I’m updating my review because I do believe we did not have a good understanding of how much IVF is something you have to have lots of patience for. Thankful to Chrissy , one of the nurses who has talked us through the process and made us feel safe and heard. She’s very informative, makes sure me and my husband are aware of what’s going on , and explained how patient we have to be during this whole process. We are progressing in the process and hopefully starting egg retrieval very soon. Went in yesterday for an ultrasound and blood work, the medical assistant explained all medications to me and was so nice and welcoming. Gina the ultrasound tech is always so nice as well and she is so quick and when she does the ultrasound I never feel uncomfortable which is new for me because I always have pain due to endometriosis. Thank you ladies so much for your help and for always being so kind.
Truly amazing first experience. She’s patient and kind and full of wisdom! She’s open to all questions! I’m so excited for her to be our Dr!Update: we got pregnant our first transfer! She’s a great Dr and really makes you feel heard! Highly recommend
Ive had nothing but a positive experience with this clinic! From making my first appointment with the lady on the phone, the receptionist, medical staff and doctor ! They are all very wonderful and treat you like a person and not just another number! Absolutely would I refer them !
Switched because of poor care and poor diagnosis. Always waited a long time to be seen and the nurses were always rude to me when I told them I sometimes pass out with blood draws and just told me good luck. The billing department kept sending me bills but would not tell me what the bill was for even when asking for an itemized receipt. I switched to another office and found out advanced fertility didn’t even do the standard testing on me from the beginning before just pushing me straight to IVF. The doctor came in and didn’t even know how to use the ultrasound equipment and a nurse had to come in and teach her during my appointment then eventually the nurse just took over. The whole thing was a mess and stressful.
Im pregnant on 2nd iui attempt. Thank u ladies. 1st iui I wasnt told that I should have a full bladder. Didnt have sperm in time either. And I waited 30min on my last visit. Was gonna give 4 stars but didnt think it was fair considering I got me a baby. Thank u again
Initial consult seemed promising. Unfortunately after my first appointment during which there were complications from a procedure, it has been the WORST time and experience. I have been absolutely begging anyone within the office, including Dr. Schell’s care team and Dr herself, to reach out and actually provide follow up directions for medications. What seems the blatant disregard for follow up has made me question their trustworthiness. If I can’t get follow ups or anyone for that matter to contact me, how can I trust them to care for myself and my reproductive health? Zero stars if I had the option. The bills are sure coming in though!! Don’t waste your time. It seems like if you have complications, you’re thrown to the back burner because you may not be a reliable source of income for them. Such a shame.
If you’re searching for a fertility clinic with outstanding patient care, stop yourself from contacting AFCC and go call Invia fertility. I promise you it will save you a lot of headaches and heartaches!!I was a patient of Dr Schell’s starting in December 2022 into June of 2023 and while the doctor herself was wonderful during our first visit, the team at the clinic had terrible communication that I couldn’t imagine being any worse, especially for patients going through such an emotional and vulnerable time. Not only did the nurses not explain anything well and leave you feeling in the dark, they would sometimes just not return calls at all. After 1 very horrible experience that left me bawling in the lobby due to the nurses being so horribly rude, I was scared that this was how other fertility clinics might operate and that left me in a panic for weeks. I did contact the manager at AFCC gurnee and aired my frustrations and hope that since then, there has been a huge change of staffing. Dr Puschek and her whole team at Invia are a godsend and I’ve cried so many happy tears after my visits with her. Thought I’d save someone else from wasting time at AFCC.
My husband and I just had our first consultation with Dr. Irani (second clinic consult overall). We are so happy we decided to meet with Dr. Irani. From the moment we started talking with him we felt like we found the right fit for us. He was very educational, genuine and optimistic. For the first time since our infertility journey started, I walked away feeling optimistic about our future. Although we are anxious to move forward, we feel confident that we are under great care with Dr. Irani.
