Really enjoy Dr. Spoo. She makes me feel comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. Very knowledgeable and cared about her patients. I never feel rushed when I’m there and always make sure I have. I more questions. She’s great! Love her nurses and front desk. Everyone is so friendly and willing to help.
Long overdue review for the fabulous Dr. Spoo and her incredible team. I have been a patient with Dr. Spoo since before she opened her own practice. I followed her after she left a previous practice. Her previous practice did not prioritize patient care and this is something you can see shine through Dr. Spoo’s current practice. From the moment you enter the reception area you can sense the positive energy Dr. Spoo and her team put into making their office as comfortable as possible for patients. The team here is highly organized and they prepare you in advance of your appointment with all the information you need for an efficient appointment experience.I have a unique medical history and Dr. Spoo has always taken the time to understand my concerns and will work with me to find a treatment plan that meets my overall health care plan.Dr. Spoo takes time to address your questions and is diligent in keeping records of areas of concern or follow up’s between appointments. My favorite part of Dr. Spoo’s approach to medicine is her transparency and accountability with her patients. When she was unable to do something herself in office, she and her medical team worked to find me a referral and coordinated with me to ensure the treatment plan was followed.Ultimately the team was able to work things out with my insurance so I was able to have the procedure done in house, but it was a great comfort knowing if I had to go outside the practice, Dr. Spoo wasn’t leaving me on my own to figure it out.I can’t say enough kind words about Dr. Spoo and how much she cares for her patients. She has advocated on my behalf to insurance companies and ordered tests when my primary care physicians ignored my symptoms.I would recommend Dr. Spoo to anyone looking for a doctor who will provide expert specialized care and prioritize their holistic health and well being.
I had doctor Spoo as a Gynecologist 2023 regular Pap smear and blood work. It just so happened that my lab work came back pre diabetes. I informed the Dr Spoo I was looking to conceive. 2024 I found out I successfully conceived and called to make a first prenatal appointment. Gave the office my information got a message back saying Dr Spoo wouldn’t take me because I could be high risk due to me being overweight and pre diabetic which I had already started losing weight before conceiving. They did not even let me come in the office just to see how my health had improved or gotten worse. Went to UT physicians women under a regular ob/gyn and I have had no issues and I am currently 34 weeks pregnant. I have no gestational diabetes or pre eclampsia. My honest opinion is that Dr Spoo did not want to take an overweight black woman with hyperpigmentation in intimate areas. Really made me sad that I was treated this way. So if you’re an overweight black woman maybe don’t go to this doctor. She discriminates based on how you look or built.
I felt compelled to write this review because I believe many underestimate the impact that both positive and negative reviews can have.for example in our company despite selling over 10,000 units, our company has received only about 50 reviews, which is why I wanted to share my personal experience. Recently, I underwent a C-section performed by Dr. Spoo on May 3rd. Throughout the nine months leading up to the surgery, we had an excellent rapport with Dr. Spoo, akin to what many others have experienced. On the day of the procedure, I was understandably anxious and turned to reading online reviews to reaffirm my choice. While most feedback was positive, a recent negative review left me unsettled. However, I can confidently say that our experience was nothing short of exceptional. This being our third child, it was by far the best experience weve had. Dr. Spoo is not only calm and professional but also genuinely caring and radiates positivity. The entire team in the office was incredibly supportive and helpful, making the entire process very smooth. I felt it was important to share this to help others in their decision-making. A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Spoo and the amazing team for making this experience so positive for us.
Dr Spoo will prescribe Hormones but is not well versed/educated in using Bioidentical hormones. If you need to adjust your dosage shes hesitant. To further this review I’m in awe at how unprofessional this office is. Dr. SPOO called me and blasted me for my review apparently freedom of speech is not allowed.
Dr. Spoo is an amazing OB and had provided the best care to my wife through multiple procedures. She is kind, knowledgeable, and responsive, and we have had the best experience with her as my wifes OB. My wife wont see any other OB.The staff are always friendly, helpful, and responsive. Weve had maybe 15 appointments or more over the last 3 years, and we cant speak any more highly of Dr. Spoo.Seeing some of the negative comments, I must disagree with them 100%. Of course I cant speak for every case, but to call Dr. Spoo unethical or money-hungry or uncaring to patients is completely incorrect. Our ~15 encounters (appointments, birth, surgeries) serve as testimony to integrity, care, and expertise that Dr. Spoo and her team have.Youre the best Dr. Spoo and team!
