Dr Adams has been great! I’ve received nothing but kindness and professionalism from her. She always explains procedures/options very clearly and has always answers any questions I’ve had. She is very caring and compassionate about helping patients with different medical needs.
Laurie Matson was incredible! She listened to everything goin on with me! She offered multiple options and wanted a follow up with me to see how I was coming along! She had sympathy for me and wanted to make sure I was ok! She listened and just wanted me to genuinely be ok! I loved her! I will continue to recommend her to my friends and family!
I almost died from a birth control patch. Informed the doctor who prescribed this medication, I have not received one phone call from them, not one message. No follow up. It’s not their fault but you’d think there would be some sort of communication on their end. They don’t seem to genuinely care about their patients. Not only that, they’re a pain to schedule with.
I absolutely LOVE Dr. Helen Dunnington! Im an older woman with a gynecological concern, and she listened carefully to me and we came up with the perfect plan of care. Im so happy I found her! Shes incredibly knowledgeable, experienced, kind, understanding, and a delightful person as well. Absolutely the best combination you will find in a doctor!❤
Not the best, overcharge and i dont feel cared for in my pregnancy. Im personally not a fan at all but its what my insurance will cover. I luckily dont have to take my child to their pediatric side because I feel they are worse than the womans clinic side
Dr Kucher is a very loving and caring Dr. She treats you like family. Asks allot of questions on how I feel about the procedure. Wouldnt trade her for nothing! Great job Dr. Kucher!
Dr. Dunnington its awesome! Very friendly, listen to my concerns and gave me options for my care moving forward. The staff is courteous and helpful. I recommend this clinic
Had to do make an appointment online without a specific date, wasnt thrilled at first but they called me promptly the next morning and saw me that afternoon. Such a quick procedure, all questions were answered clearly, super respectful staff, will recommend to others when I can. Downloading the app does make things much simpler for personal and shared information when communicating with doctors too. All in all I love this place. My son sees his doctor here too, very clean facility and spacious waiting room.
Dr. Kutcher was kind and compassionate. As a patient I felt respected. Thank you!
Worst place to follow up. Appointment was canceled due to Appointment being scheduled wrong and didnt receive a single notification of this. Receptionist Maya was unsympathetic and short.
Ive been here at least five times and 100% of the time, no matter who I see here, I wait 20-40 minutes past the time my scheduled appointment is to start-- after arriving at the requested 10 minutes early time. Thats at least 40 minutes waiting which is unacceptable. If Im late I have to reschedule, but these people continually run 30+ minutes behind. I understand that happens sometimes but this is ridiculous. Im sitting here naked in a gown waiting for 30+ minutes (again) for a Doctor. To make matters worse, the other staff is in the hallway gossiping, cursing and laughing and carrying on loud as hell. Every single time. So unprofessional.
Unfortunately I left this clinic feeling insignificant and powerless as a patient. I recently moved to Colorado and traveled a half hour from a neighboring town for an appointment with Dr. Soo. I ran into a road block on hwy 257 and therefore had to re-navigate and take alternate county roads. I knew this would put me behind schedule so I proactively called to let the doctor know I had run into a road block. I arrived 10 minutes late and was told I could not be seen. I will now drive another 30-40 minutes back to my neighboring town without having seen a doctor. I wish doctors still viewed patients as people who sometimes run into unforeseen road blocks. I wish patient care was actually a priority. I wish people were treated as if they were important. Maybe those days are long gone. Even if I had arrived on time I would have most likely waited 20 minutes at a minimum to see the doctor. The Doctor can be late or run behind schedule, but if the patient is late there is no flexibility in policy because the patient is not as important.
I made an appointment with an NP who spent maybe 5 min listening to me. When I brought up a concern that some symptoms I have seem to be related to my menstrual cycle, she said Ive never even heard of that. Its not an unknown thing... Seems fairly common. No further mention of that, and now Im left feeling ignored and as if she just didnt care. I had to ask about side effects for a new medication because she gave me no information about it. I feel like she just wanted me out of the room. So annoyed and disappointed.
