I was a walk-in & just a little over an hour before closing. I was told I may not be seen that night & was scheduled for an appointment early the next morning. I chose to wait & see if I would be able to be seen as my symptoms were unbearable & I really didn’t want to go to the hospital urgent care. Then 15-20 min later they called me back & I was able to see the Dr & out of there in minutes w/antibiotics ordered!!Thank goodness!!
The place was very clean and staff had great attitudes; lots of smiling faces. They also had a nice availability of appointments I was able to get a morning appt same day.
I highly recommend this place. I was able to add all my information the night before through the website. That saved time and paperwork, I was also able to save a time slot that worked for me. It was clean and had coffee and water available . It was a very fast in and out service. The medical assistant and Doctor were both really nice.
The provider was outstanding! They listened to my concerns. made me feel safe! Explained my situation and care. Told me what to expect and the treatment. made sure I understood everything and was felt cared for! Best yet…i made the appointment online so there was zero wait time!
Went in on Sunday evening - could not get appt - but Michelle cleaned and dressed my wound and made appt. for me first thing Monday morning. Michelle was terrific - you had better make sure to keep her!!
This urgent care was amazing. The nurse practitioner was fantastic. She was compassionate, knowledgeable, great instructions moving forward.
Dr. Siegel excitedly condescended to me, talked over me, and upon manically diagnosing me with something that had serious implications, fled the room without answering any questions. I almost passed out when I received the news and he seemed grossed out and inconvenienced when I asked to lie down.Truly, comically bad bedside manner. He reminds me of that one elementary school teacher who obviously hates kids. Why even pursue this profession? His diagnosis was wrong, to boot. Took me 4 hours waiting at the ER for a competent doctor to tell me so.
I had a visit at this facility last week as well. The ladies on staff were pleasant and efficient. However, I found that Dr. Siegel was abrupt and impatient. He asked me if I wanted to take the drug Paxlovid for Covid and I hesitated because I knew little about it. My hesitation irritated him. Hell finally just gave me the prescription and said I could discuss it with the pharmacist. Ill check to see who is on duty before I go there again.September 5, 2024 NEW REVIEWI returned to the clinic with an urgent and painful condition. I didnt check to see who the physician on duty was. It was, in fact, Dr. Siegel. Im happy to say he was pleasant, friendly, and quickly diagnosed my problem. :)
The staff! They are great! Everyone Has been so kind and supportive every time me or a member of my family have to visit. Big thanks to the doctors, nurses, and staff at this location. They have helped my family through, ear infections, strep, sinus infections, eye pain... its wonderful to be cared for by the team at LGH in clackamas.
Very friendly staff. I made an appointment online and showed up early expecting to wait a while. I checked in and was given a room immediately. The nurse was competent and attentive. The tests were completed on site very quickly. The doctor came in shortly after the test results were ready. We discussed diagnosis and treatment, meds were ordered. An amazing experience in 30 minutes or less.
Went earlier this week. Spent 200$ just for them to tell me they dont know what I have and send me on my way. Still sick and miserable 4 days later, but they want me to spend another 200$ to come in and be seen for the SAME problem that they didnt address at the first visit. PA would rather assume everything is viral and prescribe me an inhaler for no reason at all (he even said my lungs sounded fine) instead of consider that it could be bacterial. Well, I tried trusting that judgment and look where it got me. Never trusting this place again, never going here again. Only gave 2 stars instead of one because the rest of the staff were nice.
I had to go in yesterday to get a bunch of ROIs, let me tell you that I had two employees (I already forgot their names) truly show up and pull through for me to get this done. They were patient, kind, determined to collect everything, they began to have other people come in and even then they were able to help all them while they were still helping me. I choose this urgent care because I’ve had nothing but good experiences with them.*once I get the two employees names I’ll update my review so they can get a proper shout out because again they didn’t have to help me at all.
I honestly wish Alexis Smithers was my primary care doctor. I made an appointment with go health, for a dental infection that had come on very suddenly in a broken tooth.I could not get into see a dentist, and was honestly embarrassed to go to an ER with tooth pain.Alexis was so kind, and didnt make me feel like crap for neglecting myself - again and again. Her demeanor made me feel better immediately, and while I still have severe anxiety about going to a dentist, I am going to see it through now, because of Alexiss genuine concern. After getting off the phone, I burst into tears - Not because of the pain, but because this lady made me feel cared about. I wish I could call her whenever I needed help.Thank you, Alexis Smithers and Go health. I cannot even convey my appreciation to you.
Staff was courteous and managed a full waiting room with efficiency and calm. I was seen very close to my online appointment time and both the MA and the PA spent time answering my questions in depth.
Everything went smoothly and efficiently. My care provider followed up in 3 ways that he promised. I was amazed. And I am much better already. Thank you to Go-Health in Happy Valley.
I have had previous good experiences here and an easy time getting seen. This review is for a visit on Super Bowl Sunday, my daughter was misdiagnosed and now we have been still continuously dealing with a MRSA infection. If the doctor had taken a few minutes to be thorough and take a swab we would have caught it earlier. Trust your gut!
Legacy Go-Health provides amazing service. Kind, and knowledgeable staff, appointments available day of, and fantastic for if you are in need of a refill on short notice.
Everyone was kind, efficient and great at answering my questions. However, they didnt write in the notes the dosage they wanted me to take for meds (they were over the counter and I was to take more than the bottle recommendations) and I had a hard time getting ahold of them after my visit to clarify.Overall great service. My preferred urgent care to go to.
Office was clean and I only waited five minutes. The doctor was arrogant. I’m probably 20 years older than him. He told me to take advil and I told him I can’t. He assured me I could. It had the same adverse affect it did 5 years ago.
Went here for a tick bite. Dr. David Siegel was the one who attempted to remove the tick head from my skin. He showed visible frustration while making the attempt which doesn’t make you feel great coming from the man sticking a needle in you. I am still unsure if he was completely successful. When he was done he gave me a packet of gel and a bandaid and left the room leaving me to figure out what it was he gave me and do it myself. Thankfully the nurse who was very nice helped me out. Every time the doctor left the room he left the door wide open for anyone walking by to look in and see my fat hairy belly. When he was done with me I could hear him raise his voice to the rest of the staff in frustration about patients who were not 20ft away from him. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had in a medical facility. Dr. Siegel left me with zero confidence.
The provider and staff was excellent I am very grateful for the care I received during my medical emergency. I recommend being seen by provider David G he is the best I trust his medical opinion and would recommend my family and friends to be seen by this provider .
The staff is super rude. The “customer service” lady at the front, name starts with and E, is soooooo rude and unfriendly. Very passive aggressive and never smiled, super unpleasant. Huffing and puffing. As someone who use to hire front desk employees, this is unacceptable and soooo unprofessional. The nurse and doctor were both short with me and my son and very unfriendly. Sooooo insane! Never coming back here. Second terrible experience here.Photo: even they’re signage is passive aggressive! Like with!
