Hannah, the NP who treated my 90yo mother, was very kind and patient. She took her time and we felt confident in her abilities. The support staff was welcoming and professional. The clinic was very clean and comfortable. We definitely recommend GoHealth.
Disappointed with the service, I made an appointment and they took a long time. I do not recommend it; they are not attentive to patients.
I recommend GoHealth for your urgent care need, From start to finish, the visit was awesome. !!! The minimal wait, the pleasant, professional and patient staff, and the Provider was top notch.
Have never really had an issue with this location and have came here many times. But this last time that I went, I feel like I was completely rushed out and the PA who saw me was nice, but did not even touch me to review my symptoms at all. Came in and talked to me for 5 minutes and prescribed me meds based on only what I said, I felt like I might as well have had a virtual visit. My symptoms could have been based on my ears / sinuses but those weren’t even glanced at. Just did not feel validated at all. Will no longer be coming to this location based on that :(
All aspects of my surgical experience at Memorial Hermann were exemplary, with the exception of the anesthesia. Upon recovery, I had an excruciating sore throat, which the doctor in residence said appeared as a result of the insertion of the breathing tube by the anesthesiologist. Five days later I had an enormous (10-12 cm) ulcer in the back of my throat, which I ultimately had to go to a minor emergency clinic to get resolved. That doctor said it was likely caused by a wound as a result of the breathing tube insertion.I have since commented to the anesthesiologist doctors group and received no response.
The PA, Denis, was very attentive to my concerns and questions and answered each issue I brought to his attention. I feel very comfortable with his recommended steps I was advised to take to complete my foot healing. Most importantly, the PA made me feel well- cared for, and he presented trustworthy source of medical guidance for me. .
The receptionist was very friendly and understanding. The medical assistant took her time to help me find the information i needed for the visit. Dr Easy was informative and listened to my extra questions about my diagnosis. This is great team.
In and out in 20 minutes. Ease of check-in, modern clean facility with a friendly team wanting to help. My doctor was affable and took his time with me. I had a follow up on a referral the next day. It was nearly perfect.
The facility looks clean and pleasant. I was quickly attended. The doctor explained my condition throughly, and his plan worked perfectly for my cure. Thank you!
Very efficient and cordial experience!Doctor was very thorough in explaining drug interactions with the antiviral he prescribed for me.
Pathetic customer service, patient dealing, specially when i am 27 weeks pregnant and having severe flu body ache they refused to see me when they had literally zero patients they said please go to your gyni or er as u need ultrasound went to gyni to find out theres no need for any ultrasound all i needed was swab and i had to go to another urgent care definitely better than them
I had a cough for over 1 week, that was not getting better. Saw the doctor, and received advice , as well as 2 prescriptions. Now, cough is much improved, not gone yet, but better! Continuing medication as prescribed. Thank you, Doctor and staff for excellent care!
We scheduled an e-visit and the dr was nice and helpful. He spent about 2 minutes total with my husband. We were charged over $200 for the visit, for a 2 minute consultation. For perspective, if that was an hourly rate, it would be over $5k an hour. This is not a specialist! While I appreciate the expertise and value the credibility of doctors. This is extortion and should be illegal, healthcare should be affordable.
The place was fast and accessible only hiccup they sent medication to wrong cvs other than that it was fine
I came here because I was feeling dizzy. The doctor told me I had serious heart problem. He said he was calling an ambulance. I went to my own physician at Texas Med Center. He was stunned at what your physician told me. Theres nothing wrong with me that constitutes an emergency!Im damned glad I didnt let him call me an ambulance. There are fly by night ambulance services in Houston that try to charge unbelievable fares.
Great staff. Everyone from the receptionist to the doctor. Million times better than my PCP! So glad to have this facility near by.
They were fast pleasant and got straight to the job. I was in and out quickly with an antibiotic prescription called in that I needed to feel better.
I had a great experience at the Town and Country location. Went in for testing for COVID-19. I was greeted and waited 5 minutes. The urgent care was very clean and had sanitizer in the waiting area. My test was fast and gentle I didnt experience any pain for the nose swab. Staff was very polite and friendly.
I loved the staff - lab techs, MA, and doctor were caring and knowledgeable. They spent time with me yet operated very efficiently. You can tell they enjoy their job and each other. Great team environment.
Faithfully frequent this location until today! I came as a follow up for pneumonia and still not feeling much better from 3 days ago. I was greeted by receptionist who i recognize from 3 days prior and I said Im back not feeling better. She rudely asks have you been taking your medicine... I was like yes absolutely... then informs me .... well they arent going to do anything much else for you! Once again keep in mind... the receptionist.... I have never felt so embarrassed or humiliated in my life and just informed her to cancel my appointment and went elsewhere. She is not a nurse, doctor or tech and does not know my medical situation. I came to spend my copay as a status check/follow up as a recommendation to ensure I wasnt at least getting worse. I am so upset and hope to get a response from this review from memorial hermann, this was such an unprofessional interaction.
