During the examination, Dr. Malik was both gentle and respectful, ensuring my comfort throughout the process.The office itself is clean and well-organized, and the wait times were minimal, which I greatly appreciated. Dr. Malik was by far the best doctor I could have hoped for throughout my pregnancy, up to, during, and after my baby’s delivery! He truly surpassed any and every expectation I had of an OB. I recommend Dr Malik , He is very knowledgeable and kind. He is willing to listen to any questions and is very patient. We first arrived with infertility concern and recommended us to a great fertility clinic, after my wife became pregnant he guided us through some emotional times and high risk pregnancy. When time came he belonged to a great hospital (HCA in davie) and delivered our son through C section without issue. We hope to see him more in the future.
Dr Rahil Malik is one of the most kindest doctor and amazing at what he does. Dr Malik provided us good advice and great attention during the pregnancy. He was personally present during every appointment and answered every question with patience and in detail. He respected our choices for labor and delivery and ensured we got the best experience. He did not insist on a C-section or any interventions. He would also personally call to discuss test results and any issues. The pregnancy and birthing experience was wonderful and we would highly recommend Dr Malik to friends and family in future. The staff at Modern Times OB-GYN are also very nice, patient and easy to reach out to. Thank you Doc and team for a pleasant journey!
Dr Malik performed hysterectomy for me as I have fibroid as large as 17cm. The surgery went well. It took a while to recover as my fibroid size was large and the bikini cut was long. Dr definitely is skillful to perform difficult surgery. He is not the most meticulous one.

Had such a safe and great C-section delivery of my beautiful twin boys and with no complications at all which is a blessing. Will recommend him to anyone five star ratings. The best experience with Dr Malik, he always was Super attentive, always clearing my doubts, whenever I had an emergency or something different in my pregnancy he always helped me. The office space is shared with another OBGYN, yet it maintains impeccable organization. Dr. Maliks demeanor is notably personable, and his communication style is both honest and transparent. Notably, he is the sole practitioner in the practice who facilitates VBACs. I am eagerly anticipating navigating this pregnancy under his attentive care.

This was my third and final pregnancy, I have to say I am absolutely thankful that I came across Dr. Malik office during a ER hospital stay for gallbladder infection while in the beginning stages of my pregnancy and I was referred to him. From start to end it has been as smooth as it could have possibly gone, I dealt with gallstones through my entire pregnancy and thankfully I made it all the way to term with no emergency surgeries no major complications and with a healthy baby boy. Dr. Malik reassured me that everything will go well, he gave me all the proper care and help I needed. I honestly felt at peace and relieved in every visit, he will always take his time and made sure all questions or doubts were answered. There was never a long wait time on my appointments, his team are absolutely great all around, I always felt comfortable. The day of my scheduled C-section went great, Dr. Malik made us feel prepared and calm the entire time, hospital check ups were on point. I highly recommend Dr. Malik and his entire team, I had experienced a high risk stressful second pregnancy with a previous doctor and I can say this has been the best of all three thanks to Dr. Malik providing us with a cautious but stress free pregnancy, we have truly enjoyed this last one and will continue to have him as my doctor.
I am a first time mom.I went in on April 28th for my scheduled induction and my baby was born vaginally April 30th.I am so greatful for Dr.Malik being patient and letting my body progress naturally to deliver my baby.I also want to give a special shout out to my nurse Mari who stayed with me the whole time.She was awesome,encouraging and compassionate.

Dr Malik is a great doctor his assistant desiree is very nonchalant, lazy and has horrible customer service. I seen this doctor in November it’s not January and still no resolution, desireee never follows back up I have never had to run a doctors office down to get help , she waited a month to tell me my claim wasn’t covered. Then gave me the run a round when I asked her to contact my insurance company of course she never called her excuse was she wasn’t able to get through. After weeks of calling her back she tell oh “ maybe you should try a different doctors office “ like are you kidding me ? This whole experience was horrible I was diagnosed with lupus and she did not take my condition important at all and every time I did speak with her had a nasty oh well attitude you guys need to replace her.Leaving this review was a way to express how I felt about the service it’s obviously not going to resolve my issue which is why I went to another office. And did you think about how the patient felt ? I seen you guys in November waited a whole month for you guys to tell me it’s not covered and she didn’t call me I had to call to find that out. after calling my insurance company they stated that I was covered and that claim was submitted the incorrect way. I am at a new office now and have no problem getting my IUD she did not contact my insurance company and was too lazy to do her job. I called her for weeks for a follow up and I would always be sent to voicemail and she will call days later with nothing. I am going to stand on what I said after every call I was left clueless her resolution was go to another office , I paid $45 for a follow up visit just to get a doctors note that I didn’t even use because Desiree did not resubmit the claim as the insurance asked she told me to go somewhere else And if you guys reached out in a timely manner and told me it wasn’t covered maybe I would’ve been prepared to cover the cost myself. You guys are offering a service then you should provide it I shouldn’t have to beg my provider for help and that’s what it felt like. Have a great day.

Dr. Malik and the whole OBGYN experience was a 5/5. Throughout my pregnancy experience, I felt supported and informed as a new mom. They do extensive testing to make sure your baby is healthy. I always enjoyed going to the office. The wait time wasnt bad and the office is super clean. The delivery was wonderful and thanks to Dr. Malik I recovered without any scarring. I would definitely recommend him.

