This wellness center has been a true light in my life in the past two months. I initially scheduled an appointment because they took my Texas Healthy Womens coverage through Medicaid for a well-woman exam. The clinic is extremely clean and the waiting room is spacious. The staff were nothing but kind and courteous. I was seen in under 10 minutes from finishing my new patient paperwork. The NP, Ms. Rojas, was easy to talk to, explained her process and listened my concerns. She addressed my concerns with a full blood panel and even though my Medicaid coverage wouldnt cover what we would need to do for further visits, she helped me get covered through their financial assistance program. I have also seen Dr. Pearce (GYN) who is amazing and funny. She walked me through the different birth control options and worked with Ms. Rojas to make sure what I chose would coincide with the medications and other health issues that were being addressed. Even the security guard on the entry level is a sweetheart. I will be returning here for all of my health needs!
Today was the WORST freaking visit here at this clinic and I’ve been coming here for a while. I wasted 50.00 dollars to be treated as if my visit meant nothing. Dr. Randolph Is the freaking worst. VERY VERY VERY rude , judgmental and cold hearted. I had to call to make sure my well women’s exam was not with here and it WAS. I CANCELLED that appointment so quickly. The front staff is phenomenal and the doctor I see on a regular is the BEST. But Dr. Randolph never ever again. I will say it is partly my fault for not doing my research on her. Due to having positive experiences here. But I will not make that mistake again. I paid 50 dollars to learn a lesson. Is how I will look at. Lesson learned 💯
I worked here for a couple of months as an intern, with a disability. The Texas workforce commission gave me this job. It was a very terrible experience because I was discriminated against. The person that I was working under didn’t do a really good job explaining the direction to me and she was very impatient. I had a job skills advisor there for observation and he was no help either He, including himself, was having a hard time understanding the directions of the data entry that I was suppose to do. I had a hard time processing the information And my brain can’t take too much Information due to the fact that I am on the Autism spectrum. I highly recommend that the person I was working under should be fired because that was very unprofessional. If you are an employee reading this I am happy to give you my contact information.
Very unprofessional I’ve been dealing with this since last yearDr. Randolph is very unprofessional. I had already read about her, but I decided to go in because it was my first time ever being pregnant. She literally was very rude. The rudest person I’ve ever met in my life. She doesn’t even let you finish your sentence she doesn’t even let you talk. I came out of there crying feeling lost and overwhelmed . They say they will call me to talk about her and they never did not once has anybody called me to see what really happened . I’ve been charged 1000 something for a bill that I’ve been trying to fix And I’ve been going back-and-forth. Lab Corp is charging me. I’ve been giving $20 payments just to stay off my credit now they say that they’re gonna talk to the main person from that office and they still haven’t gotten back to me. They’ve been back-and-forth back-and-forth I’ve been calling and calling and calling they wouldn’t answer . I’ve talked to like 3-4 people already now I’ve been communicating with some girl name Alicia but she says she’s gonna go into meetings every time I try talking to her and then she’ll call me back in 30 minutes. She hasn’t called me. It’s been what I already half a year already and still no reply. They’re the only ones that can fix it even Lab Corp tells me that they’re the ones thay can fix the payment and fix it Because Blue Cross won’t cover that anymore they already hadIdk why they still have Randolph working there and doing these exams without ppls my consent and I’m still here waiting waiting waiting waiting stillWaiting for Alicia to call me back
The absolute worst clinic I have been. I was originally going to Avenue 360 pediatrics in memorial but since I turned 18 they could no longer take me and referred me to the heights location. My first time going in longest wait I waited nearly an hour to get seen and they were only 2-3 people in the lobby. I go in I tell him my concerns and dismisses them and says “ not my concern I only do routinely check ups “ after that he refers me to another specialty since he only does routinely check ups the clinic does not refer me to gyno. Once the appointment was done I need to do blood work and they forgot about me I had to go to the front desk 3 time to let them know that I was here for blood work after. I see him a month later comes in for 5 min tells me my test results. Does not check my heart , ears , throat nothing. I will not be going back
