Everyone was professional and friendly. I was seen promptly by Nic N.P. She made me feel at easeKind and knowledgeable. She explained everything in terms I could understand. I usually get white coat syndrome, which affects my blood pressure. However, the experience was so serene that the assistant who took it was just a chill person as well. I think everyone I encountered, including the radiology tech, was absolutely wonderful!!
Going to the Urgent Care was an easy breeze thanks to the easy process of making the appointment plus the great service from the providers. Mr Daniel Vargas was super friendly and very accommodating. He listened to my concerns and gave me good instructions from my visit. Will definitely recommend it to my friends and family and will come back when i need it.
The Front Desk Staff acknowledged my issues and quickly checked me in.The nurse was very courteous and treated my cut in the finger. The doctor Karen Feeney looked into my cut in the finger and dressed it very nicely. Her medical advice regarding my follow up at home is awesome. I surely will recommend my friends and family members to visit this Urgent Care, if any service is required. Hats off to the entire awesome Team!!
Very convenient location as I live 15 minutes away. Could not quickly confirm appointment time online so I walked in. Front desk (didnt ask name) gave me time when a physician would be available.Medical Assistant, Nadine very polite & caring. Nurse Practitioner, Nick was very polite & thorough. Because I needed immediate care for my BP she took extra time for a referral, & she prescribed me a med for the meantime.
I know they were super busy, but they were able squeeze me in. I was very very appreciative. The Dr was so nice and you could tell she was building, training, running a strong team. She treated me like I was a human not just a health insurance card. Im doing much better.Thank you 🙏,Chris
I have an emergency. I walked in the front desk was very courteous and treated me very professionally as well as the medical personnel and the physician. They were compassionate and concerned about my health, thank you so much for taking care of me.
I came in with two orthopedic problems, a sprained finger and a strained back. I felt the evaluation of both was thorough and the free boat was appropriate. Everyone was very pleasant. Overall, it was a very positive experience.
Easy to make the appointment and the wait time was short. Staffs were cordial and very helpful. The provider was kind and efficient. The facility is well equipped with X - ray machine.Like a one stop operational clinic.
I waited 1.5 hours since I didn’t realize I could make an appointment. When I called GoHealth Urgent Care, the recording said they accept drop ins. I was in so much pain that I didn’t listen to the whole message, just drove there right away. The front desk was attentive and kept telling me it wouldn’t take long but he had no choice but to take in the ones with appointments first.
Very good medical care when needed immediately. The location is easy to find and the facility is clean and modern. The use of technology in online appointments is convenient and quick. The staff is friendly and helpful. So glad I was diagnosed and treated quickly. Definitely recommend this service.
The staff were friendly and professional. I was a walk in but they were still able to see me despite being busy. I got the help that I needed and am recovering quickly with the prescription I was given. Turns out there was a location 5 minutes away from me but I’m glad I drove 45 minutes to this location because I had a great experience.
This urgent care location was very hit or miss. Sometimes, the service is good, other times the service is bad.Previously, I went there when I sprained my knee, the staff were so kind and gentle with me, taking the time to make sure that I could walk with crutches and a knee brace on. They even apologized to me for not being able to get me out of PE for a year because the law wouldnt allow it, as a year wouldve allowed my knee to be fully recovered.Recently, I went there to see whats wrong with my health, as Ive been coughing, having a fever, cant eat anything, sometimes throwing up, have a lot of mucus, have asthma attacks, etc., and they kept interrupting and trying to cut me off when I was listing all of my symptoms to them. Their attitude was very nonchalant, and they didnt want to try running further tests on me to see whats wrong after I tested negative for flu and strep throat.
Paid $250 for urgent care, the PA never sent my prescription to my pharmacy, and I dare any one of you to call this location and try to talk to a human. No one answers the phone lines or responds to messages. Horrible experience I have neither my money nor my meds now.
Reaching a human here is possible, millions of prompts, can’t even reach a single human, goes directly to voicemail, what urgent care? I’m going somewhere else! This place is a joke.Just called Carbon Health, had an immediate question, pressed 0, wow got a live human and had my question answered in 1 minute, going there now. I AM NEVER EVER GOING TO UCSF URGENT CARE. What a joke!
I went to this ER couple times but yesterday was little more different, nurse Tailer helped us but i felt this angel should not be there she should be teaching future medical workers how to take care of the patient, i worked personally in medical field before but never met anyone care about patients and patient religion beliefs like that ( words can’t describe her), then we met the doctor i really feel bad that i forgot his name he was on point, we was completely comfortable and doing good in a minute good advice clear instructions, more than great staff 🫡
Hassle free experience. I had a laceration that required stitches. I went to the emergency room and it took over 3 hours to get treated. I came here to remove the stitches and I was in and out in no time. I should have come here instead of going to the emergency room. No waiting in line and friendly staff.
The doctor and wait staff at this urgent care were horrible!!! Doctor didn’t even know we were waiting in the room!! And the nurse or whoever she was said that since she didn’t “room” us, that she had nothing to do with us. And that someone else had an emergency so we had to wait. What if I had an emergency??? They had no idea we were even in the room!!! They all should not be working there let alone taking care of patients. Is this urgent care???? Obviously not.
Easy online appointment. Friendly staff, short wait, clean lobby and facility. Patient care professional.Keep up the good work 👏
My experience was exquisite!!! The care i received was outstanding!!! The staff truly deserves an accolade from start to finish. The very moment that i walked in the door i knew!!! It was exemplary care attention to every detail and genuinely done by a staff that knows how to treat people!!! Thank you and may Gods blessing be wirh you all eternally!!! Sincerely Yvonne Abdullah
The guy at the front desk wasn’t very friendly but he wasn’t rude by any means but the 2 medical professionals that I saw were amazing! I was in and out within 30 minutes (had an appointment) with meds prescribed. They were kind and conscientious of the fact that I didn’t have insurance. Great experience overall and definitely my new go to urgent care.
The front desk and the provider were so fast! The PA prescribed me just what I needed and within the first day of taking the medication I felt significantly better.
Very nice staff , esp Dr. Feeney . I was seen and evaluated , given prescription and went my way to rest at home . The office very clean updated and spacious . Will come back if needed in the future .