Im usually not one to write reviews but I honestly left this appointment feeling rushed. I came for my annual check up. I havent been to the Dr in quite sometime but I really want to focus on my health. The nurse who took my weight and blood pressure was very nice. Ive never had an annual and my breast arent checked. I was told I needed a mammogram and colonoscopy. I was given a sheet of paper and pointed to things that pertained to women in my age group. If your breast arent checked on your annual anymore thats a shame. I also stood and waited for colonoscopy appt for minutes and not one receptionist turned from their computers. Ive been here before but never around lunch time...maybe that was the issue.

Dr Rahil Malik! He is the best! Dr Malik delivered my baby on the 29 of March all natural vaginal. No rip! You just of to calm down and listen to his instructions, and you will be fine. I have four children and this delivery was the best one. He took care of me throughout my pregnancy, he’s very knowledgeable, informative , caring and respectful, he have a very strong and welcoming team at his office. They make sure your ok, and appointments are always little to no wait time. He spend time to explain your situation even if he have to draw on a piece of paper for you to get it right , and he’s always asking you if you have more questions for him. Super amazing Doctor. The staff was lovely, they are knowledgeable, friendly, and just a warm environment over all. I love my doctor, Dr Malik was so fun and friendly very informative and he will let you know exactly what you need. After being neglected at another practice and not having my blood work, first sonogram and other important test done; it was taken care of my first visit with doctor Malik. I was so happy to finally see my baby. 🥰🥰 I am very happy with my doctor.
The front desk customer service is terrible. Called and canceled my appointment just to receive attitude and be told when getting out of the hospital I no call no showed. They rip people off I came to the first appointment an ultrasound was done. Just got out the hospital having an ultrasound CT with contrast and an ekg. The front desk person saying i will need an ultrasound but you cant say for what but you can come out your mouth and say it. Wouldnt go back even for my 1 day of records because they did not do anything I was referred to better A Doctor Bass in plantation thank me later. Its sad because the doctor Malik is really nice and informative but the people under him are not worth the treatment.
Dr. Malik is absolutely excellent- I had a very large fibroid that had been misdiagnosed for years by other doctors (countless appointments, stress and financial burden), until I was seen by him. Dr. Malik performed the necessary procedure and is now guiding me with my fertility challenges and potential pregnancy journey. His bedside manner is great- it’s very evident that he cares about his patients. Regardless of the urgency of the appointment, he always takes the time to listen, explain, and is very thorough with information and options. My only regret is not being referred to Dr. Malik sooner.
I have been a patient for Dr. Malik for 3 years now and he’s been really great. He’s very direct and not to mention the wait time for his office is not long. Dr. Malik delivered my son via vaginal on Oct. 3, 2023, no cuts or tears.

Dr. Malik delivered our twins last week. He was a brilliant obstetrician throughout the entire pregnancy. In spite of being a high risk pregnancy, he made us feel comfortable with our situation and always made time during appointments to answer our questions. Dr.Malik and the other staff were very friendly and welcoming. However, I had a very hard time getting my needs meet. Dr.Malik seemed to be a bit inattentive. I was supposed to have a prescription filled and did not. I also had a hard time getting in contact with the office. I had to physically go back into the office to receive help for something that should have been sent out when I originally went in for the appointment, and I still haven’t heard back. I do not feel completely satisfied. But other than that my experience was okay.

I’m not normally the type to write a review but finding Dr. Malik’s practice on google and choosing him based on all the wonderful things I’ve read has been the single best thing to happen to me during my first pregnancy. He addresses every concern and always leaves the floor open for any questions during all pre natal appointments. I ended up having a tough delivery and Dr. Malik was very attentive during this time. He found the perfect balance of allowing me to do what was comfortable during labor, but also taking into consideration what was safe for me and baby at such a crucial time. From my very first pre natal visit to the delivery room has been an overall 100% positive experience.
Him and Dr. Talavera will scare you into a C-Section. Suggested induction with no real reasons it was my first baby no complications ever. Plantation hospital it’s old and not pretty. They induced me at 1am and I waited for doctor Malik to finish his regular day at the office he came over the hospital around 7PM to finish his day with a C-Section. Next day as I was with my newborn Dr. Malik asked for my phone went into my google account and asked for me to write him a review. (Here’s your review) I had my second baby at Coral Springs Hospital with a different Doctor.
After my first visit to the practice, I received multiple requests to provide a review and I decided to wait. Im glad I did.Dr. Malik is a pleasure and works hard to be relatable and easy going with his patients. He takes the time to learn about you and tries to make you feel comfortable.Unfortunately, his office staff does not match his energy. I was scheduled for a procedure, I showed up on time and was left waiting for almost an hour to then be told that it was close to closing time and I would need to reschedule. I was already anxious about the procedure and now I had spent an hour waiting and had to go home and experience this all over again.I returned a week later and received the procedure.When leaving I asked for an itemized bill for the charges and was told by Jennifer that there wasnt one available. I work in healthcare and have been visiting physicians my whole life and have never been denied an itemized bill. She told me that she would email it to me. I needed the itemized bill to submit to my FSA. To date I have not received it.I followed up with a phone call and spoke to Tamara, who told me that I was owed a balance and that my fsa card would be reimbursed. This also has not occurred. I have sent two emails and left two messages and no one has returned my call.My fsa card is now frozen until I either provide a receipt or return the funds. I dont want to go there because I dont want to become even more frustrated. Maybe now that Ive written this review, I hope I will receive my reimbursement. In the interim, I am looking for a new gyn.