They have destroyed my life I dont know what to do social security said I would do e ve on my disability. I am part of the soar program and they help you get on your disability I was at first working with Mrs. Moshay but she quit in 2022 and then Erica picked up my case at the end of 2022 and I went in to see them at the beginning of 2023 and Mrs Lila and Erica both said they filed an appeal everything was good right. Well in May of 2023 I went in to get paperwork for housing to show that I had a representative helping me to get on my disability Erica went back to her office and Forged and Award letter while I was talking to Lila and so I left and time went on I never heard from them they were never in the office so I went to the disability office and they said no one ever filed an appeal. I called them and Erica said thats crazy but Beau we dropped your case in May. I said I have a letter were I just saw you in May. What are they doing that they dont remember writing me a letter omg. A whole year of my life waste. I need help no one will listen I need a voice

Dr. Mohamed is totally unprofessional. I know they receive funding from DSHS (state agency) and they failed to communicate test results from mammogram and wellness exam. I think they really take advantage of low income and uneducated individuals. But I am definitely not uneducated and know they are not operating a clean and safe environment. Dr. Mohamed talks all over you and has a smart mouth. I am wondering if the doctors there graduate from top notch schools (probably not). I think they engage in patient neglect and there should be more accountability and should follow up with patients via mail, phone, or patient portal (HIPPA compliant) like other doctors offices. Dr. Mohamed does not listen to you and is a fast talker. I think this agency should be investigated. One of the exam rooms had blood stain on floor and look as if they have not cleaned it in a while. Healthcare is at risk and people should not have to be subjected like this!!
Avenue’s presence and energy has always been appreciated at the UHD Health Fair; however, there was an issue that occurred at the most recent one. As a good practice, I take part in the STD screening that is offered. In March, the volunteer who collected the blood sample was not paying attention to the task at hand and did not use proper procedures causing cross contamination. As a result, I received a false positive result for syphilis. You can only imagine my horror.I was advised to visit the clinic in person for a full blood draw. I cancelled appointments and left work to do so immediately. While waiting to be seen, I was asked to complete a general screening questionnaire which I did. I was then sat in a patient room and told the doctor would be in soon. Before a doctor arrived, two other representatives visited without solicitation or authorization. They offered assistance and advice regarding alcohol use which was kindly denied. I was already reluctantly there for one thing and one thing only and under great distress.Of course, the results received over week later cleared my confusion and burden as I was told that did not, in fact, have syphilis.Moving forward, the insurance company denied payment for the $190 charged for the blood draw. I was also charged an additional $68 for the unapproved, unwanted, and unwarranted services they labeled as “alcohol screening/counseling”. Moreover, the copayment that was made at the time of the services that were sought was not deducted properly.Numerous messages have been left with Aracely in the Heights location billing department over the past month to clarify the billing situation. I’ve left multiple messages asking for a revised invoice to reflect the $190 cost of the lab work less the $25 deductible which will be paid upon receipt. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive a single call back.Although no one at the clinic has the time to answer the phone or respond to messages, they easily found the time to report me to collections for $192.15. I contacted the collection agency who put a hold on the account to offer more time for me to get situation sorted with the clinic. I’ve now sent correspondence in writing via first class and certified mail in hopes of a response.As a valued community partner of UHD, it is beyond disappointing to see such predatory and neglectful practices that are realized once a person is a patient. I’m out almost 200 bucks (equates to my grocery bill for two weeks) because the volunteers joke and play around more than they pay attention to proper techniques and practices. This doesn’t even take into account the work time that was lost for the appointment and multiple attempts to remedy the billing issue, or most importantly, the desolation, bewilderment, and embarrassment I felt for over 10 days.I only hope that our students are treated with more conscientiousness and respect. I, for one, will not refer anyone to this organization again.
