I had an amazing experience here. I needed to get an IUD put in, but my normal doctor couldn’t get me in for months! I got an appt within days. Dee, the nurse, was AMAZING. So sweet and supportive. The PA was also so kind and did a fabulous quick job with insertion and walking me through it. So grateful we have this resource. ❤️
The people here made my experience extremely pleasant. I was due for an implant removal and replacement, and I was extremely nervous about it. The sweet person checking me in was extremely kind and patient. While I did end up waiting quite a long time to actually be seen, they still checked on me and brought me snacks which was really nice!Jewel was the one who replaced my implant for me and I they explained everything that they’d be doing in detail, and gave me heads up as they were going through with the process. It ended up being a lot better than I expected, and helped calm my nerves.
I came to this location after other doctors tried to remove an IUD that had broken strings. Nurse Sonia and Dr. Melissa were amazing, I was pretty nervous and they comforted me, and made sure I would not feel any pain. Dr. Melissa removed the IUD with no issue and pretty quickly. I am very grateful for their help!
Words can’t describe how thankful i am. I was very anxious about the whole thing, there were these two sweet ladies escorting us in and out so we wouldn’t get harassed by the anti abortion low lifers. All the staffs were so warm and welcoming, unfortunately I don’t remember all of their names. But I’m so grateful for everyone at this clinic that helped me through this difficult time, Taylor and Dee were incredible. The volunteer nurse who looked after me in the recovery room was so sweet and kind. The doctor and Dee were a great team together, I can’t imagine what it would be like without them, they talked me through the whole procedure and made everything less stressful. also their snacks taste extra delicious i’ll definitely come back if i ever need any services and i’ll grab some more of those saltine crackers for sure. thank you so much guys!
I wasn’t going to write a review, but I feel I should. Overall, my experience was 50/50. The staff were nice, and the doctor was extremely nice. You can imagine what I came in for. All in all, they did surgery on me. A week later heavy bleeding. I go to the ER and find out I had incomplete surgery. It is really rare to have incomplete surgeries I’ve heard. But mine was. I don’t think every woman’s experience is like mine, but this experience traumatized me. I have not been able to get ahold of this location on the phone, they really suck at answering their phones. You minds as well walk in if you have questions. They are incompetent in that field. They have done no follow ups with me. Yes the doctors and nurses were nice, but the experience was traumatic. I highly recommend other options.
All of the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The doctor performing my procedure was very competent and answered all of my questions clearly while keeping things light-hearted (which was completely appropriate in my case). It was honestly one of the best healthcare experiences Ive ever had.
My fiancee and I went in for (use your imagination) and mostly had a positive experience. The staff were all pleasant and professional... except for one. They/she went by the name Dee and was creepy AF. Not for the reason youd think. They/she were really meek and seemed really nervous/anxious when talking to us about the procedure. They/she also treated my fiance as if I wasnt in the room, offering emotional support, as if I wasnt going to do that. Dee just really gave us both the creeps. Something is just really off about them/her. We were so relieved that the doctor was someone else and Dee was just the assistant because their/her demeanor was very meek and not confident. Maybe nobody else gets these vibes but we did.
After waiting an hour in an exam room just to get birth control, I was told it would be prescribed so I could skip the placebo pills. I have terrible endometriosis and now I just get to be in pain for days because of incompetence.
If I ever need their services again I will be coming back to this location. All the staff from the receptionists, to the RN, tech, or assistant, didnt get her title, to the doctor were incredibly nice, warm, and welcoming. I was very impressed with my entire visit. One tip Id say is to park on their property. I had parked on the street and had to walk past 2 protesters, who I didnt know were protesters. I thought they were escorts.
Everything was very fast and easy, made sure you left with all your questions answered. I want to thank Dee especially for helping and supporting me throughout the whole process there. Dee is one of those very kind strangers you will always remember.
Incredibly warm and kind staff just there to help women maintain the health during these dark times.
Do not understand why you left monroe, washington. Most these girls live way out here have no way to a big city to come to you.Now there are so many pregnant girls and alot of unwanted pregnancies. You need to think about this before you shut down y I urge offices. These girls out here need you.Im putting my opinion because I try to help these girls like you guys use to.
My experience here was one of my first and one of the best. I had lots of questions and they were both accommodating and personable while answering every single one of them. Their staff were knowledgeable and I would guess experienced as they’re one of the only places that didn’t leave a bruise after a blood draw!-Tary
I go to Planned Parenthood for my girly needs and like to support them for how they help the community. I usually go to the Marysville location but I moved and thought it would be a shorter drive. I waited two hours to be seen after my scheduled appointment time for a yearly checkup. Although I was frustrated the nurses were very thorough and kind and the physician - who was the only one there that day- was extremely apologetic. She got me out of there quickly whence I was seen. COVID affects everyone and I was grateful that I received good service in spite of them being short staffed during this time.
I have been coming to Planned Parenthood since about 1996. I have gone to the Lynnwood location several times over the years, but mostly, I visit the Everett location. Its been my personal experience, at both locations, that the staff & providers have always been informative, respectful, courteous, & professional. They treat you like a human being, not a drop down menu. Ive always felt like they were personally invested in my over-all well-being. Thank you Planned Parenthood.
Im not totally sure if I like this place - the doctor I had didnt take my concerns seriously, and didnt use any lube when she did my exam. I was in pain for a week and had to go to a different gyno who said I needed surgery ASAP after looking much more thoroughly. I wish that didnt happen, but...