Dr. Malik is a great OB. I was nervous about being induced and he made sure to answer my questions. He delivered my 9lb baby and I surprisingly had a small first degree tear. Hi I am Bhumika , come from india with my 4 month pregnancy, I checked review from Google and decided to see with Dr. Malik . My experience throughout my pregnancy was great . Dr Malik is very knowledgeable and kind , I am very scared because its my first pregnancy. I had a list of questions for him at and he always guide me to answer all of them. My delivery went very well, I had c section delivery with no issues (delivered on February , 2023) very thankful to him , Best Doctor ever.
Dr. Malik and his staff are amazing, very friendly, polite and professional. I had a great experience with Dr. Malix though my pregnancy until delivery via c-section.He is extremely caring, thorough and responsive. He answered all my questions and took times to explain every little details. If you’re looking for an OB-GYN I highly recommend him! You will not regret a bit of meeting him.
Dr Rahil Malik is one of the kindest OBGYN out there. if you want a doctor, who cares for youre well being , Dr Rahil is the one. He makes sure from day one to make the transition smooth right up to the date of pregancy even after you have the baby.
Dr. Malik is very professional, and the staff are friendly and ensure that I am properly informed about my health and care. He did a great job with my health exam. explained everything to me in a very clear manner, and make me feel confortable.I Appreciate Dr. Malik taking the time to go over the diagnosis clearly and treatment options.I would highly recommend to anyone.
Dr. Malik is super nice and is calm and caring with his patients. He knows his job well and kept me up to date with lab results and important information throughout my pregnancy. He worked with my pregnancy reassuring everything went well. The staff at the office are also very kind and willing to work with appointments. I would definitely recommend any new mom to Dr. Malik.
Dr. Malik is amazing. I am in my second trimester right now. I am attempting a VBAC and he has made me feel so comfortable about it. He takes his time with me and makes sure I do not leave with any unanswered questions. The office staff is so nice too! I am very happy there!Update: My daughter just turned one year. Today was my first visit and they are stuck with me now. All the staff was very considerate and kind to my needs. Doctor Malik was exceptional! He was gentle, very informative and LISTENED. Very hard to find this. This place is a gem for female healthcare!

Dr. Malik is a great doctor. Unfortunately I came from another office really late in my pregnancy and he accepted me and honestly put me at so much ease. He has a very calming and reassuring demeanor. My only wish was that I found him at the start of my pregnancy. Thanks to him my csection went very well and I was stress free. Dr. Malik took on my care more than midway through my pregnancy as I was transferring from out of state. I was so scared that I wouldnt find the right ob, but I was so very wrong. Dr. Malik is the greatest ob I have ever seen. He delivered my son through vaginal delivery at Plantation General Hospital and was excellent - calm, patient, supportive,friendly and very down to earth during the delivery. He always made me feel very comfortable, which made me trust him from the very beginning. I recommend Dr. Malik highly to anyone in search of an awesome ob.
Been going here since I found out I was 2-3 months into pregnancy and my obgyn rahil malik has been the best of the best just had my c section yesterday at 1:30 pm and my incision looks great! Felt no pain during surgery at all nor after and he was mainly rlly informative with letting me know when he would do certain things . He always supported me no matter what decision I made and always checked up on me . He’s amazing !! Update great second deliveryWow!!! From my first visit up to my delivery Dr. Malik and his staff were exceptional. A true miracle worker. He made me feel so comfortable with myself and confident that I can do this despite all the doubts and fears I had since my last child birth was 18 yrs ago. The office visits were fast and efficient with minimal wait time, amazing service that filled me up with all the know how. I was spoon fed the whole process from start to finish, which build my confidence up and gave me the courage and strength through the whole pregnancy. Even with the COVID-19, I kept my faith despite all the fears and my faith was renewed with a beautiful baby boy. During delivery I thought I would need a C-section and an epidural. Thanks with the help from God, who blessed Dr. Malik with exceptional capabilities and inate talent, I was able to deliver 100% naturally. It was absolutely remarkable the work Dr. Malik has done. A perfect circumcision was just a cherry on top. I can keep on writing for days about the great miraculous work Dr. Malik performs on a daily basis, but Ladies you really will find out for yourselves and know exactly what Im talking about. I am eternally grateful.
My regular OB/GYN was out of town when I went into labor with my first child. Dr. Malik was on call, and assigned to me - something I will always be grateful for. During my 35 hour labor, Dr. Malik was regularly monitoring myself and baby, making sure we were both always safe. Managing my pain, and ensuring my comfort was also of the utmost importance to him. Throughout my labor, Dr. Malik guided me through exactly what was happening during every step. He made sure I understood the reasoning behind why he was advising what he was, and that I was comfortable with each decision. He never made me feel rushed, and answered all my questions with patience, care, and compassion. For reasons I won’t go into here, after giving it our best shot to have baby delivered vaginally, Dr. Malik thought it would be best a C-section be performed. Working in an operating room myself, I can attest to the high level of competence, skill, and precision under which Dr. Malik operates. The surgery went wonderfully, and I now have a healthy baby boy. It may have been another day at the office for Dr. Malik, but 30 years from now we’ll be telling the story to our son of his mom’s long labor, and the amazing doctor that made sure he got out safe and sound.
As scary as it was to be pregnant during this quarantine, Dr. Malik and his office made my experience a great one! He made me feel safe and secure every step of the way. He is easy to talk to and always ready to answer any of my questions. This was my 3rd cesarean, which naturally added to my nervousness. However, Dr. Malik took his time during surgery and showed that he cared by even reassuring me during surgery. He was also able to shorten my hospital stay by a day, which was greatly appreciated during these covid times.
I had one do the best experience with Doctor Malik. I was suppose to be deliver my twins at Memorial Regional. Due to my water breaking abruptly and then closes hospital from my house was Plantation. I was kind of disappointed I wasn’t delivering at Memorial Regional but that quickly changed when I met Dr. Malik. He delivered my twins very fast and successfully and explained everything to me. The service was so good that I’m willing to change OB offices and have him as my doctor. I am happy to have had my babies here, the treatment I received was nothing but amazing! 💙
I had a natural delivery performed by Dr Malik and he’s the best. Don’t hesitate to contact him as an OB Physician. I was his patient my entire pregnancy and it was a pleasant experience.
Dr. Malik, is so knowledgeable and caring for his patients. He delivered my baby through Csection as well as my sisters. My scar healed beautifully! He makes sure he stays on top of your health and keeps you informed of any changes through out your pregnancy. His staff is caring and makes you feel at home as soon as you walk through the doors.
Dr. Malik has been phenomenal at answering all my many questions about my options for Fibroid treatment and which option is best for me and my future health. His staff especially his nurse is amazing and kind and patient with answering questions as well.

