I was very pleased with my service and assistance here. Brittany at the front desk was very reassuring and helpful. Very informative as well. The nurses cared for me as they would like to be treated themselves. And I was helped alot by the female doctor on site with my high blood pressure issues. My experience with this health care was great and was only a hour of my time and i did everything on my app.
My experience was great. The physician was very understanding and helpful. I seen them because I got very overheated at work cause we did a 12 hour day in 100+ temps on a roof. They made sure I wasnt sick with something else before diagnosing as a head illness. I will definitely be going back cause they did a thorough check on my organs and other levels in my body. I can be rest assured that the heat didnt mess up more than it did. Thank youTwin Rivers Urgent Care. 😊
So I walk in with my kids, they make me use the qr code I it takes me to a music/video program that cost me $40. Then I finally get into the twin river app and entered my sons information it went to mine when I continued and wouldnt let me continue with my son, 3 people that came in after us and the front desk entered their information manually, and got them in while they refused to enter our information manually until the 3 people went back and my son had a broken arm, we were there for 2 hours, then I had to leave to go pick up my youngest daughter. The doctor finally called and said I have to get my son into ortho asap to get a hard cast on cause his arm was broken but didnt know what to do from there and my son is walking around with nothing securing his arm, so I had to make the phone calls and was told they cant give me any medical information over the phone I would just have to come to an er, and I was looking for someone to cast my sons arm, finally going from grand island clear to York er and twin rivers was supposed to have everything faxed over before we get there, which we sit in the er waiting for the fax that never comes through. We were at twin rivers after 4pm until 555pm, then drove to York er, finally at 8pm they decided to just put a soft cast on him because they said they would never just hard cast it first. Then I get a call from the twin rivers doctor saying she doesnt know if its broken and if it still hurts to come back in for more xrays.
Absolutely TERRIBLE experience i was having trouble breathing and even being meaningfully coherent because I was in the throes of what I would the literal next day learn was COVID. Due to my boughts of confusions that came and went due to high fever I chose the available option of Telehealth, however I was turned away without being seen by anyone, because I didnt think I had COVID at the time. I thought it was just a bad double ear infection with a hint of cough, nope it was COVID and I was told I needed to walk across town if I couldnt drive in 100+ degree weather with a fever of 103°. If I didnt know better I would think these people were in the business of putting people in the ground instead of making them better.
The online check in was easy to do. Staff was friendly and efficient and were even able to get me in well before my scheduled appointment. The nurses and PA were thorough and gave megood advice to follow.
Called in to see if they took appts (hadnt been there before). Receptionist told me to go online and reserve a time. I would also be able to complete new pt paperwork. EASY!!! My wait was less than 5 minutes, didnt have to provide or sign anything when checked in. Total visit less than 45 minutes. All staff treated me amazing!! Very friendly and professional!!!! Seemed like theyd known me for years. My care was wonderful! Would 1000% recommend them!
The staff and doctor were great! They gave courteous and great care in seeing me for my symptoms. I appreciate that very much! And the treatment for the diagnosis seems to be working well! Speaking of which, the prescription was called in promptly and the drug store staff were very accommodating! I am very thankful for the people that were there when I reached out for help

Have had a cough and sore throat for a few days. I used the Solv app to easily schedule an appointment the same day. The wait time was minimal and I was quickly seen by a friendly and professional nurse and nurse practitioner. The exam was thorough and the NP made sure I had all my questions answered. Very quick and convienent.
Absolutely terrible. I have watched almost a dozen people come in after me and get called in before me. Im in pain and can barely walk. Yet Im way down on their priority list. Turns out there x Ray machine was down. Would have been nice if they told us from the get. Still staff is friendly
05/11/2024 Better not arrive when they are thinking about closing. My mother passed out and the doctor would not even see us. Told us to go to emergency. Glad we did my mother is okay and we were treated by a hospital staff that cared about us.
This urgent care clinic was great. Getting an appointment online was simple and I had very little wait time. They were very friendly and helpful.
I am very disappointed in the urgent care in Grand Island! The nursing staff needs some help and more training on bedside manner with children! I have 2 sick kids and they want to look at me and tell me that I’m a shitty mom because my daughter’s freaking out over getting her nose swabbed. I will NEVER bring my kids here again.

