Horrible care! I had an appointment for tomorrow to see the doctor and was called today and told that she has to go to a meeting. A meeting is more important than patients? The receptionist that called me offered to see me the at 9AM. I asked her, If I call you right now and tell you to be in my class at 9AM can you make it. She said no. I asked her why. She said she needed more notice.BUT YOUR OFFICE game me no notice! Your office told me that your doctor had a meeting that is more important than patients.I completely understand if it is a medical emergency but it is not. The doctors secretary did not do her job and block out a meeting time. I did everything the right way and yet I am the one being punished. I took time off my job, as a teacher, and your doctor can not show up for the time slot they gave me.This is pure neglect and horrible care. They do not care about your time, your medical needs, or your trauma. They will charge you if you are not there but they are free to cancel my appointment that I planned so that the doc can go to a meeting. Maybe it is a meeting, maybe it is golf, I do not care. I booked my appointment far enough in advance to plan my entire kindergarten class and yet one doctor can decide that my 23 students and me are LESS IMPORTANT than a meeting? If the meeting was so important why was it not on your schedule? Guess what, my medical care and my life are important! I have had this on my schedule for WEEKS!
Set up of all appointments after initial visit have been very convenient. Doctors and the one midwife I’ve seen have been for the most part wonderful, understanding and seem to listen to what I have to say without being pushy. The mental health area to help with navigating through the new hormones and craziness of life was nice to visit. It’s refreshing to know that dedicated cares enough about the mental health of patients to have their own therapist in-house. I look forward to continuing visits with dedicated outside of the OB side of things. Four stars only because I wasn’t too fond of one doctor, and sometimes responses are a little slow due to business hours.
Can’t believe how ridiculous it is to try and reach these people in an emergency when pregnant. I literally had to go to Christiana up in Newark because these people are unresponsive for 3 days ! Nurse never bothered to call me back . Then I ask if they can see an anatomy scan that the hospital did and I even called the Christiana hospital myself to ask . I asked the receptionist if the have the compatible software. “ I’m not sure have to ask a nurse “ transfers me to a nurse hotline where you then again med to wait forever for what should be a simple answer. Having to change care because of this .
The doctors and nurses are great and I had an amazing experience with them for my pregnancy. There were complications with my labor but thankfully the midwife (Jenilee Jacquez) saved my son’s life. I’m so incredibly thankful for the talented doctors and nurses that work here at Dedicated to Women! However, the reason why I’m giving this office a 2 star rating is because of the billing department. Otherwise, it would be a 5 star rating. The billing department never answers calls and it is impossible to reach out to them. When they call you and you miss the call, good luck getting in contact with them. I am supposed to get almost $900 refunded and have not received this amount in over a year of trying to fix this issue. It is absolutely ridiculous. I have spoken with insurance and was told that this office needs to file a claim and the billing department has not started it despite me calling to get this issue fixed about once a week. I leave voicemails and they don’t call back. This is so unacceptable and I will not stop until I get this issue resolved.I was told by the billing department that the claim process was started (months after trying to get this resolved) and was told to wait several weeks for my check. I wait and wait, and nothing arrives. I call my insurance and to my surprise they never started a claim. This was months ago and they still have not resolved this issue. In total it has been over a year now.Once this issue is resolved I will delete the billing department portion and update it to a 5-star review. In the meantime, this will stay up until I get this fixed.I am in the process of filing a claim in the small claims court due to the fact that this has been unresolved for a long time and the billing department is not cooperative.
The ultrasound staff, the coordinators, the medical assistants, and the physicians have all been phenomenal and provided such genuine care to me. They’ve went out of their way to make things accessible and to explain details to me as a first time mom. Had such a good experience so far on this journey with them!
Been going to Dedicated to Women for a majority of my pregnancy and will be delivering with them. So far every person that we have worked with (minus one doctor we just didnt vibe with) has been informative and amazing. Communication and care has been outstanding thus far.
Ive been going to DTW for over 11 years and my experience with them has been nothing less then superb. I recommend anyone whos looking for a new OBGYN to give them a try. Ive recommended my sister-in-law to come to you guys. The staff is super friendly, and I dont like getting needles, but for blood work they make it so much painless. I love the my chart app also convenient and understanding the ending results of getting lab work done and understanding of what the appointment notes are and even able to schedule appointments. Everything is uploaded within 2 to 3 hours. Like clockwork. On top of the fact that bonus of having a great location convenient and they always say location location location. Keep up the good work DTW.😁
I have not been there yet but I made an appointment in May for the end of August and they cancelled me the day before and I could not get another until the end of November. I had made sure I arranged for the time off in the morning for that cancelled appointment. I have been cancelled before a couple of times and I get that stuff happens but never have been put off for 3 months. That seems ridiculous. Even though my visit is not an urgent matter that just seems wrong to me.
Its not a good choice, a safe choice, or a comfortable choice- but it IS the only choice. They monopolized local healthcare and are now too overworked to heal anyone. I have had many problems created at DTW and maybe ONE solved. If you are experiencing anything even slightly outside of the most normal Are You There God, Its Me Margaret female reproductive experience, release the hope of being heard, believed, understood, or healed. Release the idea that your privacy will be respected within the building, or when the employees leave. Release the idea that you will be treated like a human being who is a whole person by so much as the reception staff or call center. Release the idea that anything on your chart will reflect the words that came out of your mouth or what you experienced during your visit- from medical history to your current height or weight. And always remember no matter what happens to you that this is your only option and its not their fault- theyre really overworked.
Been going to DTW for 3 years now , started going with my third baby , now pregnant with my 4th . Never any major issues, just scheduling can be a Hassel at times. Other then that everything is great! I have Dr. Ward and hes fantastic !
I’ve been going to Dedicate to Women for over 5 years & they are absolutely the best! I never had an issue with any of the services I received. They are very responsive through my chart as well. No complaints whatsoever.
Ive been going to this office for over 8 years now. They have always taken good care of me, and I enjoy the positive energy from all the staff. I am going on my second delivery, and I am very confident that they have pointed me in all the right directions for a safe and healthy delivery ❤️ Thank you DTW!
I been going to the Dover office since 2010 . They return your calls in a timely manner or they will message you on MyChart . The staff is very friendly and warm welcoming . They scheduled your appts out in advance and make sure they fit your schedule. They listen to my concerns without being rude .