I spend over 15 months getting fertility treatments done. I have insurance and hit my deductible by January 20. 21. My insurance company paid them over 152,000.00 and I have an outstanding bill for 475.00 that they refuse to fix so my insurance company can pay it. I have called over 40 times to speak with Tiffany and my insurance at the same time and Tiffany refuses to fix the code my insurance company needs. So here is the heartbreaking part. After all that money and time and the damage to my body for 15 months of fertility treatments. I get to be reminded I have no baby ever month they send me a bill I dont owe.
Great Doctors and great experience overall . Very grateful for selecting this Facility
Dr. Debra Schell was so kind and helpful. She was able to answer questions and explain everything to me where I could understand. I am very excited to continue my journey with advanced fertility center of chicago
If Im being brutally honest, (I always am), the staff at this place drove me bonkers at times. The support staff, front desk etc are extremely unorganized. BUT, Dr. Catenacci made it all worth it. After 4 failed IVF transfers at other clinics, Dr. Catenacci effortlessly got me pregnant FIRST try. She always gave me the best, most honest advice too. I cant express how much we love this woman. Shes literally a miracle worker and our lives have become 1000% happier since having our son. No words can ever thank her enough. I highly recommend this practice to everyone going thru infertility. We went there all the way from Ohio too. SO worth it!
This is a very busy office as they are taking on as many patients as they can. While communication isnt always available, they are very much on top of your procedures, medications, etc. I had one miscommunication on a procedure date, my concerns were addressed and they more than redeemed for the incident. Dr. Irani is practical, efficient, and empathetic and his care team is very helpful through the messaging app they use. Only additional thing I could request is a more one-on-one on approach with the dr. which isnt really an option in this process. I would certainly recommend them to anyone ttc with help.
Each time I have met with Dr. Irani he has answered all the questions I had and has not rushed me to come up with every question I could have right then and there. In this field, I find that massively relieving, comforting, and helpful. He has a calm demeanor and comes across as truly wanting to help people start their families. I have been very pleased. My husband finds him equally knowledgeable, personable, and informative. We would both recommend him.
Incompetent, rushed staff, and a doctor who doesnt listen. My experience here was horrible. The staff is super rushed doesnt even treat you like youre a person. As I was getting my blood work done, I mentioned that I was starting to feel lightheaded. I was told to just stick it out and they didnt want to have to remove the needle and have to reinsert it.When I had my ultrasound I told the lady I had chronic pain there and to just be as careful as possible. The process was fine until the end where she yanked the probe out of me, causing me pain that lasted several days.I had medical records sent there 2 weeks ago, as they requested, and I still havent heard from them. And to top it all off, the main thing I talked to the doctor about, she didnt even put in my notes.
There isn’t enough words to say how much I absolutely LOVED my experience with Dr. Irani and his staff! I never thought the day would come I would hear that We are expecting our first and Dr. Irani and all of his staff made this happen for us! We completed our first round of IVF in January and the compassion and care they gave us will always remain in our hearts. We are pregnant and due in September!!!! We continue our care with our regular OBGYN and I have to say I cried because I will miss everyone at the Gurnee office! I actually looked forward to seeing everyone from the receptionist, every single nurse I have met and Dr. Irani!!!! I couldn’t thank you all enough for the amazing care and love you have shown us through this hard journey!!!!! Thank you all so much!!!
Just starting my process after an international experience that didnt go so well. I was thoroughly impressed with Dr. Irani. He took the time to explain my process in detail and even called me on the weekend to address questions I had emailed him on Friday. Although I cant say the outcome yet, I do feel very comfortable with this clinic thus far!
My experience with Dr. Michelle Catenacci has been amazing. She was with us every step of the way from our first telehealth visit, to a few procedures and even at our US. She is caring, down to earth and my favorite provider I have worked with and I adore her nurse Cathy, she is a true advocate for her patients. Everyone at the Gurnee location is very kind and quick to help. I am going to miss working with them, they will forever hold a special place in our families heart.
Dr. Irani and his staff have been so nice. Nurse Aminty is very responsive and so appreciative. This is my 2nd surrogacy, but 1st time with this clinic. I have been very pleased with my level of care. Also, the ultrasound tech at the Chicago office is just a ray of sunshine!!
