Midwest provided us with our son and soon to be next child. The FW nurses are amazing and work so hard. Dr Bopp has always been caring and engaged. I will say that insurance is an issue with there business office, however that is not a reflection of the clinical staff; however the business staff for insurance struggle to process claims correctly when a patient has fertility benefits.
The nurses at both locations were absolutely amazing. They walked us through everything, made accommodations when needed, and answered every question I had to ease my anxiety. They were so excited to be on this journey with us. Dr. Will and his team were also fantastic. Without them, we would not be expecting our first baby in November.
A week before our very first appointment we received an email that our appointment had been cancelled due to lack of payment. We were made aware that we did need to pay before our appointment, but were never told we needed to do so a week in advance. We even offered to pay them on our initial phone call with them, but they said it wasn’t necessary to pay yet (a month before the appointment). So we figured we could just pay before seeing the doctor. That makes sense right? They left us a voicemail saying we would have to pay in advance, but again there was nothing said about it being needed a full week in advance. I called their office after receiving the cancellation email and they informed me that our appointment had already been given to someone else. I understand what happened, just felt weird that they would treat a new patient like this. Communication could definitely be done better. We found a new doctor in Carmel and our experience has been more genuine and comforting.
I’ve been going to this clinic for 6 years and have never had a bad experience. Dr. O’Leary, Kris, and Rachel are the most compassionate providers who took all my anxieties and worries into account and did everything they could to comfort me. I know most people in the office by now and they have all been so sweet and kind. I highly recommend Midwest!
They can get you in fast but make sure you can afford out of pocket. It’s $150 for every conversation you have with a doctor and you have to pay that before talking and the conversation was typically 10 minutes. I was bleeding for about 10 months straight. They had me do multiple unnecessary ultrasounds where they never gave me new information “because I was bleeding too much” or my “uterine wall was too thick” which I do believe but why so many. Then, I had a hysterascopy to find the issue and they 1. Don’t check to see if your insurance covers anything before the procedure. 2. The anesthesiologist was not in network either so more out of pocket. They want your money. I went to another doctor bc the problem came back a month after the surgery and was prescribed progesterone and stopped bleeding after 2 days.
There are not enough words to express how thankful we are for Dr. O’Leary and her nurses at Midwest Fertility! Dr. O is hands down the most supportive, kind, encouraging, and knowledgeable doctor I have ever met. She takes time to get to know her patients and walk them through each step of their journey. Infertility is hard and it is important to find the right team of medical professionals for your family. We love visiting MFS with our sweet miracle baby. The love and excitement we get from the whole office is so genuine and heartfelt. I highly recommend taking the first step and scheduling a consultation with Dr. O’Leary to make your dream of growing a family come true!
I think its a joke that their website has a whole section about how their Indianapolis campus takes special care of individuals with Endometriosis. I was seen in office last year for a couple of visits. I have endometriosis, and in one of my very first visits with Dr. OLeary she told me specifically that she is NOT an endometriosis doctor, she is a fertility doctor... I thought that was quite confusing because endometriosis can directly affect fertility. I would not recommend this clinic especially if you have endometriosis.
Midwest fertility staff is wonderful! I always knew that when I came in for appointments I would have the best care from them. They really care about what they do and you as a person. It was a long haul to get where we are but they were excellent and helpful the entire duration of our visits!
We can’t say enough good things about Dr. O’Leary. We are currently pregnant with our second IVF miracle and we could not have done it without Dr. O’Leary and her AMAZING nurses Kris and Rachael. Her nurses are so responsive and very good at explaining things in a manner you can understand. We love this team dearly and 10/10 recommend!
From the very initial consultation Dr. Matthew Will put my husband and I at ease that we were in good hands in our fertility journey. He was always kind and patient during such a challenging journey, and took the time to answer all of our questions. Things don’t always go as planned during IVF but Dr. Will made adjustments throughout treatment to ensure we had the absolute best chance of conceiving.Nurse Emily was excellent as well and there was also a team member (I think her name was Keisha?) who was so wonderful and kind and thorough in alllll of the blood drawings.I am currently rocking my newborn to sleep after one round of IVF that was successful.Thank you Dr. Will and team for helping us start our family. We appreciate you.