Friendly reception and a professional doctor answered all my questions. Felt confident that at the end of the visit that I had been diagnosed properly. The only negative is the time you have to spend waiting to get in. I was surprised to hear you can reserve a visit time if you call ahead. Doing that would definitely reduce the wait.
Very friendly staff and seen quick. They had me stitched up. Would definitely go back if I ever need to go to urgent care again.
Great location with a clean, beautiful facility. Everyone on the staff from the receptionist to the physician were all welcoming and professional, as if I had been coming in for years when this was my first experience.
Horrible service. Greeter, Olga, did everything she could to make us feel not welcomed. I had to ask to get signed in after she was telling us they closed in 2 hours and couldn’t get us in. She was extremely rude. The room aide was also cold and abrasive. Kyle, the PA, was good enough. Will never return to a go health and especially this location in the future.
We had a great experience with Go Health. My daughter was sick and they were able to see her and get us in and out under an hour.
Being able to make a same day appointment and the best thing was I was in and out quickest urgent care appointment I have ever had and the staff was knowledgeable and very efficient
I was seen right away and tended to quite well. They prescribed an antibiotic and will follow up with a referal to specialist. I recommend this urgent care.
Last weeks, visit to Legacy GoHealth in Happy Valley was successful. The people were friendly and helpful.
Literally useless. Called early, no human interaction, machine said walk-ins were available. Took my father to urgent care, just to go in and be rudely turned away “oh we’re scheduled for the whole evening, you need to go to the ER”. No accommodation, no directions, no nothing. Don’t go here.
The environment was clean and well kept, the employees were kind, and my visit went smoothly. And I liked how there was a chalkboard to welcome first time customers. I had an appointment time set for the morning and came early, and they got me in right away with next to no wait.
Ease of making an appointment, professionalism and that all my information will be available to my regular Dr because its the same system! I have always received great care at this facility 😃
There was no wait and everyone was very nice and helpful. Id been desperately driving around with a raging fever during the aftermath of the ice storm looking for an open urgent care. I was scared about how sick I was feeling and if I would be able to be seen by anyone (urgent care in Milwaukie was closed, couldnt even get a phone call through to my Drs office). They were very respectful about cleanliness and using protective equipment based on my symptoms- I ended up testing positive for the flu. They took great care of me!
Receptionist was nice, didnt have any problems with her. Medical service is what you would expect from an urgent care. Extra point for being open later than other UCs in the area.
Very rude front desk, the woman wanted to treat us like we were fast food items. It says walk ins are welcome but we were treated very rudely and unwelcoming. I changed my mind about being seen there based on the way the front desk was treating and speaking to me. I said I had several issues I needed help with but the front desk was very rude about it and said they will only see me for one thing. I also had my son with me who needed to be seen but she was speaking so rude I just left. If I want to be treated like a fast food item I will go there.
I went to urgent Care and they told me the provider had to go on lunch.. What type of urgent care makes you wait so people can have a lunch break...
Your staff was exceptionally personable and helpful. Hard to find that in todays world. PA David was thorough and informative. The admitting nurse was also caring and sympathetic. Both gave me great advice on handling flu and self care.Thank you !!!
The front desk girl is super rude. She keeps interrupting me, and when she does allow me to speak she is clearly not listening. I’m here because I am ill and traveling. I’m well aware my insurance isn’t accepted. You don’t have to berate me about it.The actual medical assistant who helped me was very nice though!
Great! I was dealt with in a timely manner, the service was excellent and I got just what I needed. I am feeling better!
There was no wait, I was in and out of there in under 20 minutes. Best service Ive ever had at a medical clinic.
Doctor was straight forward about the equipment they had access to and sent me to the ER thank you
I woke up with extreme ear pain while stuck out of town during the ice storm. I was able to get in here as a walk-in. Didnt even get to sit down before I was called back. They went above and beyond for me too! Highly recommend this location. If I didnt live so far away I would make it my first choice.Only issue I had was with my prescription, I think that was because I had it sent to Walgreens when my normal pharmacy is at fred myers. Walgreens couldnt find it so I went back to gohealth as it was in the same parking lot and got a hard copy. From start to finish took an hour and a halfThank you go health staff for being fast and efficient!
Rude care staff. The front desk staff had no customer service skills, takes no responsibility for her attitude.
Lionel was great! He was able to to come up with a safe plan around my concerns to get me treated properly.Side note: it is a bit of a wait, however, it wasnt too bad. Also, I do believe it is a hippa violation and embarrassing to be asked what brings us in loudly infront of other patients. Many hospitals do this and I believe this should change. Maybe ask the patient to write it down? Or asking: if you are comfortable, what brings you in?🤷♀️ side note to my side note.... I do not have a STD lmao 😂 🤣 I know how that sounds.
Over, and over, and over, I have the best care with GoHealth. I would give anything to find primary care half this good!
Excellent treatment! Urgent Care clinics help with one health issue at a time, so if you have realistic expectations this is a great option. Our wait time was brief, and all the care givers were friendly, helpful and thorough.
Friendly, professional staff. I was seen and out of the care center in 30 minutes.
I visited this urgent care last week, and was seen by David Siegel MD. Before meeting with Dr. Siegel, Id been lucky enough to never have a negative or scary experience with a doctor before. Unfortunately, that has now changed.I came in with a cyst that hadnt responded to a previous treatment, and told the nurse taking down my information that Id like to explore treatment options going forward. So I was surprised when Dr Siegel came in with a tray that held a scalpel and other tools youd expect for a minor surgery. He didnt explain what he was doing, or ask what I wanted, he only told me to lie back. I asked if he was going to cut out the pocket from the cyst, since that was what a previous doctor discussed with me - and in response he said something like that and did not elaborate further. Im a quiet sort of person, and it all happened so quickly, and I unfortunately did not press him for more explanation. Looking back, it alarms me that this doctor was comfortable cutting into my body without taking just a few moments to explain what he was going to do, and why.In a way, I feel very lucky that when he first looked at it, numbing gel and scalpel in hand, he decided that he thought it was an infected follicle, and not a cyst - and that it didnt need to be cut.I felt confused - I didnt really know in what ways the two differed and wanted more information. I tried to ask a question about the pus that had been draining from it. But instead of answering, he said Do you want me to cut it? in a tone of voice that immediately started up my fight or flight. I told him no, I just wanted more information since the doctor Id previously seen said it was a cyst. In response, all he said was Okay in the same tone of voice, and left the room without saying another word to me.Im very concerned about this doctors conduct, and worried for other patients that may cross his path. According to his linkedin, he was an ER doctor for years and only started working in urgent care about 8 months ago. I worry hes not had the right training for this change in workplace. Please be wary.
I secured an appointment within hours of my initial phone call. I was treated quickly, & more comprehensively than I originally thought was required.I was prescribed antibiotics for my illness & the labs came in quickly within hours & the following day letting me know I had been prescribed the correct meds. My primary Dr. couldnt treat me at the Legacy Group as needed.
