IVFMD was recommended to me by my OB and it was the best decision to use their clinic. All the staff were nice, coordinated and timely. Dr. Le is the best! He’s straight forward but still compassionate and warm. He told me I would be a mother and 6 months later, I was pregnant. Shannon, Abby and Daisy were great as well. They worked with me on the many many appts, medicines, and everything in between. That made the whole process less stressful for me and my husband. I would highly recommend IVFMD for any infertility treatments you may need. They are professionals and know exactly what they are doing!

I recently visited this office as a new patient, as I have been struggling with infertility and have a strong desire to become a mom. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated. However, I was charged twice for my visit. While this wasn’t a huge issue, I asked to speak with a manager to inquire about getting a refund. Unfortunately, Catherine, the office manager, appeared unknowledgeable about the policies and procedures. It’s concerning to see an office of this nature being run by a manager who doesn’t seem properly trained or informed. I hope this can be addressed for the sake of future patients.
Our experience at IVFMD could not have been better. We had the honor of working with Dr. Le and Dr. Raj, both incredible doctors that make you feel loved and cared for. Shannon, the nurse practitioner, did lots of our sonograms and was there every step of the way, so incredibly sweet and made sure we had all of our questions were answered. Our nurse, Daisy, was so kind and made the whole experience so much easier and less overwhelming. I would email her and sometimes she would respond within minutes. She was so incredibly helpful with everything, I’m so grateful for her. When our transfer worked and we became pregnant everyone was genuinely happy for us, they don’t make you feel like just a number they’re trying to rush through the process. I was sad when we graduated and our care moved to our OB because I love IVFMD so much. The doctors there are excellent but the problem comes once you graduate from the clinic to OBGYN, the documents were not handed over properly for almost a month for me. The billing was incorrect leading to overpayments and after multiple attempts to contact the billing dept the efforts went in vain. They dont even call back. Unhappy with the front desk and billing dept.
I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Le and the staff at IVFMD Irving! It becomes the place you never want to have to go to, to the place you never want to leave. Dr. Le genuinely cares so much for his patients. He takes the time to explain every step and answer any question you may have. I had the privilege of having nurse Abby as my nurse. Having consistency with one doctor is important to me, but there are times when it is necessary to switch providers. I choose to make a switch to Dr. Les office since my fertility doctor relocated and I was so glad to have found Dr. Le to switch to. Even through hurdles, the staff was so attentive, professional and guided me throughout my journey. I would highly recommend this office. After failed attempts to naturally conceive, me and my husband began to work with IVFMD, with whom we have been working with for several years. As a couple, we wanted to ensure that we took all avenues to successfully bring a child into the world. This included trying IUI’s, medicated cycles, hysteroscopy’s, and exploratory surgery to diagnose stage 2 endometriosis. It was then, after 5 years and more negative pregnancy tests, that we decided to pursue IVF. Dr Le and his team were consistently by my side, answering any and all of my questions (and I had a lot) with the grace and patience of saints. They helped subside my fears, ease my anxiety, face reality, and educate me along the way. After one egg retrieval, and one transfer, I am happy to say my husband and I are now 13 weeks with our first baby! I cannot say enough GREAT things about IVFMD, their staff, the laboratory staff, front desk people, and financial services. They are LITERALLY ANGELS. They make dreams come true.

I went for an HSG Dye test and I had Trish the IVF Coordinator and Shannon the Nurse Practitioner helping me out. Trish made sure to explain everything to me thoroughly and eased my nerves. They both were great during the test and allowed me to be on my phone and be as comfortable as possible. I would recommend them to anyone who needs this testing done and if I need it again I will be coming back to this location for sure.
Wonderful experience getting the HSG test. I was absolutely terrified going in, but Daisy and Shannon, the NP made me feel so much better about the whole process. Shannon kept me informed on everything she was doing and Daisy was there to offer her hand to keep me calm. The overall experience was such a breeze and fairly painless. It’s such a relief to have had the HSG done by such a great and caring team
So many of my friends saw other IVF Dr, but they coud not have a baby so I thought that i could never have a baby with my conditions.And, I saw Dr Le in 2019. I had my healthy daughter in 2020. Had a HSG test today & from the moment I walked in, the reception desk ladies made my paperwork process feel very easy. Afterwards, given that I had so much nervousness, everything that Daisy & Shannon did made it seem like it was a breeze! Shannon explained everything in detail for every step and even with a titled uterus like mine, she still accomplished the test without any additional discomfort or pain. Honestly, there was no pain involved!! And I’m so grateful for these two ladies. Daisy made sure she was always nearby and got me in and out the procedure very efficiently.
Dr Le is the best specialist. He also has the best staff and nurses. Abby was truly excited for us on our journey.. she never got impatient with the questions and disappointment.They truly want you to achieve the family you desire. I met with other specialists and Dr Le is the best. He was honest with us the whole journey . We’re now 10 weeks pregnant.
We have had two successful pregnancies following Dr. Le’s direction. I feel like he and his nurses genuinely care about their patients. I highly recommend IVFMD!
I booked an appointment here and they took a fee to reserve the appointment and they said we will get a refund if we cancel before 48 hrs (they also said that they will need to check with my insurance if it covers my appointment or not) I called like every two days to check and they said its still underprocess and I called 2 days before my aponment date to ask if insurance covers my appointment but they said its still reviweing so I was going to cancel but the representative said just call her the next day and she also said they will still give me my refund but just to make sure I called them again and the same girl picked up (she kinda sounded annoyed that I called again to double check) and she again said well still get the refund but when I called the next day another representative said the insurance thing is still reviweing but we will not get our refund and I told her about my called with the the previous representative (who told me it will be refunded) and she said we wont get our refund so I tried to reschedule (so at least i will know if my insurance will cover even a little bit) and she said she would give us a call back but she never did (this is so unprofessional and everyone is so rude)
I had nothing but a positive experience with this clinic and Dr. Le. He explained everything thoroughly and his staff was patient with my million questions. I actually saw all three doctors throughout my two rounds of IUI (I had some appointments on weekends and later in the evenings due to my work schedule), even though Dr. Le was my main doctor. All doctors and staff were professional and kind. My wife and I are thrilled to be expecting a baby due in May!
After several consecutive losses my OB sent me to Dr. Le. I was hesitant because I had no known issues. I had never considered any type of fertility treatment. Dr. Le gave me a first option which was to do the Clomid fertility drug. He explained to me how different factors could have contributed to the losses. I had always thought treatments like this would be super expensive, but it was so affordable and my insurance covered my sonograms. I think I always thought for fertility treatments you would be doing IUI or IVF but thats not always the case. Based on on my history and health it seemed like clomid was a good starting place.They got me in on weekends, they worked around my schedule as a teacher. They answered my questions and the people who worked in the office were so kind and accommodating.My first conversation with Dr. Le was in January. I didnt decide to do the clomid treatment until May when I was ready to try again for a baby.I graduated from IVFMD after the first treatment with tears in my eyes and a hug from Dr. Le. and am now 36 weeks pregnant with a very healthy and busy baby boy. I cant wait to welcome him any day now. I also cant wait to put his onesie on from iVFMD that says IVFMD is where hope is born.Thankful and blessed to have Dr. Le and office help me find my rainbow.
I get so emotional when I start talking about my fertility journey . My advice to you, don’t hesitate to choose Dr Le. Ive been with lots of fertility doctors from California to Texas . I am so thankful to God, Dr Le, and his team.He is amazing and knows what he is doing . We spent almost 4 months with this clinic only for Dr. Arya to come back and tell us she wont work with us. Dr. Arya told us from the first meeting how much she cared about this whole journey, but she really didn’t, it was all just words to get business. She didnt have the courage to tell us why she didnt want to continue, who does that?To begin with, I had to constantly email and call them to get updates from their office. I would be told that I would hear back in 1-2 business days but would never hear back. Then when I would try to follow-up to get answers, I would still get ignored. When I would finally get in touch with someone, they would tell me that they are busy and dont only have my file to work on.I came to this clinic due to a genetic defect. One of the labs they worked with couldnt perform the testing, so instead of recommending me clinics to work with, they told me to go figure out myself a clinic that could perform the testing.I had to basically do my own research for all the issues for which I was initially coming to Dr. Arya for.The whole process was super frustrating. I would say to work with another doctor or another clinic because we had found another clinic which was 10x better than this one. We found Main Line Fertility in PA as our next clinic. Please explore them as an option if possible. They handheld us and did a phenomenal job throughout the whole process for us!