I have been a patient at Midwest Fertility Specialists for about 6 months now and have had a great experience. I have recommended this clinic to friends. This is the clinic my OB-GYN recommended. I did consults with 3 clinics in 3 different states, and this is the place I felt best about from the beginning. Since our first consult with Dr. Matthew Will we have felt heard and cared for.I know at some clinics it is rare to see your actual doctor. I have had 4 consults with Dr. Will (where he will give us as much time as we need to ask questions) and have very regular communications with my nurses. Dr. Will has performed 3 procedures in the past 4 months for me as well.We are impressed with how efficiently this place is run. If you have a monitoring appointment during the busiest time of morning you may have to wait in the lobby for awhile because there could be up to 15 other patients there at the same time. But for about 75% of my appointments Ive been in the waiting room for less than 15-20 minutes. Everyone from the time you check in until you check out is attentive and kind. One of my biggest frustrations from my first round of IVF was trying to understand the finances of it all. I do wish I would have asked for a more in-depth consult with someone from the billing and finance team before we started. I had a quick phone call and was sent a message outlining some expected charges, but it was hard for me to understand. But any time Ive called in to ask questions, someone does explain everything to me. But it would be nice if meeting with someone from finance and billing and getting an explanation of all of the possible procedures were built into the onboarding process for new patients.Dr. Wills nurses Emily and Becca have been great to work with and typically return calls quickly during normal business hours.I do appreciate that the doctors here take a more individualized approach based off of what my cycle is doing. I know some clinics will control the timing of your cycle in order to batch procedures and I can see where that would be beneficial. But I do like the Dr. Will takes things a day at a time based on how my body is responding to meds, etc..We have done two rounds of egg retrievals. I have low egg count and concerns about egg quality, but we have ended up with 3 genetically normal embryos and will do our first transfer later this year.I genuinely enjoy my appointments at Midwest Fertility Clinic :)
The lack of communication is crazy, we now have to restart the process because the staff did not relay info on what the timeline is and price. My wife called to speak with someone and no response. Show up for the X-ray before IUI procedure and they want the full payment now or have to wait. All I ask is a little better communication on what the overall procedure consists of and relay it better to myself and wife who has to do it...thanks
Weird fees that insurance doesnt cover. 1000$ use of office fee? ridiculous never heard of this before and neither did the clinic we changed too. Preying on people who will give anything to have a child is disgusting.
Dr. Bopp is our doctor. He’s been extremely caring during this process. From the initial appointment to the more recent ones. This is our first time using a fertility clinic and we’ve been extremely lucky to get pregnant. I’d definitely choose Midwest again.
Their WiFi is horrible, cellphone internet very bad, and the rooms for sperm test very outdated. They should get newer tvs, and cable service. Even I’ve been before they make you fill out all the forms again.
Bad from the start- I went here, and had a negative experience from the start. I scheduled the initial consultation/appointment (which costed me $225 up front). I show up for this virtual appointment via zoom and my doctor was 25 minutes late to what was suppose to be a 45 minute appointment. At this point I didn’t know to wait or just sign off considering i hadn’t received any prior communication. I reach out to the staff on the online portal after waiting about 20 minutes, to let them know that no one’s joined the meeting yet and that I was still waiting (again, after already paying). The front desk responds back with “ I’m sorry you feel that way, but doctors run behind” they tried to tell me that the doctor already spoke with me which was a lie, because I only spoke with the doctor after he joined the zoom call that he was 25 minutes late to. No prior communication whatsoever.- so instead of trying to help me they just gaslit me instead by acting like it was my fault that the doctor was 25 minutes late. They don’t care about the patients just the money, and only their time matters. We all know that if this scenario was flipped, and it was the patient that was 25 minutes late to an appointment (with no communication) their appointment would have been canceled and most likely billed for the inconvenience/wasted time. As that’s how most offices work. Their staff are incredibly rude and disrespectful, which is honestly disgusting considering the people coming in are already in a fragile and vulnerable place physically and mentally. People are paying thousands out of pocket to get help, and instead they basically robbed, ignored and gaslit. They act like they are giving away their services for free based off how they treat their patients. I never went past the initial consultation, I ended up quitting while I was ahead. Because if that’s how they treat people online than I can’t imagine how they are in person. The economy is horrible right now, the least they could is make sure that people are getting the time and attention they are paying so much for.