Dr. Malik was phenomenal. I’ve seen him for appointments a few times and knew then that if it came down to him being the one to deliver my baby that I’d be in great hands. He made sure to also be honest with me about any situation that may have been going on. When the day came for me to deliver Dr. Malik was on call and I was very lucky. He made sure to keep checking up on me and ensuring things were going smoothly. When it came time to push he was a great help in giving me the added strength and courage I needed to push the baby out. I can’t thank him more for all that he has done.
I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Malik through my pregnancy. He responded quickly when I needed a cerclage and scheduled the surgery right away. He was also very attentive at the hospital to my concerns after delivery. I had a c section and by day 3 in the hospital you cant even tell. Im extremely gratefulto have met him and his staff.
Dr. Rahil Malik deserves more than 5 stars let me just say as a first time Mom I didn’t know what to expect and this is by far one of the most respectful, humble, kind and professional OBGYN ever! He cares about his patients and listens to them. He never rushes out the door even if you ask him 1,000 questions. I have seen good reviews for this office but I had a terrible experience. First, I had a hard time getting the appointment scheduled. Next, I originally requested Dr. Talaveres who I heard is excellent but she was unavailable so I was given Dr. Malik. The meeting was very uncomfortable for a first time meeting with him an assistant and another male doctor or assistant. Four of us there to discuss an issue I was having. Then at a very scary moment to explain to me what was going on and what I needed, I felt pressured to decide to do a procedure option I did not want. And also I was told I would need several more visits before a date for surgery could be discussed even though my records were right in his reach and I was in physical pain. I had to have a procedure that had high risks which I was aware but there were options and those options were being railroaded. I left the appointment very devastated of my options. I waited to do this review so I could get a second opinion. At my second appointment I met my surgeon who acted right away and assured me of my options. I have already had my procedure and was able to choose the right option for me. I have no doubt Dr Malik is a good doctor but he must remember his patients are worried/ scared and uninformed. A little sensitivity would help. Patients should feel they can’t trust and rely on him to help make this better. All options that are realistic should be presented fairly.
I had such an amazing birthing experience with Dr. Malik . He made sure i was informed , and most importantly comfortable the whole entire way .I was 5 cm dilated with amazing contractions, but unfortunately my son did not want to come down. The safest route for me and my son was to have a c-section! Of course i was scared and emotional, but he made sure that i understood why everything was happening and reassured me that everything will be okay. He is an amazing doctor and the surgery was quick and easy!! 10 starts for him and everyone who helped me deliver.
Dr.Malik delivered my baby via c-section at 39 weeks due to being high risk. He is very knowledgeable and addressed all my concerns. Extremely happy with the care I received, highly recommend!
Dr Malik is the best Ob Gyn, i just had my baby two days ago at 37 weeks, it was by induction and it was the best decision ever, she is big and healthy, i had it naturally thanks to him by sending me earlier to the hospital and delivering her. I am really happy how everything turned out.

