Dr. Sanchez, Rachel and the full team were an absolute God send. My husband and I have an extremely rare genetic carrier trait that we both share. Dr. Sanchez has never seen two individuals with this specific genetic carrier, but he was optimistic from the start with us having embryos that were not impacted by this fatal gene. Even though it was a long journey, every up and down was worth the outcome as we just brought home our IVF baby girl. We owe everything to this clinic and would go through this journey 1000 times over to have the beautiful family that we have. The entire staff shows compassion and care for their patients! Rachel was truly our rock in this process and highly recommend her as the IVF nurse coordinator! This process can seem daunting, but I promise it’s all worth it & this team walks you through every step of the way!
My experience in this place was the best in the world. The infertility process is a long and very exhausting path, in this clinic Dr. Mark Sánchez always gave me the faith I needed to achieve my pregnancy and after finally two years today I can say that it was thanks to him that he always told me not to give up. Today I have my baby who is 5 months old. And I eternally thank everyone for giving me support. There was a girl Tamy she was the best, her patience and her treatment were the most special thing for me, although in my last dates I did not see her. But she also made my big dream possible. Don’t give up and trust the staff of this clinic who are the best at their work. Thank you Florida Fertility Institute for everything.
My husband and I are patients of Dr. Sanchez. Because of him, we are proud parents of our miracle boy that was born earlier this year. Going through infertility is very challenging in more ways than one so it is important to have the best medical care in your corner. Dr Sanchez and his team will provide that. He is truly the best!
Kaitlyn started with very sarcastic comments and continued even after confronted. Please hire professional staff to greet patients. Dr Sanchez please contact me so we can discuss todays events. I encourage you to watch and listen to video you should have.1st Visit given generic receipt that FSA rejected. Used FSA to pay and was charged an extra feel. FSA stated this was a fraudulent charge and told me if it happend again they would lock my account.2nd visit, asked about the fee. I was told it was standard. I explained If you charge my card this fee again they will lock it. The front staff made a big deal and the office manager behaved OK, not great. Fee not charged. Asked for a FSA receipt for previous visits and was given a hard time (never received the receipt and was charged back out of pocket to FSA).3rd visit was asked to certify my sample was mine before a sample was given. I brought up 2024 JCAHO patient safety goals. Was treated like I was retarded and well we hope the sample you provided is yours, I hadnt given one yet. This practice leaves room for error and precertifying before the sample is given gives rise to the numerous errors of wrong samples being used across the country. Me trying to ensure I certified my actual sample was a problem.4th visit watch your entryway video. The Office managers behavior and confrontation over a form (why.... Im not sure because of filled it out and didnt say a word about it) was just over the top.I think this is a great program being damaged by your front office, please contact me so we can discuss.
SCAM SCAM SCAM! This place will bill and commit insurance fraud. Found out from insurance after a year we were over charged by thousands. When we called to question it they magically had over $2000 in credit for us. When we asked why they didn’t call to tell us they said it was not their job. We asked for itemized bills for over a year now to try to see if there is more and ever time we talk to them we get excuses and the office manager is never available. Filed a complaint with the BBB and they refused to talk to the BBB. Stay away at all costs. This is a terribly run clinic and only in it for the money. Also found out from another clinic that this office did treatments when levels were not correct for procedures. They don’t know what they are doing here and you are just another pay day for them.
After many, many trials, we are finally pregnant :) expecting our first child this year. The Doctors, Nurses and staff were all helpful, professional and respectful. Yes the price tag for the process is up there, however, the positive pregnancy test and the progression of life is priceless. We cant wait to welcome our newest member of our family. Best of hope to all who are thinking of starting the process, going through the process, and who have had many trials.
Our infertility experience has had so many shocking twists and turns, but we can’t say enough how we love Dr. Sanchez, Rachel and the whole team. Our journey has been so hard, but they have never made us feel anything less than exceptionally cared for. Everyone has always treated with us with such sensitivity and kindness. They are true PROFESSIONALS at what they do. Thank you for everything FFI.
My husband and I welcomed our IVF rainbow baby boy into this world on 7/13/24, after 2 IUI attempts, 2 cycles of IVF, and then ultimately a successful transfer. We thankfully had Progeny fertility insurance that completely managed our prior authorization and billing, thereby eliminating many of the frustrations that come with fertility treatment. In the end, we could not be more grateful to Dr. Sanchez, Dr. Fonticiella and the team for assisting us on this very challenging and emotional journey.
We had the best experience working with the exceptional team at Florida Fertility Institute. Dr. Mark Sanchez and our incredible staff of nurses, techs, and other staff were informative, supportive partners throughout our journey. Were expecting our first child this August and couldnt be happier.
I absolutely love this place. From the front desk receptionist, to the urea, techs and doctors- this has been such a great experience.FL fertility is a place that makes you feel comfortable in the uncomfortable and normal in the “not normal” when one might feel going to a fertility clinic. I highly recommend them for your family planning needs!
