They have changed their location, I was about to leave then I got text message from quest about my appointment with the right address. It’s right around the corner but I wish they had updated it on the maps it wouldn’t have caused confusions. They don’t have any front desk reception so calling them is useless no one is going to answer the phone calls. They sent text messages to check in or you could checkin at the waiting area. It’s never too crowded, waiting time is about less than 10 minutes. The Spanish ladies working their are super helpful and very friendly.
Very fast quick service at this location in the two (2) visits I’ve made. Little to no one waiting in the lobby. Digital check-in on their tablets is easy. Staff is very efficient.
They dont accept walk ins , which is crazy because they advertise they do .. lady said, Come back when we went early, (which i had our appointment) we did & arrived late due to the construction on 1960. They called someone who missed their appointment, yet they couldnt take someone else ...crazy hu. Clearly states walk-ins are accepted.
I came here this morning to get labs done as a WALK IN at 8:15am . I signed in on the computer There were about 8 people waiting in the room I was the first to get called back. My labs were taken fast by Tamika ( I think) she was fast and I was out by 8:28 am. It was a very fast and easy visit. *****
Ana is very efficient and the sampling is very fast and smooth. After making an appointment online, you can use your mobile phone to check in without wasting any time.
They will lose your specimen and not let you know that you will have to come back to redo it until ten minutes before they close. You’re better off going to a different location so you do not have a delay getting your results and medical treatment.
The office was very clean, I noticed the entire staff seemed happy to be working together as a team.Tameka was very professional and understanding of my needle phobia.
They don’t answer the phone here so I had to book the appointment online but I’ll give them 3 stars for the service cause they were nice.
I have been here a few times, and I get why Quest locations tend to have bad reviews, but I’ve only had good experiences here. I came just after opening today as a walk-in, as no appointments were available days out but I have to get one test a certain day of my cycle. Showing up just after 8 AM was a good move as only two other people were there and I was seen very quickly, but by the time I left, the waiting room was full. Don’t expect to get seen quickly as a walk-in and you can’t get too disappointed.Maria was friendly and did a great job! I have to come back another day for different tests and I’m not dreading it or anything. So take the negative reviews with a grain of salt. This location is also not as dumpy as others I’ve been to, fwiw.
Tameka is exceptional at her job. I have an extreme phobia of needles and my own blood. I asked her for a way for me to lay down and she quickly accommodated my request with respect and without question. She took initiative to give me a cold, damp cloth for my forehead and gave my husband instructions to fan me with a stack of copy paper while she tenderly and quickly drew the labs.
Booking the appointment online was very easy. You receive text and email reminders. The only thing was the address I selected is actually no longer in service. However, the new facility was literally right around the corner from the old facility, Suite 7538. Check in was a breeze, you have the option of doing it on your phone or inside by scanning the QR code. If you arrive too early, checking in from your phone is not available. The wait time was minimal, actually less than 10 minutes. The phlebotomist Ana was amazing, very professional and efficient. I dont have visible veins, but she did great. Normally I bruise pretty bad after having blood work done, but I didnt bruise at all this time. Definitely recommend this facility.
Monica was so sweet and kind with my 9 year old daughter!! Thank you
Ana G was my tech person. We discussed the difficulty that other techs have when drawing my blood. She was so awesome, she got it in one stick!
Anna and Angel were amazing!! Personable, acted like they actually liked there job and enjoyed helping me. Amazing service, clean, happy, and would love to come back just to talk haha! Highly recommend and ask for these two!!
I was nervous to go to this location after reading the Google reviews; however, I had the most amazing experience you can possibly have with getting your blood taken. The location was extremely clean and I had no wait (I went at 7:15am). Every time Ive ever gotten blood work at the Dr or the hospital, they have to stick me 4-5 times before they find a vein. Im always told Im a hard stick. My phlebotomist at Quest was Ms. Porsha. She was so friendly and warm- immediately putting my nerves at ease. She must be magical because not only did I NOT feel her sticking me, but she did it the first try! That has NEVER happened to me before; I was speechless. Thank you Ms. Porsha for making the experience so fast and painless!!! You are the very best!!
