This was a very pleasant and smooth experience. I had egg freezing with Dr Herlihy and everything was amazing. From scheduling the initial consultation to other appointments everything was prompt and straightforward. I was on a time crunch due to insurance and my doctor was willing to work with me to make sure I met my deadlines. Everyone in the office is so nice. I think most people see both doctors at some point during their treatments and they both are great! I would recommend this office to anyone seeking a reproductive medicine specialist!

The entire RMA team, led by Dr. Herlihy, was phenomenal throughout our process. From our first consultation, we felt genuinely cared for and supported. Dr. Herlihy, along with her professional and compassionate team, made us feel like more than just patients. Dr. Herlihy and all of her team are excellent! I just finished an egg freezing cycle and it went extremely well. The office is very chic and inviting. The patient app/portal made it very easy to communicate with the team and have all of my appointments and instructions where I could easily reference them. All of my monitoring results were made available in the app same day, in addition to the phone call from the nurse to go over the results and any medication instructions. There is street and garage parking which they validate for you. I highly recommend going to RMA Houston for any of your fertility needs!!

Dr. Herlihy and all the staff at RMA were incredible to work with. Infertility can be so hard and frustrating, but my husband and I always felt supported and at ease with the plan set in place.RMA also made treatment options as easy to understand as possible. I highly recommend anyone struggling with infertility to reach out and schedule an appointment. I cant recommend RMA Houston enough! Everyone here is so kind & helpful, they really makes you feel like they are 110% happy to be a part of your journey. From the front desk, to the financial coordinator, nurses and doctors we never had a bad experience with anyone at this office! Dr. Herlihy was our primary doctor and she walked side by side with us on our fertility journey and never gave up. She was honest when we needed it, patiently sat in sadness with us, and celebrated big wins with us. She was so thorough in explaining everything and helping us make significant decisions. If you’re looking for a fertility clinic, don’t walk but RUN to RMA Houston!

My experience at RMA was exceptional. Dr. Herlihy is just absolutely amazing. You know just after meeting her this is not just a job for her. She cares so much about giving you the best possible outcome. She’s patient, informative and just very thoughtful. My husband and I fell in love with all the staff. All the nurses and front desk staff are great and we wish we could have stayed for our whole pregnancy. We will miss everyone at RMA and are very grateful for such an amazing experience.

I researched different fertility clinics and chose to go to RMA for many reasons. First and foremost, it’s an all women’s clinic which was very important to be. Secondly, when I met with Dr. Herlihy, she gave me options and backups plans which I loved. She provided me with all the options and also gave me scenarios in case one didn’t work and the next steps if that happened. There were plans in place for the curveballs. Everyone there is so welcome and communicative. The portal they utilize makes it easy to contact someone if I have any questions. We had weekly appointments following a successful IUI cycle and I loved feeling that I was being taken care and everything was being monitored closely. It truly helped keep my nerves and overthinking at bay. I cannot rave enough about RMA clinic and how grateful I am for everything they did for my husband and I. For anyone struggling to conceive, make the appointment and have the consultation. My only regret is that we didn’t go sooner.

I recently did an egg freezing cycle at RMA Houston and had an excellent experience! Dr. Herlihy was my doctor and she took the time to answer my questions and educate me on the process before we began. During the process, Dr. Herlihy, Dr. Juneau, Nurse Reagan and the rest of the care team were warm, prompt, and made the experience seamless. I felt very well taken care of. They even gave me flowers after my procedure which I thought was a sweet touch. Highly recommend them for all fertility needs!

I am so happy with my experience at RMA. The staff is extremely kind, helpful, and communicative. They kept me calm and made the experience easy. I can’t recommend Dr. Herlihy (and Dr. Juneau, since you do end up seeing both for check-ups) and RMA enough! The price is extremely competitive and the level attention and care they provide is unparalleled. My only regret is that I didn’t do this sooner!

I cannot say enough good things about RMA houston. This was my second clinic to try IVF with and I can confidently say that RMA is the cream of the crop! Dr.Juneau is a godsend, she’s the most kind, informative and patient doctor. I am so lucky to have Dr. Juneau as my fertility doctor, i wish i could stay with her forever. I’m getting teary eyed thinking of how outstanding she’s been. The entire team at RMA is wonderful. Diedra and Ashley also helped me tremendously. Twila and Samantha were also great! I have nothing but good things so say about everyone! I never felt like a number, or rushed or neglected. Dr. H did my egg retrievals and she was so kind to me. She even held my hand and wiped my tears when I was fearful before the surgery. The facility is beautiful, the portal makes communication easy. RMA houston does IVF the right way, they keep you safe! I was constantly monitored and got a plan custom to me and my body. No matter which doctor you get, I promise you’re in excellent hands. I love love love this incredible team of women! I almost have no words to express my love for them at RMA but I’m gonna try. Dr. Juneau is absolutely amazing. She cares, she explains, she’s thorough, she’s thoughtful, she’s just the best. Ashley, the nurse, is equally as great! I loved getting a call from her after every visit instead of just a message. Everyone there was just so wonderful and I really felt cared for and not just another number. I transferred in from another fertility clinic and this place was truly a blessing. I didn’t feel stressed or anxious going in. It was a further drive, but well worth it. I wish I could have stayed for my whole pregnancy.