Doctor spent 4 minutes with me just to put me on a drug that I WAS ALREADY TAKING. Such inexperienced staff.
The customer service here is great. They are very prompt and helpful as well. Nice and clean facility too.
Not tested for Covid/ect, had symptoms, congestion, worsened. Tested next day chest xray, diagnosed with CoVID and pneumonia.
Been here twice. Once they helped and once they had to send me to E R. Both times the staff was friendly and facility clean and accommodating. Nothing bad to say about the place. Waiting to see if i get a bill for the second time when they sent me to ER within two min of seeing me. But i do recommend this place above other urgent care centers.
From beginning to end – – at both locations – – one for diagnostics, and one for x-ray, data, the service, the level of care, and the professionalism were top-notch. I found both providers to be knowledgeable. kind, omprehensive and attentive! Hermann go Health was highly recommended to me and I would highly recommend it to others. A perfect solution for the five week delay at your other physicians offices. This is a great service!
I had a virtual appointment through this location. Billing: The charge states 75.00 on the website for virtual appointments but since have found out that they charge you more if you have insurance. This was never clearly stated to me and I have called their billing center to ask about this price difference. The billing center was very polite and kind on the phone but has never gotten back to me. I have doubled checked the website and cannot find where this information was posted. It could be my error but just buyer beware when it comes to the cost.Actual appointment: there was technical issues on the clinics end. I could not see my provider. The provider gave me a prescription which I went to have filled. When I went to pick up the prescription, the pharmacy said this was just for a regular over the counter medicine. I actually thought it was mistake so then I called the clinic to see if the pharmacy had made a mistake but then the receptionist said she couldnt see any notes or prescriptions from my visit. She said they were having technical issues as this was a newer service they were providing.(appt was in Sept 2022). The receptionist was very nice and kind on the phone. The provider I spoke to also was nice. Just overall I would just make sure to take careful notes on what you are told and double check how much it will cost for you.
This was so convenient for me, within 2 miles of where I live instead of driving 15 miles. I registered online and went right in. Charlotte greeted me instantly and checked me in, the Nurse Practitioner came right in and checked me out and listened to me and answered all of my questions. Treatment was easy. I was extremely comfortable with the entire situation. I will gladly promote MH Urgent care to anyone.
The receptionist and nurse were both very kind. I went in with symptomatic Covid and chest pain. I had met with my PCP earlier in the day to get medicine and had developed some chest pains and was told I could be checked out at the urgent care. The NP immediately told me that chest pains should not go to urgent care, but to the ER (conveniently after I had paid for the appointment). She then let me know it was policy to send me by ambulance, but quickly said I could sign “a piece of paper” to drive myself. I can appreciate that my issues were not in the scope of the practice, but I was just following my doctor’s orders. There was a tone of annoyance and zero communication about possible causes of the chest pain. There was no indication on if I needed an ambulance or if I would be safe to drive myself, other than the fact that the nurse had said my vital signs were normal. The NP said she wanted to do an EKG but did not tell me why or explain what it was. Once it was complete, she and the nurse spent 10 minutes trying to print the results. None of the office printers were working. The NP then told me to “just go” without the printout. I asked then (realizing no one was going to tell me) if the test was normal. She would not answer me and told me “they will do another one at the ER.” So I left empty handed. No receipt for the visit, no summary, no test results. No understanding of if I was okay or not or if I really needed emergency attention. Based on their lack of “hustle,” I assumed the tests were normal and not wanting to pay a ton of money for an ambulance ride, I signed the piece of paper the NP gave me. I really appreciate emergency and urgent care doctors and I know they have tough jobs. I just wish I had been given a little more empathy and information as to what was going on in a potentially scary situation for me, rather than brushed off and given nothing.
Timely, courteous, reassuring professional service all around …… Particularly by Vivian the NP …….. Her assistant as well 👍😁
Erika and her team are absolutely the best! When I was there, I had a reaction to the procedure and felt like I was going pass out. Erika and her team were super professional and compassionate with me as I recovered. Best urgent care around the Houston area.
The staff is friendly but the facility lacks the tools necessary to handle the patient’s chief complaint. The facility doesn’t have a CT Scan, cannot do X-rays, cannot draw blood, and cannot do other exams to give a proper diagnosis. If you do need something like this they just refer you to another facility to get it completed at. So you will have to drive to another facility to get the proper exams done. I’ve been here twice and it happened. And the staff even told the other patients that walked in the same thing to go to another clinic because they cannot do a lot of the exams.
The ease of setting a time to go in and seeing either a PA or doctor is great!
Excellent care by Doctor who used understandable terms and made an excellent recommendation to me. Than KB s I will use Memorial Herman in the future.
The staff and providers are great! We always have a great experience here!
Eazy Nwani, NP provided caring, efficient, and knowledgeable medical care with a wonderful bedside manner! He was able to pinpoint the problem right away and effective treatment was started immediately. We will definitely return if we need urgent medical care again!
