failed treatments/IUI’s, our doctor decided to tell my husband to go to the urologist to get more tests. Done to see what the issue was. First time in five months that my HUSBANDS issues were addressed. We would’ve loved to know this in the beginning of our fertility journey as it could’ve made all the difference in us actually conceiving a child through Mainline fertility. not to mention the fact that nobody in the office seems to ever be on the same page, especially when it comes to billing, which is probably one of the most stressful, but important things while going through the fertility process! They let bills back up into huge balances that people can’t afford to pay, and then they subsequently cannot get their fertility treatments until they pay. I absolutely despise this practice and all of their practices. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE GO TO SHADYGROVE OR RMF!!!!!!!
We had been trying for a baby for over a year when we got to MLF. Within the first three months they had caught something that other doctors missed in the past. Once clearing that hurdle we were able to start trying for our rainbow baby after 6 months of treatment. We had two more miscarriages after that. The staff was amazing during the time of losses. They really feel that pain right along with you. Christmas Eve of 2019 was a day we will never forget. Thanks to the patience, persistence and encouragement of Dr Glassner and his team we had a successful last cycle before moving on to IVF. Our rainbow babies arrived at the end of August. Yes twins! We couldn’t be happier. The MLF team is more than just a medical staff that works at a fertility clinic they are family. I can never thank them enough for all of their support, love and knowledge.
Gina was very professional during my visit. Great experience.
I had an amazing experience with MLF but not because every outcome was great...my journey was full of ups and downs...it was a great experience b/c the MLF team is incredible. I felt every doctor and nurse at MLF was working their tail off to help us achieve the best outcome and make me feel supported. I was offered shoulders to cry on, was given hugs and genuine words motivating me and giving me hope. I went into that building sometimes feeling scared and defeated and I always left feeling like I had a few more people rooting for me. Deborah, Maureen, Julie, Bridget, Kristen, Tina, Meg - the team is beyond helpful, supportive, reassuring, realistic and knowledgeable. On the surgical side, Tina, Lauren, Leann - simply the best cheerleaders and caretakers you could ask for. I feel so blessed to have graduated and know I probably wont ever get care like that again. Dr Glassner and Dr Gocial are true experts in their field and compassionate men who changed my life. My hubs and I will be forever grateful to the amazing team at MLF. If you have to go through this type of hell, these are the people you want alongside you.
Thank you To Dr. Glassner and the Main Line Fertility Team at Bryn Mawr Hospital. So blessed to be surrounded by good and professional people. They only not do their jobs well but they put their hearts with it. I am 12 weeks pregnant with our first baby as of the moment and I am beyond grateful to everyone that helped us in our journey for several years. May God continue to use the team to heal and give comfort to patients like us suffering w/ infertility. I highly recommend Dr. Glassner to everyone, Not only he is very knowledgeable and professional.. but the most important thing was he understood and valued my concerns. He validated my fears and feelings and He advocated for me as his patient. The whole team from the reception to the techs and nurses are awesome. I received the warmth and compassionate care throughout the journey I had w/ them. God bless all more! ♥️
I would highly recommend Main Line Fertility if you are having trouble conceiving. Dr. Glassners team ran many diagnostic tests on me and found the issues, sent to me other doctors to be treated then began fertility treatments on me and it was a success! All of the nurses and staff were extremely helpful, many have been there for over 20 years. I had no trouble getting appointments in the early morning. That was a key factor as I did not want to miss work.
Today is a bittersweet day as I graduate from the care of Main Line Fertility. I truly wish I could be in their care for my entire pregnancy. Every staff member that I encountered here has been nothing but wonderful and pleasant. I cannot say enough great things about them all, especially Dr. Kurtz and Dr. Glassner. They were so caring and helpful. What I thought was going to be something we would struggle with forever was dismissed quickly thanks to the team here. I would recommend them to any friend or family member. Thank you MLF!
