Female nurses Talk About The Patients Conditions and laugh about it . I’ve had a Serious Skin Conditon for about 3 years Now , and I Rather Suffer everyday with itch and sores , than to be disrespected and have my buisness out out by some dumb young females . Because I wouldn’t tolerate that .
I would say that the most inhumane place for patients this place is where front desk and nurses don’t care about how are you feeling at the time of your appointment even if you are late with just 3 to 4 minutes before your appointment; for me this is frustration and this place for sure needs attention at the time of reviewing their policy to patients cause no way we are living in a communist regime in USA.
Very very bad service I arrived with my daughter with a fever and headache at 5 pm 3 hours passed and they did not attend to my daughter because it was not a priority and the lady who attended to me was very respectful, even joking, she told me why I had not taken on the 4th of July when the clinic was not full, I still responded by telling her that she had just felt bad the next day and tried to continue talking too much and I decided it would be better to take her to the childrens hospital after having lost almost 4 hours
The lack of efficiency and respect of doctors and nurses is incredible. EBNHC is a hospital with a poor and mediocre culture where you see patients in severe pain and doctors making jokes, talking about what they had for lunch and playing solitaire on the computer. Why is it so difficult to prioritize the patient, treat them quickly and send them home so that, if there is time, they can talk, eat and play. In recent years, going to the Emergency Department means spending more than 4 hours in the cold, without good care and listening to the nonsense of the medical staff. EBNHC, represents poor hospitals with poor staff providing poor service.
Very bad experience at East boston Neighborhood clinic.I was in a terrible pain and had my appointment last Friday and drive from Dedham to that clinic; let me tell you I was late like 4 minutes!!! Yes 4 minutes and after I paid my copay and registered the nurse told me that she was sorry but the doctor can not see me cause I was late!!! I told her miss I am in a terrible pain and I came all the way from Dedham to this center and you cannot see me!! Wao you need to have no heart to see a people in pain that was charged already for copay and came from far and no be seen by the doctor!!! I am very very frustrated to the point that I do not want to see that clinic anymore; believe I like so much my doctor and his very respectful treatment to patients but other than that this clinic need a deep clean up and better customer service for patients cause they are very heartless with patients. Terrible service the waiting time is More them 6 hours for a emergency If you have the opportunity to go to another hospital then come to this place! The waiting room it’s crowds and they don’t have enough doctors! They staff say that they have one doctor with 35 patients on the waiting list in an emergency room at 1 AM. For who I arrived here at 5 PM haven’t seen anybody so far! Stay at home, treat yourself but dont come to a hospital like this.
10 grove st emergency room when I walk in with chest pain one of the receptionist told me that I don’t have chest pain which probably will be a pain in my stomach. So I told her if you know what I have I should go home and the receptionist told me that I should stay because Iam in the emergency room. So my question was who was the doctor? Need to advise the receptionist in the way they talk to the people . You never know if my case was serious or not for them to talk loud to people like that.
I appreciate what health care workers do and i don’t know what is happening at this location. Multiple nurses and two doctors. Average wait for every patient was at least 4-5 hours. Only if you have an open wound will they see you immediately. I of course was upset and they assumed my symptoms were from anxiety instead of upper respiratory. Was there for 4.5 hours. Waited in the waiting room for over an hour, asked them multiple times to do the tests they needed because my condition was serious. then waited in a room waiting to meet with the doctor for an hour and a half. Left at midnight so could not go to a pharmacy. Unfortunately pharmacy wait for medications to be filled is 2+ hours right now. Still in the same condition I was when I went there…
After a whole month of emotionally draining phone calls they force me to make an unnecessary appointment and was completely disregarded when try to explain i didn’t needed an appointment. The care provider Ricardo Gamez was extremely disrespectful he hand me back paperwork that I didn’t needed nor asked for and walk away while I was still talking to him. Make me waste money on transportation and time out from work. Ask to speak to a supervisor and after making me wait they brought out another care provider who was not his supervisor. They deserve all the one star reviews calling this place unprofessional and rude
Dealing is very bad without any level. Two hours for the nurse to see you, two and a half hours for the doctor to see you in two minutes without touching you, to diagnose you with questions only, and two hours for the nurse to come and give you 3 pills, and do not forget a glass of water, knowing that I have been here in America for 3 years. I did not visit the hospital even once, but unfortunately it was very bad. My view changed a thousand percent of how the hospital treats me in my country, which is considered one of the three underdeveloped countries, and here is in my second country, which I have always dreamed of joining. Unfortunately, I adore this great country that rules the world. But officials should look at these things, thank you
If i can give this place 0 stars i would , do not waste your time coming here the staff are the most laziest and unprofessional people i’ve ever encountered with. They don’t care and will make you wait for hours just a ghetto place.