The staff was great, but the facility was very very dirty. Dead bugs on the floor and dirty walls. It almost seems very run down. And like they don’t have a cleaning crew.
I booked online for a 9:48 appointment—— got there at 9:47 only waiting 20 minutes until I was called 😃———— do the preliminary stuff, I asked if I could give urine sample NOW! lol they said yes—— I did——- then I waited in the exam room for 45 minutes 🙄ugh!!! Was not totally thrilled with my provider———- so I won’t mention namesAnd now I say, that any profession that deals with the public, will get good reviews and bad reviews——- just know it is not the ‘news’ it is how you respond it 😊
The doctor and nurse were outstanding. Yes, I had an almost 2 hour wait, but the waiting room was completely full. Almost no seats left empty. It was a Sunday, so no doctors office open. The nurse and doctor both apologized multiple times. It’s not their fault the whole town is sick. I think they handled it the absolute best they could. I won’t hesitate to go back! Treated me and have me on my way to better health.
I went in because my son had been bit by a dog, we were in and out so fast! Our doctor we had is definitely a favorite and we will keep coming back!

I had a scheduled appointment at Twin Rivers for 1:12 and was not taken back to a room until almost 2:00 (with a sick 1 year old 😬) BUT Johnna made up for it with her incredible bedside manner. She is so sweet and kind and genuinely cares about her patients. She was so patient and sweet with my 1 year old today and listened to my concerns as a parent. I did not feel rushed and she did a thorough job checking everything. Would have been 5 stars if I didn’t have to wait in the lobby so long even with a “scheduled” appt. I would recommend twin rivers a thousand times if I knew everyone got to experience care with Johnna. ❤️
They make you have an appointment time rather than just walking in which isnt a big deal. But when you check in at your appointment time, they tell you that you still have to wait an hour to be seen and tgat the appointment time means nothing.
The doctor was super nice and so was the girl who checked me out when I first got there. They were very professional and kind. I highly recommend.
Took my daughter in for an ear infection, she has developmental delays and long history of ear trauma. The dr we had didnt even try to comfort her fears he just told her sit there and do what youre supposed to do. HORRIBLE bed side manner with children. If you cant handle or dont want to deal with children then dont work at an urgent clinic.

I went in at 7:00 PM. I was congested, they got me in, in 15 minutes, she asked some questions, put me on some antibiotics and sent me on my way, real polite and welcoming staff a great place to go when you cant get in to your primary doctor or when its late, because they stay open till 8:00 PM.
I got there at 6:00 tonight and was told that there was a maximum number of patients that could be seen during the hour so I had to wait until 7:00 p.m. I chose to wait in the waiting room because I was there for my 10-month-old baby who had a temperature of 103. So we waited and at about 7:00 when they were supposed to check us in in our time appointment was at 7:00 I noticed that they were calling back all of the other patients that had came in after us. I walked up and checked at the front desk and apparently they forgot to check us in on their end so I waited for an hour and 45 minutes with my infant who was screaming and had a high temp to be seen because your front desk did not get us checked in like they were supposed to. I had done all the paperwork and everything on my end and we were all checked in on my end already. Very frustrated and super unhappy about todays visit
Had register online while 2 people sat in the Reception area. Got in to a room within 15 minutes. Waited about 50 minutes fir the Dr. to come in.

Really great place! Check in was easy and I did “paperwork” on my phone which is so much better than filling out forms. Staff was friendly and doctor was diligent in making sure my issue was taken care of. Took X-rays right there in the next room and given answers right away. The clinic is immaculate and beautiful, too! Oh, and this was on a Sunday I might add! Highly recommend!Adding to this…went a second time and it was as wonderful as the first time! Great staff and very friendly doctor who really took time to listen to my issues and was really friendly. Again, highly recommend!

I’m thankful I went to get help. I was booked in and that went smoothly. There was a wait but that’s the same everywhere. The level of care is excellent.

