BUYER BEWARE!!! In terms of the medical care, they are great, but their billing and customer service is borderline lawsuit worthy. The first time I used their services, they charged me $129, I emailed their billing to state they had overcharged me as my insurance covered it t 100%. They refunded me promptly. The second time they did the same again, charged me the fee but this time when I emailed they replied and said I would get a refund but I never did, 45 days later I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company to get my money back. This most recent interaction my husband and I had the flu which resulted in 6 different charges totalling more than $715. Once again my insurance covered at 100%. I asked for a refund, nothing, 30 days later I asked 2 more times, I finally got a response that they would refund $500. I keep asking about the rest and they just tell me thats all they are going to refund. I have provided proof of the charges and matching EOBs from my insurance company showing 0 responsibility and asked for an itemized statement showing why they are not refunding the rest, they stopped responding. Guess I will go back to my credit card company again.
Charged me for a service they didnt provide. Plain and simple. When we called to dispute it, they gave me the run around, making me speak to managers and billing departments.Life is simple. Did you provide the service? No. So do you charge for that service? No!I recommend people stay away from this place. I wont even mention the rude doctor, Nilesh. Absolutely no bedside manner at all. He even told his medical assistant off right in front of us, poor woman, so embarrassing. They dont even deserve a 1-star rating!
Love this service!! I was able to get an appointment same day and within an hour of calling. The MA Morgan was amazing. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. She also loved my animals which is a plus for me. No waiting in a waiting room or having to be around other sick patients. I would highly recommend this service to everyone I know.
DO NOT consider this place for anything! They simply just want to CHARGE you as if you do not have insurance then charge you the co pay. Then they charged me another co pay for an “online apt” which I waited an hour for the doctor to come then I finally told the nurse that I wouldn’t wait any longer and she was fast to tell me that I would still be charge if I didn’t decide to wait! What a scammy 🍑 place. Keep the money! People will catch on to how incredibly incompetent and unprofessional you are!
Avoid this place if you can! I went there in August 2022 because my ears hurt and I had a simple visit, took about 20 minutes and I went away with recommendations for over the counter medicine because my ear was not infected. This was an in-network facility for me so I expected a small copay. I got the bill and I paid $100 copay which was more than I expected, but the outrageous part is that 2 years later, on April 2024 I get a new bill saying that I still owe then $128 for a 15 minute office visit. This seems absolutely ridiculous to me, first because I should have been informed of the unreasonable rate for their visit and second, because it should not take 2 years to send someone a bill. They don’t respond over the phone to billing questions and have an email address, which I wrote to and asked to talk to a management to clarify the charges, but they only responded threatening to send it to collections without addressing some of my questions. It is such a shame how healthcare providers are turning into businesses that try to gain as much financial benefit as they can without any justifications.
Customer service is horrible. The woman I spoke to was rude and nasty and then blamed me for being rude. I called to discuss a charge that appeared on my card months after receiving service. The billing coordinator stated it was to settle my account and pay what insurance did not. I didn’t use insurance, I paid out of pocket at the time services were received. These people are unprofessional and you can’t speak to anyone about issues, only by email which they are very slow to respond. This is theft, nothing more. I sent screenshots of what I paid and now silence. Don’t trust these people and stay clear of their deceptive practices.
I went here for the first time today. They were wonderful! I saw Dr. Dr. Kehres and his M.A. Eriela. They were attentive, listened to my concerns and laid out a plan. I would highly recommend
I called to make an appt and then needed to change locations. Enrique and the customer service agent worked together and accommodated my request without a delay. I cannot stress the amazing convenience and professionalism I was met with on all aspects of this experience. I had my evaluation, result and prescription order complete within 45 minutes and was able to continue my day. 100/10 would recommend!!
Fraudulently charged me $400 but claim they only charged $25 (despite my bank statement.) They refuse to provide refund. Dont waste your time replying to the email they leave as a reply- they won’t respond! Nor did they actually provide the medical services promised, we never even spoke to the “doctor!” Be extremely cautious.Make sure to select “newest” reviews, they have filtered the most relevant to sell a certain perspective that is not accurate.
I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the customer service and overall experience provided by UrgentCare2Go. This is also the first negative review I’ve ever written.They visited my home for COVID, flu, and strep tests, as well as to administer a steroid shot and antibiotic. My copay for these services has always been $25. However, I was shocked to find my credit card charged over $550.Trying to resolve the issue only added to my frustration. Theres no phone number available for speaking with a live person about billing, and billing only operates via email on Tuesdays and Thursdays. After five weeks of back-and-forth between UrgentCare2Go, my insurance, and myself, my insurance informed me they would mail a check to rectify the overcharge. They outright refused to speak with me or my insurance company on the phone. My insurance emailed them my Explanation of Benefits (EOB), and their response was, “I do apologize however I was only able to get a total efund of $176 approved. The remaining amount was not approved due to the insurance only paying $176 due to your deductible remaining on your insurance.”My EOB clearly states I was still owed $236 due to overcharges from them!! After reading other reviews, it seems this is what they tell people.I believe the overcharge stemmed from incorrect billing input. Even when I expressed my concerns to the medical assistants, they seemed unsure how to proceed. I sincerely hope UrgentCare2Go takes proactive measures to avoid such egregious errors in the future.Overall, my experience with UrgentCare2Go has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I genuinely hope they take steps to improve their billing processes and customer service standards.
I am charged for membership twice and when I am trying to reach out via email just no one cares to respond.I called customer service and they just disconnect without answering my queries.I am also charged for visit when I already purchased the plan.Such a horrible experience and looks like a money looting company.Worst experience ever!!!!!