Part 4The next day, my fiancé figured he’d call since the only person I could get was Spoo herself and that was like talking to a brick wall.He is a former football player, a passionate man and tends to sound aggressive when he believes in something. He called them to demand an explanation as to why things went so south and to ask when they could send the medical records over so we could make an appointment with our new doctor. Patricia, one of the head nurses at Dr. Spoo’s office, who I used to love, told him they had 30 days to send medical records. Keep in mind I’m 30 weeks pregnant. I don’t have a month to go without getting appropriate and professional care for my child. My fiancé was understandably upset and I’m not going to lie to any of you and say he didn’t yell. He did.In turn, I received a call from a Deputy explaining that neither myself, nor my fiancé, nor ANY of our family members could call Dr. Spoo’s office again.Read that again. Neither myself, nor any of my family members could reach out to Dr. Spoo’s office to ask about the status of my medical records. I know I’m not crazy for thinking this is insanely unprofessional because for the next week, my new doctors office kept calling me telling me: hey… can you see if they’ll send the records. They faxed the records request to Dr. Spoo’s office twice and got no response. I explained the situation to the receptionist at my new doctor and she called Spoo herself explaining I am 30 weeks pregnant and all they need to do is push a button so I can be taken care of.Funny enough, the day after the receptionist personally called Dr. Spoo’s office, Dr. Spoo calls me. She says I have sent over your records. Would you like me to email them to you as well? I said No. I told her I requested a medical release form via email from her office and will deal with them directly. I no longer trusted Dr. Spoo at this time and her asking for non-official approval to send out my records seemed not only unprofessional but also very much not the right decision.
Dr. Spoo demanded my last review from my business account be taken down on the grounds that she did something nice for my fiance when she was a teenager or else my 7+ month pregnant fiance will have to find another dr.I respect that, but one good thing in the past does not justify her practices. After my last review instead of attempting to alleviate the concerns, pick up the phone and apologize for her actions that caused her review Dr. Spoo went into instant protection mode.In my last review we explained how we had an issue with her billing department and our insurance which caused us to have to miss an appointment. Dr. Spoo called after that appointment was missed and she did not attempt to fix the billing issues or alleviate the concerns with the insurance. She instead called to inform my fiance that missing an appointment looks bad on Dr. Spoo and that she will need to find someone else to treat her because it will hurt Dr. Spoos reputation. She then proceeded to insinuate that the missed appointment was the result of other things, that are not true one bit.Long story short, we set the appointment with our practitioner and I reviewed our experience with Dr. Spoo. Now remember this appointment was already missed once, and according to Dr. Spoo missing and rescheduling appointments can lead to bad things & if that happens it looks bad on her.So you would never think, ya know because she just told us how bad it was to miss an appointment (despite it being caused by fraudulent billing practices) that Dr. Spoo would call and push it back an additional week, right?Well she did, under the guise that she wanted to personally check in since we missed the last oneThat was not the case at all. Our appointment (that could not be delayed because terrible things would happen) was pushed back. Not to check in personally, or show any compassion whatsoever, but to corner her patient with printed copies of the review and despite being 7 months pregnant begin to tell her she needs to see another dr if she wont delete the review. She leveraged a kind deed she did when my fiance was a teenager to force her to take down the review or find a new dr 7 months pregnant. My fiance has a big heart, and agreed to take down the review.Me on the other hand, Im not her patient and I did not agree to take down the review.I am not an angry customer, a liar or any other thing Dr. Spoo will attempt to portray this review a result of.I am a lymphoma survivor, I have been around AMAZING drs I owe my life too. Good, honest, patient first people who would never lie to make an extra buck or deny a patients care because their feelings got hurt.I do not write negative reviews, I work as a consultant assisting people in achieving their dreams. The last thing I want to do is tear down a business someone has worked to build, however Dr. Spoos actions have proven her to be a very selfish individual who is willing to put my childs health at risk because her office made mistakes and I questioned her shady practices.Remember everyone, it is dangerous to miss appointments or be without care late in your pregnancy. That is unless your dr is Dr. Spoo, then it is only dangerous until you question their shady tactics. Then it turns into delaying appointments so she can sit there and say if you dont like it then leave...She is 7.5 months pregant, she is 22 years old. Dr. Spoo your an adult. You messed up, your a professional. In that instance you apologize, not tell a 7.5 month girl to go find someone else or delete their review.