I cried afterward, Dr. Lionel P Marx wouldn’t let me speak and express my concern and he proceeded to say “I’ve been doing this a long time and that’s clearly _”
Tried to go there, they wouldnt schedule anything less than two hours ahead. Not very urgent if you ask me. On top of that they wont take anymore without insurance, unless they pay 195$ up front. That does people no good since most uninsured people are between jobs. A giant waste of my time. Good thing I dont have a serious issue.
Dr. Siegel barely spoke to me for a minute. He kept interrupting me to repeat the same thing, didnt ask about my symptoms, rattled off a bunch of medical jargon I didnt understand, and offered me no treatment plan or really anything of value.
Don’t come here, one of the worst urgent care experiences i’ve had thus far!!! came in as walk-in, the receptionist doesn’t smile or greet me. i actually waved at her and said hi first because all she did was stare at me. she said they usually take appointments then told me the next appointment available will be open later in the day (aka i would have to wait for another 1.5 hrs) or i can just wait until a spot was open. i opted as a walk-in because i didn’t mind having to wait since i was already there, but she made it seem as if i HAD to make an appointment. mind you, it was slow and there was absolutely no one waiting in the lobby. there’s literally a sign on top of the entrance outside that said “walk-ins welcome.” right as i checked in, a physician was available to see me immediately. that’s odd, because the receptionist acted as if they were super busy and i needed to make an appointment to see them. front desk definitely needs more training.i see David (MD) and with a brief and terrible interaction i’ve had with him, he was extremely impatient and unhelpful. he repeatedly cuts me off and didn’t hear about what i had to explain about my symptoms. he comes off extremely condescending, totally just brushes me off every time when i try to ask or speak. he prescribed me the wrong antibiotics for something i didn’t even have, because he didn’t care to listen in the first place and just assumed what i had, based off of my previous records from coming in during different occasions throughout last year. he also tested me for something i’ve never consent to. i actually felt worse leaving the urgent care than feeling better, and ended up going to another clinic right after for a second opinion and they actually tested me correctly, and found out exactly what was going on with my body to which proved David wrong.david i’m not sure why you’re in practice. but as a person in your position, you don’t treat your patients like that. your position is to listen and provide a safe space by showing empathy to people that need help and want to feel better. people are already vulnerable and having to deal with unkind and uncaring people such as yourself makes me feel for anyone that has ever had to deal with you and your awful attitude. do better.
In general I wasn’t completely impressed. Every time they told us you’ll be seen in a few minutes, it took at least 20 minutes of waiting. What was meant to be a 15 minute appointment ended up being an hour. The medical staff were not very professional, they were discussing in their work area (which is in the center of exam rooms, and can see/hear what’s going on from the lobby) how they wanted to leave and didn’t want to keep treating patients. They were on the phone with someone complaining about how the lady who sent people over for x-rays should be fired. At one point one of the staff members said “If someone comes in for blood work right now I’ll kick them out, because I don’t feel like doing it at this time.” Overall care wasn’t great either. The x-ray tech seemed a bit clueless on how to take an ankle x-ray. Looking at notes and never put on any led while taking the images. When taking vitals the medical assistant made me walk back across the hall with an ankle issues on crutches, and had me balance on one foot to get the weight. The vital signs that were taken were not accurate on what was shown on the visit summary. I’ve personally had better care going to a Kaiser Urgent care, wasn’t too impressed with the care here. Exam rooms also need more privacy because in the waiting room you can hear the staff talking to the patient. The check-in lady was very friendly though.
Wasn’t crazy about the receptionist who spoke very quickly which made it difficult to understand what she was saying especially because of her mask. Also, my appointment was changed by thirty minutes without notifying me. By the time I was called I was the last in a long line of patients. I was fairly crabby when my turn came but Lionel was excellent! He made up for my first bad impression.
Wish I had taken the specific reviews about the PA more seriously. He was dismissive, overconfident, and absolutely talked down to my family (wearing kn95s) about the importance of always masking. We went in for a PCR test and were very uncomfortable with him pressuring us to sign up for mychart just to get the result they could and will call us to share. Absolutely will not be back and cannot say that this is a safe place to be treated.
The Nurse practitioner that saw me was fantastic!! She gets 5 ⭐️ . On the other hand the 2 girls that checked me in were kind of rude to both me and the woman they were checking in when I got there. I understand it’s hard to fill the workplace with all good apples. I’m not one to leave reviews. But I thought it was worth sharing
I was in a lot of pain when I went in. The staff were great . I was seen pretty quick. They were Very professional and answered my question , even ones not related to my reason being there. In a bad situation, its was a great experience. I was even given option to my an appointment because office I usually go to couldnt get me in quick enough. Overall great experience .
Don’t go. Nurses are trained to get you out of there as soon as possible. Wouldn’t listen to what was fully going on with my situation, and had horrible bedside manner.I was treated the same way. A lot of Black people are stereotypically treated when seeking medical help. Their problems are minimized like they don’t exist. Never going back to this or any other legacy care facility in my life. I’d rather walk to Rwandan clinic for a gunshot wound over letting Legacy treat me for a papercut. Never again. I’m literally going to go back to the VA. At least my word is valued there and I’ve been treated better.
Poor atmosphere and attitudes. More interested in blasting loud music than serving patients. Never will waste my time and energy going there again.
Used to always have a good experience here in the past. Now they dont want to see you and just send you out the door because, we close in a half hour. Guess they dont really take walkins, like it says they do, and dont stay open as long as they say they do.
I had a very good experience. I appreciated how I was treated with respect and in a manor that spared my dignity. The whole experience was pleasant from reception, nurse, as well as the doctor. I feel that the staff listened and understood my issues. The follow up care was explained to me in a way that was thorough and easy to understand. I thank all that I came into contact with and have already recommended you to others.Thank you again.Jesse Gambrel.
Here on vacation and was recommended this location by my insurance. I was there before my appointment time and the staff was very friendly and took me 30 minutes early. Met with the PA who listed to my concerns and symptoms, got a game plan together for treatment and answered all questions I had. Thank you.
I just had a great experience with PA Lionel. He was to the point, really helpful, took some extra time to get me up and running on the mychart app. It was clean and the support staff were also efficient and kind. Really appreciate service like this and will be using this location for my urgent care needs from now on. :)
I was seeking medical attention for my 16 yr old daughter on 7/11/2022 at 7:00pm.Upon entering the facility, the large heavy set Hispanic/Latina woman sitting at the front desk, entirely unprovoked, snapped her fingers at me, aggressively gestured for me to move to the front.I went ahead and did so.She harshly stated she wanted to see an insurance card and an adult ID.I was quietly angry at this point and slipped them through the plexi glass. She nonchalantly rolled her eyes & stated they didn’t accept my type of insurance.I wasn’t offered any options;nor was I asking her to pay for the visit, or for her donation/contribution to the cost of the visit. I could have easily payed out of pocket or been billed. It was quite evident I was an absolute inconvenience to her and after enduring her unprofessional demeanor and repulsive behavior, I asked for my cards back. She then had the audacity to throw them at me.This manner in behavior is offensive and dreadful. Individuals like her should not be employed in the medical field if they carelessly display this type of practice. This kind of conduct says a lot about this facility. Therefore, my family did some research and I went to a much more reputable facility, where we received exceptional care.