IVF is not for the faint hearted. It took two full rounds and down to our last viable embryo before we were finally successful. I’m not saying don’t do it. I’m just saying be prepared for a possible rollercoaster like you have never seen. Our baby girl was born healthy and happy in December 23.

Dr. Raj is amazing!!! We went to 3 different IVF doctors and I wasn’t comfortable with them; I felt like a paycheck to them. When I met Dr. Raj I told him what I wanted and my budget plan (yes I know sometimes that cannot be controlled). But He listened and felt so welcoming; he understood what I wanted and left that option open but also provided other options for me. And boy am I glad I listened to him!! We were blessed to succeed on the first try (which I know doesn’t happen often) and now we have a beautiful 5 month old. Definitely recommend Dr. Raj !!

My husband and I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this fertility clinic. After struggling to begin our family, we turned to Dr. Arya for assistance. Initially, our first consultation seemed promising – Dr. Arya was understanding, attentive, and took the effort to craft a fertility plan that suited our budget and needs.However, over subsequent weeks, the quality of care deteriorated. Dr. Arya rushed through appointments, displayed impatience, and was curt with both of us. The tipping point was a significant procedure I underwent, during which I was visibly nervous. Dr. Aryas response to my anxiety was inappropriate, leaving me uncertain about her professionalism.Furthermore, we attempted to streamline costs by discussing lab results immediately after the procedure. But Dr. Arya admitted she hadnt reviewed the results, necessitating an additional appointment at extra cost. This was frustrating and added to our growing disillusionment.At a subsequent appointment, Dr. Arya used complex medical jargon and spoke quickly, making it difficult for us to comprehend. When I asked her to repeat herself and explain the subject in more elementary terms, she responded by saying, I am not going to repeat myself! This behavior from a fertility doctor, someone we expected compassion and understanding from, was disheartening.In the end, our experience was profoundly unsatisfactory. We were hopeful for success in building our family, but the treatment we received from Dr. Arya and the clinic was far from what we needed. I wish we had known how poorly we would be treated, as we would have chosen a different path.I strongly advise seeking care elsewhere. Its worth driving extra distance to find a different fertility doctor who will provide the compassion, time, and expertise necessary during such a sensitive journey. Patients deserve doctors who will patiently explain medical complexities and offer genuine empathy, especially in matters of infertility.
What can i say about this IVFMD. Its a been a long journey, Thanks to God and Dr Le and his teams, We were blessed with one Daughter. She is now 17months. Healthy and happy. You can’t get a better fertility doctor than Dr Beverly Reed! Weve been working with her for almost a year and are now 8 weeks pregnant after the second IVF transfer:- Dr Reed and IVF nurse Eden sincerely care about your journey- It’s a good environment where you feel you can get all of your questions answered. They are very respectful- Their communication is the best I’ve ever seen from a dr office. Eden will respond to emails within 1-2 hours, Dr. Reed addresses any dr questions before COB- The after-hours nurse calls back quickly and is so helpful- Office is highly organized with your charts, medication prescriptions. Critical with all IVF medsIVF is overwhelming and emotionally difficult. Dr. Reed, Eden, and the office do everything they can to minimize the challenge of it for you.
Dr. Le and his staff are wonderful! Dr. Le took the time to explain things to me and answered all my questions. Dr Le has been such a blessing. We just welcomed our little bundle of joy this past week after trying for 4 years to conceive. IVFMD truly creates miracles and we are forever thankful to their team! IVFMD is wonderful! The staff is so inviting and you can tell are genuinely happy for you when you finally get pregnant. Dr. Le was great and did a great job working with me and taking my concerns into account when making my plan. Im now 8 weeks pregnant with my first baby and will definitely be back to IVFMD when I am ready for baby #2!
Dr. Arya and the entire staff at IVFMD have been absolutely wonderful to work with. I had to switch clinics due to insurance issues, and was a little hesitant after working with my first clinic for 6+ months, but once I walked into IVFMD I knew this was the clinic that was going to get me to my future baby. My first appointment with Dr. Arya was so informative, she really took the time to review all of my previous medical records & history and determined a game-plan for my next egg retrieval. She was so personable and really took the time to get to know me, and to understand what outcome I was hoping for. I also appreciated that it wasnt just a repeat of the previous egg retrieval protocol that my first clinic did, she really monitored my labs and ultrasounds and made adjustments that resulted in us getting 2 genetically healthy embryos for future pregnancies. I will forever be grateful for all of Dr. Aryas time and care, and look forward to our future transfer of our embryos.
Dr. Le and his staff are tremendously caring and professional. He and his staff have taken the time to explain our protocol in detail, and he has always answered our questions beyond our satisfaction. Dr. Le truly took the time to understand our specific circumstances and even suggested a surgery that hadnt been mentioned before by other doctors we had seen. His passion for the overall outcome (having a baby), is second-to-none and we are so glad that he and his team are on our side! The nurses have been phenomenal about answering our emails and phone calls without making us feel we are bothersome. My wife and I are so thankful for IVFMD! We have 4 beautiful children and one on the way! We know the Lord is the creator and sustainer of life, but we are forever grateful for how He used Dr. Le and the staff at IVFMD to help create our beautiful family. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Lee and his staff. They have truly changed our lives TWICE! Dr. Lee is extremely knowledgeable in his field. I missed a cycle because the staff took 3 days to call me back after sending a message through the portal and calling multiple times. Most of the time the phone was not answered and when I did get to speak to someone I received different answers to my questions. There was also a communication issue with receiving my medication. Luckily I was able to get my medication shipped to me at 10 PM the night before I needed to use it, but that was after there were multiple calls made and days of not getting a response. With fertility being such a time sensitive issue there needs to be better communication so that cycles and months are not wasted.
Dr. Reed is a wonderful doctor! She is empathetic, funny, and professional! Weve been seeing her for two years and shes been super supportive and positive through and through. Her level of knowledge is very reassuring and she always strives to take care of us. Dr. Reed is the best!
Horrible experience and rude people!We Scheduled an appointment. Called day off to ask questions and they said they didnt have an appointment for me. My fertility lady made them get me an appointment that day. When they found out my name the lady at the desk was so rude to mel!! She helped the lady behind me first!! She barely talked to me and just shoved things in my face with no explanation. I had to ask to understand what I was supposed to do. They had a person training and they never even asked me if it was ok! The trainer hurt me and I heard Dr Lee say no don’t do that!! Plus Dr. Lee is a liar he told me one thing and he told my doctor the opposite! Highly recommend never going here!!! I have severe anxiety and this place made my anxiety go through the roof!

