After having a rough time somewhere else, my anxiety was at an all time high when it came to getting blood work. I walked in and didn’t wait more than 5 minutes past my appointment time. Reina was great! She made the process painless and stress free. I definitely will be coming back if needed. I recommend using this location.
My husband and I arrived for our morning appointment and immediately were greeted and had an easy time signing in with help, blood was drawn easy no difficulty, people were the finest you will ever find. Truly an asset to the Quest Laboratory. It was a nice experience and they deserve their 5 stars for the professional quality they showed us.
The lady who took my blood has the lightest touch, I literally felt nothing. I was a walk-in patient; waited for about 20 minutes, Thursday early morning. Make an appointment if you can find one. Cant say Id come back every day, because of the nature of their business, but will recommend them to everyone.
Had the most miserable experience here. If there an option for minus stars, I would select that. I had made an appointment online. The doctors office also gave me a prescription which they sent to me via email in case there were any issues. When I was called in, they said they wanted a paper copy of prescription. I said I could email it to them on the spot since its on my phone. THEN THEY LIED and said THEY DONT HAVE EMAIL. I will never go here again. They are arrogant and insensitive. There are other places that will treat you like a fellow human being. Not this place.
I arrived for my appointment with my script for a routine bloodtest (emailed by my doctors office) on my phone. The woman who met me curtly dismissed me, saying the script must be printed, and must be addressed specifically to Quest - which is patently false. My doctor had made quite clear to me I could take the script to any lab most convenient to me (as I could take a script for medication to any pharmacy). This woman was so snide, so inexcusably rude, it seemed she was looking for any excuse to get rid of me so she could close up shop early. She succeeded. I wont be back.
Had an appointment here today for labwork ordered by a telehealth vendor. Everything was messed up from their side -- they said they had sent Quest the lab order but they hadnt, they told me I wouldnt need to bring a hard copy of lab work but it would have really helped, and their doctor and company were not in the Quest system. It was a nightmare.BUT! The people working at this Quest location were all incredibly patient and supportive. With their help, we ended up stringing together a way to get them the information they needed and after a ton of finagling we got the lab work done.Huge thanks to the team here! I appreciate it!
Based on my experience I can give this Quest center 5 stars.The registration system at the time of arrival works excellent, I did not wait more than 5 minutes that the technician Angel named me, he was super kind and warm from the first moment.I can definitely recommend this lab and will choose it again.Thanks!
On 11/9/20 I showed up for my appointment to find the location CLOSED. There were several other patients waiting as well. I had a confirmation number and everything. After calling Quest and waiting on hold, found out this location is only doing COVID-19 testing. Do not make an appointment here online through Quest.
Okay to find (in the basement) and a really easy check in process. No problem with the actual assessment I had itself (biometrics) - it was efficient and quick - the staff were pleasant enough. The reason for the low rating.... to the staff working there - please do not shout a patients weight and other private information to each other in the other cubicle whilst other people are in the waiting room and can hear every single thing. Its confidential and is embarrassing - its very unprofessional and made me instantly uncomfortable to go into the waiting room and for this reason I will not go back here.
The space is clean and modern. The staff was friendly and very helpful. My test only took a 20 minutes from walk-in to walk-out (grant it, they werent too busy).I would use this Quest again for future tests.Also, the photo used on google maps is terrible; the place looks much nicer than that.
This was the best Quest Diagnostics I have been too. I have no idea what people are complaining about. The wait time was short, Reina who process me was nice and she drew my blood with barely a pinch. Show up early and you will be done in no time!
My wife had pregnancy exams conducted with this company.They repeatedly made mistakes with billing our insurance company and even DEMANDED FULL PAYMENT UPFRONT when they were unable to verify we were insured (even though we were insured).It is also impossible to get the billing dept on the phone, I only was able to reach them on the phone ONCE, AFTER 2 HOURS WAITING. The call dropped shortly afterwards and it was very frustrating.At this point, the company SENT US TO DEBIT COLLECTION WITHOUT CALLING OR EMAILING US EVEN ONCE.I am NEVER going to use their services again if I can avoid.
Went for a Covid antibody test in December. Their covid precautionary measures are quite insufficient (chairs, pens, etc. were not sanitized after previous customers). My test was otherwise administered professionally and the turnaround was quick.
I didnt catch the name of the lady that checked me in( she was speaking in Spanish if that narrows down) but horrible experience! She was snifling and in the room, she took down her mask and then COUGHED!! Hopefully she only had a cold but cmon during these times? Pulling down a mask and coughing! indoors! Beyond unbelievable.Thankfully (in this scenario for me atleast) she said there s a chance my insurance might not cover all of the tests . for that am grateful sure.. i decided to just leave coz i was already scared to be in that room she had coughed and then left to blow her and cough some more(atleast she did this in a room next to the room i was in )I am just hoping i didnt contract anything tbh.
This location closes 20 minutes prior to when they are advertised. They also shut off the elevator 20 mins prior so you cannot even go down to speak to them. They also dont answer the phone 20 mins prior to closing. All in all, false advertising regarding office hours. Lazy and inconsiderate.
I was hesitant to use this location after reading the previous reviews, but Ive been there twice now with no issues. I made an appointment both times and they were running on time.
I arrived very early Monday morning with no appointment. The office was open, the staff was friendly and I was out the door in 15 minutes.
I’ll go out of my way to avoid getting blood drawn here. I’m sure sure I can find other labs where the people are respectful and professional.
From previous reviews i was unsure about scheduling here. Scheduled online through their website, got an appointment 2 days out and was in and out of there in less than 15 minutes. Very friendly staff.

I had the worst experience here. The staff are arrogant and unfriendly and I do not recommend letting any of these people handling your children. Terrible.
I think she attempted to take my blood with a dull and/or rusty javelin. I am still in pain an hour later.
I usually don’t put a review. I really want to do it today, because I have to say the behavior of the staff is horrible. So much attitude and no decency on how to talk to clients.
Rude and unhelpful, which is really a shame as people are in there for medical issues. Will not go back.