Waited here for 6 hours in the waiting room. Was told the wait would be 3 hours when there was only like 4 people in there. I came here with a very sore throat that was closing up on me, i was having labored breathing and chest pains, crying in the waiting room and the lady said well there’s only one doctor so it’s gonna be another 3+ hours. This place is a joke they hired a bunch of people that don’t know what they are doing, all the nurses in the back are always laughing and cracking jokes and talking about other patients information which is a violation of HIPPA.Avoid this place like the plague it’s a joke.
Waiting in the emergency room is a waste of time. They make you wait for hours and Im not talking about an hour Im talking about 5+ hours of just waiting to be seen. If you need to be seen urgently DO NOT come to this emergency room.
Dr. Dorothy Chen is an amazing pediatrician doctor. She been our family doctor for years. From my sisters to now my children. I think she’s absolutely the best and I travel 45 mins just to bring my children to see her. It’s well worth the trip. I love this pediatrics! Great nurses as well! Front desk…. Needs some work, not the friendliest.

The worst Urgent Care!!!!A doc named Rosa is unprofessional and rude. I send my friend with BP 180/110 , P 130 and the sooner we arrived on the room she started yelling me why she is on this situation, why I brought her there and didnt call 911...She raise her voice :- How do you know she has Hight blood pression(While when we went to front desk I let them know than she may have Hight BP) . Im part of medical field and I was embarrassing to see a doctors action like this. While her BP wasnt stabilized yet she kept asking my friend about me, What did she do to you?Ill never go to that place!
Due to my unexpected high blood pressure, I went for check up but not be able to schedule a doctor. However, EBNHC nurse Ms. Laura Waldstein was so kind and helpful to check for my blood pressure during her busy hours and arrange for my scheduled phone diagnostics with my primary care doctor - she is highly praised for her professionalism behavior with positive kind personal attitude, showing compassion for others. She took care of me well above and beyond. Ms. Laura, Thank you so much for been a life saver!
This has to be the worse ED you can ever come to! They will leave to do die! First let me start with the registration staff how dumb and careless they are. On their phone not paying attention to who’s arriving, not even putting on name bracelets around you like why? Security is terrible they’re on their phone talking or listening to ghetto music. The kid up front who’s supposed to supervise on his phone, not caring if people is wearing a mask or not. This is terrible! We have been waiting for over 3 hrs to be seen!!!! How many doctors they have inside here? 3-4 hour of wait is not acceptable, taking patients inside that look totally good and having kids, people coughing and crying in pain to wait. This has to change! Get better working staff that care for the community or human being. Not people that just want to get the day over with and get paid. INSANE!!!!
It is sad to see so many bad reviews because they had to wait for a long time on the E R, maybe try making an appointment the next time if you only have a cold?As of my personal experience I have been coming to this clinic for 10 years and they always give me a really good attention.
I’ve switched PCPs here multiple times since I thought I just didn’t end up with a good doctor until I just stopped going all together. Most of the nurse practitioners I saw were great but other than that- no. The worst experience by far was calling seeking an appointment with a mental health professional since I’m in a dark place and looking for help, she gave me an appointment 2 months out and completely ignored my plea to be spoken to earlier because I was experiencing panic attacks. Not because there wasn’t an available time slot but because they want to talk to me for an hour. I don’t need an hour, I need help earlier than 2 months away dealing with my panic attacks, but no I’m ignored. Mental health issues already make it difficult to do normal everyday things, makes it difficult to even reach out for help and being ignored about a serious issue really reminds me of why it took me so long to reach out to begin with.
Pediatric department is the worse Ive experience my whole life, third world countries have a better customer service. My wife has been trying to get ahold of the pediatric (N. Dong) but the receptionist are always rude when they answer the phone. They always say that they will call back with an answer and always leave us hanging and waiting. Its frustrating because its very important we get ahold of her.
Okay let start, all we need to know what happened in hospital my wife is struggling to an appointment about more that a year in the summer she could get an appointment but at last minute she got a call that her appointment got canceled, since then each time she called there’s no answer on the phone even when she left a voice message she got no reply, or if someone answered they told her there’s no open appointment for three weeks she called and called the same thing happenedToday she called and they told her that she has to call in three weeks because they have no appointment for her.Are there someone can check and give her call what is going on with your hospitalTo be honest I wish if I can give less stars for this kind of serviceDon’t forget we are trying to get an appointment for one yearDisgusting and unbelievable