I took my daughter here because she was bit by a dog on the face. The doctor who helped her was really great. Seemed like a very genuine, caring doctor. The rest of the staff however was quite rude, especially the front desk women. She was rude on several occasions and her whole demeanor towards us was like we were bothering her. They told us we could not wait in the waiting area. 2 different people came to tell us to leave. Even though there were other people waiting in the lobby. They were not told to leave. I was locked out of my car at that moment and we had no where to wait. My daughter had just been bit by a dog and was bleeding, and we had to go walk around a shopping center for a couple hours because they wouldn’t let us wait. Finally I went inside and told them sorry we are waiting inside. It was like 90 degrees out and my daughter was already injured and not trying to walk in the heat. When I first got there the front desk lady said we couldn’t be seen until 7 pm. It was around 4 at the time we got there. I told them never mind I’d go elsewhere when another lady came and said she’d get us in earlier in about an hour. Before we left I saw on the window that they close at 7. They were going to make us wait with my daughter hurt, bleeding and then not even be able to help her, and prevent us from going somewhere that actually would help us for hours. That front desk woman has no business working in this kind of industry. Then, she didn’t complete our registration like she was supposed to and someone had to tell her to do it. Then she starts yelling across the lobby asking me out birthdates and what not. Then she says with a rude attitude “do you maybe want to come up here to do this so I don’t have to yell to you” as if it was my job to decide when I call the patient to the counter. It was unbelievable. What kind of medical clinic yells to patients across the waiting room to fill out their paperwork ?! That fact that she acted like I was the one who was an idiot is baffling. Whatever, she was not nice even the slightest bit the entire time. Showed no compassion, didn’t even try to fake it. I don’t know how anyone could hire her for that position. Beyond me. The doctor however was really great. He was good with my 4 year old daughter and got us out of there quickly.
This place sucks, always low staffed, takes a long time and says the same thing every time!! Everytime I come here there is a whole new working team I mean what kind of business is this? Front desk is rude, not a place that I feel genuinely cares for patients but cares for the money.
Everyone was great. Better than expected. The nurse that met me out at my truck was sweet, personable and funny. The Physician in training was the same. Easy to talk to, didnt rush and had excellent bedside skills. The supervising Dr., well he was cute- what can I say🤷🏻♀️Heck, I even got a have a great day from the lady at the front desk, on my way out. Other than feeling like I were a half dead zombie, it was a great experience.
My kid came here in Nov. Nurse was nice. Doctor David was helpful but rude. He asked why my daughter is so fussy. She got RSV, ear infection with fever and scared of strangers, that’s why doc. I didn’t have energy to deal with his comment at the time. Then another unpleasant experience today when I was told by both Legacy billing department and my insurance Moda that I have to work with other party on why my copay is double. After hours of calling Moda, talking to 3 people and calling Legacy, talking to 2 people, I gave up. I will pay the extra $30 bill and won’t be back here since they only charge insurance with code “office visit” even it was an urgent care visit and not gonna do anything about it.
Im not sure if this place is scamming or just full of rude people who dont want to do their jobs. What kind of coincidence is it that I ask while making my appointment if they accept cash if not my insurance type... I prefilled everything out in the link they send you which also confirms/validates your insurance to show up to my actual appointment time and have them tell me I needed to pay cash if I wanted to be seen even though I know for a fact my insurance went threw in their system. Seems kind of fishy to me.The girl upfront really shouldnt assume when checking people in either it was fine but her bedsideanner is definitely lacking and if what I think is true then that fits for this establishment.
Very thorough appt with Nina, PA, who listened to my history and explained her process. Courtney was also an excellent phlebotomist! Nice that GOHealth is on Epic - saved a lot of time as they could view my records from other providers.
I did get in quickly, but the quality of care is minimal. The doctor only half listened to me, rushed thru appointment, prescription sent to wrong pharmacy and in the end I had to to another medical practice to finish the treatment I did not get at clinic. they are worried about their time and not my treatment, time or cost.
This is the infection they sent me to hospital because of my reaction to some antibiotics and the ER doctor at the hospital was the one that got me going on meds glad I was told to go there .
Receptionist is very very rude. I took my client in today and this woman was nothing but rude. She rolled her eyes, walked away shaking her head, and has an attitude the entire time she was checking us in. I understand health care is hard, people don’t always bring everything and people just have bad days sometimes, but like you can’t treat people like that.
Friendly staff, clear and communicative, empathetic to my needs. They seem to be a little busy lately so try to call ahead for an appointment if possible, but my appointment started exactly on time.
So I went here about 3 or 4 months ago, I had the flu. Just a warning to other people that come in with the flu. If they prescribe tamiflu, that stuff is very very very hard to find. I had to go to 30 different pharmacies before I finally found some. With that said I was prescribed tamiflu. After I finished taking all the medicine I went on vacation, only I was still sick. I ended up having to see another doctor when I was on vacation in Arizona. They prescribed me antibiotics, cough medicine, and an inhaler cause I couldn’t quit wheezing. After I finished taking it all I was finally better. Anyway won’t be coming back here, thanks.
Fast and efficient, without cutting out hospitality. The staff are all professional, yet friendly. Clean rooms, easy to check in, and inviting atmosphere. Definitely my new go-to urgent care!
PA Lionel basically gave me the brush off. I get chronic sinus infections. I have been getting them fairly regularly for twenty years or so now. I know the difference between a cold virus and a sinus *infection* thats bacterial. He basically acted like I didnt know what I was talking about and sent me packing with a preaciption for Augmentin in a very, just to shut me up kind of way. I have never felt so dismissed and disregarded in my whole adult life. I dont just go in for antibiotics for a cold. I actually know how they work. He wouldnt even give me a chance to explain how it has affected my eyes and other parts of my body too and now I have to make an appointment to see my PCP and that could take weeks. The last time I had a sibus infection, it lasted about ten weeks before I had finally had enough and went to the doc, so, not my first rodeo there cowboy. I was now about to let that happen again, so its only been a week and a half this time.
I have only had excellent experiences with the doctors and nurses here. I feel safe, I feel heard and I feel taken care of. I got some stitches for the first time and I was so nervous and anxious. But they put them in easily and I barely noticed.I am so grateful for the people here at the clinic. Thank you so much!!!
Everyone was awesome, knowledgeable, kind and patient and I didnt have to wait long! They answered all my questions with no judgement about how silly the question seemed. I needed a PCR test and had a couple health issues that were unrelated. Nothing major but still of concern to me. My PCR was positive but i was given all the info needed to take the next steps and was reassured. I was told to feel free to call with any questions...I had no doubt they were sincere. Definitely my go-to urgent care. I sure wish I remembered their names..