They charged $179 out of pocket for 2 COVID rapid tests and charged my insurance $800! Please find somewhere (CVS, Walgreens or ANYWHERE) better. No wonder healthcare is so expensive with scams like this.
Had an appointment where I was diagnosed. After talking with Dr we thought it would be best to give it a day and see if it got better instead of taking the meds. If that didn’t the implied understanding was that I could call back and get the prescription. It turns out while that is true it would cost me 79 dollars for a prescription and diagnosis I received less that 24 hours ago.
Will never use them. Tried to use them and booked an appointment and paid the $25. Got a call from the nurse 5 min before my appointment saying that my insurance company website was down and I’d have to pay the full $180 for my appointment and gave me the option to cancel so I did because I can go to an urgent care near by and not pay anything so he said he’d get with billing about refunding my $25.Checked my bank account that afternoon and they had taken out ANOTHER $154.00 without my authorization and I have been calling for over a week to get my full refund of both amounts. I have also emailed the billing department multiple times. I am fed up and will never recommend them to anyone. Horrible customer service, horrible on helping customers. I didn’t use their service and the billing department tried telling that it’s a $179 cancellation fee. I didn’t cancel, I was given the option due to not being able to use my ins. Sounds like a scam to me. All over horrible experience and would give -10 stars if I could. Do not trust this company!
MA Bryan was great! I was having some pain in my arm and was happy for the convenience of having someone come to the house. My husband is battling cancer and I couldnt leave him alone in the house while spending an unknown amount of time in a clinic. Bryan was very understanding if I had to check on my husband while he was doing his assessment. I will definitely use this service again.
I had a visiting relative who fell ill. I went online to find an urgent care facility and they populated in the search. Alma came to my residence. She was very polite and thorough. She then called the doctor. It was a quick and painless process and I would definitely use them again. Everything that you would expect in the doctors office but the convenience in your home. No wait time in waiting room. I am sold!!
This was the first time we used the service and I was very, very impressed with our MA Randall! Very compassionate, thorough and helped to explain things very well to my elderly mom. Although they could not help my father they did the right thing by sending him to the hospital right away. I will definitely use them again!

When you have a very ill loved one or you are just absolutely fed up with the corruption of the traditional medical establishment, it is so nice to have a service that is going back to the way medicine used to be practiced. They took lots of time in the appointment with my daughter! Alma, the MA, was so caring and gentle, and Lindsay the PA, was exhaustive in her information gathering and in her explanation of her treatment plan. They were both so patient and understanding! I was skeptical at first, but the reviews eased my concern. Bryan our MA was kind and professional. Our doctor via Teladoc was also very professional and was able to treat through pictures sent. Because this was a cut they wanted to see how bad it was they had me take pictures. I’m really happy about the service we were provided and all from the comfort of our home.
Miriam was very polite and prompt. This was my first experience with this type of health care and I loved it. I didnt have to leave my home and I still felt as though all my concerns were addressed. They even had the proper diagnostic tools on hand. Try this, you wont regret it (and its cheaper than urgent care for self pay patients)

I was under the distinct impression my Medicare was covering this! It was their responsibility to determine if I had coverage or not!! I believe they saw I didn’t but since I had already paid the booking fee they had my debit card info and used it to steal my money!!
Bryan our med tech was very professional and kind. He was right on time for the scheduled appointment and answered all of our questions concerning the current health issues that my Mom was experiencing. The Doctor also had a great bedside manner and reassured her to be patient since all of her symptoms are remnants of her previous illness that he saw her for. This is a wonderful alternative to waiting for hours at a clinic or hospital. Thanks so much, we appreciate your support and services.
Its a scam. The $80/month subscription (first 6 months, and then $100/month and the contract is YEAR-long) is an at home service and doesnt cover care costs at all. $200 cancellation fee.At the time of my appointment, no one showed up. No phone calls or emails to reschedule. I had to call customer support to see where the services were and all they offered was to reschedule. I asked for a refund since I had been on the hook for 48 hours with no services rendered, and was informed it would be $200 to cancel. $280 for an at-home visit that they didnt show up to. The customer support has no authority to refund so good luck getting management to reach out to you.For comparison, I received care at Texas Health Clinic that day and was out the door with prescription in hand in less than an hour for $160. This service is a scam and I wish a regulatory authority would shut it down.Edit: Ive tried to have my subscription cancelled 3 times and each time the associate has assured me that someone from upper management who has the power to refund me will reach out to rectify the situation. No one has yet to reach out 3 months later despite multiple attempts to have someone reach out to me. I appreciate the apology letter from the PR team, but if you would like to have a dialog, my phone number and email are on my file