I have been so please with services and the knowledge that they teach you here!! I am able to make a schedule for the whole pregnancy!! They have an amazing staff as well!!
Ive been going for years now. Sometimes it takes a while for appointment availability, but thats not at their fault that they are popular to be so busy. For OB Services, I love all the information and care I receive.
My appointments were made ahead of time to accommodate my work schedule and child care. I get a a call a day before my appointment to move my time. There was no valid reason for this change. I am very frustrated and it has completely ruined my plans. With my first pregnancy, at a different facility, I never had an appointment cancelled or rescheduled. This is ridiculous and already dislike this place. They have no concern for your time!!
Just delivered my baby with dedicated to women. I was high risk and saw Dr. Ward and Dr. Campbell. Dr. Campbell did my c section. From the doctors, to the nurses, to the front desk staff, everyone I encountered was absolutely wonderful. I have zero complaints about this practice or the level of care I received. Dr. Campbell and Dr. Ward were amazing! I highly recommend this practice.
Its OK for your average obgyn. I dont love that I see someone new what feels like every time and I dont know who will deliver baby, but I suppose thats normal.
Dr Campbell is super patient and extremely informative. I just wish it was easier to schedule with JUST her on a regular basis
I absolutely recommend.Firstly - Keisha at the front desk is a DELIGHT, she has such a sweet, kind, positive and just overall happy vibe and has made my visits that much better! After several other establishments in different counties cancelled prenatal care appointments on me - I was set up with an appointment with Dr. Scacheri, Id never had a male OB so I was nervous however Dr. Scacheri is an amazing individual, grade A doctor, who thoroughly listens, and explains things and genuinely cares for his patients. The staff are WONDERFUL literally, all of them. Andrew Ward is also fantastic, knowledgeable and extremely informative, showing genuine care for the patient. Im overall incredibly pleased with my experiences thus far.
The staff here are so helpful, and understanding. I had to be out of work for sometime and this would normally be a stressful time but they made it so easy for me and completed the paperwork quickly. The staff are kind even with the high volume of patients they are treating. They utilize messaging on my chart to make communication easier which I love. I’d like to recognize Ms. Nicole Huey specifically who helped me out greatly. Overall, wonderful experience during my second pregnancy. There has been a lot of improvements since my last. (And this is regarding the Dover office.)
Only been here twice and won’t be returning!! I didn’t like Teresa Harris the first time I had her years ago which is why I didn’t return. I only went back because I called numerous offices to establish care and this was the only one accepting patients. They booked me out 6 months and if I knew I’d be seeing the same nurse, I would have either asked for anyone else or not gone at all. She didn’t put any lube on the speculum and inches it in by moving me around the device…. Extremely uncomfortable and painful!! I also made it clear two times that my grandmother had breast cancer twice and cancer 3 other times, 5 times total.. so why in my chart did she put no family history of cancer? Absolutely unacceptable.Interesting my review doesn’t show up….. please hold your employees accountable for mistreatment and incorrect charting!
In the middle of my second pregnancy with them. So far both experiences have been great.
I have had zero good experiences with this practice, sadly. Most recently, as an established patient (since 2015), I called to schedule an initial prenatal appointment for my current pregnancy. They said that the earliest they could see me was three months from now…. When I would be approximately 18 weeks pregnant. Almost halfway through. This is not good prenatal care. This is not good healthcare. Do better. In the past, I’ve been told by their practitioners not to call anymore, have waited weeks for appointments for things like yeast infections, have received unwarranted ridicule regarding my personal birth control preferences. Young women having babies…. find another practice, if you can.
I have nothing but amazing things to say about my experience here. Every single person on staff was SO kind and warm and welcoming, understanding of my nerves and questions, so thorough with explanations, just so sweet and compassionate. I’m so thankful for the team here. Bonus, the office smelled so femininely good lol.
Staff and docs are friendly, knowledgeable and professional! Thanks for delivering 3 perfect babies!
My initial appointment was for September 16th ( I would have been 15 weeks) but the head doctor of the office opened up evening hours to see me sooner! I have my first appointment today, August 3rd, at 530pm. I just really appreciate the fact that this office is going above and beyond to see more patients.
Called at 3:40 to schedule an appointment and the office is closed?! Hours online say 4:30pm.
The Drs Here are good And I like that they have Midwives here as well. Been going here for all my Pregnancies. But lately the Scheduling has really Sucked. I prescheduled my appointments around the end of April (it’s now June) they have called and Rescheduled at least three of them so far for this Month. One was supposed to be on a Friday. They called canceled the appointment then rescheduled me through my chart without even consulting me about day and time and just expected me to be there. So what is the point of prescheduling if they are going to call and Reschedule without consulting you first Very frustrating. Then when I called to say that Day wasn’t going to work for me I got told I had to go through my chat and messages. And the person I was messaging said they only had Middletown available. I said no because it would be to far for me to travel for a five minute appointment. Now I’m 34 weeks along but I’m about ready to go somewhere else especially if I get another cancellation.
Milford office is a total disappointment. I took my daughter and the front desk never signed her in because she was so busy on a personal call. We waited for 45 minutes till i finally asked if she forgot us. She wanted to make us reschedule I said absolutely not since it was her fault. I had ordered blood work they said to wait in waiting room. They came back out 15 minutes before closing an said sorry we’re about to close the staff left for the day. I’ll NEVER use the Milford location again. Staff doesn’t care about you. I’ve been going to these doctors since my son was born 23 years ago.
The staff here is wonderful! I have seen many of the Dr’s & midwives here- they are all very attentive, listen to any & all concerns, and always answer any questions I have. I would definitely recommend to anyone needing prenatal care or just for regular OB needs! Also now that they have MFM in their office it makes things so much easier & they try their best to schedule multiple visits (departments) to be convenient for the patients! Love you all & keep up the amazing work!!
The ladies at the front desk are hands down the best! That being said, I had an appointment this afternoon with Dr. Cooper. I usually see Theresa but I don’t was scheduled with the soonest provider. I waited for 20 minutes in the waiting room. I waited another 50 minutes in the exam room NAKED while watching the time go by.Needless to say, I got dressed and left without seeing the doctor.I completely understand when Doctors appointments run over but I’d also like to see a doctor that values their patients time as well. I do not work but I have a disabled son that needs 24 hour care. I have to find someone to watch him prior to making my own appointments.Today was an absolute waste of my time. This would have been my first appointment with Dr. Cooper and I have to say I will not be returning to this practice after over 15 years.I am beyond frustrated!!!