I went to this clinic on a Sunday I was seen straight away. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and compassionate. The facilities were clean and sanitized, and the location is quite easy to get to. It’s right off of 280. Overall, the best part for me was the staff I was made to feel very comfortable and they went the extra mile to help me because I had limited mobility at the time. I definitely recommend this place if you’re able to call ahead and make an appointment I do recommend doing that but if not, you can also walk in.
I thought the visit went well until I found out the instructions for my medication was not correct. The nurse practitioner told me to take the medication for 24 hours unless I have a fever. When I picked up my medication the directions stated for me take the medication twice a day for 10 days. This was so confusing so so looked up my summary from my visit and that stated something completely different. It stated for me to take the medication 3 times a day and that all no duration. For some reason the name on this post is wrong
So I had been to a dignity health urgent care once before this incident and I paid my $25 co-pay. The labs that I needed to pay in addition to the co-pay came a few weeks later they were relatively cheap. It was an easy process and it was all fine. The second time I visited they had my insurance on file as well as my credit card and even confirmed with me multiple times that the insurance policy was all correct and up-to-date which I verified. Then I got an overdraft charge in my bank where they had charged me for $400. They had never even put the claim through to my insurance and instead charged me full outright price for the visit. I then called the billing company and they confirmed that my visit had never even been sent to my insurance. This is extremely frustrating and is now another issue that I have to deal with with this place. They also never called me after I left a message, asking for a callback about some of the results on a lab that were confusing, and had no remarks written for them. I would not ever go back to this place.
Easy to schedule and appointment. I was seen pretty quick after my check in and the provider and staff were quick and helpful!Great questions and didnt feel like they were dismissing my minimal symptoms.
My visit to Dignity was a good one, I was in and out within an hour. This was great since I was dealing with bad pain. Nice to know there’s somewhere to go besides the ER when my Doctor can’t see me that day and weekends.
They were very accommodating and friendly! The doctor even reached out the following day to check on my son. My go to when in town.
You are the bestOf course i give 10 /10 . The wait wasnt long , the staff are so helpful, and I get the best treatment. I always thank my friend for her recommendation
Went to Dignity Urgent Care in Daly City. Visiting family over the holidays from San Diego. Appointment made. Waiting time short. Staff professional and courteous. Went there for coughing and congestion. Provider listened to my description of symptoms and concerns. Ran test, explained diagnosis and prescriptions. First time visit and would return if needed. Thank you!
What I liked most about my service was the rapidity, professionalism, and discretion with which I was met with while feeling particularly vulnerable due to an embarrassing yet imminent health risk. The exceptionally aware x ray technician took care not to broadcast my malady dispite there being no one within earshot ensuring my comfort. The nursing assistant patiently delt with my nervous humor, and taught me the difference between an x ray and an ultrasound. The doctor, who it was a pleasant surprise to see, was someone I had sook help from at a different go-health location, and was already familiar with my ailment. Together we decided on the best course of action which was to seek emergency services, and he couldnt have been more correct.Overall it was an informative and almost comforting experience had it not been for the severity of my health. I appreciate what they do and how they do it, and cannot emphasize enough the value of their service 10/10
Bad advertising. Site says walk-ins welcome. And yet, patient was scheduled for 4 pm. That doesn’t sound like “urgent” to me. I can understand waiting for 2 hours. But wait from 9 am to 4 pm? So, we go to their website to schedule virtual visit. Immediately they say, no guarantee that virtual visit will be attended to. Plain and silmple bad. Was supposed to send text and email. Received neither.
Erin and Nick were fabulous - sent me off to the ER when I probably would have just gone home on my own. Thank you!
The staff at this facility are top notch. I love my primary physician but know that I can also go to this facility and get the same amount of care. I wish I could remember who I saw today but I felt well taken care of and was listened to. Thank you for your service!
Its the warm welcome & the employees overall, their good work especially to Aaron who attended to me. I am very pleased to feel safe & have been given so much respect & care during my very first experience.
Awesome staff, Super Chill, Doc Wears those New Asian style Pants….Super Chill, And care wise was Awesome.“”Gave me my time to explain things that was going on with me.””And didn’t correct me while I was talking, like other doctors out there…🧐.This was by far the easiest, Greatest experience….Being my first time in one of these Urgent Care buildings. And also they got the power to recommend me to some specialists in the area…This was like seeing your own doctor. But yeah. Nice place…Thanks to the staff.
Was a walk in. Within 5 minutes I was seen. Staff where great. Nicole was wonderful.
These guys are busy and there’s a reason for that it’s an easy check-in process. The doctors are knowledgeable and everybody had a great attitude. They help sick people all day. Gotta be hard to stay ingood spirit but they do. Thank you 🙏
All the staff was friendly, professional and provided an exceptional care. I wish I remember all their names. From the receptionist, the X-ray technician and the doctor. All made me feel very comfortable. Even though was the end of the day, I never felt rushed they took care of me with such kindness and excellence. Thank you so much!
The NP is great but the front desk or the nurse assistant should not be on their cellphones. As i walked in, it’s supposed to be an “ Urgent care” my baby had a fever. I was hoping for the assistant to get the temperature right away after getting my information. Instead after approximately 4 min that i asked to get my baby’s temp at least.
The staff made the visit as simple from start to finish. At reception, all I needed to present was my picture id! Within my a few minutes of removing my coat, I was asked to go to an exam room. Inquiry into symptoms, medications, vital signs was held to the basics. Another precaution was having both tests: flu & Covid…both negative…good to know, indeed! Provider apologized for being held up, but also thanked me for my patience in the matter. Then, I had the opportunity to describe how miserable I felt. Provider was an excellent listener by checking my ears as I described being dizzy the day before. Provider also checked with me re the two prescriptions to order @ the pharmacy…nice to give input! And, provider gave me an idea of length of recovery time & if symptoms worsen that I was to have the option of returning to the same urgent care. The Christmas decor was a nice touch, cheery for this sick person!