Let me start by saying most everyone was very nice, the location was clean and felt safe. I also think this is a great resource for most.I went in for a potential uti. I was given the wrong instructions initially for my sample and thus contaminated it. I couldve waited around to give a clean sample but I honestly didnt want to wait forever because my nervous body doesnt want to produce another sample in a reasonable amount of time. They made it sound like I didnt have a uti from what they could test. They will send the rest off for other stuff testing. However they didnt give me much of a solution, really paid attention, or seemed to care about a specific symptom that was bothering me. Theyd never fully explain why it was doing what it was, and would glance over/ignore it to keep directing their focus on a part I am sure was something that needed to be checked, but I wasnt really bothered by. But the doctor knows best. However, they gave me no temporary solution(past referring me to other specialists) for at least peace of mind for any part of it. I felt like they didnt hear or care about the thing I was most concerned/bothered with, though I mentioned it several times.I also have no insurance because Im poor and cant afford it. I always got the impression that this was a place you could go if you didnt have it, and in turn they wouldnt bother you about it because theyd understand, hopefully.Everything was fine until I was in the private room, and the doctor mentioned quite a few times about getting insurance and how having it helps, and I should really get some, and itll help for things like this.It all felt kind of judgemental. While thats all cool and true, I dont have it for a very valid reason. I cant afford a monthly payment for something Ill barely use but will take up most of my income.I would assume that maybe the dots would connect when it says self pay and that maybe I dont want to talk about it because yes I do know all the benefits, I just cant afford them and Im VERY aware of that; but I guess not. It honestly really put a sour taste in my mouth and frustrated me by having my lack of insurance and financial stress brought to the limelight frequently. All in all, a grand waste of time and a good chunk of change for essentially shoulders to shrug. The doctors did do their job and were nice for the most part, same with the rest of the staff. Dont get me wrong, you will likely have a lot better experience. I honestly cant say Ill go back though. The doctor did get more kind in the end after I was visibly upset. And they offered for me to do another sample same day, I just really was tired and feeling defeated by that point so I didnt want to stay, along with a few other reasons. And I do appreciate the list of specialists to help solve my issue, but theres no way Ill be able to afford them so its a bit of a moot point. That just felt like an exercise in futility with a dash of beratement.I forgot to mention, my menstruation cycle started today and gummed up some processes. However the doctor really gave me the impression that it was my fault for it starting, like I could control it...
I hardly ever take time to make a review but this was such a great experience! Everyone was so thoughtful and friendly. They took the time to answer all my questions which such patience! You will fell welcome here!
The staffs were very courteous and welcoming.Great service offered. All questions answered with patience.Would definitely recommend others this location.
Today there was a group of pro-choice people on the curb just outside. Yelling at every woman walking to the door its not too late, I can help you judgement day is coming and other such things, as if every woman going into the clinic was getting an abortion. There were two very sweet woman there as volunteer escorts, making sure every woman made it in safely. I owe so much to planned parenthood. Thankful we still have them up in the northwest.
Everyone was really friendly and warm. They make sure you are comfortable at all time and they give good advice. Best medical experience I ever had.
I support planned parenthood. This clinic provides essential community services like birth control, STD testing, and condoms, and is one of the few places left where women and girls can still access legal abortions. And for that they should be fiercely defended.Kitty corner to Pregnancy Aid a pro-life outfit, this Planned Parenthood location is endlessly harassed. It is never without picketers and protesters out in front. They hold signs of fetuses and pray for your mortal soul. They never get to yelling and arent particularly aggressive but theres always a few. They will give you their religious spiel if you stop n talk to em. Part of it consists of handing you a million dollar bill featuring Jesus where Lincon should be.A nice Hey lady -- Im just here for rubbers... usually does the trick. NamasteThat staff are all professional and relatively easy to talk to. Some are brisk. Others comforting. Every one dedicated to the cause.Parking is free. They have a dedicated lot thats rarely if ever full.
Very friendly and welcoming folks. I honestly prefer them over my regular doctors. Here you get treated like a human no matter what boxes you fall into
They are good at what they do, but every damn visit I make has had me sitting in a room waiting for some random person for maybe an hour. I just waited for her to come in for a 5-minute talk. But apparently, I was forgotten.
The staff was lovely !!!! They were all very caring and professional if your nervous this is a great planned parenthood to go to!
Don’t help plan parenthood at all. No diapers or formula for when baby is born.
The whole staff is kind and welcoming but they never answer the phone or call back
This office is great. The front office was very nice and inviting. And same with the doctors and assistants. Im very happy with my experience here.
The hours on Google are WRONG.
Dont know why there is such a low rating. Everybody is super kind and helpful. Definitely recommend this planned parenthood.
The staff is super friendly and informative of different kinds of contraceptives! i would highly reccomend this location!
Don’t bother calling you’ll be waiting for an hour and they won’t call you back even if you give a call back number.
The medfusion patient portal is completely broken and useless. Doesnt work at all.
Office staff is awful. Very humiliating experience dealing with their office. Do not recommend this particular office.
Everyone was super nice and professional and I was helped with everything I needed !
DONT BE AFRAID OF YOUR BODY!DONT LISTEN TO WHAT OTHER PEOPLE SAY IS BEST FOR YOU!THIS PLACE WILL HELP ANYONE IN NEED
The staff is kind and caring; my experience was great here!
Very helpful and valued time. They also give very good advice to what may be the problem or situation.
If you have something wrong with you don’t go here
Found the experience at this place more chillingly cold NOT warm friendly and caring
They always say that the doctor isnt working or hes not there what the point of having it open if theres no doctors????
Really bad I went there and nobody tuck care of me they toll me that nobody was working more then 3 times.
I has seen here and it was great everyone so helpful
Wait, wait then wait some more.
