Easily made online appointment, was promptly seen and was diagnosed and on my way quickly. Meds prescribed were done so promptly and ready to pick up after I left the Mercy spot. Highly recommend and connected to my primary care.
The nurse and doctor were great, very nice and thorough. But the gal checking folks in was quite unpleasant. A posted sign asks patients to be kind to the staff, placed right by the intake gal who never smiled and was rude…behaved like she was doing me a favor.
The staff was very courteous and helpful. The nurse was very thorough. The doctor was super attentive to my needs. I highly recommend them.
I visited the facility for a knee injury which turned out to be a patella fracture. The RN practitioner and radiology tech were knowledgeable, helpful, and compassionate. There was some difficulty accessing my insurance which delayed care a bit. An urgent referral was made to Mercy physicians in South County. The staff member said I would be a new patient for the knee specialist and therefore, I couldn’t be seen for two weeks since I hadn’t visited their urgent care services. I asked my PCP for a referral and got in that day.
Update: 9 months laterThe doctor was great. The tech was slow at the desk and in the room. We took two kids, have 2 insurances. Just got a call, it was sent to collections. Why? They were given both me and hubbys licenses, and didnt bother to change the address in the system, from a address I lived 8 freaking years prior... Crazy! And no one was there when we walked in, but two came after and they took one of them first, though we made an appointment. I will not be returning here. Doctors was good, techs and process not so great. Also, instead of charging once for each child, they charged twice for the one. 2 bills, exact same amount, and they couldnt even assign it correctly. Lots of incompetence here... Unfortunate, because the doctor was nice.I dont live in Missouri anymore, but my kids got sick while we were visiting family and this is the urgent Care that we ended up going to. Though the doctor was great... We made a reservation, then someone came in with a reservation and arrived after us, and they allowed them to go ahead of us. Sean said that it was an emergency situation. However, on the website its explicitly states that if its an emergency that you should go to an emergency room or call 911. It was an old man with some leaking eye s*** or something. It caused us to have to wait a while to even get into a room. If you hold a spot and have a reservation, they should go based off of that. If its an emergency situation, then they need to go to an emergency room, as it states that urgent Care is not prepared to handle emergency situations 🤷🏾♀️. Sean was not only the front desk attendant but a medical tech of some sort, and he came and took my kids vitals. They did have to take some tests and he promised some suckers, and after reminding him, he did bring those to them. Overall, an okay experience, not sure that I would come back, especially after having to wait extra after somebody made a reservation for a time after mine but they were taken in ahead of me. The rooms were nice and clean, but in the future, if available, Ill definitely pick a pediatric urgent care.
The NP that I saw I saw previously at another UC, he’s amazing! My only beef, if you know you can’t help a patient with a particular bit of bloodwork, then cancel the appointment. Don’t make the patient wait in a room for an hour and charge their insurance $500 so you can tell them that their problem is beyond your scope. That’s disingenuous. And the nurse was nice, but she did try to diagnose me just a bit wherever even the PA didn’t even attempt to, this is not her job.
Fortunately for me, no other patients were present for my mid-day Friday appointment, arranged online. The Receptionist, attending Nurse, and Dr. Qayum were all welcoming and friendly. Dr. Qayum treated my forearm cut and bruise with impressive care, skill, and good humor. Applause and praise well deserved.
If you visit this center please be aware of Dr Fariha Qayyam …. You don’t want her to treat you.Stay away from her and if possible from this center. Instead go to total urgent care down on Clarkson rd.I visited her a week back, she prescribed a small dosage of medicine which did not last long enough. On request to provide refill. I was told to go visit another doctor or figure out over counter medicine.I was told that insurance won’t accept. So patient can suffer from problem or shell out more money to visit other doctor . I will advise to stay away from here.
Easy to make an appointment time. Saw Doctor in timely manner. Given a breathing treatment in office. Prescription sent to pharmacy.
Not so good experience. I was prescribed a z pack after I said it was not an effective antibiotic. The doctor was not invested in understanding my medical intricacies. Was more concerned about why my primary or specialty doctor was not addressing my issues on a weekend. Classic doc-in-a-box mentality and set up. Waste of my time.