I started my IVF process in 2017 with Dr. Le, I had a beautiful baby boy in 2018. I did my second Embryo transfer and am currently pregnant now. I could write a long review on just how amazing he and the staff are but honestly words are not enough. They are all so amazing and treat you like family. They are amazing!! I am forever thankful for them for blessing me with my IVF babies and continuing to be a mother.

Not only did the Global Fee at IVFMD make our journey affordable for us, at IVFMD your protocols are personalized to cater you and your needs. I saw Dr. Le at every appointment, and that alone is amazing because you get direct contact at every visit and is able to voice your questions and/or concerns. Dr. Le is upfront and honest, he will not give you false hopes and waste your time or money. You cares about you and doesn’t treat you like a number.The reason this isn’t a 5 star is because I wasn’t too fond of my IVF nurse. I thought her response rate or lack of response was pretty terrible during such an important process. But if you get Kristie, she is a 5/5 and a gem!Dr. Le gave us our first baby, and we have 2 more waiting for us. I know our family are in good hands in the years to come.
The staff at IVF MD are incredible! Theyre organized as theres one front desk/entrance for everything. So theyre always on the same page and know exactly whom to refer you to when needed. Another thing about the reception area, I actually saw pregnant patients. I know every woman carries differently and many dont show early, plus coincidence in patient scheduling; Im simply saying you notice when absent if go somewhere else. The nurses, Kathy and Katherine are so sweet! Theyre literally rooting for you and your family. Theyre smart and give both professional and personal experience as appropriate. BT in finance and the embryologist, are awesome. They paitently answer all questions, including hpypothetical, if thats what you and your partner need to make the best decision.My Dr was Dr Le. Hes to the point and a bit rude (took away 1 ⭐), but I felt perhaps he didnt want to give false hope. He 100% did everything he said we would do. I got pregnant on my 1st try but suffered a miscarriage a week into my 2nd trimester. Im using our remaining embryos which were created with Dr Le. He was very comforting about my miscarriage and offered several options for our 2nd IVF cycle. He insisted that we take all the time we needed before moving forward. We ultimately decided to use a Dr closer to home because Dr Le was a far commute and with life going back to normal pre pandemic, the travel time became an issue.I would recommend Dr Le and his team. Theyre knowledgeable, cohesive, and give great care. They accommodated my work schedule by having evening appointments, and little to no wait time to see your Dr, which is great if not using PTO for your appointment. I am forever grateful to Dr. Le and nurse Kristie Martiners for helping bring my dream to life. I welcomed my baby girl to the world 2 weeks ago and she is the greatest gift. I have PCOS, 2 blocked tubes, thyroid issues and they treated each challenge with care and education. Okay long review here, but I need to thank this clinic staff and mainly Doctor Le, thank you so much for helping my and my husbands dreams of becoming parents come true.After 6 years of trying we decided go to doctor Le, he helped us understand and figure out why we couldnt become pregnant, and at one point he was as confused as us because everything all the test he did results were just fine but he made sure to try out all his knowledge and experience, after a couple round of clomid 2 IUI and a surgery suggested and performed by him, I was tired mentally and physically and stop going for the next step was in vitro which we couldnt afford, but I remember after surgery doctor told me the surgery heals around 6 months I went home and gave up the whole situation, 8 months after I was pregant with a beautiful babyboy thst now its 3 months and healthy, and in my heart I know it happened because all Doctor Le effort to help me out, I cant thank him enought for being persistent and giving me hope every appointment.
We are forever grateful for Dr. Le and his staff. Infertility is a difficult obstacle to overcome but Dr. Le never gave up. Upon our first meeting with him I felt very comfortable. He discussed all of our options and never pushed us towards anything we were not ready for. He allowed us to try different options at our own pace and I really appreciated that. After exhausting a few options we finally gave IVF a chance. Dr. Le had recommended it for us but again allowed us to try other options first. I am so happy to report we are 12 weeks pregnant after our first round of IVF. Dr. Le and his staff are amazing. I highly recommend him to anyone who may be struggling with infertility.
1/26/2024I have called 12 times today between 9am-noon. 12 times plus voicemail. No answers except for 1 time and the person says Hello? Is this Doctor Dumb? then they hung up the phone. This is absolutely ridiculous, unprofessional, and concerning for an establishment that works in such a field.
My husband and I had the most amazing experience with Dr. Sy Le at IVFMD in Las Colinas. We had been trying to conceive for about a year with no success and finally reached out to see about getting IUI done. Up to this point my husband and I had never had any children and were on the older side of having children, most would say. Right after my first (and only) virtual appointment with Dr. Le to go over the plan for us I had a great feeling about him. All the nurses and staff at the Office were great as well. I am now 7 weeks pregnant after our first IUI cycle and we are so excited and feel so blessed to be able to become parents. In Gods timing and with the help of some new age technology we will be parents for the first time in March of 2022! Thank you Dr. Le and the Staff at IVFMD Las Colinas.