The team at this location are fine, they saw my sick children and provided care as requested however the billing department double charged me/my insurance and it takes an act of god in order to receive a refund. In Response to the owner below: I have escalated multiple times to your team, but their/your assurances are not the refund I am due. It is near 2 months without a refund.
I come here for all of my urgent care needs. Everyone is always so friendly & professional. The only thing Ive come in for that they couldnt help me with was sleep medication for insomnia. But for flu, bronchitis, sinus issues etc they are great 👍 highly recommend
Very very very dissatisfied with the treatment at this facility. Brought my son in to be treated. I thought he had strep throat. He had a negative test.I was checking out at 7:59. As I was leaving the front desk receptionist told me to have a good day. I then responded by saying I was waiting on my ride. She then said oh well you have to be out by 8. We can’t allow you to stay in after 8 pm. I said so you’re just going to put me outside? She then stated I can’t let you stay in after 8 maam. She then began to say I could go to the dominoes next door and wait they have somewhere I can be seated. I had to stand outside with my seven year old and a big visible Louis Vuitton bag at night . What if someone would’ve tried to take my things while I’m outside with my 7 year old son.The world is crazy right now. Just standing there looking crazy like I don’t even belong or never stepped foot in the facility at all.I am actually flabbergasted. My son was so afraid he was literally sobbing. I have a video which I can’t upload that will really explain my disgust with the situation. There was nothing I could do about it. My Uber got to the facility around 8:19 or 8:20. The front desk and physician assistant or provider were gone by 8:03. Their were still other staff inside until about 8:15. One of the nurses was nice enough to ask how long my ride would be but it wasn’t really much help with me being outside at that point. I will be writing a formal complaint and figuring out who at Memorial Herman can explain to me this cruel behavior. It’s so much going on in the world and I have to stand outside like I’m an animal or a homeless person that just got serviced for free. You can’t even come to this facility without private insurance. This is insane. For the sake of my son and dignity I just went ahead and left out as I didn’t want to cause a scene. I’m definitely not over this situation. I have never received such treatment anywhere! I’m truly appalled. Didn’t even have the decency to let me wait on my ride share. A ride share is the equivalent to a taxi. Which makes sense in this world today. I can’t believe this happened. Like you couldn’t even wait a few minutes so my child and I who doesn’t feel good already can make it home safe!My so. Was literally shook and until our ride came because we were alone. He already wasn’t feeling his best and adding this scenario was not okay.UNACCEPTABLE
Great customer service!!! And CLEAN facility! The doctor was so kind and knowledgeable!! The nurse that helped me was sweet & quiet lol.. HIGHLY recommend visiting there! Nicest urgent care I’ve ever been to!!
Do not bother coming to this location, I have been to several Memorial Hermann branches and this one is by far the worst when it comes to their nurse practitioners whom are also responsible for providing you with the prescription. The front desk and check in nurse did their part and I am satisfied with their performance. However the nurse practitioner was reluctant on even listening to the scenario which is extremely case by case in each person. I had already been seen 3 days prior and was provided a Non-Pain related 3 day prescription. In the past at other care center/clinics they have provided a week or 2 week prescription. However I went to back to explain that very scenario and mentioned that I was still experiencing harsh symptoms. This person did not even bother to check and see if it was true did not run any further test and simply said that he was only going to prescribe their standard. Which is a lie! That is what absolutely bothers me the most, the option to listen and help was non existent. Please if you are sick or someone you care for is sick DO NOT bring them to this location.
Disappointing and frustrating experience. My daughter was seen for flu-like symptoms and tested positive for the flu. The doctor recommended to start taking medication the same evening (that was at 3.15 pm) and that she would send the prescription to my pharmacy right away. The prescription was either never sent, or they didnt follow up on a transmission problem. I called twice and finally asked them to send me the prescription by email so I could take it to the pharmacy myself. They did not want to do that. The staff was not very helpful. My daughter got better (without medication) the next day and is symptom free now (3 days later), so I didnt bother to call again. But will definitely not go back or recommend this location. Giving 2 stars (instead of 1), because their online save the spot system worked perfectly for us (only 15 min wait time) and the doctor was quick and efficient.
Terrible doctor! Charged me $250 just to tell me what the top google result said. Save your money and just google it.
I had a great experience with this location. I forgot to tell my provider, Ezekiel, that I get terrible headaches when I am on large doses of antibiotics. After a couple of days I went back and he sent in another script that worked for me. While I was waiting to speak to him, a difficult case came in and everyone at the facility was gracious and kind to that individual. Overall, I really have nothing but good things to say!
