Citizens For Choice

I have been coming to this health clinic for years for a variety of healthcare needs, and have consistently had wonderful experiences. Not only is it a safe space for all who make appointments, but the staff are kind, compassionate, nonjudgmental, and unbiased. Each service that has been provided to me has been from a medical professional that keeps me informed and comfortable every step of the way with zero complications and for either very little cost, or more often than not, no cost at all. I could not recommend this facility more, whether it be for healthcare services or just compassionate, medical counseling and advice. Our county is lucky to have access to Citizens for Choice.

Thank you for providing your services in this small town. Very comforting and discreet, these people are supportive and non judgmental. Small office with limited services, but there are other locations that offer more services. Great referral when needed.

Super friendly and helpful, seems like a small practice. only four stars bc the systems are a little dated (no electronic delivery of results, etc) and you have to go off-site to get bloodwork done

They are awesome, very respectful, super knowledgeable and even though visits to the Dr can be stressful, they make you feel comfortable.