The location is open, but it is very hard to find even after you enter the parking lot. You can’t call for help because they don’t answer the phone. The automated text messaging system doesn’t understand responses. Once inside I learned my appointment was deleted while I jumped through all the previously mentioned hoops. The staff is friendly and sympathetic, but obviously frustrated over these conditions too. Despite all the problems I was able to get the blood drawn and leave within a reasonable amount of time.
I came here early to get my bloodwork done. The black lady who worked that shift is straight up rude and inconsiderable. She called my name wrong and when I tried to figure out the situation, she said what a way to start the morning! Not only that, she caused a rupture getting blood from my vein. Would give 0 star if I can. Rude staff and unprofessional service.
SAVE YOUR TIMEIt’s called healthCARE for a reason. Maybe the woman who works there was having a bad day but it takes no effort to just be nice. There’s no one up front when you walk in to give instructions or greet and this lady comes out to call your name rudely and since I hadn’t been given proper pre appointment instructions before my arrival, I had to leave my appointment time to come back and be treated as a walk in where myself and other people were told that we would be seen EVENTUALLY without any sort of time frame or reassurance of time Efficiency.
I want to give 0 stars this place is trash. How about you give a phone number that leads to a real person. This location you cant even call because the number leads nowhere. The other location on red oak has a number but all you get is a robot. No option to talk to a human and ask questions. You want to charge all this money for the services yet you dont even have a phone number that works.
If you dont have an appointment, make sure you bring a book, or a video game, or knitting, or ...I guess your phone. There is absolutely nothing to do here except sit and wait. This used to be Massage Envy, and I suppose that Quest just moved in. It just looks like Quest just ripped off all the Massage Envy logos and just moved in the space
Tai was an awesome person took us in everything was pretty quick took my daughter son was very patient at the first time he was able to find the vain which am very happy about because I have had bad experience they stick them more than 6 times in other places very fast check in a little wait time will recommend.
Tai was awesome. Had an appointment and there was no wait. Was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Took me a minute to find it cause it isnt marked but I didnt even care. Still got done before my actual appointment time even hit.
The place is very professional and quick. Sandra and Raven were very friendly. They made the visit easy!
Ask for Porscha . She is the best absolutely sweet as a sugar cube. Couldnt even tell I was getting my blood taken, like magic 🪄.
Google needs to update the location. The Suite number is 7538. I had to loop around several times.Im waiting to be seen. We shall seeSMH
They dont answer the phone.
I came to my appointment this am and this office is closed! No one updated or reached out for a new office location address.
I called there office over a 3 hr period from 1pm until 4pm after leaving my doctors office to make an appointment and no one answered the phone....
Porsha has been my tech at various Quest facilities for the past 3 years. I find her friendly and professional in the performance of her job.
They moved! It’s it’s next to Domino’s commons at Willowbrook management, removed the sign, directing existing patients to quest diagnostics new location!
The place was closed with a sign they moved but the new address is non existing. Phone number isn’t valid . What a joke and a waste of time.
Business never answers phone calls, went there twice and they didnt have my order. Communication people!
Phone rings, not picking up, then a message. voice mail not set up yet.
Went today for a regular bloodwork. Everybody was very professional and kind. I will definetely go back for another bloodwork.
Lousy customer service. No one at the front desk, nurse very rude to answer any questions.
Too mush waiting time
One of the few that doesnt need an appointment.
Won’t even answer the phone last 2 weeks!!!
Update:. They are now on the other side of the building.
They are Quick and friendly
Wont even answer the phone
Not open anymore
This location is closed
Im here to take my exams and no one is there, the office is not there. The office seems closed, I dont understand why they make appointments at this address if it isnt available, they just waste time, its in very bad taste.