I booked an appointment 1 month in advance since Ob care is hard to find in the area. I just found out that they deleted my appointment and booked someone else.I am moving to the area soon and will be without care until I give birth.Edit: 11 JulyI called again today and the lady seemed like she wanted to help. However, she left me on hold for a while then disconnected our call. I called back but their office was closed.
Very positive experience so far through my pregnancy. I appreciate the quick and to the point appointments that have me in and out in 30 minutes or less. All the providers I have met are kind and helpful about any questions that I have. I never have to wait long in the waiting room either. Great experience so far!
I’m new the this practice and I’m very happy so far. I’ve had several appointments in the past 3 months and feel the care from the front staff, maternal councilors, midwives, MD’s - down to the girls drawing labs are fabulous. Everyone is very attentive! I especially love the open communication through the patient portal. It’s very convenievent and allows for simple questions to be answered without the hassle of waiting in hold or waiting until the following appointment. I would definitely recommend this practice!
My experience at the facility itself is always fantastic. I had a midwife come in and did my procedure and I really felt comfortable with her. So for that I will give 5 stars, but I am disappointed in how long it took for me to get an appointment. 3 months was the closest I could be seen and that is crazy to me especially if you are monopolizing the only Gynecology places in the area.
I love Dr Hartman, and will see him forever if I can. However, if something doesnt change with the appointment scheduling soon, I will be looking for a new provider. I schedule my appointments months in advance, only to continually have them canceled with only a few days notice. When I call the office to reschedule the appointment that THEY canceled the next availability isnt for MONTHS. This includes all locations as I am willing to go to Milford, Dover or Middletown. They staffing associates are RUDE and do not have any empathy for their patients who have to rearrange their work schedules only to have appointments changed by the office. Now, I also work in the service industry and I GET IT.... staffing challenges are everywhere, and emergencies come up. But when this occurs multiple times in a row it is getting to be too much. A little kindness would go a long ways. Somethings gotta give.
I have been going to DTW for years but now I am pregnant with my first child. Everyone is so wonderful and caring. I’ve called several times and left messages and my phone calls have always been returned either the same day or the next. They are very accommodating and don’t rush you out the door when you have questions. Whether you go to the Dover or Milford office, everyone is so friendly and welcoming!
I always go to Dr.Cooper at the middletown location. I never have to wait forever to see her, considering how busy she always is. Lady at the front desk is always nice, pleasant and sweet whenever i come in. I’ve also seen midwives Laurel Miller and Lindsay Robinson (not sure if it’s correct) at the Dover location and they were nice as well. Lindsay was the one that delivered my baby girl 3 years ago and she was super nice and attentive, including all the nurses that were there at the time i delivered my baby. I’m also seeing Dr.Ward for my ultrasound and he is very nice. Highly recommend DTW to everyone.
Everyone was so nice and attentive! From the front window to the medical assistant to my appointment with Dr. Cooper being personalized and thorough and finalized with Nicole, her coordinator! The experience was more than I could have hoped for! Thank you for an easy transition to a new provider ♥️
Went back there for my next appointment and was treated very respectfully by Leona and the nurse midwife Dr. Robinson. Leona even returned my phone call which is not likely of them. She carefully read my chart and gave me needed information. Took her time and scheduled my appointments. Gave me referrals for baby as well. God bless. And thanks Leona. Even the staffs at the front desk were professional and polite. Their attitude were beautiful and welcoming like the facility. Clean updated facility and good and caring staff. God bless. It’s a good place if you are white. As a black young female, my experience is very poor. They just don’t care. Calls are not return. I have to fight to get an appointment when I am pregnant. No follow up with my care. I have to ask about testing. Have positive and no follow up. I have to keep asking for next appointment. First US was at 5 months. I had to fight for an appointment. Had a procedure there with very little information. Pre diabetic and I have to keep asking for test. Thank God it’s not my first child and I have some medical background. Just moved to De. I am looking for a another Obgyn. If you are white yes it’s the best place for you.
There have been maybe 3 doctors/ midwives Ive not cared for. Dr. Ward with MFM has been AMAZING!!!! He alone can get 10 stars. Ive enjoyed not having to wait long periods of time to get an appointment or be seen. Overall, the staff is very kind and they have made it super easy for me to avoid the providers I dont like.
I enjoy my gyn and especially his MA. This practice is too busy for its own good. Unfortunately you cannot get through via phone so you have to use mychart. They are super busy, a necessary evil. Please do not take it out on the staff - they are trying their best!
I had care under these physicians who 3 months ago delivered my baby boy! My pregnancy was a surprise blessing and close to ending tragically, however with these amazing physicians I was fine and so was my son! I always had exceptional care and was always treated with dignity and respect, I was always comfortable asking any question. I highly recommend this practice for your ob-gyn care! I am forever grateful!
The office staff, nurses, assistants and physicians are all wonderful. They are professional, listen, take their time and make sure you as the patient feel comfortable and are heard. I recommend to any woman looking to feel comfortable with their OB/GYN care!
HORRIBLE. They had an almost 300% INCREASE of payment. It went from $200 to over $500 just for a pap smear gyn exam. Unbelievable. This is worthy to be submitted to legal action. This wrong
Its definitely better than other OB/GYNs Ive been to in the past. However a specific Dr there isnt someone I would recommend. He has terrible bedside manner and never actually addresses the concerns in the appointment and feels like he just rushes through to get to his next appointment like money is more important than his client.
I am proud to say that the Midwife Comfort delivered my child. She is truly an angel here on earth! She exceeded my expectation beyond measures bringing my son into the world. What I admire about her the most is on the day I gave birth to my son she stopped everyone and everything and told the nurses on call exactly how I wanted to bring my son into the world and in the moment everyone was on one accord. I truly appreciate her. She really wants what best for you her clients and the baby. I just wish I can have her to myself but I don’t mind sharing her. Also mid wife Beverly is too an Angel here on earth she sweep my membrane for my child to arrive sooner and gave me my birth control and answered all my million and one questions and laughed at my jokes. So thank you ladies for being amazing & please keep up the amazing work.Thank You, Thank You!!