I had went to this clinic with my husband back in 2022 I believe. We worked with Dr. Sanchez. The whole process was one of the most traumatic experiences in my life. I was gaslit about my own personal experience at every stage. I asked them about the pain I would experience during the HSG, because my sister went through the same thing at a different clinic and had excruciating pain, they told me I shouldnt experience any unless something was wrong. Well, my pain was also the most excruciating pain I had in my life. When we did the first IUI, I KNEW I had ovulated right before I took the trigger shot and had let them know. They didnt believe me and said how could you know without a test? Um, because I know my own body and how it works?!!! Also the shot made me feel extreme rage. I let my insurances infertility advocate know and she let the clinic know, and after finding out, which I know would work, that I wasnt pregnant and we went back in to see the doctor. He pretty much yelled at me that he was going to call the police and said I was mentally ill and needed therapy. I went to my car in tears and couldnt believe another human being would treat me that awful and discount my experience with the medication. I had researched that other women have indeed experienced the same with this medication and I wasnt the only one. I would never go back to this clinic. Also, they didnt do enough to investigate my husbands infertility issues. I already know my husband had low volume and a low count. His twin brother has issues with reverse ejac, which I let them know. The amount they used for my IUI was only 10,000. They asked if I wanted to skip the procedure, but I was already there, and my goal was IVF anyways. But it didnt work of course.
Deborah Martin, A.P.R.N. is a top tier medical professional with a level of compassion and empathy I have never experienced in a medical practice before. She thoroughly reviews your history before meeting with you and spends as much time with the patient as possible to discuss whatever topics the patient brings up. While getting my blood drawn after my appointment with a nurse, she knew I have a history of fainting and she came into the room to keep me company and make me feel comfortable. I would recommend Deborah Martin, A.P.R.N. to all of my friends.
Due in April with our first via IVF. Incredibly grateful for the amazing team at Florida Fertility. We had such a positive experience and felt extremely taken care of by the doctors and nurses. Thank you for making family planning a possibility, we are so incredibly grateful!
We cannot say enough good things about Dr. Sanchez and his staff. Dr Sanchez takes his time explaining the whole process in a very simple way to understand . He does not sugar coat anything which i appreciated. He has a great sense of humor. You sense his passion which is impressive in combination with his experience. As someone in the trans community I went through egg retrieval and we transferred to my wife. The staff made me feel extremely comfortable with an already uncomfortable setting. They truly made it a pleasant experience . Communication with the IVF team is top notch. Rachel is a gem of a human with a vibrant personality. She put up with my wife and I never ending questions . Our first IVF cycle took and my wife is due with our miracle baby in December .
Our journey with Florida Fertility Institute began in 2019 after the clinic was recommended by the OB practice I was with at that time. We met both Dr. Sanchez and Dr. Zbella who took us through the possible scenarios leading to a healthy pregnancy. After some tests it was discovered that I needed a tube removal. Dr. Sanchez performed the surgery and did an excellent job. After that we proceeded with retrieval and FET. Our first baby was born in 2020. We returned to them in 2022 ready for another transfer which was successful again. Our second baby was born earlier this year and our family is now complete. We’re forever grateful to Dr. Sanchez, Dr. Zbella, Andrea, Charlie, Gayle, Rachel and to the absolute gem, Mandy. Back in 2019 after receiving the news that I needed a tubal removal, I broke into tears. Mandy gave me the biggest hug and said: “We can fix this”. That moment has stayed with me throughout the years and I think of it often.
Love everyone there. Especially Gail there was never a question I could not ask her. She was like family and made me feel comfortable with all decisions my husband and I needed to make. I would recommend them for all your future family planning needs. I see negative reviews however this process is not for the thin skinned. No one at the office was ever rude and was always compassionate towards me. My daughter will be born in July because of Dr.Sanchez. I was sad to leave them.
They are very good in what they do. Right from the front office to IVF coordinator Rachel, and Dr.Mark are really great and helped us to go thru the phase in much smooth tension free manner. I truly wish all those who step into this Florida Fertility institute get 100% success.
I couldnt recommend them enough! The staff is great, always kind. Theres never a long wait, and they get you in and out so you can still go to work. I have sent 8 different people here and theyve all had much success! Although, my fertility journey has been long, Ive had the smoothest process. Theyve answered every question Mandi and Rachael are my favorite!! But ALL the doctors are great and make you feel so comfortable. I will continue to recommend family and friends.
I never got to meet the doctor so this is aimed toward the office staff. It’s already an unfortunate experience to have to seek the help of a fertility doctor. An unkind receptionist just makes the whole process that much worse. I made an appointment for a consult. I was pleased to be able to get in so soon. I did not hear from the clinic about my appointment except for a text to confirm my appointment. We arranged childcare for our daughter and my husband and I rearranged our day to be there for this appointment. All of this just to find out that it would be $400 just for consult. Apparently our insurance doesn’t cover fertility. That’s fine. However, I was really upset that no one from this office told me of the price in advance. The receptionist had a big attitude with me and argued with me that she personally called me and spoke with me and informed me of the price prior to the appointment. She really mad me feel like I was being a problem. I wasn’t expecting any exceptions to be made for me or anything but when I expressed my frustrations about not being notified, she was very combative and rude. I told her to cancel my appointment and turned around and left. This is not about the $400. If I had expected it, I would’ve planned for it. Honestly, you would think that their staff would be extra compassionate considering the circumstances people are in to be in a fertility clinic. I really hope the doctors at this clinic see this and how their staff treats their patients. When we reconsider fertility, it won’t be at this clinic purely because of the office staff. I was pretty bummed because I was really looking forward to working with Dr. Sanchez as I heard great things.