Great team from Front door throughout entire visit. Three Staff members we encountered in our entire visit were really caring and made everything feel comfortable!Great team!
Wonderful customer service, bedside manner and efficient! Dr. Jaeger and his team were very helpful and l was in and out within 30 minutes!
Sliced my thumb open and was checked in quickly and efficiently! They had me in a room right away and stitched me up within 30 minutes. I was in and out within the hour! Everyone on staff was so kind and calm, and my Dr. even let me pick the music playing in my room while he stitched me up! 😁 I will be making MercyGo Health my GO-TO urgent care!
Excellent customer service for my experience with a fractured bone in my foot, the x-rays taken and the staff to include the doctor. I appreciate their assistance.
I guess walk ins are not welcome here. Walked in at 8am this morning so my daughter could be seen before school and she was in a lot of pain so I didn’t want to wait. Not a soul in the waiting room, only a receptionist behind the desk. I was told she couldn’t be seen and they could make me an 11:00 appointment. What??? She said they have 3 hours worth of virtual visits, who rents a giant place in a strip mall to do VIRTUAL visits? Defeats the purpose of an in person clinic if you ask me.
My appointment was at 8am, I could not be seen at my SCHEDULED time due to there being no doctors having arrived. Once a physician did arrive, 15 min later, I was taken into a room by, I’m assuming a nurse. She stated “I can’t see you because you don’t have the right insurance on file” I stated, what does that have to do with me, I gave the receptionist my insurance card and ID, how she wrote it up is not my problem, furthermore, since when does a hospital facility deny one for service due to no insurance. BILL IT THEN!!!!! However, I have VA insurance. I hate this location. Do better especially when it comes to ones health!
It was a quick in and out process to address a minor issue. But my issue was addressed and Im doing much better.
This urgent care decided to turn us away with a sick 2 year old at 4:40 because it was too close to closing time. If they dont take patients at that time they should think about changing their posted hours especially dealing with the health of others .
Great people. Took care of my needs quickly.Help keep me calm
I went in today with my crying 3 year old son who is in the spectrum. He was very upset, crying, uncooperative. The NP on duty was so kind, quick, and understanding. She did her best to assess him (ear infection detected) quickly but patiently and get us out the door to pick up our prescription. I appreciate the kindness and patience as it can take a special person to manage these stressful situations especially with a child on the spectrum who is nonverbal.
Friendly staff from check in to check out! I didnt have an appointment for my daughter and we were worked in promptly. The technician and doctor who assisted us were wonderful, and we were in and out in 15 minutes!
Reserved online and then came at the set time. The reception was fast, the staff was very nice and overall I felt comfortable.
U were able to attend to my husband’s bleeding head immediately! Appreciate that u were able to clean and staple.
The receptionist was extremely rude. My husband has been sick for a week, and we waited all day for our scheduled appointment at 1:40. We had already checked in online and answered questions about symptoms, etc. The receptionist started asking the same medical questions in the public of the waiting room and kept INSISTING that my husband shouldnt see the doctor because there was nothing the doctor would be able to do for him. I asked the receptionist how she knew what the doctor would/wouldnt be able to do and asked about medications, to which she replied I dont know. That would be up to the doctor. And I said Exactly, thats why were here, to see the doctor and get profesional advice and care. We did not go for the receptionists opinion. She did not even check us in, even though we had an appointment, and just called a nurse over, who told us my husband should starve himself for a whole day. That is EXTREMELY questionable advice, especially since they basically refused to let us see the doctor and were giving us faulty, amateur advice. They were trying to rush us and get rid of us, even though we had an appointment and they werent even busy. It would be one thing if we saw the provider and were told by the provider there was nothing to be done, but from a receptionist and a nurse, who, by the way, DID NOT EVEN WANT TO GIVE US A ROOM but was giving his opinion in the waiting room, that is completely unprofessional and lacking in compassion, privacy, and discretion. Additionally, why did we have to waste our time answering all those questions online and drive all the way over there for them to say they couldnt do anything? They should have read the symptoms and medical history prior to our arrival, and if they did not believe they could treat my husband, they should have called and let us know rather than wasting our time. They were both EXTREMELY rude and did not show any kindness, manners, or medical concern. They did not even tell my husband they hoped he felt better. I would not recommend this place, as this is not the first time of receiving sub-par medical advice. We will never be returning.