Ive been going to Dr Le for the past 3 years. He and the staff are so incredibly patient and kind. Ive had zero billing issues, they are very transparent about that process. He is one of the more reasonably priced doctors in the metroplex and really cares about the outcome. I love that they have Dr Chen (acupuncture) just around the corner. I would highly recommend IVFMD! Thanks to Dr Le, we will be having our best Christmas yet!

Let me say that this !!! The whole experience was very stressful just knowing about it! But upon my arrival my stressful way of thinking was relieved when first the awesome nurse/Dj Trish played the perfect music!! Trish and Dr Raj were super awesome and made me and my wife feel very comfortable !!! I am am a corrections officer for 18 years!! And I felt very comfortable with the staff of this awesome Dr office!! I give five stars because Trish and DR RAJ WERE PHENOMENAL!!!!

We have tried to conceive a child for many years but unsuccessful. We did our research and decided to go with Dr. Le based on references from his patients. We also visited his office to talk with him, his staff and checked out the facility. He is very smart, friendly and professional. His staff is caring and the facility is top notch. Were so glad we came to him because we are now proud parents of a healthy and vibrant baby boy. We only have good things to say about Dr. Le and his staff. Its a journey and with their help and support we have gotten our dream. We would recommend Dr. Le to anyone who is seeking IVF treatment.
Dr Le was very receptive to our situation and is willing to try new things and stays up to date on current research unlike some of the other REs in Dallas. I was impressed with our visit and I am thankful we found him. He is also willing to work with us to order meds from cheaper pharmacies and wants to help patients achieve their goals. I am happy to have a collaborative, professional patient - physician relationship here and pay attention to often overlooked male infertility treatments.
I never do reviews. Like ever. But people need to know how awesome Dr. Raj is. Dr. Raj literally made our dreams come true. He was honest from the very start. We never felt taken advantage of. He did everything to make sure we would be successful in becoming pregnant. We had seen a prior fertility doctor before him who just took our money and took advantage of us. After 6 months of seeing him and wasting thousands of dollars we found Dr. Raj. We became pregnant after our first round of IUI thanks to Dr. Raj. We owe him everything. Our daughter is the center of our lives and we couldn’t be happier. We can’t wait to return for our next child. Thank you Dr. Raj for everything you did for us. He is hands down the only fertility doctor I would ever trust.
Now, I believe in MIRACE, I went through different experiences for last 10 years. I didnt have confidence about getting pregnant, Dr. Le always gave positive encouragement to us. Christi, Kemberly and entire team were very prompt to help us throughout this procedure. I am really short of words, Thanks Team IVFMD for this MIRACLE in my life. :)
We are so blessed to have started our fertility journey with Dr. Le. We never thought this would be a road we had to go down but, here we are! We started our journey by trying IUI. On our second round, we got pregnant! Unfortunately, we lost the baby around 8 weeks. We tried IUI 3 more times before deciding to try full IVF.SIDE BAR - I read some of the reviews and was shocked by some of the feedback. NOTHING in this process is guaranteed. The costs are heavy and insurance rarely covers anything but there is no guarantee of success. All of the paperwork clearly states this. Dr. Le was always hopeful but honest, never rude or dismissive.During our egg retrieval, Dr. Raj was able to collect 19 eggs. Of the 19 eggs, 10 were mature, then 7 fertilized. Of the 7 eggs, on day 5, none were quite big enough but they were given a few more days to fight. 2 of our embryos made it. They were sent for testing and by the grace of God, both were healthy embryos.We did our transfer in December and are expecting our miracle baby September 1st (Lord willing).The staff at IVFMD has really helped us through this entire process. From Amber at the front, Dr. Le, our nurse Kristie ... everyone has always treated us with such warmth and care. I had many Saturday appointments (as well as late ones, early ones and ones where I was squeezed in to fit my cycle). The team always found a time to make it work. Any questions I had emailed to my nurse (Kristie) were answered the same day (even on Christmas Eve). Every call/message I left with the nurses desk was returned the same day (unless I called after hours, then the following day). Imaging/measurements may not be on the portal but every appointment a chart was provided with those numbers written in. All bloodwork is published to the portal.My advice? Keep track of the medications, ask questions, ask about timing and/or dates, keep your charts and learn about your journey ... advocate for yourself. There are A LOT of families going through the same thing and while the experience is very personal, this staff is seeing a lot of patients.I plan to use IVFMD again when we are ready for our second little embryo and would recommend Dr. Le and his staff to anyone I know struggling to conceive.
My husband and I can not thank Dr. Le enough! He has been nothing but caring and compassionate throughout our whole infertility journey! We met with another fertility clinic who was not a great fit and honestly didnt want to do fertility treatments due to the experience. We decided to meet one more and we are so glad we did. Dr. Le got us pregnant on the first round of IUI where the other doctor told us there was no way we would get pregnant with iui and had to do ivf and with that only a 30% chance. When I emailed Dr. Le to tell him we are pregnant he personally called me to congratulate us. He is a wonderful caring man! Thank you Dr. Le and IVFMD for our perfect son!!!!
Our son is nearly 9 years old, a product of a frozen embryo compliments of God and Dr. Le, Dr. Haas, and the rest of the staff. I share the sentiments of the others that have given 5 stars. Dr. Le , Nurses and Staff are all Amazing!. Dr Le is very gentle and kind. He always made me feel comfortable and felt like he did everything possible so we can become pregnant. I couldn’t ask for a better place for my Ivf journey. Thank you to all the amazing staff!
Dr. Le and his so-called insurance coordinator, BT, spent months telling me that my insurance company wasnt going to approve IVF until I went through 3-6 failed IUI cycles. After months of being unable to even get to IUI due to cysts and/or overstimulated ovaries (not to mentioned a blocked tube that Dr. Le diagnosed but failed to mention presented a risk of ectopic pregnancy), I looked into my insurance information myself and found out that my insurance would have - and did - approve me to go straight to IVF. I went through months of suffering in an effort to do IUI for nothing. I suffered serious side effects from the medications I was being given. Dr. Le repeatedly dismissed my symptoms as work stress. He even dismissed my irregular period (which has been iregular since I was in college) as work stress. I finally insisted that he do further testing for a hormone imbalance and stop blaming my symptoms on stress. Turns out I have a genetic endocrine disorder. Even after this diagnosis, Dr. Le minimized my symptoms and got angry when I asked if he would be willing to prepare FMLA paperwork for me while I went through IVF. Dr. Le then tried AGAIN to push me to try IUI EVEN THOUGH I had ANOTHER cyst on my ovaries. This was after I told him I wanted to go straight to IVF because my insurance allowed me to do so (and it was financially in my best interest).I wasted almost $2,500 of my $10,000 lifetime insurance maximum on fertility drugs that Dr. Le prescribed me for the IUI process. Dr. Le said give the drugs to someone else if you dont need them - its good karma. No, good karma would be you reimbursing me for the drugs you had me buy for multiple failed, unnecessary, and reckless IUI attempts.My experience was so degrading and invalidating, and Im lucky I had an understanding employer who supported me more than my doctor did. The only stress I had during this painful ordeal was caused by IVFMD. This is all not to mention the incompetent staff I had to deal with, but thats another story.UPDATE: The response from IVFMD is completely false. I never did an IUI cycle for the reasons explained above. They didnt even submit a request for approval for IVF for months because they were busy convincing me insurance wouldnt approve it, which is why I agreed to try IUI first (because they said I had no choice). By the time the approval came back (around 10/7/22), I was already done with this place after Dr. Le invalidated me yet again and tried pushing me to do IUI despite cysts on my ovaries, a blocked tube, and an unresolved hormonal imbalance. That last visit with Dr. Le was on 10/3/22. I have documentation of these dates, as well as emails with my company trying to figure out a workaround to the 3-6 failed IUI attempts requirement that I then learned had been fabricated by IVFMD. Do not trust this place. Based on their response, they clearly dont care about patient privacy, either.FURTHER UPDATE: After seeing my reply to their dishonest and inappropriate response to my review, IVFMD deleted their response.