Dr. Malik stepped in at the end of my pregnancy when my OB was unavailable and he did an amazing job. He allowed me to participate in decisions regarding my care when appropriate and made sound clinical decisions when things became complicated. He checked on me frequently postpartum and responded quickly when nurses called him with questions. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I would not recommend. I was not allowed my husband or mom to come with me for support to ANY my appointments not even ultrasounds. It was so lonely. Also the equipment is dirty and dusty. I came in and told the doc that I wanted a vbac and made my intentions clear. He complained about my weight the entire time scaring me into thinking I wouldnt be able to get the vbac if I gained more than 15 lbs i stayed within the entire pregnancy. He kept pushing c section on me. Not vbac friendly. They also do not do in office detailed ultrasounds so I had to go all the way to pembroke pines and its expensive even with insurance. I had a healthy pregnancy and was scared into a c section rather than letting my body do what its built for. He is also very condescending and has a doc knows best attitude when you have questions or want more of an explanation. Also during my scheduled c section my spinal failed and he continued to cut even though I screamed in pain no one in the room intervened or called for a timeout to get my pain under control I waited 10 years nearly to have another baby and missed his entrance to world because anesthesia finally knocked me out after screaming that I could feel him cutting me. The following morning this man had the gall to ask me to do a review on him while im loopy, sleep deprived, nursing my newborn, and dealing with a traumatic birth experience. Its a complete year later and im finally writing me review.Worst experience ever! Pick another doctor.
Dr Malik was the gynecologist on call when I was admitted to the hospital. I was very lucky because he is thorough, has great bedside manners (which seems to be lost with most doctors now), never rushed his visit and made me feel very comfortable. He took great care of me and I will definitely keep him as my gynecologist moving forward.

Dr. Malik is a caring person. He does not rush you to go see the next patient. He takes his time with you. His favorite word is “questions?” He asks you if you have questions more than once to make sure you understand. He draws for you to get a better view at what he says. Dr. Malik is a wonderful OB. I had a previous obgyn during my pregnancy and when I relocated I had to change to Dr. Rahil Malik and it’s the best decision I made. His staff is helpful and very nice, and services are very fast. Dr. Malik also performed my C-section wonderfully and fast and I’m very happy and delighted with the experience.
I’ve had the pleasure of seeing Dr Malik midway through my pregnancy. Each time he was very informative regarding the health of both myself and my baby as I battle type 2 diabetes in this pregnancy and I appreciate the fact he makes sure all your questions are answered before leaving. Safe to say he made sure I was made aware of all the issues with having a vbac but I was glad I was given that option where my other Obgyn had taken away. If I ever had any issues there was always someone on call after hours, I never had to wait too long for a call back . In the end we opted for a c-section and everything was great my baby was delivered without any complications, and I was able to leave home with my healthy baby 2 days after my cesarean. All thanks to Dr Malik.
My experience with Doctor Malik was awesome! After my surgery came he came to visit me every morning to make sure i was doing well and comfortable! The nurses there are also wonderful! Thank you to dr. Malik and staff for making my son and I feel safe and welcome! You all were perfect!

One of the best doctors ever! At first, I was so scared to have another doctor deliver my baby. However, he made me feel so comfortable during my labor even though it was not my original birthing plan. He is very polite and easy to talk to. I like that fact that he always asks if I have any questions or concerns about things. He did an excellent job with my c-section. Today is post-op day 1 for me and I have little to no pain and my incision looks great!! I wish he was my Ob/GYN.

This was my third pregnancy and I had to move to the area 6 months into it, and I was considered high risk. Dr. Malik was extremely thorough about obtaining all background information for the transfer and has a great personality that makes you feel at ease in any situation. The doctor did an amazing work for my C section. I admit that I was very concerned about during the surgery. However, once I went through with it, it was perfect: quick, effective, well planned and performance is above expectations. For my second child Ill come back again for another perfect delivery.
Beyond grateful for having Dr. Malik perform my surgery to remove my right fallopian tube after discovering an ectopic pregnancy. He was kind, compassionate, empathetic and truly cared. He made me feel as comfortable and as informed as possible when having to take in so much information. Im bummed we will be leaving Plantation in Feb to move to Tampa and I can only hope to find a doctor as amazing as Dr. Malik.
Dr. Malik and the entire sunlife crew are absolutely wonderful and attentive with what they do, my experience has been amazing and beautiful. His self and his colleagues are straight forward about your overall health and the baby as well, I knew I was with the right team of doctors when I met them, make your appointment with Dr. Malik and go from there, you let him know your concerns and he will definitely inform you on the ins and outs of your overall health and babys health. :)
Dr Malik deliver my twins on Friday and it was a crazy day, but with him there he made the experience easy and smooth, even days after the delivery he would follow up and answer any questions, or concerns I have. Overall me and my kids were safe thanks to him.
Dr Malik is an awesome doctor he deliver my baby last year I can barely see my c -section scar and delivery was fast . I am so sad that my insurance change immediately after I gave birth 😩 and now I’m expecting again and I would give anything to have him as my doctor again
Dr. Malik was extremelly professional and friendly throughout the whole pregnancy. He is very confident and he knows what he is doing 100% of the time and its great to have someone like him for first timers like us. We had to go to an emergency c-section (because babys heart rate was droping) and he was prompt to do so. Baby Allan was in our arms 20 min later. Very impressive. We would have a baby every month if it was to be under Dr. Maliks care. There are no other words to say but: THANK YOU!!
My experience was nothing short of being exceptional. I had doubts initially because I was told by a previous doctor that I was going to have a miscarriage. Dr. MALIK became my doctor and worked with me through the entire pregnancy. During delivery when I had complications and had to do a C-section he was very reassuring and took me through the process.I now have my baby and was very happy with the service from Dr Malik and his staff.