Dr. Spoo is an absolute gem. Her knowledge and experience is evident in every interaction. She listens attentively to my concerns, addressing each one with great care and respect. She patiently explains every step of the process, ensuring I fully understand the diagnosis, treatment options, and any potential risks involved. Her bedside manner is exceptional, making me feel supported and genuinely cared for. I’m happy she will be delivering my baby #2 as well!
Part 2Her nurse then walked into the room and accompanied us in our appointment. Which never happens. Once her nurse was in the room she started to act right but I made it a point to say in front of her staff, “Like I said when you were on your phone just now obviously not listening to your patient’s concern, I’m not experiencing itching and would like to make sure my baby is still on a healthy growth trajectory.”This statement made her staff awkward. It also made doctor spoo visibly awkward. She then proceeded to, as she should, act in a professional manner and give me her full attention as I asked the rest of my questions.Once I was done, she said she wanted to discuss something with me. Keep in mind the nurse was still standing in corner of the room. She pulls out two sheets of paper with the printed review from fiancé and states that “it is very uncomfortable to know that this is how my patient feels about me when I’m giving them care.” I explained to her that he wrote that review after she gave me that call late at night asking me if everything was okay at home. I went on to explain that my fiancé knows of my past and doesn’t appreciate the potential trigger on her part, especially while pregnant, that comes with asking if things are okay at home. As I explained this I also told her I would ask him to take it down. She explained that she said that to make sure I’m okay, that it’s even hard for her to ask something like that but it’s her job. I said I understand and I will discuss this with my fiancée.At this point it seemed her and I were back on the same page. I was glad, because like I said before, Dr. Spoo showed me years ago the kind of doctor and woman she is and I would not want any other woman delivering my baby. We then went on to book an appointment for an ultrasound two weeks out.(One thing I want to say is that doctors and medical industry in general can be crooked. I know this because my fiancé is a cancer survivor. Anyways, Spoo’s office had me outsourced to another clinic for my anatomy scan and asked me if I would continue going to this other clinic for ultrasounds when they have ultrasounds at Dr. Spoo’s. This clinic is out of network and there is no reason for me to continue going there after the anatomy scan. They billed me $256 for a single, mandatory appointment. I explained in a simple way that it’s not necessary for us to go there anymore and that I would like to proceed with my ultrasounds at Dr. Spoo’s office. They agreed and I was happy to feel we were on the same page once again.)
Dr. Spoo and her team are excellent! I had a rough beginning to my first trimester and was so lost and confused. When I found Dr. Spoo she gave me not only exceptional care, but clear and compassionate answers. She has a calm demeanor that put me at ease, helped me throughout my pregnancy and always there to answer questions. She delivered my happy and healthy baby girl and is truly the best OBGYN I have ever had. Her team is amazing as well, and Miss Patricia is so kind, caring, and knowledgeable, I always love seeing her. Front desk always gets me in, and calls back, which is huge for me. Great doctor, great office, highly recommend!
Doctor Spoo attended to me in the er at Memorial City Hospital and she was wonderful. Her bedside manner at 2 in the morning was kind and comforting. She fixed the problem with out me having to go to the OR, which is huge because I am self pay. Job well done.
This place is wonderful! Dr. Lauren is so sweet and she really cares for her patients. I highly recommend her practice.
I tried to switch providers due to my current one if forcing me for a C section because she is scared of delivering big babies. This doc didn’t accept me after reviewing my MR because she trained my previous Doc and were in the same recidency and they probably have the same delivery method for me! Just horrible how can doctors stress a 35 week pregnant women! She is already in stress for the delivery and all the 3rd trimester symptoms! All they care is getting easy money! Lets cut her up and have baby out in minutes! They don’t care about the patient im absolute
10/10 Where do I start… BEST OBGYN EVER!!Dr. Spoo is truly the best doctor I’ve ever had. Her care for her patients, employees and your partner during the pregnancy process is truly unmatched! She takes time to answer your questions, listen to your concerns and give you logical, evidence based advice with you and your baby in mind. Dr. Spoo’s smile is perfect for a calm, successful delivery. She truly lights up the room. Her motto “healthy mama, and healthy baby” is something she truly prides herself in. As a first time mom, she took amazing care of me and made sure to teach me how to take care of myself as well. Because of Dr. Spoo’s professionalism, kindness, precision, and care, I recommend her to every pregnant woman I know! She’s more than worth it! AND if my husband and I have another baby, we will definitely be going back to Dr. Spoo! If you’re looking for an OB, call Dr. Spoo, she knows what to Doo! 😉
Dr Spoo is very nice and patient. I am so glad I found her. She is one of the best Obgyn doctors I have ever met in Houston over so many years. I like her very much.