Dr. Irani and his staff gave us the most beautiful gift of our lives. Prior to being seen at this location, I had gone through fertility treatments at another clinic (out of state) for about a year. It wasnt until I came to AFCC where I realized what an efficient fertility clinic looks like. They have a great system. The staff is so welcoming, encouraging, and everyone is just very kind, from the front desk to the ultrasound techs. Dr. Irani is a genius - from day 1 Ive fully trusted his recommendations, and after 2 cycles, we ended up conceiving our little girl! My husband and I thank God every day for having met Dr. Irani, we are forever grateful for him choosing this field, and for blessing us with his expertise.
We had a fantastic first experience with Dr Irani and are now back for a second round. The first time, wed had 5 failed IVF cycles with 2 different clinics. We switched to Dr Irani, he got us in quickly, the office was always very organized, I didnt feel like I had to check up to be sure my lab results were looked at (had to do that at a previous place). The biggest difference was that he actually listened to what I thought would work for me for a cycle and was willing to do a slightly different protocol. He accommodated a natural cycle even though its more work for him/staff and came in on a Saturday solely for my transfer (no one wouldve even mentioned it but I asked a nurse why it was so quiet). Our first cycle resulted in 2 PGT normal embryos (5 previous cycles had only gotten 1 in total), the first one is now a year old and we transferred the second one today!
My husband and I consulted with three clinics upon discovering my DOR diagnosis. From the initial consult, we felt confident in Dr. Irani. During our consult, he was informative, compassionate, realistic and optimistic. This being our first IVF cycle, we were understandably intimidated and nervous about the process. The AFCC staff eased some of that anxiety with their kind and compassionate care. The egg retrieval and transfer process was incredibly efficient and organized. We are without a doubt, happy that we chose AFCC for our first IVF cycle. We are so grateful to Dr. Irani and his approach, skills and compassion as we celebrate another milestone this week being 10 weeks pregnant. Thank you AFCC for your incredible care and compassion!UPDATE: Dr. Irani is still wonderful and we have a beautiful 3 month old! Thanks AFCC!
We have gone here for treatments and appreciated their honesty. As frustrating as infertility is, I did not want to continue to pay for treatments that were going to waste my money. The nurses and doctors that we dealt with were professional and to the point. They do have a job and they do have a number of people that come to the clinic, they do not have time to small talk to give false hope. The times that I went, they were very busy, but handled everyone professionally and they took the time with us when we needed it. I would highly recommend the team and will be going back to expand our miracle family.
First appointment was good. Provider was very attentive, not rushed and listened to me. Excited to start my care.
Great experience working with Dr. Reshef and his team!
After my first visit, Dr.Catenacci gave me and my husband hope to increase our family. Weve been trying for some time now. We are very hopeful and wish to have successful IVF. Thank you!
This is our second fertility clinic. Loved them. You don’t get to see or talk to your doctor a ton, but I had full confidence they knew what they were doing. They will work with your natural cycle if you want. Nurses are all fantastic! My favorite was Cathy-she is just so kind a caring! Would absolutely recommend!
