I was able to get in right away (I got there a few minutes before they opened) without an appointment. Everyone was friendly and helpful, from the front desk staff to the aid and then the NP. The NP was careful to answer questions, explained things thoroughly and made me feel at ease.Docked one star for an East-facing waiting room with floor to ceiling windows and no shades. Sunlight filled every inch of the waiting room, and though they had two fans in the lobby, it was extremely hot in there at 8:00am.
I had a severe allergic reaction that I needed to be seen for fairly quick. Check in was super fast and easy, staff was very helpful and the Dr got me set up with a plan that included medicine and referrals to see an allergy specialist. I could not have asked for anything better. I highly recommend!
Fast and impressive! Best urgent care visit ever! Was able to book an appt online on my way there and complete all of the necessary paperwork online before arriving. Was seen on time. Receptionist was friendly and efficient, the nurse was efficient and helpful. The RNP Caitlyn was thorough and helpful explaining my condition and treatment. Thank you Stadium staff!
I came to this location about a week or so ago for an ear infection. I went to the other location first and they were very rude when I went to go to try to check in, so I decided to try the other location. Not to mention I heard some other patient talking about how rude their doctor was when they were walking out. Im glad I chose this location because my nurse Marlana was very nice and had great bedside manners. The provider was very nice too. I highly recommend this stadium over Nifong.
Wait time with a pre-check in appointment was half an hour. Assistant seemed overwhelmed. Nurse practitioner mentioned several options for treatment of a bacteria infection. Overall, wait was normal, personnel were all pleasant.
Traveling across country and being sick is no joke. Stopped in! Everyone was so attentive and so friendly. It was so nice to be able to go to a clinic while traveling and not knowing the area. And having the most amazing staff. Thanks again
One start for the receptionist because she tried. Anything after that is just UNACCEPTABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I had an appointment for DOT. Appointment was set just to get there and waited. Doors was locked after opening hours some male guy came out the door Looking Hung over saying that they were shorted of staff and wasn’t gonna be seen. Literally a waste of time.
Everyone was nice. Check in was easy. The receptionist and nurse did a great and thorough job. The provider I saw was very good. She diagnosed and explained everything. Told me what to watch for and said to go to the ER if I had any of the symptoms she mentioned.
I got in and out in an efficient manner. The staff was friendly and professional. The doctor diagnosed me and called in medication to the pharmacy. Today, I am feeling much better. Thank you Eileen
We got there last minute with a cut that needed stitches and everyone was extremely nice and professional. They all handled my daughter with care and had a great bedside manner!
Amazing service and fantastic bedside manners! So happy we were able to be seen in about 10 minutes and left feeling so much better.
This honestly was the best urgent care experience we’ve ever had. They were kind, caring and listened to all of my concerns and didn’t push unwanted testing. They trusted my instinct and we were able to get what we needed for my child. So thankful for their service.
👌 Individualized attention for your immediate health care needs ... Nurse Practitioner was very kind and explained the pros and cons of my poor toe situation..I highly recommend them for all your urgent care needs Plus easy parking!
The office staff do an efficient job, explaining how to fill out the paperwork. Also very nice and friendly. The Nurse is patient and knowledgeable about meds and getting you prepped for your exam. Next, the exam. Great people here Everytime Ive had to come it. Cheerful, great at explaining and creating a plan to help you. So far, I have always gotten well when following orders. Thank you.
Staff was friendly and facility was clean. I went in for an IV after having been sick for 3 days (vomiting and lots of trips to the bathroom). Was sent home with the advice to drink water and didn’t get an IV. I would have stayed at home had I known I wouldn’t get an IV.
The reception wasn’t good. The receptionist was my their phone and hasn’t very helpful. The nurses that helped me were great. Donna was so nice and made me feel at ease.
The staff is caring and diligent about taking care of your medical situation. Appreciate the service they provided.
Staff was super nice and made my daughter feel comfortable coming in for an X-ray.
I really like the staff they were very nice and Doctor Caitlyn was amazing as well thank you 😌
Worst experience ever Poor customer relations front desk person is not showing any compassion or professional manners. We left with out receiving any help; wasnt willing to assist us w the paperwork. Lost our business & I will worn others here in town. Normally I ONLY give good reviews. I have been a full time caregiver married to a doctor had my own business & this by far is the Worst Medical experience couldnt even get seen. A change needs to happen if you want your business to flourish.
My experience was absolutely fantastic, they took such good care of me, really I can’t even find the words to describe how lovely they treated me.
The wait time to see the nurse and Dr. Was a bit longer than I expected for something called Urgent Care, but tolerable.
Very nice and efficient. Make sure to make an online appointment before you go. This will make everything go smoothly!
Appointment delayed a hour - which game me time to head back to the office. Gentleman at the front desk, as was the NA and the Nurse.
We went to the location off of Stadium. Kesha was absolutely incredible with my toddler. She knew how to talk to her, she was encouraging, and offered stickers for being such a brave girl! I was highly impressed! We were in and out in 30 minutes and our appointment time was kept!
I called beforehand to see if they took my insurance and the receptionist was extremely helpful and friendly. The online check in was very convenient. There was a bit of a wait but not too bad. I went in for a tick bite and the doctor I saw was super friendly as well. She explained everything as she was doing it and was very thorough, as she saw there was a very tiny dot left behind after removing the tick and used a smaller tool to take care of it instead of ignoring it.
The doctor told me I’ve got Pokerus but told me it should go away within a couple days. Must have gotten it from a wild animal or something.
A wonderful clinic! Everyone was very friendly and kind. The front staff, Tonya, was very helpful getting me an appointment. The technician, Irene, was very knowledgeable and went to great lengths to help me get a copy of my X-Rays. My physician, Charolette, was extremely knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner. Overall I felt very taken care of and confident I got the best care possible.
Everything was great. It felt slow, but I know it was because I was uncomfortable. Everyone was very nice and professional. Thank you for your care!
It seemed long and boring waiting in the waiting room only one person back there taking care of patients. There is at least four patients in the waiting room and two in the back and the two hours that I spent there. But the doctor was nice and polite this job and he was thorough. Checked on me ask me questions not rude not hateful just nice and polite and you can he was doing the best you could
I made an appt for 11:30 and arrived 15 min early. There were 2 ladies in waiting room when I got there. They were running really behind. 1 lady had an appt and the other didnt. The one without an appt got called back before I did. I finally got in a room at 12:20. I will not be back!