Dr Spoo is my OBGYN, she also delivered my first baby girl. She listens to your concerns very carefully, gives time to discuss questions. Very caring. Provided care during my high risk pregnancy. Best obgyn I ever had. Would highly recommend her to friends and family.
By far the best ob/gyn I have ever had!Dr. Spoo took care of me and my baby wonderfully for all the months I was pregnant !! She delivered my baby by vaginal birth with epidural and it was such an smooth labor (in my opinion, this is my 1st baby)She will be my regular ob/gyn for sure for the years to come and I recommend and trust her with my eyes closed. She explains everything throughly and takes the time to make sure you are ok !! I had several questions and doubts and she always took the time and patience to be sure I understood and that I knew all the options that I had. There is no wait time for your appointments as they are super organized with the schedule. The staff is amazing, kudos to patricia as the best nurse, I’m scared of needles and she has a really good hand I barely noticed the injection. The reception staff is also friendly and organized, they make sure you are ok!Definitely having a second baby and it will be delivered with dr spoo for sure!
Dr. Spoo was the on call doctor when my water broke. She immediately addressed all my concerns and showed up on a Saturday to deliver my baby. She is kind, quick and knowledgeable, she kept my wants balanced with the realities of my situation to get me and baby through everything safely.
Dr Spoo is a great OBGYN. I highly recommend her! She was my doctor before pregnancy, all throughout pregnancy, and delivered our new baby girl. She made me feel comfortable through out my entire pregnancy and listened to all of my concerns. At the beginning of the pregnancy, I had a lot of pain, and she immediately took action to confirm if I was having an ectopic pregnancy. She also was accommodating when I had a family members who was diagnosed with cancer and had to change around my schedule. One time during a prenatal appointment, I was unable to see her because she was delivering a baby, and I saw another OBGYN, and the level of care was night and day. Dr Spoo actually listens to her patients and helps come up with options and a game plan. Also unfortunately during my pregnancy, I had covid and had concerns around my baby’s development. Dr Spoon listened to my concerns and prescribed doing BPP’s to monitor the baby before birth and monitor if there were any respiratory or development issues. All around, I am very thankful that Dr Spoo was my OBGYN and helped me deliver my happy and healthy baby.
Dr.Spoo is amazing! Last year I was pregnant with my first child and she stood in for my other gyno. She answered all my questions judgement free and did not rush my appointment at all! She was honest and cared about everything I had concerns about. A few weeks later she delivered my daughter, and she kept the environment positive and comfortable. Definitely recommending her to friends and family! The staff is also super friendly and sweet!
I absolutely love doctor Spoo, she has been my Obgyn since the beginning of my pregnancy. She truly cares for her patients and takes the time to listen and explain. I fully trust her advise because, 1. Is Professional 2. Comes from a Caring perspective. After giving birth to my healthy 7.15 pound baby my body decided to go into preeclampsia (bp of 195) and doctor Spoo did everything possible to have me admitted at the emergency room within 10 min. Would she have not answered my husband after hours something worts could of happen. Please look no further for an OBGYN you have found the one💕
Dr. Spoo is phenomenal. I’ve had issues for years and she’s the first doctor in years to actually listen to my concerns, and create a treatment plan so I can be taken care of. I feel seen, heard, and understood in her care. For the first time in almost 10 years I’m actually optimistic about my health and fertility. Very grateful to have met her; if I could give more than 5 stars I would. (And all the staff there are AH-MAZING!)
Dr. Spoo was great! She was very nice and didnt make my visit feel uncomfortable. She was also super gentle. I would recommend anyone who is getting a Pap test done for the first time to make an appointment with Dr. Spoo.Office visit experience: Everyone was super nice, but it did take quite a bit of time. Expect to be there for a few hours if it is your first visit - super thorough and its most likely why I was there for a while.
Really appreciate Dr. Spoo immensely. She was able to help me with a problem I had for years and gone to several different doctors with no success. Dr. Spoo solved the problem on the first visit.
