Billing department and attempting to even speak with anyone at the desk is horrific. No one can tell me if they ran my insurance and I’ve been playing phone tag with billing for over a week. No one answers when you call, and call back service is over a day late.
Dr. Gagliardi used the wrong sutures during a surgical procedure, and Ive had nondissolvable stitches in me for two years and he wont return any of my phone calls.
It’s been a nightmare! And if I could leave no stars, I would! This office overcharges you and your insurance and make you pay for visits that were not performed! Should be reported as insurance Fraud! I went for my annual exam with Dr London-Lopes (avoid at all costs) back in March 2023 knowing I was pregnant and have my prenatal care set up at Women and Infants (go there instead) once I entered the room and mentioned that I was pregnant, medical assistant wanted me to do urine test to confirm which I declined and once the doctor came in she declined to do my annual exam coz I was pregnant, told me to take prenatal, wished me luck and sent me home! Month later I received a bill with the charges for the visit and lab work!! Took me months to contact billing which is never there and you can only leave a VM (Sharon is the worst-she told me all the charges were correct and lab work was done which I declined) I asked 20 or more times to speak with the manager Tracey (she never called back) what kind of office is that I have no idea! They sent me the notes of the visit like I came in for pregnancy confirmation, but how do you confirm without any exam or lab work? What is the ground for charges? I came in for annual exam and was declined and have to pay for the visit? This office has to be audited and reported to the government for review and I intent to do that! 3 months of trying to resolve it I contacted my insurance and they contacted them and were able to remove lab work charges which the office wanted me to pay for, but not the visit which makes no sense. Stay away from this place and from this doctor!
It was a mistake my wife selected this center for her pre-natal care. On our first appointment, they made us wait for a long time and finally a nurse (not a doctor) saw us and that too for a few mins. When we got the bill we were surprised looking at the amount - they hardly did anything during the visit and charged us for a long appointment even though they are the ones who made us wait.Their billing department is expert at robbing people of their money. We already made the payment but even then we keep getting payment notice every month. No matter how many times we call the billing department, it always goes to their voice mail and no one answers. When we went to the clinic to speak , they said the billing lady is out on leave - there was no one in charge of billing . We recently got a final notice where it was said they will involve their lawyers and the fees for this process would be added to our account.If you want quality care, peace of mind and if you value your money, please go somewhere else
If I could give this place a 0 I would. Renee should not be a doctor. She is the rudest healthcare provider I have ever come across and left me crying two times after my annual appointments. She was very condescending about my psychiatric medication and gave unsolicited advice. She was extremely vague when answering questions which left me ultimately just as confused. They also sometimes don’t answer their phone lol. Never never never go here.
My doctor is amazing but the office is awful. Been waiting on a prescription for six weeks now and when I called the lady told me that I didn’t wait long enough. Other than that I had to go in and complain and was told I was gonna be called and it’s been a week now and I haven’t heard from them. Every time I call there is a waiting line and nobody calls me back or they just don’t pick up the phone. Absolutely feed up would suggest picking a different office
I like my doc, that being said, it was very hard to get through on the phone, took 3 months to schedule a surgery that was supposed to be done the following week after my initial appointment. Finally, I had said surgery, and all my info (insurance, pcp, etc.) sent to SurgiClinic from this office was COMPLETELY inaccurate, as in insurance Ive NEVER had and pcp ive NEVER heard of!?!
I will start by saying Phillis (midwife) is extremely nice. However, no one communicates in this office. I had to call the nurse 3 times to schedule my consultstion with her after being told she would call me for the appointment. Then i had to call her 3 times to schedule genetic testing, again after she said she would call me. I was told at my 20 week anatomy scan my baby had a shadow on his LUNG they were concerned about. They wanted me to go to a Level 2 ultrasound, but they sent all my information to an office in dartmouth that is no longer open. I did not get this level 2 until 25 weeks because of this confusion. Go to the l2 at woman and infants the doctor tells me my babys HEART is fine. Im like wait his heart, obstetrical associates told me his lung.... then at 31 weeks (after being in the office that day) I get a call from Dr. Gagliardi daying that I was going to have to go to another doctor and that they would not be practicing the remainder of my pregnancy. I go to my new doctors office where the NP lets me know information from my 28 week labs (now 4 weeks later) that was never disclosed to me from obstetrical associates. Horrible experience for a first time mom. Do not recommend this office.
This may have been the most nightmarish experience Ive ever had with a providers office. The front desk staff and those behind the phone (if in fact they are one in the same) are among the rudest individuals Ive ever spoken with, and I believe in killing them with kindness. Even that tactic, didnt warm their cold hearts and create an ounce of empathy or kindness
If I could put a zero I would. There is nothing worse than having a bad OB/GYN as it is such a vulnerable service I have had a procedure done in 2022. It has been over eight months of trying to get the records that I paid for the service and have not received them. Now the office is just not taking my calls or calling me back. It’s really sad. The doctors offices can be this bad.