Horrible service at the front desk. I got talked to like a child just for needing further explanation, and for making the receptionist take a couple of extra seconds to send me the paperwork link alternatively to the QR code scanner. Additionally I was denied any kind of basic check up without paying a ridiculous sum of minimum $160!
I went to this location today to see a doctor...was informed they didnt have one onsite and I wouldnt be able to get a much needed cortisone injection there. Website did not indicate they were only providing virtual visits... I could have done that from the comfort of my home!!! They then sent me to the Nifong location where they NEVER give cortisone injections. Left there too and Im now at a 3rd clinic, but not a Next Care. I did NOT feel like driving all over town today. Will NEVER use or recommend them. EVER. Very poor customer service.
I dont have insurance so they sold me a care package which wasnt a big deal. Then after the NP saw me she said I needed to go to the ER because they didnt have equipment to do any testing. Of course the care package doesnt cover that. No fault of the employees but Im beginning to think all urgent care centers are almost no help at all
Hardly any wait. Receptionist was extremely friendly. Easy check-in process. Nurse was great. Dr. was also great. She thoroughly answered all of my questions. An overall chill environment.
Urgent care when its convenient for you? My daughter is a student at Mizzou and a long way from home. She arrived at your clinic this evening 30 minutes before your closing time, but you send her away because its too close to closing? If you close before the close why not state that you close at 730?Pretty frustrating from a customer standpoint. I hope the extra 15 minutes you saved made a difference in your life, because it made a difference in your reputation.
Bree, Nesha, and Melissa were incredible. Made me feel super comfortable and we’re so attentive to my issue. Great listeners and not like other clinics that dismiss your concerns. Great staff and great medical care.
Visit was great! Went very fast only took 30 minutes .
Had an appointment at 3:00pm and did not get called back to a room until 5:00pm. They sent text message updates to remind me of my appointment a couple of times that day, so I wish when they did that, they could have said they were running behind 2 hours because I could have waited at home! They had no staff because all were sick with what everyone else has, so they could not help but be behind, just would have loved a heads up.
The staff were very attentive and made sure I was comfortable!
I had a great experience at this NextCare. The only issue came up with their online system not working adequately which was a little upsetting but the people there were amazing. Tonya at the desk was super helpful when I was having difficulties. Nesha was kind and funny and made me feel welcome when she brought me back to the examination room. She was thorough and she made sure that I was not only comfortable but her energy and kindness lifted my spirits when I was feeling a bit down. Charolotte was amazing and she saw me as quickly as possible and got me a diagnosis and medication within a short amount of time. All in all it was a great experience and I would definitely go see them again.
It was a long wait but heck, everyone is sick these days. Staff was excellent! The doctor was very personable and checked my son over carefully and gave us some follow-up info. I highly recommend this location!🥰
Good grief they were so kind and professional and patient. Made me and my daughter (4) smile and feel so comfortable. Thanks for listening to my concerns and for helping me! ◡̈
The staff is ok but the fact that the actual collecting fee is different from what is advertised is stupid. Not only is the fee different but if you use a check theyll charge you twice. I now have to file a dispute with my bank because this outfit are a bunch of thieves
The nurse was really kind and caring (unfortunately, I didn’t get her name). However, both doctor and receptionist were very rude, wouldn’t recommend coming here.
So frustrating, called and couldnt get through after on hold for a good while, their own website said appointments were all taken but we COULD walk in. Drove an hour to get there and were turned away.
If I could give a negative star, I would. Worst patient care I have ever experienced at any health facility.I scheduled an appointment online and wait time was relatively short. My symptoms were a sore throat and inflamed lymph nodes. When seen by the provider my throat was not examined at all. They did an immediate COVID and flu test. The flu came back positive. I asked about strep throat and the provider said they didn’t run that test because it’s highly unlikely that I would have both at the same time. The provider suggested that I gargle warm salt water.I asked them to do the test anyway, getting in response “I don’t think that’s necessary.” Previously working in healthcare, if a patient has a specific request about their personal medical care, you honor that request. No patient should have to beg for any type of medical test or examination at an urgent care health facility. After repeated requests, the test was ran. I, in fact, had strep throat in addition to the flu. They prescribed medication and I confirmed the pharmacy. The provider walked me to the exit and I went to the front desk to receive my discharge paperwork and doctor’s note. The front desk receptionist was extremely rude. When asking if I could receive my discharge paperwork, they rolled their eyes and went to the back office to print it out. At any health facility I have worked or received care, discharge paperwork to patients seen in clinic is protocol.Thirty minutes after being seen at NextCare, I went to the pharmacy to pick up my medications. I was informed that they were never sent over. I proceeded to call the NextCare customer service line (they do not offer a direct number to the Stadium facility) with over a 20 minute hold. When I finally was able to speak to a customer service representative I was told it was going to be an hour delay and was hung up on.I waited at the pharmacy (with strep, the flu and a 101 fever) for over 60 minutes and it was not sent. I ended up leaving the pharmacy and decided to just call back the next day.I called the pharmacy the following day and was informed that the prescriptions were still not sent.Again, I phoned the NextCare customer service line with another 20+ minute hold. The second customer service agent was extremely helpful; they called the Stadium location while I was still on the line and got a call back phone number to have the clinic call me when the medication was sent to the pharmacy.I received a call from the Stadium clinic nearly 10 minutes after. When asked what happened yesterday and expressing my concerns for the facility’s lack of communication among their departments, lack of concern for their ill patients and seemingly “dropping the ball” on patient care I was met with an apology and the following response —“The provider saw many patients yesterday and the facility was extremely busy.”
Excellent care. Taken right in after paperwork. Immediately assessed by medical team problems addressed appropriately! Very satisfied with professionals in Urgent care and radiologist that read report. Was in and out of this CLEAN facility with an hour would highly recommend this location for your health needs! FYI I was from out of state and the front staff also treated me well in registration of my insurance! Super facility.Ellen RN
We were travelling cross country and stopped in Columbia overnight. I had developed a mild fever and urinary discomfort. So on June 25 we made an appointment at NextCare Urgent Care on Stadium Blvd in Columbia. The staff (Nesha, Cintnia) and Dr McFann via telemedicine session were successful in assessing and addressing my medical issue, and prescribing the needed medicine. I very much appreciate them!
Robyn was professional, helpful and caring. Good experience
Provider spoke in demeaning fashion to patient. I have been sick for 11 days and have seen this provider twice. The second time she was rude and condensing. She offered no other alternatives other than to go to the ER.