I am here to say one of is for certain. All that the website says is an option or available is all false. The housing is Federally funded. I was in a hurry to get to a stable residency for my mom and I. Please check out your options on housing because the ones offered are not in compliance with the program. What I felt was a true blessing only has been a nightmare. Every step is a way to pull money from the funds from the govt. Just ask questions and dont go with their selection.They promote wellness and health. I suffer from stress anxiety and depression. They have not once even after two messages called to schedule an appointment for medications.
This place sucks. They canceled my appointment 2 times.They said they called me and sent me a text message to confirm my appointment and I did not receive neither and I had proof they didnt do neither they tried to blam my phone provider for the messages or call not going through. I also confirm my appointment online and they said that way not proof for confirmation. I talk with the manager she wasnt any help at all. I definitely dont recommend this place at all complete waste of time.
Over a month ago, I had an appointment at this clinic. They took all my personal information and then asked me for 75 dollars to see a GM. I explained that was not the purpose of my visit. I was told to leave a note for a Miss Claudia and that she would get in touch with me. As of today, I have not been contacted in any way. Im a little scared I left my personal info with such unreliable staff.
Let me start by saying how grateful I am for the staff at this clinic. When it came to my health and well being the customer service was beyond exceptional. Everyone was on the same page and that was my health and my needs. They went above and beyond to see for everything in one day. I can rest easy now knowing that the people who will be helping me with my medical needs are trained and equipped. Thank you so much. You have all given me peace of mind.
This clinic used to be great ive been coming for like 6 yrs until after covid they no longer care i make an appointment and doctor no shows last minute they rescheduled me and i was late 15 minutes they couldnt see me and requested reschedule all i was here for was to go over results she stated i could reschedule over the phone visit but before i made the appointment and had to take off work i asked if it could be over the phone they stated no. So im not sure whos running this clinic but will definitely start looking for a new place. 😏
I could never get a real appointment.May 3, 2021 - Phone appointment for registration on May 4 and doctor appointment on May 10 with Dr. Pawelek at 2:30, the closest available.May 4, 2021- While very ilI I went to do the registration. On that day there was a cancelation for May 5 at 10:15 and I accepted the change from May 10 to May 5 with the same doctor.May 5, 2021 - I received a message at 8am asking me to call to reschedule because the doctor was no longer available for the day.I called and the origianl May 10 appointment was taken and they rescheduled for June 15.They called back and rescheduled for a Phone Call from Dr. Pitts at 3:45 and cancelled the June 15 appointment.At 3:55, 4:00, and 4:05 I called to let them know Dr. Pitts didnt call me, but nobody answered.At 4:10 I received a message asking me to call back to reschedule because Dr. Pitts was no longer available.I called back at 4:15 and talked with the Front Desk and they transfered to Appointments. Appointments didnt answer and I left a message: Please, this is the 5th time I schedule an appointment to see a doctor. Reschedule me for the most available space.May 8, 2023: Still no communication. No appointment. I go to my online account and all past schedules are erased as if I never scheduled any appointment at all.This is my first experience with gov/org charity clinics because Ive been employed with insurance all my life. And I am already exhausted, traumatized, and feeling like I am the most underserving mortal on Earth. I cannot imagine the mental damage this type of abusive behavior may do to poor people who have to deal with this absurdity all their lives. This behavior is very toxic and abusive and it really damages with your self esteem , specially because it happens when you are the most vulnerable - ill and needing for comfort. You dont find empathy or comfort or any type of healing inducing behavior coming from this. No humanity.Of course, I am not giving them one more second of my energy. I will use my energy to heal myself with self-compasion and home remedies and I will go back to my career as soon as I feel better and will pay myself a good medical insurance. I have that priviledge. But, what about those who dont? Why mistreatment is their only choice?

I’ve gone to Avenue 360 (Heights for medical and Midtown for dental) and it’s always been quick to book appts and speak to customer service. I’m not sure what changed in May but no one returns my calls anymore for lab results or billing questions. I don’t know what’s going on but things are changing and that’s unfortunate because Avenue 360 was always been a reliable place to go to.