Only giving one star, wouldn’t even give a star but I had to in order to write a review. Not too impressed with this facility anymore they expect you to check in 10 minutes prior to your appointment and then make you wait an hr plus in the waiting room even after all these people came and went. Service has definitely gone down hill and overbooks to not be able to get to everyone in a timely manner. More than likely won’t be returning I will take my business to Banner.
Ive been receiving care for gynecological issues for 15 years and have never had a better provider. Dr. Soo at UCHealth Peakview Clinic was the first doctor to listen to me and understand and respect my concerns. I came to see Dr. Soo after a bad experience in the Banner system with a poorly placed IUD, and she treated me compassionately and helped establish a plan moving forward that I feel good about. This clinic as a whole is always well maintained and professional, and has a comfortable atmosphere. Every person I have interacted with is highly competent. I have absolutely no complaints.
I saw Joanna Sheets CNM throughout the first half of my second pregnancy before moving to another state and she is absolutely phenomenal! She’s attentive, answers all questions, extremely knowledgeable, and most importantly listens to the patient! Her care for each of her patients is phenomenal she treats you like family. While I was in limbo with finding a new provider in TN I had some important medical questions. Joanna took the time to call me back herself and never was quick to rush me off the phone even though I had moved. Ariel at the front desk goes above and beyond to help in anyway she can. It’s always a task to get medical info moved to a new doctors office out of state but she was so helpful, kind, and understanding!
Nice enough people and modern office, however they have a phone system that does not work. People have been complaining in these reviews for months about it. Of the 20 times I have tried to call not one answer. Its too bad because they appear to provide great care otherwise. I just cannot in good faith continue bringing my daughter here for maternity care when there is no way to contact your medical team in any way shape or form... Seems extremely dangerous, frustrating, and risky. Reached out to patient advocate today. No answer.
I had to call for an appointment. Melody/Melanie seemed to be annoyed I was calling to schedule an appointment with a provider. She was very unprofessional. I wasn’t done talking when she decided she heard enough and hung up . I liked this place when I started coming here. But lately, I’ve been displeased.
Dr Kutcher was very personable and professional meeting her for the first time. As an older patient who’s OBGYN retired years ago, I’ve been looking for a long term doctor-patient relationship and I think I’ve found her.
I believe Im 32 weeks pregnant currently. I have not been able to see a doctor until now due to losing insurance during the pandemic. I recently got insurance within the last 3 days and looked on my provider website for doctors accepting my insurance AND accepting new patients. This has been a stressful time for me, with everything going on and I was relieved that this clinic was on the list, it was also the ONLY clinic accepting new patients in my area.So I call to make an appointment or tried to at least. The woman I spoke to told me they dont accept transfers after 28 weeks. I explained that I was not a transfer and that I have had no prenatal care and she interrupted me to say we dont accept patients after 28 weeksI dont even know how to reply to that. Im in a position I never wanted to be in and now Im being told I have no options. The receptionist or whomever I spoke to was rude and I hung up on her. I was looking forward to finally having some answers about my pregnancy and now Im still in a position to have nothing and Im completely turned off about ever going to this clinic.
I was transferred from the midwifery to MCR to deliver my baby because I was unable to progress. While I appreciate Dr.Dunnington being there in my time of need, I do take issue with her blatant refusal to delay clamping per my request. She did not consider my position and simply did as she wanted without any explanation on her end. It is interactions like these that keep women from electing to trust the hospitals with their birthing process. Patient advocacy is a crucial factor when deciding where to go for healthcare.
Before I begin, Id like to mention that I hardly ever write negative reviews. I hated this place. Each time I went in for an appointment here, I waited in the waiting room at least 30 minutes after my appointment was set to begin. Keep in mind, however, that they have a very strict policy of arriving no later than 10 minutes late for an appointment. If you do arrive late, your appointment is cancelled. Arrive on time, as I always did, and you can expect to wait to be seen for-no joke-up to an hour after your appointment is set to begin. Theyre busy, right? Alright, well, the thing is, they dont care about your schedule at all-only theirs. Once you get into your appointment, after waiting up to an hour in their waiting room, youll meet with unpleasant, uncompassionate, robotic doctors for all of 5 minutes. Thank goodness it isnt longer, is all I know. I cant say that I expected much better, though. It seems to be very difficult to find decent healthcare in Northern Colorado, in general- unless you carry what they see as worthy insurance. In the event they attempt a rebuttal, youre welcome to see for yourself. I do so hope they prove me wrong for the patients sake. Meanwhile, in Thornton, at the Womens Health Group, the care is superb. They are caring professionals who provide quality healthcare to their patients. Ive never seen reason for complaint in Thornton and have known a number of the standing doctors there for about 9 years. Regardless, good luck. Its hard to find good healthcare these days, no matter where you go. The simple truth is that, while our emergency room doctors and frontline workers often deserve nothing but utmost respect for their hard work, dedication and compassionate approach, primary care is unfortunately not something to be desired in this country, typically. May your path be blessed ❤️.