My wait time was not too bad because I arrived early. As more patients came in I could see how there was going to be a significant wait time for them. While waiting I was disturbed that a patient came in who announced she had tested COVID + and was coughing in the waiting room. Other patients had chosen to wait in their cars until called but I feel staff could have asked her to do that and not expose everyone else even though we all wore masks. Charlotte was my provider and she was very caring, taking time to assess and listen to my issue. I was sent on my way with an antibiotic order, unfortunately it was sent to the wrong pharmacy and I had to wait longer. I understand that mistakes happen and am satisfied with my experience. All of the staff I encountered were professional and kind. The location could not be more convenient for me. I would certainly recommend this facility to others.
The wait was long but that’s to be expected at any urgent care, especially since COVID. The staff is great though! I’ve had the same nurse and doctor previously and they were very kind and helpful both times!
I rate this location a 3/5 Stars. If I didnt have to wait almost two hrs past my appointment time it would have gotten a higher rating. The back office staff were friendly and efficient and I was there maybe 10 min once I got to the back. Really didnt see why the wait was so long the front office person just blamed computer issues for the longer than norm wait times. I was there a week prior and was there almost an hour beyond my appointment time, so this is not one off. Make sure you allow for plenty of time between other obligations cause you may wait awhile.
I made an appointment online for 5pm. When I arrived there was one family in front of me. At 5:40 I was still in the waiting room. I can’t speak on care but their time management is lacking. They were only taking one patient back at a time. I would seek MU Urgent Care that even with a full waiting room moves quickly. I thought I would try NextCare since it’s on the side of town I was currently on but next time I’ll go to MU
Staff/doctors were nice but we had an appointment and walk-ins went ahead of us and they were slow which I expected. They were VERY gentle with my little ones and made sure they werent scared!! Will return if needed!!!
I was treated for an accident requiring stitches. Charlotte and her nurse were amazing! They treated me very well and got me all done in under a couple hours which is much appreciated with a painful injury!
Friendly, helpful staff. The nurse practitioner that I met with listened carefully to my symptoms and concerns. She was very thorough in diagnosing and treating my presenting problem.
I was seen right away for a wrist/hand injury. From checking in through the entire appointment the visit was professional. Nesha was warm and caring and walked me through the entire visit…she was my nurse, X-ray tech and wrist brace assistant.
I know they’re short staffed, but what’s the point of making an appointment if you’ll be waiting 1-2 hours past the appointment time? They clearly need to be scheduling less people if they can’t see the people who have appointments until that long after the appointment time. Everyone in the waiting room was visibly irritated with the wait. This is absolutely ridiculous. Stop. Over. Scheduling. I waited an hour and a half after my appointment time, and the people next to me two hours. This also is not the first time. They absolutely need to change the way they schedule appointments.
I arrived without an appointment at about 8:30am for a rapid Covid test due to work exposure. I had 2 other walk-ins ahead of me and an appointment (there were none available so I had to walk in) so 3 ahead of me. I had a nice chat with the receptionist, was taken back within 10-15 minutes max. The nurse was such a sweetie and so accommodating. The NP was a little less friendly but very educational and professional. I waited a maximum of 15 minutes for my NEGATIVE 🥳 results and it’s 9:15 and I’m leaving. I had no appointment and was here for less than an hour, had no one act disgusted like I have other places. Everyone was professional, clean and accommodating. I’ve never been so relieved and impressed with an urgent care. Usually you wait hours at any urgent care even with an appointment, then more hours for the nurse/DR/results/prescriptions.I couldn’t have asked for a better visit in any way. I highly recommend using this facility. This likely is not the case during their very busy times as they get A LOT of walk-ins and appointments for covid and non covid daily but first thing in the morning is usually awful for anywhere and it was very quick and easy for me. Regardless, last time I was here for a test for work with an appointment, I still was in and out in less than 2 hours total and having a rapid test option is piece of mind and immediate results to plan for your quarantine in your home, work, etc. rather than partially or trying to and not having results for 24-72 hours.Again, super impressed with each visit I’ve had. Especially this one!!
Check in was easy, I completed all the forms online. I was seen in a timely manner after arriving. All the staff was very nice. My test and results were explained by the nurse practitioner and I was given copies of the results. Good visit.
I walked in at 5 minutes before closing, and these folks were courteous and welcoming! I was pleasantly surprised! I had stepped on a nail and needed a tetanus shot, and they didnt even require me to be examined, they just gave me the shot! Imagine, straightforward, efficient, and polite...great!!
I had a very good experience here. It was my first time trying to go to an urgent care and they seemed very thorough and professional. I did not have to wait very long in the waiting room, or the exam room. Thank you all.
The waiting room had only a few people in it. My husband was in a lot of pain due to an unexpected complication from outpatient surgery that morning. Apparently nobody was doing triage there and people were taken back at the rate of about two an hour, first come/first serve. We sat there 2.5 hours and when he finally was taken back, the provider said they didn’t have the equipment to treat his issue and he needed to go to the ER. Had they been reviewing needs as people came in, they could have saved us a lot of time and unnecessary discomfort.
On New Year’s Day I had been all over trying to find care . Everything was closed or didn’t have their correct hours. I Arrived to NextCare Urgent Care at 320 pm . The receptionist Autumn asked if I had an appointment I said I did not. She proceeds to tell me they’re at capacity and about to close. Mind you closing time is 400pm. I ask what is the capacity because I only see 2 individuals sitting in the lobby. She proceeds to tell me she cannot disclose that information but they’re about to close. Their closing time for the holiday was 400pm so I was extremely confused. I asked to speak with a manager . Autumn informs me there is no manager on duty. When I asked for a sticky note she asked if this has to do with her comment about the capacity. I inform her I have never heard of that and urgent care or hospitals can only turn away the sick for serious reasons. Autumn went to the back and asked A Carolyn the question I asked and Carolyn yelled the answer and her name . I was extremely sick, the weather was terrible , and I had my two younger children with me. I have never been treated in such a inhuman way . If your capacity is 2 then that is sad for an Urgent Care MU or Boone would never.
Robin was an excellent listener. Very helpful
Was able to schedule an appointment over the phone. The staff was very friendly and they let my wife go with me into the exam room. The seating in the waiting room was spaced out for social distancing and masks were required. I felt very safe and protected. Would definitely recommend.
Very nice doctor who listened to my symptoms and developed a plan 1. in case I had influenza and 2. in case I didnt.I did. Picked up prescription quickly, and 2 hrs later Im in bed, resting with hot tea after first dose of medication. This is not my first visit. Always well attended to.Nice to have this care option on weekends.
