I saw Dr boutesaza there. I went there because I had some glasses stuck in my foot. She said theres nothing she can do. I told her I read online it could cause infection. She said ok, you take antibiotics. I am not a doctor, but I know antibiotics should be avoided as much as possible, since they are not good for your microbiom. What kind of doctor was she? So I asked any kind of doctor can take the glass off of my foot? She said can try podiatrist, but I doubt. I went to podiatrist. He said he is so glad I came, because it truly can cause infection.
The staff was great but honestly making me see the doctor again after seeing her a couple of days prior for a medication that she didn’t even send over to the pharmacy was a waste of time and money. Felt like they only wanted to hit a target number and bill my insurance.
Am very grateful for being able to see a provider quickly. He was very knowledgeable, kind, explained problem and treatment thoroughly. would definitely recommend.
Rude: the front desk lady is rude. We said we were there to schedule a test. She ignored us and went away ... then came back, self talking ... went away ... then back again.I repeat my reason to be there, she said theyre fully booked for the day.What about tomorrow? Came for a Covid test.But the care was comprehensive and friendly. My doctor was very comforting and informative.I would like her to be my doctor.
The doctor was caring and professional. The whole staff, from the front desk, to the medical assistant, to the MD., were all attentive, friendly, and kind. I have been going there for awhile and have had only positive experiences.
I was feeling terrible and thought I had Covid. They tested me I did not have Covid and sent me home feeling terrible. It’s Saturday and I still feel terrible. Healthcare is 3rd world.

On the cold Friday afternoon that I visited, he check-in procedure was easy, the wait was not long, the staff was courteous and the Dr. was excellent. She listened and asked good questions. I felt she took good care of me and her prescription was exactly what I needed to recover from the asthmatic episodes I had been suffering from. Top notch doctor.

I visit the urgent care today. Because last night when I was returning from my work a recon jumped on me near a dumpster near my house. I want to make sure that if I need a rabies vaccine or not. I explained the incident to the medical assistant how came to the consulting room first. Then I overheard he was discussing with the nurse practitioner and both laughing and making a joke about me and my visit. Then the nurse practitioner came with a funny laugh on her face. She didn’t believed what I said. She give me a tetanus shot. Then the NP went out make a remark about me and start laughing. The Nurse Practitioner and the Medical Assistant treat me and behaved most unprofessional way. I will not recommend this place to anyone.
People were rude and short with us literally talked down to us. We left. Find a different one. I am a northwell employee too.
Nice staff but room for improvement. PHI is shared in the hallways and we can all hear conversations among staff about ourselves and other patients.Assistant didn’t know what Prep is. Also wrong BP data was entered in the system (144 instead of 154). I was given a referral and X-ray but no recommendations for treatments since specialist referral takes months to provide appt. I was able to get ID recommendations afterwards to use Flonase and Zyrtec daily for post nasal drips. Thanks

