Dr. Mary Anna Sanders

Dr. Sanders is AMAZING. Shes the first gyno to actually LISTEN to me and truly care. The office is super clean and welcoming, the staff all great you with such care and respect. I am so thankful for this team here. Dr.Sanders is delightful, has a wonderful bedside manner and is so very knowledgeable. I cannot recommend them enough!

Dr. Sanders is the most amazing doctor. She goes above and beyond on every visit. She was a true blessing with my pregnancy, labor, delivery and continued care. She will answer any and all questions and make sure all is understood and everyone is on the same page before leaving. As her patient you can feel that she genuinely and deeply cares for you as a person. She is comforting and easy to talk to about health and whatever is going on that may be affecting your health and/or life. As long as she is practicing she will be the one I see and highly recommend to any and all women!

First time visit after my wonderful doctor retired so the new doctor was going to have big shoes to fill. Dr. Sanders was so friendly and welcoming. Although I really miss my previous OBGYN, she is DEFINITELY a keeper!UPDATE: this will be my second visit with Dr. Sanders. Her new office is very nice….clean and welcoming. Staff is very friendly and make you feel at home.

Dr. Mary Anna Sanders is the best. She was my OB for my first pregnancy and was so kind, explained everything so thoroughly and was an absolute professional. Pregnancy is scary enough but it being your first, things are scary AND new, but Dr. Sanders answered all of my questions and put me at ease. I felt so safe and seen throughout my pregnancy. She’s no longer doing OB but I would highly recommend her for gynecologist needs as well. She’s just the best!

LOVE Dr. Sanders and her staff! She was so positive and upbeat throughout my entire pregnancy. Also super friendly and she genuinely cares about her patients. I was admitted to the hospital around 20 weeks and she made sure to stay in touch and checked on me everyday I was there. She was also spot on in her estimates on my babies weight! I honestly could not have asked for a better pregnancy/delivery with her. Highly recommend Dr. Sanders, she is truly amazing.

I highly recommend Dr. Sanders! I have actually recommended her to several coworkers and friends who have all had great experiences with her. As a medical professional myself, I am completely comfortable and at ease with Dr. Sanders knowledge and experience. I also know that she is highly respected by nurses and doctors in the area as well. She makes taking care of her patients her number one priority. I never felt uncomfortable asking questions, stating my concerns, or discussing my birthing plan with Dr. Sanders. She was always patient and honest with me. Her office is always so helpful, kind, and friendly. They are a blessing to Mamas toting around their babies! My daughter has always been welcomed to my appointments and given lots of love! There isn’t another OBGYN I’d want to deliver my baby or provide me with routine care. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Sanders as a person and physician.

Dr. Sanders is an AMAZING doctor. I moved to Chattanooga 3 weeks out from giving birth to my first baby 5 years ago (terrified) and she took me in as a patient and instantly made me feel at ease at the end of my pregnancy. I had an incredible birth experience with her, she took wonderful care of me and my baby. I then had my second baby 2 1/2 years later at the height of the pandemic (April 2020) and she and her team once again were all simply amazing during a scary crazy time to have a baby. She always kept me at ease with everything going on in the hospital and the ever changing rules for L&D etc.. what i thought would be a scary, traumatizing experience actually ended up being absolutely amazing and beautiful. My family and i love her and can’t say enough good things about her and her practice.

Dr. Sanders is very knowledgeable and straightforward! I personally like things explained in black and white, which is exactly what Dr. Sanders does. There is no gray in any conversation I have had with her after having her as my doctor for 3 years. Ive gone to her for female issues, for pregnancy and for wellness visits, and can expect the same level of knowledge and kindness each time I visit. I saw just a few reviews where some people think she seems rude but I honestly think they are confused with Dr. Sanders simply being straightforward. Theres a difference for sure! She genuinely cares for her patients, is passionate about obstetrics, and is proactive in treating .. I know she has a sincere calling to deliver babies as well!

Dr. Sanders and her staff have been wonderful throughout both of my pregnancies! My second pregnancy was difficult, but she was there for me throughout it all. She educated me and comforted me, as well as provided my husband and I time to ask questions and gave thorough answers. I will continue to use Dr. Sanders for any future pregnancies as well as well- woman appointments!! I could not recommend her more!!