Quick check in process and friendly staff. Dr. Qayum is excellent!
The staff was nice and i was in and out in 10 min (mostly check-in time), but then I got a bill for $300 for a 30-44 min outpatient bill. I spoke to this doctor for literally 2 minutes - he looked at my injury and was like yeah thats infected - ill give you an antibiotic and dipped. Now i have to fight this bill plus i had to go back a second time because the antibiotic he gave me didnt even work. Yeah never coming back here - especially since the lady at the front literally told me that they take my insurance and everything
I was seen quickly and the doctors advice was useful and provided me with what my next steps needed to be. The prescription was also quick.
I was here for over an hour with a simple problem I have frequently and have dealt with at the Eureka Location. My first doctor was kind of a mess. He did not communicate with me as a patient. He handed me something I was supposed to use and then just looked at me. I was told they were going to test for something and they didn’t at all. He also said the first test I took would test for what I told him I was sure I had the whole time. It did not. I had to wait even longer for an older and more experienced female doctor to tell me I needed to do a different test because the first test I did would not test for it. I left feeling very frustrated and unheard. I would not recommend this location to my worst enemy. I will say the female doctor was kind and did actually listen to me and tell me the truth unlike the young man did who I can only assume was an intern.
Dont go here its a waste of time my kid had a ear infection both ears it was Sunday morning asked her to give him an antibiotics he usually gets from his doctor prescribed something way different asked her to change it to the right now she didnt want to shes rude and doesnt know anything never go to that location again
We are from out of state visiting family and my daughter cut her finger this morning. I couldn’t get the bleeding to stop and the cut looked really deep so I thought she might need stitches. We called this place to set up an appointment last minute. We got there and my 4 yr old was really out of sorts, crying uncontrollably. The doctor came out and said we might need to go to the ER to get stitches since they’d have medicine to calm her down. But before we left he brought us into a room to just take a look to see if she even needed them. (Before even checking us in) Turns out she didn’t even need them thankfully. So then we checked in and he gave her some medicine and a clean bandaid. I really appreciated that he checked her finger for us first so we wouldn’t have to drive all the way to the ER just to have them not even need to give her stitches. He was really gentle with her and the receptionist was also very kind and helpful.
The doctor told me I was paranoid and did not help with the reason I went in. Then they billed me as an emergency room service and not an urgent care. I called for months to ask them to correct and they would not. I’m not one to leave reviews but if you would like to be ignored then billed incorrectly then ignored again- this is the right place to go.
Quick and efficient visit. Frustrating that the care provider could not fax a prescription order for medication to Assisted Living facility. This caused a delay in getting the medication started.
Swift, efficient and more time given me here than with my GP.
I liked that I could make an appointment ahead of time, they got me right in, the staff was very nice. The doctor was quick and efficient.
No wait. Caring team from start to finish. Knowledgable and highly competent team. Actual physician provided care, and she was patient, kind, and most importantly very clearly highly experienced. She was great at relating to patients, waiting family member, as well as to her own team. A++ all around. Given clear instructions for at-jome followup care. Much better than my previous experiences at two separate locations of the big chain down the street.
The guy answering the phone was so rude and hateful over the phone and he managed to be even worse in person. I just moved to the area and I have overlapping insurance and he had me wait 40 minutes with a sick child screaming and crying just to assert his dominance. You can tell there is a staffing crunch when you see someone better suited to flipping burgers sitting at a desk answering calls.
The staff at all your locations are so friendly, professional and caring!
I absolutely loved Kayla, the receptionist/X-ray tech. She is an absolute doll and made my visit so enjoyable. The wait was fine. I have zero complaints. I will definitely be coming back here when I need them.
