I took my 7 year old son with complaints of a fever, sore throat and some loss of appetite. The staff was great. The experience turned horrible when the physician assistant Jeremy Guy came in to check his throat. I know working with children can be very difficult and it takes a lot of patience. While trying to look at my sons throat with a tongue compressor, my son started to gag. Instead of trying to show or explain to him how to flatten his tongue; he told him it was time for him to act like a big boy. When my son started gagging again and pulled away. Mr. Guy threw the remaining tongue compressors on the table and stormed out stating well I guess we are just going to have to wait for the test results. About 5 minutes later he stated the strep test was negative but he was just going to treat him for it anyway. We left and after another night of no relief, we took him to a different Dr and he was diagnosed with having the flu after his flu test came back positive. If your physician assistant would of taken his time in the room with my son instead of throwing a hissy fit because he couldnt get a child to do what he asked he would of hopefully been able to diagnose him properly. If you cant handle dealing with children dont take children patients! I will absolutely never come back to this urgent care and I will recommend that non of my family or friends with children not seek medical help here as well.
I was in and out in an hour. Welcomed by Tina and assessed by Vickie! Dr. Matt Tucker listened to my concerns and took care of the situation in the exam room. The facility was clean and well kept with plenty of room in the waiting area for all who were there to be seen. I was impressed with their professionalism and will recommend them to others. Great Experience!
Access medical always takes such good care of my family! I highly recommend this urgent care! Also, Lacey Smith is all around one of my favorite nurses. She always makes sure we get the best care and helps get us in and out in a timely manner.
I have allergic reactions to injections that can last a while and be frightening. The staff hung out with me, watched over me and was very attentive and kind until I was in the clear after the injection that was administered.A+ Physician who was very capable. (Dr. Jones)Clean and inviting atmosphere.
Great service there and very little wait time. Love the rooms they have for the children. Our nurse, Lacey Smith, was great with my girls. She was extremely helpful.
The office is extremely disorganized. Following 3 separate visits, I have called to speak to the doctor 10 times and each time the front desk said the doctor will get back to me. 3 follow up calls after the first visit. 3 follow up calls after the second visit. And 4 follow up calls after the third visit. None of my messages even made it back to the nurses station and the doctor never knew I even called. I started going here because my doctor of 6 years moved to this office. I will be looking for a new doctor now. It frightens me that when I need to report a change in symptoms or adverse reaction to medication to my doctor, he is kept unaware of my problems.
We were visiting the Will Rogers Museum, I started to feel bad and we made a visit here. I had been sick for over 3 weeks, with 3 different antibiotics. Dr. Jones gave me the antibiotic I needed and finally I am well, after being sick for 3 weeks. Thank you so much.
I have a severe earache with extreme swelling. I was given only drops and nothing for my pain. I had called later in the evening and requested something for pain because ibuprofen and aleve were not helping, I was told I would get a call back but never did. My pain was so excruciating through the night, there are no words to describe it. Swelling and pain was worse the next day, so I called back to request antibiotics and something to help relieve my pain. This time I got a return call and was told that antibiotics were being called in but that I would get nothing for the pain and to take ibuprofen. I can not express how desperate I have been for pain relief, this has been excruciating for me and devastating they would treat me like this over pain management. 😔 PS Im not normally a negative person, but this earache experience has been one of the worst experiences in my life and I basically paid 270.00 to be given only a prescription that hasnt even helped so far. 😢
Everyone there is so professional but relaxed. Made me feel very comfortable despite being sick! Kyla Guinn is just the best! She is always so kind!
Ive had to bring my daughter here on a couple occasions and we are always seen in a timely manner. Its nice to come into a business and see happy workers, especially Kyla guinn in the front office!
Checked in at 1250.. no other names on the board or sign in sheet.. 15 minutes in waiting room..5 in triage..an additional 15 min in procedure room.. i went out to see how much longer and found one girl on Facebook, they turned around and said not much longer. The NP came in and said, you know, 20 min wait isnt really that bad! Who says that to a patient! ? She then said she was discharging another patient and thats why it took so long. After she finished, we waited an additional 10 min for our dc paperwork. The other staff were okay but seemed inexperienced and didnt know where any of supplies were. Im so glad that they arent called IMMEDIATE CARE anymore!! WILL NOT BE BACK!!
Ive taken my daughter there and it was top notch, got us in very fast! Doctors and staff were very knowledgable, Lacey Smith was our nurse and did great!
I started coming here after I found out my biology professor was also a doctor here. Very friendly place with great doctors and nurses, especially one particular nurse, Lacey!
Megan Q is a very sweet helpful Medical Assistant. I look forward to seeing her happy face.
I have been there two times and very disappointed. Will not be back. If I could get in to my doctor I would of went there first. These Doctor act like they dont wanna touch you
I have never had much problem with the medical staff but the billing/office staff is awful at their job. You cant even call the office directly to ask questions.
I was there for about an hour and a half just so the Dr could tell me I needed to see a surgeon. They didnt even give me the number to the surgeon and the bill was over $300. Never again. Worst urgent care ever.
Very efficient and friendly staff members such as Kyla Guinn! I will definitely use their services again when necessary!
This place is the best in town. Friendly and efficient! Lacey S. is the absolute best and I send everyone I know there!
The office has adjusted well with all of the system changes. wait times are decreasing and we have a wonderful staff 💕
Lady that answers the phones is one of the rudest people I’ve ever spoken to. Very unprofessional. Absolutely do not go here
Its an amazing place full of amazing friendly and caring workers like Kyla Guinn!:)
Rude employee on the phone, seemed offended I called it AMC instead of Access medical center and didn’t seem to really know any answers to my question
Ive been bringing my kids here for years and we love it!
Great, clean environment! Wait was minimal and staff was very efficient!
They have the best staff! Especially Jessica Allen!
Kyla Gouker was awesome!!