Let me preface by saying you should not trust a singular review that is by someone who has not used Dr. Sanders personally, as it is completely false in my opinion! Dr. Sanders is absolutely amazing! We started with her at the beginning of my pregnancy when she was with a multiple doctor practice, and when she opened her own practice, we stayed on with her without batting an eye. 9 months later and we still are amazed by her knowledge and care. She takes the time to answer all questions and really explain things in a simple and caring manner. I have never felt rushed or ignored, it’s a very welcoming environment as soon as you walk in. I do have to mention her other office staff, particularly nurse Angela, as they are so kind and caring as well!

Dr. Sanders is the most amazing, loving, caring, and giving human. She places the needs of others before her own. She is truly the most selfless person I know. I highly recommend her to everyone. She is an absolute quality person who gives the most quality care.

Best. Doctor. Ever. I have used Dr. Sanders for 3 years now. She is the most compassionate, caring, intelligent, upbeat doctor I have had. She delivered both of my children and offered great support during both pregnancy and deliveries. I seriously cant thank her enough. Her assistant Angela is also a God-send and a wonderful person to talk to. These ladies truly care about you! I like her office staff too, very friendly and they smile! - which always makes the day better. I cant imagine anyone not having a good experience with her or her medical team. I have been Dr. Sanders GYN patient since 2013, and just love her caring and compassionate way of dealing with patients. By her caring attitude Dr. Sanders shows that she cares about the things that I face in my life every day.

Fearfully and Wonderfully Made is a lovely place to get on/gun services. Genevieve has been treated very kindly by them. She is special needs. They did her first ever visit and they were kind and efficient.

Dr. Sanders is an excellent doctor. I was referred to her by a NP I worked with, and was shocked at the level of professionalism and the caring, sweet staff. They go out of their way to make sure you feel comfortable in your office visit. I will not go anywhere else from now on.

Shes currently helping me through my first pregnancy and I couldnt ask for a better doctor! Her and her staff are always friendly and helpful. You wont be rushed and they will always take the time to answer questions. They will also see you in a very timely manner. If the appointment needs to be changed for either weather or means on their end they call days ahead to let you know and work with you.

No other practice or medical provider has ever came close to exceeding my expectations the way they did.Mary and her staff care. Thats a simple word, but one that has left the medical field due to its weight. They CARE about you and your family, because they understand theyre now APART of your family. Its authentic and instantly noticed by the in depth consultations, the comfort provided, willingness to sacrifice holidays and vacations to be your delivery Doc, when no one else will give that an effort.My wife was extremely scared of child labor, but having this staff made the entire experience come together with pageantry a wedding could never bring. Marys knowledge, encouraging direction, and humble attitude are what help accomplish this. The entire process flies by so smoothly. Take many photos.Choosing an OBGYN (the doctor), the staff, and the location your children are going to be delivered is one of the most astronomical decisions youll make in your life. This may be my opinion, but many share it. That being said, I have zero doubts when recommending Mary Anna Sanders practice, Fearfully and Wonderfully Made. Ive had two precious daughters delivered by her, and just finished recommending her to a friend when I realized I had failed to leave her a review. Shame on me. Im good at leaving reviews, but its easy to forget things after you have children. As a local guide, if I can forget to review someone, then the experts are right about reviews. They say for every negative review theres 200 happy clients, that simply forgot.

The most caring doctor I have ever encountered. She is not only knowledgeable in the areas in which she practices but keeps up with all aspects of medicine as she understands her patients body as a whole. I did not have a problem with her until I had my baby. All Im going to say she made some rude comments about my childs father that she was way out of line for saying. Then I had appointment with her on Wednesday she called and canceled 30 minutes before I was suppose to be there. Then I rescheduled for Friday the 13th and I was 14 minutes and she would not see me. Now mind you I have been late before while I was pregnant. She suppose to be a Christian she needs to practice what she preaches. I got medical records and will not be back!!!

While the staff was friendly, I dont feel that this office is geared for the older female health patients. I am a self pay patient and payed $125 for an office visit with a pap ONLY. No pelvic exam or urinalysis test done.. I left there with no answers to the female issues I was experiencing.

I made an appointment with this doctor because I was in pain, but something came up and I had to cancel. Found out that just this month they have started charging a $100 cancellation fee. The cash price for an office visit is $120. I feel like the doctor could use the cancelled appointment time for something useful, like research or going over the upcoming patients files. Charging so much for a cancellation makes me wonder if the office is strapped for cash.

Dr Sanders is gentle and caring and knowledgeable. Thankful for her care for me and my daughters.

This doctor wasn’t nice at all, She made fun of me because of having many questions to ask, which is a normal right for any paitent to ask thier doctors!I just didn’t feel confident about having my baby with her and I didn’t feel comfortable, so I transferred to another doctor!Wouldn’t recommend her!!