Pre-signed in so no waiting at the desk.Very new and clean. Very friendly. Professional. Nice doctor who tried to help as much a possible. Quick visit without a huge wait and tons of paperwork, just sign up on line first. Great location.
Update: response was that this was being escalated. Ive heard nothing from Mercy GoHealth and the issue remains unresolved. The care received was sufficient but this location and other Mercy-GoHealth Urgent Care locations have unfair billing practices. They bill insurance companies (and individuals) as an emergency room rather than an urgent care. This results in insurance handling the visit differently and patients paying more out of pocket. Despite multiple attempts (several hours on the phone) to have the billing department resubmit the claim to my insurance using the appropriate urgent care location billing codes, they have been unwilling to do so. I know of at least 5 other people that have the same issue.
Do not go here. I brought my daughter (thank goodness it was not an emergency) and we stood and waited for almost 20 minutes (it would have been more but we left) to be checked in. The receptionist not once acknowledged us to even say, “be right with you.” When I asked how long it would be she told me to “be patient” and “there’s people ahead of me.” Which, I know, and I have no problem waiting my turn but she was absolutely rude, unprofessional, dismissive and having worked in healthcare myself for decades it was shocking. My daughter, who is a teenager and works fast food, said she would be fired if she spoke to her customers like that. There’s more but you get the point….What a shame they have the name Mercy on the door. Mercy is a fantastic hospital, this place is not up to the standard.
When I was greeted by the receptionist she asked me multiple times if I had an appointment. There were about three people in the waiting area and someone right at the desk. She asked me why I was here. I said to see a doctor. She repeatedly asked me what why I was here and what was wrong with me. It was a private reason and I felt very uncomfortable. I had no idea you can make appointments for a walk in clinic. She was rude and very inappropriate for what should be a private conversation.
I usually have a good experience at this location. But something was off about this time. I wasn’t seen until almost an hour after my scheduled appointment. Dr touched my lesion on my leg without washing his hands or putting gloves on. That just wasn’t sanitary to me at all. So I probably won’t be back to this location.
Had bruising that itched like crazy. Dr sent me to Mercy Hospital Emergency Room for blood test. I asked if I could wait til Monday and go to my doctors office for blood work. She said no, it could be serious. 3 hour wait at hospital. $130 later, turns out I just scratched myself too hard. Still don’t know what caused itching. Save your money. Go anywhere but this place.
Went here for COVID-19 test, which is covered by my insurance, but they are billing me $75 for a doctors fee. Do not come here.Update: Added two more stars...They resolved the doctors fee by billing my insurance company again. But it shouldnt happen in the first place--about $400 total billed to insurance for a simple COVID-19 test? Thats crazy...
I have been to this location a few times. My most memorable was December 2018, I came in complaining of abdominal pain and they did some tests and a nurse checked the pregnancy test and came out smiling because apparently I was pregnant. Anyways my most recent visit was today which is August 2nd 2021. I had the tell tale signs of a tooth infection and no availability to get to a dentist. I tried to walk into a different mercy urgent care on August 1st and was told they couldnt take anymore walk ins. So I made an appointment on my phone for this location at 7 p.m today. I arrived at 6:58 p.m. I pre checked in on my phone. The receptionist lady was hard for me to see because of the glass protecting her and her computer. But she was very kind and put me in a room straight away. In maybe two minutes a nurse came in and took my vitals and asked questions. Maybe 2 to 3 minutes later the doctor walked in. We discussed my issues he looked at my tooth and indicated he saw signs of an infection. He prescribed me medicine to take care of the issue and advised I see a dentist. Which I intend to. I saw a Dr.Moore. I felt that he was very helpful with my situation. I was in and out of there in less than 15 minutes. No joke. But I had a pretty straight forward issue. I am just very grateful to have been able to come to this urgent care and to be seen. If I wasnt able to get here today , the infection could have spread and I could have ended up in the ER. I feel very bad for people who work in healthcare right now. When I walked into the other urgent care the day prior I know I walked out upset and in pain. But I know that the people who work here are doing their best. And they deal with so many different kinds of people. I see the bad reviews on here and people need to stop and think how they would feel if they were in the doctors , nurses, and receptionists shoes. They put themselves at a higher risk to get sick. They deal with jerks and I think they deserve more appreciation. I personally am pleased to have been helped by the people who work here. I would recommend mercy to anyone. Thank you to all mercy staff.