****Edited to add response to the generic reply from uc health- Ive spoken with a patient advocate previously, they treated me like an inconvenience. So I doubt that will resolve any issues.Reception has obviously not been talked with about their demeanor as I was just there twice and they made me feel very unwelcome. Its like walking in on coop of hens! Right away you feel their disapproval and judgement, its weird! Looking at the history of responses from the owner it doesnt seem to have had any impact on their performance if they were even talked to. It seems they share the same attitude with one of the Drs who decided to make unnecessary comments on my chart! They are anything but supportive towards womens health like their mission statement claims. Find another job if you hate it so much but dont make the rest of us miserable.
Everything was perfect, escept for the treatment of the receptionist given when you arrive, they immediately asked about my insurance and i said that I was in the financial aid program and his attitude changed with me, as if asking for help was something embarrassing, thats how he made me feel, I had to wait almost 30 minutes to be able to go to the room for my appointment, its really sad that they make those differences without mentioning that Im Hispanic and that was worse. And that was worse because it made me feel like we arent capable of receiving good medical attention.
It’s so hard to get a hold of anyone in the clinic short of making an appointment. The phone tree doesn’t work half the time and when it does the medical staff doesn’t return your calls. They want you to use the uchealth messaging app but you will be waiting a week for a reply if you even get one at all. It’s a shame because I had such high hopes given the good things I had heard :/
It was a very great experience. Thank you to my doctor for making me feel that everything was OK. My doctor held my hand as I went to sleep because I had so much anxiety and the anesthesiologist was amazing.
Becky NP and her MA Nicole were both amazing! Becky is very detailed and had answers to all my questions. We even spoke about my future plans of becoming a mother and I hope she is still there when that time comes.
Wonderful experience at this office! Staff was personable and professional.Dr. Natalie Rochester is a rare find in a doctor. She takes time to ask questions, listen to responses, and perform a thorough exam. I strongly recommend her for women of any age.
One of the best Dr. apmts Ive ever had starting w the front staff, medical assistant, and Dr. Kuchner was AMAZING. Caring, compassionate, highly competent, efficient. Listened and problem solved. Highly recommend this physician & staff.
I scheduled an appointment weeks out so it would work with my work schedule, I get a voicemail 3 hours before my appointment stating the doctor is in surgery. They automatically reschedule me for the following day while I work, without a phone call or verification followed by a voicemail the day of the new appointment asking where I am. Now, I get a letter about 3 no call, no shows without 24 hours notice and they can decline care per their policy. I didnt no call, no show. I never scheduled a different appointment. So I am given 3 hours notice for a cancellation of an appointment, but thats alright...I get rescheduled without verification like I dont work and hadnt planned my last appointment out weeks in advance. And then I get a letter placing blame with me, not the staff who failed to actually make contact about setting up a different appointment and failing to realize there are people who work for a living and cant drop their very scheduled day to come into an appointment with less than a days notice.Unprofessional.
I am so frustrated. I am trying to get my prescription while on vacation and not near a UCHealth. I have spent 6 or 7 hours on the phone with them and to no avail. Kelli sent the authorization to the wrong place (or something, they dont have it) and refuses to help me any further. She is unprofessional and unhelpful. Dr. Shweers is amazing and that is why I am with UCHealth in the first place but this experience is absolutely unacceptable, AND there is no one on staff with any authority to take my call while their employees refuse to help patients. Dont waste your time with staff, just ask for a supervisor.