I didn’t know you could register ahead and was the second person in line waiting for the doors to be unlocked. One rude lady budged ahead of everyone. There was a mad rush shortly afterwards and the waiting room filled to near capacity. Even though I had to quickly answer all the questions via my phone, and get registered, I was probably the 4th person to get called back. It took awhile for the tests to be ran but it’s to be expected this time of year and how busy they were on a Sunday with only 2 providers working. I appreciate it. Thank you for working on a Sunday.
Every time I feel sick I head to twin rivers use my phone to scan the QR code fill the survey and wait till they call my name they’re quick and very helpful the staff is nice and treat me good and listen to everything I have to say. Highly recommended!
The staff was amazing & only took a few minutes to get me in! The whole visit was less than an hour, in and out! If you’re limited with your schedule & can’t see your regular provider, this place is the perfect answer!
They were very caring & didnt rush me through even though they are clearly busy. Im so glad they were open. Be sure to make your appointment online & take care of as much as you can ahead of time online because they book fast & ealk-ins may have to wait.
I trust Twin Rivers for my health care needs. I could not be seen by my doctor for two weeks and was suffering with breathing issues. I made an appointment with my cardiologist the next day. I think it is my asthma acting up and will see my doctor next day as well. Thank you for the EKG. My cardio doctor requested those as well. I really felt well taken care of so thank you! I scheduled my appointment online the night before and was able to fill out all necessary paperwork virtually, making the check in process a breeze. The staff was friendly and efficient. I was able to be seen quickly, got in and out with a diagnoses and prescription. Incredibly helpful service for someone who lives out of state and needed medical attention. Would absolutely come back here if needed but hoping that won’t be necessary!
My Son needed stitches in bottom of foot after an accident at home. We waited about 30 mins and the Dr was super professional, kind and did an amazing job with his stitches. Very pleased!

The nurse and the Doctor were so nice, fun and competent! I had to have stitches by my eyebrow and the shots didn’t even hurt. I was in and out in a short amount of time.

I liked the electronic check in. I don’t mind returning at an appointment time but then I still had to wait 45 minutes. Front staff were bored, one was spinning around in his chair. Provider was very helpful.
The staff is very friendly and they were quick. The doctor was very kind and helpful. Had some bad experiences with GI Clinic doctor was rude and i guess the staff lost my medical records, they told me i had never been there and needed it.
I’m from out of town, I got there 15 minutes before they where supposed to close, they where very kind, got me in right away and didn’t bat an eye At having to stay an hour after closing to help me.
When I called to set up appointment it went very smoothly. I was sent a link to fill out paperwork ahead of time. The Staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Nurse and PA were kind, caring, and took the time to listen and answer my questions thoroughly. Have visited here before and my experience has always been a positive one. It was actually really great and I was pleasantly surprised because I was expecting a bad experience. I went to this place a few years ago and it was pretty terrible but they have since created an online check in system that greatly reduces wait time. I got there, got checked in, and the receptionist was actually nice! I was seen by a provider and sent on my way.I don’t mean to sound so pessimistic but healthcare hasn’t been great the past few years and the GI NE area doesn’t have a lot of competition for healthcare options so there isn’t a whole lot of incentive for good customer service. I guess these folks are just nice. I dunno but this was my actual experience so I thought I’d share.

The only big complaint I have from my resent visit was the wait time to be seen. I wasnt happy with the bill either but that is what happens when you dont have any health insurance. A lot has changed since the last time I was in. They are much faster and they got new people at the reception. They are actually nice! I never expect much from healthcare in this are because there is not a lot of competition so there is not a lot of incentive for good customer service but these guys were actually great!

Doc David came into room, listened, checked out my issue , asked me the Pharmacy I prefer and I went on my way. Check out was flawless and my experience overall was awesome. Picked up me meds without issue as well Being from out of town and having this experience with them, I will be going there again if I ever need medical attention while visiting. My provider was Amazing on every possible aspect and the nurse that checked us in was patient and understanding with my son. The only complaint is the receptionist was very moody and didn’t make me feel welcome
Staff was friendly and care was good. Reason for the 2 star rating is the price. $165 for a 5 min video call over the phone where I told the Dr I had a sinus infection. The Dr agreed after a couple questions. Now to me thats not a $165 visit but thats my opinion. Ill be looking elsewhere next time, or more than likely, just suffer through it without any overpriced Dr visits.Update: I have a PPO insurance plan now so didnt have to worry about price. Again staff was professional and friendly but my original point still stands.