I can’t rave enough about our experiences with Midwest Fertility. Dr O’Leary always took the time to listen to my husband and I and our concerns, and helped us on our journey to becoming parents. The medical staff, phlebotomists, ultrasound techs, and office staff were always so incredibly kind and professional and always made sure we felt comfortable. Nurse Rachel was so sweet and held my hand literally and figuratively through some of the difficult parts of this journey. We are forever grateful to Midwest Fertility for giving us the chance to be parents. Thank you!
My husband and I underwent 3 IUI’s and 2 full rounds of IVF with Dr. Will at Midwest. Dr. Matt Will was instrumental in helping our dreams of parenthood come true. We are so grateful for this clinic and Dr. Will’s expertise. Our lives have been forever changed with the addition of our daughter and we will never be able to thank Dr. Will and all of the staff at Midwest Fertility enough for this special gift.
I have been working with Dr Erica Will for several rounds of IVF, and I just want to say that she’s probably the best doctor I’ve ever worked with, and I also ADORE Nurse Jackie. Both of them are very professional, compassionate, thorough, and knowledgeable. It breaks my heart to see a previous review mentioning Nurse Jackie, because she is literally one of my favourite people and incredibly good at her job. Our process would have been much more difficult had we worked with anyone else, and we are very thankful we get to work with both of these amazing ladies.
The services that I received from Matthew Will, MD were excellent. A wonderful and pleasant medical staff and office from start to finish. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and caring. I highly recommend Dr. Matthew Will and the staff at Midwest Fertility Specialists in Carmel, IN.
Would NOT recommend going here for multiple reasons.1. They scam you out of money! They repeatedly send my insurance duplicate claims to get more money. Then they send me the same claims to get even more money. & when you try to speak to someone in billing they NEVER answer & NEVER call you back.2. They DO NOT care about patients and coming up with a plan. They want you in & out, and onto the next couple to bring in as much money as possible. Sitting in the waiting room 10-20mins before an appt is pretty standard, but at this place you’ll wait an hour or more!3. The nurses are rude! No bedside manner. The nurse that draws your blood is AWFUL. Getting your blood drawn should feel like a quick pinch, not be PAINFUL!Do not go here. Go to a place that actually cares about their patients & doesn’t over book!
When you are undergoing a fertility treatment you already have a lot going on with you medicine , mood swing , financial issues . It will help if couple of nurses here are not as rude they as they are , instead of telling you it’s my fault that things are this way , I would like to hear that this is how things are. One time one the nurse said - you are in such a high dose of fertility medication still you got your periods I felt so bad and went in tears on the phone call . I know right that’s the whole issue I am in fertility clinic you don’t have to make me realize that . You should know you are a nurse and a little compassion can go long way .
My wife and I were patients of Dr.Will and have nothing but great things to say about her, however, something needs to be done with Nurse Jackie. Nurse Jackie has condescending attitude and rude behavior toward her patients. I referred a family member to Midwest Fertility Specialist and she is so upset about how she is treated by nurse Jackie that she is ready to give up on her treatment! I cannot believe that this institution can allow their staff to treat patients with such little respect. Your practice needs to calm down and listen to the needs of the patient, since, after all, your clients pay out of pocket. How disappointing for a hopeful journey to be tarnished by a bad attitude and poor patient compassion. I imagine based on the generic responses to the reviews that this matter won’t get handled. But maybe we can save somebody else the heart ache of dealing with Midwest Fertility and their rude staff - including the front desk staff. Way to make already difficult situations such as infertility that much more difficult!
Ive got the estimate price from admin 3 - party assistant after 2 weeks waiting for $35,000- 40,000K. That price did not include ...(a lot of other things). Knowing, that insurance usually pays NOTHING according to Indiana law, this simply ridiculous. My appointment was cancelled last minute by Mary Breen Bennett with no explanation.