Dr. Sanchez and his staff are amazing! They were helpful and informative from the beginning. My husband and I had to go through IVF for our second child they made the process easy and answered any and all questions I had throughout. We ended up only having 1 good embryo at the end for implantation and I am happy to say we are now 11 weeks pregnant with a baby boy! We could not be happier with the entire staff and experience! Highly recommend for anyone having trouble conceiving.
Dr. Sanchez did our surgery for us. He is friggin AWESOME!!! His staff is friggin AWESOME!!! I was at a toss up between two facilities only because one was closer than the other. I am so glad I drove the two hours to get there. We did not meet ONE person who made us get the feeling we are bothering them.My hubby laughed so hard at Dr. Sanchezs surgical hat..... it had the womans reproductive parts on it. ***We died laughing***We are now 2 months after surgery and once ovulation test down ANNNNNND pregnant!!!!!My OBGYN said he is amazed at how light and small the scar is. He said it will soon fade into a little white line and not even be seen.***********************BOTTOM LINE***************************IF YOU WANT AN EGGCELLENT (LOL) PERFORMANCE --- GO HERE.I DID NOT GET TO MEET HIS PARTNER, BUT I AM ALMOST POSITIVE AFTER MEETING DR. S, HIS PARTNER WILL BE UP TO PAR.... HE DOESNT SEEM THE TYPE TO HAVE HIS NAME ON BAD WORK.
This place is like pulling teeth to get a call back or any info from them. We went in 3 weeks ago, paid $400+ for a consult and they told us someone would call us same day with results. It’s been 3 weeks and we still don’t have results. Reception is not helpful and insanely frustrating every time I call. We basically threw $400 down the drain and delayed my husbands cancer treatment for nothing.
I would recommend this clinic to anyone suffering infertility. My husband and I felt listened to and truly cared for. If we had a negative outcome, more research was done until we became pregnant and were able to successfully carry the pregnancy. I made a special connection with the ultrasound tech Tammy as well. Gail and Rachel also were responsive, kind and answered every question we had (even if we had asked it before). This is a great place to assist you in your journey to becoming a parent.
Dr Sanchez is truly amazing. I went to him for my PCOS to come up with a game plan for how to best treat it. He gave me options, explained things in a way I understand and listened to me. I am so glad I found Dr Sanchez! The office staff is very kind as well. Highly recommend Florida Fertility Institute and Dr Sanchez!
Seeking for help to conceive a baby involves a lot of mix emotions. I remember when I had my first consult with Dr. Sanchez I was so scared to get my hopes up, to go through the cost and extensive treatment of ivf that I wasn’t really sure if I wanted to go for it or not. But after months of thinking and dealing with my feelings, my husband and I decided to go for it. We went through ivf and got pregnant on the first try. We now have a beautiful baby boy. Definitely a place I will always recommend and the staff is great! Gail was always there to answer all my questions, she definitely made the entire process a positive experience and Tammy was amazing as well.
Ive been a patient since I was in my 20s. They performed two surgeries on me over the years. I recently transitioned to new insurance, which they do not accept. I was told not to worry, that they would do an exam for $100 cash. I went for my annual, asked if they could check for a uti while I was there. They wanted to do a scan (another $100 cash), and asked me if I wanted them to do an exam while I was there. I thought I was there for that all along. When leaving, I was told I should find another gyn to perform my annual exams. Guess I wont be going back. Its not the same place since Dr Zbella retired. Very disappointed and confused.
Dr. Sanchez and his staff are amazing. Dr. and the nurses are very helpful throughout the process. It was a struggle in the beginning when I didnt get a positive result the first try but with patience and support from the Dr and the nurses, everything worked out for the best. Today my son is one week old! I feel so blessed and it was all thanks to Dr. Sanchez.I understand that it may be expensive, but in the end it is worth it.
I wanted to share my journey with this office. A year ago my old ob told me I couldnt have kids due to low amh ect. I was told to seek help if I wanted to be a parent. I seeked out help from Dr Sanchez and pretty much he explained everything to me and we made a plan to get me pregnant. It took four tries of iui and may of 2022 I got pregnant not with one baby but with twins. I honestly was lost and almost given up hope of ever becoming a mom but dr Sanchez helped me achieve that. Thank you!!
I literally don’t even know where to start. I have never in my life experienced such an amazing staff who are there for you from start to finish. I know I can be a needy patient, and they don’t make me feel bad for calling every other day with questions. Dr. Sanchez is incredible, Charlie, Vanessa, Andrea, Stephanie, and I’m sure I’ve left out other names. But I can’t say enough about this staff. They are so careful when it comes to treatment/protocol and hear your concerns thoroughly. I can’t thank the staff enough for my exceptional treatment so far and highly recommend this clinic!