Going through the IVF is a scary and stressful process, but Dr. Le and the nurses understand and really try and make it at easy and pleasant as possible. I went to another clinic before, and I just felt like a cattle in a cattle shoot. I saw a different doctor or nurse every time I went and it was very stressful for me. IVFMD was a MUCH better experience. They are much more personalized, and I saw the same doctor and nurse everytime and they really knew me. Anytime I had a question or concern they were quick to address them and ease my fears. I highly recommend them!
Dr. Le and all of his staff have been wonderful! I went to IVFMD many, many times for about a year and a half for several rounds of testing, IUIs, and ultimately, IVF. Getting an appointment was never difficult and they could always get me in at whatever time worked for me. The nurses were excellent and always responded to my calls or emails very promptly. If I ever need to do IVF again in the future, I will definitely be back to see everyone at IVFMD.
I’m so thankful for meeting Dr.Lee first visit was awesome! And so grateful for nurse Kristie she has been their for me after hours with no hesitation making me fell more confident and less confused she is the best!! Great staff!!
After using clinics in NJ and ATL with only BFNs, chemicals and THOUSANDS WASTED to show for it, we decided to give IVF ONE MORE SHOT with Dr. Le and IVFMD. I noticed a lot of reviews blaming Dr. Le for the BILLING OFFICE charging. I too had an issue with billing and I talked to Dr. Le regarding it and he fixed it with no problems! Dr. Le is an AMAZING RE! He personally went over my protocol and was extremely caring and patient with us. Our coordinator, Tina was wonderful too! We had an amazing fresh cycle and a beautiful baby boy in 2012. We tried for a sibling in 2013 and had another chemical, but on our last frozen try we completed our family in 2014. I cant thank the staff at IVFMD enough for our miracles! I constantly recommend them to people and everyone that has taken my advice has had success there!
We love Dr. Le and his staff at this office. They are very professional and care about your needs as well as desires for children. I have a now 4 year old son from my first experience with this office. Now were thinking of expanding our family, we wanted to begin our journey once again with this very caring and knowledgeable office.
I’ve been working with ivfmd for some years off and on and developed a really great relationship with some of the nurses. They’re always able to answer questions and help when needed.Dr Le helped us get our miracle baby and I’ll be forever grateful to the team for that. I felt my experience was thorough but not over the top, doing an excess number of tests thus increasing the cost.Everyone may not get their happy ending, there are many variables with each person’s situation. I can only speak praise from my experience because they helped us to get our happy ending. I wish anyone reading this, the best of luck. It’s a heart wrenching, emotional toll to deal with infertility. You’re not alone and I hope you find a team that will help you overcome it.
We cant thank Dr. Le and IVFMD enough for helping us achieve our dreams of having a family! We did our first IVF cycle back in 2016 and got our first baby boy. We had no embryos leftover, so decided to go back in 2017 to do another IVF cycle. We got pregnant, but lost the baby at 10 weeks. Luckily, we had more embryos and just did another FET and am currently 8 weeks pregnant!Dr. Le, his nurses, staff, and embryologist are all just super amazing and so helpful at each step of the way. We highly recommend IVFMD!
**if you write them a bad review, they’ll drop you as a patient**I would not recommend this clinic. I have been going here for roughly a year and a half. I enjoyed the staff and Dr Le during that time. They have all been very friendly. That being said, one of their staff made an ENORMOUS error which I caught by pure chance. Notice I caught it. NOT the clinic! If I hadnt caught it, my egg retrieval would have been too late (aka the eggs would have been gone!), I would have wasted $12k in medicine, $11k at least on the procedure, countless visits to get to that stage, etc. Their good faith for their error was a $20 Uber ride for my friend to come pick me up on a day we hadnt planned for (which btw, they also did wrong because they originally asked the Uber driver to come to the clinic instead of my friends home...). I absolutely would not under any circumstance recommend this clinic. I feel bad saying that because I like Dr Le but if you are going to a provider, you expect that provider to be able to do their job effectively. The mistake that happened is so concerning, Im afraid of even getting more medicine prescribed by the clinic. How on earth do I protect myself in a process that I dont know? That is the clinics job and they failed! I just thank God for their emergency number nurse on call.For further perspective, to get back to where I was for a new retrieval would have cost me (out of pocket) at least $15k. (I already spent $5k on this round and lets not even talk about the egg quantity that could have been lost.) Their measly $20 is exactly 0.00013 of that amount or 0.13%. From their error!!! I’d love to meet the person who feels better knowing that.For those reading: the miscommunication was an instruction sheet provided by the coordinator that told me exactly which day to do what and stated my appointment was Thursday. Its also what she put into the system. So to find out my appointment should have been Wednesday and she made a different appointment on that day for my SO (who doesnt exist) is far more than miscommunication. Its a series of errors.
Dr. Le is disorganized and distracted. He send $1,000+ worth of medication to the pharmacy but didnt make a plan for me to use it. He didnt even know I had the medication and tried to blame his nurse for making the error. He told me to confront the nurse, and of course, the nurse said she sent in the prescription that he wrote. They did not attempt to address their error. He also prescribed $100 worth of pills that I already paid before I recall he said its something I should not be taking. He just said, ”thanks for reminding me. Yes, dont take it.” during my regular visit, I tried to ask a question and he was rude to say, ”Go ask the nurse.” I regret not changing doctor sooner. Its an emotionally and financially draining process and I deserved to be treated better.
This office and their staff are top-notch. The staff is friendly and available to you (I emailed my IVF nurse quite a bit, and always got a timely response). The pricing is extremely affordable, and the insurance coordinators are wonderful about explaining the charges up front. Dr. Le and Dr. Haas are hands-on, which was not the case with the first fertility doctor we went to. Dr. Escobar is friendly and compassionate, and they all make you feel like they are invested in your care and genuinely want you to be successful. We got pregnant our first try with IVF, and will be trying again soon with frozen embryos -and we have complete confidence with this wonderful group of people.I would recommend IVFMD to anyone!
I started seeing Dr Le in 2016 as a family member recommended him. I understand every situation is different but I wish I had gone to a less busy practice as all the visits were in such a hurry I never felt I was actually being heard. After many failed cycles of IUI doctor Le advised the only option for me would me an egg donor as the chances of having a healthy child at my age were nonexistent. My husband and I discussed and considered this but I decided to just take a break in late 2017. After discussing with family I decided to look for a second opinion at the beginning of 2018. I am so grateful I did as this doctor found and advised of my fibroids in my very first visit. He explained it would be very hard for implantation to occur so before any IUI or IVF treatments a myomectomy would be needed.Long story short I decided to have the myomectomy in April of 2018. Started IVF in June and my daughter born in March. She is a healthy baby. I do thank Dr. Le for trying but wish he had taken more time and been more thorough through the process.