Ive always been able to get an appointment the office is well kept staff is always helpful finally found a doctor I can say she listens to what I have to say and give great medical feed back I love my experience with them
Had incredibly frustrating experiences with this clinic. Started out fine, as I needed urgent help with anxiety, and they were able to offer me some counseling and a prescription. That first prescription had some communication errors, but I was able to get what I needed after making one too many visits. After that, things went horribly. As someone (now diagnosed) with anxiety, having appointments not actually entered into the system, and being unable to even get someone to schedule me within 3 separate phone calls is not very good for my mental health. Given that the next available slot to refill my prescription is more than a month and a half away, Im using another service that will cost me almost three times what Avenue charges, but at least theres openings in time for me to not get off my medication.
Whoever answers the phone is the most incompetent, laxed, and uninformed excuse for a human being that Ive ever had the displeasure of speaking with.
I first started going to this conglomerate clinic when it was still called HACS and I love it. Hardly any wait and the staff were all phenomenal. Now they seem to be taking in too many patients; more than they can handle. Wait time is always over an hour and they take too long to submit referrals for a specialist. I only go to the Heights location for OBGYN visits. I loved Dr. Guterriez and Dr. Pearce. Now, I have Dr. Kataka and Im currently pregnant. Ive waited 2 months for her to get me a referral to a maternal fetal medicine doctor. Im 4.5 months pregnant now and dont know the status of my uterine fibroid. Dr. Kataka wont tell me info about the fibroid because she says the MFM doctor will tell me. This is my 4th pregnancy and none of my other OBGYNs have deprived me of this information. And I cant see an MFM doc w/o the referral! I know there is also a team that helps with referral submission so Im not sure that its all the doctors fault. Im just very frustrated with my experiences here as of late. Im forced to switch OBGYN so that I can get to an MFM doctor. My PCP is still Sandra Russell at the Spring Cypress location and she is still phenomenal. I totally recommend her. I cannot recommend this Heights location anymore.
They refuse to answer their phone. I woke up to an eye that is nearly swollen shut due to a tooth infection. Now Im trying to find other places to help.
Wouldn’t recommend … poor service, my last visit left a very bad taste and I won’t be returning. The management got my appointment messed up, tried to stick me with a male doctor at a different location when I never asked for a male doctor and specifically said I wasn’t comfortable seeing one for a yearly check up. Management staff acted as if I was a problem for stating my concern when it was in my notes as they already switched my appointment without confirming or informing me … also heard them talking about me and they were being EXTREMELY passive aggressive and rude for no reason. Seemed to only care about Hispanic races which I did see a difference in treatment. The doctor I originally came to see eventually was able to see me after 1 hour and 20 minutes of trying to sort out the issue and was very sweet and helpful. My complaint and concern is that the management at this location isn’t as ethical and non discriminatory as they may try to portray.
Front staff completely rude and unprofessional. Company really needs to re-evaluate who welcomes in current and new patients. Especially since there is so much more options to choose from.
Once you get someone on the line, it’s pretty good. But for the life of me, I cannot understand why it takes so long for them to answer the darn phones. Updating this: I am still waiting on test results from a month ago. No update on the portal the tell you sign into to see your visits. It doesn’t even show that my last visit was last month.
Today the doctor who was supposed to relay the blood work results to me was the worse. He did not answered my questions and when I asked him why am I losing weight, he said ur not losing weight you are okay. I had to pay a doctor fee for him not to go over the blood work results and to be short, he just left the room. The first time I went it was better but this time was horrible.
Its a great place, BUT they need more help with patient on phone calls. Each time I have called I get placed on hold for 10 minutes or more. I once was placed on hold for nearly 20 minutes. This is unexceptable in regards to customer service. Each time I have called its the same person answering the phone.Ive dont incoming calls in an office before and never placed a customer on hold for over 5 minutes without letting them know that I still on a call and will be with them as soon as possible.Hire more phone incoming phone reps please!!!!