TL;DR I would not recommend this clinic to first time IVF patients. Trying to get information or any form of communication from them is very painful and stressful. IVF is stressful enough as is and there are other clinics out there who will treat you better. We chose this clinic as it was recommended to us by our insurance and had much quicker availability then some other clinics we had reached out to. We had our initial virtual consult with the doctor, and while that seemed fine- a lot of her answers to our questions were that we would be sent the information via email from our assigned nurse. This would have been okay, however we were never sent any additional information following the appointment. As instructed by the doctor, I called the clinic on day one of my next cycle, and they were able to schedule me in for the baseline testing right away. The clinic was nice, new, and clean. There was a bit of a wait for the baseline testing, but I had read from previous reviews to expect that. While everyone that I encountered with that day was nice, I received no explanation as to what any of the tests were for, other than that my assigned nurse would call me later that afternoon to go over results and explain next steps. I received no call that day, and I emailed my nurse the following day to inquire about the test results and the information packets that I was still waiting to receive. I did not receive any response, so I called the clinic a couple days later asking about my results and that I had general questions about the IVF process. The front desk said a nurse would call me back the next day to help me. A nurse did call me back, but told me she couldn’t give me any information on my results as she did not have access to my file. I told her I just had general questions about the IVF process and she again said she couldn’t help me because they were very busy and would have someone call me back in a few days.A week later I received a call, which I was unable to answer, and the nurse left a voicemail stating that she could not give me any more details about my file at the time. I called the clinic back that same day, again telling the front desk I had general questions about the overall IVF process that any nurse should be able to answer even without my file - and they said they would have someone call me back. I did receive a call back... a month later. I still have no idea what the results of my baseline tests are.During that month that I could not get a response from Advanced Fertility, I was able to have several calls and emails exchanged with another clinic and future appointments booked. When I did finally get that call back from Advanced Ferility, I told them we had decided to go with another clinic as we had not heard from them in a month. The nurse quickly said she wished me the best and hung up.I think if you are very familiar with the IVF process already, you might have better luck with this clinic. But for anyone who needs all of the details and wants more responsive staff, I would not recommend you start here. I will say, however, the lab they work with for PGT (Coopergenomics) is great - and in that month we were waiting to hear back from the clinic, we were able to work with Cooper to get the process with the lab started and they were very flexible about working with the new clinic we switched to.
They are great! Just one point: sometimes nurses place wrong order or late order. But thats it. In general, they are the best clinic with kind and caring doctors and nurses. Dr. Irani is the best. He has anything you could ask for a perfect doctor.
This is a very deserving review of this clinic. As a previous reviewer stated, absolutely NO ONE cares about the patients here.As a new patient and first time seeking fertility treatment, there is absolutely no doubt that they are doing as little as they can while getting paid for the job. I have never been sent around so much from any clinic to go inquire about anything they are doing; procedures, tests, prescriptions. While also doing their job of corresponding with the pharmacy about a prescription that the pharmacy claim it was not submitted by their office. Funny enough, its still ongoing (almost a month) as I am writing this review. Well, guess what? They made me the go-in-between person. CVS wants me to tell them this and the clinic wants to tell them that. I am wondering why I am doing it at all. At the end of it all, CVS wanted to speak with them but you know what, the clinic isnt going to correspond. If you feel like googling every time after a visit, this is definitely your place. That is exactly what I had to do to stay informed because either they dont tell you, you dont know what to ask, OR THEY REALLY JUST DONT KNOW. I can name the people here, but honestly, there are too many of them and they are all equally responsible for a negative experience. The only reason I decided on this place was because it was one of two choices from our insurance company that they would cover. I plan to report my experience to my assigned nurse advocate so that they can reconsider sending people here. I can only count one visit where they actually explained what the heck was happening and that was, coincidentally, after I sent my message to the manager. Honestly, who wants to go into an appointment and not want to understand what is being done to the body? Trying to conceive is stressful enough. If this process is going to add more stress by people not doing their jobs well, it will definitely not get you pregnant.I have sent them a private review of my experience. Absolutely no response. What does one have to do make them care? Write a public review. Most likely, they will still not care. So if anyone asks, I would not recommend this place. My acupuncturist, pharmacist and new doctor seem to be showing concerns about the lack of knowledge given by the clinic. Expect to show up to your appointments, sent to an appointment room and shoved out. I definitely dont want my sister going to this clinic to save her from this experience and have already recommended she look elsewhere. I wish all other couples luck and hope my review can help them should they have a choice in a fertility clinic.
We were cash paying patients, had to pay for medications that I didnt even use. We did PGS testing and our embryo came back abnormal, the nurse is the 1 to call and tell me and could not even explain to me what exactly was wrong. The doctor never called us. I had to Google the abnormalities that was given from Cooper ( the testing center)Not happy with the lack of communication. Really felt they got our money, wish we would have just adopted
Dr. Irani is professional, compassionate, kind, attentive, and just the best doctor I worked with during this long and difficult journey of infertility. I cannot thank him enough for his support and absolute professionalism. I felt safe and confident, and Dr. Irani was always there to answer my many questions. I could not dream of a better doctor! There are not enough stars to rate Dr. Irani.I would like to thank his team at AFCC and all the nurses at Chicago and Gurnee offices. They were accommodating to my schedule, kind and understanding. I truly appreciate their work!