The care of the Dr was excellent! The reason for the 4 star and not 5 is because there is no reason to have the option on the website to make appointments if it is a walk in service only. We waited an hour with an “appointment” while nearly a dozen people went in before us. The receptionist said appointments were to save time on paperwork. The paper work took about 3 mins to fill out as we have been to Twin Rivers several times in the past. Appointments are very misleading in this case.
I have been to Twin Rivers 3 times now and they have all been Amazing each and every time. The wait time has always been short, the staff is always smiling, kind, understanding and so easy to talk to. I highly recommend Twin Rivers.
My visit with Dr. Jona in Grand Island was very good. BUT, Grand Island Twin Rivers Urgent Care does walk-ins only. My virtual appointment was rescheduled for an in-person visit AND confirmed, but I still had to be put on a 2 hour waiting list. I drive out of town for the visit as as well. This needs fixed. I should never had been confirmed on an appointment if Grand Island does walk-ins only.
Ive been here 4 times over the years, always find the staff warm and friendly, and I also have gotten great treatment and diagnosis, from them, I highly recommend them
We called and made an appointment for my mother who needed to see a doctor for a UTI. Everyone was very professional and helpful from start to finish.
Ill try to keep it short. An appointment that took over 2 hours for no results. confused staff that had to come in the room and out 3 times because as they said, they kept forgetting to take some tests. never received a copy of any of the exam results like I asked. prescribed Antibiotics didnt help at all even after taking them for 2 weeks. Went to a different office for a second opinion. They were surprised with the Rx twin rivers prescribed. They gave me a new Rx and I was better in a week. Why did I pay to Not receive help and care? I trusted them and regret it.
Everything went well dr and nurse were very nice and trying to help. But when I got to pharmacy to pick up prescription the pharmacy said they havent had the stuff im prescribed in several months. So then when trying to get ahold of urgent care have sat on hold for almost 15 minutes. Now pharmacy is trying to get ahold of them to get something different prescribed. So im sitting here at pharmacy in lots of pain waiting for them to get everything figured out!
After sustaining an injury to my foot during my travels, I found this urgent care near where I was staying for the night. They were absolutely amazing! They answered all my questions and where very pleasant to talk with. Once I was given my prognosis they were very helpful with how I should take care of my injury. Unfortunately in my case my health insurance was not accepted due to me not having out of state coverage. But that was not a problem at all! Theyre rates were very affordable! This wouldve cost me five times as much back home! Dont hesitate to come to this urgent care. Makes me wish I had them back home! Thank you so much Twin Rivers Urgent Care!

The staff was very kind and considerate. From the front desk receptionist to the nurse to the doctor and X-ray technician the flow was flawless. They explained things at a level in which I understood. Everyone had a smile on their face and went out of their way to ensure I was taken care of and my needs were met. I will definitely recommend this facility to friends and family. I will return in the future as needed.

Waited over an hr and a half with an appointment. then when I did get seen I was in there for about 10 minutes they didnt do any testing even when I told them I was exposed to multiple illnesses. 5 minutes after I leave I take my Dr note to my work an they test me for covid n Im positive. Its so frustrating I think they need to slow down an be more Thorough.
I was a bit hesitant after reading several “bad reviews” of this place, but after some consideration, I decided to book a visit and went to it. The only bad thing I can say is that I had to wait a few more minutes than I expected, but that was somewhat expected. I was shown respect and honesty and my visit was overall a very enjoyable one. Keep in mind that I hate going to the doctor, but this visit was a very pleasant one.
Place a joke. I had one appointment virtual chat. Went great gave em 5 stars. Now listen and wait true story. Call went just fine though staff does best they can. I get done with what I bought to help me and made a follow up appointment. It was booked in had everything I gave em before. Boom canceled. So I got it than they text me saying oh your appointment still on. I like what. I was supposed to see someone at 8 15 am oh my they sent me telling me there not going to see me and boom 4 text canceled appointment last one said make a new appointment. Get a call I was asleep lady leaves me a voice mail says call me. I call same lady that left the voicemail on my phone doesnt even know me. Told her on on file call me back. Time pasted called her back said nothing puts me on hold another lady gets on phone says we took care of you 2 times no refills no rashes no etc i only seen em one time. I not sure what they charged my first time though they never seen me a second time and sure charged my insurance. I never asked for no refills or nothing a follow up this place get 0 rating you want to trust em so be it wont get another dime from me