Dr Malik and his entire staff is helpful, professional, and provide excellent service. Dr Malik was a referral through VA for my hysterectomy. Due to a negotiation process with VA and Choice an outsourcing company, my surgery date shifted. That was no problem for Dr Malik. He rearranged his schedule to ensure my surgery took place. Alex worked with VA to get approvals accordingly (this in itself is no easy task). Best doctor and staff ever.

Great doctor and most definitely great person!! He explains everything and always has his patients best interest with helping to make decisions. My labor was a piece of cake and my entire pregnancy because of Dr. Malik!! He is always up beat and in a great spirit!!
My experience with Dr. Malik has been one of the best experiences Ive ever had at a doctors office. He handle my condition very professional: excellent communication with explaining my procedure, showed a genuine concern throughout my treatment plan, overall has a great personality and definitely knows his speciality. I found Dr. Malik after seeing two other OB/GYN who had told me tthat I am TOO high risk for them to take care of me.Let me be honest, I did not enjoy our first appointment together - Dr Malik was very detailed in obtaining my medical history. Lot of questions and lot of time discussing issues with my pregnancy and I thought he would tell me that I am too high risk for his practice and turn me away; Instead, He gave me a general overview of what to expect in pregnancy for an average patient. And then he discussed specific details that were relevant to my medical history. He was candid, he told me that my high blood pressure and my diabetes were significant risk for me and my unborn baby. He I talked to me about my weight and my diet and how it plays a role in controlling my blood pressure and my Diabetes during pregnancy. He told me that if I did my part and ate healthy and took care of my weight he would do everything on his part to make sure that my blood pressure and my diabetes did not compromise my pregnancy. Every appointment we talked a little bit about different aspects of the pregnancy and I like that that information was spread out over the course of my pregnancy and not dumped on me all at once. The appointments for fairly quick wait times reasonable, He set up a appoitnment with a perinatologist that was awesome who also monitored my pregnancy.I had several scares during the pregnancy and dr malik was there to make sure me and the baby were doing alright.Also, During the appointment , I got to be at see my baby on the ultrasound which reassured me that my baby was OK. Dr. Malik always encourage me to have my husband on the phone doing the appointments as he was not allowed into the office due to Covid restrictions but he wanted to make sure that my husband was part of the pregnancy and his concern the questions we’re also taken care of.All in all , with his guidance and care, I am so happy that I delivered my baby naturally, I was worried that I might need a C-section but he helped me have a natural birth. I wanted a csection because I was anxious and did not want the uncertainty of a natural birth, he calmly explained that we would do what is best for me and the baby and no matter which way we go forward, it has to be safe and I ended up having a natural delivery with no tears!!!I love dr malik and all the help he Give me doing the pregnancy. This is my third delivery, but so far the best experience - I would highly recommend him to anybody. Thank you dr malik!!!!

Dr. Malik is my forever OBGYN. I transferred into his practice in the second trimester of my first pregnancy after feeling disappointed in the experience with my previous doctor and the difference has been night and day. Everyone at Modern Times from the office staff to the nurses to the doctor is so kind, attentive, warm, and really take the time to focus on the patient. My delivery experience was also more positive and special than I could have imagined.
I felt so welcomed from the moment I walked in. Everyone was so helpful and you can feel amazing energy in the place. The way everything is decorated, the relaxation music inside the rooms, it makes you forget that you are in for a check up. Dr. Malik is very professional and attentive, he took the time to answer all of my questions and my visit did not feel rushed. He is a wonderful doctor!
Its has been less than 24 has since giving birth. Dr.Malik was excellent. I had to have a C-Section after 36 hours of labor. His care and dedication with his team was amazing. Thank you Malik for everything you did you me and my son .