I started going here since it was Providence urgent care youd show up wait 5 min in loby no mater what and out within a half hour or so. And for a decently cheap price. Now you have to do the 80 percent of the front desk ladys job checking your self in and they are charging more than double what it used to be. It is a rip off and will never visit another location again.
I have been here many times before and I was expecting to be there 4+ hours. But Irene was so sweet and so quick to get people in and out. I was so thankful for her and the staff there.
Update: I returned to the Stadium location to let them know what happened at the Nifong location and they got me in right away, even though it was late. These ladies are the heroes of the night! This experience was terrible! We were sent to a different location due to wait times. It was after hours, but they were supposed to be waiting for us. The ladies in the office turned out the lights as soon as we arrived and then ignored us. Theres no way to call them, either. This was extremely rude! We all checked in to the original location an hour before closing, so its just unacceptable all the way around.
I went in because I needed stitches in my finger. They were busy but I was seen quickly. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. My Nurse Practioner did an awesome job putting me at ease and putting me back together. I would highly recommend this urgent care when you need emergency care but dont need to go to the er.
The wait time is always at least an hour no matter what the problem or waiting list, that’s hard to understand. The physician although not rushed seemed not too concerned with my issue and spent less than 3 minutes with me. Not the best experience
Everone was very nice but after waiting to get in to see the doctor fir the cut on my foot she sent me to the ER. I called and asked before I went if they did stitches. They coukd gave looked and sent me off before sitting there an hour.
The staff is really kind. But the wait time was horrible. I had an appointment at 6pm. I made it there 5 minutes prior to the appointment. I didnt get in until almost 7pm. I had another appointment elsewhere that I had to cancel because I was expecting to be in and out within 30 minutes at least. They took in people that checked in after I did. So. The wait time was a lot worse than expected. But the service itself was great. Just make sure to have plenty of time available. This is a place to go to when you have time to spare.
Nurse Mesha (Nesha)? was excellent! Very personable and kind. No one likes being at the doctor but she made the visit comfortable. 10/10.
The entire staff was great! Very minimal wait time and felt like valued customer and not just a number! Definitely recommend you fill out your online profile and book an online appointment with them = definitely speeds things up! Thanks again.
I made an appt at 12:20 for my son. There was only 1 person ahead of me when I arrived. I waited 40 minutes past my appointment time to be seen. I first saw a respiratory therapist who did not know how to take his oxygen. She did not even remove the plastic to the adhesive and then placed the whole monitor upside down and backwards on his toe. I had to show her and place it myself. The machine would then not connect so she unplugged it, turned it on and started a reading for the BP cuff that wasnt even on my son. She then gave up without getting a reading. She took his weight and wrote it on her glove, then threw her glove away and had to come ask me how much he weighed. She did not take his height and asked me how tall he was. The NP then came in and was there for less than 2 minutes. She listened to his heart and checked his ears then told me he did not have an ear infection but that she would prescribe meds just in case. I had to ask for her to check his throat. Worst urgent care I have been to. The staff was relatively friendly but thats about the only positive I had.
This was a waste of time. I waited an hour despite being at the door when they opened, and had people who checked in after me sent back while I continued to wait. The medical assistant was friendly but acrylic nails are unhygienic in a healthcare setting. I don’t think the NP listened to a word I said and frankly acted like it was an inconvenience to hear me. Checked for sinus pressure by barely touching my face, listened to lungs through two layers of clothing, and didn’t feel lymph nodes that happen to be quite large. These are poor examination techniques that point to this office being more concerned with moving patients quickly than doing good care. I came to make sure I didn’t have flu or Covid and I got that, so alls well that ends well. Oddly enough I got a diagnosis and script for my “cough” that I never complained about- I had sinus drainage, sore throat, fever, body aches, and GI upset. No cough. So, good job listening.
I love the process of getting checked in AND the fact that I can wait in my car away from all the sick people coming in, including myself. I came in with a sore throat and chills. Got all the testing done and I was in and out in no time. I do recommend booking ahead of time and getting on the wait list. The app is super simple and worth the little time it takes.
Level of care was good. My needs were addressed as I expected. I recommend going in 2-3 hours before close (if its not a life threatening emergency) to ensure being seen within that window of time and not having to wait 4-8 hours.
Daughter had low grade fever. Dr took care of diagnosis and was very pleasant. Turns out she has strep throat. Have a script and on my way quickly.
The speed, accuracy and treatment of myself was 5/5. I had never been to an urgent care before, and I would recommend it to anyone who is not feeling well. They were 100% honest with me. I will be coming here for all my needs going forward. Thank you all so much!
You guys need to tell people they can’t come at 3:30. We got there at 3:30. Called and spoke to someone that worked there that never said anything about having to have an appt or be there before a certain time. We were going there for my sick baby. We dragged her out in the cold to be told that we couldn’t be seen bc it was 3:30 and no appt. So if you go here just know it says they close at 4pm, and the workers will also tell you they close at 4pm, but once you get there they will not see you if you show up at 3:30 or close to that time. Urgent care, I suggest changing/updating your hours to 3:30. Don’t say you close at 4 if you can’t be seen at 3:30. Makes no sense.
The staff were very polite. My toddler has been running a fever and feeling quiet icky and we just wanted to be sure she didn’t pick up anything at her daycare due to my health issues we can’t risk much. With her being little, covid is pretty terrifying for her age. We were seen within 10min of our arrival time. The nurse came directly in and took her vitals. He was kind and quiet but that kept her calm. We did a covid, flu and strep test just to cover all basis. It was horrible for her but it was fast and we had our results in less than 10min.I cried having to put her through those tests but wanted to be sure we didn’t have a much bigger fight coming. The nurse practitioner/doctor was very very kind to my daughter, she asked her questions to keep her relaxed and did a thorough exam. My daughter now hates the pokey things but wants to go back and see the doctor that let her play with the light lol. Thanks for you all taking your time. I feel silly when everything is negative but as the doctor said “I have good news and bad news, good new is the test is negative, the bad news is that’s the bad news lol” because theirs nothing wrong but that’s a GOOD thing. She made me feel reassured I was not wasting her time and that my baby girl is okay. Thanks so so much!SincerelyA reassured mama
All 3, receptionist, nurse & provider were wonderful. Professional but friendly. Explained everything well along with being personal. Was super nervous at first but they made my experience outstanding! Definitely will use again if needed!