The Practitioner was really nice and very kind. As for the wait time that was horrible. I was also skipped over. Even though they caught it and fixed it, when you are sick you do not want to wait for over an hour just to find out the reason was because they skipped over you. Also, they electronic sign in with the QR code doesnt always work and it even takes longer than good, old fashion paper and pen. Stop relying on technology so much and deal with people. I arrived at Twin Rivers on Saturday and the waiting room was full. Even as busy at they were, the staff was very efficient/kind in everything from the first point of contact at the front desk through to the intake/physician consultation. They were so helpful, which was so appreciated as I was definitely feeling terrible at that moment! Kudos to everyone there and thanks for helping me feel better so quickly!!

Quick and helpful! Took my son there tonight due to an injury from a bike wreck. Not from the area and they were open. In and out within 30 mins. Would recommend to anyone in need of urgent care!
I couldn’t get a call back call to get results sent to my main Doctor. I will find some were else to go if I get sick over the weekend. For my actual visit. Check in was a nightmare. They wanted me to fill out everything out in my hot car. Finally my Doctors visit was ok. Doctor Dave was very nice and I got a chest X-ray and the Meds that I needed. Now if I can only get them to send my results to my primary doctor that would be good.
Our visit went fine with a medium long wait, usual medical exam type exercises, and a fun male doctor who saw and diagnosed our child. Lots of laughs. Followed by frustration when our prescription didn’t get sent to the pharmacy. We waited 24 hours for the prescription notification to then find it was never sent. We had to make multiple calls to get this figured out. Our child who had an ear infection was in pain that much longer than he needed to be. Big bummer.
I was treated with utmost respect,, A thorough examination, Labs were sent off to verify what was suspected. I was treated with kindness and care from all Healthcare workers.
Dr Krug and nurses are so caring! First time in 10 years, a doctor actually listened and saw me as a person. He explained medical issues so, I understood. Dr Krug has relieved much of a my severe pain and anxiety of 10 yrs., and continues to help. After only 3 mos. I have quality of life. Im not just laying around in pain existing.It was a 10yr nightmare, trying to find a medical staff that cares and actually heard my words!Sports Medicine & Family Medicine
I got in pretty fast. My mom filled everything online so we didn’t need to fill much information when we got there. They took care of me good and helped to figure what I had.
This place is a joke. Scheduled an in person visit. Drove across town and checked just to have them tell me they are switching it to virtual due to my symptoms. Ok fine, I get it. I asked of I would keep my dame time slot and the receptionist said yes, my time wouldnt change. They did change it then I have to enter a credit card number to even attend it when they already have my insurance, they accept it, and it will all be covered. Screams scam.
We were taken care of quickly and efficiently! In and out in less than 45 minutes. Lisa was kind, knowledgeable, and compassionate. We’ve seen her before and she’s always great!
Young doctor (can’t recall his name but WSC grad) had the BEST bedside manner I’ve ever dealt with. Made getting stitches a breeze! Only downside is waited 45 minutes in the waiting room watching everyone who came in after me getting called back first. Asked the receptionist after a while and was told “We didn’t know you were here.” Lol, ok? I checked in on the app and got the text that I was checked in. Unclear requirement of having to ALSO check in verbally. My mistake, but should make that more clear in the app:) Regardless, great doctor made it worth the wait. Beautiful new building too! Would recommend to anyone who needs quick care.
The nurse and physician were very polite and listened to me.
I know had a chest cold for too long, so I decided to do something about it. I did the online application and information forms, and I was in an out in a little over half an hour. Great service and professionalism.