For somebody like myself, who suffer with mental health and terrified of going to the doctor, they make it even more comfortable than you could possibly imagine. I am so thankful for Miranda and the doctor himself for giving me such an amazing experience Ive never had when it came to doctors appointments in my life. I recommend anybody and everybody to try urgent care to go. They are absolutely incredible.
This service is amazing! Everything flowed smoothly from registration and through the house visit. I love not having to leave my house. I had no business getting out and sitting in a waiting room and waiting longer to be seen. They take most insurance including Medicaid and Medicare, according to their website. My home visit with 3 tests, 1 steroid and one b12 shot was $70! The best of all was Jossfred, aka Freddie! He’s a polite, respectful young man. I truly enjoyed my time with him. If I could’ve, I’d ask him to chat over breakfast! Such a pleasant experience. I do not care to leave my home most days, but even more when I’m not feeling well. I even had a video visit with the physician through a laptop they carry. She prescribed my medication and the order was sent directly to my pharmacy, who will then deliver! Doesn’t get better than this. They provide an array of services from drawing blood to the flu shot and more. Try them out. You won’t be disappointed.
Attended a virtual appointment on a Sunday (unheard of right?). Was very grateful that Dr. Pillai was available, as I was in need of treatment of an acute issue. My job requested that I submit a note stating that I in fact did seek treatment, so on and so forth. I called Urgent Care 2 Go and explained that I needed the note for my employer. Within less than five minutes - no joke - I heard my email notification on my phone. I opened my email to find that the note was right there! Now I don’t know about those of you that are reading this, but proper customer service is extremely rare in this day and age. So to have Ms. Asia prioritize my request and do so with a smile in her voice, absolutely made my day!! I sent a message to the office asking for her supervisor’s name and contact information. It turned out that my message reached her supervisor directly and I was able to let her know about the excellent customer service that Ms. Asia provided.This clinic is top-notch. The physicians really care about your health and the support staff is absolutely amazing!
Update: Stephen showed up with a very proactive and amazing spirit. Appreciate the service. I wish I could request a certain MA for the consult because he was by far the best one yet. A++Super professional and attentive as ever. Very much recommended for any flu COVID cold or if your kiddos are sick. The best part? This was the best medical service I have experienced ever! Frederica was very warm, welcoming, friendly, comical, and professional. She knows how to make her patients feel comfortable and at ease. She lets you know that some of the questions she have to ask are personal before she asks them. Shes very experienced in her field and she does this strictly for the patients, not the money! Some nurses are in the profession for the money, but Frederica is clearly not. I really enjoyed our visit and meeting with her. If I have to use your service again, please send Frederica and no one else!! Shes the BEST!! I rate her a 100!!!
Alexis and Dr. Busoul were excellent. They had technology video with the doctor and sending imaging of my daughter’s ear to diagnose her ear infection.This was convenient having a house call and not having to transport our child from our rural area into the city. Did I mention this was on a Saturday afternoon 💕💕💕I so recommend them. They were vet kind and professional.

I have used UrgentCare2go a few different times, and every time has been a great experience. My MA from today was Taylor and she was absolutely amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient. If able to, I will absolutely request Taylor again for any future needs. Such a great service, and so much more convenient than having to head into a Dr.s office. 10/10 recommend!
Edit to add...They recently are posting reviews from 5 and 6 years ago on their Facebook page! Thats deceiving as all get out. It looks like recent reviews if you dont look close. Shaking my head. Heres my recent experience...This applies to Zeal to Heal but they are the same company. I had an at home visit and as usual it was fine. I was given a script for antibiotics. Still very ill, 2 days later, and my PCP had no available appointments, I went to their clinic in Farmers Branch, although it was still just a virtual doctor. Im not sure they listened to all my symptoms I was describing because they focused on stomach issues. (And the documentation in my chart doesnt have that I was having 104 fevers, violent shaking chills and sweats.) They did order labs. Still very ill, I went to the ER the next day. I was diagnosed with pneumonia. My complaint is that while at the Zeal to Heal office, they scheduled me for a follow-up visit for the lab results. Although the scheduled follow-up visit was 5 days away, and yes I was aware that there would be a charge, I was unaware that they already charged the 79.00 for it. But per the ER, I needed to follow up with my PCP. So I called and all I asked for was my lab results for my PCP. They said they were unable to release the labs before a doctor reviewed them. I called again to cancel the appointment and asked for a refund. Now, 3 days later, I had an appoinment with my PCP. After numerous ignored calls and me educating them that per HIPAA, they can release labs for continued treatment, and that my appointment with my PCP was that day, they finally emailed them to me. Now, when I call regarding the refund, they are actually ignoring my calls. They must have caller ID because Ive called numerous times on different days and times, and it goes straight to voicemail. I guess they need that 79.00 pretty bad. They should be embarrassed for this business practice. Even if I wanted to use their service again, I guess they wouldnt take my call?
Wonderful experience! Quick and efficient, was able to test vitals and receive an antibiotic shot in the comfort of my home. Chasity was lovely and personable, while still very professional! Would absolutely recommend!
Why can’t all medical experiences be this way? I’m so very happy that I found Urgent Care 2 Go on Google! Alexis is a sweetheart and very professional. With this service I feel heard, unlike at other medical offices whereI feel dismissed. I love my PCP don’t get me wrong but getting to him is a nightmare. Between waiting times, having to set up an appointment (most of the time not when you need an appointment immediately), and a whole staff of nurses that don’t seem to communicate with one another…this is by far the better option! Plus, it’s medical care in the comfort of my own home. Thank you Alexis and team for making this process as enjoyable as possible. I will definitely keep using Urgent Care 2 Go’s services in the future.
Alexis was great with my 7 year old. We got her an appointment same day and within an hour and a half she was at our house. Got her strept test within minutes and prescription within an hour or so. Great service, highly recommended!
It’s a great service and honestly our one and only appointment was good. Just beware if you ever want to cancel your monthly subscription. I’ve been trying for over 3 weeks and have been more than happy to pay the $200 cancellation fee. I Have spoke with 4 different employees and 1 account supervisor. I’ve been promised call backs but never received one. It’s like no one there knows (or wants) to cancel. They’ve had me send written requests, call back, speak with person after person and have not canceled my account. I was just charged again for this month. My next step is to cancel my credit card bc I have no other choice.
The service was awesome! My mother wasn’t feeling well and they came out to the house! The nurse Jackie was amazing and Dr. Busoul was great and had quite the personality, too! We are so very pleased!!! Don’t hesitate to call!!!