Daughter needed x rays on her arm. Everything pretty well went as planned. They assured that they would send those x rays to the orthopedic Dr we were scheduled to see. They did not. We showed up for our apt with the orthopedic Dr and they asked for our xrays.... long story short demand your xrays on a disk the day of before leaving your apt.
Was in extreme pain but got me taken care of also took care of me on my follow up
Today my experience with NextCare was great! Staff was great and the head nurse was wonderful and very caring! Thank you for getting me in and out of my appointment in a caring and timely manner.
Very happy with the care I received.
Fast service, friendly staff, clean, professional atmosphere. My first time using urgent careI hope I never have to use it again but if I do, I would use this facility. I loved the online registration and booked my appointment prior to heading over. Went so smoothly!
The staff were all very kind and compassionate at both the Nifong and Stadium locations. I am making trips to have a cyst that was lanced and drained packed daily for up to 10 days. 3 days in I can only say the staff are wonderful. Wait times are short and appointments can be made online. Highly recommend!!
Got right in for sports physical. Friendly staff. In and out in 30 minutes.
I was a walk in and in severe pain and they were booked but the lady at the front desk was very attentive to my pain and was able to get me in and the attending physician was very knowledgeable and kind in her approach to my care. I really appreciate the kindness shown at this urgent care.
I would give negative stars if possible. I honestly don’t know how this place is still in business. My daughter went in with an allergic reaction and they made her wait over an hour and the receptionist was extremely rude. When they finally were able to see her they tried pumping her full of steroids before examining her to which she declined, then they looked at her and said there wasn’t anything wrong with her. She is also a breastfeeding mother and before they gave her a different medication she asked if it was safe to take while breastfeeding and the nurse said yes, she then googled it and it was NOT safe. This is only one example of how horrible their care is, I went in on a different occasion with severe pneumonia and they told me I didn’t have anything wrong with me, when I went to my primary care doctor she was absolutely appalled they missed it. So, so horrible. This place needs to be shut down.
The service starting from checking in at the front desk, to my fantastic medical assistant Tashina, had made me feel welcomed, informed, and comforted throughout my visit. Would definitely recommend for speedy service, and above and beyond staff interaction.
Professional, friendly, helpful staff. Would definitely recommend! Receptionist helped save me money, the nurses shot technique was quick and nearly painless, the doctor was thorough, educational and relieved my pain without prescription medications! A+
The doctor is super nice and listens. He doesn’t seem like he is irritated that you are there. Everyone one else seemed irritated we were there. I think if they say they close at 4 they should take patients until 4. If they stop seeing patients at 3:25 then that is what should be advertised. I asked when I called what time they close and was told 4 pm. My response was great we will be there by 3:45.We live out of town. I was told we won’t be seeing patients that late. So I asked when they stopped seeing patients. I don’t think “we stop seeing patients somewhere around 3:30 pm is a proper response.” We made it there before 3:30. Do you know how upset I would have been if I got there before 4 and was told they couldn’t see my child?!
Kudos to Dr. Cindy and staff. I came in on a really busy Sunday afternoon, finally after being sick for a month. Even though the doctor was obviously worn out she was professional, caring, and did what it took to get me well. She even called the pharmacy after I left the clinic to add another prescription because she had a radiologist review my x-rays and thought I needed an additional prescription, Thanks to Dr. Cindy I feel better than I have in quite a while.
The staff is extremely courteous and friendly. I took my son in the day before a holiday and everyone was so kind. Quick service as well from check in time to leaving it was just about an hour. Have never had a negative at this location!
Cary Adkisson is a great FNP. He listened and I feel he addressed my need and got me correct prescriptions. Also, I didnt have to wait a long time to be seen.
Got in immediately. Went for COVID testing.Radiology tech (!!!!) did the swabs. Much better than the eager nursing student who practically went through the olfactory membrane to my brain last week. Also, Dr. Sheena Jose was excellent, in fact, switching to her as my new PCP.So a great visit, really.
Had a short wait. The receptionist was nice and very informative as this was our first time. Nurse Kristen and Doctor Broman were amazing with our 11 month old. We will be coming back! Thank you, Providence Urgent Care!
The receptionist is dry, no personality. Seems annoyed that she has to speak to you. First visit was great and caring. Second visit same reason just needed stronger medicine but different doctor was short, didnt NEED to listen, didnt look at my skin at all, made a diagnosis that was incorrect on symptoms she didnt ask, listen, or look at and was very severe and traumatic.! New to the area.
Waited almost an hour to see the nurse practitioner after being checked into room by tech who took my vitals and administered Covid Nasal testing which I assume is protocol with our day and age. Once the nurse practitioner came in she did nothing except lean against the sink asking me questions in regards to Covid which wasn’t the reason for my visit, she didn’t check my lymph nodes, ears, or throat. She quickly listened to my lungs only because I asked her to. Was the strangest experience I’ve ever had going to an urgent care due to no PCP. Would not recommend this location ever!
What a wonderful place! The staff members are professional and friendly.
It was clean and they were fast and friendly
I don’t feel like they took me seriously as a patient. They only tested one thing and then sent me home. I was the only person in the clinic but it felt like they were rushing to get me out of there. I will not return to this clinic. My brother in law went on a separate occasion and had the same experience. We definitely won’t ever return to any of the Providence Urgent Cares.
After a 2 hour wait in my car with a sick 4 yr old we were given a brief exam (provider was nice) and a rapid Covid test. When we were called with results no information was provided on how to get a confirmatory test or what to do re symptoms. Since I feel worse I attempted to get help today. After 30 minute hold I was sent to a corporate number and transferred 3 times. When I finally spoke to clinic they refused to order a test or answer questions without another overpriced and slow urgent care visit. When I became frustrated and tried to clarify the person hung up. This business is just that- for profit business where the patient is not first.
These guys are amazing! They listen to what I have to say when Im not feeling well and offer great solutions. The staff is friendly, the place is clean. I hate going to the doctors, but these guys make the experience the best it can be. Thank you NextCare
We have been going to this urgent care for 10 years or so. Went today to get a note for my husband to go back to work and they hit us with an outstanding bill from 2017. This is the first we had heard of it. You would think SOMEONE would have contacted us in the last 3 years. No, they waited until everyone was hurting financially due to covid and in employment that ran out. Guess we dont need to eat this month. Never using this facility again.
I arrived to Nextcare after being treated on two different medical centers with no luck, at Nextcare the diagnostic was accurate and finally im taking the right medication and im recovering very fast from that day. Very professional and respectful.. I recommend this urgentcare.