I waited to post this review until I was sure I had other options. My experience with Midwestern Fertility was absolutely atrocious from beginning to end. It started with the miserable woman they have taking in new patients. I called and left a voicemail stating that I was referred by my doctor and my sister and would like to get an appointment going. After 3 days I had heard nothing back so I called again. I stated when I was available because at the time I was a first grade teacher and couldn’t just answer the phone whenever. When she finally did call me back she called during a time I couldn’t answer and left a message telling me that it could take 11 days for a response and to STOP calling them. I called twice and no where did it say that it could take that long and that is not the norm for any doctor I have ever seen. This woman REFUSED to call me during a time that I could talk. I finally had to have the teacher across the hall watch my class form the hall so I could take the call. When I was finally able to get the appointment, Dr. Erica Will was 8 minutes late and rushed through everything so fast I couldn’t get a word in edgewise wise. She presented me with information about my previous ultrasounds that was WRONG and when I tried to tell her she was looking at the wrong ultra sound pretty much told me I was wrong. I was not. Nobody told me anything about the treatments being ordered for me, I had to call them and tell them that I was going on vacation and needed to adjust dates. I literally told them EXACTLY when I was leavening and they told me it was fine. Come to find out they put me right in the middle of my cation when all of my testing needed to be done. Everyone was so rude to me about THEIR mistake and refused to help me. They would not communicate with me even when I voiced my frustrations. All that being said, I did end up getting in with a new doctor through the hospital. I was shocked to find out with the same insurance it will be SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper than what they were trying to charge me out of pocket. The new doctors and staff have also been nothing but kind, respectful, and communicative. Save your self the tears and find somewhere else to go. This is not how a business, let alone a fertility clinic should treat it’s patient who are already going through a hard time. They took something that should have been exciting and hopeful and turned it into even more pain. Hopefully I can at least help someone else not go through what I went through.
I can’t say enough wonderful things about Midwest! The staff are so kind and welcomed my husband and I with open arms and I feel liked each one of them truly cared about me, my husband, our situation and our future baby. Dr. Will was fantastic! He laid out all of our options and helped us weigh the pros and cons of each. He gave us time to process and decide on a plan of action and supported us in the path we chose. Emily was also a fantastic nurse! She answered all of my million questions so quickly and without judgment. We are now happily 10 weeks along with our little miracle and we owe it all to the wonderful humans at Midwest! Thank you all for all that you do!
Wonderful experience! Dr. Bopp dove straight into our fertility plan. Listen to all our concerns and answered all our questions. Had a successful IUI and have a healthy baby boy!
Dr. Matt Will and the entire office and nursing staff at Midwest Fertility are just incredible. We feel so blessed to have had them as part of our journey. We were fortunate enough to be in their care with two successful pregnancies. They were supportive through the entire process, answered any questions we had with patience and understanding, and helped us make decisions that were right for our family. They all became like family during our process, and we will always be grateful for the care they provided.
After a year of trying to conceive, we sought the care of Dr. Matthew Will at Midwest. His compassion and understanding for our experience of secondary infertility is something we will always be thankful for. He developed a plan for testing/exams to diagnose our issue, listened to our concerns and along with his wonderful nurse, Emily, gave us the best gift we could ask for- a healthy pregnancy. We are so thankful to all of the staff at Midwest for their positive attitudes and a willingness to meet our needs as they arose. We would recommend them without a doubt. He is one of the very best physicians I have ever seen.
So unlike most people who leave a great review Midwest Fertility was not able to help me due to a medical treatment I previously had that might have made me infertile. But I had Dr. Will and he is the most caring doctor I have met. He treats each case with the utmost care and concern and recognized me as a person with a real desire to conceive and not just a number. He also allowed me to determine when I wanted to stop treatment instead of making the decision for me. Although I was not able to save any eggs I am very grateful to have had such a great team at Midwest fertility.
Dr. Will is my doctor. I have felt so hopeless about getting my baby before I found Midwest Fertility. The whole staff is so great. Dr. Will is amazing and makes me feel very comfortable. He’s just awesome. I have only been a patient for a month and I already have gotten so many answers and we have a plan to get me pregnant. Can’t recommend this practice enough.
We researched many fertility clinics before deciding where we were going to go. After watching Dr. O’Leary’s video, I knew she was the doctor for us. She constantly goes above and beyond for her patients. She has been there to answer questions, offer support, and guide us every step of the way. Dr. O’Leary takes time to get to know her patients and pours her heart into ensuring that patients feel good about the decisions they are making. There are no other doctors like her! She is the best and I am so thankful for all she has done for us. There is no one else I would rather have guiding us on our fertility journey than Dr. O’Leary. She is amazing!