Google has taken down my review for some reason so I’m going to leave another one. Everyone that works in this hospital has absolutely no empathy whatsoever. My 60yr old mother who has a thyroid condition and is pre diabetic has been calling for 2 years to make an appointment and either THEY HANG UP ON HER OR THEY TELL HER THEY WILL CALL HER BACK AND NEVER DO. In some cases they will give her an appointment and cancell it last minute. I don’t know what’s happening in this hospital but it truly is a disgrace.Another family member has had 4 separate appointments. The first two, she went all the way there just to be told that it has been cancelled, and the next two she called to confirm and what do you know, also cancelled. She asks why and they say the doctor is not in even though she has an appointment.I too have been trying to make an appointment and their response is “we’re not taking new patients due to Covid”. I’m pretty sure Covid is not going anywhere anytime soon, and it’s been over 2 years. How does that make any sense? I can’t go to the hospital because Covid exists? I just don’t get it.They need new doctors and new staff. The staff does not sympathize at all when you talk to them. Their general attitude is “well that’s the way it is, sorry not sorry” at least if they sympathize it might make it better but they are cold and detached.
Never in my life have I been treated the way I just was at the EBNHC. Waited 3 hours in the waiting room of the ER, only to be called in to see a nurse, who’s name was Nicole, who looks at my reason for being there, and walks out. I ask her if I am going to be there long, she reply’s, “YEAH, ITS GONNA BE A WHILE, YOU SHOULD BE GRATEFUL WE EVEN CALLED YOU IN”. I have to be up and at work in a little bit, with a nasty rash/infection on my arm and had had to up and leave the clinic, which I feel as if thag was what they wanted. So I said congrats, I’m gonna leave, you’ve achieved what you were going for. SHE SAYS, THANK YOU!!! Lol Thank you EBNHC for wasting my time.UPDATE: EBNHC ACTUALLY TRIED CHARGING ME FOR THIS VISIT ! Never even seen a doctor and they put that bill right in the mail!!! This place needs to be turned into a parking lot.
My name is Sonia Molina. I was treated in the emergency room by the doctor William Legere. This is the first time that I get in contact with a doctor that knows their patients problems. I arrived and told him what my health issues were and in a half hour after having blood drawn he found what the issue was. Doctors like him bring success to hospitals, and he is an example for other doctors to follow. He is a great doctor, and we need more doctors like him. May God bless him abundantly.
Today was my father Apointment at 8:30am. I had to be with him bcz he doesn’t speak English. I live in south shore and got stuck in the traffic in the 93 even I left home at 7:30am it took me 1 hour 25min to get to east Boston in order to be with my father at his Apointment. They refuse to take us because we were late 25min which is out of my control. We all know the 93 in the morning. I tried to explain the situation to the person in the reception. My father was so frustrated because he been waiting for this Apointment for a while. His hearing is very bad by the way it was audiology department in the Lower level. I called to try to reschedule but we have to wait until June at least. My father is going back home for the summer for a family weeding so he has to live with his bad hearing for another 3 or 4 months at least.I was so disappointed bcz I had to weak up early at 6h30 in the morning and drive one hour and half to be with my father but it was such a waste of time.
So thankful for my positive experience with EBNHC! I needed a PCR test for travel and I was able to get an appointment and get results about 30 hours after. After a failed appointment elsewhere and an adventure through the city, I was so glad to be able to test here. I was also impressed with how efficient the staff was with a long line of appointments and walk ins. Thank you EBNHC for your service to the community!
I took my son in to get checked for a cough, came in a bit passed 4, got in the room at 5, doctor came in at 5:30, stayed for like 15 minutes, said lab results would be done in 5 to 10 minutes. Well those 5 to 10 minutes became like an hour and a half or more!
I cut my finger fairly deep and thought going here would be crazy with covid, but it was organized and efficient. I was in and out in about an hour, including getting a booster shot, which had to come from the pharmacy.The reception worker, both nurses, and the NP were all very kind, patient, and thorough. Im thankful they gave such good care.
I tried calling and getting service about the flu vaccine from this clinic. But they said I have to wait. I had to go to CVS to get the flu vaccine instead. CVS had it ready just in time.