Our experience with Advanced Fertility has been one of the best decision we made. We came from another office Expecting the worst and they treated us like family. Dr. Jones took the time to explain in detail and answer all our questions. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and will answer in minutes any questions you have thru email or phone. They are on top of things. Will definitely recommend this office to anyone that needs it and we will probably do it again. Thank you for making dreams come true. I’m due in Jan 7
We loved Dr. Reshef! He made us feel so comfortable and we are excited to start our fertility journey with him.
I was a patient here back in 2016- the experience wasnt my favorite, but thats not even why I am writing this. For over a month now, I have called and emailed, and followed up, and gotten NO RESPONSE in regards to having my medical records released to another Dr. I filled out all the necessary paperwork and sent it where they asked me to, but they have yet to send it and are basically refusing to answer any calls or emails regarding either? I understand they are likely busy, but again, its been more than a month. No common courtesy or sense of professionalism, clearly. LIV BETH ANSWER THE FREAKING EMAIL please & thank you.
My husband and I tried naturally to conceive for over a year and then were referred to Advanced Fertility Center of Chicago in Gurnee. We had an amazing experience right from the start. Everyone who we have ever encountered while coming to numerous appointments and spoke to over the phone have always treated us with the utmost respect. After several IUIs and finally one successful round of IVF treatments we are finally expecting our little miracle in one short month. Changes were being made when needed to ensure better odds.Dr. Catenacci and her nursing staff gave us a thorough explanation every step of the way and even took the time to speak with us over the phone when we just needed a little reassurance. It is by far the hardest and scariest thing weve been through and all of the staff made us feel their compassion. I cant thank Cathy enough for the amount of love she provided us throughout this entire process. She was absolutely incredible and the amount of concern and emotion she poured into every encounter we had made this process a little easier for me. We cant thank the staff enough for giving us the best care and helping us finally achieve our biggest dream of becoming parents!
My partner and I have no started treatment yet but we did have our consultation. We were extremely impressed with the nurses, the dr and even the staff in the front office. They made us feel extremely comfortable and never one talked bad about anything. We cant wait to get started!
We live in WI and after 3 failed round of IVF at a different clinic, we chose to switch and try a new clinic in hopes of better results. I am unsure if we had more hand holding at our previous clinic due to it being smaller or if the majority of clinics are like that. However, if you are looking for help, answers, communication or hand holding, I would not suggest AFCC. If you want to learn how to advocate for yourself to get the information you need and deserve when spending this amount of money, then I would suggest coming here and be prepared to be stressed and tested to the max during an already stressful and emotional process. We had confusion and frustration from every department, finance, lab, nurses, doctor. Due to being in WI, we did monitoring at a lab closer to home so I cannot say much to the fact of monitoring appts. We traveled down to AFCC twice, once for SHG and other tests and second for our egg retrieval. Due to COVID, my husband was not allowed to be in the building during out first visit which we did not know beforehand.Coordinating the transportation of specimen from our previous clinic to AFCC took three weeks of constant emails and phone calls back and forth. Then they stopped responding and I ended up calling and stating I will sit on hold in order to talk with someone. The matter was then cleared up in an hour.Multiple times I had calls with nurses who seemed to not look at my chart before calling. I received mixed instructions regarding the HCG trigger shot due to the nurse who called was fairly new. I do not think the person making the calls regarding this shot should be new. There were a few times I was supposed to receive a call back same day as a blood draw and it didnt come until the next day and I was to started a medication the previous night. The day of our egg retrieval there were a few struggles. As the woman who will be under sedation with a medical team you have only met once before and with numerous hiccups along the way, it does not make you feel the most at ease.Thankfully (unthankfully?) we had done the three rounds of IVF before so we the general process. Each step of this 4th, and for us our, last round was a hurdle and we said that it will be worth it if we end up with a baby. We yielded no embryos from our egg retrieval out of 9 eggs and 6 maturing. The experience here was not worth it with the results we ended up with.