Weve been using Urgent 2 go fir four and a half years. It was so convenient especially when we didnt have insurance. Now they take insurance, the MA Fredricka came to see me, she was great!! She was training a young lady, they did wonderful at multi tasking.When you dont feel like even getting out of bed, let alone going and sitting for hours at an over crowded Urgent care or ER, this TAKES MEDICAL CARE TO A WHOLE NEW LEVEL. Nothing beats sitting in your home waiting for them to show up and stay with you during the entire visit.They even do a follow up ZOOM call the next day!GREAT SERVICE
Incredible how quickly they confirmed and were at our doorstep. They were patient, calm, kind and helpful. It really was like having a visit at their facility. Prices were very reasonable as well. Highly recommend and Mary MA was a delight to my wife and I. Will use again in the future.
Used them in the past and thought they were great but did not take insurance. Now they do! I will definitely use them more often now. My MA Maria and doctor were amazing. I got my diagnosis and treatment and I feel better now. The service also includes a free follow up virtual visit. Definitely recommend.
UrgentCare2go was exceptional. Appointments were easy to make and Jackie was awesome. She arrived early after calling to make sure her being early was convenient for me. Jackie was professional and assessed my needs with care. The virtual visit with the Dr. was quick, easy and through. The entire visit was well worth it and I never had to leave the home, very convenient. Will definitely call them again.
I loved their care for when my son was sick but have had a horrible experience with getting my bills reviewed due to billing questions. Multiple times I have tried to call to figure out a billing issue. The call center will not help. I have emailed the billing department. Still no help. This is ridiculous. I would not recommend due to the shady billing I am fighting currently for an explanation that no one seems to want to help or work on. Dont use them due to the horrible customer service. Horrible turnaround on billing. Bonus just called again no manager to talk to to escalate so mostly got a not my problem response when I have tried on my side multiple times to contact. Ridiculous. If I could give 0stars due to the poor billing customer service I would.

Miriam came to see my elderly mom on New Years Day and she was amazing. She was patient and communicated very clearly. Mom isnt a fan of medical care but Miriam made her smile many times. The Dr we talked to was honest and thorough. This service is a godsend.

My visit was extremely convenient and professional. Chris took time to make me feel comfortable while getting my information ready for the doctor visit. So easy to book and the MA Bryan arrived early and was very professional. Took great care of me made sure I was ok before leaving. The doctor came in and prescribed all my medications I started feeling better immediately.

Great service. My apartment can be difficult to find, but Taylor did not give up. I appreciate that so much. Also, Taylor and Dr. Busoul were very kind and thorough. They made sure I understood everything they were doing and why. Plus, they came to my home. The price was the same or less than if I had gone to the doctors office ,and much cheaper that the urgent care by my home. I couldn’t be more content with the service and care I was provided. Our Medical assistant Mary gave us an update when she was coming. She was on time and friendly and knowledgeable. So much better than waiting for hours with other sick people at an urgent care. The doctor then provided us with medication we needed. Great service
Our appointment was scheduled for 1PM and we finally had someone show up a little after 4PM for the appointment. When the MA’s arrived they were very kind and patient with my dad. The doctor was nice although it was difficult to hear him on the device.I’m not sure we would use this service again, mainly because if the tardiness- if I’d known it was going to be 3 hours, we would have gone to the ER or a different urgent care facility.
Had a great experience. The nurse Kathy did a great Job was on time fast and extra nice to my daughter. I already started telling my employees to use this service because it is fast and easy. I called and asked if they could give my dad a steroid shot into his knee because he is in excruciating pain and can’t leave the house - the woman who answered the customer service line said “Yes we can”. The next morning as they were driving to the house they called and said that they wanted us to know that they won’t be able to give a shot into the knee because it’s just a medical assistant who comes out to the house and only a doctor in an office can give that kind of shot - I said okay fine can I at least get a refund and they said No our standard policy is that we don’t give refunds. Wow in this day and age what kind of company doesn’t give refunds, especially when they straight up had misinformed me about their services. Don’t ever use this service - these aren’t real medical professionals
Our first time using this type of service my son had been sick for several days with a fever, he has severe anxiety and is on the spectrum he does not like going to the docs office. They came over took a strep test which came back positive and we were able to get him started on meds. Will definitely recommend.

Christopher drove over an hour to my house was very friendly and professional. He answered every question we had. This was one of the best experiences Ive ever had getting medical attention. Got a shot of antibiotics right in the comfort of my living room they sent in my scripts immediately. We didnt even know house calls were a thing. Well never use anyone else anytime we need urgent care services oh and great prices dont hesitate to call them.
Really good and quick service. MA Jackie came to our house right on time and completed the tests on site super easily! We connected with the doctor via camera and got help we needed. We really recommend this service, no waits and driving places and the website was indicating all the steps of the way. We will use them again!