They have the worst customer service. I work at the customer service and I have a passion with my job. Nurses and doctors are amazing. Just the staff on making schedules and the one in pharmacies. They dont have the courtesy and dont even wear a single smile. I have a perspective that if you are on the position of customer service you should be happy helping guests not look miserable. Seems like they are getting annoyed when you approach them.
If I could give them zero stars I would. My mother has had a cough for over 2 years and nothing has been done!! They always tell her it’s allergies or asthma…… but nothing is working……soooooo clearly that’s not it!! She made it very clear to the doctors that no allergy medication or inhaler is working!!My mom then proceeded to find a urgent care facility. This facility was able to figure out that she had bronchitis in just a 20 min visit!! They ran so many test, more test then East Boston has ever done. They gave her the medicine she needed in just a 20 min visit because they listened unlike East boston neighborhood health center.3 months laterShe then had a health concern where she needed to do an in person consultation but she got a phone call instead and was told to go to the ER and pay her $250 co pay instead of getting an in person appointment with her physician (co-pay for a regular check up is $25). Why should she have to pay 250$ when she can do a regular appointment in person. ( the explanation was they have covid regulations and they can’t do in person appointments because of covid) I understand if I need to get a covid test before going into my appointment but they didn’t want that either!! What the point of being a clinic if you can’t go in????!!!!WORST PLACE EVER!!!! NEVER COME HERE!!!
Denied a booster shot today. Well let me first say the address given to me was 79 Paris street. Seen a white tent up, but usually the Covid testing was done i those, and I had thought it wasn’t there and was inside the building, people had seen me going back and forth confused on where to go. Was told 20 maverick square by one employee?!?!? When I found the location it was the white tents and no one had told me when it was visible I couldn’t find it. I had said something to the person I was with and I guess the person in front of me decided to start an argument her staff involved and cause a scene resulting in me being told to leave when I did nothing, didn’t know that a nurse could decide to not give someone what they were scheduled for, overall poor experience. Your nurses shouldn’t decide to address someone’s health and safety depending on their mood. Cowardly, lack of service and an embarrassment to healthcare. Instead of getting your security guard, if that’s what you wanna call him I’m a female, my space should be respected as anyone else’s. It’s a healthcare facility yet your workers acted like teenagers with a horrible attitude, get a grip. People of east Boston deserve better treatment than this.