Midwest Fertility is a terrible place. They would constantly lose paperwork, the staff was rude and uncaring, and they wouldn’t really try to help come up with a treatment plan. The one time I paid to meet with a Dr. to come up with a better treatment plan (Drs. don’t communicate for free) she wouldn’t stop checking her watch and wasn’t listening. I ended up leaving this place and going to a better fertility clinic where I am now pregnant with my 3rd child (all 3 pregnancies achieved through a better clinic). My recommendation is to avoid this place.
We can’t say enough good things about Dr. Erica Will, Nurse Jackie, and the MWFS staff. Dr. Will was wonderful from our first consultation, to egg retrieval, to our ERA mock cycle, to transfer and everything in between. She and Nurse Jackie are so kind, compassionate, and helpful! They walked us through every step, gave us all the information so we could make the best decisions for us, and always made us feel so comfortable and supported. All of the office staff from the desk staff, to the ultrasound techs, to the phlebotomist are very skilled, professional, and welcoming. Communication is excellent - there was never a moment when we felt confused or uninformed. We also called, after graduating, due to an issue at our first OB appointment and they got us in right away so we could have the reassurance we needed that everything is good. We are so excited for our baby girl, but sad to graduate from MWFS...we wish they could see us the whole pregnancy! We 100% recommend MWFS.
I met Dr. Mat Will through a referral from my OBGYN. When I say Dr Will was heaven sent is an understatement. From the 1st meeting with him I felt comfortable with him & his staff is amazing. They knew I was going through a lot and they did their best to make the process as seamless as possible. I had my surgery back in April to remove (5) fibroids & a cyst that had over taken my left ovary. As I write this review today, Im pregnant with our 1st baby.Honestly before you try another fertility Doctor/office try the Midwest Fertility Specialist Carmel office and dont forget to ask for Dr. Will :-)
We stepped into Midwest a few years ago nervous and anxious. I am so thankful we never looked back. Dr. Colver and his staff are friendly, caring, and knowledgeable but they also don’t make empty promises. They were very up front and honest with us, which we appreciated. We have referred several friends to this clinic and we can’t speak enough about how much we trust in them. Because of them, we have a family. We will forever be grateful.
My husband and I have been going to Dr. Erica Will for about two years. She is very attentive and makes you feel like you are important when you are in her presence. We did have some issues from our failed first round that could have been avoided with more medical guidance but that was changed up for the second round and has been successful! If I had one gripe, it is the billing. I dont think I ever received any sort of paper statement/bill until November 2020. We started going to Midwest in November 2018. I would speak to the checkout person every time they would tell me I had a balance but this never seemed to help. There were a few surprises and was caught off guard trying to figure out how to pay for the balance before leaving from that visit. Outside of the billing, I highly recommend.
We went through ivf for a year with nothing but heartach and failure and eventually gave up. We wanted a baby so badly it hurt. After taking a long break, we decided to schedule a consultation with Dr. Erica Will. We were scared and excited at the same time. Dr. Will was compassionate and understanding from the very beginning. Everyone in the office was so wonderful to us through it all. We always felt welcome and like they were on our side. They made us feel like more than just another couple. We are ten weeks pregnant and so excited to be on this journey. We are so thankful to Midwest fertility for helping us continue our family. Highly recommended!
Dr. Matt Will and his team are amazing. I drove from out of state in order to keep working with them when we moved for my husbands job. They went out of their way to make things work for my travels. From the moment you walk in it is a warm and comfortable environment. Thank you for turning a difficult journey into a positive and very supported one!
Note: this is my 3rd update of this review.everyones good & courteous, drs are nice. everyones a professional. building is nice . clean & well equipped facilities. we have to drive 2 hours 1- way, from our location.my only complaint is the lady drawing blood, that everyone has mentioned in other comments here already. the nurse they call jackie. shes the one who draws blood.shes terrible in doing it. been poked many times in the hospital & various clinics & dont mind needles. but ive never seen anyone do what she did: literally pointing the needle in various directions : upward, downward then sideways & theres the swim in your arm. really very painful way! youd think she has mastered already the procedure. but no finesse at all.but thats only a minor issue.in the end, giving a low score because we didnt get what we came for - pregnancy. we followed all the instructions.all ivfs implantation resulted in chemical pregnancies only. all ended in painful miscarriages!dr bopp had been very nice, kind & understanding but we felt he seemed to have been very passive and dont seem to have any idea about how to solve the problem(we understand that were not getting any younger).in desperation, we cut ties and consulted another clinic. started from the very beginning again ( tests, screens, selection, meds, etc).now, we have a baby!we felt like we wasted all those years and life savings of tens of thousands of dollars in thisthe contrast in our experience couldnt have been more different.this clinic is nice and fancy.drs came with stellar education.the new one that we went to, was not as fancy. and the dr didnt have a stellar endorsement ( foregn- educated). few words, simple and direct to the point.but the new one is definitely more skilled! one transfer and everything went perfect! now we have our miracle baby! as he has helped many others like us (multiple failed attempts).indeed, one can never judge a book by its cover!
