You have no cause to go here unless you work there or have a specific meeting since its not a public venue as is badge-controlled. Convenient location to 422 and the turnpike, as well as lots of surrounding stores and restaurants. Parking lots are a bit odd and fat from the building in the winter, but plenty of space for everyone.

I send payment and they return it and later say I am late. I called at 4:45 PM and they said in a recording they are open until 5 PM but they were currently closed. Call another time. Do they close whenever they feel like it?

This is the corporate center for quest diagnostics. These are the offices behind the main services where management, IT, billing and other teams work behind the scenes.