Ive left messages twice a week and not a single call back. This is week 4 & i just called & sent to voicemail again! A few months ago a very rude front desk clerk kept over talking me regarding me switching my Dr. Because I felt he was cold, not understanding and rude. I was upset because I was placed in a room and told to undress from the waist down. Its winter & cold & I sat uncomfortably for 50 minutes, no one checked on me, until I called the front desk to complain. The Dr. Came in and all he can say is if you cant wait we can reschedule you. The nerve! After I laid there for almost an hr. This is the visit I was bill & no one responds. I will NEVER use them again. Extremely rude.
I have been going here since they were on Hanover St, then North Main St, and now Robeson St. Ive seen most of the Drs or NPs during my many visits while pregnant and after I had my son because I would go every 3 months for my depo and of course my annual exam. I love the staff especially Renee Desrosiers. Im doing a review today because not only have they been so good to me thru the years but especially this year and last year when most drs offices were closed, they remained open entire time. Thank you for being there for us when we needed it the most. ❤
If you are thinking about going to Obstetrical and Assoc. please reconsider and DO NOT go there. I have been to around 4 appointments or more and everyone has been wrong or a waste of time. I was not given any priority for the situation I was in or compassion. The nurses and most of the actual doctors seemed nice but the office staff was rude and unprofessional, not just to me but to other people I had seen go into their office. They messed up my appointments multiple times and kept scheduling me for Pregnancy Confirmation appointments. I am almost 6 weeks pregnant and yet to have an actual appointment or an ultrasound which the hospital said they wanted me to have one due to cramps I was having. They told me they wouldnt do it the week I was supposed to have it to wait a week because more would show on the ultrasound. They said they scheduled the appointment but come to find out I call the monday before my wednesday appointment for it to be yet another pregnancy confirmation. The office upstairs does not schedule the ultrasounds they make you contact that office which is downstairs to schedule an appointment and then call back upstairs to tell them when the appointment was booked so you can have a visit with the nurse or midwife right after for a consultation. They messed up my ultrasound appointment so when I called downstairs to make the appointment right they said I couldnt get one until January 11th during the day which I have already stated I couldnt make due to work. Today was the last chance and they had and they blew it. I now have an appointment with another office and I hope it goes 100% better. I am pregnant I shouldnt have to guess if my doctors or their office is doing the right things for me. I need to be confident they know what they are doing. This place is horrible and I will scream it from the roof top every chance I get. Dont make the same mistake I made giving them so many chances it will never get better.
This a very unprofessional group. I had an Annual. My doctor Rene D. did not remember me, although I had been with her for quite some time. She suggested I try a new drug for menopause systems. I agreed. She never sent it in. I had to call her nearly 5 times to get her to call it in. At first, she had no idea what I was talking about. Then they billed me a co-pay,went for calling in the prescription. They told me that it’s legal to do that, but is it ethical? They’re plenty other places to go to. You want bad service and amoral co-payments go there. No wonder medical insurance is so high. They actually charged my insurance company $200. for this. Shame on them.
Went there for the initial assessment to get my tubes tied. That was in October. Its almost March. Havent heard anything back. Went there twice to try to figure out why its taking so long and their response was because it does. Obviously their patients are not their priority.
I have been going to Obstetrical Associates for years ever since they were on North Main St. My oldest child is 15 and Ive seen them for all my pregnancies and its been 4. Ive never had any issues with them and all the doctors Ive seen are wonderful.
Nurse Practioner was really nice. The front office staff very unprofessional and rude. The other office staff very lax with patient concerns I’m very disappointed sorry highland obgyn merged with them. Also they are insurance gouges they wanna charge you for every single thing when they get enough from your insurance and yet do it with a crooked smile. Bad bad bad place Stay Away!! Unless you don’t care about yourself.
Went to see Dr.Gagliardi after a recent surgery got messed up, he fixed it in one surgery and did an amazing job and has made sure that I am ok ever since. He has really changed my life. :)
The billing department is not readily available to speak to and when messages are left, they go unreturned.
Cancelled my first appointment 10 minutes in advance when im in the parking lot.. ill be switching my OB. No thanks.
Absolutely horrible, found a new office after they cancelled my appointment 3 times and over charged me by $100.
Constantly switching my provider the day of my appointment and instead of calling they tell me when I show up.
Staff and phone receptionists are incredibly rude. I miss when it was Highland OBGYN.
Midwives are awesome! Very caring and thorough.