Dr. Culver was our amazing doctor! I have an amazing, healthy, 2 year old boy and now another one on the way. All thanks to Dr. Culver and the amazing staff at Midwest Fertility! For anyone dealing with fertility issues, I highly recommend this facility.
All I have to say is: They are incredible! My wife and I have made visits over the last few months and got to see a little baby on the ultrasound machine. When my wife had questions throughout the process, they were always there to answer and help. It took a few attempts to dial the medicine in and it felt like a slow process, but they were there every step of the way. They also billed insurance for the first few tests to make sure that didnt have to pay out of pocket when it was not necessary. I would recommend them to anyone and I wish anyone who uses their services the best of luck!
They are terrible to get ahold of... Absolutely terrible... Horrendous... No good... Stress inducing... Panic attack waiting to happen... I swore last time I would never be back... And then I thought it was probably just me and I never wrote the review... The only reason I went back was that my ob said they were the best... Regretting this. Their office staff is terrible. It is impossible to get ahold of anyone... You are passed to voicemail to voicemail... For a practice that is dealing with people who are already frustrated and already wanting to cry they make the entire experience 100% worst by their office staff. Everything in this world of hurt has to be timed perfectly to get the right results. Yet you sit by the phone for hours, stressed youll never reach a person and then you miss your window and you have to wait another excruciating month. Another month everyone looks at you and tells you you do not want this... You are not trying hard enough... just because their office has the most archaic and stressful way of making appointments and passing the buck I have ever seen... Thats not my department let me transfer you to yet another voicemail since no one ever is on the phone. I am an RN. I have worked every retail job you can think of. I have worked in a pharmacy. I have worked in the restaurant world. I have done data entry for large corps... Never have I ever seen someplace so mismanaged and still gets to be the best.. From the phone to appointment to billing it has been a nightmare...
It was one of the best experiences Ive had. I had to drive 2 hours to my appointments, but everyone was so friendly and wonderful. They did their best to get me back at my appointment time, but sometimes it didnt happen - and thats ok.But I liked that Dr. Culver took a very mild approach and when that didnt work, he didnt waste our money but rather discussed our next option and that was the answer. I cant say enoughOn a side note, readers beware of one of the reviewers I think its chaihari something...they dont like anything. Most of their reviews are negative.
We researched clinics prior to selecting one and Midwest came highly recommended. The shortcomings are on two levels, one in customer service and the other in false advertising. First off, they DO NOT have an LGBTQ+ program. (They do in the Midwest sense that they do not actively discriminate against members of the queer community...) Every piece of paperwork says mother and father, there is no space for gender identity or preferred pronouns, and one of us had to sign as biological father in every visit although it never applied. I guarantee a dead name will appear over all paperwork you encounter. Despite having taken pictures of each of us, we had to re-identify ourselves and were treated as an inconvenience for not fitting the heteronormative mold.We approached every appointment hopefully and inevitably left in a worse frame of mind then when we arrived. There are a few receptionists, nurses and a phlebotomist who appear genuinely happy to be there, and several who seemed to be generally miserable and take it out on everyone else. There was at least one organizational or communication issue in every appointment including when we were berated for not completing testing that no one had referenced at any point in our treatment. The straw that broke the camels back was when a nurse rolled her eyes at us while discussing a lost pregnancy. I was in shock and couldnt believe thats what I had seen, but in checking with my partner it was.If you have any other options, go there. Particularly if you are a member of the queer community who wants to be treated with the most basic level of competence and understanding.