Karen Feeney, MD is the best emergency doctor.. Very valuable.. The best doctor in the Daly City clinic
The way the staff treated me with Caring and respect. First place my name was written on paper, or symptoms but not spoken aloud, protecting my confidentiality. I liked the MDs, the feedback, the suggestions, and information, the knowledge, gentleness, and openness. The people who greeted me were professional and mindful of their tasks at hand. All n all I was impressed and very pleased with my care.
Receptionist/triage girl gave me a dirty look when I said I was a smoker. She thinks shes all cute but shes not.Rest of staff was very good.
This is an update on an earlier review I posted, where I complained about having to wait over one hour on two occasions, despite having an appointment both times. Well, third time is the charm: I went back today for a follow-up on some paperwork and the experience was better. I was promptly received and helped.I guess this is a very busy branch and the rotation of doctors and other staff is pretty fast, which makes it harder to run.I give it 3 stars and will review again based on future experiences.
My daughter recommended me to you company. I would recommend this specific facility to my family & friends, with a definite 10! Thank you!The nursing staff were friendly & professional. They were accommodating making sure I was seen as soon as possible. Id definitely give them a 10!My provider was awesome! He saw my problem & immediately diagnosed it with such efficiency. He explained what was going on with my foot, what proper foods to eat in the future, and prescribed the medication needed. He made me at ease & made me understand everything with ease. Thank you for your personable treatment. I definitely rate you a 10 with high recommendations from me.
They sent me from San Mateo Health to this hospital, which is an emergency. The man at the reception told me that there was no service for me until the other day.
I had an appointment so there was no waiting for me. Although, I was not able to complete my registration form prior to checking in, the staff was friendly and was able to help me. The doctor was nice as well. She’s knowledgeable too. I had explained to her what the symptoms were. She examined me and she knew what it was. She prescribed me a medication and it seems to be working well.
I was at this urgent care location on 10/25 due to some tightness in my chest. After taking a chest x-ray, the technician came in and said I needed to go to the emergency room right away due to a collapsed lung and that hed call me an ambulance. I refused the ambulance as I was fine, and did not want to pay for it. He couldnt tell me the nearest emergency room, had to ask his colleague. He said it was a LIFE THREATENING issue.I specifically asked him TWICE if there could be any mistake in his x ray readings at all, and he let me know no, theres no way, Ive been doing this for a while now, and you need to go to the emergency room. He told me based on his experience, there is absolutely no possible way that he was mistaken. So I went to the emergency room, after blood tests, 2 separate x rays, 4 hours in the ER, and a 10 THOUSAND dollar bill, they told me that the x ray technician at the urgent care was in fact incorrect, and that I did NOT have a collapsed lung. Im absolutely baffled at the way this man tried to rush me to the hospital when he was not even accurate in his findings causing me to find arrangements for my dog, miss work, and be stuck with a 5 figure bill. Absolutely atrocious.
My primary Doctor could not see me and I was having difficulty breathing (not serious enough for ER). I was referred to dignity health and was pleasantly surprised with how easy it was to get what I needed quickly. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Will be back if needed.
It was all so quick and painless. I ran out of my daily maintenance cortico steroid inhaler as well as my rescue inhaler and I really needed to get a temporary prescription for my Asthma meds while I waited to see my new primary care physician. My appointment with him wasnt for another month and it was imperative that I get those inhalers so I decided to go to Dignity Health in Daly City because the clinic was so close to where I live. I was able to pretty much do everything online - insurance, Id, and appointment so when I actually got to the office, I just showed my ID and Insurance card, filled out a short form, and was lead into a clean comfortable little hospital room. I waited maybe 2 min when triage came in and took my vitals. She was very nice, personable, and quick. She left and the Doctor came in a few minutes after that. He was kind, and showed concern, and the appointment took about 15min from start to finish. They sent over my prescriptions to the CVS of my choice and I got my inhalers! I feel like their service was not only super convenient and painless, but it literally SAVED MY LIFE because I just could not go another day without my inhalers. Breathing was getting critical and I dont know what I would have done if they werent there! Thank you Dignity Health on Gellert Blvd in Daly City!!
Always make an appt before going. Upon arrival, smooth check in and friendly staff.Once in the room, I was attended to promptly by the technician and PA. Overall experience went smooth! Premises is always clean!
Updated review 6 months:If you like surprises go here- I will NOT be going here again. All the staff will tell you that you dont have to pay for a certain test, and then several weeks later in the mail you will get a bill in the mail for it. Happened to me 3x in a row. Also the physicians quote you a price for tests when making a decision about undergoing certain tests for your health/treatment and then you get billed for 3X the amount! The management does not care at all and just want your money. I have reached out to them to report my concern - that they should not be saying certain tests are free when they are not and that it is wrong to tell a patient a test is 1/3 of the price and bill them close to $1000!---------------- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - --Made an appointment based on the advice in the reviews. Whole visit was under an hour but there was no one there when I got there and I went in the middle of the day. My visit went smooth, started out kind of shaky. The MA was so unprofessional by asking me personal health related questions out in the front lobby.Adam, PA was helpful, efficient, professional and kind. I was going to go to the zoo that day and thought I would be in bed all day but Adam helped me get back on my feet and back to work without missing anything- zoo or work. I would go back to this urgent care if I needed medical care.
Professional staff, I was helped right away and the PA Wong provided the treatment I needed for my medical issue and my concern. PA Wong prescribed an antibiotic for my sinus infection and Im feeling much better now. I highly recommend the Dignity Health facility in Daly City, CA.
One star for being easy to get in, the guy at the front desk was nice. The doctor I spoke to on the phone was friendly and very informative. She spent a lot of time explaining things to me in great detail. The visit cost me $60, took up about three hours of my time. The only thing they accomplished was to piss me off, ADMITTEDLY, from their errors. The PA spent two minutes with me for two problems. He said I didn’t have a UTI, but prescribed medication for it anyway. I asked if they could do a culture to make sure. He said ‘sure, if you want to’.Said my rash was ‘fungal’. Prescribed a cream.Took an hour at the pharmacy because he forgot one of the prescriptions. When I called to get the prescription, the phone rang for three minutes. Finally, a Dignity Health call center answered. Said they would tell the local office I was waiting at the pharmacy. When I finally got the medication, the cream was not nearly enough for treatment. So I had to call again....no answer. Sent a message on website. No returned call. The next morning I left another phone message with the nice guy at the front desk. That EVENING a super nice doctor called me. She said don’t even use the cream. She said if I actually have the diagnosis he gave me, I should have been prescribed an oral medication. Her words ‘I don’t know why you were prescribed this cream’. She they can’t identity every rash, so some doctors prescribe a cream and see if it helps. She said she couldn’t even give me the correct medicine because there was an interaction between it and another medication I take.Told me to see a dermatologistTotal WASTE OF TIME and MONEY.