I recommend the Mercy Go/Health Urgent Care location next to Dierberg’s at Clarkson & Baxter Roads - their staff and Dr Varma are medically competent, caring and efficient - Keith Plein
Clean, pleasant facility, courteous, helpful employees, great doctor.
I went to the facility in CHesterfield last week because I was feeling bad. The doctors diagnosis was only sore throat, 3 days later I was in the hospital with acute Bronchitis. The doctor even didnt tell me if I was bad or good, she just told me to take vaporub hard candies to stop the pain and that was all. Ill never go back to your services its the 2nd time with such a bad experience.
My doctor sent me here for a x-ray. The entire team was professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, and personal. I couldnt have asked for better care. Would highly recommend this location.
Beware of the small print when you sign in - yes i should have read the two pages of small print before i signed.When/if you sign their payment agreement you are authorizing Mercy to automatically withdraw all future payments owed under their Convenient Pay Payment Agreement. Without verbally telling you, they will use the debt/credit card you provided for your co-payment for all future payments (maybe you have another account you may need to use). However they will not tell you this information. Mercy will automatically debit your account or charge your credit card when a future bill is due.If the receptionist disclosed this information i could have made a decision to accept or reject this option. She chose not to inform me.As i waited for my x-ray results they shared with me if someone shows up without insurance they always set them up on an auto pay - which makes sense if the person is aware of the conditions of repayment and those term are disclosed. I was told they do not disclose this information and it is up to the patient to cancel the automatic payment.Luckily i am fully insured and therefore i can meet my financial obligation to Mercy. Furthermore I believe Mercy deserves to be paid for services rendered. However the patient should be informed and it should be disclosed that in order to receive service from Mercy that you as the customer are agreeing to allow Mercy access to your checking/savings/credit card thus allowing them to automatically withdraw all future payments.I called today to discuss and the individual I spoke with simply said it was up to me to read the disclosure statement and that it was not his problem that I did not read the disclosure statement. He is correct. It is also up to me where i receive medical treatment - it is a competitive world.Medical service provided was fine.
I would give Mercy Urgent Care a 10, but the highest rating on Google is 5. Very short wait time, and staff was very friendly. Thank you for your service.I tried to get an appointment with my doctor, before going to Urgent Care, but I couldn’t get an appointment before the 20th. That would have been another 9 days after going to Urgent Care.
We had a great experience. Our family was headed to Hawaii for vacation. We had not received our Covid test results from another testing facility. We frantically went to the Mercy clinic on our way to the airport, stressed and nervous. As soon as we walked in and spoke with Katie Becker and Dr. Weilert, we immediately felt at ease. They worked with us and got my family of 7 in and out, tested with results in hand and off to the airport in plenty of time for our flight. They were so kind and helpful and we all appreciated their assistance.
Went for a COVID test during a slow time of the day, so everything went smoothly and efficiently. Cannot say for sure how things go when they are juggling more than 2 patients, but things went well. They were actively cleaning as i got there and everything in the building is well kept.
After my daughter being misdiagnosed by her primary pediatrician office one month prior. Doctor at Mercy Urgent Care prescribed Kynlee with medication cleared her rash right up.
I do not recommend this place. They told us there’s nothing they can do to check out chest pain. They said they can do an EKG but that wouldn’t reveal anything useful. They suggested we try Total Access Urgent Care. Strange to be referred to a competing group.