DTW is one of the best OB offices I’ve been too. I always feel welcomed from the start of my appointment by the receptionist and the way through my visit with the Doctor. My doc is very thorough and spends adequate time at each visit throughout my pregnancy.
I have been going to them for years. I love the service, every dr and midwife I have seen have been great. A midwife I have seen sense the beginning of my pregnancy was there for my birth and she did amazing.
This facility is operated with plenty of compassionate, efficient and knowledgeable people. I was checked in almost immediately, waited just a few minutes and was brought in for my exam. This was my first visit to this facility and my paperwork was gone over thoroughly. Questions were asked and answered and I really felt comfortable. Everyone there was truly”dedicated to women”.
Have always had great experiences. From the front desk, the medical assistant, the lab techs, the coordinators, midwives and Drs. Have been here for many years , have had 2 kids, 1 as a c-section with tubal ligation then I had to have a hysterectomy few years ago.
Trust your gut, doctors don’t always know and may not listenI was a patient at Dedicated to Women my entire pregnancy. Although I thought the service was really great in the office, I had a really bad experience at the hospital. I showed up at the hospital four days before the due date of my first child. I told the female attending doctor I believe I’m in labor and having contractions, Dr. Cooper, I believe. Because I was very calm and collected, the the doctor dismissed my claims and proceeded to tell me to go home because my water didn’t break. My husband at the time had refused to go back to the house and the doctor reluctantly agreed to at least have my cervix checked to see how far along I was dilated. When I climbed up on the table and laid there for a second waiting for the doctor, my water broke immediately and my daughter entered the world within 45 minutes of me entering the hospital that day. If I would have listened to the doctor, I would have went home and not had time to come back to the hospital to give birth. I officially experienced having a my pain ignored because I don’t yell, holler, or scream to get my point across and that shouldn’t be the case…
Ive always had a great experience at Dedicated to Women!! Both doctors and midwives have listened to all questions and concerns during my previous and current pregnancies. Not only in pregnancies do they make sure that happens , they make sure you have a clear understanding of what is going on with your body physically! But i believe since so many people attend DTW, its harder to get appointments and get through on a phone call to even schedule one.
Love love love Dr. Wong! Delivered both my babies. So calm and collected. Always asks about my girls, even 7 years later. Staff us great.. Only wish appointments were available sooner when needed. Other than that, great experiences.
I have had 4 appointments canceled and rescheduled. It has been 8 months since my original appointment that was scheduled a year out (20 Months total). I have had issues with paps & supposed to get them yearly... So much for preventative watching. They will probably cancel the next one. Hopefully I can find a new doctor between now and then.
Dedicated to women is like the Amazon shipping center for women’s health. They get you in the door and get you out without ever really caring about you personally. I have been with them for years and will be so excited to leave this practice after the birth of my son.Do yourself a favor and choose a practice with folks that will take the time to get to know you, have less people to work with so you get the care you need and a practice that is thorough.
I have to say, there are positives and negatives for Dedicated to Women.... I am pregnant with my first and I went through quite a bit with her thus far. Severe morning sickness and severe hypertension were the main issues. The Middletown office has been extremely informative and courteous. I cannot say the same for the Dover office. They are unorganized and they recorded some of my information for my appointments incorrectly multiple times among other issues...and I had to correct them. When I was hospitalized multiple times I had to explain my whole medical history to each DTW doctor even after they changed shifts if I was kept for more than a day. They scheduled for me to deliver my daughter early and they called numerous times to reschedule AFTER I had made necessary arrangements for the scheduled day without ample warning.. Most of the doctors are kind and professional, but I think Ill do a bit more research before I decide on who my next OBGYN will be. I urge anyone else to do the same.
Ive been a patient at DTW for about 5 years, and I cannot say enough about the care they show to patients. Though I primarily see midwife Katie Obrien, the other staff have always been respectful and warm. I highly recommend them for prenatal, postnatal and routine OB care.
Filthy, dirty exam rooms - swabs to collect pap smear (what they use inside of you) are NOT individually wrapped and sterile, they are in a UNSTERILIZED AND UNCOVERED BOX with the top ripped off and the entire desktop was covered in a layer of dust. How do I know, while waiting FOREVER for the doctor I wanted to read one of the brochures they had out on fibroids and endo and they were COVERED IN DUST. Doctor walked in and DID NOT CHANGE HIS GLOVES, then rummaged around in the drawer for a scapula. When he left, I saw where he pulled the scapula - it was back in the drawer with others. None were sealed and the drawer was dirty. I am mortified that this moron put his dirty gloved hand inside of me and used a unsterilized instrument from someone with some sort of funky disease. Only good part is the separate ultrasound dept. the female tech there is extremely professional. Clearly Im not going to have the surgery at this place, so disappointed.
I absolutely had the best experience going to DTW in Middletown and Dover. The staff are super nice and accommodating. The midwides and doctors take the time to answer all your questions and make sure that your voice is heard and you feel comfortable. I delivered at Bayhealth Kent and also had a great experience with the midwife who delivered our daughter. Would definitely recommend. 10/10
I think they have a great Staff, they have great Doctors and they are dedicated to helping all of their patients! They received five stars because my level of care has been great! I love Mychart and having access to my records is very important. I highly recommend this practice!
Dr. Christy Miller, Dr. Caitlyn Dunham, and Laurel Miller are the absolute best! Throughout normal GYN care and my experience through pregnancy & the birth of my daughter by one of the DTW Midwives, I’ve had a great experience with these ladies. Most recently, I got a call from Jessica to reschedule my annual in December that I’d scheduled a year in advance to ensure I could see the provider I wanted. She was wonderful as we worked through the available providers to ensure we got me rescheduled in a way that fit my schedule and provider preferences Her patience with me was so refreshing and kudos are well deserved!
I wish I was able to give this practice a negative 5. I WAS new to the practice. I called to schedule an appointment in January and was given an appointment for May 27th. This morning, I called to find out when my appointment was scheduled and was told that it was cancelled by the office manager. I never received a courtesy call from the office manager or scheduler notifying me that my appointment had to be cancelled. The young lady that answered the phone informed me that appointments are now booked out until July. I asked if she was able to make an exception because this was not of my doing and was told no. Poor communication and not very accommodating!!!!
I cannot say enough about the care I have received. I saw Dr Scacheri for most of both of my pregnancies and continued to see for GYN care. He was extremely supportive, thorough and answered any and all of my questions. From the moment I walked in the door until I walked out, I felt like I received exceptional care from all staff. I would see any of their fabulous providers!