I had a virtual visit at the Legacy-GoHealth in Happy Valley. I liked the staff very much and I didnt feel rushed during the visit. I also liked that the provider was able to send in a prescription for my symptoms. I didnt feel well and was coughing so a virtual visit was best for me.
Went to Legacy Johnson Creek roughly two months ago after waking up one morning with zero mobility and excruciating shoulder pain. There was no prior fall, injury, etc. to explain this. I was ever so briefly seen by the PA on duty and was diagnosed with shoulder impingement... I left with a prescription for muscle relaxers, a referral to PT and I was fitted for a sling that could have been used to hoist a Volkswagon Beetle. At no time was an Xray taken so this was a best guess situation. Fast forward to two months later, days and nights of excruciating and debilitating shoulder, arm, hand pain and I was finally able to get in to an Orthopedist after a visit with my PCP. After a quick Xray, it was ever so clear, even to the untrained eye, that there was a grape sized calcium deposit on my tendon which had caused calcific tendonitis and consequently, frozen shoulder. An extremely painful condition which necessitates multiple stretching exercises, movement, copious amounts of anti inflammatories and a corticosteroid injection for relief and treatment. Upon the FORMAL DIAGNOSIS, I was given the injection and within days life has returned to normal. I spent over two months enduring an injury that could have been so easily diagnosed had they just done their job.... taken an Xray!!! Worse, immobilizing in a sling would have been the worst treatment possible, as frozen shoulder requires stretching and movement! Luckily because of the ridiculous Paul Bunyon sling I was fitted for which did not make it into my car because of how huge it was, I never did immobilize my arm. Ive since received my $50 co pay invoice for an inept, incomplete and sorely lacking diagnosis and... a $78 dollar invoice for a sling that made it from the front door of the facility to the door of my car. What a complete joke!!!! Fortunately, the company that provided the sling is going to credit me back for the sling, as they too, realize the error made here. Bottom line, save yourself the time, suffering and money... forego the Urgent Lack of Care trip, its just an unnecessary and costly stepping stone until you can get real care.
We were having problems getting our flu shot, everywhere was weeks to a month away. Walgreens & Walmart had a issue with our BCBS insurance. I made a same day appointment with Legacy-GoHealth & told my wife who had issue with Walgreens. She beat me to my appointment as a walk in & we both received our flu shots quick & professionally. Great staff of people & will be my go to now!! Thanks so much.😷
Could not be more satisfied with my experience here! Kind, caring staff, who are very thorough in updating your health history in addition to taking down the details of your current illness, which is why I was there. Sicker than I had been in over a decade with strep, the PA I saw got me diagnosed, and on an appropriate medication for me, given my penicillin allergy, in a quick but not rushed amount of time. She very thoroughly explained the rationales for what medication she prescribed, and I left feeling well informed and taken care of. I hope Im not sick again anytime soon, but I know where Id go, or recommend anyone else to go, if they were!
The staff was friendly and warm and the facility was super clean. Most urgent cares I have been to have been chaotic but this was a calm and comfortable experience even during covid. I was able to easily make an appointment online and they got me in and out. I would totally recommend this urgent care to family and friends.
I had a good experience albeit I had issues. Staff was friendly and punctual. The PA Mike was awesome and showed genuine interest in helping me through my skin issues. He was also concerned that I got meds at a reasonable price from pharmacy. Thanx again!
Worst urgent care I’ve ever been to. I had severe tooth pain and needed help, and was told it would be over a 2 hour wait. The receptionist got upset with me that I was on the phone crying trying to find another way to get help. Another woman who worked came out and told another man behind me he couldn’t be seen because of the wait time. The receptionist ignored him and waved somewhere else over so he was also cut in line. I ended up leaving and receiving better care at Colombia urgent care!
Rude doctor (lionel p marx)and check in staff, Not kid friendly at all! Save your time and go to another location. These people are miserable and when your sick you dont want to be around people that arent going to care for you properly. The medical assistant that checked vitals was the only nice thing about this place
Excellent staff, very responsive, professional, and caring. The PA that was on duty, Lionel Marx is superior. It was a helpful and positive experience for me. I highly recommend it.
SCAM CENTER!! Showed up because I have a sinus and ear infection after being sick. I belive the lady at the desk faked our health card not working. Making us pay with debit card. $160 just to be seen. When I went into the room. The nurse came in and was weirdly asking if I want a covid/flu/RSV test. I declined. 20 min later. Doctor comes in barely looks me over and says Im fine and I dont need any antibiotics. But asks if I want a test done. After I declined again. He said you guys are tight on cash. Huh? Then said yeah dont do the test then. SCAM.
The best Urgent Care I have ever experienced. Everyone there was very supportive and efficient. Dr. Gahtan went above and beyond to treat an injury for my wife. These people truly care and will look out for your best interest.
Convinient/easy booking, Little wait times, Fast visit. In and out in less than 30 min
When i got my bill, i was shocked by the cost of getting a small cyst on my finger drained. she took 2 minutes total to grab a syringe, take a Very small amount of fluid out and put a bandaid on it. cost me 371.00. medicare paid some but the gouging of me and medicare was disgusting. wont ever be back. wasnt the reason i was there, was just an afterthought i wish i never had.
David Gahtan needs diversity training & needs to learn how to talk to patients, as well as CARE about his patients. This man saw sister today, she thought she had strep. He did a strep & Covid test, both were negative. She was still concerned and said she was still in a lot of pain. He said well you definitely probably have an infection but let’s wait a week and have you probably come back. My question is, if someone even probably has any kind of infection WHY would you have them wait any amount of time!? I’m clearly not a doctor but I really feel like you should prescribe medication asap. He’s a terrible doctor and treats his patients terribly as well.
Clinic is clean & comfortable. Providers are kind, friendly, & quick. Ive visited this clinic three times & it has always been great!
Overall positive. Only complaint is an appointment time and then not seen by a provider for 45 minutes when they can be heard talking about other things in the office area.
In n out (first time w small insurance) , great employees, by appointment (on time) , not overcrowded , good experience overall.
I was thoroughly impressed with the care I received at this clinic. I do not typically have high hopes at urgent care clinics but I was pleasantly surprised and met with competent, lovely providers that considered my whole picture, not just one complaint. I felt heard and understood.
Had a great experience as Im very IV phobic. Dr Stapleton did an incredible job putting it in for me. In my 71 yrs of surgeries and procedures, Ive NEVER had it done virtually pain free!! The staff was also really nice and helpful.