Great and fast service. Was able to schedule an appointment online, and Melissa our Medical Assistant was at our house within a couple hours. So much faster and better than waiting at a clinic to be seen. Doctor does an interactive meeting and diagnosis with you on a laptop computer. This will definitely be the company I use from now on
First time using this service and Sal who was my medical assistant was amazing. He called me ahead of time to see if I wanted to move the appointment sooner and it worked perfect as I’m in pain and needed to be seen asap. He kept great communication with me and got to my place really fast. Also Dr. Busoul was very nice and performed inspection and prescribed meds. Overall very satisfied def recommend to my friends!
I had service for my son and wife. The service was fine however I was overcharged. I can’t get anyone on the phone as I keep getting told to the “manager” will have to review the billing and get back to me. It has now been almost 2 months now and I am still waiting for the “manager” to call me back. I have called several times and still get the same run around. I even had my insurance call them to let the know what my insurance covers and what my insurance paid and yet I still can’t get a resolution or so much as a call back. Use at your own risk as it is a great concept but being overcharged and the runaround is not worth it!

I recently had an in-house vitamin cocktail. The convenience of the service is like home delivery. I chose to do so because of my experience with Nurse Mary and her virtual doctors.This is my 3rd time and Ive been fortunate to be assigned the same practitioner. As always, Mary was prompt, congenial, and communicative.Never gives the impression of being in a rush or trivialize my concerns. Continuity of care at its best.Did I forget convenience? Imagine cleaning the kitchen and listening to kizomba music in the waiting room.Medication was administered, online chat with the doctor, which was a reassuring formality of a inic visit.Now that I think about it, no need to see my primary care doctor for non emergency concerns.
Alexis was absolutely amazing with our little girl! We really loved her!! The Dr. We saw today was amazing! Extremely through, my daughter had a double ear infection, and I’m immunocompromised so having this service is soooo helpful!!! And like I said wow, Alexis is so sweet, personable, she and the provider listened me and answered all my questions!!

Overall the nurse that came out and doctor I spoke with were great. The review is based off the bad customer service I received. I was suppose to receive a referral and I called multiple times they said they would send it out and nothing it was a constant chase. It shouldn’t have to be this hard especially since my visit was almost 2 months ago now.
We’ve used urgentcare 2 go several times now, and are always pleased with the service. Maria was very knowledgeable, very professional as well as thorough. in addition, she was comforting to my son who was having some anxiety about one of the procedures they wanted to perform. Really convenient service. I requested an appointment and Frederica showed up at my house just a couple hours later. I had a great experience for my first time using this service. Gina my MA was excellent and stayed on top of everything including me needing to reschedule my appointment and other last minute issues i was having personally. She was very professional and a joy while taking care of my medical needs for the day. Would definitely love to get her again as my MA and use this service again.
Jossford was absolutely amazing. He tried so hard to get the disgusting ear wax out of my ear. And he had to put up with my grand doggies barking constantly. The doctor was very good too. She is supposed to refer me to an ENT physician. I will be going back to Plano so the doctor has to be there. And I will be calling UrgentCare2Go for any non-emergency medical problems that come up. I was very happy with the manner and the prpcedure that Jossford. It was just too much hard wax. But I still give him 5 stars!

We had such a great experience. My 9 year old presented with flu like symptoms. They confirmed my online request and was at my house within an hour. Alexis, the MA, was kind and professional. The entire process was smooth and far more convenient than going to a walk in clinic. I highly recommend if you are looking for house calls!
First time trying this service and it was a good experience. Celeska came promptly and was very prepared and also kind. The doctor visit on computer went very well as well. Would definitely recommend it. If paying out of pocket- every recommended test cost money. Ie- strep test was an additional $100.
Very convenient I love Mobile To Go . The nurse was very kind . She was able to give me 3 different test and results within an hour, then she had me talk to Dr on Zoom . The Dr went over all my results etc etc. Awesome service
This is such a wonderful service. I was laid up all day with a terrible stomach bug. Couldn’t keep anything down long enough to even drive myself to the urgent care and this solved that problem! My MA, Alexis, was quick, kind, and helpful. They prescribed the meds I needed and even helped find a 24 hour pharmacy. Thanks Alex and the Doctor who I met virtually!
My first time experience with this service exceeded my expectations. My MA, Maggie, arrived on time and made me feel at ease right away. She was extremely professional and so pleasant, I felt I had made a friend by the time we were done! She provided better service and care than I have had at office visits in the past. The doctor made me feel like I was his only priority for the day and I never felt rushed.Now that I have used home care services, not sure why I would ever want to go to an office again. This was a wonderful experience.
Bryan showed up quickly and was very sensitive to what was happening with me. The Dr. , last initial P was excellent as well. This service provided me with the medical care I needed quickly as I was unable to drive and traveling alone. While I hope I don’t have to use this service again-I will in a heartbeat!

This is a phenomenal service. I just relocated to Texas and never heard of mobile Urgent Care. The nurse came right to our door and my son was assessed, tested, and given results in no time. This service is the best I could’ve asked for and I didn’t have to drag my sick son to the hospital and wait for hours to be seen. They took my insurance and my copay…I highly recommend Urgent Care 2Go!

Maria was wonderful! Very sweet and made everything as easy as possible. My oooonly gripe was that my original appointment was supposed to be at 10:45, but it got rescheduled 3 times, so i was seen at 1pm.

I logged in around 930am and got a quick appointment for 1145am.They ending up coming 30 minutes earlier to accommodate me at my work location. Chris was fast but very through in his exam. Update: I cant seem to obtain results from the PCR test they took. Still dont have a diagnosis after two days.I would 100% recommend this place to anyone who needs urgent care but prefers the comfort of their own home over a waiting room full of sick people. Reasonably priced and reliable. The medical assistant, Celesca, was wonderful. Very informative and made me feel as comfortable as possible.