I cant say enough about the Dover office! The staff are incredible. Dr. Wong is absolutely amazing. He gave me hope when I had lost it. That office went above and beyond to make sure both baby and I were healthy and safe. Delivered by C-Section Dr. Cooper and Dr. Scacheri did outstanding. To this day I drive to this office from Middletown. And their Lab techs can actually take blood without making my arm look like Im an addict or putting me in cardiac arrest.
Avoid this office if at all possible.Paying cash.$225 for about 7 minutes for Dr. Hartmann to tell us you have cancer and Im not the guy for you then informed us the oncologists in Christiana would contact us with an appointment time, probably get us in the same week because this is an urgent matter. This office didnt send the paperwork they needed to even though we needed an appointment. Now, we were told a release wasnt signed, but I watched her fill out a release form while I was there. To top it all off, we can now find the release online and get it back to them. This place is a joke. Obviously, the staff does not care.#dedicatedtoprofit
I am so very grateful for finding Dr. Michelle Cooper, Nicole and the rest of the staff at Dedicated to Women located in Middletown. It is very difficult to find such a caring and well educated staff that you can trust with your complete health. I have complete confidence that Dr. Cooper can help me live my life optimally through her knowledge and caring bedside manner that she has for her patients. I would HIGHLY recommend this practice to anyone and everyone!
Was a little iffy in the beginning about seeing midwives but I’m so glad I came here.(there are a couple MDs but mostly midwives) I had a beautiful experience during birth with the midwive. I felt comfortable here and they definitely hear me out when I have concerns or questions. I like medical staff to be sensitive to my needs, most of the midwives actually care. Also, it’s a beautiful and CLEAN office.
This has been the worst office I have ever been to. The lack of care I have received in the past year has been a joke. I had my first baby with them if I could have found somewhere else I would have. The only person that cared was Carrie kean if I could go there for just her I would. However, other women were rude and did not listen to a thing I was saying. Last visit I had I have been having issues after giving birth 9 months ago. Provided unnecessary tests which I said not to and did not solve my issues. Over charged me had to call for a month to get my refund. Finally told it’s in the mail when it was “going out” 4 weeks ago. They do not call you back about blood work. Found out my results myself online.... guess when it has flagged low results that means nothing... Run do not go this place.
Going to DTW gives me a chance to meet all the midwives that might be on call to deliver my babies at KGH. I appreciate how they care about the patient, giving me time to talk and have my questions answered at each appointment, and advocate for my family planning. When I need a specific appointment day/time, I know that whichever provider is available will listen to my needs.
I’m thankful to have found a provider who listens to me and doesn’t blow my concerns off. I’m also thankful not having a different provider every time I go in. Consistency is key for me personally. I know if and when my spouse and I conceive we will be well taken care of. Thank you dedicated to women! Y’all are rockstars!
I think all of the doctors, nurses, and midwives are great. The only problems I’ve ever had are with the receptionists. They are extremely disrespectful and confrontational. I really trust the medical team though. They saved my daughter when her cord prolapsed, and they caught health issues both times near the end of my pregnancies. I recommend Dr. Scacheri because he listens to all of your concerns and has a great bedside manner.
Each time I have gone to the Dover office I have been greeted by friendly and professional staff at the front desk. The Nurse Practitioner as well as Dr. Wong have been wonderful. So far Ive had great experiences, the only issue I had once was waiting for the doctor, but that was due to a patient emergency and I was kept abreast as to the delay.
Everyone was friendly during my visit at the Milford office. The staff informed me of my wait time and expedited my appointment as quickly as possible. Dr Celaschi was very thorough and allowed me time for questions without feeling rushed
Absolutely LOVE Dedicated to Women. My baby is now 8 months and I sooooo miss all the nurses and midwives I became so familiar with during my pregnancy. Dr. Moylan and Dr. Walton were the ones I was with most frequently and I cant say enough good things about them! Hoping Ill be back in another year or so with another baby on the way! THANK YOU!
Tried making a first appointment, def more frustrating than good. Waiting for an appointment with a female, and only offered one with a male. The male is 3-4 months out.. so what does it matter to give or take a couple weeks if it’s that far out. Theres 0 effort or explanation of why we can’t choose the dr. The undisclosed male… mystery male i should say. Is not the answer. -1 star for beginning effort. Really the way to make an impact on business
My experience with Dedicated to Women has always been a good one. My doctor ( Doctor Wong) is a kind and gentle doctor. He takes the time to explain and answer any questions I may have. I feel comfortable, and cared for there.
I was thinking about coming here but I was informed by several friends that they are quite racist and if you are black they will not believe you if you say you are in pain or something is wrong. They will dismiss you, give your appointments to other people without notifying you, and just treat you with a lack of common decency. No wonder with places like this black women have three times the maternal mortality rates of any other race of women. They will stereotype you at this hospital as automatically overdramatic simply if your skin is dark and will do very little to help you because of their own personal bias. If you are a black or brown woman I would say to run.
The front desk ladies are so kind and helpful and so were the coordinators. However, being seen today by Dr. Schlosky (spelled wrong) was beyond horrible. Not only was she shouting at me through her mask, which I didnt understand because Im 29 and my hearing is just fine, but she also didnt take into considerations what I want for my baby over a glucose test. There are beyond other alternatives instead of taking that toxic sugar drink and she became real defensive and was like well I have never heard of it and strongly advise you to take the drink. I told her I spoke to my precious doctor at my last appointment and she had no problem with it and said if anything I will just monitor my levels and report back to them. Not this doctor. She was rude and aggressive and kept interrupting me and said Im not going to argue with you and its like Im not arguing Im just stating what I think is best for my body and baby. Its okay if you dont agree but dont down me for what I want to do and pressure me into what you think is right just because it worked for you. She is missing the human aspect of Healthcare and really needs some intense training on just that. I wont ever be schedule with her in the future but moving forward I truly hope she learns how to treat people. Moms of all background come here and doctors assume we are stupid and know absolutely nothing when people like myself are laboratory scientists, doctors, and other occupations in the Healthcare. We like alternatives. Theres nothing wrong with that.
