I waited a very long time and once seen by the Dr...he ordered tests and out the door. Ive never been contacted by anyone to discuss follow up procedures and yes I did call and leave message but no return call from Dr. So Im going to a different clinic for treatment/diagnosis.

Dr.Jeevan and Ms.Kayla was very informative and very professional. Dr.Jeevan provided me with step by step information with my upcoming appointment and guided me with his professional knowledge to get the results i want. I am a patient now at Southeast Community Health System and you should be as well .

I am a new patient with Miss. Woods and her level of concern for her patients is above and beyond. The front office is always friendly and courteous. The young ladies that do your intake are very pleasant to talk with.

If you need a honest, direct, compassionate dentist go see Dr Jeevan!! This place is AWESOME.

Dr. Yenugati is an amazing dentist, doctor, and caring individual. He is compassionate and really cares about his patients. He is highly educated and knows his stuff- he could be making bank working in the private sector, but his ethics and moral compass drives him to serve. How fortunate I am to have met him.

NP Ms.Kizzy Woods is an excelent praticiones..Very caring and concerned for her patients!She always is very professional and with a significant background and Kneledge. Dr. Yenuganti is very educated. He explained and answered all of my questions in a way I could understand on how to move forward regarding my dental care. He’s definitely passionate and makes a difference in peoples lives everyday. Thank you Dr. Yenuganti!!!!

If I could give 0 stars that’s what I would give. Seen this doctor ( Kizzy Woods) twice within 2 weeks, I had to go to North Oaks walk-in clinic to be treated for an Ear infection, that I indeed mentioned to her about and she done nothing! Horrible service, no patient confidentiality.

My husband saw NP, Kizzy Woods she is phenomenal, my 22yr old sees her as well. She is very thorough and very knowledgeable. You can tell that she is truly passionate about what she does. She is very caring , professional and always a pleasure to see.She super exceeds the meaning of a great caregiver , provider and more she’s definitely a great asset to Southeast Community Health

The Albany location is exhausting. The P.A. IS GREAT but the rest of the staff seem under qualified to do their jobs. I was scheduled an appointment on Memorial Day and clearly they were not open. No one reached out to reschedule because that would be actual work. I tried to call Friday and they were closed as well. I got multiple confirmations regarding this appointment. The nurses are not capable of performing certain test and the receptionist is rude ALL THE TIME. I should get a job there and get paid considering all the times I have had to call and bug them to do their job. I will be finding a different Dr. office that has competent people. Im not the only one that had an appointment today either....multiple people have called the answering service inquiring as to what is going on. Please avoid this office. You get nothing but a headache and grief.

Dentist was very professional along with his staff. The level of care was impeccable. I would recommend anyone to this Dentist. He removed a chipped tooth that I had on a root canal.

The receptionist has a disgusting attitude and should not be working with people! I just tried to ask some questions and she was extremely rude and not helpful at all. It doesnt take much to be nice over the phone. You never know what people are going through especially when they are calling about mental health medical services. Thank you for nothing. If I could give ZERO stars I would.

They only have NPs here no doctors! The student was amazing and I thank her so much. But I will be taking my services elsewhere!! Twice its been a problem with getting prescriptions sent to be filled and one time I went and they had 5 mins before they closed when I got out my appointment and I was told to come back in 2 weeks and when I went to front desk to make the appointment before I left, I was told they already shut computers off to call in the morning! And I will also say, prejudice runs high there clearly!!

Awful clinic. Came in once for an annual wellness exam and then came in for my first pap smear. It took three weeks for someone to follow up with me. Before I left, the doctor said I should get a call in a few days..... I had called three times, including today and each time a woman answers and says Ill leave a message for the nurse. I politely told them its been three weeks, I want an answer. They offered no apologies or an explanation. After that I decided to call the clinic under the same system in independence. They told me it takes a week for results to come back so I then told them my situation. They spoke with the other clinic on my behalf and then said what everyone said a nurse will call you. This time a nurse did call me from the Hammond clinic. I missed the call. I called the receptionist who brushed me off an hour earlier and I was suddenly patched through to the nurse who gave me my results. I dont even consider them trustworthy anymore so who knows if I have cervical cancer. So if you want your tests results, talk to another clinic who will bug them to get back to you. I wont be back. Now I know why people hate the doctors office.

I actually liked going here..they didnt take long to call me back. the nurses and receptionist were really sweet.. the doctor actually wanted to know how i was feeling and actually cared!!!! If you dont want to go anywhere dont go to NorthOaks hospital they are the horrible ones..im actually making an appointment to have another visit...

Find yourself a better PCP! This place is the worst and the receptionists are even worse. I been waiting over a week for a prescription and to make things worse, when they get tired of you calling to ask questions or for your own blood work results, they will put you on hold and NEVER come back to the phone. I’ve always had to call to find out the results of my blood work, always. This place is the worst.

Do not waste your time here. From the front desk to the people who work with the dentist and the dentist himself. Ive never had a business lie to me like this place. They do not deserve to be open for business. Im sorry I ever stepped foot in this place!!! It will never happen again.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! The nurses dont do nothing but sit on their asses talking we their friends and family that comes up there!! My appointment was for 9am and was still waiting at 11am! Horrible! Looking for a new dentist NOW!!!!

Very professional and helpful first time experience. Not a long wait time and transportation for anyone who needs it. Everyone helpful and friendly.

They dont even get one star....just dont go. There are other dentists that are far better. They dropped the ball on me twice in one month and they dont get a third. Seriously DONT go here.

Dr westerfield is useless, Dr Naan is useless, Kenya is completely useless if you want to waste your time with reschedules, not getting appointments that were promised i.e. a therapist telling you they will see you once a week and after two weeks tell you they will call, westerfield likes to take random vacations and the office has no way of refilling peracriptions for mental health which means if you take a very serous medication to stabilize you and westerfield is gone well tough luck they will tell you sorry but they honestly dont care, if you see this and you visit this place for your medical needs please go elsewhere before you become not their problem.

Awful place for mental health dr westingfield a psychologist doesnt or isnt allowed to give benzos only wants to give wierd meds and the dr was just soooo rude do not come here