Awful experience. I came twice and the doctor was disinterested in helping me feel better both times. The first time she sent me home saying I had allergies. The doctor didn’t listen to any breathing, look in my ears, and seemed annoyed that I was there. I’ve never had allergies in my life that have made me feel as awfully congested and in pain as what I had. My chiropractor looked in my ears a day later and told me they looked awfully clogged. A month later when I still hadn’t gotten better I came back because I had spiked a fever. I was seen by the same doctor who finally mustered the diligence to look in my ears, throat, and nose. She still insisted it was allergies, did a flu test, and when that was negative sent me home with an antibiotic for the fever. Got a second opinion from another doctor who was able to correctly diagnose that I had adenovirus and was able to treat me properly. Waste of both my time and copay money here.
Im going to summarize my experience but if you want to read in detail see below. Basically the front desk is incompetent and extremely rude. You can probably look at the majority of the one star reviews to see this is a common problem they dont address.Horrible experience. I brought my son here when he was sick (8 years old). I checked in on their the kiosk and I asked the lady for the paperwork. She informed me I had to fill it out online that they would send a link to my phone. I explained that my phone was dead and asked if they had a tablet there that I could use to fill the paperwork and she told me no I had to do it on my phone. I tried explaining to her again that my phone was dead so there was no way I could get the link and that my son was really sick and needed to see a doctor. She was extremely rude and said that was the only way possible to register. I asked her what do they do if people dont have a cell phone and she said basically blew me off. I asked to speak to a manager she said they didnt have one.
They were quick and efficient both smart and intelligent. I like how they were extremely kind and they were extremely patient with me. They made good conversation and it helped me get a better idea of my own situation. Nonetheless it was all quick and easy , she swiped my nose and thats when we found out I had COVID..it was an easy process and Ill definitely come back if I have another issue..thank you all for your kind work!!.youre doing an amazing job!!! ☺️🙏❤️
Every person I spoke to was incredibly kind and caring. The doctor who helped me explained things so thoroughly and with care. The place was clean and the service was prompt. I loved my visit!!
Easy to make an appointment, quick, efficient service, kind and cordial staff, knowledgeable medical professionals. Great experience!
Nice location and very helpful staff. Front desk was very nice and welcoming. Waiting area was clean, socially distanced, and hand sanitizer was readily available. I was able to get my daughter seen in a very timely manner. The doctor was very knowledgeable and kind. She actually listened to our concerns and by the end of our visit I was wishing she could be our PCP. I will definitely come back when I need to and recommend this location to everyone I know.
My 18yr old child went there to get tested for mononucleosis, because there are 12 active cases at the high school. Dr. chose not to test for mononucleosis, due to a verbal assessment. Really! Not a thorough assessment, we got fleeced. Complete waste of time and money. Methodist Healthcare will be my choice in the future.
Easy, convenient, quick. Online registration was straight forward. Clinical staff was professional and knowledgeable. I appreciated that they followed up to help me get scheduled for a specialist visit. The only downside was the Specialist didnt take my insurance and the prescription they wrote was not fully covered by my insurance.
Great experience considering the injury. I came in with a deep cut from glass on my finger, and the doctor numbed my finger and gave me a few stitches. The staff was helpful and wait time was short. Doctor was very nice and made me feel comfortable with the process. She did an amazing job! I highly recommend going here if your in need of urgent care.
I had more than 101ºF temperature for 2 days, I had really bad sore throat (sometimes I couldnt even swallow or speak), my son (a baby) had just gone to his pediatrician and was diagnosed with a bacterial infection. The pediatrician told me to see a doctor because it was almost for sure I had the same. I had pain only touching my throat (on my neck), which was also swollen, and I had really bad cold symptoms. I was told I have nothing and I was told to take Ibuprofen (which I was already using). And thats it... I came back home the same way I went there: with no answers, no medications, feeling bad, and probably a big bill to pay. Not worth at all. I hope my body is able to heal yourself.
The best thing that came out of this was a paper copy of my EKG that I could upload on my Doctors epic platform. That enabled me to get an appt right away otherwise the appt was 4 weeks off.1st think among many GoUrgent did wrong was to leave me with a student to do my EKG - I understand we have gone to thru some training se we all can learn I have no issue with that but to leave that but to leave the student unsupervised I think is ethically and medically wrong. The insurance company may have objection to it also. They are paying to have a qualified professional conduct the service not a student.I should have objected to it then and then and there but my mind was sort on why am I not feeling well more or less. This student struggled to find what leads to put where on me. Did not give me a gown or covering to put on, I felt cold and exposed so I did ask for that. She gave me the one for the pillow which I opened, then the bigger sheet. She did put the pillow covering back with may be a hygiene violation. This place was very unprofessional - I have had my misgivings about URGENT Cares and they proved me right. I guess they are OK for a simple cough or cold or employee physicals- I should have not come here. The Dr or PA was ok.
Good and reliable service for routine medical cases for many years.
Staff was friendly. I did not have to wait long to be seen. The treatment was correct.