Unfortunate I have to write this because I saw all the great reviews but at this point its patient negligence and should be taken extremely serious.I had an appointment in the evening time, appointment went great, doc said the meds would be put in right away and I could go to the pharmacy in the morning to pick up the meds.That was wrong. I went to the pharmacy and they didnt have anything. I called the urgent care back and was told I could wait there and to give them 5-10 minutes and the meds would be put in.I waited an hour, still nothing. Called them back and was told with full confidence that they saw the order put in and that it was good to go. Pharmacy closed with them still havent nothing from the urgent care.The next day I tried calling the pharmacy again, a full 48+ hrs after my appointment, still needing this medication, and they STILL have nothing.I called urgent care once more and was told please give me 15 minutes, with a patient now and I will push up your order.Push up my order? The one that you told me yourself the day prior was good to go? I dont know if I was just straight up lied to or what the deal is, I truly wasnt a problem patient at all and it all seemed pretty routine, but still now I dont have the medication put in.The medical assistant who worked my exam was great, the appointment was swift, however this is a pretty bad example of patient negligence from the after care portion. I hope this isnt anyone else experience.

I would gladly recommend this service to anyone and everyone. The nurse, Christian, was extremely professional and amazing. She had the shots i needed with her and it is already so much better. I had the worst rash of my life on my face and she didnt even flinch looking at me. The shots she gave me barely hurt at all and I hate getting shots. The doctor on the computer was just as amazing and she knew immediately what had happened. I found growing in the backyard, poison summac and oak... and I think ivy as well. I thank you so very much for taking such care of me. And I didnt even have to go outside...you came to the door. No hidden fees. No surprises. I live way out in the country so I expected them to be late but she called so that was not am issue. I will Def use them next time I need to see a doctor. If the shots werent so expensive I would call and get them again because I already look better but one more dose would probably fix me. Thank you both. You were amazing. I will recommend and use your services again. You were awesome.

I wanted to do a covid test and so I made an appointment with Urgentcare2go and had an appointment for. Nika was the person who came take care of my matters. She was very efficient and also very polite. She is people person. All my stuff was done in timely manner. I was happy that as I needed the results immediately and was so it was. The physician also came online to make sure I received what I needed and enquired about my health. If you need any treatment this is very good place to go to as you will be looked after well.
Used them yesterday to get my hubby checked out after a oxygen dip scare due to COVID infection. All was well with him in the end, and the staff were great! They were on time for the appointment and addressed our needs. Just to be safe, meds were called in by the doctor you see virtually. Very pleased with this service and so glad it exists! Will definitely be calling them again in the future! Sure beats sitting in a urgent care waiting room forever
Reagan braved tornado warnings and terribleweather, was on time, and awesome! So much better than waiting in an urgent care. She had equipment that sent images and results to the Dr who was on video with us. They were professional, took time to talk with me, and were still quick. I won’t wait at an urgent care again!

Dimitra, the medical assistant communicated with me as soon as she was on her way. She was very professional and pleasant. The whole process was simple quick and efficient. After she was done gathering my medical issue info we connected with the Dr. She was also just as professional. I would totally recommend to anyone. Simple process, very affordable and extremely convenient. I felt safe with the medical practitioner the entire time. Terrible place. The front desk or people who answer the phones are incompetent. Had to tell them multiple times to send a referral and they couldnt do that right. They lie to you and say one thing and then its another from another person. Ive found a better, REAL doctor whom I can visit in person and who actually cares. Dont waste your time or money here to be given the run around. Total scam. They do work over the phone. Not real licensed Doctors. Beware!

What an amazing service these people are providing! The MA, Jonathan, who came to my house and the doctor Who took care of me or both kind, patient, knowledgeable and accommodating. I would recommend service to anyone and everyone who might need non-emergency care. Except for the shot, the entire affair was easy, painless and expeditious. I dont know how long they been servicing my town, but I sure am glad they are and that I can rely on them anytime. But kind of like your mechanic or plumber, however great they are, you may hope not to see them too soon.
My wife has COVID and needed medical attention. I think the M.A. name is Jose. I have a trained Service Animal. For some reason she doesnt care for men. So, not only did Jose provide professional medical attention with kindness and compassion, but my Service Animal really liked him. That may not mean much to some people, but the fact that my Service Animal did not bark at him and did like him means allot.My Service Animal doesnt bark in public and my wife and I were impressed that Jose was able to provide medical attention my wife needed without having to hold back Ellie, my dog.I wanted to give Jose a great review, but wanted to explain how very important my Service Animal is. Some people may not understand and thats ok. We will use your service again if needed. Thank you again.

She was super sweet, made me feel extremely comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. Cannot recommend these awesome folks highly enough!! Not having to leave your home (regardless of if it’s night or day) to sit in a germ infested ER for hours upon end is priceless!! Especially if you are like me & have no insurance. They will cut every possible corner to save the company money, often jeopardizing the care so much I’ve landed in the ER & hospital on more than one occasion. Management clearly does not take care of their employees, as there’s constant turnover and the good PAs and doctors have left.I just had an appointment and because they carry expired medication on the truck, I was told my only option was to go to the ER. Keep in mind they rescheduled and canceled my appointment three times yesterday and eventually moved it to today. Now this. I would’ve gone to the ER by now.When you’re sick, desperate and need help, you expect medical providers that have the capability and resources to treat you appropriately. The stress and disappointment that comes from using this company isn’t worth enduring EVER again. Shame on the owners of this company. Shame for sure.