We wasted almost $40,000 on IVF and fertility drugs here trying to expand our family. We were told that they had good success rates with 40 and 41 year old women. I was on sky high doses of expensive meds and still didnt have a good response. They only retrieved 2 eggs. Only one fertilized. It was genetically abnormal. How did I find out? They sent the disposal form before they had even notified us that it was genetically abnormal. I broke down in uncontrollable tears when i got that letter. The only thing they did in response was to say oops. Sorry. If I could do it all over again, I wouldnt have wasted my time or money here. My husband was so frustrated and angry with the outcome and how we were treated, that he doesnt even want to try using a donor egg at a new doctor in fear of having a similar outcome a d being treated the same way.
Day one....consult. Dr. Irani was friendly and he made me feel comfortable. Not at one moment did I feel rushed. He was honest and I didnt feel like he was trying to upsell the whole process. I look forward to our possibilities.
I have been a patient of the Gurnee Center since 2014 and have had great service since my first appointment. Meeting the doctors and staff of this facility was an answer to our prayers. We appreciate all the care we have received over the years and hope all couples get their expected results like we did. Thanks for all you do!
Dr. Irani is an amazing physician. He’s kind, compassionate, and patient. He always takes time to answer my usually many questions and always makes me feel at ease. I highly recommend him!
This clinic is extremely unprofessional. We came here for a consultation and disclosed that we had already purchased the sperm we wanted to use. Fast forward two months later, the day before we were supposed to start our first cycle, we were told that they only accept sperm from three sperm banks and the one we purchased from was not one. No one told us this during our consult once we disclosed that we had already purchased the sperm. We asked to be referred to a clinic that would accept the sperm bank we purchased from they simply said, “I don’t know you would have to call around. So you don’t want to move forward with this?” We wasted precious time and money for nothing. If you enjoy wasting your time and money this clinic is perfect for you.
My doctor was very professional but the nurses cathy and kim always make me super comfortable and was extremely caring.! they are the best nurses and hope I get to work with them every visit.! thank you kim and cathy💜
Dr. Irani was our IVF doctor and thanks to him, we welcomed our son. He is extremely thorough, very detailed, and really cares about his patients. We highly recommend Dr. Irani and his staff!
I am writing this review after some time has passed and perspective given. I utilized AFCC services between 2012 and 2014. We have one son via surrogacy. Their stats are great and they are passionate about helping couples become a family. Dr. Sherbahn is very experienced. His nurse, Cathy, is as well. They have a “small business” feel in some ways and some flexibility in scheduling, etc.I don’t feel they take the time and effort required for most infertility patients/couples to understand what is happening and why and to factor in emotional needs. They sort of label your situation/diagnosis and drive you through the process as fast as possible. They aren’t much interested in what prior Drs have done or learned. They run tests and proceed. They do not do a lot of financial “counseling”. Prices were reasonable but subject to change with little notice.I chose the clinic for the stats but struggled with the other missing pieces. I hope this is helpful and balanced info.
I really appreciated Dr.Schell taking the time to answer my questions and being very thorough in our history. Having a doctor who is willing to sit with the whole picture and not dismiss details felt amazing and am not getting a diagnosis and treatment I have been advocating for. Thank you for giving me hope.
Extremely shady operation. We made the mistake of going here years ago and deeply regret it. They are really really good at extracting money from you and continuing to do so long after you wish to use their services. They will make it very easy to freeze eggs and pay them quarterly for doing so but like to make it quite challenging to cancel this and stop collecting quarterly fees which they of course send to collections (multiple times).
Excellent first impression with Dr. Irani through our virtual consult visit. He explained at a level we understood and appreciated. He was kind and sincere.
Two years ago it was the best clinic. Now that they have changed all the staff and doctors, it has become a horrible place. Its all about getting more money out of you.
