Most of these bad reviews are ridiculous.. Wait times are fine compared to other places, the receptionists are very nice, and the nurses are too, some are just quiet and thats okay. I have been going here since 2021, Im now in my second pregnancy with them and theyre great as usual! Supportive of my VBAC for the second time now, works hard to make sure my appointments are together, and gives me consideration and love with the losses Ive had. Ill always use ETSU. ❤️
Worst experience ever. Any time you call them for a problem they will give you an appointment after a month. Getting hold of your Dr is a battle I don’t want to fight. Will never recommend anyone
Staff here are rude as all get out.. mainly the receptionists, and nurses who think they’re doctors. They don’t approve FMLA for high risk pregnancies, but will approve it for these model looking pregnant women. Discrimination at its finest.
Terrible, terrible, terrible. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. I am currently almost 35 weeks pregnant and haven’t had a single glucose test, stress test, or any other form of usual pregnancy related tests done. The most I have had done is bloodwork. That is it, you have to sit forever to even be seen and then you end up not even getting the care you need. This place is genuinely pathetic excuse for a healthcare office. Customer service is terrible, time management is terrible, and the care you receive is terrible. Do not recommend at all
The staff are amazing!!! I’m 32 weeks pregnant and 6 (almost 7) months sober thanks to dr. Olsen, dr. Turner, and Constance. Every time I go in I’m told that I’m a “star patient in recovery”. This place has truly saved mine and my baby’s life. 10/10 would definitely recommend. 🫶🏻
Waiting time is always too long. Very bad experience. They should have more doctors on duty to handle all the appointments. Otherwise, just endless waiting.
The two gynecologists I have seen were very nice. The nurses are EXTREMELY hit or miss. Last visit, VERY cool nurse. This visit, not so much. Getting my birth control shot there has been a nightmare. I’m from North Carolina, where they keep the depo provera shot in office. Here, you have to pick it up from the pharmacy and make a SEPARATE appointment for the shot itself. A 5 min thing turns into a whole other appointment. I get there today and after missing my last shot, which wasn’t long ago, I’m told I have to make yet ANOTHER appointment because I couldn’t pee for a pregnancy test. I missed the shot by not even a whole month. If the depo actually works, there is no way I’m fertile enough to even be pregnant. This is a waste of my time. This place has been a waste of my time. I do not recommend. I’d don’t even remotely want to stay long enough to see what pregnancy care is like here. No plans for a baby yet but when I do, it will NOT be here. I’ll travel back to NC if I have to. I also want to point out, I’ve seen two gynos here. Only ONE told me depo causes bone density loss. Imagine that.
I recently transferred care for myself and my daughter to ETSU OBGYN and could not be happier. Dr. Rouse has been amazing in helping my daughter with PCOS and helping her finally start to feel better. I saw NP Jacquie last week and it was the most comfortable visit I have ever had at the GYN. The nurses and front office staff are welcoming and amazing as well. I will be recommending this clinic to all my friends.
My daughter was seen here after experiencing a Pulmonary Embolism, and she was treated so kindly by all of the staff! Very professional and welcoming environment! This was her first experience seeing an OBGYN, so although she was anxious, she was quickly put at ease with the sincere kindness of all of the staff! I cant thank them enough for making her first experience as wonderful as could be, considering her circumstances. At least I know that my daughter will no longer fear this type of visit and thats extremely important to me as a mother! Thank you all for making her so comfortable and treating her with dignity, gentleness, and respect!
Best experience at an obgyn ive had. Very nice and knowledgeable, but still a teaching place. They make sure you are happy and comfortable With every decision along the way! Look forward to going back. Even made an appointment for my daughter.