Yesterday I was in emergency room since 4:19 pm until 8:0 pm I have to leave the room because nobody tried to finish the job that’s supposed to do in the clinic if somebody going to the emergency room that’s supposed to do something better so somebody need to do something who is manager or Director of the clinic?
The worst hospital ever I have been at. Always 1-2 hrs delay for any appointment I schedule( Asked for one from the management to speak with but no luck) . My last doctor and Nurses that I have seen were always in rush. They dont even let you finish your concerns or describe what issues youre facing. The time that you wait is 4X times more than the time you spent with my doctor.I felt its waste of my money and time.I highly dont recommend this hospital and I will start looking for alternate hospital . Very very disappointed with how they treat their patients .
For months I’ve been trying to call the clinic every time I do the automated service just keeps going around and around cannot get connected to the department I want or for that matter any department The service is just so annoying and terrible!!! Once you re able to speak to someone they tell you someone will call you back NEVER HAPPENS Again just round and round This would be funny but it’s a medical facility for the East Boston residents and they should be ashamed. Does anyone there know anything? I’d say NO!
Please if you have a emergency don’t go there , I was there for 3 hours feeling vary bad in the room, after passing the nurse temperature first step before the doctor... no one came to see me, my friend, worried about me, left the room and asked a nurse if we were forgotten and they said; “no we just have a lots of patients..” but only me and one lady were at the waiting room when I got in. Another hour has passed and they never came to see me or ask how I was feeling . I am very disappointed... we walked out and told the nurse that I couldn’t wait any longer and we were leaving, she just said “OK!”I went to Cambridge hospital and they saw me in less then 10 minutes. What really shocked us the most was the lack of care when seeing a patient with heart attack like symptoms leave the hospital without being seen by a doctor and simply says “OK...”.
Quick and easy COVID-19 testing site. You MUST get an appointment first, either by calling or signing up online. Ive been here twice, and after finding parking (which can be difficult), they took me without waiting. I received my results in less than 48 hours both times. I am giving 4 stars because parking can be hard to find if the designated lot is full. Overall, good experience!
Bad experience, I was waiting a few minutes, And when finally I saw the Dr. Rafael FernandezFor less that 5 minutes, when I stared to explain to him , my concert about my health ,He told me: just you can talk about one thing, because I dont have have enough time, if you want to talk more that one thing,you have to make another appointment. I have been a patient here now for many years and my Doctor has never asked for a physical I am a middle aged man. Not one physical in all the years I have been there. I have had Doctors in other places all my life. And every single place when physical time drew near called or if I was there for something else was told to schedule and that was before I was middle aged. Not here. Not once.
Worst clinic ever! Reminds me if those free clinics on tv. The emergency room is a joke and so are the doctors. But I am thankful because I was in the process of using this place as primary care facility and glad I experienced how it is and taking my insurance to another facility.
Lady at desk in ER was extremely rude to me. Im 50 yr old asthma patient of ebnhc and i was told since im a patient & i have asthma i could get a mask to protect myself with. Well this lady would not pull my records up was very rude to me and dismissed me like i was nothing. Ive never been treated so poorly by a medical professional before.
They take way too long to attend you in the ER. Their procedures are extremely slow. If you ever go to this center be prepared to spend at least 5 or more hours there. They’re under staffed and unprepared.
Terrible service! Very unprofessional to say the least! I am here in the waiting room area waiting for my son to be seen at a doctors appointment and the front desk ladies at the 20 maverick dept think that perhaps they’re in a fast food restaurant… laughing giggling while people are in pain taking their time off from work to waste the day away!
Jennifer Repp RNP is the best nurse practitioner in the world today. She really took care of me yesterday and she opened to anything u can talk to her about anything thats bothing u. She took her time to talk to me. I love her so much and I very found of her and thats why Im very close to her. Good job Jenn.
Much Love to the EBNHC, have been going here since I was a pre-schooler. It was serendipity to meet two exceptional nurse practitioners/ Associate Medical Director who went above and beyond their call of duty for moi. My condolences, I try to be aspirational 💁🏻♂️

Please don’t go to the emergency there. It’s the worse place to go. Probably they don’t understand the meaning of emergency well. My one year old son has high fever and shaking since he has hard time taking a medication. I try 2 time and he threw up on both time. So I took him to emergency at 1.30 a.m. we waited for the doctor till 3.30 a.m. so we decided to leave after my son lost his patience and started to scream. Turn out a doctor was there sat in front of his computer asking are we leaving he about to come in after I saw him sat there for half an hour. And when I started to tell him that we was waiting there for 2 hours all he say is “BYE”.

