Update. As of 5/22/24 I still have not received my medication. I dont think the receptionist knows what shes doing. Its the same voice. Some should check her work . Argued with me telling me I never called or left messages. Thats a lie and I have proof.I have to agree with the comment below. Its been ten days since my visit I have yet to get my prescription. I have not heard anything from the doctor clinic NO ONE. I have now found another clinic to get services.

This office is extremely ignorant. I call concerning my lab results and they try to force a visit to find out. I tell them Ive moved so I cant and I must know if everything is ok, they then place on hold for no one to answer. The pharmacy for AHF is excellent however the doctor office would be zero if able. I recommend this doctor office to no one.
This is now my 7 the day without my medication. Doctor is just not responding. Calling is a joke. I am now switching to another clinic so disappointed.
I havent had good experiences with healthcare providers (I had pharmacists ask invasive questions that should be under the scope of care of a doctor). I have Also received bills without memos explaining what hey were for. The Primary care provider was good and seemed to take a holistic approach to my medical care.
I havent taken my medication for three days. They didnt have the right pharmacy which I changed months ago. Doctor didnt even approve my refill. I dont know whats going on here . THis is not good.
BE AWARE!!! I moved here from Florida and AHF was great! I was very happy to continue with them her in New York. The office in Queens is horrible. I asked for help to be connected for services and they told me no funding was available. Not true. There is HASA. I filled out an application and they never had my doctor fill out what was needed for proof of diagnosis for HIV. Also they didnt provide me with info about HASA. The case manager Michelle told me there was no funding. She is horrible. Do not got to them if you are new to New York. Contact HASA.

Customer service is good
It is unfortunate that they provide opening hours and that it is not respected. I went before 5 and they mentioned that service ends at 4. I hope they update the information.