I came to Main line Fertilty after 3 cycles in two other clinics. Last clinic told me w my age I should go straight to donor eggs. After my husband and I spoke with Dr Glassner the first time. We knew he was the best choice for us. He listened to every crazy idea I had. And never thought I was crazy. He was attentive and compassionate. If a cycle didn’t work he would sound as if he was defeated. He truly worked hard along with his amazing team. To make my miracle baby a realty. Deborah usually took my blood. If she saw you were sad she would just give you the warmest hug. The RE’s Maureen and Michelle. Always positive and made you feel welcome. Not to mention Lauren who was there during retrieval and transfer always made me feel like I was family. And the many others that work there. I could never repay you all for everything you have done for my family! We love you all!!!! The Aversa’s❤️❤️❤️❤️
I’m not sure where to begin... Dr Glassner is my miracle maker. He has been treating me since I’ve been in my teens when diagnosed with endometriosis. I was able to conceive naturally and then experienced secondary infertility when we tried for our second. He and his staff have been beyond amazing every step of our journey. Patti, Jenna, Kristin, Mar and all the amazing nurses and staff were always so understanding, helpful and caring. They explained everything you need to do, answered questions-silly and personal ones-and were true cheerleaders throughout our journey. I would recommend Main Line Fertility to anyone who is looking for a fertility doctor. You won’t be treated like a number, you are a person and the doctors and staff will be there for you every step of the way. There is a private fb group as well where you can talk to other patients to ask for advice. Highly recommend Dr. Glassner and his staff.
Infertility is such a difficult and emotional rollercoaster. Dr. Bloom and the MLF team were supportive, informative, and caring every step of the way. I always felt heard and there was never a question that went unanswered. Their communication is top notch. Dr. Bloom especially was attentive, knowledgeable, and SO patient. Infertility is hard at any stage of the journey but at least with MLF you feel like they are there with you and care.
I have been a patient of Main Line Fertility for the past 5 months with Dr. Glassner and Dr. Gocial and have had an exceptional experience. I have the benefit of comparing their level of care with other IVF clinics as I transferred to them from a different (very well known and large) clinic in NYC, and can say that they have exceeded expectations. The biggest factor being the staff. Everyone from the nurses to the patient coordinators are so helpful and responsive. Especially Tina H. who works in administration is beyond helpful. I email her a million times a day and she gets back to me usually within the hour with a thoughtful response. Shes incredible and so caring!Hoping for success soon but I highly recommend!
Going to Main Line Fertility was one of the best decisions Ive ever made. I was diagnosed with PCOS right before covid hit, and there were many months of unknown/what was going on with my body. MLF got me in within a few days of calling and almost immediately put my mind at ease. Dr Glassner, his team (shout out to Dr Kurtz), and ALL of the staff were so amazing the entire process - bloodwork, ultrasounds, medications, procedures... the list goes on. They were not only informative, but personal and proactive with planning. Im happy to say their plan worked, and my husband and I are expecting and its so bittersweet leaving my MLF team! I cannot thank Main Line Fertility enough for everything theyve done for our growing family.
To Dr. Glassner and all of the staff at Main Line Fertility Bryn Mawr and Philadelphia,Thank you for being the most sensitive and kind people in medicine. This journey has been tumultuous but your quiet support and energy has helped me to persevere. When my husband and I got married almost 18 years ago, we never thought about secondary infertility or needing to find the best team to help us grow our family. After years of managing disappointment as each ovulation passed without incident or impediment, we followed up on our initial consultation with Dr. Glassner and began the process. It is hard not to love Michael after going to war with him by your side. A friend, mediator, counselor, a man whose work is truly an extension of his character. I would recommend him to any woman who yearns for a doctor who says what he means and calls it like he sees it. He always made me feel like I was in the driver’s seat even though I couldn’t control my circumstances. On July 24th, 2020, I gave birth to my perfect rainbow baby at the University of Pennsylvania, where my husband and I first met. The pandemic has kept our friends and family visits to contactless conversations with a glass door between us but we are grateful to be able to share our miracle. We look forward to a time when we can bring him in and share him with each of you.
Love every single person I’ve encountered in this office. From the warm front desk staff to caring nurses like Margie, the super friendly ultrasound techs including Kara and Meg, and Dr. Glassner and his PA Allison. This experience was comforting, informative and extensive, following a pre-discussed course of action. I would highly recommend this practice not just for results but for making the overall experience less overwhelming, particularly after a loss.
My husband and I struggled with fertility for over 15 years and spent 3 years with Dr. E. He took his time to fully understand us and I and our own separate fertility issues. My 1st transfer was successful and am currently 31 weeks. Every week is a milestone for me. I felt like the Dr. having a separate office in Havertown made it easy for him and the other staff members, Amanda and Melissa, to personally know you. I’m grateful for him and the whole experience and plan on returning when I’m ready for my 2nd child.