Once you’re there the service is ok but good luck trying to reach anyone over the phone. I’ve been calling for months in the early afternoon, late afternoon and evening. Nothing. I’ve left countless voicemails and not a single person called me back. This is very frustrating because they know I was working with a certain insurance and gave me a doctor’s order for a clinic that doesn’t take my insurance and I’ve been trying for months to get a new order. I work so much so it’s hard for me to just drive over there but that just might be what it takes to speak to an actual person. They also never gave me my results from some testing they did at the beginning of 2021 yet their pharmacy called me about a “very important prescription” I needed to pick up. I was frantically calling the nurses trying to figure out what was wrong or why I was being prescribed something if no one told me what the issue was and of course, no one would answer the phone. Do you know how terrifying that is for a young woman to hear with nothing to put my mind at ease? And the pharmacy wouldn’t disclose what the prescription was either so that made me very uneasy because I couldn’t get to the bottom of this. That was the last time I was able to speak to an actual person. How ironic that when I was a new patient back in December, they called me a few times a week to see if I wanted to sign up for counseling. Not surprised they’d pick up that phone if it meant they’re making some money from it but not when someone is need of answers. Very disappointing. I really wanted to like this place but it seems like they just don’t care about people.
Yall gained a great doctor in Dr. Jessica Pearce. I cant say enough that I really miss having a doctor that I could trust and was truly emphatic to my medical needs. I didnt get a chance to say goodbye and good luck on your new position due to covid. But I truly wish you well in all your future endeavors ❤🙏🏽.
I am the owner of the property and avenue 360 send fake checks twice in the pass 2 months causing the bank block my account and charged checks refund fee of $50 each check. How come they can send a bad checks to pay for the rents? That’s illegal practice of the Avenue 360. I tried to file BBB but the company doesn’t register with BBB.
Highly would not recommend. They are very poor at customer service and communicating with patients. It’s always a hit or miss getting an answer or anything and definitely don’t expect any follow ups from them. Very unorganized structure as well. Which makes this place not so ideal for patients with such serious health conditions and care needed
I followed Dr. Garza here years ago from Legacy in Montrose and this has been a great clinic for my medical needs. The staff is very helpful and welcoming, I have not had any issues with appointments or communication. The new online portal they now offer to view my medical records has been very convenient for me.
Its easy to review some place when things go sideways and were pissed off.I was in there today and as far as my visit went it was uneventful. But the staff members, from reception to doctor, were kind, respectful and extremely patient with me. They didnt get a dime out of my pocket either. It didnt matter. They went out of their way to insure that my needs were met. This is the first time Ive been there so who knows. But so far its been a positive experience.
The staff and service is a complete joke. I only started going there because my doctor took a position there but now thats gone theres no reason for me to stay. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you are absolutely desperate.
They have absolutely no problem with lying to you to push their own agenda. They will make you take a drug test for zero reason and if you question what the test is or what it is for they will lie to you and claim its a diagnostic test. Oh? Youre going to magically get cholesterol information from urine? Let me alert the media. Yes. They did actually claim that.If you take allergy medications, be prepared for them to accuse you of being a meth head. Taking OTC cold medications? Maybe youre on PCP, Methadone, or Opiates. Take a lot of ibuprofen? Maybe youre a pothead.They will accuse you while having a list of every OTC and prescription drug that you are currently taking, knowing that their drug test doesnt actually detect drugs and knowing that there are lots of other things that will cross-react with their joke of a test.You will be forced to go through an invasive blood test to prove your innocence. You wont receive an apology after being debased by them.Lets move on....If you call them and it requires them to call you back, you might have a 10% chance of getting a callback. That is their record with me. It doesnt matter how serious the reason is for your call. You dont really matter. The people up front dont care. It is a job to them and nothing more.Ive had about 20% of my appointments cancelled. That is a lot. You might only find out when you show up.But heres the thing-- If you are reading this review or looking to go here you dont have any other options. You are stuck and have to deal with it. You have to hope that you actually get the care you need. Just keep pushing.Its a shame. My experience with another location is the polar opposite. They genuinely cared. They were nice. They did not lie to patients. They never made you feel like garbage. I wish this location were even 10% as good as the other one.----RE: the response from the owner..How can you help? Do better. When you say you will call, CALL. If you make a promise, stand by the promise. Stop lying to patients. Stop treating them like you can do anything you want because they cant go anywhere else.When you blatantly lie to patients, blow them off, often never fulfill your promises, and generally make them feel unwanted, how do you think that is going to impact their treatment? Is it your goal to have them never come back?