However I called the front desk before even coming in to see if our insurance was accepted there they said yes.i just got a bill in the mail for me my daughter and mother totaling almost 800 dollars because they didnt accept our insurance?!?! So the front desk doesnt know what there doing then u call billing and they dont care at all they are worried about $$$$ its so sad Healthcare has completely gone down hill no caring about the patients anymore its all about dollar bills. I will never go back and I will never refer anyone. In fact Ill tell everyone I know not to come here.
Sunday November 7, I went to Twin Rivers Urgent Care Grand Island for a rapid Covid test. After being swabbed, the lady told me to expect a call in 15 minutes with my results. This was at 12:15 pm. At 12:50 pm, after not hearing from anyone, I call Twin Rivers and then told it takes 15 to 45 minutes. At 2:25 pm and still no phone call and no results, I call AGAIN and leave a voicemail account no one has answered. Finally at 3:59 pm, I receive a phone call from Twin Rivers with my results and they claim to have left a voicemail on my phone at 12:39 pm. I had my phone with me the entire time which never rang nor showed I had a voicemail. If we were to assume it was a glitch with Verizon, then WHY when I called at 12:50 pm, 11 minutes AFTER they presumably left a voicemail, why didn’t the person tell me they had left a voicemail and give me my results at 12:50 pm? Why did she only tell me it takes 15/45 minutes for results and she will let people know I called? So again at 3:59 pm and to make matters worse, she puts me on hold for 5 minutes for another person to tell me my results and when that person never answered, came back to the call and told me my results. I can handle lots of things from people but outright lying is not one of them. They obviously have poor communication skills not only with patients but apparently within the business. Funny that the only reviews they show on their website are just positive ones; way to be honest and transparent. “Rapid” after almost 3 HOURS and 45 MINUTES? I DON’T THINK SO. Avoid this place of liars and poor communicators.
Received one billing statement for my wife but it was not submitted to insurance yet to my knowledge. I wanted to make sure it wasnt double paid so I like to wait for the 2nd statement. Fast forward to 10 months later I get a bill from their collection agency. I called to talk about it with Twin Rivers and they said I was getting text reminders. This was completely false as I was not getting those either. First time being sent to collections by anyone and I feel it was very unfair. Very embarrassing and annoying experience but they really didnt seem to care.
I went in yesterday very much in pain and not in the best mood..I was in and out within an hour and my prescription was available at my pharmacy by the time I reached my vehicle.The staff was very kind and compassionate towards my situation and I left feeling cared for and was grateful I went. From the receptionist to the nurse to the nurse practitioner, expectional staff and quality of care.
Very quick to get us in as there were several people ahead of us. The nurse listened really well and communicated everything to the doctor. The doctor made sure to go through everything she needed to do and explain any possible side effects the medicine may have.
Needed to see a doc so it was good to be able to see someone n get the meds I needed. Long wait even though I made the appointment online.
Today I got in so quickly. Friendly, professional, staff. Dr. Mizner was very helpful and did an excellent job. He answered all my questions and figured out quickly what was going on with my skin. I can always count on this place for a quick efficient visit!
I got in within 30 minutes to see the provider. The provider was in the room within 5 minutes! Very thorough and kind. Will go back.
I highly recommend Twin Rivers and Urgent Care. They are professional, knowledgeable, and have always been able to help me when needed. They take care of the insurance so i do not need to worry about anything, but getting better!
Will never go to a different Urgent Care again. I can never get into doctors offices, so Twin Rivers has been my place to go! In and out pretty quick. Theyve got the best staff. Also love how they do courtesy calls/texts to see how youre doing after a day or 2. Best Urgent facility In town!
Even though the waiting room was packed I didn’t feel rushed. The dr I saw was very friendly and knowledgeable. The receptionist I worked with took her time and made the process easy

I was well pleasenud with the nurse and doctor that attended me today.
While our care was great and our wait time reasonably short (we had done all the pre-visit check-in online), we came for a sports physical. No one mentioned that there was a special coming up in 2 days that would have saved me $29! I did see it today when I scrolled down your website, but no one mentioned it and the advertising was below the checkin information so I never scrolled down to see it. Sure wish specials would be at the top of the website and/or staff would mention that if we wanted to wait a couple days we would save money.
I visited on the evening of Oct. 13, 2023. I was well taken care of and the appropriate tests were completed. Nothing was ruled out until tests results came back. Thank you.