This place used to be great, helpful, accommodating. Now theyre too worried about getting sued they cant even help their own patients with extenuating circumstances. For example: We SHOULD be able to get remote care in the 21st century (especially with an existing patient-doctor relationship), but Dr. Sheets has complicated that situation for us. Complicated is a nice way of putting it.
My doctor Amy, is truly amazing. I always look forward to seeing her and catching up. Everything is easy and the reception is usually fantastic. I was able to call and make an appointment for the same week with Amy. I highly recommend this office for any woman.
Actually Martha Richmond. Been going to this group for years. Easy to get appt, don’t keep you waiting in waiting room, get to be seen at your scheduled time. Saw a new Dr since my other one retired. Saw Dr Drake, wonderful, answered all my questions and discussed several options . Took her time with me. I would recommend to anyone!! Thanks
So every time I call here which has been every month since April 2020 the receptionist answer is fine. Then once they ask me what I need to be seen for ( and I tell them for ) they say okay. Yeah we can get you in . Then they proceed to ask me what insurance I have, I tell them Medicaid. Every time after mentioning my insurance they always follow up with “ oh okay so it looks like all our slots are filled and we don’t have anything right now “. 😞 So I ask when will be the next available days and she says all she knows is when they fill up and that’s it . She can’t give me any days when they open so once they fill up that’s it and that’s all the info she can provide me for. This is so messed up I feel like I’m being discriminated because of the insurance I have , I have other members who have appts with them, and they got accepted right away. Why is it that since APRIL there have been NO OPENINGS ?!!! Why is it that randomly when I provide my insurance now there isn’t ANY slots open ?!!!
It’s hard to even give them a star! If it where up to me I’d give them no star!I do not recommend UC health woman’s clinic to anyone! They are horrible and rude. I had to go there for my 2nd baby and had a horrible experience. During the 9 month process of having prenatal check ups I had to always and for most make sure I would make the app on time and even when I did I would have to wait an Hr to be seen. And when I would make it late I would get a warning or a strike! “Strike” so apparently if you have 3 no shows or canceled so many app they will deny to see you in there office and will need to be seen somewhere else! Being pregnant and living 25 mins away, being an oil field wife and having a 2 yr old was really stressful already! So having the stress of making it or not canceling my app so I wouldn’t get kicked out and not have a dr to see me was really stressful and I do not recommend anyone having to go through that stress!Giving birth at UC health was not any different! I had a horrible experience with them as well. I went into labor and Dr would come check on me every 2-3 hrs to see how far I was dialated, it was ok an all at first but after I started feeling pressure I asked the nurse what it felt like if I knew baby was coming ( I had an epidural) and she said “if you feel pressure” so I assured her I felt pressure and I felt like I needed to push. She said she’d get the dr but it took 30-35 mins for the dr to come and finally see me! And when she saw me my baby’s head was already out! After all of that my stay there was horrible, I had a nurse that was taking care of me telling me that my husband and 2 yr old son where being to loud and obnoxious and if I could ask them kindly to leave! This is after I had my baby! After I refused to kick my husband and son out she asked to be switch to someone else and I got a new nurse! Clearly she had an issue with me or my family!I absolutely do not recommend this practice to anyone! All the drs there do not care to get to know you, they don’t care about your pregnancy! I have had horrible experience with them since I found out I was pregnant to the time I gave birth and had my baby.Definitely do not go! Find someone else that will provide you care regardless if you missed a couple appointments or not!
Today I saw Amy Schweers for the first time, and she was phenomenal. She explained everything so clearly and truly wanted to make sure that I understood as she went. All of the staff that I interacted with were very friendly, and they made what I thought might be an uncomfortable visit very casual and informative. I would highly recommend UC Health, especially if it’s your first time going to a gynecologist. Ask for Amy if she is available, you won’t regret it!
I have had lady issues for years. Doctors always wanting to try everything but what needed to get done. This clinic actually listened to me. The Dr agreed that Id been through enough and agreed that a hysterectomy was needed. No fooling around. Im 40 and my last gyno refused to do a hysterectomy because I might want to have more kids. She didnt listen, this place did. No more periods from hell !!!