Awful! We had to wait for almost 5 hours. My 4-years-old daughter got sick and we took her at this place. She had fever, but we were waiting for hours there. Definitly, they need more doctors there. A lot of patients and no doctors. Thats the worst place to be an Emergency room ...
This place is terrible when it comes to customer service. I went to pick up a script that my doctor sent and they didnt have it in the cpu because the woman at the drop off window didnt do her job. She told me it wont be ready for hours. One script takes hours they must be severely backed up then. Lol . I have since moved to CVS in winthrop the staff there actually cares about there customers. I do not recommen ebnhc pharmacy. The adult medicine department on the other hand I am inpressed with. DR Stephen Simon is as good as it gets when it comes to a carong doctor. He takes his time with me asks me questions about how im doing. I geel that he genuinely cares about his patients. He has done everything in his power to help me with my stomach issues I gove the adult medicine department 5 Stars
This place simply does not care about patients whatsoever. Every receptionist, nurse, doctor takes their sweet time in everything they do. From picking up a pencil. To tieying their shoe. You could be in pain and they could care less. . . Someone could be bleeding to death in this place and would have to wait at least a MINIMUM of 2 hours before seing a doctor. Time after time never fails. It doesnt matter if its 3pm or 3am please plan 3 to 4 hours ahead before coming here.
I am extremely happy with the EBNHC specifically Dr. Mullin who took over for Dr. Pfau in my mothers case. Dr. Pfau was excellent! I am so grateful that Dr. Mullin is even more excellent (if that is possible because we loved Jennifer Pfau!)She is so thorough and on the ball. We never wait for anything and she has her staff calling us all the time to check in. Its truly gratifying to know that my mother is in great care!My mother has a complex list of issues and its not an easy task to take over from another practitioner and Dr. Mullin did it with complete ease.What is most comforting is the genuine care that my family receives from the staff.
They filled my old out dated scripts multiple times at that pharmacy downstairs and gave me the wrong meds entirely! The woman Mendes is arrogant down there. Not only did she fill a script from a year ago she told me one of the ones I wanted she couldnt fill Bc of insurance. I immediately went upstairs and had my doctor send it to wAlgreens. I picked up my meds in 20 minutes. Customer service here is a disgrace and the woman pharmacist in the morning really should be fired. I go to MGH in revere now and its a night and day difference
Their staff our friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Ive been seeing one of their Doctors now for 25 years, who is extremely good at his practice and I live quite far away from this Health care center. I would never choose otherwise.

Don’t ever take your kids there, I went there with my 7 years old she had a injury in her forehead and who called him self a doctor didn’t sanitise her wound didn’t give her any antibiotics close it and tell me don’t touch it so she got infection.

That’s I changed my PCP and my hospital to Tufts Medical Center...I had mono, and the ER told me I had to see the dentist. lolI went to see the dentist she said it wasn’t a dental issue, after going to MGH they did the necessary testings and they confirmed Mono.I don’t know if it was my doctor or the hospital in general, but they don’t follow the Hippocratic Oath.The 2 stars that I give it’s for the COVID testing, at least this they do right (I gotta say that’s the minimum they could do right)
This is the worst place I been to, is overly pack, the doctor only care to put you on medication drug. I needed a letter from my doctor for a tobacco test that I needed for my job and they rejected me. The nurse take forever to contract me back when every time I call. To set up an appointment is impossible. I think my doctor know about preventive health, all she does is refer me to take medication and do more lab test.

The entire leadership team was amazing to work with from top to bottom including Michael CEO, Brett, Kelly and on site leadership Audra. Our nurses had amazing feedback about the rich culture and clinical excellence they strive for.
I was in 10 GOVE ST, in Emergency room i talked with the2 mature ladies sitting in front desk and they clearly hate their job because of the way they communicate with people. ER
This is for the experiences in the last year. My doctor, Dr Braun, is fantastic. She is attentive, listens well and very good about discussing health concerns and ways to address them. I have had some dismissive or even rude care from former pcps Ive had in AD, especially in regards to reproductive health concerns. My current experiences have been wonderful and comprehensive.