Had apt 8am, the front desk ran late for 1 hr, I couldn’t see the doctor without the front desk. What a suck service
Don’t come here. I was told I’d only have to pay my copay after asking the front desk man if he was 100% sure multiple times. He said you only have to pay your copay, no other bills will be sent to you. I was seen by the PA for less than 5 minutes. Didnt do anything other than check my lungs. I left and got a crazy high bill in the mail and urgent care refuses to dismiss or lower the bill even though their staff member misinformed me about the billing process. as I can see from the other reviews this place is a scheming money hungry business.
I made an appointment here thinking that Northwell would have good doctors and staff and all the equipment and labs due to the connection to the hospital. I should have known that the connection to Northwell only means they are there to make as much money off each sick patient that they can, regardless of their ability to pay.They told me it would be $150 for the visit then the doctor tells me she would refer me to a specialist. I told her that i have no insurance and my concern was i couldnt afford to see a specialist. She said, yes, very expensive. I nearly started to cry when I said to asked her so youre the biggest, best hospital in the area and the best you can do for me today is say good luck? She says yes. So you want me make appointment with specialist?She didnt give me or offer any information on financial assistance, she was cold and uncaring, and she let someone leave the business, nearly in tears, and with symptoms that could be a spreadable infection. Personally, I think that should be illegal if it is not. I think Northwell should be ashamed. And this doctor should face professional disciplinary action for violating the hippocratic oath. I used to hold Northwell in high regard - but that was when it was North Shore-LIJ. Northwell lets sick people go get other people sick. Why not, right? Its better for business!
Terrible service I called before going to make sure they can take my husband. We make sure we got there 45 minutes before closing time due to unexpected injury and they would not take us. They stated that they were overbooked. How can an urgent care place where you go when you are injured reject you because they are overbooked and there was no one in the waiting area. They just in 45 minutes. That is not right that’s not how you treat patients worse urgent care please do not go there unless you wanna be rejected!
The good: My dad was taken promptly and the facility was clean. Medical care was adequate for the complaints.The bad: Dr. Park was very rude. My dad has mild to moderate dementia and I was adding to his complaints, since he omitted one of import. The doctor told me to stop talking and let my father answer. Well, if he wasnt forgetful, I wouldnt need to help him out. A doctor should never tell a family member to stop talking. The facility was convenient, but Im not sure we would return.
The appointment was easy to make for the same day, and when I arrived, they took me in right away. The staff was very friendly and competent. The doctor diagnosed and treated my problem with expertise, and I was able to pick up my prescription at the Rite-Aid next door.I’ve been very pleased with the care at this Urgent Care office every time I’ve gone.

Don’t go to this urgent care location in particular! Usually Northwell Health urgent care places are quick and see patients on time or close to it if they make an appointment, but this location is NOT like that! My mother made an appointment for 10:30AM and they didn’t see her until almost 1PM!!! That is ridiculous! She went to this location because she was feeling awful and it was close by to the house, from now on we’ll drive a bit further to another Northwell Health location where they understand people don’t want to sit around in a waiting room all day when they’re not feeling well. For that, we could’ve gone to the emergency room!
Great follow up to make sure appointments were made. Follow up with blood results and all questions answered with knowledge and professionalism.

Its never a pleasure taking your child to urgent care. This location, however, made it as painless as possible. The check in was swift and the nurse that took my daughters vitals was a pleasure and then the doctor was amazing. Never in a rush and very courteous. The X-ray technician was very friendly and professional and even though my 11-year was in pain and nervous; this location made her forget about her injury for a few minutes. Thanks so much everyone
I have an oncology nurse practitioner in Westchester. I live near Northwell urgent care. I tested positive for Covid at my home. Went I arrived there, I got immediate care. Everyone was compassionate, loving, and professional.The PA was excellent, concise, retested me and prescribed medication for me.I am very very grateful that I can go to this urgent care and get really good care.
My family and I just moved to the area and need to see someone immediately. I visited this medical center even though the reviews worried me.The front desk clerk Nicole was great and got me in very quickly as a walk in and the medical staff was excellent.The NP Coltan was very thorough and took his time to explain everything to me even after I asked a billion questions. It was plus hearing his calming southern accent.The MA Tiffany was thorough as well super ,sweet and funny.Great clinic.Great staff .I absolutely recommend this Urgent care.**My only complaint is the portal which is a pain to navigate.

I had horrible experience at this location.I had a rash on my feet. I went to this location on 10/13/2023. The Doctor prescribed a RX. I told her I will go to pick up the RX right away, she assured me it she just sent it. I get to the pharmacy and nothing is there. Meanwhile she calls me asking me again which pharmacy it was! After using the RX the rash got, my rash got much worst and I was allergic to the medication. This is even though I had told the doctor which RX I was allergic to. So I go back again on 10/16/2023 telling them that I am allergic to the RX the Doctor given me and I wanted a different RX to be sent to the pharmacy. They told me I had to reregister and go through the whole process as new patient again!I had no choice and therefore went to the whole process yet again so they can bill the insurance one more time for their mistake! After the Doctor was done he told me he will send the RX again to the pharmacy. Once again I go to the pharmacy to pick up the RX and they told me there was nothing sent by the Doctor.I called them dozens of time and left messages and there is no response! This is not acceptable at all.
I have taken my wife to this clinic twice and both times were great. My wife cut her hand last night and needed stitches and when we got there it was almost 8pm. Instead of turning us away the doctor didnt want us to go to a different clinic just in case the other location doesnt have the proper medical supplies and waste valuable time. The doctor performed stitches with her assistant in just 30mins. Id understand if the clinic didnt want to take us in because they were literally about to close and for that reason that they deserve more than 5 stars from me.

