I’ve been going to get acupuncture and acupressure treatments with Stella for the past few visits and she’s absolutely amazing. The place is really really nice and clean. The staff is really helpful. They’re on their appointment. They’re always reminding you of the appointment and they’re very kind and friendly I would definitely recommend us to anyone.
I wanna talk about Jimmy(Korean speaker).All of my family to see a doctor here but he is not working this location. He is working call center to make appointments.I dont know where i can leave review.Anyway Jimmy is the best receptionist.He is super helpful all the time.He is definitely different than other employees.I think the hospitals medical staff are important, but the staff who make reservations and communicate with patients are also very important.He always listens to me, tries to find out what I need right away, and always provides the quickest callback.I am sure he is very committed to what he does and is doing a very good job for the KCS.Ive been to a lot of hospitals, but Ive never seen anyone as kind and willing to do their best for patients as Jimmy.I hope he doesnt move somewhere else while our family is attending KCS.I believe others will agree with my thoughts on Jimmy.I appreciate you to help everything for my family.
Dr shin is an amazing and kind one, I am happy that she is my kids doctor
Been going here for years in the past, and its just disappointment after disappointment.Jaewon Lee N.P. was my PCP. Was denied neuro consult after her exam of my arm. Was denied an appeal through caloptima because they state in their own words that she didnt document the exam and the examination was incomplete. This was through no fault of my own; it was simple due to her negligence.Tried to get a referral to see a psychiatrist. It was like pulling teeth. Dealt with someone else that authorized it, and after making an appointment and going there, found out she scheduled me to see a psychologist instead. Total incompetence!!!! I finally found an N.P that worked with a psychiatrist but it was through my own effort; working with the people here was a huge time waster.Even the front desk people somehow manages to screw up appointment dates and times. Complete clusterfk.The only positive is the phlebotomist is good here. Forgot her name but an older hispanic lady I think. I only come here to get my blood draw since I had a bad experience once at quest.My new PCP is at commonwealth location (Caitlyn Park) and that is a complete 180. Everyone there knows what they are doing and then some. Go to the commonwealth location and avoid this location.
The staff and doctors at KCS are all nice people! The people who helped me were very patient and friendly; they were able to answer any and all questions I had. Great place for Korean Americans as the doctors and staff can speak both English and Korean. They provide COVID-19 vaccines and have dentist and pediatric services as well. My visits have never taken any more than 30 minutes, and I thank the KCS staff for their efficient and prudent work!
Absolutely the worst, they never know whats going on with your chart of prescriptions, you ask for refills and they deny it because you didnt get it from them, even though they are the ones who prescribed it, they refuse to listen to anything you, constantly calling for refills because they can not communicate with the pharmacy. They make you wait for an hour or more at a time for an appointment. You can never just speak to your primary care because you have to go through different people first. There is no way to email them anything or receive emails. They constantly go out of their way to obstruct your care, and heaven forbid you need life saving medication because thats completely not a priority to them. Worst medical group ever. Ive seen veterinarians with more competent staff
Ive been coming here for a really long time and my experiences at the KCS health center keeps getting better and better. Throughout all my years coming here, I never experienced a rude/inconsiderate staff. Everyone here is really nice and goes out of their way to make sure my needs are met. As a Korean American, finding a health center where the staff can speak both Korean and English fluently is a life saver.
I usually visited here for my primary care. Everybody was kind and attentive. The phlebotomist was careful with me during blood draw since I tend to have really low blood pressure and feel nauseous after blood draw. So far, I am satisfied with the care that I have received and I would recommend this place to my family and friends.
Everyone who works here is really very friendly.In particular, Sam Jeong, who guides and works at the front desk, always greets people with a bright smile and seems to spread the Happy Virus to everyone.When I first went, I was a little nervous and didnt know much, but there were no difficulties because they took care of everything and guided me.I would like to express my gratitude to Sam Jeong and all the staff once again for giving me a warm welcome so that I can comfortably use my mind that may be weakened by government subsidies.
Made an appointment to get a few vaccine shots and checkups. Went in to the office and they tell me that I cannot get most of the shots and tests that I was supposed to get and that I need to make an appointment and visit again.Can you make appointments for days when you actually CAN provide the services? Or notify/cancel IN ADVANCE, instead of telling patients of the news AFTER they visit your office and treating them as some kind of weirdos for questioning you cancelling the checkups spontaneously.Extremely unprofessional, rude, and condescending.
This clinic has been working with me for a long time, they helped me with PPD, all my ups and downs of my mental health, all the time. A multi ethnic, well trained, mature staff, I’m always happy meeting the new trainees or doctors; I feel confident when they change my doctors and save my files. I hope to get my spouse into KCS too.
Ive been with them almost 2 years. Dr Mario completely forgot one of the medications i was prescribed monthly and never mentioned it againFortunately i was done with it anyway. Another time i picked up an old refill from another doctor,they confronted me about it annoyingly knowing about it because of CURES as if its their business. They know im not their for addiction but pain medication for a chronic back problem they treat me as if im there for addictions anyway im just aick of it Next month regarding old refill Dr Mario asked me if i needed a refill on that same medication the same one he appeared upset about a month ago. Now talking as if its a new regular. He seems to have memory problems. None other than that ive seen suspicious timing/unethical behaviors. They never asked for a urine sample The first year. End of 1st year starting the only 2 times i took something questionably ok 7 months apart. Each time Dr Mario asked for a urine sample as if he knew some how my business. MONTHS PASS i dont order questionable item about 7 months later i order it again right when i ordered it for the 2nd time Dr Mario asks for a urine dample Very creepy. Im on my phone looking for the same item. For the 3rd time Right when i find it bam I get a call from Ashley to talk about my urine test. How the F is their urine test or to discuss always quralating with the exact time im ordering questionable substance. Some how unethical measures are being made to know the business of their patients. What i do with my own body is my business i had to have a block put on my phone this was so creepy. If you enjoy your privacy. DONT GO TO THE. im really creeped out
KCS is a Professional Medical business. They are very helpful and offer a wide variety of Health services. Dr Paul Kim is an excellent Psychologist. The entire team like Yesenia are very professional. I highly recommend this Professional Establishment.
This place is a joke. Avoid this place at all cost if youre trying to see Dr. Shin as thus facility is a total nonsense. Dr. Shin is nice but the facility is not: They REQUIRE 2mo and older babies to get tested before entering the facility.I asked if it can be done by mouth but nope they said nosal swab only. There is no way any babies that young, including mine who just turned one, will remian calm and let you stick a swab into his/her nose. To make things worse, they make you do it. No pediatrician or nurse to assist/guide you on how to properly do it. I even spoke to the front desk guy, who kindly called me to confirm that 2mo and older are required to do testing. If you want to waste 20+min trying to figure out what to do when youre obviously late to your appointment but the front desk wont let you in, this is the place for you.
All the doctors listen they are all professional including . kCS also have dentist ,Mental health, Therapist and much more. Ive been with for over 3 years always the best care. Karen in administration is awsome so helpful. Thank you again KS
Called in to set an appointment or see if they accepted walk ins right away due to severe flu like syptoms that im having, and the person who recieved my call gave a heavy sigh and started mumbling about days they might take walk ins. Totally acted as if it was a burden for her to give me info! So unprofessional! It was a simple yes or no question. Please teach your staff customer service skills because the woman who answered my calls sounded lazy and unprofessional!
I was told to go online and put in an application for covid testing because I had been exposed to some3positive. I had a tight chest , headaches and sore throat I put in an application 10 days ago never. Got call back or anything and just now trying to follow up on why They are not now taking applications. Why they said they were and then not following I find very disturbimg in the light of tbis pandemic, how is this world supossed to contain this outbreak when you get tested?