Youll have to leave a message and hope for a reply.Dont hope for a reply. Youll have to call back.Dont expect the doctors and nurses to treat you like an individual. Youre just one of many faceless masses of ectoplasm.Dont expect anyone to ask you anything other than a predetermined list of questions.If its not on their list, it doesnt exist.Dont expect anyone to accurately record anything you tell them.Dont expect any follow up from your visit.I wish you good luck if you are coming to this clinic because you have no choice.
Highly recommended! Been coming here for 18yrs when it was Bautista Pediatrics and when it changed over to Avenue 360 its been consistent through and through. Love our Drs, nurses and staff as we have always felt like home. The care weve received from day one w/both my children have exceeded beyond exceptional. Theyve given us their personal best each and every time. Thank you Avenue 360!
Started getting dental services here today. I need some pretty major work done and thats a bit embarrassing on top of the major pain I was in. I went in on standby this morning and got in pretty quickly. I cant rave enough about how great they were. Ive had some very bad dentist experiences in the past. The nurses and Dr. Nichols were very kind, professional and explained everything very clearly never once making me feel embarrassed about my situation. 💗
Went there to see a doctor & my family was treated very well. Our nurse, Ms. Sheryl was so wonderful! This is definitely a place to come for your medical needs.
Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else. They are not communicating effectively and it shows in how unorganized they are. The pharmacy puts you on hold and never comes back, the ppl dont seem to want to be there… and that consent form to release meds it the stupidest thing I’ve heard of in a very long time. They can’t email it. What a joke.
My sister which is homeless received a voucher from Avenue 360 for housing to get her off the street. After not being able to get the apartment inspected by inspectors, because management was out of the country, they put my sister back on the waiting list to get housing. I was told that her voucher had expired. She did not receive an extension. She’s still on the street. No one in the building knows how to answer a phone. Haven’t spoken to a real person in two yrs. don’t expect a call back from your voicemails either. Have to drive 30min to talk about any issue in person. Half the time you go in and the person you need to speak with is “in s meeting or not there” and they will “call you back”. Have been trying to deal with a insurance issue for 6 weeks.Billing issue still not resolved. Billing department no longer answering calls or responding to messages.
I started going to Avenue 360 in the heights location about a month ago. I honestly have had the best experience with the staff and doctors here. The front desk is super warming and always willing to assist at a drop of a dime. The nurses and assistants are knowledgeable and caring. Lastly, Dr. Corrigan is the best OBGYN I have ever encountered. She is very educated, charismatic, and actually care about all of her patients and their health. She deserve an Oscar award for her great diligence! Thank you Avenue 360- Heights location!
Ms.Sandra Russell is awesome. She is personable,knowledgeable, caring, and has the best bed-side manner Ive ever experienced. She actually listens to her patients. Ms.Russell is truly an asset to Ave.360.
At the beginning everything was GREAT! But 1 year later, I have no idea what has happened with the staff.I have called for over 2 weeks now leaving voice messages and no one ever calls back.I was in Miami about 2 months ago and had an emergency, because of my Cancer and I called almost everyday to get meds and not a single returned call from Dr. Garza’s Nurses.I get dizzy from the Chemo, the meds I am taking for the pain create hallucinations and it’s difficult to walk or stand for long periods of time.I’ve been calling to get a prescription, for a stool (to sit in the shower) I need this stool, I live alone and I fell last week in the bathtub.I also need to know what to do for a Handicap sticker and yet I get no calls back and it’s been two weeks now.