The service at the emergency are very slow we was there waiting for 3 hours and the doctor do the examination in 5 minutes and we was waiting for the medicine for two hours and the stuff was eating just next to us
My fiancé went here for loss of feeling in her foot and lower calf. We feared it might be heart related. After a bunch of blah blah blah...... she was sent away with medication for itching?!?!? She doesn’t even have an itching issue!!! No language barrier as both were from Colombia. “Avoid”.
If you break a bone or suffer any form of painful injury seek treatment anywhere but here. You will squirm and wait in pain while the staff giggles and tell jokes in the back. After your xray is taken by a person who will treat your broken limb like a rag doll, you will wait in the lobby in pain with no meds of any kind. I came here because I couldnt stand the pain and needed help. Turns out I was in pain the whole time I waited.
I been calling too many time to assistant in Spanish lenguaje and pretty much the same person pretending to doesn’t listen my call and after 10 to 15 seconds She finish the call and said call later ,, I do right way BUT IN ENGLISH, immediately I get answer and surprisingly in English THEY CAN hear me .. what’s going on??
Very satisfy with my PCP Marie Benetly MD and the whole team in FM, lately I was seen x times in 1 wk by deferent providers because my PCP wasnt available , but when she was, they call me to see her ! referral was done same week and I was seen few days later, they even follow up after the specialty visit !! problem solved, by the way I dont want to forget to mention the beautiful faces at GYN, Maria and Brenda! always welcome pts with a big smile and always helpful when you call the GYN department!! Love my East Boston clinic and I will never switch to a different place !
I been with EB health clinic for years but it’s just been getting worst and worst every year. I been trying to get an appointment for a long time and the only thing they tell me that they don’t have anything soon because they have taken new patients, that means I need to suffer? Just bad service! I will be switching health providers.
This place is ridiculous there is no excuse as to why patients are waiting 2 plus hours other hospitals get fined and other repercussions for this why is this one allowed to completely have no empathy to peoples needs there isnt even alot of people here no matter what they say or excuses that may have this is completely crazy how they neglect patients needs completely unexceptional they insult the very community that surrounds them cuz they way I see it they are take advantage of the many imagrents that live here and do not know their rights or how its supposed to work
If i could give -10 i will i went there with a horrible pain in my stomach i was suffering they was sooo unprofessional , usually when someone go to the emergency is because of an emergency no body will go there just to spend time and sit in a room listening to unprofessional conversation they was laughing , and they left me in a room for one hour crying with the pain i left without seeing a dr because i prefer to keep suffering than be in a place where you feel yourself not welcomed and not being taken care, they need to know what kind of job they have they can be cause of many deaths peoples life is not a game

Their staff can use a class in customer service training. Long wait times if you’re having an emergency. And long wait on the phone. All the changes they made for the worse !

The personnel are rude and hypocrites. Even do one is being polite. The vision center, they say they work Saturday to 2:30pm but when I call at 1:30 they say is closed.

Going to the emergency department is a waste of time, I spent more than two hours waiting outside and 2 hours in the room and when I went out to ask they told me that they had not assigned me a doctor who was still waiting, when they were there talking and wasting time They have no consideration, you go looking for help, but they dont care, and not just me, there are many more people in rooms without receiving help and others waiting without knowing that they dont even care, I had to leave without any help. type of treatment or medicine, they are a disappointment!!
Very very bad care. 2 times in emergency and I had to leave without a doctor checking me. Wait 5 hours the first time and 7 hours the second time. Honestly, what a lack of professionalism. I recommend looking for another place. What a disappointment.

Very bad experience I went to do some tests in the laboratory they gave me a sugary drink Im pregnant I fainted because Im diabetic and they took me to the emergency room I didnt have a wheelchair. Because there are only 2 and I didnt have stretchers they left me a chair sitting

The worst in attention, if you make an appointment it is supposed that it will not take more than 15 minutes to attend to you and then you go in with the doctor and that guy also takes more than 40 minutes to attend to you and if that were not enough they arrive with a bad temper with son no cuts, you tell them that something hurts and they come out with stupid things, they only want to calm the pain with drugs, you dont go to have the pain calmed but to be cured. ahh and this plus they are paying for very expensive insurance and these people serve you as if it were free.Bad service, better go to Chelsea hospital.
Yesterday I visited this place, the truth is, the service is terrible, the assistants do their job well but the rude doctor, I didnt tell her her name because she didnt show up, she didnt care about anything I had, they didnt help me with the primary doctor, they measured an ibuprofen that I could buy it at CVS and the sad thing is that right now I get the receipt for 3,000 dollars and be careful, they only do it for the money, nothing more 👍

I cant give good stars and I have been a patient since 2007 and I have never been treated so badly in the emergency room by Dr. Rose. I felt humiliated and verbally harassed, and I was so disappointed by this clinic with people who are disgusting.