I will always be thankful with Dr Schell and all of the nurses at AFCCAfter so many years we were finally blessed with our little miracle 🌈👼💗1st try IVF and shes perfect 💓💗Thank you Dr. Schell God bless you all 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
Its extremely sad how much these doctors will lie and tell any family that they have an extremely low chance of having a child just to use there service.Me and my girlfriend went to the clinic to get just information and was said that we have less than a 2% chance of having a child unless we use there service. If we dont then we wont be able to have kids at all in the future.Long story short, 4 months later. Nothing changed, we didnt do there service and she is 2 months pregnant.Point of this review is, this is a business and will do anything possible to use there extremely expensive service. GO GET A SECOND opinion!!!
Never been to a fertility place and been treated so rude in my life! I wanted to be an egg donar. Ive been approved by everywhere else Ive checked out, but them. For what reason, I dont know it was unclear. They took 10 tubes of blood, then told me right after they are going to deny me. But before this is, I went in for vaginal ultrasound. With out permission or any warning a tech in training did my u/s. This U/S should of took 3-5 mins, instead took 25! After the tech dug inside of me the other lady took over and said she cant find my ovaries. Ive been 2 other places within the 1st min they saw what they needed and said wow perfect ovaries! But no advanced had made me bleed internally from an ultrasound and I was swollen and sore for 3 days because they have idiots working there. Then make me wait for 40 mins to call me back and do blood work. Then they immediately tell me to go home we are done here. The nurses just walked out. As soon as I got in my car they called and said they are denying me. SO UNPROFESSIONAL. Thats okay I was on a list at another clinic and it took 5 days for someone to pick me and starting ivf. I have a couple friends that donate and they said advanced treated them like garbage too. When women decide to do such a noble thing, like donate eggs. They should be treated with respect not like this. Please dont give them any of your time. Go somewhere else! Also they violated several HIPAA regulations and didnt wash hands. Also they talked about other patients to each other in front me!
We are just starting our journey and although I’ve been doing my research on my own Dr. Irani was very thorough with reviewing all of our different options and next steps.
I normally go to the crystal lake location ! Ashley is always so helpful and so nice! You can tell she really cares about everyone that walks through the door!! This is one of the hardest processes to go through and it’s nice to have someone who is patient and willing to answer every question !!! I highly recommend them!!
This clinic is my first infertility clinic and the communication is horrible we did all the test they asked me and my husband to do and they never called us back for treatment….. I called them and the nurse told me well just call us back when you start your cycle so we can start treatment but I told her I have Irregular cycle and and all she had to say was….oh ok …..well let me ask the dr what she want to do and I’ll give u a call back….. till this day I’m still waiting for my call back.
I would highly recommend Dr. Catenacci & her staff at AFCC….. she has helped make our IVF journey calming and less stressful.
New Patient consultation went well. Dr Irani took his time to explain all we needed to know and he answered all our questions to our satisfaction.
I totaly regret we did 4 times IVF here which was not successful. They dont take care a patiant. Stuff does always some mistakes.
No value for patients , those people are completely business minded .. since we had so many doubts to ask but we no longer seen Dr.michele right after my histeroscopy test , they asked us pay copay amount 40$ took all my insurance details and than they said doctor is not available .. they asked us to come next visit and they never put conference with doctor..and the next visit also they charged co pay ,
I have to say our experience was above and beyond Dr Iraní and the staff treated me and my family like family I’ll definitely be back after our little guy gets a little bigger
Just had my consultation and very satisfied with my experience so far. Thanks again.
Dr. Mohamad Irani is a smart and kind person. Answered all our questions and gave us hope.
We had.a great experience with this clinic. They were honest with us and we had great results.
Dr. C is super nice and caring. She really listens to you.
My experience with Dr. Michelle Catenacci has been good.
Id give it zero stars if I could. Unnecessary long wait times for anything, rude nurses, and terrible customer sservice
Greta personality felt very comfortable talking with her.
Very patient and understanding also Very gentle, over all Great Doctor
Great communication and availability to answer all my questions and concerns.
Good Doctor… I recommend it..
Dr. C is amazing.