Went in as a new patient for my annual check up as my previous gynecologist retired and was super satisfied with my first visit there. Dr Spoo is excellent and did a great job interviewing and listening to me and my concerns as well as she was very thorough with my health history and previous gynecology records. Was thoroughly impressed with her and the entire staff!! I felt very welcomed and have now found me a new well woman check up home! 🥰Very happy I came to Dr Spoo and look forward to future visits well. I believe I am in great hands with Dr Spoo and staff!! Thanks so much !!!
My wife had a terrible experience with Dr. Spoo and Dr. Spoo called to threaten her with a lawsuit if she did not take down her review which tells you what kind of person Dr.Spoo is. We had to wait a very long time to be seen. We didn’t felt prioritized. We would not trust her with the labor and delivery of our child. She is aggressive and her tone changed if you asked any questions. Never coming back here.
Dr. Lauren Spoo is the absolute best! She is knowledgeable and patient when answering any questions you have. I highly recommend Dr. Spoo and her office.
Dr Spoo is amazing, I’m a first time patient but she’s excellent when it comes to treating me, very helpful and answers all my questions. I would definitely recommend seeing her! The front staff is great, too. I always look forward to my visits knowing that I’m going to have an excellent experience
Love this office. Staff is FRIENDLY, professional and thorough. The flow of office is well organized. Dr. Spoo, listens to you, helps with treatment plan and is concerned with the patients care. This one of the best ogbyn Ive been to in years! Highly recommend!
Dr Lauren Spoo is the best doctor I have ever had! She listens and cares and pays attention and discusses options and is thoughtful and clever. She will determine a strategic plan that works for you! For anyone in peri or menopause, you know how hard it can be to find a gynecologist who is interested in anything other than delivering babies! Not that she doesn’t do that, she does but Dr Spoo’s top three interests/specialities are contraception, menopause and irregular bleeding. Run don’t walk to her office and get the best diagnostics and health care of your life!
I’m so mad I had to move out of Houston and it has been difficult an MD like Dr. Spoo. She was the best doctor. A women exam is not the most comfortable but mandatory to be healthy. Her bedside manners were top tier.
Awful Experience/High C-Section Rates -- This review is based on my personal experience with Dr. Lauren Spoo. The entire experience was unprofessional from start to present day of me writing this review. During my examination there was a stranger who walked into the room unannounced -- I even asked the doctor who this was and why they were not introduced. I still dont know who it was to this day other than eventually learning it was possibly a medical assistant. This made me very uncomfortable. Dr. Spoos bedside manners were awful in my opinion, and I felt she was very rude and pushy towards me.When I asked about her C-Section rates and how often they are performed, I personally found them to be way too high and she got very defensive. Even after terminating my care because I did not feel comfortable with any part of my experience, she called and harassed me over the phone about how negative reviews will hurt her Business Practice. I had lab work done on things I already had done recently and because the doctor did not take the time to go through my previous lab work I was billed twice and had costly lab work on things I later realized I did not need at all. She made me feel like my questions were an inconvenience when in reality I was being pro-active about my health. Like Dr. Spoo said to me on the phone, this a BUSINESS practice..Please do your research and ask questions -- this is your health! My experience was absolutely awful, and I would personally never ever recommend Dr. Spoo or this office (Dr. Sinacori Practice Group and/or any of the Memorial Womens Specialist physicians) based on my own experience to any of my friends or family.
My husband and I just moved back to Houston. I was new to the city and so glad I came across Dr.Spoo- this was my first pregnancy and we were having twins! I have high anxiety and she made sure to explain and go over everything with my high risk pregnancy. Both my boys are healthy and here! She took great care of me! Shes now my obgyn!
Dr. Spoo is patient, kind & very knowledgeable. She is a great physician. I highly recommend her as an obgyn. She does not rush you through the visit which is very refreshing now days.
First time here. The office is clean and lobby has comfortable seating. Front desk is polite. The nurse and provider Dr. Spoo were informative and patient. All my questions were answered. I felt comfortable and not rushed.
My review is solely based on her knowledge of endometriosis. Dr. Spoo is not the physician for endometriosis if you are seeking care and treatment. I would love to submit my post op report from 8/18/22 for her to review so she could compare it to the report of the ultrasound where she stated According to the Ultrasound, you shouldnt be in the pain you are describing.