Dont like there service at all.!!!!Not professional at all, they do not have good communication, Dr. Muhammad I have no idea what he is doing there! Dont ever explain nothing, always mad! And took almost 2 hours to go into the room.! Receptionist super lazy, they can not even get off the chair because of there laziness! Pharmacy people really unprofessional.! Looked at me mad.! This place wants to charge you anything for the smallest thing needed. They are very very unprofessional! They were extremely rude to my insurance company and refused to let anyone speak to a manager. My mother loves legacy...try them if you dont have insurance. These people take advantage of low income individuals. Shame on them and God bless you if you have no alternative but this horrible place.
Everytime I call I get an answering machine, it takes several calls before I can get someone to pick up to make an appointment. Also dont be late (10 minutes) because they will make you wait for a long time to get seen. Also Some of the staff in the front is very rude.
I honestly hate to leave a bad review about a community clinic. But the unprofessionalism at the Heights location needs to be addressed. I received a voicemail regarding lab results the person whom left the voicemail never a left a name. When I called back, the individual who answered the phone told me if I couldn’t tell them who left the VM then she couldn’t help me. Weeks went by before I spoke to anyone.
I have been going here for almost two years. I go to get my Testosterone perscription refilled and I suddenly have a new doctor- who for some reason has no record of my past perscriptions and then proceeds to try and scare me with the side effects of T and asks if I am sure I really want it. I have been on it for two years and even had a note from my previous doctor stating I was on hormone replacement therapy. Even so he refused to refill my script and then did bloodwork on me. His nurse said they would call back in a week and if the bloodwork was good they would call in a perscription for me. Its been three weeks- no call. Several messages left.I have now been off of them nearly two months and no one there seems to care.I dont know what happened with the doctor swap but I can say I do not appreciate being treared this way at all.The only reason I am giving them two stars is because of the previous years saved them from being none.

Great Doctors Dr. Garza along with Nurse Practitioner in infectious disease Sharon Jones is beyond excellent shes truly present when dealing with her patients ! Excellent front desk service the ladies are super friendly therere some beautiful people who work at this location, and some arent thank God the good out weigh the bad !
Great experience with Dr. NP, and MA’s.... they are all very friendly and answer all my questions. Only downside is front desk NEVER PICKS UP THE PHONE. I literally have to call plenty times before they do.
Tell you to be there 15 minutes early & we were, still didnt get seen tell 30 minutes after here appt time.Wait in the room another 35 minutes. Im not understanding why she needed to be there 15 minutes early & she still didnt get seen on time.

Avenue 360 has helped me so much!!! From minor issues to more severe medical / mental health issues to referrals. They have done it all for me! They can help you with the Eligibility process and help fill out/send in applications. The staff is very friendly and efficient!
I have called more than 30 times today for a simple prescription authorization and cant get anyone to help me. This is for insulin and actually a needed medicine and no one cares.
Horrible customer service from the lady at the front office, she turn me down for my apt at 8.45 because I was suppos to be there 15 mins before and no one mention that to me.But some guy came 10 mins after me and I heard him tell them his apt was at 8.45am

This was my first time visiting here, and my experience was wonderful. I have no complaints at all. The doctors and nurses were wonderful. I would recommend this office to all my family and friends.
Dr. Isaacs is great, however there’s a MAJOR CAVEAT! The office staff is completely incompetent. If you have an apppointment expect to wait at least 2 hours. That is applicable for anything you have scheduled (bloodwork, xrays, psychiatric care, etc.)It’s a shame Dr. Isaacs isn’t with a better office staff. A very unpleasant experience from start to finish. DO BETTER!My recommendation is to find another doctor. Or Maybe Avenue 360 will clean house and get a better staff.