I was diagnosed with fibroids a few years ago and at that time decided not to have any fibroid surgery. My fibroids got bigger and also caused me a great deal of pains. I couldn’t sleep at night due to frequent urination side pain and constipation. I decided to find a doctor to give me another opinion and do the surgery that was needed, I found Dr.Ragin Malik that was a provider through my health care network. I also googled Dr. Malik and found nothing but good reviews. I decided to make an appointment and was scheduled for an appointment within three days. I met with Dr. Malik who did an in house ultrasound. I discovered that my fibroids were large. I was schedule for surgery immediately Dr. Malik is awesome always answering and explaining all my question. The surgery was successful. I’m so glad with my decision choosing Dr. Malik. I wish that I would have found Dr. Malik earlier. A caring compassionate person. I had an excellent experience with Dr. Malik and I recommend Dr. Malik strongly.
Dr. Malik was very careful with my surgery versus my previous surgeries. He ordered medicine that was perfect for my body, making the pain afterward manageable. He was very supportive throughout the entire process. I am glad I choose him as my doctor.
I always go to Dr. Malik because for me he is one of the best. Unfortunately his staff is not. The front desk lady (black lady) opens the window in front of all the patients in the waiting area and yell my sensitive information so everybody knew what I got done. Also tells me last time they forgot to charge me a procedure, then the other lady said it wasn’t like that but I needed to pay. My information is confidential please be more discreet at the window so others patients don’t hear you talking about my diagnosis or procedures. Thanks
Dr.Malik from Sun Life OB/GYN Services is truly awesome! I am one that sticks with one doctor and trust that one doctor only however at the time of my delivery doctor Malik was the only one on call. Dr. Malik delivered my precious little boy on Dec.4 2015 I had an emergency caesarean delivery among other things that Dr. Malik had to make rapid decisions for. He made the best possible decision for me and nade sure I was well taken care of after it all was said and done. If would have knowned about Dr. Malik earlier during my pregnancy I definitely would have chosen him throughout. He is truly a doctor that cares!!
Dr. Malik has been extremely understanding and patient with me throughout this pregnacy and made me feel at ease as soon as I met him; my first pregnancy ended in a miscarriage at another facility, I wanted to start somewhere fresh and im so happy I found Dr. Malik. One thing that makes me smile, is how many times he asks if I have any questions, he makes sure you leave with no questions/concerns unanswered, not to mention he has recently delivered my healthy precious little boy.
Dr Malik was professional and knowledgeable. After he performed his initial observation, he diagnosed my condition and recommended I had to do procedure then and there. However, my appointment felt a bit rushed. I was not given much treatment options. The actual procedure was very unpleasant. When the procedure was completed, I was told to sign the consent form and then I left to clean up myself. I was also unclear about after care and wanted to follow up with him but he was already onto the next patient.
Dr. Malik is absolutely professional and transparent. His expertise and sincere love for the profession are displayed by how he interacts with his patients. His absolute regard for their safety and health are evident when he openly and calmly leads a team of medical professionals around him to a well executed medical mission.We highly recommend him!

Went to the ER at 26 weeks with pain. They hooked me up to heart rate monitor to monitor baby heart rate. Every time my body had a contraction babies heart rate went down.Baby’s heart rate went down to 50 ppm. At that point Dr. Malik took me in for stat emergency csection.Without him my baby could of not been here now.Very great-full for Dr. Malik & what he has done for me and my baby.

My experience here was not the greatest. Seeing Dr. Malik as a patient during my regular gyno visit we’re just fine. But once I became pregnant, I realized this office wasn’t best suited for my needs. First, I always felt rushed during my appointment. Then, each visit they asked me was I pregnant after I came to them to confirm pregnancy and get a heartbeat. Secondly, they’re billing department sucks. Every insurance provider is different, but their co pay is ridiculous. Since I had to meet deductible first, they copay I paired was equivalent to the cost of someone with no insurance. ( and I don’t have a cheap insurance either, its just my deductible was not met at that time)Third, if I did have a question after visit, I would have to make another appt to see the doctor as they offered no Telehealth and the doctor couldn’t call me back.Overall, I decided to leave the practice during my first trimester and found an absolute GOd sent provider who delivered my baby.
I am frightened of hospitals and had never had surgery before. At least not of this magnitide. Dr. Malik and his team were so kind and reassuring to me. I felt at ease and very safe and secure. His suggested medicinal doses were just as balanced and appropriate as his doses of humor. He and his team helped tremendously with relieving my then-pervasive anxiety, that had even had me to the point of tears. God forbid I were to ever need a procedure of this scale and sensitivity again, I would trust no one else but Dr. Malik and his crew, all of whom had great bedside manner and noteworthy compassion and professionalism. You will be in excellent hands. I am forever grateful.

