Im honestly not sure where the low reviews are coming from. Were expecting a child thanks to Cryobank (6 IUIs - average for success is 8 - 12) and have had nothing but good experiences from them in terms of customer service. Its expensive, but we knew it would be going in no matter who we went with. Prompt, accurate shipping, sperm was always fine, we got the donor we wanted - weve had an overwhelmingly positive experience.