Through such a trying type of journey, there is no place that could have helped us more, made us feel more “loved”, was more flexible, and done more to help us achieve a successful pregnancy. I honestly was sad that I didn’t have to go there anymore once I “graduated”. Every single one of the staff members smiled genuinely and I trusted them completely.I did initially see a different fertility practice that would have been much more convenient for me (as this is my second time trying to conceive) but then said, “Nope! They don’t feel like family like MLF.” So I drove the extra 30 minutes just to make sure I was in the best hands possible.
I am forever grateful for Dr. Glassner and all of the nurses at MLF. They were so supportive and helpful every step of the way as we navigated our IVF journey. Currently 14 weeks pregnant after our first round (!) of IVF. For anyone considering taking the next step to pursue fertility treatment or looking for a new perspective -this is the place to go!
I scheduled a gynecologist appointment to discuss treatment for my PCOS and adenomyosis but instead, I had a long reproductive counseling and sevaral blood tests (which I was not informed how many or which tests they will run). I left the clinic without the service I requested, still dealing with my diagnosis, and many medical buils that keep coming.
It was a long two year plus journey for me to try and have a second child. The nurses and doctors at MLF were there every step of the way, working to try to figure out the best protocol for my body. The nurses see you so often they almost become like family. Thankful to have had such an amazing team. I am now 9 weeks pregnant today!
I have nothing but great things to say about MLF! All the staff are so friendly and welcoming. I would have never imagined that MLF would have become family! They were so supportive throughout a very stressful process. Ann especially was AMAZING! I got very sick after my egg retrieval and it was obvious that she truly cared about how I was feeling, opposed to just doing her job. From the minute I walked in the door my very first day I knew I was in the right place! The day I “graduated” (pregnant and going to see my regular OB) was bittersweet. I didn’t want to leave my new friends. I knew it was a good thing that I was done with them but it was so hard to leave. I’ve learned that I’m not the only patient that cries when they leave the amazing staff at MLF. When it’s time for another baby I will 100% go back. A very big thank you to Dr. Glassner, Ann, and the entire staff at MLF for all of their love and support. It has meant the world to me and my family.
Above extraordinary! Dr & the entire staff is a cut above all others out there! I have been a patient of the practice for a few years & happy to say we are proud parents of a healthy baby & working on number 2! I went to a very famous hospital in Philly and was completely treated like a number and at MLF they treat me like a human being,a friend & a family member. If you are looking to start your family or expand dont look any further than this office! I would recommend very highly to friends, family and those looking to begin their family!
I struggled with second hand infertility. I had my first son so easily- first try. I never imagined trying for 2 years to come out negative each month. Literally an unexplainable emptiness, a pain so deep your soul is crying, questions of “why me?! Where’s the sudden disconnect?” I also never thought I’d have to consult fertility specialists. I am so glad I put my faith and family in MainLine Fertility’s hands. Every single staff member was genuinely kind, patient, and supportive. They treated me as if I were one of their friends! They never let my fears of never having another child deter my journey. They reassured me and allowed me to explore the options and paths I wanted to take. They always helped me see the light at the end of what seemed to be a NEVER ending tunnel. I was fortunate enough to finally conceive right before I began the IVF journey. I couldn’t have done it without the knowledge and support of the staff and doctors of Main Line Fertility. I am forever grateful for this medical practice and the fact that I WILL have another child!
My husband and I have been seen Dr. Glassner and His team since 2014. From the first time we met with him WE knew we were in great hands. We the Harris family believe in strong faith. You can’t tell us that anyone from the front office to the back office shows any type of fake love, to their patients there. The personal relationship I gain with Heather, I hold forever in my heart. The amount of TRUE, Genuine Love that each person in that office shows is just simply amazing. My family and I will FOREVER AND Ever be grateful for Main Line Fertility❤️ Our heartbeats 2-5-15💕 10-20-17💙 and 12-31-21 loading. Thank you and We love and appreciate all of you there.Love,Aquilla and Jalaal Harris 🙏🏼
I would not recommend anyone using this practice. The doctors are ok but the staff is VERY rude and disorganized, especially the finance department. I called them MULTIPLE times to pay my balance due, and I mean multiple! I had a special circumstance, where I had a brand new insurance benefit my company implemented that I needed to be submitted on my behalf and also had an FSA I was using for the remainder (once I determined what the remainder was, which they were supposed to do for me). I never recived a call back, NEVER. And they decided to send the bill to collections instead, and charge me a $300 fee on top of my balance, which is 40% of the fee itself. When I saw this, I called to talk to the fiance department AGAIN. I tried a different number this time and asked for a manager, told her the situation then she FINALLY put me in touch with finance, which was a waste of time anyway. They talked to me in a rude and condescending way and advised that I should know how to pay a bill online. Really? How am I supposed to submit new insurance online and determine what I owe? Isnt that what a finance department is for? After this situation, I will NEVER use main line again and dont recommend others use them.