I am an established patient, with a recent issue that required immediate attention. I could not get an appointment. Also, my annual appointments in 2021 and 2022 were both postponed - by this office - and replacement appointments were scheduled months away. Worst GYN/OB office I have ever encountered. Will not return.
Dr.Wong is awesome they all are and the staff best practice ever they delivered all three of my babies.I’ve been here since I was 20 and I’m now 31 so they must be doing something right.A lot of people who post negative reviews are just either lying or full of it.This place is awesome I never have a rude nurse or doctor or call person.
Sadly disappointed. My daughter has gone to Dr. Cooper for 7yrs since her first menstruation. As soon as she thought she was pregnant, she called and Dr. Cooper -was told Dr. Cooper didnt have time for her and redirected to the Dover office. She is now 12 wks. pregnant and both appointments plus sonogram have all been with 3 different employees - none being an OB Doctor yet. When she asks questions, she is pushed off by the employees saying they cant answer that as she needs to address in her Doctors appt. But every appt scheduled is not a doctor and none seem to even show concern or care. My daughter is 20 with her first pregnancy and I have told her more in her first trimester to guide her than the office. My daughter has been very upset by this ordeal, so we have decided to go with another OB practice that has doctors that care even during the first phone consultation offering awareness of their full process plan for her to feel comfortable going forward. This has been a Very Negative experience for a young lady who has known only one OBGYN and then simply disregarded by Dr. Cooper as well as blown off by the Dover practice.
I dont have a problem with this place. They delivered my second child which was a preemie. I felt very safe and secure. They were very informative and now that I am on my third child they are still informative. If you have to call in to get paperwork done its kind of frustrating Dont be in a hurry to get it done. I would recommend dr. Miller shes a great doctor that I love to see all the time. But they have many good doctors and they also have a few that I am uncomfortable with. Other than the paperwork situation are having to call in I have no issue with them.
I would not recommend....I am new to the area and needed a new OB/GYN. I say NP Teresa Harris and the visit itself was fine. What was not fine was when she called to tell me my lab work was abnormal and had no clue I was being treated for that condition already. At one point in time she said Girl you know I cant remember all that stuff. I dont expect my doctor to memorize my chart but it would be nice if you reviewed it before calling someone with test results, itd be nice to feel like your doctor knew who they were talking to when they called. A little professionalism goes a long way.
I am so pleased and blessed with this office. I could not thank Dr. Ward enough! He eased my mind with of all my worries about my little man! Dr. Ward is patient, kind, and cares for all. Thank you so much! I could of not did it without the Dedicated to Women team!
Janice is wonderful and goes the extra mile or miles....whatever it takes
Great place great doctors. Always so polite and friendly when you talk to staff. Dr Moylan is a great OB/GYN always takes her time and explains and answers all my questions. Would recommend Dedicated to woman if you need a great OB/GYN.
Ive always gone to the Milford location which is AMAZING all of the staff is always so nice. The other day I was scheduled in the DOVER location for the first time and my experience was absolutely HORRIBLE. The front desk receptionists were so rude, they did not even greet me or make me feel the slightest bit comfortable. I honestly do not know how any of them have jobs, I was ready to walk out as soon as I got there because of the poor customer service. I will never go to this location again. If you want a GOOD experience youre better off taking the longer drive to the milford location because thats what I do, and I always leave there happy with the service.
This place was literally going to let me suffer. I got pregnant on an IUD which is a rare case in itself. I was bleeding and I knew something was wrong. As soon as i knew something was up with my body, I called them as soon as they opened and spoke to Bonnie. She immediately dismissed me and said that I couldn’t be pregnant, but told me she was gonna talk to a doctor to see what they would suggest. It wasn’t until about 2-3 in the afternoon that I finally get a call back saying i needed to go get blood work done. She was baffled to hear that my results were positive and scheduled me to come in next day to have my IUD taken out and to get more blood from me. Finally, we were getting somewhere. After 2 weeks of blood tests and absolutely no answers from them, my hcg hormone levels finally started to drop and they confirmed that I was in fact having a miscarriage. I kept telling them that my bleeding was getting worse and I was starting to have cramps that were so painful I almost couldn’t walk. Once again, I was dismissed and told “Yeah, well miscarriages hurt” and pretty much told me to get even more blood drawn. I never heard back from them with those test results and every day my bleeding was getting worse and my cramps and pains were so bad I was on the floor crying. I finally caved and went to the emergency room. In a matter of 4-5 hours the doctors at Kent General told me EXACTLY what was wrong with me and offered me so many solutions. They were so baffled that dedicated to women told me I was having a miscarriage when in fact, I had an ectopic pregnancy. I got more answers, more solutions and more common courtesy in the 7 hours i was at Kent general than the almost 3 weeks i had been dealing with dedicated to women. I had always heard horror stories about dedicated to women and never believed them bc I had always such great experiences. Never again will i let them care for me
I have been a patient since we moved to Dover six years ago. Dr. Moylan has always taken the time to answer my questions and the staff has always been helpful and friendly. They seemed even friendlier this year and everyone had their mask on correctly! :)
This place is far from being dedicated to women. Several women in the community warned me not to go here. As they are incompetent, negligent and inexperienced. The Dr. I saw had the worst bedside manner Ive ever seen. She was very incompetent in conservative treatments and used her arrogance to cover it up. Her exaggerated know it all attitude stood in the way of being a compassionate medical professional. If you want good experienced womens healthcare this is not the place to go. This place is a joke! Dont waste your time or money here.
If I could rate them 0 I would. It took me 2 months to get in and when I had my appointment I was put into the doctors office and sat there for a little over an hour. I went in for infertility treatment and ended up leaving without any information and no plan on what to do. I asked for clomid because I’ve been trying to conceive for about 3-4 years now, he said I was “too heavy” I’m only 210 and I personally know of at least 6 well overweight women with PCOS just like me and the pills worked fine and great for them. I believe I literally wasted my time.Update a year later. I lost all my depression and stress and now I’m pregnant. I’ve been diagnosed with preeclampsia and I’m high risk, I have been trying to make an appointment for Maternal fetal medicine, and they just keep pushing me off weeks at a time. I am very worried bc I am high risk and if I lose my baby because they won’t give me the treatment I need, I will have to take them to court. I have been trying and they just don’t care. I might as well switch to someone else.