I am spoiled with my other OB GYN. Dr. Malik was nice but I just dont care for they way he relays his diagnosis and some of the suggestions he made I dont agree with which were also far off from my previous Doc. His office staff was nice. Im not crazy about the woman in there that took my blood. It hurts when ppl have to move the needle around to search for your vein.
I went in for an annual wellness check with Dr. Malik. I had never visited this office before or had an appointment with a male doctor and was nervous. As always, I disclosed the prescriptions I was taking to the assistant, such as medicine for depression, and was led into the examination room. Dr. Malik entered along with two other individuals. I was already uncomfortable because every gyno appointment I had prior only consisted of myself and the doctor in the room and I wasn’t informed that there would be 3 individuals in the room with me. I later learned that one of the additional staff in my examination room was a student. I was never asked nor informed that a student would be in my room. I would not have consented to having additional personnel in the room and this was a massive invasion of my privacy and rights. I am appalled at how Dr. Malik practices.Dr. Malik started off the appointment asking if I had any “health problems”. I told him no because “health problems” in my mind interprets to very serious medical issues. He replied, “then why does it say here you’re taking medicine for depression. Wouldn’t you say that’s a health problem?” I said, “no, I wouldn’t say my depression it’s a health problem, it is something I just deal with.” He continued to stigmatize depression and made me feel incredibly bad for having depression. He reiterated that I should not hide any medication I’m taking or “problems” I have from a doctor and I insisted I didn’t, I disclosed it to the nurse. I just don’t consider depression to be a health problem and didn’t realize that’s what he was asking me. I am in a much better place now with my depression but had I had this encounter when I was first diagnosed, this would have been very traumatizing for my self esteem. The appointment continued with him being very condescending and I left feeling very insecure and embarrassed. His facial expressions made me feel as though anything I said was wrong and I commented on that to him.I’ve never left a doctors office feeling the way I did today and I sincerely hope no one else ever has the experience I did with Dr. Malik. I will not be returning and strongly suggest others find a different doctor who will respect their privacy, choice, and not stigmatize mental health related conditions.
The best OBGYN EVER!!! He made me feel very comfortable and safe. I was stuck at 6cm for hours, and he said I would have to get a c section, I trusted him and he did a phenomenal job!!!He’ll be the only doctor to deliver any of my other children in the future if I decide to have more.
Dr. Malik is very personable and takes his job seriously. He gives you a packet to guide your questions and is very detailed. Highly recommend. I can tell his staff is responsive and can assist if he is unable.
I would like to reccomend Dr Malik to anyone who is trying to find an amazing doctor (OB/GYN) in Broward County/Florida.I am new here, I just moved to Florida 1 year ago and I went to another doctor first where I felt careless and my questions were not answered properly.Dr. Malik has been extremely understanding and patient with me since the beggining and and he made me feel at ease as soon as I met him.I had a rash at the first weeks and he always gave me the information necessary and talked with my dermatologist to understand what was going on.Unfortunatly my pregnancy ended in a unexpected missed abortion but he gave me all his support to get my D&C procedure and coming back. Beyond, he is always available, he always make sure calling back to check on me and it made me feel so grateful regardless my lost.I am so grateful. He is a blessing and I really love him and feel extremely confort coming there. I feel human.The staff is also amazing and always available to asnwer anything I need.Thank you Dr. Malik team!
A few weeks ago I had emergency c-section at plantation general hospital. Dr. Malik and his staff made the experience less nerve raking for me and my husband. Being high risk pregnant he was very understanding and always asked if I had any questions at the end of each visit. After my c-section he visited every day before my discharge. I will definitely recommend him to any woman with high risk pregnancy.
Dr. Malik is amazing! I have been to 5 obgyn and no one had a answer fir why my periods where do painful.but he had a answer and a solution. My surgery happened with no complications I feel so much better. Dr.Malik and the staff at his office are amazing . The staff at West Regional were also amazing at treated me very well . I’m so thankful for all of them !

While I adore Dr. Malik, I dont like how the office is managed now. I called for an appointment and was told I need to wait for his approval. Im not a new patient and hes taken good care of me before so Im not sure why I cant even get in to see him this time around. So disappointing!

I delivered my baby boy 2/28 vaginally. I had the best doctor/wizard Md Malik. He predicted my delivery date and time lol. I suppose to come for slow induction on Monday morning 1 am 2/28/22. Guess what my water breaks exact day 12:15am 🤯 long story short I delivered my healthy boy at 7:10 am 2/28/22( 4 hours of labor and 2 hours of pushing 😅💪🏻)
The wait time was very short which was great. Dr. Malik was personable and addressed my concerns. He asked questions and. Was very receptive to my overall concerns. The exam went quickly. The office was clean and staff was very congenial as well.

Had a natural delivery (VBAC) after a cesarean section!!!! This doctor is amazing. Will help you deliver naturally as long as its safe for the baby/mother. He helped me with my birth plan, discussed ways to improve my pregnancy and I delivered naturally! Yay Yipee Yay!!!!! I recovered quickly and Im home resting comfortably.I wish I had met Dr Malik with my last pregnancy and avoided my cesarean section. He truly works with you and helps do a natural safe delivery, always asking if I have any questions or concerns making sure I understand every step of the pregnancy whats going on and what to expect. Truly helps you prepare for the delivery with guidance every step of the way. Thank you Dr Malik!!!
Dr. Malik performed my C-section with my twin pregnancy, which I was very nervous about. He was extremely nice and did an amazing job on my sutures. I dont think my experience couldve been any better in my situation. This was my first time having a C-section as my other deliveries were vaginal so I was extremely terrified and he made sure everything went well along with Dr. Talavera too.

This was my first time going here and Dr. Malik and the staff was FABULOUS. This was not an easy visit for us because of complications with a pregnancy but they made us feel heard, valued, respected, and understood. My husband even raves about how they helped him understand what was happening too and didn’t only speak with me. Best ob I have had. I just had my baby on the 30 and had to do a c section Dr.Malik took excellent care of me and my baby. I was so afraid of the operation for nothing I felt literally not even a pinch of pain in the whole process even recovery is a breeze. My wife has her 3rd c section with Dr. MALIK, I was very pleased with the entire experience. He is kind, respectful and very knowledgeable about his surgical skills. My wife came out of the OR in a few minutes and she has no discomfort whatsoever. She has two previous c section where she endured a great level of painful moments with another Doctor. But, with Dr. MALIK she was actually walking down the hospital hallway like she did not has surgery one day ago. I would strongly recommend any patient who wants to have a safe delivery to visit him. I went in to Plantation General Hospital on the evening of the 28th of January 2021 with hopes of attempting a VBAC. I was so blessed to have Dr. Malik attending me. He is not my OBGYN, but he was so personable, calm, and encouraging. I was able to deliver vaginally with the sincere guidance of Dr. Malik and other hospital staff.