This urgent care facility is associated with Memorial Hermann, so I trusted it enough to call and inquire about services and insurance accepted. The receptionist was extremely helpful and sincerely wanted to answer questions. So, the next day, I signed up online for an appointment which just gave me enough driving time to show up on time. Their hours and availability is a blessing for those of us who cannot get same day appointments with other doctors. The facility opened at 9 am, and had 5 patients waiting, but I was seen within 10 minutes of arrival. I noted that the waiting room was down to 1 patient by 10 am, so I imagine mid mornings or mid afternoons are good times to book appointments (just guessing they are busier during lunch hours or right after work). The technician was excellent...she did a strep throat swap right away for my sore throat. The doctor came right after the 7-8 minutes needed for the strep test results. Dr. Olga C. listened carefully to my complaint (cold then minor cough for over 4 weeks) and did a careful exam. Diagnosis was bronchitis, and I left with prescriptions which helped my symptoms within the 3 days she predicted. My experience was excellent, and I can highly recommend this facility. Side note - they take Medicare and most major insurance as you would expect from a Memorial Hermann facility (but check online or verify up front).
As mentioned below, this is no longer a walk in clinic. It’s certainly ran and managed like a family practice where appointments are needed and required. They worst part about this place was that I was charged prior to seeing the Dr. Which normally was fine, but my wait was hours long after being charged and being the second person in the office. I couldn’t leave because they took my payment and a refund would be days. Just terrible… avoid at all cost if you are a walk in!
Excelente urgent care!! Bart the X-ray guy was funny but very professional. Esmeralda and India were very attentive and knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. Saving a spot saved us so much time we were in and out. Leena was great!! She took the time to listen and answer all my question. My family and I will be back to this urgent care. I appreciate the care!
First and foremost, the medical care my wife received for a broken wrist was excellent. The administrative and operational side of this facility was deplorable. We waited for 1 1/2 hours to be seen because they were dealing with a new software program that they (3 different people) were trying to figure out and make function, mind you she is in a lot of pain. When we finally got to see a Dr., X-rays and diagnosis were quick. We had to be moved to another room to be casted. It took them a long time to find the splint material because no one knew were it was. Then they couldn’t find a pair of scissors to cut the casting materials. It took another 10 minutes to find an Ace bandage to wrap the soft cast in, of which they could only find one! It was another 5 minutes to find a sling and they could only find one for the left arm, she broke her right wrist! All the delays and computer problems were attributed to the fact that they were under new management, not our problem.Train your people on new software and show them where all the medical necessities are before you start practicing. We are not test subjects!, especially for “urgent care”!!!
Tried calling 2 timesthey lift up the phone but stay quite, like theres no one to answer
I am not happy I have made a prior appointment 2 hours before I arrived. It was a 12:15 appointment it is now 12:35 and the lady at the front desk told me it will be another 40 minutes. I am very unhappy. Wait times are not good go somewhere else. I thought I give them a chance again after they blew it at the Sugarland location a couple months ago. Last time I waited two hours! Whats the point of making a appointment if you service walk-ins first!!! I will not be back and I would like a refund! I didnt leave until 2:30 and they sent the prescription to the wrong pharmacy
The visit was good and we didnt wait too long to be seen. The providers and staff were attentive but a bit short sighted, if the patient has difficulty breathing and it causes pain, you prescribe an inhaler but NO spacer?? Make this make sense please? My child could not get the benefit of the inhaled steroid because she couldnt inhale it. Then the sweet man at the desk, after my child confirmed the pharmacy location, he still sent it to the wrong pharmacy. Frustrating to say the least. This doesnt deter me, I will return if need be, Ill just be a little more diligent in making sure our needs are properly met. Also FYI those forehead scanners may not accurately record on darker skinned people, not our issue but do your research and ask for an oral temp.
Came in after running a door over my foot and taking off a toe nail. I reserved my info online on the way over and was seems very quickly. The COVID precautions were all high quality and the staff was so lovely and helpful from the front staff to the nurses to the doctor that saw me. The doctor did a fantastic job making sure I was numbed enough before doing anything and the shots the nurse administered were very painless, she was phenomenal! I am so impressed with the level of care here. I never got the feeling I was being rushed even though when I left the waiting room had filled up. 100% recommended this urgent care clinic and would go back if I have any other accidents.
Excellent service. Booked on line and was seen with no waiting time.
Very RUDE nurses!!! They are not equipped to care for kids! Use another urgent care if you care about your sanity!Wait times are more than 1:30 hours after the promised time! Even with online reservations!Since rebranding to GoHealth, it has become worse. You pay physician fee to visit NP. No offense to the valuable work of NPs, but this is just corporate greed. Reducing costs at patients’ health’s expense to increase profits!
This is my second time going to this location. It is extremely clean. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The Doctor was wonderful and spoke to me, not down to me. I was in the waiting room less than five minutes. I was at the facility for about forty minutes total. I didnt feel like I was there that long. The time flew by.