Called to re-schedule an appointment that is 2 months away in December 2021 in Dover and the representative wants to give me the next available appointment for SEPTEMBER 2022 and was serious when I said you have to be kidding. Has Dedicated to Women changed to an overbooked gyn? Are they now too big to give a dam and offer you a ridiculous appointment 11 months away. Waiting for a response from administrator to see if this is business as usual. Very disappointed.
Dr. Harttman is a TERRIBLE and bitter man who should NOT work with pregnant woman. I had an appointment yesterday that I scheduled almost a MONTH in advance for because he decided to look over my chart and have a nurse call me LESS THAN AN HOUR before my appointment to notify me that he had done so and was not going to approve what I needed and to not waste his time coming in anymore. Refusing to even see a patient is malpractice and illegal.
Dr. Scacheri was professional and friendly. The nurse couldnt care less. I received a bill from them for a brief emotional/behavioral assessment. Its a code doctors can use for a depression screening so they get more money out of the insurance company and the patient. The screening was part of the paperwork I submitted online prior to my appointment. The doctor receives a score and based on that score they may follow up. I was told what my score was and I replied what doctor I was under the care of. It was less than 30 seconds of their time. How can that be billable? If I knew Id be billed for it I would have never filled out the form.
So grateful I was able to get in here. DTW is very popular and highly recommended. Being a first time pregnant lady/ soon to be mommy I literally just found myself thanking God I could get in here and receive the best treatment!
Was supposed to have a appointment today for extreme pain being referred here by my pcm. they rescheduled my appointment the day before with no real explanation besides they had to and set it to mid june. meanwhile im in extreme pain decided to go to the er, er wanted me to follow up with them with a mri and to get in asap and they refused bc the er doctor didnt consult with them and refuse to see me until my june appointment. i called my pcm and they told me to try to press for sooner. kinda hard when the obgyn office refuses to see you.
Worst prenatal experience I had. Not only did I have to tell the np or pa everything about my pregnancy every single time I was misdiagnosed for a yeast infection towards them end of my pregnancy by three doctors over three weeks before the forth doctor on the fourth week recognized it as a yeast infection. It was uncomfortable disgusting and I gave birth with it. I had to get antibiotics in an I’ve it was so bad. I asked for them to check it because it had all the classic symptoms of a yeast infection. The three doctors told me it was my mucus plug. Mucus plugs aren’t green yellow and clotty. I would never recommend this place. If I could give them less stars I would.
Not very dedicated to woman. Takes months to get in. Something is very wrong and broken with a system that pregnant woman can’t get in to see anyone for prenatal treatment before 12-16 weeks in Delaware.
I would recommend DTW to anyone looking. The staff is always super friendly! I love my Doctor as well as the midwives I have seen. The wait times are never bad as well.
My experience has always been great.
They are not dedicated to women at all. I visited this office and they made me change my birth control, which I did not want to do. My new birth control ruined my skin and did not help me at all. I was on it for my skin and periods. When I asked the doctor how the new birth control would affect my skin, she seemed to brush it off. I am disappointed with the care I have received here.
I have been going to this office for 11 years. Never had a problem paying my co pay of 20.00. I went for my appointment which was on a Tuesday. Things have been hard for me and I did not have the co pay until friday. I asked if this was okay. The woman at the front desk checked and I was told that I would have to cancel my appointment until I had the money for the co pay. This was not a routine visit.I was having issues. I was very upset since I had been coming here for 11 years and to be turned away because I could not pay the co pay till friday. Such a shame.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Moylan for years now and always have a pleasant experience. The past nine months I’ve seen many other doctors for my pregnancy and again they have all been professional and pleasant.
I Love this office, they have always been great to me ever since I have been 16 years old. Dr. Hartmans father actually delivered me and Dr. Hartmans office just dielivered my daughter. The only issue I have had is the other day I was going to be ten minutes late and I have a newborn so she was giving me a hrard time feeding her so thats why i was late, and they told me they MIGHT be able to see me, I would see when i got there. Mind you I had to find a babysitter that morning and was already ten minutes away... it was truly frustrating. When i asked them to ask the doctor to find out for sure, she was with a patient... when she was supposed to be seieing me anyway so she was goihng to be late taking me back ANYWAY!... can you say ANNOYING! I just needed a yes or no! either way, i still go here so thats fine.
I saw Dr. Layton and had a wonderful experience. She was professional, kind and knowledgeable. She provided me options and explained each option in detail. The office staff was very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this office.
I like going to dedicated to women been going for 5+ years now. The staffs are nice and so is the doctors and midwives.Only con is the wait time 🙃Other than that this is the perfect place
Everyone has been great all through my breast cancer diagnosis and surgery. Now Im healthy and happy because of the quick and concise care I received.
I had a wonderful first experience at DTW’s Rehoboth office. Sandy at the front desk was so helpful and friendly. I saw Angela Celasci, MD and really appreciated how positive, professional, and caring she was during my visit. Thank you!
I have been a Dedicated to Women patient for many years and am very thankful to have such an excellent facility close to home. The front office is welcoming and efficient and Dr. Scacheri is simply the best.
They have fit me in as needed with every and any concern I’ve had. I feel DTW has gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and informed every step of the way during my pregnancy thus far.
My overall experience with DTW has been great. From annual exam to prenatal, the Dover office has helped with each step of the way.
Excellent Practice. I have been going for over 15 years since my first child and I have never had a bad experience. I am so happy to be getting my care at Dedicated to Women.
I was scheduled an appointment with a nurse practitioner until I could see a specialist. Instead of ordering any labs or really doing anything she said their was nothing she could do for me. I was scheduled for a 10 minute blood pressure check and that was not what I called and asked for. It was a complete waste of my time. I never want to see this Nurse Practioner again!
Every time I walk into DTW I am always greeted with a big hello. Everyone is so welcoming and helpful. They make sure to take time to listen to you and to get to know your needs.
Teresa Harris and Justine Kline are both fantastic!!! The office staff is great and very helpful. Everyone is always very welcoming and very attentive.
The front office never said hi, good morning, nothing. Lic. and insurance card. Go back to room #3, the lady that came and got me, called my name, I went through the door, she pointed to the scale. cold group of people. The NP that saw me was very nice. I check out. no have a nice day, Merry xmas - (It was three days before xmas) I do not ever want to go there again. I want to find another office to go get my annuals. The medical office I work at are all so nice and friendly.