Dr. Spoo listened to me patiently and addressed all my concerns. She was one of the most thorough and thoughtful doctors I have with worked with! Would definitely recommend her.
Dr. Spoo is wonderful and I could not recommend her enough! She will actually sit and listen to you and answer all of your questions! I am so happy I found her!
I love Dr. Spoo, I will definitely recommend her to anyone and I hope to keep her for many many years. She always makes sure to answer all of my questions, she is the sweetest always concerned about my health and makes sure everything I get everything I need
Dr. Spoo was very professional and thorough. She really showed concern for my well being. I would recommend her to anyone that is looking for a great OB-GYN
Dr.Spoo is the best!! If I could give her more then 5 stars I definitely would! She’s very understanding and listens to all your questions and concerns. Such a sweet person to have a conversation with as well 😊☺️The staff there and in labor in delivery are just amazing. They’re all respectful very helpful. I definitely recommend Dr.Spoo ❤️
Dr Spoo is humble, makes me comfortable to ask questions and truly listens. She gathers the full array of resources—medical, human, social, and spiritual—that demonstrates her concern and compassion for her patients.
I highly recommend Dr spoo and Dr leibman to anyone. I had a very good experience with Dr Spoo during my pregnancy and delivery and she is the best doctor I ever had.
I always received great care and felt like we were a team making decisions for me and my baby. She is direct, knowledgeable, and caring. I’m glad I chose her as my ob.
Excellent service and excellent care. Dr Spoo took her time with me. Was sympathetic to my needs and what I was experiencing. Explained every option for me in detail. The entire staff was a pleasure.
Dr. Spoo is amazing. First time patient and shes been there throughout my entire pregnancy.
Dr. Spoo has a warm heart and makes you feel comfortable and knowledgeable throughout the whole pregnancy process.
The Doctors and staff are extremely nice at this location. The only issue I had is with a scheduler who had attitude and was not helpful at all. I called back later and spoke to someone else who resolved my issue immediately. This is no reflection on the rest of the team they are wonderful. Feel free to contact me for more details.
Dr. Spoo clearly explained my medical condition and possible soluciones. She also answered all my questions in a professional patient friendly manner. She even brought up illustrstions on her phone so that I could clearly understand.
Dr Spoo made sure I was comfortable as coming to her as a new patient..She explained everything needed to know... Very professional!! Highly recommended ☺️
I highly recommend MWS (Dr. Spoo) in particular. She is informative and listens to your concerns. I am so happy that I found her. The office is clean, the staff is nice and the waiting time is quick.
Dr. Spoo is kind and informative and a great doctor. After seeing her for a procedure I am going to make sure to go back for all future gynecologist appts.
Worst doctor if there is any 0 star I ll definitely give her 0 star I went her clinic for severe bleeding but she did nothing and she charged me 250 dollor and did nothing I ll recommend you guys dont go her clinic worst experience
I had a great experience with Dr. Spoo. She was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer any questions I had. I would definitely recommend her!
Dr. Spoo is a great doctor. She is very friendly and takes her time to treat you in detail.
She listens to the patients and make sure the patient got all the information needed, she is kind and professional. I was very comfortable with her, and she answered all my questions. Definitely recommend.
First time patient with a specific issue, thorough questions and exam, answered my questions and agreed to a treatment plan all while making sure I was comfortable physically and treating me like I had been a patient for many years. Thanks!
Dr. Spoo is really nice and patient, I’m glad to have her for exam
Dr. Spoo was very detail in explaining the situation that I am having and gave me the option for the treatment that I can take.
Had a wonderful experience with Dr. Sooo. I definitely recommend. She made the visit very welcoming and a calming environment!
I am incredibly happy to have Dr. Spoo to help my wife and baby for all services.
Dr.Spoo was nice and helpful , but as it being my first time I did have to wait more than an hour. Other than that everything was great!
Enjoyed my visit. Thanks for the excellent customer service from the time I walked through the door! Great Patient Experience.
Awesome professional. She answered all my questions and gave me the best suggestions. I’m very thankful.
I feel Very comfortable to ask all of my questions and I don’t feel pressure. Waiting time is normal.
Great office, staff was very warm and welcoming. Minimal wait time.
Great to have a team of doctors taking the time to explain and ask you if you have questions.
Dr. Spoo was great...professional, knowledgeable, smart.
I made a new well woman exam appointment.
Great Dr.
Excellent treatment!
Bad Experience.
