Dr Robison is a genuinely caring physician who carefully listens to her patients and informs them of all options available. She is gentle during physical exams and assessments. I leave every appointment thinking she is one of the best doctors I have ever seen. The office staff are extremely efficient, and I rarely wait more than 10 minutes to be taken to an exam room.

I came to this practice throughout my first pregnancy and for many visits was pleased with the service and providers. I primarily met with Dr. Robison who most of the time was lovely. However my pregnancy was unique in that I was comfortable allowing my body and intuition to take full charge (aka I was still pregnant at 43 weeks). Towards the end, as I told the providers that I was aware of and okay with the risks associated with my choices, and that I would continue to do as I believed best for my baby, I was met with hostility.Specifically, in my final visit with Dr. Robison, she recommended an immediate induction, I said that I would like to schedule it in two days (not even a rejection on my part, just a delay) and she replied with, “I hate to play this card, but how would you feel if you came in and your baby was dead?” I had already been emotional prior to this outrageous question, but this pushed me over the edge, I began sobbing. I couldn’t believe the audacity she had to use such blatant fear based language. I actually said “That is not okay.” which seemed to go right past her. As I continued to cry she nodded and said something along the lines of “There, I think there was a wall we needed to break through, just let it out” as if she was suddenly my therapist.I know that her recommendations were coming from a place of care, however, a doctor’s job should be simply to give their patient all the information regarding each decision, and then support them in their decision. No matter what. A doctor’s job should not be to convince the patient to make the choice that the doctor is most comfortable with.

Asha Rizzo, NP has been the most caring and trusted OB/GYN practitioner Ive gone to in a while. Shes taken her time when meeting with me to cover any/all concerns I have, and quickly referred me to other practitioners when needed.

I have been going to this doctor office for a few months now. And I love DR. Alison mall. but Dianne at the front desk has treated me like garbage the last few visits and even when she goes to work the desk at the Hospital. The MA was pretty rude today too. Haven’t cared for her at the visits either. You can’t treat people like complete garbage especially at a doctor office. we complained to Dr. Mall so hopefully she will be able to let whoever in charge know but I will not be treated like garbage there. It was so bad I was in tears today. Shouldn’t happen to your patients.

I came here for an annual and needed an ultrasound as well. They didn’t have time to do it at the first appt, so scheduled me another appt for the ultrasound. These two appts should’ve been billed to my insurance as one appt, because my insurance would cover both. but of course, I got a bill for over $200 for the second appt. I have contacted billing multiple times and no one seems to be working or interested in calling me back to get this taken care of. Very irritating

Sara Robinson took the time to listen and answer my questions. She was thorough, taking into account my medical history and even looked into possible complications I hadn’t considered based on my history. I felt heard! Will definitely continue seeing Sara.

Dr. Gaide is exceptional!Her warm demeanor and very thorough history and exam made it the best women’s health experience I’ve ever had.I am very appreciative of her expertise and thoughtfulness in the many different topics of health we discussed and glad to have found a great office close by in Erie!The office staff was caring and efficient and I enjoyed each interaction I had.

Worst service and communication I have ever experienced in obgyn history

I always have great service, but today was above and beyond. Thank you Kalina M. for helping me set up my send to home prescriptions. I had no idea what to do and you were so gracious, kind and patient. I appreciate you!

Had a very good first visit with Stephanie Traver, nurse practitioner, who listened carefully to my issues and performed an examination today. She seemed quite knowledgeable, experienced, and compassionate. Very pleased to have found Ms. Traver and this practice.

I love this place. It’s conveniently close to my house, and the nurses and doctors are great. I used to see Stephanie, the nurse practitioner, but she left the practice so I saw Dr. Robinson today and loved her. Everyone is chill and nice.

Highly recommend Dr. Robison. She figured out everything that was wrong with me that other doctors couldn’t. She is truly the nicest and most amazing doctor ever!

Today I saw Dr Allison Mall for my first well Woman visit at this clinic. It was a wonderful visit from start to finish. The staff is friendly and warm. Dr. Mall took the appropriate time to answer any questions and had a superior bed side manner. I will recommend to my friends.

Great staff, always very friendly and helpful. I never feel rushed and the staff is very knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant to work with. Cant recommend them highly enough. Ive worked the most with the nurse practitioner Stephanie and shes fantastic. The front desk staff is great to work with as well. Havent had a bad experience yet.

I made appt because my insurance covered it and it was close to the new home I just moved into. I was impressed with how I felt everyone cared at this office and took time with me on this first visit. I will go back for sure.

I went to Dr. Jennifer Gaide for the first time last week and I was very impressed. The nurse spent 15 minutes making sure my chart was correct. Dr. Gaide spent the time I needed to address my female concerns. She was down to earth, a great listener and came up with a plan for me to follow. I would highly recommend Dr. Gaide!

Dr Gaide, is professional, warm and understanding. I saw her for most of my appointments during my pregnancy. She answered my questions and made sure I was taken care of. She’s a great doctor!

New to the area, desperately need an OBGYN called this place, lady was super rude, didnt want to help and hung up on me, and if thats how they are on the phone, I can only imagine how they are in person. Wouldnt recommend off first impression.

Unprofessional as hell. I waited for weeks for my first ultrasound appointment at 8 weeks and they just cancel it the morning of I had my husband take off work and I waited weeks for this appointment! Really inconsiderate of my time. There have been multiple times Stephanie has cancelled my appointments last minute. Terrible! Never coming back.

Stunningly incompetent receptionists. The receptionists I dealt with are exceptionally rude, disrespectful of patient/customer time, and unable/unwilling to provide comprehensive context and instructions. Very much a customers are an annoyance to be gotten rid of attitude. The receptionists do not have a patient care attitude.

I called to specifically request an appointment because I was looking for a new PCP. I made this clear on the phone and was scheduled for an appointment in a few days. Three days before I was to go, they called to say they are only womens specialty and do not offer primary care. Now I will have to start over to find a new PCP again. No excuse for not being up front about this in the beginning. Made appt for my partner at the same time and with the same request. She actually has already gone to one appointment and STILL nobody told her they are not PCP. Now both of us are unhappy. Beware of poor communication here.

Dr Gaide is amazing! She is caring, patient, and kind. If you’re looking for a provider who listens to what you want and takes the time to answer your questions, she’s your doctor!

I do not like going to the doctor. Stephanie and her nurse were both fantastic and put me quickly at ease. Stephanie is very knowledgeable and easy to work with.

I see Dr. Mall. I have seen another doctor at this clinic, but did not love the experience. Dr. Mall is great. Compassionate and empathetic, while being super smart, educated.