After waiting in a room for an hour, I saw a nurse who had absolutely no answers for my questions on birth control an she just picked a random one that she said might work. I was pretty astounded. Huge co pay for literally nothing and then received ANOTHER bill for an office visit after paying copay. Def finding a new obgyn.
I love dedicated to women. Being a patient with them at the start of the pandemic, and being in unknown territory, they gave me and my family the best of care. I couldn’t imagine a better OB to take care of myself and my growing family!
Staff are very friendly, answer my questions and made me feel comfortable. I have always been happy with the care I have received at DTW for the past 12+ years.
I’ve always had good experiences with my visits at DTW. All of the providers I’ve seen have taken their time and listened to my concerns. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the office!
Switched to DTW during mid pregnancy and received great care throughout. I love seeing Carrie Keane. I highly recommend DTW for all OB/GYN care!
The experience was really good would recommend
So I just started my second trimester. Wondering when Ill be getting an Ultrasound. So far Ive just been hearing my childs heart beat. Which Ive been told he/she is healthy. The only time I got an Ultrasound was when I was at Kent General.
I don’t think they should say they are dedicated to women. They need a new system because the one they have currently is not working. The doctors don’t remember you or your history. It’s basically a pregnancy assembly line. Do not recommend. If you are pregnant. If you do choose here just make sure you see the same provider every time.
I absolutely love Dedicated to Women! The receptionists are always so welcoming! Dr. Ward and Dr. Evans are amazing!
I love my Dr Wong! Always has a smile and makes me feel comfortable! Very knowledgeable and informative! The office staff is awesome!
I have always received the best care whenever j go to dedicated to women. I adore all there staff. They are so helpful and understanding. Thank you again.
Dr Cooper delivered my first son 18 yrs ago, I have never been disappointed with the service her office provides!
The office staff and generally everyone themselves were very rude my entire appointment. I was 5 minutes late once and they wouldnt let it go and kept talking about it as if if was the worst thing in the world.
I have always had a great experience. All staff members are extremely nice, always greeted with a smile, and always helpful with any questions or concerns.
Dr. Moylan is so kind and personable. The front desk is friendly and helpful. The medical assistant is just as friendly.
I can honestly say that every time I go to Dedicated to Women, I have always been treated wonderfully. I also love that they have evening hours. No complaints out of me 😀
I have been having health problems for a couple years and my primary physician couldn’t tell me why I had no energy was tired all the time and was gaining weight I was seen a dr at this facility one time and he figured out what the problem was I am now scheduled for surgery it’s like a big weight is lifted off my shoulders thank you Dr Scacheri
The office has great appointment availability during pregnancy. They also have the lab work on site which is very convenient.
Extremely rude staff. My wife who is 36 weeks pregnant mentions her medical concerns and the doctors blow off everything and just downplay everything. I highly suggest finding a different location
I love Dedicated to Woman!! I have been a patient for over 30 years!! Hands down Best Practice for Woman’s Health Care!
This is for Lee A Strunk who saw Dr. Scacheri on 10/28/2021.As always, Dr. Scacheri and staff were professional, sincere and concerned with every aspect of my care.
Dr. Cooper is the best Obstetrics/Gynecologist I’ve ever had! She’s been my doctor for a decade and wouldn’t change it.
Great place to go to for your looking for a primary doctor and or pregnant. I truly appreciate coming here. Also especially for my prenatal visits.
Love how they move in such a timely matter and so far all the midwives and doctors I’ve encountered has been amazing!
The best place to go for a check up or to have your baby!!! I called different offices to make an appointment and in some the wasnt able to make an appointment soon or never answer the phone.
I highly recommend Dedicated to Women. I see Dr Scacheri and he is very professional, caring and knowledgeable for both annual visits and obstetric care.
I love Dedicated to Women. I’m so happy I’m able to be a patient here. They are all wonderful there. I couldn’t see myself going anywhere else.

I had my first appointment here today and they were super friendly and informative! They made me feel completely at ease!
They are amazing here! The staff is so welcoming and they are great at answering any questions! They made my visit very easy and painless.
Kind and dedicated team of providers. It’s a huge addition to have Dr Ward on the team! Such a benefit to have extended hours and 4 locations!!!
Dr. Gupta was very helpful and listened to all of my concerns. She took her time during my exam and explained everything.
I absolutely love going to D2W, Dr. Harris is one of my faves They are very welcoming and the service given is excellent

Dr. Ward is very reassuring and takes time to answer any questions or concerns we have at each appointment.
My appointment with Dr. Hartmann was a pleasure. The staff was extremely pleasant at the Rehoboth location.
Great place to go to for appointments they really take care of you! Get you in and out in a reasonable time
Had my first child with them in 2014 and back to have my second now! Always great care and they always listen to my concerns.
Love this office, the doctors and staff. Always satisfied with their service. They have me as a patient for life.
I have been going to this office for five years. The service was great then, now the service is horrible ,what a shame. If you trying to get your records transferred good luck.
I had a chance to meet a lot of the doctors at Dover and in Middletown. They was all excellent. It was a pleasure.
Rosemary was wonderful.
All the staff members were friendly and helpful to me. All my questions were answered. I did not have a long wait time at all.
Amazing experience from the time I walked in to the time I checked out!! Thank you for making going to the doctors that much more pleasant!
The midwives are absolutely incredible so far! Due soon and they have been so understanding!
I would not recommend this office to my worst enemy. The physicians do not care about their patients or listen to what we have to say. Dr. Wong is the absolute worse!!!
Doctors are ok. The women at the front desk are rude.
Thank God I came here.its really familiar. Friendly to check up.thank for all nurses and doctor. GOD BLESS YOU ALL 🙏 .every one so nice
Poor bedside manner. Poor customer service by office staff. Truly traumatic birth experience. Inconsistencies in my chart. Beware.
The doctors here are always helpful and knowledgeable, and they offer all the services in office so its convenient.
I was so disappointed in the Middletown office and the receptionist and her rude ways and was very uncomfortable once the situation has occurred. I will be looking for another provider.
I love that I never have to wait long at my appointments and all of my questions/concerns are addressed.
The staff at DTW are all very professional and friendly. I have only had positive experiences coming here.
Staff is always incredibly friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and easy to access.
Great attention, always find solutions to ones problems, the staff are always nice very professional, would recommend this place to everyone 😀 100%
So far so good. They have been very helpful and informative. I hope to continue coming here.