Do not come here unless you are in SERIOUS need of aid or are willing to pay the ridiculously high cost of a visit.I visited for a persistent cough that I had for two weeks and essentially was told that it was viral and nothing could be done, and I was prescribed a cough suppressant. I did not receive a statement or bill when checking out, however three weeks later, I received an email saying Id be charged $189.40. I cant imagine how a 10 minute check up is worth $190, and Im so furious that I have to pay these outrageous costs. My visit also left a lot to be desired. While the facilities were clean and modern, I experienced terrible customer service. After being led into the patient room and getting my vitals checked, I was left waiting for an hour for the doctor, with no explanation of why the wait was so long, estimate of when the doctor would see me, or check in to make sure I was doing okay. About 40 minutes in, I thought they had forgotten about me and almost went outside to make sure I was still remembered. Eventually the doctor came and explained that she was caught up in removing another patients cast, which was a long process. I understand that some procedures take longer, but a warning about how long my wait would be would have been greatly appreciated, so I wasnt waiting in the dark.Overall, this place is outrageously expensive and really needs to work on their patient service. The only reason I would return is if I was in a serious condition and had no other place to turn to.
I decided to bring my daughter here since her pediatricians care team was not answering my call. And my daughter has not stop coughing and i feel like she needs to be seen, the registration was easy and waiting was so fast,it was so different from the Urgent care we went in the past that has a long line and long time of waiting. We were out after an hour,I like the dr who checked my daughter, she is very patient and knowledgeable, took her time in checking my daughter, the front desk nurse was nice too.
I went in for pains throughout my body, they gave me a blood test and told me to check back in a few days for results. I got a call telling me to go back in for the test that there were lab issues or to follow up with my doctor. I decided to do both. I called them and they never answered the telephone and they have no message machine, due to too many messages. I went in and they said they cannot do the blood test, that I was told to follow up with my doctor. I dont drive so I had to find a ride there and I was sent away right away. Ridiculous.
The way everything was handled, from the cleanliness inside, to the physical distancing reminders on the chairs, to asking those with later appointments to wait in their cars if theyre able, all made me feel safe.Additionally, everyone was very friendly and positive, even tho at least one individual was at the end of a very long day.Im very grateful to them for making my urgent care visit more comfortable and comforting.
In my three visits to 2 different locations, the place is very clean and neat with state of the Art services very fast and efficient using current technology. Staff are awesome and knowledgeable. Very accessible also since they have many locations where i live ! I had used a lot of urgent care-centers for 12 years before my first visit to them as a contractor and they are how urgent cares should be👍
After vomiting several times throughout the day and completely unable to keep clear liquids down an advice nurse told me I should go to an urgent care facility. She said that I was dehydrated and that I would need an IV. Thankfully my husband was able to book an appointment for me online at Dignity Health. When I arrived I told the front desk person I had an appointment and I was asked to wait outside. I was too weak to stand and as a result ended up sitting on the curb in the parking lot. Eventually I was able to sit inside. I was relieved when a doctor called my name and waved me over to speak. I told her my symptoms and she confirmed I would need an IV.She then said they were not set up to provide that service and that I would need to go to an ER. I burst into tears. Weak, fragile and frustrated I mustered all my energy to get to this urgent care. I didnt have the strength to go and sit in an ER and wait for hours. I struggled to even request an Uber home.Later that evening a family friend who is a nurse asked me if the doctor prescribed anything for my nausea. I said no. The doctor did not check my vitals, did not offer any medication or advice other than to tell me I needed to go to the ER. There was no medical care or treatment given at all.I am not a person who brings race into the equation but as a black woman I know that statistically the level of care we receive is less. In this instance I felt completely dismissed and VERY UPSET. I will always wonder if I was white would something else have been done to help me. I was too weak to ask questions and advocate for myself this time. Thankfully I recovered.
All and all a pleasant and hassle free experience with a good outcome.
I was taken by surprise that when I first entered the center, I saw a staff in hijab not wearing a mask. Her head was less than a foot away from the front desk staff (who was wearing a mask). She was very rude. Before I could finish my first sentence, she told me in a stern voice to go outside and wait. Apparently, they were helping another person at the time and they didnt want more than one person in the lobby at any given time. But I was more than six feet away from them, and the lobby was big. They could have put up a sign outside to let people know. And she could have been more courteous.Thank goodness, the other staff members were more on a friendly side, and they were helpful.
On Christmas Eve I was feeling very crummy for several day and my illness wasnt getting better. I came across Dignity health-gohealth urgent care by Googling online. I called to see if my insurance would be accepted. They said it would be so I booked my appointment online on their site. Parking was easy, checking-in was easy, the staff was professional and efficient. The facility was very clean and new. The doctor who saw me had a great bedside manner, helped me diagnose my illness and talk about further steps I can take to get better. I was in and out in about an hour and a half. Today, a few days later I got a check in call to see how I was feeling from a staff member. I was impressed. Id recommend them highly.
Pre-registration, short wait, friendly & competent P.A. & staff.
Everyone here was very friendly, kind, and helpful, really put me at ease. Getting an appointment, prescriptions, and results were very simple and painless as well! Highly recommended!
They accept health insurance. They then send you an invoice to pay which is clearly a scam.
Everyone was so upbeat and friendly. Really made me feel comfortable. The facility is clean and modern. Adam was efficient and treated my rash quickly and the prescription started working immediately. No wait. Great staff. A definite 10!