I scheduled my appointment for the earliest appointment. My MA arrived late but did reach out to let me know she was running late due to downtown traffic which I know for a fact is bad at that time. I was following through the tracker so that’s fine. I appreciate that they came to me since I was feeling terrible and I had kids at my home. The Rx was called in and ready within minutes and they provided all the documents needed for my job. They did charge an additional $10 without first informing me which is while this is not a 5 star experience. I was unsure of the co-pay and was expecting them to ask before just processing an additional payment. In case of an emergency I might use them again.
I just received in home 5 star urgent care- It was the best experience ever. MA, Bryant was very patient and equip with all the necessary tools. The physician was excellent!

My nurse Jackie and physicians assistant Lindsey were awesome. They ensured that I received the best care. They were nice and understanding.
This service was amazing! The medical assistant was so gentle and understanding with me. The doctor spent all the time I needed with her. I would definitely recommend using their service and I will always use them from here forward. Their prices are great, and you get true one on one time with the doctor. You get a very amazing full service! Not to mention that the medical assistant was at my house within the hour and early at that. I would never choose a free standing urgent care place again. I live the freedom with this service and being in my comfortable home with a knowledgeable medical assistant who can help me immediately at any hour of the day. Thats my 2 cents. I will always call them outside of my general physicians hours. Every time. You should do the same.

Jossfred was incredible. He was so patient with my nine-year-old who ask 1 million questions about everything. We had my nine year old swabbed, and who was very scared of being swabbed. Jossfred was amazing answered all the questions and made my nine year old feel so comfortable. It was also fabulous that they came to our house. Definitely worth it. Thank you Jossfred
I’ve used them twice and it has been a lifesaver. I got an appointment right away, they were very timely and professional. They helped resolve my problem quickly and so conveniently. Today is a Sunday and I got care so fast and didn’t have to deal with scheduling an appointment at a doctors office and lugging my kids around where we would be exposed to more illnesses. Thank you!

Outstanding experience! As a broke college student I was really impressed by the affordable prices. I was seen within a reasonable amount of time by the medical assistant, who was well spoken and passionate. I then got a one on one experience with a doctor via facetime. The Dr gave me his undivided attention. I feel like I received the proper treatment and diagnoses. In just a day I felt like a new man! 100% better. Overall thoughtful staff, educated and attentive Dr and easy process to be seen! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

An absolute blessing! So convenient. The Medical Assistant, Deneja was kind and thorough. The doctor via telemedicine was very pleasant. I had no idea such services were available at home. They even had the first dose of the medication in the van.
Chris was amazing & friendly, and the service is so convenient. I highly recommend. Rather than waiting for hours in the ER or at an actual urgent care, they come right to your home. This was the second time we used the service and I don’t think we’re ever going back!!! ♥️

So my wife was pretty sick and she used them because before we have had a good experience with this company but this was HORRIBLE. I never leave reviews ever but I had to share this experience we had.They charged her over $300 to basically say they didn’t know what was wrong, and it would take 5 days to follow up and tell us what was wrong.Then the day after my wife got worse, started to have a fever and chills so I called to ask if they could speed the process up and they said the doctor wouldn’t be in until 6:30pm this was like around 9:30 - 10am on Thursday?! Where is your doctor at all day?!Anyways, so never getting a call back from them at any point I had to take my wife to Care Now because I wasn’t going to wait until 6:30 and they immediately said she had Tonsillitis and gave us a treatment plan. And they didn’t charge us more than $75In addition we just found out that they changed my wife’s follow up appointment without asking and she specifically said she had to do 7am because she worked nights and could not do a later time. We have been trying to call to cancel and no one is answering the phone to address that concern.In summary. We will never be using this again, and we also will be letting our friends know about this ordeal for years to come. Never using this service again. Stick to Care Now and save your money.

I booked an appointment for a rapid Covid test. Sean the MA was really professional. I was very nervous about taking the test and Sean was encouraging and made me feel at ease. He had great bedside manner and customer service. I would definitely recommend this service to others but if it was possible to request an MA, I would have them to request Sean. He was GREAT!
I’m so impressed with this company! My MA Morgan was so professional. This is so much more convenient then going to a clinic. When you’re sick, leaving your house is the last thing that you want to do.

The absolute best price for my financial situation. Woke up feeling super sick and it was hard to breathe. It was extremely convenient for them to come to me and I loved my MA, Miya. She was really sweet and got me feeling great after my steroid shot. 100% recommend
I was skeptical at first of the quality of care we would receive from a mobile provider . But I was desperate to keep my fiancé and newborn from being exposed to covid by waiting for hours in an urgent care or ER full of sick people. The scheduling of the appointment was real simple and I loved their transparency with the cost on their website . The MA Yesenia arrived on time and was really understanding and caring . We had just been to an urgent care days before and the receptionist were rude and the doctor just seemed rushed and hardly even looked my fiancé in the eye in the two minutes that he met with her . Yesenia took her time in asking questions and relaying the info to the doctor via zoom. Once the doctor was consulted , my fiancé was actually provided with injection to treat her medical issue on the spot and provided a prescription . Overall the experience was great , not to mention the time we saved by not having to wait for 1-2 hours in a small urgent care waiting room while being exposed to who knows what . Will definitely use their services again .
Used this service for the first time for my wife and I was very impressed with the overall service provided. Setting up time for appointment was very easy. Once I finished the payment, got a call from medical assistant in 2 mins and she explained the entire process. Video conference with the doctor worked well and we were able to get the medicine right away from 24 hr pharmacy. Definitely much better than going to Emergency Room & paying 4 times the money if your condition is not too serious and regular urgent cares are not open (say after 9 in the night). Will use the service again if needed.
This was a great and convenient experience. Salvador came and was very professional, explained everything clearly and made sure i was comfortable. The whole thing was quick and practical. Better than most doctor visits that Ive had. Would highly recommend giving this a go if youre considering it.
Fabulous, convenient and efficient. I am duly impressed. Maggie and Ashley were great and they even stacked my son who works with me, right after, all in our Corporate Office. It was great to not have to go sit in some waiting room for hours and become exposed to even more germs when your system is already down for the count.I am sold for life. Too bad insurance doesnt cover but its worth every bit of paying out of pocket.

