Dr.Morin and the staff were all very professional. My time here was very smooth and they were always responsive when I had questions at any time of the day via their Spruce app. I really appreciated everybodys dedication and professionalism throughout the process and are happy that we were able to graduate in due time. It probably also helped that we had Progeny insurance, which helped billing be even smoother. The office is new, clean, and spacious. They are closed on the weekends so I also had to go to the SF office a handful of times for appointments and procedures, which I also found to be a pleasant experience.

I truly cannot recommend RMA enough. I started off at another local fertility clinic and switched due to issues with their billing department. This was honestly the best thing to ever happen to us. Not only are the doctors and staff at RMA amazing, but their communication is above and beyond. Everything is done through the Spruce app. Messages are responded to extremely quickly, which is such a breath of fresh air when dealing with an already stressful/anxiety inducing treatment. My doctor is Dr. Shapiro and she is just the best. Very warm, calm, compassionate and truly feels like she is rooting for you and in your corner every step of the way. She was always available for a phone call and open to trying new things to yield better results. Dr. Morin is also at this location he is wonderful as well- he performed one of my egg retrievals and also my first (and so far successful) transfer. All of the nurses are great and helpful (Sophia, Jordan, etc.) Dealing with infertility requires a lot of visits to the office, so having a great staff makes a big difference. Sophiya was an absolute ray of sunshine taking my blood regularly and keeping me company during my many early morning visits to the office. You see a lot of doctors during retrievals/visits and I also had great experiences with Dr. Kort and Dr. Kaser. My only regret is not finding RMA sooner!

My husband and I had a FANTASTIC experience with RMA. We started at Spring Fertility and were getting bad vibes and mixed info. Right before we were supposed to begin our first retrieval cycle, I reached out to RMA requesting a consult with Dr. Morin. To our surprise, they were able to schedule an appointment with him the very next day. We LOVED him immediately and decided to switch over to RMA. They signed us up promptly so that I was able to continue with my scheduled cycle and not lose any time. Our initial impressions of Dr. Morin were on point; we COULD NOT have been happier with him. Due to our diagnoses, we had to do 3 retrievals. Throughout the entire process, he was calm, kind, and full of evidence-based recommendations. When I had a question about a protocol or wanted to try something Id read about in a FB group, hed explain any pros/cons behind it and remain open-minded. I never felt as if I couldnt bring something up with him; together, we all co-created a strategy that my husband and I felt confident with. We were SO pleased when our first transfer was successful; Im currently 20 weeks! I really attribute the success of our IVF journey to Dr. Morin and RMA. When were ready baby #2, well be back!

Dr. Morin and the RMA team are the Absolute Best during this stressful, emotional journey of motherhood. They are incredibly responsive and understand busy professional schedules. This team has been super compassionate, very evidence based, and worth the drive. The SF office is lovely as well. Also appreciate the in depth out of network explanations and how competitive their pricing is for those who do not have coverage. Highly recommend +++

I had one IVF experience which was awful and I became traumatized from it. So I made sure I had a list of questions so I would not experience the same thing. I met with Dr. Morin in person and explained my story and what Im looking for. Dr. Morin kept his word: I knew how I was progressing and all my questions were answered promptly with the spruce app by the doctors and staff. It was so nice to see my doctor more than just one time. He showed me my ultrasounds and my follicles. Also, the wait time for the morning labs were very short.Perhaps the only thing I would improve is that I had to get stuck 3 times for my IV so maybe having a more experienced PACU nurse would be nice (I am a hard stick, FYI).Thank you so much for being awesome :)

Dr. Morin has incredible bedside manner for the difficult journey of fertility and above all, the office and IVF process is well organized at RMA. They presented a clear IVF plan with estimated timeline day one. Surprisingly, I ended up pregnant before I could start treatment and Dr. Morin still monitored my early pregnancy and prescribed me with thyroid medication - showing how thorough his practice is. I truly believe the thyroid medicine made my pregnancy the easiest one yet and I am grateful to have been monitored by Dr. Morin early on.