Tl;dr: just the office visit itself is $391, I would avoid at all costs (heh).Went in with a sore throat and just wanted to get a strep test. After checking in, they placed me in a patient room, closed the door, and said to wait for the doctor. No one came for almost an entire hour, and not until I walked out into the lobby did the doctor acknowledge me and say she was really busy (I dont blame her personally - she did look overwhelmed) and would see me ASAP. In total it was 3 hours in that room before they got my throat swab taken. The doctor saw me for no more than 5 minutes. It was frustrating, but I thought it was over.Months later I get a bill for $500+. The pricing seems shady and astronomically higher than other urgent care options in the Bay Area that openly list their prices. The strep test is charged at $120. The Office Visit New Patient Detailed is charged at $391.
The facility staff were awesome. They took safety measures for each patient and for themselves as well. If ever I need to return (hopefully not) I know that I will be well taken care of. Kudos to all staff... especially Nicole. Thank you!
Visiting from out of town and had to make an unfortunate stop. They got me in so quick and were truly helpful. They definitely deserve five stars.
This urgent care clinic is fabulous! I’ve been to the one in Daly City as well this one in Glen Park. The on-line appointment process is seamless, the people are friendly and efficient, the facility is spotless, and the Physician’s Assistant in Glen Park was awesome (this all true for Daly City as well). Thanks !
I felt like royalty entering this professional establishment. My door was opened with generous hospitality, Kevin got me an appointment scheduled with ease!It was an honor to have Doctor F. Operate on me, had a (FB) in some soft tissue removed, like a lion with a thorn in its paw, I am free again. Thank you all for what you do. These are heroes we as a society need to be thankful for on a daily basis.Thank you!
My visit was fine. There were no other patients in the office but yet I still had to wait 10 mins after my appt but whatever. The issue I have is that NO ONE answers the phones in the Daly City office. I was supposed to have some test results back by now and online account just shows there’s an unanswered question to the doctor from the lab. Like is anyone working for patients after they leave?? Someone needs to be on top of these things!
The Doctor and other people working at the clinic were very polite and nice and the procedures in place for covid (letting one person inside the reception area at a time) made me feel safe, but it was very disappointing that when calling multiple times it always went to voicemail. It was easy to make an appointment online but the wait was almost an hour before being seen by the doctor, showing that they are clearly understaffed (not the fault of the people that work there who are trying their best, but not a great customer experience). Athough I answered all the check in questions online they seem to still be required to double check the answers there when you check in. I asked the lady at reception when I was checking-in if they had an x-ray machine on site (which was my reason for calling) and she said yes, but when I saw the doctor I found out it wasnt working so if I wanted an x-ray I would have had to go to San Bruno (imagine going there without an appointment after I heard them routing many patients to San Bruno already while waiting for the doctor, since they didnt perform COVID testing at Daly City but they do at San Bruno). Their payment system was down so I have no idea how much the whole thing is going to cost me. Overall, I did get to see a knowledgeable and nice doctor while making a same day appointment on a Saturday, but of course he couldnt tell me if my toe was broken or not without an x-ray so I had to get another appointment with my PCP and an x-ray, making the appointment at Dignity Health useless and a waste of my money and time, if they had told me that the x-ray machine wasnt working I never would have requested the appointment in the first place, but they dont care or take any responsibility for giving me bad information.*Update: I sent them the email that they requested as a response to my review and nothing happened. The cost of seeing their doctor for 5 ended up being $325.**2nd Update: although I had to provide my insurance when I requested the appointment online and again when I checked in at the clinic, they never submitted a claim to Aetna!!! I paid the bill and it then occurred to me to check Aetnas website and there wasnt a claim. I had to go back and forth with Dignity Health to ask them to submit a claim and I still havent received a refund... Although the claim has been processed, they said they cant do it until I get an explanation of benefits. If I could give them ZERO stars I would. Such a headache, the ordeal has taken so much time and I got wrong information from reps more times than I can count.
Been there 5 times since they opened up in the daly city area. I have never had a bad experience, and you free up the emergency room for true emergencies. The appointment you can do online is fantastic plus they remind you prior to your appointment. Drs, PA all have been compassionate and not your usual urgent care like cattle! Go here for non emergencies. Ty dr Adam and xray tech they are always friendly.
Hi - this message is for the facility at 325 Gellert in Daly City. Your service was fantastic! I received a few follow-up calls from the Dr, to see how I was doing which was so kind. The one problem is that I tried to call back several times and did not get answer. Other than that, exceptional service, compassionate and personable staff and I will definitely return. Thank you!
I am not a member of Dignity Health but I have a Medicare coverage. I walked into the Urgent Care in Daly City sometime ago, and they attended to me in a very professional manner. I needed at that time a few high blood pressure medicine that I ran out of, and my schedule to see my doctor at Kaiser was a week from that day. After a few formalities, they were able to give me the medicine that I needed. Your staff, at that time, was absolutely awesome. That was why a few weeks ago, I sent an e-mail to Urgent care or Dignity Health to inquire about how I could be a member of Dignity Health so that I could go to the Urgent Care center in Daly City, a walking distance from my residence, at anytime that I would need to.
Perhaps it was because my appointment was near closing, but this was the fastest, most friendly and polite experience Ive ever had at an urgent care. I hope I dont need you again, but Ill def have you in mind if the need arises!
My 14 year old needed stitches on his lip and we were about to go to the ER, and I decided to google an Urgent Care near us.This place is amazing! Friendly and helpful staff. No waiting time and the PA did a great job on my son.If you are in URGENT need of CARE, this is the place to be.
I came to this Urgent Care with horrible headache. I am under a regular care with my doctor to manage my headaches, but as always, they suggest you go to urgent care in case of emergency. I went to this office and a provider Steven Zhong told me that he could of give me something to relive my pain, but he wont because he does not have his code or batch, i do not remember exactly what. So, they literally kicked me out crying in pain. And please make sure I received a bill after that as well as for a regular visit. Horrible experience and absolutely medically unethical. I do not recommend anyone to go to this place.