Midwest Fertility is an incredible clinic. I was referred here by insurance after OBGYNs couldn’t help me any longer with my endometriosis. I met with Dr. Bopp and he was a breath of fresh air, promising to do whatever he could to take my pain away. He sent me on to Dr. Matt Will because of his specialization in Da Vinci surgery and I couldn’t be happier with Dr. Will and my treatment. After 8 years with this clinic, I only have good things to say. I’ve had five surgeries, four IUIs, and IVF with Dr. Will as my doctor and a huge support the entire time. Without him being such an amazing doctor and treating you as a friend, I wouldn’t have been able to do all of that. Midwest Fertility is a blessing and I would recommend it to anyone and everyone.
I am younger and going through some really tough health issues pertaining to fertility. I just scheduled an appointment and was charged immediately for the consultation and didn’t even see the dr yet! I was never told up front about the charge that was 210 dollars.I called to let them know and Andrea started to argue with me about how she swears she told me. I WAS NOT told at all!!!!!! Andrea proceeded to tell me that she would make a nice note about me in my own personal file about this confrontation.I am already going through enough at this time and to argue about a large sum of money being taken out of my own bank account is the last thing I need or want to do.I highly suggest you find somewhere else to go and stay away from a dishonest and argumentative office personnel like the ones at Midwest Fertility Clinic.
I’m excited to share our experience with MWF. We met Dr. Will first in 2017 prior to conceiving our first after a year of no success on our own. He helped us identify an issue with the sperm count and directed us to a urologist who could do surgery to help the problem. We were able to conceive naturally after surgery. Fast-forward 2 years later and this time we needed some help with IUI and timing our cycles. On the 3rd try we had a successful pregnancy. I can’t share enough how helpful he and his staff were throughout the process. They were kind and understanding, and very transparent about their pricing. I highly recommend MWF and recommend you seek consultation sooner rather than later in your pregnancy journey, as early as 3-6 months if you have any concerns that there may be a problem concerning on your own, especially if you are over the age of 30.
I had a miscarraige in September. Where they found I had blockage in my uterus via septum. My doctor sent me here. The staff wad very nice and caring. Friday I had the septum removed and hopefully go on to have healthy pregnancies. All thanks to the amazing doctors!!
Midwest Fertility has my complete confidence. I’ve been under the care of Dr. Matthew Will for a couple of years, and he is the absolute best. Thank you to all of the Midwest doctors and nurses for their dedication to patient care.
As much as I love this place, my primary complaint is that they dont have their phones on during their weekend office hours. The only time Ive been able to get a hold of them on a weekend is when we have a physical appointment or they contact us. We are paying a not very small amount to try to have an IVF cycle for a baby, and having yourself out of contact for a two out of seven days is unacceptable.
Dr Bopp was amazing, very caring and comforted me before I was put under for my procedure. Would recommend him over and over.
It is so upsetting when you show up to your appointment early and then wait 45 mins to be seen. I am beyond disappointed at this place. When I asked why all of the patient who can after me have been called back the answer I got was oh let me check. I ancitpate someone would call me back up and tell me what is going on but no apparently that isnt important. Talking about cold weather takes priority I guess. Pls learn to respect other time or atleast keep them updated.
Its my honest take on this. This is an Excellent Facility. Very organized and knowledgable staff. Excellent customer service. Top Notch doctor treatment. I strongly recommend this facility. We only had to go for 2 months to have miracle happened in our lives.
Clinic has limited hours. Call forwarding to “on call physician” is an endless loop. Reception just says that the office is closed. With all respect to personal time off, and perspective that I am totally hopped up on hormones, GET YOUR CALL SITUATION UNDER CONTROL!
Was easy to self-refer and make an appt. never had trouble with getting an appt when needed. Easy communication via patient portal. Great group to work with.
Love my Doctor! The nurses are very nice. Im going there for my endometriosis. I dont trust anyone else with my health.
Thank You to Dr. will with helping us start a family and to the staff. Didnt think this was possible. I strongly recommend this place.
Great office and staff! Weve had a great experience with Midwest Fertility!
The staff is awesome and makes you feel very comfortable throughout your journey.
I brought home beautiful twin boys .worth every penny .staff is helpful and amazing
Thankful for Dr. Will and his staff for helping us start a family!
Their answering machine has the dates and times that they are open on incorrect and when I called while they were open they hung up on me. A large waste of my time.
Very professional and polite. Process was easy and the waiting time was minimal.
I am very disappointed with the staffIts very confusing.
Great staff and office!