I had a great experience at the Town and Country location. Went in for testing for COVID-19. I was greeted with a amazing smile wonderful nice lady. The area was very clean and had sanitizer in the waiting area. I had a little hick up but they was on top of it. Had to call my doc to get my test to get active the moment I told them it was going to be done in 2 minutes waited about 4 more and I was called. My test was easy, she asked if I had one done before told her yes, she was sweet and amazing nurseShe told me step by step. Staff was very polite and friendly.I would go there and totally recommend this place.
Horrible experience and I will NOT be back. The two ladies at the front, one was a nurse, were incredibly rude to the point of being obnoxious. No saying hello, just put on a mask, stand over there, literally barking orders at us. The PA was super nice, friendly and professional but it cant make up for the rudeness of the front staff.
They seemed to only have one doctor on staff when I was there, and the front desk person was also doing more than just sitting up front. So when I walked in, it was about 2 minutes before I was greeted. Im not saying this to complain, but to give kudos to the staff. They were working their tails off, and in spite of that all the people who helped me were courteous and professional. My appointment was only a few minutes later than stated. I would not hesitate to recommend this location.
Entire facility and staff was amazing to me and my daughter! A+++++
NP Neena Thomas was efficient and friendly. She diagnosed my strep throat quickly. The overall wait was not too bad - only 20 min past my time slot. Rx was promptly sent to my pharmacy.
Never have I had a worst experience at an urgent care. I was in intense pain from an infection I had in my tooth that I thought could be an abscess. I was sent to the urgent care by a teladoc through insurance and it was about 4pm on a Friday. I got there got checked in and paid my $100 co pay. After I go to the back I was sitting and a room and told to be patient (while in immense pain) because the doctor was eating because she is pregnant. Seemed weird, but I let it slide. Then she comes in and ask me why I’m there and I tell her that I went to an urgent care on Wednesday, but the pain has gotten way worse and so has the swelling and then she sat in silence. I basically had to get the doctor to ask questions and talk. Not really how I see a doctors visit going since I am the patient. After that’s said and done, no test we’re ran and she just prescribed me an antibiotic and left the room. Didn’t even tell me I was good to go or that she’s sending the meds. Walked out completely disappointed in the whole process. The next day I hallucinating and called an ambulance and was sent to the er where I had to get transferred to UTMB for emergency surgery to get everything resolved since the abscess grew and could spread to other areas. The least the doctor could have done was send me to a hospital right away. When I asked her if a hospital would help she said no the only place I could go is a dentist and she was very very wrong. I will be getting with my lawyer and y’all will hear from us. A complete joke of a clinic.
Be aware of your Copays! My son made a visit and was charged $75 and then i did too at another location and was only charged $25. I sent in an inquiry to their billing dept but was told it would only be refunded if the insurance company paid in full. I questioned, why are charging different rates if i have insurance and set rates?!? Now the billing dept is ignoring my emails. Also, i was hassled with my questions as they wanted to speak with my son and not me, the actual policy holder….
I took my 15-year old, who had an ear infection. They were fast and efficient, the facility was clean, and everyone was pleasant.
Dr. EASY! Great team. Very clean. Fantastic facility thats conveniently located in the neighborhood.
Last month my son had a sore throat, cough, and congestion, and we had to take a flight in 2 days, so I brought him into MHUC to get him checked. There was a 1hr wait, so I put our name down, and went to another urgent care facility nearby to see if we could get tested sooner. The other place seemed a bit shadier and was not affiliated with a hospital system, plus they told me that my insurance didnt cover the visit. I decided to go back to MH just because I felt more comfortable with them, and because I knew Memorial Hermann is the most reputable hospital system in the area. When it was our turn, we went in, everyone there from the receptionist to the nurse to the doctor was polite and professional, and they also said our BC/BS insurance would cover the visit, which was great. So I felt well taken care of. We were in and out quickly once the test results were in, negative thankfully, and were able to travel with no issues.A month later, I received a bill from MHUC for the whole amount of the treatment, with a notice that my insurance doesnt cover the treatment. I feel somewhat deceived that the facility told me that the visit was covered by my insurance, but in fact it was not. When I called them, they told me to contact my insurance company, which is an easy out for them. But in the end, I feel bait and switched by them, something I did not expect from MHUC, very disappointing.
Lots of parking, very little wait time, convenient online registration, very friendly and nice team. The facility is modern and clean.
I was a walk-in patient at Memorial Hermann urgent care on Town & Country on Memorial Drive. I arrived at 10:08 am and was told to wait in my vehicle until they were ready for me. While waiting I watched several people get called in that arrived after me.After waiting in my car for 2 1/2 hours. I walked inside to see what the problem was and the front desk clerk Destiny pretended as if she didn’t know who the hell I was. Mind you she still had my drivers license and insurance card. Destiny was VERY rude and unprofessional, rolling her eyes and smack her lips as if she was annoyed. She didn’t even have her mask up on her face with a hoop earring in her nose. Just unprofessional and rude. She proceeded to tell me my phone number was mixed with someone else paperwork and asked me again what was the reason for my visit? Really!I was Livid. Please be aware if you walk into this location and see her at the front desk RUN for your life because she is unprofessional unorganized and rude.