Im giving 2 stars because my experience wasnt that great. I went in around December because I fell down the stairs at my gym and my foot was super swollen and hurt so bad. I was seen right away and they were very friendly. The doctor however looks at my swollen foot and says right away you need to go to the hospital because your foot is broken and they need to pop the bone back into place. He didnt even take a x Ray... I was upset because I drove there myself and had to go to the hospital ER now to get it looked at. The thing is, I did go to the hospital afterwards, waited 2 hours, and they took an x ray and it was NOT broken! The doctor at this urgent care couldve taken an x-ray and told me that, but I wasted a lot of time and money going to the hospital when I did not need to. The doctor here just looked at my foot and made an assumption that was not correct. I hope this doesnt happen to someone else.
Before going to Urgent Care, it was easy to register on-line and request an appt time. When I got there, the medical assistant was professional and friendly and took my vitals before the doctors assistant came in. I was diagnosed shortly and given my prescriptions. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because I had to call back to request that my Lab Results be sent to my PCP (which should have been already done.) However, I do recommend coming here should you need Urgent Care.
I have been to this facility several times and they are the best. They were on time attentive to my needs and would highly reccomend this clinic to anyone who needs emergency care rather than the ER. The staff is awesome everytime Ive gone there which is like 3 times. Thank you all for such awesome service. Happy New Year.......
This is a super clean well staffer friendly and professional clinic. The Dr. Assistant was very positive and quite pleasant in a not so pleasant situation. We have a horrible pcp and wanted to be treated as a real live person so we came here. The wait was minimal leaving less anticipation time...big plus ...my husband was seen by Dr. Cower who immediately got down to business no funny business just good old fashioned dr patient torture. With out hesitation Dr. Cowee jumped right in an we were home within a 45 minute time period. We given really accurate referrals to hopefully get on track and prevent any other possible problems. Thanks guys you were wonderful in a bad situation.
Daly City Dignity Health is unprofessional, the staffs and doctors don’t give a hoot. I waited almost 2 hrs in the waiting room. Didn’t bother to notify me of delays, the doctor didn’t care neither. Very poor service.
Excellent diagnostic, amazing doctor & staff.Get well right away !!!
I have been calling and no one cares to answer. They probably under staff like most other places. I understand in these days you can make appointments and things online but that is not the same as talking to someone about your needs when it comes to health. It also helps and sense of wasting time. If they can’t help me then I will go elsewhere but if I can’t get a hold of them in the first place how am I to know. I was happy to see an urgent care so close to us but apparently it is not easy to get in touch with them which is not a good quality in sense of needing care, especially urgently. I will look elsewhere. What a disappointment.
The service I received was excellent. Both the physician assistant and the physician were professional, attentive to details, and friendly. The treatments I received have been effective.
The front desk and doctor were very friendly but the wait time was 1.5 hours more than the scheduled time. When I asked why there was a wait time, they said there is only one doctor in the urgent care. I expect better time management in an “urgent” care
The staff and provider all had excellent bed side manners. They made the process simple and easy for me. I would use their services again in the future and highly recommend to friends and family.
Everyone was very nice and efficient. I was seen shortly after I arrived. The PA treated me with respect and took care of my problem. The longest I had to wait was for the results of the test that was taken. Excellent medical services.
Amazing I am so happy that dignity health has a real urgent care.
We were seen and cared for quickly and were referred to an ER for further care
I took a terrible fall in Chevys parking lot. Blood everywhere forehead. Tooth thru lip, nose, chin, hands, knees and all parts in-between. Went straight to urgent care. There was no wait, seen almost immediately. Everyone was polite and professional. Really liked Dr. Feeney and my care was top notch.
The staff and doctor were knowledgeable and friendly. The office was very clean and comfy. I’ll recommend to friends. I was in and out in less then 30 minutes. It was a good experience all way around.
Dr. Morris is a true professional. I saw him for a very bad cold and cough. I am feeling much better now. Best doctor. Very happy with my experience. The Staff is very friendly. Thank you!
Really great and friendly staff from front desk to PA to the actual doctor. Went in for an assement for an injury that happened 4/21 and was pleased withe the professional manner in which I was treated. They have xray on site which is very nice. They also have splits etc so that if you do have a break you can wear that and then go to orto or a nearby hospital ER for a cast or what not. Clean waiting room with water and coffee which was a nice touch. Definetly will try them again. Also of note is that the see pediatric pacients 6 months and over. A+++++ Thank you dignity health for treat myself and my family with the utmost care.
Hi there,My husband ,his name is Vitalii Voloshchuk, had an abscess on his back. We decided he needed medical attention. Off we went to Urgent Care location is 325 Gellert Blvd Daly City, CA 94015 02/06/2018. The first doctor name is Danielle Cowee. We check in no problem he goes back into the exam room to be seen. Now this is where it goes wrong. Im no expert but I do to know basically what needs to be done. It needs to be lanced, drained and antibiotics need to be prescribed to prevent any other complications. Even she does not check his pressure and temperature. Well none of that happened. The Danielle Cowee did do a tiny cut in the abscess, she then put an ointment on it and a bandage and sent my husband on his way. We paid 530$ for this. I ask him how it went where we should be picking up the prescription and to my shock, he said no need I wasnt prescribed anything only Naproxen for pain. He said the Doctor told him to put on an ointment like for minor cuts. Im not stupid and Im completely turned off on this place but trusting the doctor we go home. Two days later the abscess explodes we go back to urgent care. This time we see a different doctor the name is Karen Feeney. This doctor lances, drains and puts inside the wound stuff to help drain it and keep it clean and prescribed antibiotics and as well checks pressure and temperature. She gave me specific instructions on how to keep it clean and scheduled a follow-up appointment to check on how it heeling. And of course, we paid again 280$.This is what I was expecting from the first visit. Upon leaving the receptionist went to charge me full price again. I refuse on the grounds of the first visit was a complete waste of time and money. If it wasnt for the second doctor I would never come back here again and I will make a point of rescheduling for when she isnt there. Now my husband is feeling good but is still in pain. This whole ordeal has put my husband out of work for two weeks and counting.Thank you so much for your attention.
This location sucks. Everytime we go they give us a hell time. We will not return. Receptionist are all rude. Poor Customer Service. Not Professional. The doctors are not Professional. They didnt see my son they had an attitude. Sucks. The Doctors dont care about the Patient. Never again going to that location.