This location is amazing!! Jeff at the front desk is so kind, helpful and accommodating to those with little ones. Dr. Phen has wonderful bedside manners and is great with kids. This place is a gem. You wont be disappointed, I promise. On my recent visit I got to meet with Dr. Stone, and she was awesome. She’s very kind, patient, down to earth, and explains everything fully. You truly feel valued both as a person and a patient.

I brought my younger brother in for a covid test (we had an appointment)Our father passed away recently so I am his legal guardian. After denying us service because I didn’t bring paper work to prove guardianship,Our mother drove to the urgent care so he can get tested.The receptionist started yelling at my mother, screaming about how I was lying about our father dying, and that I am his guardian. He even claimed that she’s probably lying about being his mother.Absolutely disgusting, he should be ashamed.They also deny all walk-ins, because “all their rooms are full”.All their rooms are empty.I work in a medical practice, and their general behavior and attitude to the patients is deplorable.
My Urgent Care experience at the Great Neck site was excellent. Be aware that you should make an appt rather than walking in. The line can be long. If you do walk in, the front desk person will likely ask you to make an appointment and return later. They send you a link, and you can do the check in process online. The front desk person was very nice. The medical assistant was caring and capable. The physician who saw me was Dr Fen, Who had excellent bedside manners and was very knowledgeable. I definitely would recommend a great neck urgent care side by Northwell.
I will never return to this location. Complete incompetence at the front desk. Walked in at 9:10 for my 9:10 appointment, checked in on the iPad as their sign requests. Sat patiently waiting for my name to be called seeing on their TV screen that I was due for. 0-15 minute wait. At 9:28 a couple walks in and announces they have an appointment for 9:30, they get checked in and on the screen for patients waiting shows they are behind me in the queue. 20 minutes go by and the TWO receptionists put them in a room. When I speak up and let them know I have an appointment and have been there for 20 minutes before that couple walked in the girl had the audacity to tell me I’m wrong that I don’t have an appointment and they did, that she sees the order of the appointments in the computer. Only after my frustration was apparent did they even care to ask me my name. The TWO receptionists sat there whispering for a couple of minutes before they clearly realized their mistake and sent me into a room. The least the unprofessional professionals working in this office could have done was apologized for their error and the young lady’s blatant lie to me. Instead I’ll just take the extra 5 minutes to drive to a Pro Health facility where I’ve never been treated so poorly.
The NP and tech person was great, however, the man at the front should NOT be the 1st person someone sick has to encounter. Rude and unprofessional are generous comments. I am making the comment about my experience public and I am following up with a formal complaint.
I am so disappointed with the care that I received back in October 2022. I was misdiagnosed with a cold, and I actually had an infection which I went back for the following day and they wanted to charge me a second co-pay, which I have been disputing for several months. The whole situation is so disappointing and not people friendly. It seems to lack moral and ethical values as well.
I’ve been here several times. Sometimes I reserve a spot online other times I just walk in. Never waited more than a few minutes. Doctors have always been accurate which has been confirmed by my PCP when I go to her for a follow up appointment as recommended by the urgent care doctors.
Went to Northwell Urgent Care Great Neck 9/11/2023 Asked for my urine to be label with my name on it,was prescribed antibiotics but specimen for culture was not found in Northwell lab.as of today 9/14/2023,probably unlabeled.
I was told it would be an hour wait but I was taken back in 15 minutes which was so cool, the staff was extremely friendly , from the receptionist to the medical Assistant. I work for NorthWell so seeing such a friendly team who makes you feel welcome makes you feel happy inside and less afraid of doctors offices/urgent cares. The doctor was also very informative and very very nice 👍🏻 Definitely will be my go to place !
The staff were very patient, accommodating, friendly and respectful. I like the way they treated the patient, they bring (escort) us to the next lab test that we need to do. Theyre organize and communication is always in place. There was a receptionist at the front (she was sitting close to the wall) sorry I forgot her name, ( maybe Denise) but she was still there when I left 430p. This is around 1130am, I asked her if theres cafeteria, she said no, then she offered me apple juice and crackers. Thats very kind of her. Great people and great service. Of course Dr. Spivak is the best too. He make sure that his patient is well taken care off. The best experience ever. Happy holidays🎉
One of my best experiences with a doctor and staff. The nurse was super nice too and explained things more than once for me. The doctor spent a good amount of time with me listening attentively and asking questions. I HIGHLY recommend this walk in clinic!

