Decent Dr I guess but terrible bedside manner. If the issue ever comes back I will go to a different Dr office. Dr Depasquale is not very helpful with explaining things & is very rough with how he goes about the exam

If you’re looking for a provider that listens to your concerns, and has amazing bedside manner, Dr. Connor is your gal. Seriously. I went in three weeks ago, after being passed off by a doctor who wouldn’t even get me in for an exam. I had some troubling pathology, and I was looking for a second opinion. Immediately, Dr. Connor was proactive, and booked me for a hysterectomy a few weeks later. Today, I went in for my hysterectomy. From the hospital, to the nurses… I felt so taken care of. She kept me informed of every little detail. I’d also like to thank her office and their kindness. Y’all are rockstars at what you do!

Absolutely love Dr. Conner! She will be doing my hysterectomy. She took all the time I needed, listened and advised with such ease. I highly recommend them!

Dr Conner saved my life. She is always kind and knowledgeable about the procedures Im having done. She makes you feel like you are the only patient she has. She listens to all your concerns. Her nurse Alicia is excellent too. I know that I can never repay her for her outstanding care. Thank you Dr Connor and staff. You are truly loved by many.

Dr. R. Shae Connor is not only gorgeous and beautiful but she also have a heart of gold. I was at the lowest point in my life when I came to her for consultation. She made me feel at ease and respected at the same time. She was like a beckon of light and hope as God guided her while doing surgery on me. She also answered all of my questions and made me calmer than when I went to her office in-front of Erlanger Hospital near McDonalds . She also scheduled my surgery right away to further ease my nervousness about everything. She was also very open by letting me get involved in my care. It was a very painful procedure but she already prepared me for everything. She explained and told me what to expect postoperatively. I will recommend her in a heartbeat to anyone who loves Doctors who care and have excellent bedside manners and go the extra mile. She is an epitome of what a Doctor should be attain to be. Much respect and appreciation to this wonderful woman Dr. R. Shae Connor!

I highly recommend this place for world class customer service and healthcare needs. Jessica and Lisa listened with compassion to my aunt concerns (as she is a patient of theirs) and immediately they taking the preventative measures. In this day and time to have staff that care and really going the extra mile speaks volumes of the level of patient care they are striving to deliver

Dr. Conner pushed the COVID vaccine pretty aggressively during my appointment. Completely unnecessary considering it’s a pap and I never asked for her advice on the matter. She knows first hand that I had an adverse reaction to a vaccine in the past. I am also not in a high risk group for covid and my own internal medicine doctor advised against it due to my past reaction. Her demeanor became extremely cold and she wouldn’t even look me in the eyes once I told her that my mind was made up. She practically ran out of the room once the exam was done.I was also told conflicting information about when my follow up would be. In the room, she told me 6 months if results were normal, but when the nurse called with my results they tried to say I could wait a year. The nurse tried to brush me off when I questioned this and actually tried to avoid going back to the doctor to clarify. Considering that this is an oncology group, it seems like they shouldn’t be so apathetic about getting follow up timelines correct.I shouldn’t have to be in vigilant state of defense against my own doctor and their staff. A provider’s duty is to prioritize their patient’s individual needs first over public health initiatives completely unrelated to their own specialty. If a doctor lets this influence their bedside manner, then I can’t trust that they wouldn’t also let it influence their level of care. For this reason, I’ve decided to change providers.

Dr D is a wonderful doctor! He is very good at his profession and has a passionate heart for the well being of his patients. The staff is amazing. My oncology nurses are so loving, caring, and compassionate. I thank God for putting these wonderful people in my life at a time when I needed a miracle. Thank God for my Dr and nurses they are my life savers along with my lord Jesus Christ ❤️

Ive never had another Healthcare Professional that I trust the way I do Dr. Depasquale and his team…I have been under his care for over a decade and after giving God the Glory for my life being Spared from a 50/50 chance of survival , I owe Dr. Depasquale and his office staff from the front office to the back for making my battle seem that they could help it to be won. They never let me give up or even let me worry that they couldn’t keep me around to be a Momma to my then 3 year old son.Everyone is compassionate and cares about you as a person and you’re not just another chart in their door to weed through until lunch or quitting time.If you want a true professional and someone who will always have expectations for you to LIVE your best LIFE during and after cancer in front of any thing else, he is the Doctor that can get you in the club of survivors…You will not be just another victim of cancer.*FYI for the review complaining about how long it takes to get a test…that is an issue that needs to be addressed with the insurance company, because I assure you that the test was ordered by the office and Dr. Depasquale the very day that it was discussed with you…They have to jump through the same hoops we do when it comes to insurance and their requirements…so I hope and pray that your misfired comments and review doesn’t prevent someone else or YOU from allowing Dr. Depasquale and his team to help you come out on top of your cancer or for whatever else you may need an expert in the field for.I honestly wouldn’t want another doctor seeing me or any female in my family when it comes to his specialties…He is THE BEST and staffs the BEST.I e worked in Healthcare along side of specialist and they are NONE made from the same mold as Dr. Depasquale.

I have just recently interviewed in this office and I must say hands down theyre all so passionate and caring. I was welcomed with smiling faces and warm hearts. I felt like I had been there a lifetime. If I dont get the job, I know that I will never forget the love I felt just by being in the same room with them.

Nurses from this program are super sweet. But when you are at the hospital and it comes to the doctors its a different story. They are lazy and send their not enough well knowledged “resident doctors” whondont know much. In other words the two oncologists are lazy to even check up on their patients. They need to know being a doctor is about having a kind heart too. And they need to speed up on how they do exams and tell the within advance what it is that the patient has . I’m reviewing this bc I went through it there. Make sure you take your loved ones to the best place ever ! Don’t get me wrong you can try this place out but don’t hesitate to move to another better one if they don’t care enough about what’s going on anymore .

They were friendly and helped me to understand my diagnosis and I really liked my doctor he explained everything that would be done Dr. Todd Patrick Boren was very kind and I would like to thank him and his staff and the staff of CHI Memorial Hospital 😇

They let someone I loved pass away without telling us within time what we could do. They told us last minute literally the day before she last away what and what she had. Not at the clinic but at the hospital across from it where these two oncologist work at and their un knowledge resident doctors

Honestly what a team. I never mind making the drive, and Ive always felt like my mom has been in good hands. Dr. Depasquale and Dr. Boren are amazing. Always attentive, great at explaining things. We went thru a hassel before coming here. It has been a pleasure. Id completely recommened both of them to any one.

Not sure why these folks gave 1 star reviews, but I must say, I would not go anywhere else. During and after my cancer they have been the nicest, most accommodating people you will meet in a doctors office. And Dr. DePasquale is a fantastic surgeon who I would recommend to anyone.

Really liked the staff and Dr. Manyam was very helpful, nice and pleasant.

Dr D saved my life.. if I had to recommend any woman to anyone it would be this man right here... he’s passionate not one time did he ever get frustrated with me... I have cancelled 3 surgeries so far and then finally had it done... love this man

The two oncologist d and Boren didn’t even bother to check up on someone I loved a couple days before she past away. Boren is rude and doesn’t have a heart

I have been treated with the utmost care. The oncology team made me feel like I was not alone.

Ok if you want to wait a week to get a test ordered. Called the office manager and left a message to please contact me. Still waiting.