I had a nurse practitioner see me about sudden new onset of symptoms after recovering from COVID but when I was giving my history, she already seemed to have had her mind set that my symptoms were due to COVID and didnt even try offering/looking for other possibilities. Also, during the physical exam she didnt auscultate me correctly (she put her stethoscope in the completely wrong area for the tricuspid and mitral valves). I also told her I was worried about my bowel movement (since I had a loss of appetite) and to listen to my bowel sounds and she spent maybe half a second on 2 spots on my abdomen. Very upset that I paid $180 out of pocket for this.
I have been a patient of Dr. Bryan Patterson, for many years. I think he’s a wonderful internal medicine doctor, very professional, and very caring. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a physician. .
The lady working the front desk recognized how hard it was for me to try to keep my toddler calm and quiet, so she brought her personal cell phone over and put on some toddler videos for my daughter to watch while I filled out the necessary paperwork. I’m forever grateful for her compassion. She was so very helpful!
I was seen quickly. Staff was friendly. Diagnosis was correct.
After a HORRIBLE experience at the Memorial Hermann ER on Gessner (7 1/2 hours and not being seen by a physician) the staff at the Memorial Hermann GoHealth were not only friendly and kind, but also knowledgeable about my illness and did not treat me like I was a number. My visit was fast (under 30 minutes). I was able to get the medical care that I needed fast AND efficiently. My new Houston GoTo in an emergency.
Close by, caring staff, prompt service with appointment. Asked me questions and provided helpful answers. Will definitely return if need arises.
Over 1 hour wait. The intake nurse asked me about flu vaccine and covud shots which is not why I was there and none of their business and invasive.
Very nice nurse and doctor ok, but very disappointing because there is no lab there (website should be updated urgently). X-ray was not available too because the technician was not there. So, if you think you will need lab and x-ray don’t go there before calling. And if you have a small child find a children’s urgent care, they are not confident and patient to treat your little one (despite the website says treatment from 6 months old).
Ive visited the location on Memorial Dr twice this year; once for an eye infection and again for a minor foot wound. The quality of the facility and the medical care was excellent both times.
The staff is friendly, there was no wait, and the facility is up to date and clean.
The wait is super long even if youScheduled a appointment andshow up on time. What the point of having a schedule of appointment if you still have to wait an hour.
Great urgent care! Fast and reliable. NP is amazing :) 5 stars
Ive been here multiple times and would recommend it to anyone. They are friendly, fast yet thorough, and capable. Avoid the long unnecessary wait of an emergency room. Choose Urgent Care.
My MHMG doctor ordered a Covid test for me at the Urgent Care clinic in Town & Country. It was SO easy - I was there maybe 15 minutes total. The tech that swabbed me & did a blood draw knew what she was doing. It was painless, quick and I dare say - PLEASANT. Maybe I’ve just been trapped inside too long, but they were really nice. Definitely would recommend.
Nice, clean facility. Good location. But your intake receptionist had poor manners in the way she spoke to elderly people. From an HR standpoint, she is unacceptable.
No actual Dr. on site. An expensive waste of time and money.
I just went to this location for the first time and honestly - wow! There were SO many cars in line but they went through it all so efficiently like a Chick-fil-A drive thru! It was an all hands on deck team and it appeared that everyone was doing their part! The whole process was quicker than any other place I’ve gone to for rapid testing and everyone had such a good attitude despite having to work on Christmas Eve and the number of patients pulling up! Great work, thank you and Happy Holidays!
A great place that has gone garbage. It’s a Walk-In clinic, yet you must schedule an appointment as true walk-in’s will get pushed back for appointments. If you are a walk in, be prepared to to wait as if you are in the ER. Make an appointment or just skip this place for another. A WalkIn who takes alignments, I believe that’s called a GP practice. WalkIns, just walk away!
My go to for any health issues if my PCP can’t see me. India was beyond helpful on my visit. Definitely will return. Highly recommend. Very clean, friendly and both times I have gone checked in online and was through the door within 5 minutes.
Its very clean and staff are super friendly. Doc is very amazing and care towards my son. Nurse took extra care of every detail
Everyone was great, and took the time to take care of me.
Very pleased with my visit and was taken in within minutes of arriving as had made appointment online ahead of time.
Dr. Olga Carmenates , is rude and will not listen to your concerns. I am a breastfeeding mom and needed medication that was safe for my daughter. Dr Olga Carmenates did not care and did not have the time to even lookup options.