I am very thankful for the staff at this clinic! They are respectful and helpful and take your questions and concerns seriously. I had multiple questions today and called and spoke with Mandy, one of the nurses, who was so gracious in either answering my questions herself or getting the doctors input and getting back with me so quickly! I feel like other offices dont allow you to call in with questions I am just really thankful for their professionalism and care for their patients. Thank you Mandy, Dr Sanchez and Florida Fertility Institute for helping me feel heard and well cared for!
My wife and I spent the last six months working with this clinic. At first everything seemed great. They were able to get us in quickly, do our IUI procedure etc. After finding out we were pregnant we did routine blood tests. Our first ultrasound showed a gestational sac measuring a week behind. The second round of tests showed my progesterone levels dropping. We requested more blood work to keep an eye on it. The clinic deemed it unnecessary. We got blood work done with my primary care which showed decreasing HCG and progesterone (indicating miscarriage). I called the clinic with these results and to tell them I had begun bleeding. They said they could not trust the results and just wait until your next appointment. At our next appointment I was treated for a miscarriage. The tech, Tammy, was cold and said it didnt grow, so, its not good. After recovering from the miscarriage we did another IUI. Each time we came into the office Tammy was always cold and borderline rude. My wife was not allowed in the cycle scan, but was for pregnancy ultrasound which is in the same exam room. I was not allowed to call my wife or take pictures of the follicles, which we were allowed to do our first cycle scan.We joined the Femaseed study for our next two cycles. The medical research team was super informative and helpful throughout our process with them. Our last two IUI procedures were similar to our second one. We called to speak to the doctor or nurse about our timing for IUI. Based on our process we thought maybe thats why it was not working. The doctors and nurses would not listen or even consider changing any of the procedures even though we were concerned about missing our window. We decided we would try another home insemination along with IUI in office to help increase our chances, since the office could not get us in during the time frame we wanted (24 hours after trigger). When we called to arrange picking up our sperm, Stephanie scoffed saying that the doctor had to sign off on release of our sperm, that we own. Amazingly, when they called back after talking to the doctor they were able to magically get us in that afternoon. In approaching time to consider IVF we had a consultation with Dr. Fonticiella. She was very informative regarding the entire process. We wanted second opinions so had consultations at two other clinics. When requesting to have our records sent we got the run around. There were constant excuses regarding copying and emailing. I sent a request on Tuesday morning the week of Thanksgiving. I was told they would not get the records out to the one clinic until the following Wednesday. I followed up with that clinic, they still have not received our records. I put in another request last Thursday for records and was assured it was sent that same morning. I called today and spoke to Stephanie, who scoffed and told us the records were sent (she sent them herself). I also heard another staff member in the background scream YES we did. I patiently told them the other clinic didnt receive them and asked if they could resend. Once again she scoffed and rudely said Not today I cant. So... they never made digital copies of the records? I doubt the clinic will ever get all the records they need.Overall, it has not been a great experience. With the amount of money weve spent working with this clinic its disheartening that we feel unheard, unimportant, and that we are clueless when it comes to my body and the process of fertility.I called the clinic manager to express these issues and she hasnt returned my call.
Dr. Sanchez is terrific. He is very knowledgeable , sensitive, and informative… I immediately felt at ease – and felt confident in my receiving expert medical care. Staff was great too especially Tammy. I walked away, very impressed w. the overall experience. HIGHLY recommend.Dr. Sanchez is a great doctor! He’s very understanding and listens to your concerns. He takes time with the patient to help them with their health issues! I highly recommend him to anyone.Dannibel
Dr. Sanchez and his staff are fantastic!! My husband and I always felt comfortable with the care we received. Mandy, Dr. Sanchezs Nurse, is GREAT!! She responses to my phone messages quickly and always answers all of my questions. Thank you to Dr. Sanchez, my husband and I had a baby girl. Love Florida Fertility Institute!! I highly recommend them!
I had really a not great experience with this office. My doctor was Dr. Fonticiella, who seemed nice enough. It wasn’t really a discussion as to how we’d work together though, but rather a statement of how things will proceed. They wanted to skip right to HSG and then when I asked about to possibility of pelvic ultrasound, the tech stated, “if you don’t want to do the HSG you’ll have to sign a refusal of service” even when I requested an appointment to discuss with the doctor. The tech also could not find a vein and I had to go to Labcorp, who had no issue other than most of my available veins had been poked through before getting there. The billing person also didn’t know what my copay would be for my insurance when I tried to pay it on my way out, and there was no billing discussion as a function of onboarding as a patient.Overall, would it recommend Florida Fertility Institute. I am seeing a different specialist now as we moved to a different state, and it is honestly night and day by comparison.
Had a great experience at the Florida Fertility Institute. I initially met with Dr. Sanchez; he had a theory as to why I could not get pregnant (I had 2 other consultations at other fertility clinics and they disagreed with this theory). I did my own research and thought his theory was plausible so I decided to continue my fertility journey with his office. The staff is pleasant and knowledgeable, the office is clean, and since its a smaller practice, you dont feel like another number. You get more of a personalized experience. There were some things that can be improved on but overall, I was satisfied. Today I have a beautiful and healthy baby boy. I could not be happier!!