Dr. Herlihy and the nursing staff were just wonderful. I was able to conceive after a simple procedure at RMA, I am just thrilled. The office is beautiful, they work with your schedule, and the nursing staff are prompt to respond to any questions through the portal. My initial consultation was very transparent as well. I loved my experience at RMA and would highly recommend it to any woman looking for fertility care. Other pros: Parking is free and easy in a garage and they had morning appointments before I had to be at the office.

I had a quick, smooth, and wonderful experience with RMA. My doc was Nola Herlihy, but I also had Dr. Juneau for half my visits. They are so great and really care about your journey!The nurses are also fantastic. Reagan was mine and kept me on track throughout the entire process, even answered calls in the evening when I had verifying questions about my meds.The office itself is clean and stylish, doesn’t feel too clinical. Great location, too!Had the best results and now don’t need to return for a second retrieval process! Highly recommend. :)

My husband and I had the most wonderful experience at RMA. Their staff is so kind, their facility is beautiful and we always felt cared for and informed while being patients of theirs. Dr. Juneau is amazing! I can’t sing her praises enough, she was always available to answer questions (text her), has a wonderful demeanor, and explained everything in detail. I truly felt like they cared about me and my husband as individuals and not “just another patient”. When we got the good news that we were pregnant everyone in the office was just as excited as we were. And when we graduated, the staff did a special send off to commemorate all of their and our hard work. We are so thankful for them all and will be back when it’s time for baby #2.

I can’t recommend this clinic highly enough for the IVF cycle my partner and I did together. I saw Dr. Juneau as my main provider but saw Dr. Herlihy for monitoring and my actual egg retrieval. The doctors and entire care team made us feel so valued and not at all like a number. Dr. Juneau has incredible compassion and humor which is so needed in going through any type of fertility treatment and continues to be a support after I graduated to an OB as my pregnancy progressed. I was very nervous during the egg retrieval and both Dr. Herlihy and the nursing staff made me feel safe and comfortable. I truly cannot say enough good things about this clinic and the team!

IIf I could give a million stars I would!! If you are searching for an awesome fertility specialist and great office this is your place! I found RMA by googling for a second opinion and Im so glad I made the choice to come here. I knew I needed someone that was knowledgeable and thorough, and my husband and I got just that. Dr. Herlihy knew her stuff when it came to the genetic testing with the embryos and was able to explain in detail with my husband and I at our consultation. Because we had our previous results from our other clinic. My protocol for retrieval was amazing I was able to get 14egss and being 41 and being only able to get 6 from my other clinic was amazing!! I love that both doctors are so hands on your ultrasounds are done by Dr. Herlihy or Dr. Juneau only! They want to be hands on and I loved that! The staff is amazing my nurse Ashley and financial counselor Twila was AWESOME!! Everyone in the office is great, even the ladies that draw your blood are so sweet and get you in and out during your cycle!! The office itself is beautiful and clean. I love that everything is done at the office location retrieval, transfer, even did my acupuncture there before and after transfer. Dr. Herlihy even helped me find a new OB, so I was not just left to figure it out. We are officially pregnant after years of having hope an no success with our other clinic and I am forever grateful to RMA!! We will definitely be back for baby #2.

I’m so happy that we decided to go with this clinic! We embarked on this journey without high expectations, I did not dare to believe it was going to be successful. But ever since the first day we came in to meet with Dr. Herlihy and the rest of the team (everyone equally professional, caring and friendly), it has all felt so smooth and seamless. The team has given us excellent support and been there through all the questions/concerns we’ve had. I appreciate that they are so result-driven and I honestly don’t know if we would have ended up with the same quick and fast result if we went elsewhere. We will be forever grateful for this experience, and for the team that made our dream come true.

I only have positive things to say about RMA! My husband and I have had such a great experience here, and everyone is so welcoming, knowledgeable, and supportive. Dr. Herlihy has been a dream to work with, and I wish she could be my doctor through out my whole pregnancy! I also love how easy communication is with the RMA team. If I email through the portal I get a response ASAP or you can just call them directly- which is nice because I feel like you cant do that with a lot of doctors these days. I highly recommend RMA for any couples needing that extra help through their fertility journey!

I am 35 y/o with a low ovarian reserve and decide to freeze my eggs for preservation (future babies). I had an AMAZING experience with this clinic and working primarily with Dr. Herlihy and Dr. Juneau (for a few visits). The egg freezing process itself isnt necessarily the most fun, however, I was taken care of each step along the way and we were able to freeze more eggs than anticipated. The other staff (i.e. Nurse Dee and the front desk) were also a pleasure to work with. I felt super welcome and confident I was in the best care. My egg retrieval day went suuuper smoothly and I have ZERO complaints about my experience. Also, if I had any questions throughout, I was able to get in contact with someone immediately (HUGE plus). Prior to doing this procedure with RMA, I considered other fertility clinics in the area and I am so glad I chose this one. Parking is also super easy and they validate (super bonus when you are coming several times per week). 10/10!!

