I went to this place for tsa precheck for my daughter. There were multiple people coming in with same appointment time as us. Some people were there for lab work physical . I was here almost an hr for a 5 min appointment unacceptable.
Wow, this is one of the best labs I’ve ever gone to. I’ve been to a few. I arrive 15 minutes late. Expect it I’d have to reschedule. They came out with a happy face on super friendly and told me no problems but I would probably have a little longer wait because some people arrive before me and had current appointments. They still got me in in a really fast manner, I was in and out in less than a half an hour. The woman who did all my lab work was very friendly kind and had a happy demeanor. I can’t say enough good things about this lab. I plan on coming here for any future lab work that I need.Their unit is a little harder to fine because it’s not in the front of the building by the road it’s in the back of the building. But it does have a vivid picture of their name and unit 4.In addition to help you find an easier look for the Arby’s and go in the Arby’s entrance. The building next to Arby’s a red brick building and you’ll drive between that and Arby’s and go to the very back turn right and the lab is in the back of that red brick building right next to Arby’s.
Schedule a last minute Natera test and got an apt right away. Only waited 10 minutes. Very fast process. Bad signage on Graham Road. The office is all the way in the back parking lot behind Arbys.
Definitely the best lab I’ve been to. I had such a hard time finding a lab able to do the genetic test I needed, but Arc Point was immediately willing to do it. Courtney was incredibly nice and obviously knowledgeable. I didn’t bruise at all (and I usually do pretty badly), and she went out of her way to make sure my discomfort was minimal. I was really dreading this test, and I appreciate that she made the experience turn out to be just fine. I was also in and out in 10 minutes. If I ever need lab work again, this will be my go-to!

Very easy to use check in process. Courtney took care of me and did a great job explaining everything. She was also super professional and sweet with a not so nice person.
Avoid this place at all cost. I took a urine test and was told my temperature was 100.5 according to them and Exceeded the 100 degree. And yet they put on the remark/comment section, “ The first sample temp is 100 and the dot urine temperature has to be from 90 to 100 so I don’t know where the issue was; maybe my color skin but they were trying to make me test again which was fine with me but I couldn’t drink enough water to re take the test for them. They will do anything to benefit their interest but not the customer and that’s bad for business. I hope they learn from their mistakes and be professional. It says on the remark: first sample temp is 100, your staff put that, you can check it for yourself! So how does one urine have 2 different temperature? I really don’t understand that. Just treat people with some respect and dignity and your business will do better that’s all
I went in to this lab to get both a rapid covid test and an expedited pcr covid test (results in 2-3 days). I was told my rapid test’s results would be returned to me in about thirty minutes. After an hour had passed, I called the office to check in, and the call went to voicemail. Before I could call back again, the office closed for the day. I assumed I would wake up the following day to an email containing my results, and was surprised when 10:30 rolled around with no news. At that point, I called them again, asked for my result to be emailed to me, and was assured the person on the other line would do so. After another hour with no news, I called again. This time someone different picked up the phone, and I was again assured they would find my results and send them to me quickly. After yet another hour without hearing anything, I called again. This time (around noon) it went straight to voicemail. I assumed the line was busy and waited a few minutes before calling back. Straight to voicemail again. The website states that the lab does not close for a lunch break, so I can only assume the phone was simply being ignored. I repeated the call back process a total of five consecutive times before the phone was finally picked up again. By now, it had been nearly twenty-four hours since I was supposed to have received the test results, so I was understandably frustrated. I ended up requesting that the young lady on the other end of the phone leave me on hold while she went to get my results so I could be sure that she would actually stand up and do it then.Additionally, when I went to get the tests, one of the girls at the desk wasn’t wearing a mask at all, and the other had hers under her nose consistently.Overall, my experience here was inconvenient and frustrating. If someone is told their test results will be returned within half an hour, it should not take over twenty hours and a combined total of ten phone calls in order to receive them.Very dissatisfied and will definitely not be back.

Today at 3:15pm my husband and I decided I was showing enough symptoms of covid to warrant a test. I got on the website and they had a 3:45pm appointment available for a rapid response test. I scheduled the appointment online, showed up on time, got swabbed almost immediately, sat in the waiting room for 10min, and had my result by 4:00pm.
I paid $190 to have my Covid test results back in 24-48 hours, on day 3 with no results still, waiting to hear back so I can go back to work. When I called today the receptionist was pretty rude and unhelpful.Not to mention what a scam! Rite aid offers 2 day results for FREE. Wish I knew before unknowingly giving $200 for something that should be free.
Horrible! Took a expedited PCR Covid test on 2/16. Paid $225 for results back in 2-3 business days. I called on Friday the 18th twice to follow up. Both times I was assured I would get my results before my international flight on Saturday. One lady told me that she would email me the results first thing Saturday morning. No results were sent on Saturday. When I called their office was closed, voicemail box full and emergency number did not work. Its now 2/25 and I still dont have my results.Upon my final destination, I had to take another PCR test and remain in isolation until those results came back.
Went in for life insurance, basic stuff. Not really a problem procedurally. However, the woman at the front desk always had her mask beneath her mouth/around her neck, and interacted closely with an endless train of COVID testees. So I think she might not be long for this world or employment.
My husband and his friend both went to get drug tested. After two weeks and hundreds of calls my husband got his test results. His buddy was told they forgot to check the box for the temperature of the urine specimen. So basically too bad. And they both needed them last week. Place is so unorganized and a waste of time and money
Was told my DNA test would be court admissible for 400$ only to find out through various agencies that I was scammed and it is not court admissible. Don’t go here, go to CSEA that’s what they won’t tell you.
Avoid this place at all costs. Called to get information on COVID testing for travel where results needed to be less than 72 hours old. Was told to come on anytime and test would be back in 24-48 hours. Arrived at 4:30 Friday. NONE OF THE STAFF WERE WEARING MASKS! At a COVID testing facility!!! Then was told UPS already came and went for the day and test results would not be back until Tuesday (96 hours).Misleading, unhelpful and dangerous.
Very dirty, unorganized and unprofessional location. Did not feel comfortable having lab tests here. Office is run by 3 young girls wearing flip flops, t-shirts and leggings. Medical table was inside one girls office and the poet had not been changed in between customers. Floors were not clean and the bathroom toilet seat was dirty and stained with blue drips. Getting the blood drawn was very painful and left a bruise. Will not be returning to this location.
Arcpoint was quick , and the Staff very friendly and helpful, especially Kathryn… I will definitely use Arcpoint again for any PCR testing, very quick turnaround and great testing!
This place saved me from having to do another month of scram through their blood testing thank you so much you really dont know how much I appreciate everything. The staffing were wonderful and friendly thank you again.
The nurse was very very nice! Got here 30 minutes before my appointment and they took me right away!
If you need dot medical card, Do not go there because they will do half of your exam then surprise you will travel to different building to meet another doctor to get it done, they will tell you this after you make the payment of course.