They always quickly get me in and out without hassle. The staff is kind and courteous and take the time to listen to my concerns. Iris is a real asset to PUC. Not only does she do X-rays and room patients, she also works at the front desk and with a smile.
Great experience, but the nurse misdiagnosed. Visited the area, and our child wasnt using arm/wrist. The nurse checked our child out, couldnt find anything wrong and said that our child probably just sprained. Got back to our hometown and made an apt. with our pediatrician. She knew within a few minutes of the dr visit what was wrong with our child. It was nurse-maid elbow.
So the sign and time and days are mon day to Friday 8 am to 8 pm. Sat sun9am to 4pm so today at Sunday my mom got really sick drive to the place at 9 am Sunday for about 30 minutes frome 9:00am parking lot empty
Avoid coming here if you need an x-ray. I drove 35 minutes from Centralia to get an x-ray, after a hard fall. I specifically needed a chest x-ray for possible broken ribs. The initial wait wasnt bad as I was inundated with auto texts from NextCare... Anyway, after my consultation, I was told, This location doesnt do x-rays. We will have to send you to our other location on Nifong for the x-ray. I was okay with that! Before leaving stadium location, I was told, Nifong was waiting for you! I smiled and left. I get to the Nifong location and the lady at the desk has no clue who I am and walks off? 5 minutes later she comes back with another person who looked high(if im honest). This person told me, Were not sure why you were sent here, because this location doesnt have a radiologist on hand nor do they have the capability to perform a chest x-ray.At this point Im getting frustrated. I was told a lady named, Jody, will be calling me from the Stadium location, shortly. She calls and tells me that I could make an appointment with Advanced Radiology on Keen St or just wait till the next day for their radiologist to be in. I asked, so i can come in tomorrow and for sure get an x-ray, first thing? jody said, Yes. and there wont be any wait. Just be here at 9am and we will have you in.I show up at 9:05am because of some crazy accident on the highway. I waited 30 minutes before canceling my x-ray and just leaving. This business is a serious waste of time that just doesnt provide the care they advertise. I really miss the old operators when it was all Providence Urgent Care. NextCare is a big yikes.
Quick and easy; nurse quickly came in and got her information which led to the doctor coming in and assessing and quickly getting us out Wes pharmacy notes in hand. A pain-free experience for sure!
So I’ve had issues about time in the past coming here. This was absolutely the worst though. I came in at 12:21pm when I signed in there was only about three other people there when I got there so I figured it wouldn’t take long but I was wrong. Not only did I not get seen till like 1:50pm but than I waited in the patient’s room till 2:30pm to be asked what my problem was again and than told theyd help me out just to leave for another 20minutes. I have to work at 4pm so I didn’t want to spend my whole day waiting unfortunately.
It’s great to walk in without an appointment and be in line to be seen for a fast Covid test. Also, they also took time to know who I was. They sought to know my medical history and to check my heart and lung function. I’m grateful for them.
Care from nurse practitioner is thorough and compassionate. I have returned specifically for this reason. I had some trouble with the new sign in process but I am sure I would learn it. Thank you for being there so many hours and weekends!
They were short staffed and had something that needed attention. Because of this it was a significant wait. The PA was very good - very helpful and she acknowledged the wait.
I’ve had to get a Covid test before at another clinic and it was honestly really awful and traumatic. I suffer from anxiety and when I got a Covid test back in April, it seemed like none of the staff at that other clinic cared about my mental health. But here, my nurse was so kind. She took the time to help calm my nerves and took my anxiety seriously. This time around the Covid test wasn’t even bad, and I know it’s because of how thoughtful and kind my nurse was. She really went the extra mile to treat me like an individual and help me feel comfortable and it made a world of difference. Thank you.
I originally went to the other urgent care on providence and the woman who answered the phone was very unfriendly and was told there was a three hour wait and did not know if they would get to my daughter. I then called this location where everyone everyone was very friendly, and helpful and got us in and out in very little time with results of tests shortly after!
Providence Urgent Carr on Stadium Blvd is the best. Had me checked in at front desk in just a couple of minutes. Nurse came and got me few minutes later and took all info Dr came in and asked few questions and listened to breathing. Got meds ordered up and on my way. Very nice friendly staff and quick service is what it’s all about. Thanks Providence Urgent care.
Awful experience! I thought my second time here would be great but it is not. What is the purpose of booking appointment on online expecting to be check in at the same time not an hour waiting to be called in. The staff is great but time management is poorly done.
Normally urgent care is quick but today we went to one location as an appointment but they had not provider there. So they switched our appointment to a different location. We assumed that we would keep our check in time because we had checked in early at the other location but we had to wait
Had a very bad experience at providence urgent care this past weekend. They refused to see me because their online system which isnt correct said my insurance was inactive. I proved to the receptionist that my insurance was in fact active and that I had just filled meds and received medical treatment the day before and she told me that she still couldnt see me. I was very sick with a high fever, in tears, and in a large amount of pain. She treated me like a dog. She was extremely rude and uncaring. I have never been treated like she treated me in my life. I was a frequent patient at providence urgent care because it seems I like to get kidney stones and uti on the weekend. Ive had other complaints but this one made me decide it was time for a review. Thank you providence urgent care for not treating me and landing me in the hospital with sepis! I appreciate that. I shouldve went on to find another urgent care but I was to weak to drive around. So next time I pray you will be better!! Grr
I was in and out in under 45 minutes! Staff was caring, knowledgeable, and respectful! Not very crowded, and I only waited 10 or so minutes. Would highly recommend to anyone who can go to an urgent care for their medical needs.
Went in with a sore neck and shoulders. Must have slept the wrong way. The nurse and PA that I saw were very nice an so considerate. I was prescribed medication and before I got to where I was going to pick up my RX I had already received an email my medication was ready before I even got there to pick it up.
Edit: It took a week to get the results of my sons PCR Covid test. Which meant he missed an entire week of school unnecessary and we had to cancel holiday weekend plans even though he was negative. They must use an out of state(or out of country!?) lab to run their tests. I won’t go back even though this was my previous review: Every person working there was polite and kind despite the high volume of appointments and walk-ins. I had to ask the receptionist several questions and she patiently answered each time.
Very pleasant experience. I made my appointment ahead of time and was able to get right in. All were very pleasant to work with and I felt like the doctor listened to me.
I went on a Saturday before Christmas. The surrounding area was busy with traffic, but there was only one person in the queue before me. I was in and out quickly with a diagnosis and prescriptions sent to my pharmacy. Friendly staff!