Got a letter to call and make appointment for my annual exam. They told me to call back in a month. I did, then they said call back in a week. I did. Then they said call back at the end of that week. Finally able to make an appt 4 months away. A month later, they cancelled my appt. Next available one will be over 6 MONTHS after receiving the letter to make an appt. Every time I speak with them, they are trying to get me to see someone else that I dont know. I feel very uncared about and cast aside. Would not recommend.
I seen Amy Schweers and had my blood drawn for a panel. My test results came in and now I am being told that I need to go back in to see an actual doctor there (which is what I assumed I was scheduled for in the first place) because she can not prescribe me medication needed due to the fact that she knows nothing about them. I asked why I would need to be seen by yet another doctor when I have already been seen by her and the only answer I got was because the doctor prescribing me the medication would need to see me which Amy couldn’t do because she said she wasn’t familiar with the medication. I now need to take more time off work and spend more money to go see an actual doctor which is who I should have been scheduled with in the first place. Why would I even schedule an appointment if I knew I was going to someone who would just tell me they couldn’t help me after being referred here by my PCP. I am very dissatisfied and would not recommend or waste my time here again!
All of the midwives at this location are friendly and do an incredible job listening to the mommas they serve! They encourage you to meet all the midwives (because baby might not come when the midwife you choose is on duty!) I mostly saw Marie Foose and Karen Voderburg. These ladies are the calm during the storm!! Their reassuring demeanor was certainly well appreciated as neither of my births went according to plan! I would highly recommend this group of midwives! Thank you ladies!
I went to Amy Schweers (WHNP) and she was fantastic. She was calm and walked you through each step that she did so you dont feel scared or uninformed. She also listened to my concerns and gave me several options for care and recommendations as to what would help and be cost effective. I definitely recommend her!
Dr. Rochester and her staff has exceeded all my expectations! They are friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I can’t say thank you enough to Dr. Rochester and her staff! I’m very fortunate to have found her.
Every provider Ive seen had been attentive, caring, compassionate. Each has given me the ad much time as I needed and thorough in explaining.
I got put unto a prescription for birth control that has caused uncontrollable bleeding since being on it. I have been attempting to call and get some assistance for three weeks. The line continues to ring until it hangs up on me. Extremely disappointed with customer service.
Amy Schweers, NP is very caring, listens to any questions and takes her time with her patients. The staff at the office was also friendly.
I have been trying to have things done for years to no avail until I came to UC Health in Greeley. They listened to me and got me in as soon as possible much sooner than I expected and now I am extremely grateful for everything.
Very happy with Dr. Kutcher. Very patient with all my needs. My doctor for life.
First Ob/gyn Ive ever been to. The people were amazing and were willing to answer my random questions.Im definitely going to be returning for however long I live around here.
I had a great 1st visit! All my questions were answered and next steps for my treatment were quickly put in place!
Respectful .listen carefully and was a very careful. Was very helpful when I asked her questions.
I have been seeing the midwives since the pregnancy of my oldest back in 2014. I have always felt taken care of and love the care they have provided me over the years.
The wait was an hour long, had to wait so long I almost left but I didn’t because my doctor she is amazing and I’d wait for her because she does the best with her clients that’s what I love about her..
Sierra g . That’s the reason for the 1 star . She needs to look for a new job outside of customer service
The UC Health staff in the Oncology department are amazing. They all have gone above and beyond with my cancer care.
I was always treated with courtesy and respect. From all the receptionists to the drs. Always caring and answered any questions.
I LOVE this clinic!!! Amazing staff. Beautiful facility. This is the doctors office Ive been searching for.
Wonderful experience! Dr. Hornung and her staff were great to work with.
Overall frustrating experience and unethical billing that Ive been working to resolve for 5 months with no progress.
Easy to get an appointment. Nice providers.
Better off without!! Do not go there, absolute worst.... Zero stars if I could
They definitely dont care about their patients.
Great staff everyone was very helpful & friendly!
Very Nice Service Great Customer Service!
Dr Rochester was kind, diligent, knowledgeable and caring!
You wont find a better Dr then Dr Dunnington!!!
Very caring Drs and staff here.
McMeekin is absolutely wonderful.
Never answer the phone 🥺😭
Wonderful experience