They told me that, they sent order for X-ray for ( x )medical imaging . When I arrived by the medical imaging place . They did not sent the the x ray order . stay there for 2 hours until they figured out and faxed the order.
I have had amazing results since going here two years ago, the staff is awesome, the wait time is minimal just a great place if you want to get better
I go to the kcs health center on Commonwealth for the acupuncture and the staff and doctor are very professional, knowledgable and helpful. I recommend them for sure.
If you are first time to visit here. I would recommend another place with more reliable time and see doctor.. at least 2 weeks to see PCP doctor. Not a specificalist
I had to see the doctor for TB test. They were very friendly, professional and nice. I recommend going to this health center.
Poor service was at Fullerton armory went to see them was told to change to them so I did worst decision ever cant even see psychiatrist to get meds and they wont see me to prescribe them if your homeless or need medical chose anyone else cause this heath care people are a joke

The best employee I have seen many times already. I wanted to recommend it, but it wasnt easy to leave a review. When I moved from LA to OC, I moved my pediatrician here.At a pediatric clinic in LA, even when I called because I was worried because my baby was sick with a high fever, they said, “Even if you come, there’s nothing we can do for you.” “Walk-in is not possible, and the earliest appointment is next week,” so I couldn’t rely on them at all when the child was really sick.If possible, KCS provides treatment on the same day. If same-day treatment is not possible, please consult over the phone. Even if you are worried about a low-grade fever, they resolve it in a way that makes you feel at ease, and the doctors, nurses, and administrative staff all respond kindly and quickly.In addition to my child, I also go to this hospital, and I have received a lot of help in many ways, and I am grateful.

My biggest worry about living in the U.S. is using hospitals.In Korea, you can go to the hospital at any time.Here, you have to go through a reservation process and language communication is difficult, so it feels like the hospital threshold is too high.But fortunately, at KCS, where I chose to be my attending physician.Reservations are accepted kindly and quickly, and there are many Korean doctors and staff working there, so there are no problems with language communication.Unlike Korea.The doctors and nurses are not pressed for time, but they examine patients in detail and meticulously, as if they were family members, and are very kind.Im giving treatmentThank you so much.I am grateful to the KCS doctors and staff for providing good treatment last year.happy new year
I am a KCS patient. Every time I go there, there is one inconvenience. As a patient, I think that the hospital I work at should first find out about the customers inconvenience and show an attitude of trying to fix it. Every time I go, I am often surprised when I sit in the waiting room. At the sound of the front door, patients also make eye contact with each other in the waiting room and feel uncomfortable. He looks strong... Even the hospital knows how loud the front door is, so why? I dont know why they wont fix it
There are doctors without common sense who treat based on their emotions.Dental treatment is something that everyone finds difficult.Its like taking out your anger on a patient too cruelly in the name of treatment? doIt can be said to be abnormal