There is no way to know when you are going to need an urgent care facility. Today, I needed one and didn’t have an appointment on what was probably the worst day imaginable (ie: busiest day being a holiday and of course it being the newest wave of the never ending pandemic with Omicron). I walked in to a busy lobby and I was informed walk-ins were being turned away and they were full with “appointment onlys” for days.I must have looked defeated, (in a mask). Even though I knew I was fighting back tears, I truly understood because I work in healthcare. At some point, you have to limit patients or you will be open 24/7.Somehow, from a distance, one of your employees showed compassion although, I wasn’t the patient and he had no idea. I was there for my daughter who I had left in the car (though I’m sure based on my haggard appearance, he thought is was me).I would like to take this opportunity to say thank you to the entire team at this location for understanding my situation today and for noticing my anxiety I thought I was hiding. I truly appreciate the compassion and the care for both this very tired mom but really, most importantly, my daughter. It’s very easy to brush people off and to just make a quick judgment and say no but today, the clinical team changed the trajectory of how we will be able to celebrate as a family knowing we are covid free.Thank you all very much for your professionalism and compassion.
Yes, very friendly and efficient receptionist up front. Got me into a room within 10 minutes of showing up. The doctor and nurse were helpful and sympathetic to my needs. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.
Beautiful and clean facility. Ease of making appt and short wait. Thorough evaluation, recommendations and prescriptions called into pharmacy.
Terrible customer service Tim at front desk said my insurance was invalid went back twice after I verified my insurance with United health care. I filled out my info on my mobile phone and said insurance accepted go back and Tim said no again and then told me to call billing at mercy go health to find out why he said he was too busy. He doesnt care as billing said it was fine.
Good medical service but such an atrocious billing experience, it’s hard to believe. I’m still trying to pay a bill from March 2019 without success.Hold times to speak to someone are always 30 minutes to an hour. They’ve never successfully billed my insurance.Emails sent to billing have not been responded to.They took a payment over the phone but didn’t associate the payment with my account so it’s just lost.I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone based on my personal experience.
The staff made me feel at ease throughout the visit. They explained what tests were going to be performed, how long it would take for the results, etc.
A COVID test costed $478 where it supposed to be Free or covered by insurance!I had sore throat, thought I caught COVID, googled places where I can get COVID test, found Mercy GoHealth Ugent Care @1722 Clarkson Rd. Chesterfield MO 63017, I called in and scheduled the COVID test, a nurse took samples from my nose, later a doctor came explained to me my result was negative. I receved a bill of $478, I contacted this urgent care, didnt get an explaination, and contacted my insuracne, was told that they received an office visit claim instead of COVID test from this urgent care. I contacted the urgent care again, no one responded to me. It wasted my so much time and the issue is still not solved yet. very bad experience, will never go to this urgent care again.
Very professional and great service. Theresa went beyond in making sure both my kids got right treatment. They had ear ache and she cleaned their ears and followed up following day for prescription. Great experience!!
All of the staff and especially the nurse practitioner were exceptionally kind, professional, and fast. This location is extremely clean and seemed well-run.
Courteous staff and phenomenal Physician Assistant, Richard Donnell!
Took a COVID test from them came back positive, went to 2 other doctors came back negative on both… hmm sounds like money in the hospital pocket to me and money out of mine for making me miss work over possible a cold. Then proceed to tell me they couldn’t help with my cough or sore throat told me to get an over the counter med what a joke of a doctor
Everyone was fantastic, not sure why there have been some bad reviews. Staff and doctor were both knowledgeable, prompt and friendly.
BUYER/PATIENT BEWARENo one seems to know what is going on here. My son may have broken his arm and after two X-rays, they still didnt know. They asked me to go to another facility of theirs and pay for more X-rays. They offered a brace, but could not tell me how much it would cost. This is not actually Mercy...GoHealth pays for the name and is located in Atlanta is an office suite. No one answers the phone or returns messages.
Very fast check-in process for walk-in and was able to see a doctor within 15 minutes. Excellent patient care and diagnosis.
Excellent care and very promptHighly recommend!
Everyone was kind I got in and out fast!