We came to Main Line Fertility for a year. the entire staff is friendly and welcoming - Doctors, Nurses and even the receptionists. So my husband and I were trying to get pregnant for a while and nothing happened. We were recommended by a friend to check out Main Line Fertility. We set up an appointment with Dr. Glassner. Our first appointment he asked questions to get to know us and to see what was the problem with us not getting pregnant. we found out I had low AMH. he advised us to go with IVF especially with my age being over 35 years old. I dont want to get into more details because it would be to long. So long story short, all of the testings etc. that the Dr. recommended us, we did. our first transfer did not work but we never gave up. And on our 2nd transfer there was 1 testing that we did not do which was called ERA. Dr. Glassner recommended we do it and so we did...and guess what??? we are FINALLY pregnant!!! i want to thank everyone at Main Line Fertility because they never gave up on us and they were always positive. For anyone who is reading this wondering if they should check this place out. I highly recommend that you do. Weve been to other places before and I can tell you. This is a great place to go.
I am so grateful for the doctors, nurses, and staff at Mainline Fertility (Reading location). They have been attentive and caring through all aspects of this journey and not only have been vital to the process of trying to get pregnant, but also just caring for myself and my health these last few years. Even amid the pandemic, I felt safe and comfortable with everything we needed to do.
Dr. Glassner is a brilliant IVF specialist, his team is precise, thorough, extremely kind, and nothing short of amazing. Infertility is a daunting experience, but at Main Line you will have a team of people that are patient and efficient and they really do take joy in participating in making your dreams of family come true. From Jenna, to Jenn, to Ann, to Renee to Tina to Maryanne (Mar).. you are in PERFECT hands.. I couldn’t be more pleased with the level of care and I am forever grateful! Through fertility medicine and intricate coaching, they were able to retrieve 46 eggs on my first IVF cycle, 33 of which fertilized. I couldn’t have gotten through this process without you guys and I am eager to come back as an egg donor to assist other women in their mission to become Mothers. ‘Thank You’ doesn’t even begin to capture the gratitude in my heart but I’ll say it a million times over. I never thought this to be possible
Dr. Orris was amazing. My husband and I gave birth to our beautiful daughter last month thanks to mainline fertility and we are so grateful for Dr. Orris and his wonderful staff.
Never going to this office again. The first time I went, I waited for over 30 minutes to be seen, which was frustrating because I was using my hour long lunch break for my appointment. The second time, the doctor made several inappropriate comments/jokes(?) to me about a touchy personal health subject matter that made me extremely uncomfortable. To top it off, they submitted me to a debt collector to pay my online bill WEEKS AFTER I had already paid it. Extremely disappointed.
Overall great experience with both Doctors and Nurses. The entire team is amazing. I saw doctor Glassner & Rachel and I must say I felt at ease and that my care, questions & concerns were important to them. To the team who I gave hell drawing my blood- Thank you for not giving up on me. Lol
I am happy to be a part of this family for the time I was there. The staff were so helpful and always ready to answer any questions we had. Their help and support has helped me reach this point where I am expecting. Special thanks to Alysson who was always there to listen to my concerns, and also to Dr Glassner for not letting me lose hope. Also, thanks to Margie, Kara, Stephanie and all the ladies there who always welcome us with a smile no matter what time of the day.
A doctor here injected ACID into a woman’s uterus. Yet, she is still practicing here. Beware. Huge lawsuit. Please look it up & do your research.
This facility is the best! I have always felt like when I was there they are really giving me their attention and dedication to my dream of having a family. I was hesitant because I came from a different treatment center but they have been nothing short of amazing with my journey!
I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Glassner and all the nurses and staff at Main Line. They were compassionate, attentive, and proactive with our treatment. Most importantly, they gave us our baby girl.
Staff is very friendly..I wish they hadnt given me false hope saying I should be pregnant in about 4 months due to being in my 20s and all tests coming back normal. 3 rounds of meds didnt help. I called back asking what the next step was and asking about IUI to learn more and the nurse said I can schedule that...but I was really looking to speak with my Dr. and understand what the plan was for me? What are my options and costs? I felt like I was in the dark. Exhausting especially with driving an hour to Paoli several times a month.