I went here To be seen after an auto accident on 9-18-2019. I gave them all of the insurance information the doctor was pretty pleasant but the reason why I am giving it such a low score is because of the hardship I have had trying to get my bill taken care of. As you can see it is January 2020 and my bill has still not been taken care of my insurance has reached out to this company for months with no response. It is pretty unprofessional the way the situation is being handled, I just hope I don’t end up with a delinquent bill that goes to a bill collector. After hours of personally on hold trying to reach these people I decided to hang up. I have now tried 2 days in a row. Get it together
PA Daniel Brown is fantastic. He is calm and has excellent bedside manner. After working to rule out serious conditions, he patiently listened to, considered and addressed all my concerns. He very clearly outlined the possible diagnoses and was completely transparent about the fact that he was not 100% sure which it was, but provided instructions on what actions I could take to find out. I left feeling much more optimistic than when I entered, and that in and of itself means a lot. Thank you!
I went to this gohealth location this morning and was not given any help at all. The girl at the check in desk was very rude and asked me to leave because I was honest about a positive Covid home test. I told her I was having trouble breathing. I said I needed medical help she said “you need to go home and quarantine “ you always hear about health care workers not getting the respect they deserve, what about the patients? I’ll never darken their doorstep again. I had money and insurance and I still couldn’t get medical help.
I have been in excruciating pain for the last two days. I have an infection in my wisdom tooth and when I went to the dentist they gave me very strong pain killers and a “general” antibiotic that made me nauseous. I can’t even open my mouth- speaking and swallowing was so painful, how was I supposed to get enough food in my body to support those two medications?! On top of it, they said it could take anywhere from 3-5 days for the antibiotic to help the swelling go down. This is the most pain I’ve ever experienced.I came to urgent care at my whit’s end. The Physician, Micah, somehow made me laugh through my tears and after the shot of “superpowered tylenol” and shot of antibiotics, I literally felt well enough to go to the grocery store to buy probiotics. That was mind blowing. I am so grateful!!I don’t have a regular primary care doctor and really only see docs when something unexpected comes up. This is the best urgent care! I’ve been coming for years but this was an exceptional visit!
BILLING ISSUES !!! I was charged 3 times on my debit card and now they have said three times it wasnt posted to my account so they have requested to have it posted so they can refund my overpayment of over $300.00 now. I called 6-27-22 waited weeks still no refund, called back 7-11-22 now I was told to wait another 7 days. We sent an employee up there they have charged workers comp. Saif who paid, now sending two bills to the employee saying he owes. My daughter was billed she left no debit card number, Paid her bill and now they have created another account with a new billing number trying to bill her again for the same visit. If you have experienced Billing issues at Legacy-Go-Health Urgent Care off 82nd Ave and Johnson creek blvd please contact me. I am contacting Better Business Bureau and possibly start a Class Action Law Suite if they cannot get a handle on their Billing Process. I see in reviews others are having the same issue. This is unacceptable and clearly a huge issue that they do not take serious. I will check back to see if anyone else has had the same experience. Pluss I had horrible service with the Doctor I saw for a Sinus Infection, his advice was holistic options with eating ginger and garlic as well as Pho` Soup.
They were so incredibly nice. Nurse held my hand when I started crying from the pain. They were straight forward, efficient, and also caring and nonjudgemental through it all. The doctor helped me save money on my medication. One of the best experiences I’ve had at an urgent care and this is coming from someone who hates going to the doctor.
I had a really good experience. The staff was very courteous and kind. I had two broken feet and while I was waiting for my x-rays the nurse or P.A. wheeled me outside so I could have a cigarette and came back out and got me. The doctor was honest and straight forward and spoke to me like an equal and not like a child. I highly recommend Legacy Gohealth if you are looking for a doctor who is kind and respectful, and a staff of really kind indivuals.
The provider Misty was very thorough with her assessment and the staff members Laura and Melinda were very caring and great staff members to talk to. Overall, I had a great experience
Ya the other reviews about the front desk girl said it all she’s super rude and short, seems like she hates life and wants you to with her. Very unwelcoming won’t be coming back.
The fastest easiest urgent care Ive ever been to. There was basically no wait time, my prescription was sent over electronically so it was ready to pick up when I got there, which Saved me time & hassle. Every one was friendly, professional & helpful.
My husband and I have each visited this clinic one time, and the medical care was adequate. But the billing and customer service are among the worst I have dealt with. My insurance company attempted to help by contacting them for the missing information they need in order to pay the claim (billing codes, which shouldn’t be too difficult, right?), but they will not respond. Highly not recommended.
The triage lady Melinda was really short. Her attitude wasnt very friendly nor welcoming in my opinion. She verbally announced my personal med list out so loud I was embarrassed. Im sure the whole lobby heard it.
Change the name if you dont offer urgent care. My baby had a fever and vomited everywhere and I drove there to be told they only operate on appointment only. Why would anyone think a place called urgent care needed an appointment. Super frustrating. They recommended Brave Care and that worked out but it was still another 15 minutes away.Healthcare in America is awful.
Staff there where so kind and helpful to me. They took proper Covid-19 safety steps at all times. They also sanitized everything after every patent had come and gone. They had masks there and my visit was amazing. They where very informative and as I left they said good bye and stay safe out there. That was so nice.
I would give it 0 stars if I could. I showed up to my appointment just for them to tell me that theyre too full and they want to reschedule. Whats the point of making an appointment if theyre going to reject me because they decided to accept a walk in right before I was next in line? That fact that they turn me away still when I was clearly contiguous and in pain.
Poor customer service. I walked in and the receptionist was very rude. I didn’t have an appointment, just a question. There was noone standing at the front besides me. She didn’t say hello or anything. I actually said hello to her very friendly. She didn’t even say hi back. She just told me she was planning to check in a patient so please go sit down. I told her I just had a quick question about PCR testing. I will bot be going back there. Very terrible and rude receptionist.
AVOID. A year ago they charged me $240 for a Covid test (Nina O’Mailia is the provider) even though it’s COVERED by my insurance. Many, many calls over a year and it’s STILL not resolved. They improperly code so they can make more money off you.
Today I went in to Urgent Care, because I thought I had the end of a Q Tip stuck in my ear. I was really nervous and not to excited because I dont have insurance. Rosa at the front, and Dave (or Daniel?) were beyond great! Friendly and kind. When Dave/Daniel (sorry I forgot his name LOL) looked in my ear he said there was really nothing in there except some fluid from congestion. He then had Rosa cancel my appointment so they could uncharge me. Thank you so so so much! I wish I could buy you all coffee or something. That made such a big impact and has turned around my whole day. Thank you once again for your amazing team!
My procedure was painful. Heather, the most amazing nurse, held my hand and talked me thru with no shame felt on my part. The PA (Marx) was kind, professional, and they were really a great team. I’m so grateful I went there, instead of anywhere else today.
The entire experience was ideal. Now I need to find a Legacy physician for my regular care, and am looking forward to my relationship with the Legacy system.
I was seen very promptly to my appointment time the Nurse practioner who helped me was pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional.Doesnt get any better than that!