I did an egg donation with them and they were amazing from start to finish! The office staff was great with returning my calls and and answering my questions and made me comfortable and Dr Sanchez did as well! I hope the woman I donated to got her baby!!!!! It was such a rewarding experience to get to do that for someone ❤ I couldnt imagine life without my kids. Every woman should experience that if they want children. I hope all of you get your babies!!!!!! I wish I werent too old to do it now. Id do it a million times more without a second thought!
Dr. Sanchez is an absolutely amazing doctor who has blessed us with the opportunity of being parents to a beautiful baby boy. Dr. Sanchez is kind, patience, knowledgeable, compassionate, understanding and full of personality which made things less stressful during the IVF process. We are so thankful to him and his staff for everything they have done for us.
This is review is directed at the process not the staff. The staff was all very nice and I felt did their jobs wonderful. The problem here is the process for fertility treatment. When I 1st met with the Dr he took out a piece of paper and wrote a million different ways it could be my fault as a woman and filled the entire sheet of paper, and at the very bottom of the paper wrote possibly a male issue. He never asked if we had done testing prior, which we did so we already knew it was a male factor...Then as for treatment of an IUI they have limited hours. The Dr told me that you just need to figure it out if you want to get pregnant and if anything falls on the weekend then essentially too bad. They do timed relations and hope for the best. The entire process is not done with proper monitoring of your follicles either. They do 1 ultrasound and pick a date and dont check prior to doing the injection to see if the follicle did actually grow to the maturity needed. I met w someone at shady grove, which my OB recommended. The process is much more fact and medically driven, not just a guess, pump with hormones, and hope. They will also do treatment over the weekend since there is no way to garuntee your follicles are ready M-F. What is upsetting is my insurance only covers 3 IUIs and I already did two unsuccessful treatments w Florida Fertility. Maybe it was done at the right time, but there is no way to tell based on the process and protocol they use. With Shady Grove the process to get started is long and even could push you off a month from starting but it is so worth it to have it done right. I wasted 7 months with Florida Fertility and now I feel confident that at least I know I have the best chance no matter what the outcome. Thank you Tammy and Mandy for always being kind and doing a good job with the protocol you are given.
I had my tubal reversal surgery yesterday with Dr. Sanchez at Countryside Surgical Center. Dr. Sanchez was very professional and explained everything in detail. He seemed caring and made me feel so comfortable with the procedure. The surgery center was also wonderful. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and confidence! I couldnt be more pleased with my experience! Thank you!
I had a tubal ligation surgery in 2004 after having a child in 2001. In early March 2018, Dr. Zbella and Staff did a wonderful job from start to finish of my tubal ligation reversal. Everything went smoothly and was straight forward. I drove approximately 4 hours to their facility to use their services after doing quite a bit of research on various surgeons. They did work with me on not having to have prior in-person visits at their office prior to the procedure due to the fact that we were traveling a little ways to see them. Our first in person visit was at the surgery center. This was very good for us because it would have been difficult making several trips of that distance. The surgery was successful. I have had a total of five pregnancies now to date (May 2020) in the two year time period since my reversal surgery. I am of older maternal age (39 years old) and I am assuming that my miscarriages have come from egg quality due to my age. But I can assure you that the miscarriages are unrelated to the reversal surgery itself. My first pregnancy post surgery was in May of 2018. We have a beautiful baby boy born in August 2019 and again now 20 weeks pregnant, due on 10/8/20 with a baby girl. We feel very blessed by all of our babies. Dr. Zbella and Staff have my recommendation for tubal ligation reversal surgery. I wish all the women good luck and lots of baby dust in their endeavors of having (more) children after reversal.
I love Florida Fertility Institute. We received wonderful care with Dr. Sanchez and our entire ivf team. He diagnosed a male factor problem in my spouse that our previous Dr. did not. With that and my PCOS is why for 2-3 years we had no luck getting pregnant by ourselves. We started ivf in October and now 5 months later I’m 13 weeks pregnant with our first child. I know everyone’s story/circumstances will be different. I truly believe and trust in Dr. Sanchez’s knowledge in reproductive endocrinology and infertility.
I must say Im very thankful to Dr Sanchez and the staff, Samantha in the office to my nurse Mandy. Im happy to announce that after my reversal March 9th 2018 Im 6 weeks pregnant. The whole experience was exceptional, I have no complaints what so ever. Forever grateful 💞💞💞💞
Dr. Sanchez and the staff here are wonderful. After 3 years of struggling with infertility that my previous doctor kept disregarding, Dr. Sanchez quickly found out what was going on and within a few months of starting to see him, we had a successful IVF cycle and now have a beautiful baby boy! I can’t recommend Florida Fertility Institute highly enough!
I totally recommend this clinic. They were amazing to me and my husband. We initially went there for a research study and now we have a previous girl almost two. Dr Sanchez is very understanding. He was very honest to us since beginning. And Dr Zbella also very positive when he did the transfer.