UrgentCare2go was awesome I was having some severe allergy issues and my MA Yolanda was great!! She listened to my concerns and was very gentle during the examination process. She also connected me to speak with the doctor who was also very personable and helpful. Yolanda and the doctor was very patient with me. This is a very cost effective way to care for small medical matters and its convenient. I will definitely be using their services again and I will be requesting the wonderful MA Yolanda because I really liked her!!
I really enjoyed the process of them coming to you! No long waits at hospitals or dr office everything from the comfort of your own home was really a plus. Gaby was on time , professional, and while waiting for test results she was nice to talk too about what I can do to help my symptoms and such. First time using this service but definitely won’t be the last and I’d recommend it if you don’t wanna go to hospitals wait hours or a dr office where it’s also a big wait plus around other sick ppl.

Today was our third time to use UrgentCare2go, and every time has exceeded expectations: great price, efficient service, and fantastic care from knowledgable representatives. All that said, Frederica C., NRCMA, was the best. We had three back-to-back appointments for two kids and one adult—with two different sets of symptoms—and Frederica handled everything as efficiently as if it were a single appointment. Her bright personality immediately endeared her to our family, and particularly to our kids. Now that we know we can request the same nurse again, we will definitely request Frederica every time.

Alexis was kind and had a good sense of humor which made the experience very comfortable. I have been suffering from extreme back pain and she was very accommodating and worked around me when she took my vitals. The doctor was casual but informative and he made the experience very easy to understand. I loved that she covered pricing during the visit so that there was no sticker shock after my visit. This was a great alternative to expensive urgent care facilities.
This was my first time using this service. I was skeptical at first but excited to have a home visit! It was actually everything it says it is. I made the appointment online, booked an appointment at 7:15 pm for an 8:00 pm appointment. Paid my fee and within a few minutes I received a message saying my medical assistant Keyona was on the way! She arrived on time and was very nice and professional. She took a little information and vitals and then I was speaking with a doctor via video chat a little while after. The doctor was also very nice and professional. I highly recommend them for all non-emergency situations. Sure beats a trip to the E.R. and long office visits! I am more than happy with this service and will be using them again in the future!
Bryan was my MA. He made everything so easy and was nice. I love that I discovered this service. Being sick is painful and I didn’t want to leave the house. Urgentcare2go is now my primary service for the times I can’t bring myself to leaving the house.
I just happened to find Urgent Care 2go online. I called, and chose the option to speak to the office manager. She was very helpful and explained the services. Thats when I realized that they would bring the care to my home! With four young children, the idea of a house call sounded perfect to me!The doctor called and spoke with me before the visit. She explained the whole process and asked me to describe my symptoms. She communicated really well, listened to me, and answered my questions.The whole process went exactly as was explained. MA Maggie came to my home and I saw the doctor on video. Maggie was very professional, compassionate and sweet with my children. It was a great experience! I was treated for respiratory issues, including a breathing treatment and steroid shot. I could not be more pleased with their service from start to finish. I would highly recommend Urgent care 2 Go to anyone seeking medical treatment.
**URGENT CARE 2 GO**The medic & the Med Aid, Kathy ( They deserve 10 STARS) that came to assess my loved one were awesome. Both very compassionate & attentive to the patients needs. They were perceptive, observant, friendly & showed genuine concern; HOWEVER I was not impressed with the virtual doctor, Dr. Pillai, Sajk. After the mesic & Kristie did all of the medical history & concerns, the actual doctor could have cared less! He called bwe bu the incorrect name from the very beginning! His only concern was her meds, which we were grateful for. He was condescending & continually made it very well known, REPEATEDLY, that he wasn’t from this area & there wasn’t much he could do before she even spoke! He said AT LEAST 3 different times, he was from DFW & didn’t know what we expected him to do! I never heard him say the patients name or ask her much of anything really! ZERO consideration for the staff & certainly none for the patient & mysel! To say we were disappointed is an understatement! NEVER AGAIN & wouldn’t recommend it!

Today was my first experience with the service but definitely not my last! I was hesitant about the level of care I would receive but those fears were quickly put to rest. I was given a thorough exam and testing along with personal attention that you just dont receive from traditional doctor visits.Within an hour and in the comfort of my home, I was diagnosed, treated and provided with medicine for the next few days.Also, the pricing model is excellent. There are no hidden fees and they allowed me to see how much each treatment would costs, so that I could make the selections based on the doctors recommendations as well as my budget.A++!!

The WORST experience. With all of the hassle I should’ve just went to the dr. They billed me double instead of my insurance company. They arrived 2 hours late. Said I would get a refund and then charged me anyway. No one emails you back. I will never use them again. Don’t recommend. It’s not worth it.

Last night was the sixth time we have used this service over the last year or so, and every time has been five star worthy. It is SO wonderful not to have to drag sick kiddos to the doctor (where you always worry they will leave with more germs than they brought in). Our experience has been that they have always shown up within ten minutes of the scheduled arrival time, have been efficient and thorough and have a great rapport with their patients. Super impressed and will definitely continue to use them.