I made the drive from the Woodlands to RMA and Im so glad I did! They were friendly and efficient in scheduling on the phone. They got me in for a procedure quickly and made all the necessary arrangements with insurance. Time is of the essence with our fertility, and RMA scheduled us quickly! The doctor even called me personally to leave a voicemail. Their facility is clean and comfortable. I highly recommend RMA even if you have to drive a bit to see them.

Today was my first consultation at RMA and I was just overwhelmed by the great customer service of the staff and the incredible knowledge of Dr.Herlihy. Alexis,the nurse was so pleasant and made sure I understood everything . Deidre was so sweet and kind . Even the girl at the front desk was a pleasure . I’m so glad I made the decision to work with this facility .

When considering a doctor, I had the choice between having every penny covered by insurance or paying out of pocket to go to RMA (with some reimbursement later) and after speaking with Dr. Herlihy about my specific case, I knew every penny spent would be worth having her on my side. She knew the most contemporary science, the right data, and was up-to-date on the latest and greatest research and protocols, and that is what I valued most. Luckily, she is also incredibly compassionate - she matched my excitement during the highs and was empathetic and caring during the more difficult parts of my journey. I came to her with a complicated medical history and didnt know if I stood a chance at carrying a child and now Im pregnant! This is due to Dr. Herlihys patience, persistence, and creativity as it relates to problem solving. Drs. Herlihy and Juneau also have a stellar team from the nurses the the finance team, everything was seamless!

I had a great experience working with Dr. Herlihy. I had had two pregnancy losses and was so scared and discouraged and turned to Dr. Herlihy for a consult. She was so calming, kind, and honest with me, and she talked me through my options and potential outcomes. She gave me great advice without minimizing the pain I was feeling about my two previous losses (unlike my OB at the time who was a little insensitive) and I am so, so grateful to have been able to work with her! She is the friendly, knowledgeable, talented, and empathetic doctor you want advocating for you and working with you on your journey to conceive! I highly recommend her!

My experience with RMA was exceptional. Everyone from front desk staff to nursing are kind and responsive. After visiting multiple clinics and consulting with several clinicians locally and elsewhere, RMA, specifically Dr. Herlihy and Dr. Juneau, stands out as providing the most evidence-based, personalized, comprehensive, and ethical care. When you enter the fertility world, you are often offered or hear about all kinds of experimental or less substantiated treatments/protocols that are frequently very expensive. When you dig further, you will find that not only are these treatments potentially unhelpful, but also possibly harmful. There’s a lot of confirmation bias because some people will try these protocols and have success, but this doesn’t mean it wasn’t simply due to chance. In any field where there is a big element of chance, there will be shrewd business people capitalizing on our uncertainty and our desire. As a physician, I analyzed as best I could the scientific information that was available to me. RMA is one of the few clinics that does not recommend unsubstantiated treatments, AKA “add-ons”, even though they often generate income for the clinic. They only recommend treatments that have been proven to be safe and increase your likelihood of success. Both doctors do their own ultrasounds and are with you every step of the way. Dr. Herlihy is kind, caring, exceptionally intelligent and intuitive. She has a natural talent for this field and when combined with an evidence-based, optimizing approach, she is a powerhouse in the world of fertility medicine. I believe it is because of these qualities that RMA and Dr. Herlihy (extending from other locations in the country) have consistently higher success rates than any other clinic in the area. You can trust that you are receiving the highest quality care available here!

I wish I could give this clinic many more stars! Everyone here from the front desk to the back office is friendly, caring, and genuinely empathetic! Every appointment I feel seen and heard. The professionalism is top tier. I dont have to worry about hounding them or have to constantly call to get answers. They walk me through each process and they deliver on what was discussed every time. They are truly a breath of fresh air after having so many mishaps at other clinics. Dr. Herlihy is never too far away or too busy, its amazing. I know fertility is a sensitive subject but Ill tell whoever will listen that this is a great clinic, (and trust me Ive been to them all)! While I do not know the people that will be reading this review or know what brings you to research RMA but Im telling you, from one trying momma to another (or whatever may bring/interest you in RMA) give this clinic a chance, I promise you wont be disappointed because of the transparency and love from the staff.

Both of the doctors at this clinic trained at the top fertility training program in the country. They have produced numerous important research projects and publications that have contributed tremendously to advance the field of Fertility. On a personal note, they are moms who want to help other people have the chance to grow their family. You will be in the best hands if you come here.

The most professional and kind people are here. I cant mention only Dr Juneau, because really the whole team took care of me during the whole process until finally, with the happy news, I finished my treatment.

It was the worst experience of my life. They make me pay all over again because the count of eggs wasn’t high enough the first time. I got the same count of eggs next time. She decided to go with the invetro after all. The very next day they called me to inform me all my embryos did not make it. When I cried, the person over the phone was mocking me imitating my crying voice saying the ugliest thing to a desperate woman. 45 k later and 2 broken hearts, me and my husband, and months of suffering and anxious anticipation ended in the worst way possible. Not even a word of condolences😢😥
