I used to love this office. But for the past 2 years they are nearly impossible to get in touch with either by phone or by their patient portal. Messages are not returned and phones are never answered even during business hours. As another reviewer mentioned, the wait time is now well over an hour beyond your appointment time the last 2 visits I had. I loved Dr. KJ but will have to unfortunately switch doctors because the office is just not responsive now.

Had a appt today June 8th at 1pm. I get to the office at 12:55. The office looked like it was closed, doors locked and no lights on. I waited outside for over 40 mins waiting to see if anyone would come. Needless to say I lost money leaving work for an appt that couldnt even be done. There was no note on the door that they were closed or anything. I have came to Dr. Knowles prior and it was wonderful experience but this experience has left me no choice but to find a better practice that can honor patient appts.

I was so excited to find this doctor. Reading her website made me feel like I had finally found the doctor I’ve been searching for. Unfortunately, my experience definitely didn’t measure up to my hopes. My first appointment with her left me unsure of continuing with her but I am an everyone deserves a 2nd chance kind of gal. Second appointment confirmed my original thoughts. Dr KJ has either too many patients for her limited hours to be able to properly care for them all or she is just not vested in her patients’ care. I have been waiting 3 weeks to get the results of my labs. I have received them from Lab Corp and know there are some serious issues that need to be addressed. I have called several times (once I was left on hold for 35 minutes. I hung up, called right back and was sent to voicemail.). I am all for being patient but waiting this long to even speak to the doctor and find out the next step in my care is inexcusable!! Ladies, if you are looking for a personal experience with a doctor who believes your health should be a top priority this is not the place or the doctor for you!!

I love this office. Been a patient for around 2 years now. Its a small facility,so its very personable and a very energetic staff. They do thier best to get you in ASAP. Ive never felt so comfortable with a Dr and thier staff. Previous reviews mention lack of communication but I have never have had this issue, in fact they call me just to check on how things are especially if I need a reminder to make an appointment, I am horrible at remembering. It is open on limited days but they have stayed a little late for me when my work schedule conflicts with thier hours. If you like being comfortable and having a place that remembers you without having to look at your chart, this is the place for you.

I will start by saying I use to love this office. Dr KJ is so nice. But last couple of years it has gone down hill. I don’t feel heard when have an appointment my questions get glossed over, not taken serious. The wait is horrible every time. You have an appointment at 2:00, get into a room then wait for an hour sometimes 2 before you are seen. Every single time. I have been trying to reach them all week for a rather urgent issue (not emergent or pregnancy related) but no one will answer the phones. No messages returned or called back. It’s during their open office hours. It’s just getting old. It’s time to find another office.

Very unorganized.. extremely long wait time. appt was at 1:30 didn’t get seen until 2:34.. they NEVER return your calls // NEVER answer the phone. very disappointed. while I was waiting to be seen another patient came up and it pushed her time back as well. I’ve never met a doctor office like this. when they put you in the back you sit back there for about 20 mins just waiting on the doctor to come in the room. The lady at the front desk is so unprofessional and rude. She yells out your results and talks extremely loud. Will be finding another doctor to go to.

I used to say this was a good clinic but over the years they have become more disorganized and the wait times keep going up. One time I just walked out because I had sat in the lobby for nearly 2 hours and never got called back or told anything. This last appointment I had I needed to reschedule. well I called 3 times and left 2 messages before anyone called me (on the day of my appointment) back and then they didnt even know when my appointment was. Needless to say I didnt reschedule and am working on finding someone else.

I went here for a disability exam and they were so sweet and caring. They treated me like I was actually a human with feelings. I would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you guys so much.

I cant say enough about her. Been with them for 8 years. She delivered my daughter and has been the best dr overall ive ever had. The whole office staff is great. I do wish she still did babies but its okay. I can still dream.

Very nice staff, but very DISORGANIZED and always LONG WAITS. Also, on my last visit, they actually LOST the specimen sample and I have to now go back for another collection. Also, you can never get anyone there to answer the phone. GO ELSEWHERE.

I love Dr KJ. She always takes her time with me. She is very kind and tries her best to help with any problem.

Doctor KJ is so nice. I felt she really listened to all my concerns.

She did my surgery in 2008 and was absolutely wonderful, she also delivered one of my grandchildren so I have the upmost respect and love for her.

Very unorganized, long waits , they dont answer phone calls. I have been sitting for almost an hour and no one tells you nothing. On one occasion I had to tell them I was leaving if they didnt have to attend to me before the doctor came in 2 minutes after.

Always very attentive, and helpful.

Had an appointment at 2:15 , they had the doors locked and I called 3 times and they never answered ! Then I see a worker go in the building and then locks the door ! Never coming here again ! Not recommended at all !

I love Dr. KJ! So personable, helpful, and accommodating!