I had been to this clinic a year ago for an ear problem. They spent a lot of time making sure they thoroughly examined my ear. I was in a lot of pain going in. When I left within hours the pain had subsided. After treating with over the counter meds. The pain has not returned in a year.😀. My next experience was a very high blood pressure reading which was about 6 days ago. They took my blood pressure right away and put me in a room as soon as possible. They took it again and then the doctor came in and discussed Hypertension. He gave me CloNDINE to stableize my blood pressure. And let me chill out in the exam room. About 45 minutes later my bp was acceptable to the PA and I was released. I will return whenever I need immediate care. The staff is very professional and over all was a good experience. I truly believe the staff cares about whoever walks through their door. Jo F
Personable and attentive staff, excellent timely service, and great value. David and Josh were phenomenal at ensuring my needs were addressed and that I was seen quickly. Wish I could rate this location higher!
Prompt and attentive care! Great staff and practitioners
The doctor and staff were all very helpful and kind. I never felt rushed. I felt heard, calm, and appreciated. That doesnt happen very often these days. Thank you all!!!
I was seen back in February by a PA, Kimberly. She was the worst and I wont ever go back to the urgent care with GoHealth. The people are rude! The PA was sent a medical record request and she didnt even complete it accurately! Way to go! Dont bother with these people here at the Johnson Creek location! Not worth it! Worst experience and my follow up doctors and attorney laughed at what notes she did write. She didnt even support their findings or the bill I received months later!
Disappointed!!! Misdiagnosed my 15 months son ear infection. I was told his ears are clean, to use mineral oil to get the wax out but my son woke up with an Ozzie ear in pain. I’m very much disappointed!!!
I got a spot in line online and showed up at my alloted time. Within 35 minutes, I left with a splint, printed instructions for care of the injury and a referral for follow-up. Everyone was pleasant and professional. I would particularly recommend this clinic for other Legacy patients (or any patients with their charts linked to Legacy), since the staff of course has direct access to the charts of patients in that system. That makes verifying all your information faster and easier.Id highly recommend getting a place in line online and note that youll need to bring whatever you want to have to occupy yourself while waiting. There arent reading materials or anything to occupy children, which is good because there is less chance to transmit contagious diseases that way.
After I arrived and checked in I only had to wait about 5 minutes before I was taken to an exam room. The provider and staff were very kind and courteous and treated me well. They diagnosed my condition quickly and offered remedies to help aleve my problem.
Legacy GoHealth was such a great experience, I never thought Id enjoy a trip to the urgent care. The nurse and PA that assisted with me were so helpful and personable, they even called to check on me asking how I was doing. They made things easy to understand, while answering all my questions. Thank you Johnson Creek location!!
My grandson was very sick and my daughter didnt have a way to get him to a doctor. I called and they were so helpful. They verified his insurance and walked me thru saving him a place with online check in and I was able to contact Uber from the same page. My daughter and grandson were picked up in 10 minutes and seen by a doctor in less than 30 minutes from the time I called. Fast, friendly, and caring staff and physicians quickly put my mind at ease.
They don’t care about you or if you have Covid. Lady upfront was so mean and condescending and just wanted to shoo us away. I understand policies, but at least fake that you care. My family and I were in need. For management, this was on 1/6/22 at 10:45am.
Check in was easy and the front desk person was very friendly and helpful. Lionel was also very kind. He was reassuring and helped put me at ease. Thanks everyone!
Can not believe they have such a high score!! I have been to the Johnsoncreek location now 3 times and if I could give them a zero stars I would! One they are slower than the emergency room! Two every time I’ve went they have never prescribe the right medicine it’s always cough medicine or steroids which then of course leaves me to follow up with my regular doctor or the ER where they actually FIX ME! All the providers also are not MD (that I have seen which might explain the problem!) uneducated arrogant condescending medical care if you can call it that!!! I learned my lesson... I’ll never go back!
It’s a paradox, but when my primary isn’t able to see me right away (for something urgent), I look forward to visiting Legacy. The staff is professional, courteous, and prompt. I’ve always left feeling hopeful that everything was done to get me on the path of recovery/healing.
Quick service and the doctors and nurses are awesome! They listen so well and pay attention to the patient. The doctor evenked with me when I didnt have insurance to make sure I could cover the cost of tests and medicine. 10/10
If I could rate 0 stars I would, the most rude people Ive ever met at an urgent care setting work here! I have never met someone in the medical field that were as disrespectful as the ladies here. Im truly disgusted.
They were helpful but it was a long wait.
Socialized healthcare cant be worse than this. They had us waiting for about 2 hours and made me drive to another city to get an xray done. They need to change their name to slow as hell care.
Everyone was was very friendly. I felt staff and the Doctor were truly concerned for my health. I will definitely use this service again when Im unable to see my primary care doctor.
Every member of staff was kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive. I was a worried mother of a sick child. She was assessed as having bronchitis. They made good recommendations and eased my stress.
I had been ill for several days with a low grade fever. On the 22nd when the fever became acute and I couldnt reach my Primary Care Physicisn I opted for an Urgent Care facility (my first ever!), suggested by my insurance company as I dont do hospitals as they are so slow in diagnosing and treating. When I went into Legacy Go health I was immediately greeted, assisted when I felt I couldnt stand, offered water when I started coughing. The PA spent a few minutes in determining my problem, technician set up an xRay machine and drew blood and within a few short minutes determined I had pneumonia. The staff there were wonderful! Ill never darken the door of a hospital if I can help it! And, by the way, was prescribed antibiotics and now on the road to recovery. Connie Meyers, Happy Valley, Oregon
I’ve had an amazing experience here. The doctor is extremely welcoming along with the entire staff. I would highly recommend.
Legacy gohealth urgent care and their staff are very amazing.I was at the Johnson Creek location and the way they handle people in difficult situations is really awesome.I would recommend Legacy gohealth immediately to anyone!!!Thank you to all of the staff for your kindness and efficiency!!
I seen Doctor Kendra walkins, She seen my medical records and I also explained to her that I am kidney patient on dialysis so she prescribe antibiotics i ask if safe for me she reply yes later found out that she gave the wrong prescription I call my kidney doctor he said we never prescribed to kidney patient. 😥
Quick, efficient, and friendly. I thought I would be there forever but I was only there even less than an hour and the people there were super friendly. The place was clean and so close to where I live. I highly recommend going here
I was seen by a PA at the location on 82nd. I found him to be very argumentative. I had been seen byy regular doctor (also a legacy doctor) about a month ago for the same issue. He refused to look up the doctors notes from that time.He asked the same question multie time. He asked me several time if I was having trouble breathing. At random points during the exam. He spoke down to me and tried to tell me what my symptoms are. It was not a good experience. In general I will still go to legacy go health however I will ask which provider is there. So I can avoid the one I saw today
You probably dont enjoy having to go to the emergency room. Urgent Care is better, but still not a picnic. My circumstances have required my presence at U C twice in the past month. The people at GoHealth that helped me were great; cheerful; caring and accommodating! Thanks for your help. 😘🤗
Had an appointment for a covid test due to a surgical procedure, arrived 10 minutes early. Checked in and they allowed 3 walk-ins go before me. Had to wait a ridiculous amount of time for such a quick test.
It said they were open. Doors were locked. Lights were out.