Never coming at this location ever again. Front desk very unprofessional and rude lady. Waited there 45 mins and this location wasn’t even busy like only one patient went inside in this 45 mins and patient was done in 5min. If this clinic was busy it’s understandable but it wasn’t busy at all. Worse place for urgent care, it felt like regular doctor clinic or not even. I left this urgent care without getting checked even after 45 mins and went to “CITYMD” which was 3 mins drive. Very professional and quick. I was in the room within 5 mins and doctor took the time to check throughly.Save yourself the wait time and go to CityMD , first come first serve and professional.

The man at the front desk was so incredibly rude and unhelpful. I came in after doing an online visit and they scheduled me for a rapid covid test and he blamed me for the fact that the nurse did not fill in my chart for the tele health appointment. He made me wait in the waiting room while taking a call which, for someone who is symptomatic and here for a covid test, seems like a public health risk, especially since others were waiting as well. When I asked how long it would take, he replied “you’re lucky to see someone at all today” — it is my understanding that the whole point of an urgent care center is to see someone right away. After making me wait 25 minutes (breathing potential pathogens into the air in a health center) he spoke to the lovely doctor who told him that in fact the information was there. He was rude and snide and actively undermined common sense in public health procedures during a pandemic. The doctor was lovely but the experience was entirely ruined by the front of staff, who is the first person people interact with when they enter a center. After 30 minutes, he kept making me wait in a room while he argued with the doctor about how the old procedure would have been different instead of again giving me the test and letting me leave when I’m a symptomatic person waiting for a covid test (I would imagine that’s a more pressing concern than him identifying all the ways their computer system changed) and kept referring to me as “the girl” right in front of me and very rudely called me in and could not pronounce my name.
Very impressed with this urgent care facility! Staff is pleasant and efficient. Doctors are friendly, caring and knowledgeable. They have all necessary testing and x-ray equipment. Have used them twice so far. Doctors follow up personally the next day as more information comes in from tests done. Office is very convenient and clean. I am so happy to have them close by when in need. Highly recommend!!
Dont believe any of these good reviews. Avoid this place. They will absolutely never pick up the phone or follow through with their plan. The only thing they are interested about is your insurance info not you or your test results.

First off, I work as a heathcare worker as well. I came right after my shift ended at 7PM due to ear pain and swollen lymph nodes. There was a guy in front of me, talking to the receptionist...so I waited. The receptionist approaches me with no hello and with the expression of You should not be here. She rudely asks me for what reason I am here, and bluntly states it will be 1-1.5 hours wait. It was a tone of Just leave. I left for brief 2 minutes, but every other Urgent cares were too far for me to go. I come back in, and state...I will wait. She tells me to sign in rudely, while rolling her eyes. Few minutes later, a man approaches me and asks the same question For what reason are. you here? I repeat myself. And he repeats that there will be a wait, and that they cannot see me. He states to come back tomorrow, however, I tell him that I work and am unable to come in tomorrow. He repeats his statement of come tomorrow...which just makes it seem he DOES NOT CARE what I just told him, and wants to see one patient less. I came 1 hour before closing, not even 15 minutes before closing. Just to push away patients like that, is very unprofessional, rude, and careless. and honestly, I would like to give ZERO stars.