My husband and I have been trying to conceive for over two years and had tried so many different methods but failed. Before meeting Dr. Sy Le, we have been to another fertility doctor in Hurts and she gave us a flat answer to do IVF with no other options. We know about Dr. Le through a friend who was successful on the first attempt with an IUI. As skeptical as we were about IVF even after months of doing research but we immediately felt comfortable and confident during our first consultation with Dr. Le. It was very stressful but Dr. Le was kindly explained all the options to us and patiently answered all of our concerns. He was very knowledgeable, informative, encouraging, personable and very compassionate. Him and his team were very patient with us throughout our emotionally difficult process as we kept encountering some of my personal issues. After 4 failed IUI cycles and because of my low egg reserved, my husband and I decided to go for the IVF route. Dr. Le and his nurses are miracle workers and we are so humbled by their kindness. Today, I am proud to say that I am a mother of my beautiful newborn daughter. She’s more than we ever could have hoped for. I dont know how to start or how to describe the kind of service we received from Dr Le and his entire staff. When we walked into his office on our first consultation with him we knew right away that he is just what we are looking for in a doctor. All our questions were answered even when we came back for our follow up consultation we asked him the same questions repeatedly and he is always available to answer any of our questions making us feel we are in the right place. We started our 1st ivf process few months ago and we can proudly say that Dr Le made our dream come true as this is our 1st ivf procedure and we have been trying for more than 4 years, meeting Dr Le just made this whole experience an easy one for us. It was truly the worst ever the person who called about my insurance didn’t even have the correct person pulled up after I told her my name more than once. I called my insurance company and confirmed EXACTLY what I told her about my coverage. Which is that my insurance paid for everything except treatment of infertility such as diagnosis, test, etc. I should have stuck with Dallas IVF!! On top of that no one called me for my appointment which I didn’t want to cancel. I didn’t believe it was canceled especially since the night before my appointment as well as the morning of my appointment I got text messages reminding me of my appointment. Absolutely the worst despite these other reviews
Check carefully with your insurance to see what is covered. Ivfmd told me that certain things were covered when they were not. Now I have several bills totaling almost $3K. Ive been emailing IVFMD for a week with no response, in addition my insurance has reached out to them to request changes to the codes they submitted and they are not answering. Im hoping that this is all just a big mistake and they will reach out to me next week telling me as such.

