I called on a Friday and asked if they were open on Saturdays for walk ins. They said yes. We went on Saturday and were told they do not do kits on Saturdays. I think when someone calls asking about weekend hours that is definitely something that should be mentioned. We wasted 45 minutes driving in the car.We went to do the labs on a weekday and left. They called and said that they forgot to do the urinalysis so we have to return.

Weland Labs is a great place. We work with a lot of different labs but they do the best work back office.The paperwork is always right and I love the people there. Its a bright spot of their day when I call.

This refers to billing only.I receive the bill for a lab test. I pay this bill online on payday. I receive the same bill saying Im past due. Bills are dated 11 days apart.I get that the bill just got crossed in the mail with my payment, but some of us get paid every other week.Give people a chance to pay it before threatening them with delinquency charges for Gods sake.

Love this place! Staff is super welcoming and kind. I only go to this location and have always enjoyed my experience. Well I wouldn’t say enjoy because who likes getting their blood drawn lol, but the staff has always been super kind to me! I’m such a big baby when it comes to needles and I always freak out every time I have to get my blood drawn, but the staff are so understanding and they do everything in their power to make me feel comfortable. One time they even had me sing a song😅 and bonus, each time I go, they let me pick out the color of my bandage. Overall I love this place, super professional, kind, and understanding staff! It’s the only place I’ll ever go to when I need to get my blood drawn!

Took my step son there for a drug test for the city, and the lady doing it was not very friendly. He was nervous and couldn’t go right away, and is on the spectrum. We both thought she came across rude, and I heard her complaining to other staff.

I HAAATE getting blood drawn but every time I come here, I have a great time. The staff is so nice and fun! It makes me not absolutely dread getting poked! Keep up the great work, everyone! :)

Professionalism is hugely lacking when working with other businesses in the community. Sadly, they will be losing business due to this. Being respectful and kind takes minimal effort. Proper training is needed to properly address members of your community.

They take my spoodge, and they take my money, but then ghost me for days on end... do I at least get a call back, or even just an email.

Staff is incredibly friendly and service is always quick! Very convenient to stop here for any appointments on the way to work.

They need a zero. They managed to lose 1 vial of blood and an order on a Saturday. Have to fast all over again. Frustrated.