For a medical procedure that required fast COVID-19 screening I made an appointment on DHGH web site. It finally worked out and I got my results in 15 minutes after testing. That is amazing. But I suggest that DHGH fix their web site to clearly show that daily city does not do the swap and Covid-19 testing. Otherwise it is an excellent and fast way to be tested. Here is my full exprence.Since, Redwoodcity where I was first planing to do the test did not have an open schedule I made the reservation on line for Daily city. Upon arrival I was told that daily city branch does not do Covid testing. But they were, profesional, helpful and quick to arrange an appointment for me back at Redwood City within two hours after I was quickly screened by a doctor. I drove back to daily City and completed my nose swap and Covid-19 test in an organized 4-car line up and received my negative test result in 15 minutes. This is fast and excellent. They just need to fix their web site.
Provider prescribed medication but they dont send it right away to the pharmacy. Waited too long to get the medication. Not really an urgent care.
The receptionist mackenzie (i think that was her name) was very thoughtful about my time. i became a bit frustrated when a customer skipped the queue. being the passive aggressive type, i huffed yet didn’t say a word. i was in the car going home and complaining to my husband when i received a surprise call from mackenzie. she wanted to apologise for the wait and for the rude line-cutter. her efforts were above and beyond expectation and totally eliminated my irritation. that level of customer service is very much appreciated. she deserves recognition. thank you!
Our appointment calendar is full so there will be a 2 hour wait. So, you schedule appointments on a Holiday and tell me this while there is no one else waiting? You should remove the Urgent from your title. Its false advertising.
Bad experience,Prescribe medicine that are backordered everywhere.Want another medicine to replace that backordered, then given medicine that available outside without prescription and i already have been using for 2 weeks and i already told them that too before they prescribe.I have very hard time to contact them by phone, excuse from doctor is not available and so on.When i leave the clinic, charges are expensive plus funny thing is, they said there may be more charges incoming because they dont know what other kind of inspection their doctor do.Seriously??You dont know what your doctors do inside your clinic? There no line up patient whatsoever.Even my CVS minute clinic experience are better. Now i know this is a one time experience here, but one time is enough. Not satisfying at all.
My experience here was just awful! After checking me in, they asked me to wait in a room. I waited more than 50 mins and only after I went out to see what is going on, they attended. They are not informative and helpful about basic stuff like insurances. It came to me that they are not liking their jobs
The experience I had at the Dignity Health Urgent Care was awesome. I was able to walk in and see a doctor instead of trying to schedule an appt with my own dr and having to make a separate visit or appt to get an x-ray. I went in with a cough that would not go away. I previously went to my primary care dr and got some medicine but it didnt help. I called my primary and they suggested I go to acute care. Ive been to Parnassus acute care and they dont see you as fast as dignity health urgent care. On top of that they did an x-ray for me to rule out pneumonia and sent cough suppressant pills along with an inhaler and some prednisone for inflammation to my pharmacy. I was out of there in less than an hour. The staff was super friendly and listen to my problems. I would highly recommend them.
Staff and doctors were attentive and kind. Definitely will go back. Great 1st experience. So glad we didnt go to the ER. Theyre fantastic when it comes to kids. Very comforting.
I was very impressed. At last, a place a person can go to without being pushed aside because you are not important which is what they do in hospital er. I remember cutting part of my finger off and went to seton er and waited four hours to get treated.Urgent care is a much needed service for non emergency situations that do need medical attention. I totally support urgent care and hope they will continue to serve the community. Thank you urgent care!Vicky golub
I NEVER EVER WANT GO ANYWHERE ELSE TO SEE A DOCTOR!!!!This Clinic is SPOTLESS!!!My First impression when I walked in and saw Kevin with a Mask on covering his face, I KNEW IT WAS THE PLACE FOR ME!!!.I was extremely pleased how you could tell he was smiling when he greated me, just by the tone on his voice and his eyes Lit up when he spoke..I asked him if I could also Don a mask, he had them RIGHT IN FRONT, and Glovesif needed.!!..He assisted me with getting my complimentary tea, so that I didnt get burned by the water (not everyone knows how to use all automated coffee/H20 machines). Before I knew it, I was headed to the exam room having not waited more than 25 min.Oh did I mention there were 3 people ahead of me when I arrived.I wish I could have remembered the young lady who took my Vitals, she too was also AMAZING...such an upbeat, and warm demeanor ...I felt like were family....Now to TOP IT ALLL OFF...ADAM came in Smiling like a Kid who just tasted CANDY for the first time...what a JOYI was so tired of coughing, when I came in ..I. FORGOT I Even SICK.....😉...after my Exam...Adam explained my DIAGNOSIS and really took the time to make sure I knew WHY I had to take each medications at certain times..(Not the OLD., Ill give you something to take and call it in).I know this is a LOT TO READ....TRUST ME ITS WORTH IT......and SO ARE THEY.(Pardon any grammatical errors...this was a VOICE dictated)😷
The staff was very friendly and the attention was good and I didnt have to wait long as in some doctors offices
Front desk staff very unhelpful. Felt dismissive and no customer service skills.
This place is small and has no privacy. They should have a form to fill out for visits vs asking you over the counter what your symptoms are in the open lobby. It’s like common sense. The prices also are way too high for out of pocket expenses for those who don’t have insurance.
Suggest making an appointment before going so you don’t have to wait as long. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. The doctor and staff were very nice. Would definitely come back.
Easy appointment setup and paperwork was quick. Staff and Doctor were nice and professional.
I visited twice in Daly City location. All the doctors and assistants are very nice and attended. Planning to get them small gift in this holiday season!
Adam at Daly City Go Clinic has been the best. Id rather go see him than my regular doctor. I am treated every time with kindness by Adam and all desk staff. I wish Adam was my PCP.
PLEASE please please Dignity Health, re-train staff on professionalism and respect. Being turned away for a impacted ear because your staff “doesn’t do that” is bewildering. Tammy Hufton NP is the reason why I will discontinue going here. She has no concern for her patients and is very rude and dismissive. I hope no person has the terrible luck of being serviced by her.