When it comes a government office you cant do much better than this place. VerySatisfied about everything. Great caseworker clean environment everything you could ask for thumbs up five stars.
They wanted to charge me $280 for a single consultation. Thats without blood work or any kind of test. Thats just absurd. Its not this clinics fault that healthcare in this country is broken, but I dont understand how they justify charging anyone those prices.
Cant even get them to respond. If you or someone you care for has mental health issues, I suggest you try somewhere else. Although there are very few places that actually want to help people w/o insurance. The city should be ashamed
The people of this clinic really care about their patients. Ive been going here for healthcare for years. I would recommend this clinic to anyone. They take many different types of insurances. Youll be glad that you called them.
I don’t know why the have a phone if they never answer ! You have to call so many times for them to pick up. Sometimes you need answers or make an appointment because you really need it. I understand the staff may be bussy at times but at least 1 person is in the desk should be answering the calls and they don’t I’ve called multiple times on multiple days and they rarely pick up this is an issue that should be fixed ASAP.
I must say my in person person visits are always stellar. However there is a big issue with answering calls between the hrs of 2pm and 6pm. Im not a disagreeable person however Ive been put on hold instantaneously after an answer and left there only to call back and repeat it again. Highly irritating!

Expect to wait 2 hours to get treated. Arrived at 8:30 for my 8:40 appointment got called at 9:15 am, asked the nurse how long will I have to wait since had something to do at 10:30, and stated not too long. I had to walk out at 10am... thanks gotta improve on the scheduling and timing.
Terrible experience, cant get a simple authorization from the doctor for insulin, this is actually needed medicine. I have called over 30 times today and no answer. We are going on day 4.
Horrible service!! I called for 2 weeks straight to make an appointment and no one ever answered the phone. I also left a voicemail and nobody ever called me back.
They never called in my prescription I been calling leaving messages for about 2wks now I NEED my vitamin D they said they will call me back and so far NOTHING! !!! I try to speak to management they left me on hold!!! Dr. Muhammad needs to check on his STAFF!!
This place is awful. They never answer the phone. They never follow up. Ive never had a positive expereince here. The ladies that answer the phones & work the front desk are a joke.

Was good until they stopped answering their phones.. Was number one in line for 15 minutes and never answered.. Do they think people have all day and are doing nothing? People work you know answer your phones!

Exceptional health care from all staff. They have their own pharmacy so you can get your meds on the way out the building.
My experience in this clinic been horrible very aggressive staff very unprofessional I have a lot issues in this clinic I definitely I do not recommend people to go here doctors trying to give a lot medicine I do not need also this staff look the people down And pharmacy staff has very bad attitude as well I just switch to the Harris county clinic they have very nice doctors very friendly staff I don’t have to wait seating for hours On my appointments very good prices I pay 0 co-pay I definitely recommend the Harris county clinics very friendly social workers people they can help you
Lack of communication....every time I call they dont answer and when I went up there; a guy led me on just to get me out the way because they focus on HIV + people and homeless people . I guess since Im neither ; Im consider last resort for service

Honestly, this clinic is a pain in the ass, they never answer your calls, they always leave you waiting on the line for hours and they never help you resolve anything, they are disastrous.
The nurse who treated me was super nice and friendly at the reception and the doctor was very professional.
I dont give it 0 stars because you cant, this place is terrible, the doctors advice, everything in general, for them to send you to a specialist, its hard work, there are always problems with the medications with transportation, for Gods sake, everyone is incompetent...

Ufff, very poor quality of care in the lobby since they removed the staff who spoke Spanish, it has changed, they had me waiting for an hour to do a lab. I spoke to those who attend the lobby, they told me that they already attended to me, a nurse had to come out and I checked that they had not After placing the order, she very kindly offered to help me because I see that I had been waiting for a long time, they should change staff who are efficient, speak both languages and know how to treat patients. I am very upset by what they have done today :(
