I only gave one star or none if possible. We had PCR Test for travelling at Greenspoint location. As indicated on the email appointment reminder, if you take the test after 11 am, you will get the test results on the next day by noon. She even told me she will mark as URGENT and she told me I should be able to get our test results on the next day. Dont believe anything they say. Its all lies!!! So, I did not get the test results on the next day. I kept calling their customer service and there was nothing they can do. They did not even care if that was for family emergency leave. They kept saying they cant get in touch with the lab due to high call volume. I had no choice and changed my flight. Very bad customer service.Update: I havent received my test result until today, 1/4/22 and it has been exactly a week now. I am pretty sure they messed it up. I only received the test results for my two daughters on the following day. We had to cancel our flights and missed my dads funeral.

They took 3 days for the RT PCR. fortunately I got it right before my flight to India within 30 minutes otherwise I would have missed my flight. Worst experience. No body bothered to answer my call despite trying for hours.