MLF is awesome. Dr.Brasile always answered all my questions and was always so optimistic. I loved how easy it was to get in touch with the nurses and doctors if there was ever a question. I had to call the on call number twice on the weekends and a doctor literally called me back within 10 minutes. The receptionists were always warm and welcoming. The appointments were quick and easy- always on time and never had to wait. I highly recommend MLF!
I was a patient with another specialist in the area. I requested info from the main line fertility website on clinical trials. Someone reached out to me via email and asked when I am available by phone and listed a few dates and times to chat about details. I said any of those would work for me, or literally any time they could call, I would be sure to answer. The dates came and went and I never received a call. I followed up by email numerous times and called the individual several times, but none of my messages were returned.I ended up deciding Id rather stick with the practice I already knew, as I was certain they were easy to communicate with. Not a great impression of MLF especially if youre going to be shelling out thousands of dollars out of pocket for treatment.
I cant say enough great things about everyone at the Bryn Mawr office! Everyone is so thoughtful and caring, and they always checked in with me during each stage of the process. After 5 years with Dr Glassner and 2 miracle babies I will be forever grateful for the team at MLF 💙
The staff at MLF are amazing! They truly care about their patients and love what they do! I highly recommend this practice. Thank you for the two little miracles that you have provided us through science and expertise. ❤️❤️❤️
Dr. Brasile and the staff at all Main Line Fertility locations are incredibly supportive, professional, and make the IVF experience as human as possible. Having tried other fertility clinics in Philadelphia, our experience at Main Line Fertility has been amazing. Thanks to everyone at Main Line Fertility and Dr. Brasile for the support and care during this process. To be continued...
When you have to deal with something like infertility it frustrating and you when you work full time and try to work around the doctors schedule it makes it more frustrating. I would think that doctors would respect peoples time. Not all jobs are ok with being late 10 times in a month. You need to consider changing hours to accommodate people. It is ridiculous.
This place is nothing but an assembly line. 90% of the time they never have your chart when you see the dr. They move women in and out like cattle with no person able medicine. On multiple occasions my wofe had to correct them on the next step in the procedure as the nurses would say something and it was a procedure we had already completed. No actual original thought from patient to patient just keep throwing something against something wall until it sticks
Waiting a super long time in the IVF transfer process. They asked me to drink a lot of water but leave me alone waiting for more than 20 minutes. They only allow me to go to the restroom with a few drops of urine and continue to drink a lot of water. This process is repeated a few times. Nightmare!!! I became urocelepsia after the transfer. I am still not recovery after the failure even after a year.
The Dr was amazing! But dont go there unless you want to do the process alone. They wont let your partner back with you. 2 years into the pandemic and vaccinated and wearing a mask but still told NO... Seriously enough already
Gina was so amazing!!! She gave me all the information I needed and answered all of my questions
Dr. Glassner was so kind and informative. We are excited to continue our fertility journey with him.
The staff at mainline fertility were sooo friendly every time I went. The drs and PAs always answered any questions or concerns I had. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who is trying to have a baby and needs help!
Dr Glassner and his team are extraordinary. the staff are very responsive and personable. I have the cutest baby boy and I owe it to mainline! I would recommend the place to anyone I know.
PLEASE be careful with this facility they cheated me for $23.000 after I saved $13.000 in cash they made me take a loan for $10.000 deposited in their account we went through 2 painful and stressful FAILED IVF .Now my credit is messed up and it’s was perfect …I can’t get anything with my credit that I worked for so hard for years 👎👎👎👎I seen your reply but what you said is absolutely not true .They promised not only a successful ivf cause we are young and all tests came positive but they promised a refund if it wasn’t the case …I will never forget or forgive you for what you done to us ….
Extremely personable and prioritizes your understanding! I only had a consultation, but I really look forward to working with Dr. Glassner!
I love everything about mainline fertility the staff are soo friendly, professional and caring Thank you Dr Glassner and thanks to everyone there.
Had an excellent consult with Dr. Glassner. Very knowledgeable and determined to help.
I highly recommend this place! They are so nice and down to earth! I’m so glad to have learned about this wonderful place! Rachel and Dr. Glassner are so awesome!!
Absolutely useless facility if you’re a man trying to make this work. Terrible communication. If you aren’t a woman, and need to have anything done, they don’t care.
Everyone in this place are professional, friendly, energetic and helpful! Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a fertility center!
All I can say is AMAZING doctors AMAZING staff! I will forever be grateful for MLF!