It was easy to schedule a visit and it was in a timely manner (same day). Mind you I scheduled my urgent care visit at 8 am and was seen at 9:30 am
Weekend staff was great but today male receptionist Tim is awful he was ver rude he shouldn’t be answering the phones he literally hung up on me I called back he was very hostile and because i refused to tell him in general what reason I came to visit he slammed the phone down and continued to speak to someone in the background loudly about the information I wouldn’t provide.
I would give 0 stars if possible. 2 Mercy Urgent Care visits were charged as Emergency Room visits instead of Urgent Care. I will be going to other Urgent Cares that bill insurance and me correctly. I would avoid Mercy if possible.
The staff was courteous, and professional. I was seen and treated in a timely manner. The facility was clean.
Friendly. professional, efficient, and compassionate
While visiting MO I required help. Mercy Gohealth Urgent Care staff & the care room was great, professional place to go. Thank you
Staff were friendly and attentive. Extremely clean and my daughters doctor I couldn’t fault. All went smoothly, will definitely go back.
I had to wait for more than an hour for a test. On top of that the guy who work there was very rude and arrogant. I would never recommend. I had very good experience in Ellisville branch, but unfortunately that was closed temporarily.
Super fast service. Friendly staff. Excellent care from nurses and doctors.
Staff was extremely helpful, kind and punctual. From check in to check out. Thank you Mercy for taking care of my wife.
I would give them 0 if I could. Made me wait for over an hour on the phone to talk with someone to correct an error on my bill. I can not believe I have to waste my time to fix their mistakes. Terrible customer service.
Great job of treating my injuries
Front desk people are rude, slow. They need to remember we are humans not just numbers. Customer service horrible.
I was out of town on business and needed an anabiotic in a pinch, and the team was friendly and personable. Really great experience!
Outstanding service and facilities. Our family has used this specific urgent care multiple times. We have always received excellent care.
Very professional and convenient. Needed an instant Covid test. Got it within 24 hours and got results within 10 minutes of taking the test. Also got documentation of test results to prove test results to anyone needing to know.
Quick, smooth check in and wait time to be seen
Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional! Making an appointment online is very convenient.
The attending physician, nurses, and technicians were very professional and efficient.
People answering the phones are lacking in people skills and care ability. If I could have marked 0 stars I would have. Not only are they not helpful but they do not even try to be.
Double charged insurance for the service. Lost insurance payment. Ignored insurance prove of payment. Now wants the full amount from me. Be aware.
This fact that they took me in and tested me while they were busy I appreciated all of their efforts! Extraordinary staff!
Dr Moore was very helpful! They were working hard to provide excellent care and make the wait times as short as possible.
Quick, convenient, very thorough, highly recommend for general illnesses.
Scam. Went for a Covid Screen and was billed $79.00 with insurance as essential uniformed first responder this was ridiculous. Avoid them at all cost
Had a great experience - went into for a cut on my head and had to get staples. The staff was great and friendly.
The doctor was very racist very rude. I called to make a complaint and the person answer the phone hang up the phone on me.
The doctor was very patient and answered all the questions with taking good amount of time. Very kind
Questionable billing practices. Lost payments. Covid tests billed at $425. Avoid this place.
10I already have been telling folks of my great experience including empathetic and caring people who took care of me. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
It is an excellent place for health care. I have been here twice and both the times I have got excellent treatment. Highly recommended 👌👍👌👍
Great people and excellent care. Thank you!
Everyone was professional and nice. The facility was very clean. Wait time was comfortable.
Sean was an excellent medical assistant and made me feel very comfortable
Quick and caring service.
The staff, mainly the receptionist, proved that they do care about patients health.
It is a very clean facility. Very efficient. Fast results. Got results the next day.
Very courteous and professional service. Only had to wait 5 minutes. Highly recommended!
10, excellent service, very personable staff. Exceptionally helpful
Efficient and friendly!
Zero would be best! Poor attitude, lack of friendliness, and concern.
Friendly and helpful front desk.
Kind, friendly, helpful!👌
Very pleasant Dr. Very compassionate
Staff was very friendly and made sure all my questions and concerns were answered
Quickly took care of my cut
Excellent professional care
Excellent service & care
Professional and courteous.