I went to get covid tested on saturday. waited so long for a video call. the lady who swabbed my nose was gentle and nice. was told i was going to get my results in 15-30 mins. never received a phone call. called the next day, was told they’ll leave a note for the nurse and they’ll reach out to me.. never did. called again the next day.. receptionist was so unprofessional answering my question.. told me the same thing about leaving a note for the nurse and she’ll call me back.. i said well that’s what someone told me yesterday and i didn’t get a call.. still haven’t gotten my results back.
My grandmother took a hard fall over the weekend so we rushed her to Twin Rivers. Not only were we the only ones in the waiting room on a Sunday morning, we had to wait 1 hour to be seen. We were at the facility for a total of 3 hours. No one seemed concerned with the fact my grandmother was in a tremendous amount of pain. To add to the neglect of care, they never gave us her insurance cards and ID back. We were in a panic the next day looking and looking for her personal insurance info and ID. I then called Urgent Care to ask if they were left there. I was on hold for 5 minutes as they searched the desk for PRIVATE INSURANCE INFORMATION AND AN ID. They told me they did have them. They had never given them back to us. I went there and asked why no one had called to let us know, and the lady at the desk responded by saying, I dont know why no one called. I barely work here. I responded by saying, I understand this may not be your fault, but not calling is absolutely inexcusable. They grabbed her cards out of a stack of others. So Im thinking there are several other people out there looking for their insurance and IDs. I hope no one steals their personal information from that unorganized, unprofessional facility. I will never return.
I got my COVID-19 test done on a Monday, it was a send out, call Thursday 2:30pm, was told my results were negative and that I could come in for paperwork. I come in about 5pm, all the sudden the receptionists have no idea about any paperwork and my results had yet to come in. They told me to go sit and wait and theyd figure it out. I go and sit down, I hear the receptionists argue asking out of one of the two who told me my results, neither of them would admit to it. I waited half an hour after listening to them gossip before I decided itd be best for them to just call me. I waited until 7:30pm and decided to call. All the sudden they new my results and they hadnt come in until 5pm that day (while I was there.) So the receptionists lied about my results, instead of saying they havent come in. I couldve been positive out spreading COVID thinking I was negative. I will be using a different urgent care from now on. Whoever the set of receptionists were on 9/2/21 were the most unhelpful people possible and were the clueless ones in all of this. The set of receptionists on 9/3/21 were helpful and knowledgeable.
I like how fast we got in. Waiting for the doctor to come in took a bit but that is ok I understand. But once she came in we got down to the problem and out we went. Grest experience and very friendly people to help.
The staff at Twin Rivers Urgent Care are Beyond awesome. All of the staff were very nice and were very professional. Definitely one of the Great urgent cares around.

Never ever go. I was seen for fairly serious injury at work mabey this why cant get ahold of them had to long of a wait in waiting room. Then put room to be seen by golly that was another long wait. Finally Dr came in we chatted he seemed decent till we got into my background he found out was a paramedic 16 years. Then x-ray the lady did that cool. Then left finally. Called ask follow up questions ha, no answer strait to voice message lo and behold cant leave one its full was like that 3 days. In my professional opinion dont go dont get jerked around uncaring providers
So plan to use your phone to check in. Works slick and they move you along as quickly as they can. Very busy location but I received very good care from all staff.
I booked the appointment ahead of time and checked in about 10 minutes early. Very quick check in process. The staff is super nice and knowledgeable.
I found the staff at Twin Rivers to be extremely helpful knowledgeable and compassionate. I appreciated the electronic sign in and the speed of services there at Twin Rivers. They were very good at explaining what is going on and how to best deal with it in a manner that was easy to understand.
Took my husband to twin rivers he was so sick w/ upper respiratory I was scared as we are in our 70ds the receptionists said they were to busy no appointment and register on line thats not easy for seniors . So I left in a huff. We were in the car I seen the nurse doing a test in the parking lot I asked her for recommendations and she went inside and used her magic wand and took care of him outside. No covid thank God. Thank you Chelsea.
Only reason I didnt give 5 starts is because the online check-in process is a pain in the rear. I understand why they do it that way, but its still a pain. My wait time was less than 5 minutes, both nurse and doctor were sympathetic, efficient, and caring.
I went in at 11:30 got out at 2:15 waiting I filled out the on line paper work. And people who just got there go right in and I was there be for them. I had really bad upset stomach just needed nausea med. They wanted to do a covid test. I didnt have any covid symptoms. But I waited from 11:30 to 1:45 pm in the waiting room while people just went ahead of me. Come to find out I have a bad case of the stomach flu.