I went in today with terrible tooth and jaw pain. David Gahtan (The doctor) and Cortney the Nurse were very kind and so helpful. I very much appreciate the staff at this location. Thank you all so much.
Ive been to this location 3 times and all 3 times I havnt waited more than 10 mins to be taken back. I have also always seen a provider within 10 minutes of being taken to a room. They are always quick but thourough. They always make sure all of my questions have been answered and everyone is always kind and professional.
Erika made the check in process quick and easy. Rosa did an amazing job performing the test I needed and quickly got me on my way. Thank you!!
They were so great with my son. Truly appreciate their compassionate and competent care given his severe needle phobia and the need for him to get two shots. Thank you!
Set up an appointment two days in advance and still had to wait a hour and a half. The lady at the front was rude and almost seemed to laugh that I was upset with having to wait. Why even call yourself urgent care?
10 totally would and will recommend. Dr was awesome!!! The staff was also all very welcoming and friendly. Actually hate to say but treated me better than my own Clinic.
I booked a sports physical for my daughter Rachel and it was easy and the staff was amazing. Super happy I was accommodated by Legacy. Happy mom status! Thank you
Kathleen, the care coordinator is a rock star! Training two people while dealing with COVID-anxious patients one right after another. Thank you for your patience and professionalism!
The doctor laughed at me, ignored what I said, and passed over my concerns. This was the biggest waste of my time and was very discouraging.
Both the staff people at the front desk for very nice and very efficient and knowledgeable about the procedures. My procedure was fairly simple and I was out of the the office in about 10 minutes
Efficiency, Scheduling, Personnel.Every person, admitting to MA, MD/PA, where top notch. A good experience all around despite having impaled myself while doing dishes!
Friendly, courteous, professional services!! I knew I had broken/bruised ribs. Amanda helped me to get back to work with a rib wrap and medication!! Very positive experience at this urgent care location.
Went in for a PCR. Their system couldnt connect to my insurance so I was told I may have to pay $240 to find out if I have COVID. American exceptionalism strikes again.
I’ve been here twice just because it’s so close to my home. The Galway are on top of things always LicketySplit. In and out so fast. Never been there longer then 30MIn.
The compassion everybody showed me thank you so so much from the receptionist to the doctors and nurses the whole staff was amazing supportive and understanding I dont think I would be alive to give my feed back if it was not for the care and concern they showed me
Good pre appointment communication. Very proactive staff who got me into a room quickly because I was therefor a pre-op. Great explanations of what I could expect! Quick results.
It was very easy to make an appointment. The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable. No long waits!
They were able to provide friendly and knowledgeable service to me. It didnt feel like run of the mill urgent care, and they made the paperwork more tolerable. I am feeling much better now.
Best Legacy-GoHealth in the Portland area. Everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient (especially the nurse Latoyia).
Super friendly people! Great doctor !I they could improve wait times I would score them a perfect 10 ! Also they could put some toys out for the littlest patients...
I had a great experience, everyone was kind and professional. I was seen quickly, referred for X-ray which also went quickly .
From the beginning of the process from making the appointment every step of the way the staff was amazing. Friendly...kind..funny... they made getting my procedure so much easier. Thank you all!
I appreciated how clean everything was.How I was helped right away. Also how clear the instructions were to care for my wound. Please thank them for me and my wife.
It was nice to be treated with respect and compassion instead of feeling like hurded cattle. Thank You. And I really appreciated the follow call from the doctor. Overall pleasant experience.
The lady that checks you in is miserable and has lots of attitude to give out. Terrible patient interactions.
Very easy to get an appt especially during this crazy time. staff is always kind and so wonderful to work with and they really take the step to make sure you understand everything.
It was so close to closing on a Sunday evening. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. You didnt feel like they were rushing you out. The Dr. was great, caring and friendly.
Minimal wait time pleasant and knowledgeable PA-c very helpful and kind from the time I hit the door until I left. Even with my 4-1/2 year old being a bit hyperactive.... Thank will use again if I need to but I hope it is not for a good while.
10/10!!!I would and have 100% recommended your facility to my family! Thank you so much! I really appreciate the friendly staff members and timely care of the provider and everyone else.
Theyre dismisses patients and judge people for how they look at me and they denied Mr información about my daughter whit out checking mi información and didnt here my daughter have to say about her symptoms they disaid what she had I give them 2 chances to make right and always fail dont play whit your kids life
The front desk lady had an attitude from the moment I walked in and then refused to help me with no further explanation. I recommend leaving your personal issuers at home and not bringing them into work.
I called in and made a reservation and was promptly brought into a room where my illness was reviewed by a friendly PM.The doctor was also friendly and thorough and didn’t recommend any unnecessary medications, according to what they ascertained my illness to be.
The Cray tech Courtney actually was leaving for the day and actually left for the day, but turned her car around and came back! She knew that I was going to need an Cray! Super great staff, all the way around! Thank you!!!
Courteous staff. Quick checking and diagnosis. I was also impressed with the high resolution of my sons knee X-ray. That was best part of the visit.
Went twice in a weekend for my baby. Service was reasonably quick, even when it was a zoo. Doctors and nurses were nice. Would go again.
Went in with a broken wrist and the doc and X-ray tech were very friendly, helpful and had a good sense of humor
Professional,m pleasant staff, short wait, & networked in w/primary care physician & state Vax providers. Convenient, easy parking & handicap accessible.
I had gone to another urgent care provider a few days earlier and felt rather dismissed. Not the situation here. Legacy was great and I felt cared for. Thank You.
The staff were helpful and kind. I felt cared for even right at closing time. I am lucky to have them so close to my home.
Walk in, get treated by friendly professional staff in a timely manner, walk out. The way its supposed to work. Hopefully there wont be a next time but if there is, this is my go-to for sure.
The PA was helpful and professional but the follow-up after we called the clinic twice to have the prescription sent to an open pharmacy was terrible... had to wait an extra day to start the antibiotics
The nurse who checked me on was great. She took me back and helped with the pain as soon as I walked in the door. Good timing on my part😊
Great experience my first time here fantastic friendly and caring staff wait time was reasonable and they genuinely showed interest in my well-being will definitely go back if I need urgent care in the future
I’ve had to have several visits to start off the new year, and have had nothing but spectacular care and treatment from entering the door.I really appreciate the staff and care they have shown me.Thanks.
Love this place. The staff is quite amazing! Very comforting & kind, attentive, and competent. I’ve been here a few times, and I won’t go anywhere else! Thanks for fixing me up time & time again!
Came in with a big gash on my hand, in need of stitches. Was taken excellent care of by Sequoia and Doctor Brown
Very nice staff. Doctors were great, answered all my questions and put me at ease. Would highly recommend to others.
They ask for a credit card in case your insurance doesnt pay and tell you they will email before they charge anything. FALSE! The will charge even if your insurance covers a portion. They do not bill.
Excellent care, I was impressed, treated quickly, decent usable online interface for billing info.