I can tell you that everyone at Florida Fertility Institute is wonderful. I work in the medical field and can honestly say these are some of the nicest people I have encountered. Being a nervous wreck from the time of calling and setting up my consult to emailing and calling asking questions they probably have told me a bunch of times, they all have been compassionate and caring answering any questions I or my husband had. We had the tubal reversal in August 2019 and we just found out yesterday that the tubes were blocked with scar tissue. Super sad feeling, but we knew coming into this that was a possibility. Dr. Sanchez immediately consulted us for IVF right after the HSG and we didn’t have to wait and come back again. We will be starting our journey with IVF soon. Hopeful for a baby soon!
Thank you, thank you, thank you!! I was just diagnosed with cancer and heard I would need to start chemo soon. Im 30 years old, newly married and struggled with PCOS so we were already having infertility issues. The first thing that came to my mind was chemo causing permanent infertility.I contacted this office and they were able to rush me in as I had a short timeframe to work with. I felt they understood the urgency and I truly felt like I was in good hands throughout the entire process. We ended up harvesting my eggs for when Im done with my treatments. Charlie was AMAZING and was always so helpful. Dr Sanchez has wonderful bedside manor. I highly recommend!!
I had a great experience here. Everyone was so nice with little wait times. I had the HSG procedure done and currently 3 months pregnant! Thanks to the Doctors for making it possible.
Dr. Zbella did my surgery on Nov 10th. The surgery went great. I did not have as much pain as I thought I would. My husband and I are deeply grateful for Dr.Zbella. He made us very comfortable. Dr. Zbella explained everything to us and is very talented and knowledgeable at what he does. I also want to say that to the wonderful staff he has. Samantha is absolutely amazing. She was very understanding of our situation. Mandy was also great. Everyone always kept in contact with me. I wish there was more then 5 stars to give. I would recommend Dr.Zbella and is staff to anyone wanting to get a tubal reversal. Amazing people. I will update when we get pregnant!!
Words can’t describe how grateful and happy my husband I are today. When I was told I couldn’t get pregnant on my own and we had to go through the IVF I was devastated, I though my life was over and I never get to experience of being pregnant and even being a mom. My husband I are one of the lucky ones, we had health insurance that covered IVF but honestly after our initial visit and talking to Dr. Sanchez we both agreed that we would do anything to go through the process. From the day 1 to the day I had my first and last ultrasound at the clinic because I was pregnant we had nothing but the best experience every. Charlie is an angel, poor thing was my on call nurse. Every time I had a freak out she would FaceTime me and calm me down and walk me through the process over and over. Andrea was our PA and she help with out retrieval and transfer. Super nice and personable. My three main guys my dr who made this dream come true were dr Sanchez zabela and of course our one and only Seth the embryologist. He was the one who made my baby. After finding out I was pregnant at 39 weeks we had the most beautiful and health baby boy. He is 9 months old and I can’t imaging my world without him. I can’t repay my gratitude to Florida fertility clinic ever, they made me believe impossible was possible and made it reality for us. I absolutely love the experience we had and I wanted to share our successful store for those who have lost the faith and given up. It is possible, The science has advanced and almost nothing is imposing nowadays, of course have the right providers is the key and everyone in this clinic made this miracle happen for us.Thank you everyone from the bottom of my heart.Teona Jovan and baby Mateo:-)
Switched to this clinic from my previous clinic due to insurance change. The transition couldnt have gone any smoother. They helped the coordination of having my embryos transferred to their clinic. I had all my pre testing done within a couple of months and we got my FET scheduled. I am currently 8 weeks, 2 days pregnant. Thank you for a stress free experience.
You will not find a better care than with The Florida Fertility Institute! The staff has treated us as family from the day of our first consultation, and I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Sanchez and Dr. Zabella. Every single member of this practice has made our journey with infertility as positive as we could’ve ever imagined. We transferred to Florida Fertility Institute after several unsuccessful procedures with Reproductive Medicine Group, and conceived on our first attempt at IVF with the help of Dr. Sanchez and his unmatchable expertise. Before becoming a patient here we were so used to being treated as a number and not a human. Florida Fertility Institute went above and beyond to ease our concerns and to promptly answer any questions that we had during treatment.Infertility has been the most challenging experience of my life, and becoming a patient of this clinic was the best decision I could’ve made.
I can do nothing but praise Dr. Zbella, Samantha and Mandy.First off, every other tubal reversal company had an issue with my weight. Wouldn’t schedule or even let me begin to pay before I got to a certain weight.I contacted Dr. Zbella’s office and Samantha was nothing but courteous ‼️ I thank God for her.I was able to pay for my surgery over time and on November 2, 2018 I had my tubal reversal done. And 7 months later, we are PREGNANT ‼️‼️‼️Anytime I had a question Mandy was there to answer! I appreciate you all‼️Thank you for making the impossible POSSIBLE ‼️‼️‼️
Me and my wife started seeing dr zbella for Ivf due to my wife’s tubes being blocked. We lived in Georgia at the time but were recommended to him after our last dr wasn’t working out. This Ivf clinic was seriously some of the best people I could’ve hoped for, for my wife’s cycle. Charlie was nothing short of patient and compassionate. They were always on top of my ultrasounds and blood work making sure everything went smoothly. My wife successfully conceived our first cycle but even if she wouldn’t have I wouldn’t change my answer on this office. Dr. Zbella was also very informative and took his time going through everything thoroughly to start our cycle and we can’t wait to start the next cycle for baby #2 next year with them.