Could be “as bad as it gets”‼️Zero communication from “front desk”. No welcome. I had an appointment and the 5 “workers “sitting around the middle area chatting, wouldn’t even look at me , but after over 1 hour waiting, wouldn’t give me “time of day”.I finally walked out as their food was deliver and they scampered into their grub.
Longest wait ever. Horrible staff WORST doctor. After 2 hours of waiting she gave me NO answers. Short staffed. And they allow people to cut. Not happy, waited forever while severely sick. Better off going anywhere else. Don’t waste your time !!!! WORST PLACE EVER!!!!
I would like to thank the staff for their professionalism and caring. I especially want to thank John George PA who gave me an extremely thorough exam and followed up to see how i was feeling and let me know the results of my test the same day. My family and I have always had great care at GoHealth. I am truly grateful for all they do.
Went in today for a simple flu shot and was in and out in about 8 minutes. The staff couldnt have been any nicer, the place was spotless. Intake was seamless as was payment ($20 for the flu shot, regardless of whether one has insurance or not). Not much else to say other than I will be a repeat patient here.
Caring staff - quick and easy COVID 19 testing and fast results. Good mobile app/web page to schedule appointments and obtain your results with. No overcrowded rooms and very clean. They’re professional and they support! Just make sure to have your phone when u come as u must call them before u can enter.
I am a black woman and I was treated with disdain and condescension by the white man at the desk on Tuesday, November 9 2021. He accused of me of lying about the fact that I canceled my appointment via text even when I showed him proof. He accused me of making 7 appointments in 2 weeks when I only made 2 and I was able to show that on my phone history. He threatened me with the police and accused me of harassing him and having an attitude. His professionalism was absent as he stood up and yelled at me and tried to intimidate me with this size. I am appalled at the treatment and accusation and I hope this is somehow addressed by management.
I work for an insurance company and as I was attempting to help a member I encountered an extremely rude receptionist who refused to give me his name. When I called back for his name the second woman working with him placed me on hold for 5 minutes when I asked for just his name. And then I was sent to voicemail when I called back. Ive never experienced a providers office that was so horribly rude ans unkind to their members. Regardless if they accepted the members plan or not how they handled the situation was horribly unprofessional.
From checkin to seeing the doctor, every step of the way went smoothly and each person had a pleasant attitude. I forgot to take the doctors business card on my way out. Since everything else was via my cellphone, maybe the doctors card could be texted or emailed to my phone in case I needed to reach the center for any questions I might have.If necessary, I would definitely visit again.
Went to this UC for a foot issue.. Took a set of Xrays. Everyone in this location was friendly & Caring. This location was clean and safe. Had a 3:30 apt and was taken right on time! The Staff in this location is an asset to Northwell. Will continue to use this location for all our medical needs! Thank you !
My husband and I went to northwell urgent care on Bell Boulevard in Bayside to be treated for a severe cough which we both had. I at least was “examined” with a stethoscope to my heart snd lungs by a PA not a doctor. All the PA did with my husband was ask questions. We were “examined” separately. We were both given the same cough suppressant pills. She asked if I wanted an antibiotic to which I answered not yet I’ll see if I get a fever. When I called 2 days later to get the prescription I was never connected. I call for the next 2 days and never reached a doctor to send the prescription to my pharmacy. Fortunately our COVID tests were negative. On Monday my husband and I went to northwell urgent care on great neck road in great neck snd were seen by a doctor who gave us both great examinations and prescribed the cough syrup and antibiotics to treat the infection. Happy to say we are both on the mend. I never write reviews but that place on Bell Boulevard should be shut down. It’s a blemish on the Northwell name.
If I could give zero stars I would, I came out worse than I came in! I was treated inhumanely by the woman at the front desk from the get-go and was just told by the other staff to ignore her, I came in feeling very ill and she was rude and cold and told me without checking my insurance (that was on file from a previous visit) that after I came all the way from Queens, said that I would have to go all the way home to retrieve my insurance card, she told me there was no manager I could speak to and said that she was going to make sure I was denied care. I have been here a few times before and never experienced this type of unprofessional, rude and heartless behavior, Im surprised they would put a woman like this in a healthcare setting. I had to speak to someone else who kept making excuses for her behavior and I was finally seen. I have no history of hypertension and my blood pressure was a whopping 158/108, which was appalling to me because according to all my Northwell Health records it is consistently 120 or 130/80.I know that my blood pressure spiked because I was sick but also because of her abusive treatment, I did raise my voice because I was irritated and after asking the other staff NOT to deal with her, she opened the door to interrupt my treatment and threatened to call the police on me, really this is medically viable to call the police on someone whose blood pressure is rising? What kind of sick woman is this? I was finally given medication and sent home and Im still reeling and have a migraine headache. You DO NOT treat sick patients like this, Shame on you Northwell!
Guy in the front is so inconsiderate and rude. First of all, they were arguing over open charts and not getting paid. They asked me if I had an appointment, which online it says walkin only so no I didnt, and he left me standing there continuing to complain. Super unprofessional which was surprising, because the one lady said he was new. Glad I wasted my time
Stay away from this clinic!! I went to this clinic for COVID test in 2021. They attemped to bill me $585 for the test. Covid tests were supposed to be free, or cover by all insurance. What they do is adding lots of extra service that THEY DIDNT PROVIDE and bill to my insurance company. A free covid test became an urgent care visit! After so many people die from COVID, this merchant is still stabbing clients and insurance companies in the back. SO NASTY! BE WARE, They may charge you for breathing in their clinic!