I had an incredible experience with Dr. Reed and Dr. Le. If you are looking for competence and compassion, look no further. They run a cheerful, well managed practice and they are very reasonably priced compared to other practices in the area. I should know -- I tried 3 other practices, some of whom wouldn’t even take me as a patient because my numbers were so low. They only offered me options with donor eggs. All they cared about were their success stats. I called at 4:00 on a Thursday and they offered me a Friday 8am appointment. I had waited as long as 4 weeks for an initial appointment at other clinics. I was feeling so low when I walked into Dr. Reeds office and she was such a tremendous breath of fresh air. She was incredibly encouraging without making any promises, acknowledging she was up to the challenge. Leaving the initial consult, I felt confident that, even if this didn’t work out, I would have no room to wonder if there was anything else that could have been done. I loved that she was always citing the latest study on this or that -- staying current on the research is crucial in a quickly advancing field like hers. In addition, this practice offers Ministim IVF, which is a version of IVF that uses fewer drugs. The menu of IVF options available to me was much greater with Dr. Reed than at the other clinics which have and all or nothing approach. (Check out their website that details the choices). AND, I was pregnant with our first intervention with Dr. Reed! Im still in shock. I am so grateful these people came into my life when so many others wouldn’t even give me a chance. I hope this review helped you and best wishes in your journey.
IVFMD has been such a warm welcoming place to continue my journey. Before coming here I was completely hopeless thinking I would never get my baby but after speaking with Dr. Raj he brought that hope back to me I am forever thankful for him and his staff and their hospitality. Hi, Thank you for response to my 2-star experience thus far. I made a appointment weeks out and paid the deposit. They called within 24hrs of appointment & told me they do not take my insurance. I spoke to insurance and called them back to see if they could try another way to verify, and another person said they do take my insurance but the verify process is different and the appointment I had was already taken. She told me she would call back and try to get me back on the schedule but I have not heard back yet. This morning I received both a text and email saying I have appt. today, so I called at 9am and left a message asking to clarify if this is true. No Response yet.
Dr. Le is one of the most awesome Doctor I know. I had my daughter through his help and plan to have another! He has the most reasonable rates around. Thank you Dr. Le for your commitment to helping families get pregnant!!

No one ever answer the phone on Saturday! This is a great doctor I just wish communication was better. He doesn’t upload results on portal, you can’t get your follicle measurements or any photos! Visits are expensive only last 2 minutes , when you’re trying to schedule appointments, no one ever answers.
Money hungry! Do not go to him! All they want is your Cash! They charge for everything even though we have spent thousands of dollars on them. He and his office manager will try to claim certain procedures and keep the money they collect from your insurance even though we paid for everything CASH already! They tried making me pay $5000 CASH for a procedure that my insurance would paid for but the office manager refused to call my insurance company even though I told her I have just talked to them. My insurance company had to call her to let her know the procedure is covered! Dr Le has no sympathy or ethics! I got pregnant twice with a great Dr Haddad from Houston. Dr Haddad and staffs will walk through everything with you and dont require you to pay everything CASH! They will reimburse you if your insurance company pays for any part of your treatment.
Saw all three doctors on my journey to conceive our second child. Staff was very caring and attentive. Loved EVERYONE I encountered! I would recommend IVFMD to anyone. Many thanks again for our miracle!
Dr. Le is amazing. He truly seemed to care about my outcome rather than making more money. He is the first Dr. that I have felt confident in and has been on the same page as me.
I was scheduled for a mid cycle sonogram. I had a few questions about whether I would need a progesterone supplement after my IUI and about scheduling, but instead of answering my question, she tells me that she would answer questions outside the patient room. I got dressed and met her at the nurse station and I asked her again whether I needed to take progesterone after my IUI and her dismissive response was, I dont want you to feel overwhelmed so we will let you know the day of the IUI. I asked her another question in regards to when my husband needed to drop off his sample prior to my IUI and again was addressed with another dismissive response, the front office will answer that for you. I have never experienced such a dismissive, belittling and rude doctor. I would not trust her with my health and hope to never see her again.
I cannot say enough about the team at IVFMD, especially Dr. Le and Kate. Without them, their persistence, and expertise, we simply would not be pregnant and soon to welcome twins. They feel like family to us.
I am a current patient. The experience has been somewhat pleasant, but I do prefer more follow up after each procedure. Plus, I feel that sometimes my doctor doesn’t always remember my situation. I’m a high risk person and I have had one ER visit and now it seems like I have to go to the ER again.
I had my first visit today with Dr lee for gender selection with IuI and praying for a baby boy after 3 girls ... He was honest about what the chances are and not just after your money like other doctors with false promises .. have to respect an honest doctor ... he was so helpful I can’t thank him enough for his time and he’s staff for making me feel so comftable with this new journey ! I came here after my previous dr (dallas ivf at legacy) refused to do any more ivf for me and told me flatly to go for donor eggs. It felt like a factory - if I wasnt going to add to their success rates, I cant try anymore and have to go directly to donor eggs. It was a very sad day for me and husband, we went in expecting to start another round of ivf after a promising last round failed, and Dr told us he wont do anymore ivf for us. The Dr didnt care. He simply hustled us to hurry out and talk to another staff about donor eggs.Dr Le at IVFMD has wonderful bedside etiquette and made me feel so much happier and at home at his office. He spends the time to listen and talk and I dont feel like I wait to get in and rushed to go out. Sometimes it is not about success rates (when I have been written off), and Dr Les gentle soft approach won us over. I am truly grateful that I met Dr Le, he is willing to try if we want to. Even if we want to try another round of ivf, he will help us, even though he will let us know that it is not a good choice.We eventually did not go for another round of ivf, but is now trying another method with Dr Le. Maybe we will only conceive with donor eggs, maybe we will get to that frame of mind. I have no doubt when that day happens, it is not because our Dr made us feel like trash and rejects and we had no choice, but its because we have decided it ourselves.There is a wonderful team at IVFMD.
IVF Cycle Experience at IVFMD Irving, TexasOur Profile and BackgroundIndian coupleHusband - 34 years, Wife - 32 yearsMale and female fertility issuesPreviously failed IVF cycle in India, decided to go with a fresh IVF cycle in USFinalizing the IVF doctor and clinicWe did lot of research prior to finalizing IVFMD, Irving as our fertility center to go ahead with the IVF cycle. Some of the key factors which helped us finalize IVFMD were the following -Proximity to the home - IVFMD clinic located at 7501 Las Colinas Blvd #200a, Irving, TX 75063 was very near to our home in Irving. Therefore, frequent visits to the clinic during the cycle were convenient and time saving.Affordability - Our insurance did not cover infertility treatment. So cost was a major factor. We compared the cost of IVF cycle at IVFMD to some of the other infertility centers in Dallas region like Dr Satin Patel of Frisco Fertility Clinic, Dr Rinku Mehta of Dallas IVF. Most of the other clinics had much higher cost compared to IVFMD.Dr Lee - We found Dr Lee to be very helpful and supportive throughout the process.Our struggle with Infertility and IVF CycleDue to various reasons related to employment, travel, immigration etc we continued to delay the start of our family. Nearly 10 years into our marriage, we got our greencard and decided to start the family. We knew we had some fertility issues but never took those seriously till this point. We tried fertility supplements for some time which did not help us conceive. Finally the OBGYN suggested to see an infertility specialist.Our first attempt at IVF cycle was in India. As our insurance in US was not covering infertility treatment, we decided to go with an IVF cycle in India. For those who are not familiar with the price difference of IVF cycle in India and US, its actually huge. In India, the price of entire cycle with medication was around Rs 150,000 or $2000. The cost of same cycle in US is around $15,000 with medicines. We got our first cycle completed in India but unfortunately it failed.We decided to get our next cycle done in US at IVFMD, Irving. We went through fresh retrieval, ICSI and transfer. After two week wait, the blood test report showed we were pregnant. We are told to repeat the beta HCG test after 48 hours. However, this time levels did not double as expected. Finally this cycle ended in a miscarriage. We were devastated. We met Dr Lee and he suggested we should try FET after some time as FET has more or less same probability of success as a fresh cycle. We decided to take a break and waited 6 months before starting the FET cycle. This time, we got a list of medications required for the FET cycle and purchased them from India as we happened to visit India for vacation in between. Price difference in Medication in US and India is huge as well. Just to give an example, 1 crione applicator in india costs Rs 180 or approx $2, the same applicator in US costs $30 (after discount). One can easily use 30-40 applicators during the cycle. Likewise for other drugs. So by purchasing medicines in bulk from India you can easily save $6000-$7000 if you have to go through multiple cycles.Finally, we got the FET cycle completed and it was a success. The overall journey was very taxing emotionally and financially. Thankfully by the grace of god, it ended with a favorable outcome. We thanked Dr Lee as we could not have fulfilled our dream without his help. We were then transferred to our regular OBGYN who took care of us through the delivery.If you have any questions, we have created a google group by the name - IVF Success Story , where you can post any questions. Great office to work with if you are looking to start your family or help with growing your family. The staff there are all very friendly and very prompt with answering any of my questions and replying. Dr. Le is very sweet and caring and so are the nurses there!