My experience with nurse practitioner Deborah Martin was the worst I have ever experienced in my life. Although I never reported her I should of. She was cold and very insensitive about my situation plus had the nerve to say I had an STD without having any results back. How did she come to that conclusion is beyond me because I have never had an STD and have been with my husband for 21 years, which by the way it came back negative. On top of having infertility issues you go to these people and all you want is for them to treat you with a little compassion. She was rude, insensitive and so bitter. I am proud I finally got to speak up and rate this person whom should NOT be practicing any type of medicine. She should find a different job if she cannot treat people with respect and dignity. Or better yet just retire, she doesn’t contribute anything nice to this world.
Dr. Sanchez and the staff there are Amazing! They are all very kind hearted, and always there for you 24/7(literally). Over the past four months while I have been undergoing IVF, the staff has become like a second family. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
Dr. Zbella is a very knowledgeable doctor and although he is very straight forward with describing your care and diagnosis, I would rather that than him pandering around trying to sugar coat it. His partner is also very intelligent but Ive had little interaction with him. Overall, Ive never had an issue in the near 2 years Ive been going to their practice. I would suggest them for any woman whos looking for help with their fertility or ailment.
After over a year of TTC, my husband and I decided to seek a specialist to get some answers. Dr. Sanchez and his team made a really personal and stressful experience that has been going on in our lives seem easy and common. They ran some tests on both of us then determined IUI would be our best option. The second IUI worked for us and we are expecting a little girl in April!! Thank you Dr. Sanchez, Mandy, the ultrasound tech who is the sweetest and I can’t remember her name and Stephanie for making me feel welcomed and comfortable! I would strongly recommend Fl Fertility Institute to any of my friends and family, they were amazing! Thank you all!
Met with the doctor once and received a phone call that the doctor has no interest in meeting me for a second visit. I called back 2x to find out why. But I could never land an appointment with him. I am assuming because it was advanced age.38. If that were the case then tell me. So I kindly asked them for my records to move to another doctor and nothing, not once, twice, but three times. I went into the office to request it a fourth time filled out paperwork and never received it again . Its just frustrating that this is a delicate matter and all I want are my medical records and bloodwork to submit to my new doctor and Im ignored. I ended up at USF health and was treated with respect and now Im pregnant. All I have to say is research these doctors before using their services . Wasted my time and money. Have some respect is all I ask .
I attended this clinic for the purpose of having ivf through a military office but needed testing the doctor told me that I qualified for a clinical trial he then told me I needed to get a saline sonogram from the other practicing office which then provided the sonogram and miss diagnosed me eliminating me from the clinical trial I am now in the process of IVF and have to get my diagnosis redone quickly by another clinic this clinic is not responding to my emails or phone calls or taking accountability for what they did wrong Kama these 2 doctors do not communicate well and within each other. I have have a successful IVF and hopefully a second one upcoming but I would never use as clinic
I had my procedure scheduled for quite some time. They answered all of my questions and while I was there the care was great from the doctor to the nurses! Thank you for allowing this to be a possibility for my family.
I can’t speak highly enough of Dr. Zbella. 31 plus years ago I was a patient of Dr. Zbella. After a few years of treatment, my Hubby and I became PROUD parents of a PERFECT G.I.F.T baby boy. There hasnt been a day that goes by that I’m not thankful for Dr. Zbella for giving me my wonderful son. I highly recommend FFI and Dr. Zbella without reservation. Thank you for completing our family.
Very disappointed made an appointment for the Tampa location it was then changed to McMullen booth location. Walked in waited kn lobby for 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged that we were there. Asked questions and the lack of knowledge and professionalism the was provided was awful....Never knew Botox and IVF were in the same category. Was turned off as soon as I seen that my possible IVF Drs office was more focused on MedSpa services than IVF. Would not spend thousands of dollars on IVF in an office with an unprofessional rude staff!!! Not sure if the dr is great or not bc we never got a chance to meet them!
Had my reversal done By M. Sanchez everyone was very kind to me and explain alot of things to me before surgery, how ever after surgery noone told me anything just said it was successful . I had to call back mnths later to ask for info on my tubes ... But I still had a wonderful experience with the staff!!!
Never never never recommend this place..I recently had very bad experience with this institute. Starts with receptionist Stephanie who is very rude, I think she has physic problem. When talk about Dr.Zabela, he has no knowledge and he never have answers for any question i ask.i asked him couple of questions and he said ‘too many questions, I can’t answer them’. Even when his nurse was trying to help me he scold her front of me. When I told him I don’t want to perform IUI since I had cyst on my ovary. So he sent a letter stating that ‘Dr Zabela refuse to do your treatment anymore’. Overall very bad experience, they are just there to make money. Since I refused to perform IUI so they sent letter because they did not make money out of me. When I went first time I was thinking, why this lady sitting at front desk is so rude but now I understand rude doctor can hire rude staff only. Zabela has no knowledge, don’t waste your time and money here.
My experience with Dr Zbella was good and I was treated very well. Just I didn’t get pregnant it’s over a year. I guess it just wasn’t meant for me. Congratulations to the rest who did get pregnant.