I have been to the clinic twice in the past month and saw PAs both times. I was very pleased with their care and ability to diagnose me. The front desk girl helped explained my insurance to me was I was very thankful for seeing it has recently changed. The RNs were AMAZING and their care was also very heartfelt !!! I will be back to see this compassioning bunch of professionals.
Very easy and simple process. Very straightforward. In and out in just around an hour. Would recommend. Very professional staff and they are straight to the point. Don’t sugarcoat anything as it should be!
Scheduled an in person appointment for 7, when I showed up at 6:45, they told me they had no appointments and it would be moved online. Cancelled my appointment and went somewhere else.
Visit was quick and took care of the issue. The nurse and doctor were genuine, smart and very pleasant. It’s expensive but it is way cheaper than what the ER would have charged me. I would definitely go there again.
I have visited Providence Urgent Care recently for wound care and a tetanus shot and both times the staff was very friendly and the wait time was minimal. I would highly recommend them and appreciate how well the staff took care of me!
They will try to milk extra money from you and the receptionists appear incompetent. I have the Custom Network Plan (United Healthcare) through the University of Missouri which means I have a $50 co-pay and no deductible to visit Providence Urgent Care since they are in the network. However, they still sent me a bill for an additional $17.53. I specifically asked the receptionist if they would charge me something additional to the $50 co-pay and her response was it was impossible for them to find out. I asked why they cannot call my insurance and find out, but that was beyond the receptionists ability. I even told these guys I do not want them to do things that would not be covered by my insurance (and wrote that on their forms). Never the less, I received a additional bill in the mail. In fairness, the doctor and nurse were quite pleasant and I actually thought the doctor was good. I am mostly upset about their shady business practices. Is it really so hard to have upfront pricing when you know my insurance provider?
Best urgent care visit we have ever had. Chase and Liz were amazing with my kiddo and made for a fun visit even when her ear was hurting! Thank you!
Best urgent care experience Ive ever had. Everyone was so kind, attentive and professional. They went the extra mile to make sure I felt better asap. Definitely wont be going anywhere else in the future.
I made an appointment ahead of time. It appeared that severe time slots were available. It did no good to make that appointment. I still had to wait for several ahead of me. The service I received was excellent however. Pleasant and knowledgeable.
Went for a physical. Great experience, staff were very friendly and helpful.
If you need just a COVID test, you will save a lot of time going elsewhere. We waited over one hour for a 10am appointment for a COVID test for my young child. I am not sure why they require appointments for Covid tests if it means waiting nearly as long as walkins. NextCare policy requires all vitals, a questionnaire, and to be seen by a provider in order to bill insurance; an explanation of this process would have been invaluable at check in.
The care I received at Urgent Care was extremely beneficial to my health. I have been fighting the flu for several days now, and I was treated courteously and professional at all times. They helped by replenishing fluids (IV), and Xrays. The PAC was over the top sweet and caring.
Thank you so much to your team for your immediate help getting a physical for a potential employer! Your cost was the lowest and with no insurance I appreciate that! Dr ? (Indian), she was very kind, quick and we even visited afterwards. The receptionist was more than helpful even lookin up phone numbers for other services for me! Being new in town, it was a blessing to have the help! Thank you so much!!!
I was very well taken care of by the medical staff but I didnt like the clerks’s attitude at the front desk, ( young female, can’t recall name) I felt unwelcomed, as if she is doing a favor to me to provide the service. I felt like I am talking to a robot. No smile, no expression of care or concern, lack of empathy. I noticed that she dealth with other clients in the same manner. By the way the place wasn’t busy at all, there was only one person besides me waiting in line This place is urgent care, patients come to you for immediate medical attention, they are under moderate level of stress, besides the ailment they are suffering. Your front desk clerks need to be trained in their manners to express compassion, empathy and concern for the sick. A facility of this nature has no room for moods or personalities of employees that make patients feel even worse. I notice these flaws as I am a medical professional myself with direct patient care. Hopefully corrective measures will be taken soon to improve quality care.Thank you for providing prompt medical service. God Bless you!Talat waheedNote: I can’t recall the female clerk’sname but I was at your facility Friday, October 26 , afternoon.
Providence was great and thats why they still have good reviews. Got an x-ray, never got the results. I called to ask and they said take advil and go to the ER. Had to pay for two visits because of how incompetent they are.
Horrible would leave zero stars if I could. Had an appointment for 5:45 and am still waiting at 7:20, they close at 8. Employee at the desk was no help when the online forms were not working and said she could not accept my physical insurance card could only do it online. No patients have come in or out in my waiting time. There are also other patients waiting here.
Took a long time to be seen by a doctor both times Ive visited, but the staff is extremely friendly and polite. The wait time can be avoided if you make an appointment, but inconvenient if you have to go in last minute and forced to deal w the wait time.
Actually listen about the issues you present. They inform you of your options. Not pushy but empathetic to what works best for you! Down to earth easy to talk to.Thanks staffPS: make an appointment online its faster!
My experience last week with the staff and especially the doctor (Dr Miller?) at the Stadium Road location was excellent! I really appreciated Dr Millers friendly and professional attitude and listening skills, and his willingness to work with a patients situation and needs.
Jennifer, Nesha, Katrina and Libby was absolutely wonderful with the care they provided to my son! Very professional and clean clinic!
Dr Jose and Brandon were excellent in the care provided to my husband. Jennifer at the desk was professional and kind. Glad we chose NextCare for our urgent care.
Make sure if you need to go for care that you ask about cost for the things they are doing. I was sent home with a brace that I was not told would not be covered by insurance. I could have gotten it at Walmart for $15; They charged $200. Was told that was the cost for a hinged shoulder brace! I was there for my knee, not a shoulder! Communication is not their strong point.
Horrible planning and coordination. Scheduled the day before at set time. The designate slots are set 1/2 hours apart. Walk-ins are allowed, but are supposed to been seen as time allows. This was not happening!! Walk-ins were assigned times in the early morning and were pushing people that had bothered to schedule 2 hours past their scheduled time.
The doctors are good. However, the online system does not save you any time, you wait forever, and the front desk is less than inviting/nice. I had this experience twice, and the second time I left and went down the street. Never again am I going back.
Less than 5 minutes waiting time to verify your insurance, etc with receptionist/secretary and also less than 5 minutes waiting time for the doctor/nurse practioner, with x-ray reports provided so quick.. Will surely recommend Providence Urgent Care..
The people are so nice here. We’ve always had a great experience. Sometimes we have to wait but never too terribly long, about 10-15 minutes at the most. I recommend!