I understand. returned 2 hours later to inquire about stays and was told “oh we won’t get to you until 10 pm tonight and then we will be closed” . When I asked why I was told a 2 hour wait I get a blank look. This is the second time a northwell facility has literally lied to my face AND then been rude about it!!! NEVER USE NORTHWELL

The provider (Ogundolani) was exceptional.. bright, thorough, respectful- beyond five star care!! She was one of the finest experiences Ive had with an ACP, ever. The nursing assistant left something to be desired.

I was attended to promptly and given a referral at a nearby Northwell imaging center. After my test I was contacted by the Urgent Care physician and the imaging center. First-rate.
PA treated the numbers not the patient . Intoduced herself while facing the door. Really did not listen to what I was saying. Told me she would give me a mask and note so I could travel. I called both corporate offices. No return phone calls to address my concerns.
This facility has amazing staff. Dr. Arcilla was very nice, caring and compassionate. She has excellent bedside manners. This doctor is an asset to Northwell Health. Thank you!
Recently had cause to visit Northwell Health-GoHealth Urgent Care due to a nasty ear infection I picked up in the Dominican Republic while on vacation there. (Hey, its better than returning in a cardboard box one supposes) but once the threshold of pain reached No-More level, I made an appointment early on a Saturday morning to be seen shortly after they opened, and it couldnt have been easier - Visit the website, enter some basic info, fill out a demographic page with some questions so when I arrived at the center, all I had to do was use their kiosk to sign in, everything else was all in place for me to see the doctor, which I was able to do pretty much on time, just a few minutes after they processed my credit card information & ensured payment went through.I had the pleasure of being seen by Dr. Rhondora Archilla, who was very pleasant & empathetic to my situation. After some preliminary questions about my background and health, she examined my ear, clearly understood the nature of my visit, & was able to prescribe the appropriate medication (Neomycin) for my condition, which I promptly had filled at the Rite Aid pharmacy just a few storefronts away, and the clinic was kind enough to even provide me with a Pharmacy discount card (as I am currently uninsured, which helped reduce the cost of this medication to a more reasonable bite from my wallet (if one considers $48 for ear drops reasonable *its subjective - but one prescription cost over $300, and I told them there was no way on gods green earth I was paying that much for ear drops if the virgin mary herself administered the dose for the duration of the treatment) - but I digressBottom line is, Northwell Health-GoHealth Urgent Care in Great Neck Plaza was a pleasure to deal with, I would highly recommend the facility, their facility is clean, neat, the employees I deal with there were friendly, & while I can only vouch for the level of professionalism I encountered for my situation during my first visit there, I am confident that if the need arose again for me to visit, I wouldnt hesitate for a moment to visit them!The fees very reasonable (even for we, the great unwashed/UN-Insured) and for a situation like an ear infection, the piece of mind I received for having this situation addressed, vs. just trying to tough it out & let the infection clear up on its on (which it may or may not have done) was worth every penny to me.So, for what its worth - heres one persons review of the Urgent Care center, and my recent visit on June 22nd, 2019 @ 10:am.