They wanted me to sign an arbitration agreement and then give them my credit card information. I refused and was told i couldnt be seen. I totally understand credit card when a lot of people dont pay their medical bills but to show me an arbitration agreement that shows you have no faith in your practice and then ask for my credit card info? Most identity theft is due to poor practices at medical facilities. Plus Doctors have malpractice insurance what in the world are you doing wrong that you need a arbitration agreement? dont go there and dont ever sign an arbitration agreement when it comes to your body.
The best fertility experts in Florida. I drive 2hrs to their Clearwater office and its been worth it every trip. I have tried other REs in central and North Florida but because of their care, I have a beautiful son. Going back again for an FET. Thank you Dr. Sanchez, Dr. Zebella and Seth!
Dr. Sanchez is amazing! Thoroughly explained everything to me and took time to make sure I understood. Ive searched for years for a doctor to care and help my with my PCOS and he has been a miracle!
Great experience beginning to end for our first IVF round! We were successful & looking forward to another round of IVF for our next baby.
COMPLETE DISAPPOINTMENT & WASTE OF TIME!!!1.The receptionist (Summer) was rude never greeted us2. The receptionist (Summer) had no knowledge of anything every question I asked she couldnt answe3. Waited over an hour and still didnt getto have the consultation4. They wanted us to pay for the consultation ahead of time which was fine was they charge a 2% charge fee which we were never told about until it was time to pay and the receptionist (Summer) response was that every merchant is doing it5. They are totally unorganized6. After waiting so long we decided to reschedule at which we told the receptionist (Summer) that they need to be a little bit more professional at which she responded by SUCKING HER TEETH and saying PLEASE.7. When we called to speak to the manager (Vanessa) she brushed it off and didnt even apologizeI dont believe it to much to ask for to greeted with kindness and treated with respect!!!
Complete waste of my time, energy and emotions. My first consult he explains what they do and what the plan is. Which is actually one step, and then RIGHT INTO artificial insemination, claiming Which doesnt cost TOO much. Not lets try this, this, then this, then last resort. NOPE- right to it. They said I had blood drawn that day, which I dont remember. Maybe I forgot I because I NEVER GOT MY RESULTS SENT TO MY PCG or any other information about my results passed to ME. After the first (actual) test that I remember being apart of, I was told Looks good. Husband got tested, got a VOICEMAIL.. No not an actual conversations where questions can be asked, a voicemail saying His test came back good, good bye No, please call for a follow-up to the next step nothing. I thought we were good to go and not trying hard enough. But nooooo, I call back a few months later and they tell me I was PRESCRIBED MEDICATION AND SHOULD HAVE BEEN TAKING IT AND DOING OTHER TESTS THIS WHOLE TIME. Well actually it was one cycle of this and then, you guess it! Right into expensive injections and artificial insemination. They refuse to admit they did something wrong like forgetting to actually call a patient and help them to the next step. No they just want their money and rush you right into expensive procedures. RUDE, UNORGANIZED, and UNPROFESSIONAL staff.
Debra Martin nurse practitioner is Wonderful she cares and watches out for you. She completely checks everything n finds out what you need ...better than my primary dr. Lol.... I would highly recommend her ...the best
Your mom! Wait...
Dr.Zbello is the Master, skilled and very knowledgeable. We are very thankful & blessed to have you perform my procedure and now we have a Beautiful Baby girl..This facility is the Best at what they Do.
I must say I was taken care of very well from Seth O`Gradney, he to me right away called a few days alter, told me the results via my Doctor. Can not say enough great things about them and Seth....... If you are looking at others palces to go this has to be the only stop you will need to make, Thank You DRC
The doctors and staff were wonderful to work with! We are so grateful for everything they did to give us the family we’ve always dreamed of!!
If you have the minimum knowledge about Fertility treatment you will stay away from this clinic.
Thanks Dr. Sanchez and the amazing job on my tubal reversal ❤️ It was one of the best decision that we made
Seth M. O’Gradney has been extremely knowledgeable and patient answering all my questions. I would highly recommend this company.
Very very expensive. They don’t seem to care about helping people- just being sure they get an outrageous amount of money. So glad I found someone else.
This place is not a Children’s factory it is a money’s factory and that is the only thing that matter to them. I do not recommend this place at all.
They really care about your needs,Highly recommended!!
Be prepared that their fee to just talk to the doctor is $400
Love them! We have a beautiful baby girl
Excellent doctors and staff!
Front desk was no help.
We went here for IUI which is an out of pocket expense. We did it 3x each time performing the transvaginal ultrasound prior so basically paid $3000 out of pocket with no success. Our sperm count was over 130 million each time with 95% motility. According to all the tests they ran, there should have been no reason that we didn’t get pregnant. But we noticed that they like to make you wait 2 hours plus from the time of sperm collection to the actual insemination which is the most important factor when it comes to IUI. According to all of the literature, success rates decline by 90% if the sperm sits 30 minutes after washing. It loses all viability. When we brought this to their attention they were totally dismissive. We are not going to waste any more time here. They make more money if they bring you back. They are not in it to help you, they are in it to make money and that is evident by their lack of accountability. They should start to guarantee their procedures.