Dr lee is a bully idiot, highly igoistic & talks nonsense. Me,my wife spent time & money with this useless fellow for three years with zero results. He did not perform basic tests on fertility for my wife & misguided us for years with lot of stress.We are lucky now with a baby with treatments in india.

The Supervisor/Manager which her name is Joy is one of the most unprofessional managers ever she’s fake to all of the other employees and she is the worst trainer you can ask for. The Doctor has no respect or courtesy for patients and is totally unprofessional. He doesnt care to explain anything and asks us to read things on the Internet claiming he cant waste time on explaining a simple treatment or condition. He spends less than 5 minutes for a consultation, but you have to wait for at least an hour to see him. Even after 6 months of treatment, he couldnt diagnose anything for us. He doesnt look at case history before visiting you and every visit you have to remind him of all the procedures and treatments you have received.He is extremely money hungry and charges money for everything. Any suggestions or questions you ask him, he thinks you are challenging his competency and provides a rude answer. I havent seen an Ego Maniac like him... Please avoid him to avoid all the mental stress, you dont need it when you are already stressed out trying to have a baby.
Dr. Le and all the staff that I encountered were great. They answered all of my questions, I felt comfortable with all the procedures and everyone was very friendly. I cant wait for July to come so we can meet the new addition to the family!

Its really a shame that they take advantage of people in fragile emotional situations to extort cash payments.After a consult I was advised that blood work and a semen analysis would be done. I was also assured that insurance would be billed first and any patient balance would be forwarded to me. They lied.Despite them verifying that there was a benefit for diagnosis they still demanded 100% payment up front when my husband went to take a semen analysis to them. I think thats s horrible thing to do to a patient who is TTC with a specimen in their hand that is extremely perishable. My husband just paid it because the collection ordeal was enough to go through in itself. I called and left voicemails asking for a refund and have not heard back.I will immediately cease treatment here. Aspire is new in the area and they have great reviews and actually will bill your insurance first.

This guys are real cheater and looks like money making machine. I had extremely bad experience with office manager named VT. They dont know and dont understand how to deal with patients and play with emotions with the patients. Think 100 times before you visit there, I had visited as one of my close friend ref me.

I was a patient of Dr. Le in 2004 and 2007 and I could not say enough nice things about Dr. Le himself and the staff there. If it were not for them, I would not have my children. They were very patient in explaining every step of the process and answering every question I had.

HSG done and the receptionist, nurse and Dr Lee were awesome…Dr Lee and his nurse explained very thing to the T and he was gentle and polite
Im very happy whit doctor Lee he is very kind and very smart the doctor l was in my experience ivf all doctors he is one easy talk and will have discuss attitude whit patient im very grateful he help me ！
Professional but poor results at best. No troubleshooting or analysis of possible problems with the process or people. Definitely not concerned with direct patient communication after a procedure.

I went to get an HSG dye test and I had Trish, and the nurse practitioner, helping me. Trish made sure to explain everything to me in detail and calmed my nerves. They were both great during the test. I would recommend them to anyone who needs to have this test done and if I need it again I will definitely return to this place.