Booked appointments online for Covid tests for my husband and myself. Heard the place could be very busy and occupied. But the staff were nice and efficient for our appointment time.
This place is fantastic. Came here because I thought I had bronchitis. They treated me very quickly and gave me a prescription of some meds. Within a week I was back to normal. Everyone here was very friendly and professional. They even followed up a few days later to make sure I was ok.
The service was efficient, no nonsense hard copy paper work, doctor was very helpful especially given i was sick and 34 weeks pregnant. Overall best urgent care experience Ive had ever.
The told me to be at their office at 06:50 EST for my rapid Covid Test! It is 07:01 and there is no one at the office at this moment! What kind of business is this? Is this a joke, because I dont find it funny!!! Its cols outside and there is a machine instructing me to wait outside in the car. I had no voice and was not feeling good. Hen I went urgent care in great neck ny, they were very helpful and have med some meds and within two days I was feeling better. Now I got my voice back fully in theee days.

This place is the worst ever I went there the gentleman jim had a attitude and he told me that today I couldnt be seen because I need a appointment I didnt mind that and also understand the appointment but when I asked the time he will not give a straight answer as I went back and asked for his name because I was gonna write a review then he say to me that he will see me not righ but soon no like before Im a essential worker I explain to him but it seen to me like he just didnt care at that moment and onces I say that I was going to write a review everything changed. This is one of the places that i will not go ever again or more less bring a family member or friend but mister jim thank you very much and enjoy you day
No wait time at all. Check-in was completed by the front desk quickly. An actual doctor saw me and was extremely thorough and patient in his diagnosis. I highly recommend this place!

It’s a holiday which I get because the kids are out of school. But I was the second person here and still had to wait an hour. I only found out that they were an hour behind because I went out and asked. Common courtesy would’ve been to say that you’re behind from the moment that I signed in-___-If I could give less than a star, I would!

Got a PPD shot there. Only had to wait a few minutes, everyone was courteous and helpful. When I went back to get it checked, I didnt have to wait at all. Would definitely go back there again.

No one answer the call. I even was outside the clinic and looked at the nurses inside. They are rather chatting but not answer any phone calls. Nurses are rude and no walk in at all even the website said they do.

This location I dont understand why is walk in. They should put a sign or in their wed site by appointment only. Couple of time I been there, they say there is not available slot for today. SMH.
Covid testing is slow and inefficient although, i understand they have to take people with appointments first the service has been awful only 8 people waiting for literally over an hour. What a terrible service!!!!

I went because of a dog attack, they treated me very quickly, they helped me with what I didnt understand, I arrived with my blood pressure very high at 198 and they recommended a Cardiologist for me to make an appointment, the only thing that seemed strange to me was that they didnt give me the anti-rabies vaccine.
The service provided by the front desk and the doctor is very good, they are serious and caring. Today I am particularly anxious to get the PCR test report. The doctor can complete the test as soon as possible without waiting, and fax the report directly to the hospital where the report is needed. I am very grateful.