Super easy to schedule my appointment on the app. Once I arrived, wait time was minimal. Time with nurse and doctor was adequate to solve my concerns.
Very friendly and courteous staff. I walked in, got registered and seen. Helpful and caring people. I was lucky I did not have to wait long. Thank You for helping me!
The best experience Ive ever had from an Urgent Care! Id also like to add Dr.Elizabeth and Deanna are amazing and super reassuring and understanding.
I have loved this clinic since my first visit! I have never waited more than 10 minutes or so. The nurses are all AwEsOmE and every doctor has helped me with my health issues every time! Thanks you guys!!!
Very efficient. Offered me gauze right away to help control my finger bleeding. Got the paperwork done quickly and then got right to work on my laceration.
Id avoid the NextCare facilities, especially if you think youll need an xray. They share xray staff between locations or something weird and ended sending us back and forth to their locations several times.
I was impressed with the care. The only complaint is that I was there for 2 1/2 hours and it really wasn’t busy. The receptionist did apologize for the wait and thanked me for my patience.
Was told that I had a 3pm appointment and there was a separate entrance for covid testing. Instead, I arrived and was told that it would be 2 hours or more and had coughing people with a fever come in and sit next to me to complete all of theor paperwork before they were told to wait in their cars.
My daughter had been fighting what I thought was a common cold, however, it turned out to be bronchitis. From the moment we entered Providence Urgent Care we were greeted with kindness and genuine concern. Thanks a million!
The associate i saw before the nurse practitioner was hilarious and made me feel better lol. 10/10
I had a great experience both in terms of being cared for, feeling respected, & that my situation was handled quickly & effectively. Thanks for making me feel safe re: masks, etc. & having a positive environment. 😊
Staff were very helpful, even though it was after 8pm. The Nurse Practitioner took the time to talk about all aspects of my health. I highly recommend!
The new sign in process is dangerous as we are in a pandemic of hacking as well as the COVID pandemic. Scan codes are easily compromised with the potential to redirect all PHI used through this 3rd party vendor software. Also concerning about this system is it creates the inability to access care for those who do not have technology access or the mental ability to use technology. This would include people who would be injured/sick and who are seeking care. An emergency is not the time to try and learn new software; nor is this a time when clear thoughts of internet safety are present.Signage states the software is for contactless check-in, but contact occurred when the system failed and photo ids had to be transferred, when billing papers had to be signed, and through uncleaned shared surfaces doorknobs, pens, counters all went without cleaning between patients.)This software check-in system is not present to benefit patients, it puts the PHI risk on the patients and not on the providers. Until this organization changes its practice here I would encourage all patients or prospect patients to seek care else where.I have shared my concerns here as management did not respond to my concerns when they were first raised.
We had to come in near closing time for a cut to my sons finger. Everyone at the office was very nice and professional, explaining the process. Thank you!
I was scared to death of being there and everyone was so nice. They were gentle with me while they administered the test and really listened to me when I was telling them about my symptoms. They really made me feel at ease
First couple of visits was good they have good customer service, but this time I showed up 30 minutes before my appointment and ended up waiting almost three hours past my appointment time because of walk ins that weren’t serious issues, so if they could keep their appointment times with patients they have set for a time or at least shorter wait time then would have higher raising but almost 3 hours after my appointment time especially when I have a kid with me cause we had things to do is why such low rating love the nurses there though!
The ladies were super sweet and understanding. Always enjoy seeing them when sick, I know I am in good hands
I was able to come right in after work and get a COVID test without a doctors recommendation after a coworker tested positive. Due to my symptoms and situation I was able to get a rapid test and they called with the results by the time I drove home.
The service was really good. They went out of their way to help me even though I’m a minor and it was difficult to get my insurance to go through. The Walmart pharmacy on broadway however would not let me pick up my prescription because I’m a minor and I need a parent to do it 😡 so I have to get it tomorrow instead of today. Grr.
Can always get in fairly quick. People there seem to care and make sure you are satisfied. There was an issue when I tried to make an appointment on line, so I just went in and it was still fairly quick.
Very professional, clean, fast, and friendly service. Thank you for being available, even on a Saturday morning, without the long wait that normally takes place in a regular hopsitals emergency room.
Staff was the sweet and very professional.
All of the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, compassionate and efficient! Not an easy mix to come by… so happy to have great care here in Columbia!
It could not have gone better, my wait was minimal, I was seen and diagnosed within minutes and on my way. This is my second visit here and I love this place! Excellent staff.
I was very impressed with how quickly I was in and out of the appointment. Everyone was super friendly.
I had no issues. They did a great job! I didn’t have to wait long and staying connected through my phone was very convenient.
Only place I go to the doctor now.The receptionist lady is so nice and so are all the nurses and doctors, along with then all hring very professional. The building is all very clean as well.Just all around amazing
I had a great experience. I was in and out of there within an hour. The staff was patient and kind. This is a very comfortable environment.
What kind of urgent care doesn’t allow walk ins? The point of urgent care is to treat injuries and things that are not severe enough to go to the ER for but are not handled by a primary care provider.
Terrible service. I called because I ran out of my SSRI over the weekend and asked if they could help bridge the gap with a refill prescription while I was waiting to get back in to my doctor. I was told that they only see patients about serious injuries lol.
Turned away at the door, with a borken knee because I wouldnt buy their insurance package that only works there. Rude, unhelpful, & you better come with cash. Seems very sketchy. Dont let the name fool you this is also a company based out of Oklahoma.
They were busy but got me in and made quick diagnosis and wrote up prescriptions. Very nice staff 😊
The was wasn’t bad. Friendly staff. Helpful with any questions. I will recommend them. The nurse practitioner was super nice, friendly and helpful.
7 30 PM, not taking urgent patients. If open until 8, that means youll make it home by 10 after closing up from seeing new patients entering before 8. If I owned this business..
Great and friendly staff. Took care of me and was very easy to book online.
Staff (Deanna, Chase, Liz F.) competent and very friendly and pleasant. Short wait time. Will use again if occasion arises.
Made an appointment online, had virtually no wait time, felt confident in the PAs expertise.
Came in for a TB test ordered by my school and waited over 1 HOUR to get a test that takes 1 minute to administer. Horrible. Made me miss a meeting. Urgent is not in their vocabulary.
On their website they don’t state the testing is in the clinic. In addition the AC was not working and their was no social distance being practiced inside. We waited for about 2 hours before she could be seen.
The receptionist was very unclean and extremely rude. I ended up going to a different office, nobody wants to deal with that kind of stuff when theyre ill.