I visited this facility hoping for some compassionate medical assistance, instead, I was rudely rushed out of the door! I was treated by a professional physician whom seemed to care. Yet upon my departure it seemed as though because I was there 20 min after hours I was rudely rushed out of the door. I even took the high road after being treated rude by the front desk personell, I explained that I was not trying to keep them there past business hours, yet I wanted to make sure that the prescription called in by the doctor would be available at the pharmacy. I also wanted to make sure the pharmacy was open before I left because I have had bad experiences in the past. The pharmacy they called it into was closed. They didn’t seem to care at all. Especially the front desk Personell had a horrible attitude about reassuring that I would be able to retrieve the prescription from an “open” pharmacy. I was so hurt, especially after apologizing, and thanking them for staying after hours. When I did, she said nothing! Just silence with an attitude/horrible facial expression. So sad. I just needed help. I will not use to that location again.Thank you, anyway
The doors were locked before the closing time and when I knocked on the door the lady at the front desk refused to open the door even though it was during operating hours. No one answered the phone when we called to check if they would still be open either. Worst customer service, the staff is too lazy to even do their job!!
They are super professional, nice, and funny! I really appreciated them for being super kind and listening to my concerns!
Dear African American Ladies,From one sister to the next sister, please do not go to this urgent care.Studies have shown how certain providers view and treat African American patients. This provider falls into that category.I will not go into great details.Just believe me when I say.. “Don’t Go”.The girls that get it, get it!Your Sister,Jelani McMorris, MBA
I will never go back! I was sent home with a 103 fever!
Clean and new. Organized check-in. Can pre-book time. Nice, knowledgeable doctor
I was experiencing a great deal of pain and Dr. Nguyen took care of my problems. She took the time to listen as well as gave me more advice on what to do to alleviate my pain. All the staff was courteous and there was no long wait time. Thank you Memorial Hermann!
Great experience! Felt this was a level up from most other care clinics!
I had very little delay seeing a physician even though I had not registered online. I received immediate attention and relief from my minor ailment.
Tyesha was very nice, I had terrible back pain & could barely walk, she was kind & helpful.
We were kicked out after a car accident. My teenage son was wearing a blood covered T-shirt and the receptionist did not even want to talk to us sending us to the emergency. We just wanted an evaluation and and x-ray for the ankle. It was not an emergency!I think we were discriminated because of the accent, a very racist place.
I received great service and care.
Very homey, everyone was nice and attentive to your needs. Felt very comfortable to talk with everyone there.
Like everything, also personal Spanish and the doctor very nice and he do a very wonderful job and explain me everything. Of course I ready refer all my family and friend 😃🙏🏽👍👍👍👍
I felt awful on arrival. Was seen soon and prescribed meds as needed. That’s exactly what I’d hoped would happen!
I was feeling so bad but now I am feeling much better thanks to my Doctor
Dr was very kind, knowledgeable and efficient
Great experience! The whole team is professional, wait time is minimal, and the office is spotless. I love that you have an opportunity to be seen by an MD even on the weekend. Thank you all so much!
Had a wonderful experience taking my child here, it was a Sunday so her pediatrician office was closed. We where seen quickly and they were able to help my child out and prescribe the proper prescription.
I was a tad frustrated that my 2:30 appointment = waited 45 min= why 4 stars not 5.The doctor on staff was very good & I recommend her.
The NP who attended me listened and gave me a proper treatment/ prescription
Very efficient and friendly staff.
Great facility and people! Very impressive in every regard.
My lil bro went there because his appendix went beastmode and the staff were very nice and the surgery went well but we didnt get to take the appendix home?
Efficient and professional staff; ease of scheduling
Came in for stomach pain and was told by Alma(MA) they DONT have ANY SCANS or do ANY BLOODWORK/ LABS at this location , so if you’re coming in needing or wanting any type of blood work or a X-ray They won’t have what you need
Hours state they close at 8. We arrived at 7:55 to a locked door and the front desk admin was unwilling to let us in. Very lazy and rude staff.
The doctor, nurse and front desk staff were all so caring and very efficient with my son. Thanks!
Such a great place. Friendly staff, nurses & wonderful Dr. Second time I’ve been there. Really a good experience.
Quick and easy to get in and out.
NP Erika and other staff were excellent. Really helped me and were pleasant and efficient.
I was given a diagnostic and an antibody test for Covid-19. The staff was very professional and friendly. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. I would recommend this center to anyone.
Great nurses, receptionist and Awesome Doctor. Wait time was not that long, My daughter was a walk in patient.
The receptionist was so rude and the clinic did not follow up with my daughters test results after our visit. Very bad customer service.
I made an appointment for 6:20. It is now 7:20 and they told me it would a lot longer. Unfortunately I really need help so I can’t really risk waiting somewhere else.
Fast, courteous, and knowledgeable staff. I was in and out in about 10 minutes. Will visit for all of my future urgent care needs.
Arrived a little early. They got me in and out quickly! Very efficient, safe, and clean. Thank you for your service.

Sent someone to this location this evening at 8:30pm (8:34pm to be exact) and he was refused service and informed they were already closed from seeing patients. Website shows close time at 9pm.

Quick and efficient visit. Staff was friendly and very knowledgeable!
If you call, a very annoying voice speaks in super slow tone and just tells you the address (why???) and then nothing happens.. the call goes into a limbo!