I was very hesitant to go to an urgent care clinic but Jody and her staff were amazing. Very friendly and answered all of my questions. They treat you like a human being and not just another dollar walking through the door. They also follow up to see how you’re doing. I highly recommend them!
Takes a hour to get in with 108 fever and just as long once you get a room, had to ask for water…. Lady rolled her eyes when she gave a us a bottle…. Called and said they’d get us right in but STILL waiting been here a hour and a half now.

Kudos to all staff! Took my information at front desk without having to pre-register. Friendly, kind, and two other staff (one nurse I believe and Office Manager maybe?) willing to help up front with check out when front desk staff on break. Johnna was very, very good as a practitioner - from her listening skills to her personality and demeanor in general. I didnt have to pay the higher co-pay either (like some after hrs. clinics). I will go back if/as needed. My regular dr. offc. was closed on this snow day but TW UCare staff braved the snowstorm in the morning to open. Thank you

I prefer to go to TWIN RIVERS in a emergency situation. Ive always had GREAT care from the front desk to the end...and pretty fast most of time. Im always telling my friends and family about this great place filled with professional people. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!
The only down fall was I felt like poo and had to do all the paperwork online. When you just want to feel better, getting online to do paperwork is the LAST thing on your mind.

What a joke, we took our 4 yo there because she had a bad cough all night and into the day. The wouldn’t see her and said we had to do a virtual visit but were booked until next day in the afternoon. I thought the point of places like this was to actually see patients for minor illness’s so you don’t have to go to the ER for nothing serious.

I had an ear infection. Was given antibiotics. Took everything like I was supposed to and still having the same pain. Was told to come back in and was charged for another visit. I dont have insurance so its all self pay. Just disappointed that had to be seen again after a week and pay all over again for same thing.

I had gout, my ankles and feet were twice the size they should be and I had the most debilitating full body pain Ive ever experienced and they thought I had heel spurs
They assume you have Covid and must test you for covid first before they will see you! I had Zero symptoms of covid. Wasted my time doing the test and finally they spoke to me. Precribed me medicine for 5 days and my ear ache was not getting better so I told them via phone of this problem and said I have the same pain in my ear they would not prescribe me or send in a prescription to my pharmacist and told me to come back in they again charged me a $118 just to write out the same prescription I requested over the phone complete joke! The charge the federal government for the non need covid test and 2 office visits later and still not better. WILL NOT GO BACK!

Both my wife and I had appointments for rapid PCR tests. When we arrived 15 mins before our 6:15 pm appointment, we were told then that they had run out of tests at noon that day, sorry go to Walgreens. When asked for another solution, because we had a flight the next morning at 6:00am, they couldn’t provide an alternative other than the pharmacy up the street. A quick Google search later, the same company operates a clinic 25 miles away, and could take us. It’s unfortunate that the Grand Island clinic couldn’t take the time to call us earlier in the day to advise they had ran out of tests, even worse is that they couldn’t be bothered to call their own sister clinic 25 miles away to get us booked in. We were supposed to be tested for 6:15pm, and we’re finally tested an hour and a 1/2 later, out of our way( opposite direction to the airport, missing an important business meeting because of it.
I did the online video chat, but was told that my symptoms were probably covid. So, I took the covid test and was told I would get a call about my results. Never did so I called and it was negative but it doesn’t explain why I’m sick but I can’t come in. I’m pregnant and have been sick for a week and just want to know why and all I get is “it’s probably covid” and then don’t get any calls back.
Everything was great, nice people, very good Dr., took care of my concerns, just the wait was longer today.
My 8 year old son suddenly had a fever induced seizure and Twin Rivers helped him and got him back ASAP and also referred him a follow-up appointment for that very same day. Thank You!
I think that I have stripped throat but they refused me service because it has to do with upper respiratory. To good of an urgent care if I cant be seen for something other than covid