Didn’t want to go to see a Dr. but did go and had a good experience. Everyone was efficient and helpful. I was treated very well with no wait. Staff treated me well and are all very nice.
Do not go here! Took my son there last week and the so called doctor missed diagnosed him. The idiot never entered the room or took his hands out of his pockets! Really? Went to see a real doctor and Mills and that doctor said he was embarrassed for him. DO NOT GO HERE!
Went there on a weekday afternoon, and the care was great! The doctor took the time to really understand my symptoms and outline possible treatments.
Admittedly, I called just a few minutes before quitting time.Although everyone is getting ready to go home, I think an incomming call shouldnt be ignored, if it is still within working hours....And the vm is full, so then the system just hangs up on you. Thats a fine howdy do!
Check in process is too slow! Yet, the doctor is excellent! She is very patient and detailed.very professionally! I really appreciate it!
Such a lovely facility and great staff! Was seen almost immediately, felt heard and really well cared for. Saw Dr. Adam Morris and he was great.
Excellent staff and speedy service. I am not from this area and the receptionist was extremely patient as I coordinated coverage from my insurance. Dr. Feeny is knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you all so much!
Felt comfortable in waiting room.Got immediate attention.Simplified procedures.Experienced and caring doctors and nurses.Fast lab results.
Very professional and convenient to get to. Hardly any waiting. My situation was kind of embarrassing, and the PAC who treated me was very kind and helpful and totally discreet regarding my situation.
They all are very competent! Kevin at the front desk is outstanding. Very kind and competent. I have limited mobility and he was a great help.
Its unfortunate when you try to get help for your asthma and get turned away because the machine isnt working. Being told to go to the ER for a simple inhaler.
They were so efficient and professional! Even at a crazy time like this the appointments were spaced so I didn’t have to wait! Such a relief when you aren’t feeling well.
Easy to make an appointment. Professional clerical staff. Attentive and empathetic care providers.
The staff and Dr were great. Very attentive and supportive! I really appreciated it and feeling much better because of their care! Thank you!
Very helpful and kind staff. Went out of their way to help figure out my insurance coverage. Nice and clean. Will definitely go back.
Adam is awesome, my mum dont want to see the doctor in the first place as she dont tk it will help, and Adam help a lot by providing suggestions and also arrange an interruptor for us.
It was easy to get an appointment was seen that day , every one was helpful and courteous.
Excellent staff and amazing system for reserving a spot in advance of visit. Thank you!
Excellent service! Very kid friendly. Could not complain. Will definitely be our go-to urgent care place. Thank you!
Staff very helpful . Great location wth parking. Like that they open early.
Dr Feeney and the staff were very nice . Dr Feeney was very detailed in explaining everything.... Very fast and convenient I will definitely recommend this location.... Thank you!
Knowledgeable physician and caring staff combined with a convenient location and late hours make this place a five stars.
We walked I. And we’re told one hour 45 min wait. Six people ahead of us. So we waited. After almost 2 1/2 hours we’re still waiting. It’s ridiculous. Only one doctor.
Way better then any ER I do recommend dignity health
I went there to get an urgent care, but unfortunately they dont accept Medi-Cal Health Plan of San Mateo, front desk said they were working on that, I was so disappointed to think that they were in San Mateo location.
Worst healthcare I have experienced. The doctor didnt even lift his head before giving his recommendation. Thanks for helping people in these trying times.
Extremely friendly and prompt. Waited for 5 minutes on a Saturday. Doctor was extremely helpful and personable.
Fast service. Made me very comfortable and listened to my situation and was very sweet.
Close to home, staffs & doctor are great.
Making an appointment doesnt seem to mean anything at this facility. My appointment was at 1200, waited almost an hour later to be seen. At this location they only have 1 Dr available.
Extremely backed up. Multiple people waiting to be seen. 1 provider. Everyone taking their time
Appointments possible, great space & convenient location, pleasant, professional, and knowledgable staff!
They really care and took the time to listen to me, also the hole staff is fantastic!
Same day appointment, courticy, polite and professional. What more can you ask for. These guys are great
Great service, Thank you
The attending health professional was highly competent. Very professional.
I had a very good experience. The staff is very personable and yet professional. Everything was clearly explained and I felt very good about the service.
The staff at both facilities San Bruno and Serramonte were excellent and understanding.all were very professional.
Doctor on duty attended to my finger injury thoroughly. I walked away feeling made whole again. Thank You
Friendly staff and dr was down to earth and didnt beat around the bush! Was a walk in on a Saturday and was in and out in under an hour
I came in with chest pain and my left arm numb short of breath and they couldn’t see me because I had no insurance turned me away and asked me to go to seton
I was seen quickly and everyone was very kind and helpful!
Its was fast and so friendly.
Everyone was cheerful and great considering it was Christmas morning and Im feeling much better now! 😀
Clean, fast and efficient! A better choice than going to the Urgent Care at the hospital!
The daily city office was fantastic!! Redwood City was fantastic for my follow up
The staff here is all round fabulous, and theres lots of parking. They get an A++
Very nice and professional staff. Nice clinic.
It was great to have someone at a time when you need a doctor most. Thank you!

I had a great experience. Staff was excellent!
Excellent check in process ! They helped me out a tons !! I recommend ! Great location.
Great Service and Good Staff✨🙂👌🏼
Not crowded. Staff attentive to patients
Every time I call this place, they answer and hang up. That’s very unprofessional and I have an emergency question to inquire about.
Have they seen me and my girlfriend and they were quick and professional
The check in process but above all the doctor who took care of me... thanks!!
Professionalism, Friendly, and thorough...... I would recommend

Kind, knowledgeable & caring staffs & physicians.
Good service, good people, good clean environment, good recommendation
The doctor here will probably just send you to the ER.
Short wait time, compassionate care, and very expensive.
Be aware that this location has extremely rude, ignorant staff members.
Very friendly and helpful.would go again when need to.
The staff are nice and understanding
Easy breezy with super nice staff
Excellent service.
Clean facility, friendly staff and professionals
Very good doctor over there.