My “depression” and “virus” I was gaslighted into believing I had was actually preeclampsia that nearly turned severe. No one would take me seriously that I couldn’t get out of bed the last month of my pregnancy. I was severely ill. Vomiting. Weak. Pain. I went to the hospital at 35 weeks and 6 days. I delivered my baby 2 days later at 36 weeks and 1 day. If I wouldn’t have taken myself to the hospital, I can only imagine what would have happened to me and my baby. My favorite part, my complaints and concerns were not even properly recorded in my patient records. Smart on their end. Real smart. My severe rib pain, I was told was probably reflux. My flu like symptoms, I was told was a sinus infection? I didn’t even have symptoms of a sinus infection but the Dr. prescribed me antibiotics just for the heck of it. He then told me if I continued to feel bad and unable to get out of bed I should consider that I may just have depression…. Lol what a joke. I was dying. I was literally dying of preeclampsia the last 3-4 weeks of my pregnancy. Don’t go here. It’s not worth it, and always advocate for urself and go to the hospital when you feel like something is wrong. These doctors don’t care about us. The most amusing part, the same doctor walking into the room every other week saying “hi nice to meet you” even though he had met me numerous times and saw me every other week towards the end. The resident too was always in a mood. I am seeing Tara Vick for my postpartum care, I believe my experience would have been much better if I would have consistently seen her during my pregnancy. I recommend her if u absolutely have to go here for insurance purposes like I did. Doctor Ann Rouse and nurse practitioner Ann K. Justice are also reliable and compassionate medical professionals to see. My care went downhill when I began getting scheduled with Dr. Martin Olsen and his resident. Such a shame.
God truly blessed me with finding Dr Wood. He is by far the best OBGYN I have ever had the experience of having as my doctor. He not only quickly diagnosed my issues but got me in for my hysterectomy fast as well. I am truly grateful to him and his office.
I was very disappointed overall with my experience here. I am a first time mom, very young, so everything is very new to me, and I have questions a lot. Everything was normal during my check-in, during the process of getting into my appointment, but all they had me do was pee in a cup, asked if I had questions, then sent me home with no lab work or papers to review about pregnancy or anything. This is all after making me wait for two weeks to come in after calling to say I had a positive pregnancy test. They’ve asked me to come back December 5, when I would’ve been in my SECOND trimester, to finally start any type of blood work or labs. When I checked out, I told the lady at the desk that I felt like this was not right, that I felt i had more tests to run. She did not even take the time to ask my doctor.. she just sent me out. Very very disappointing, I switched to State of Franklin OB/GYN, and I feel so much better about myself and this process now! ETSU OB/GYN is not the move.they did not even give me a pamphlet, they did not help or assist me in anyway even though they knew I was confused multiple times during my visit. They talked to me and my boyfriend like this was our sixth child and like we should know
Been coming here for a little over two years for both my children. I have to say since Ballad has taken over it is a pure joy going to the office now. Before, the front office staff was a bunch of middle aged women who power tripped off their ability to determine the worth patients who would be seen in a timely manner vs made to wait absurdly long wait time on purpose. I had witnessed this on more then one occasion. I only kept coming because my pediatrician was so amazing I suffered through it. Let me reassure you that with the Ballad takeover, the front office staff is AMAZING now! I don’t know if they replaced everyone or if they just retrained the hell out of ‘em. But they are wonderful. Always smiles and extremely helpful. They don’t act like your a major inconvenience to them (which is how it used to be) but make you feel valued. Thank you for the improvement! It has been noticed big time!
I’ve been waiting for test results since last week. Every person I talk to gives me a different story. Their rude and condescending and get upset because their expected to do their job!! I was told the dr hadn’t returned my call because she was only in office on Mk day! I called Monday Tuesday Wednesday and today. Now they says Henson the in til later today. She should have returned my call Monday. I will be ck to ring hospital to see who I need to go through to get this taken care of.
Every time I see a doctor there I get different information. My first pregnancy went great there as I saw Andrea Hensley and she is amazing. This time she is no longer there and apparently no one communicates with each other.I am now switching my care half way through due to the doctor basically calling me fat and blaming my issues on my weight (that wasn’t a factor at all in the first pregnancy just a year ago)I do not recommend if you like consistency.
I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. I was going there for over a year and the last time I went in the nurses were talking in the hall about me because of course I was seeing a different Dr. Never the same one. The nurse told the Dr asking about me and my history that I used to be a patient now Im just a walk in. The last Dr also put me on birth control when I told her specifically I didnt want any (didnt know thats what it was at the time). Still never found out what was actually causing my issues, always gaslit me as if I was the one making my symptoms up.
This place is a joke holding my daughter blood work that is back and calling them they wont tell u nothing have to wait 48 hours thats bull you all are a disgrace
They dont get in a hurry for anything. Expect at least a 1hr wait just to see a doctor! Some doctors are good and others I wouldnt let my dog see. Its a hit or miss with this facility!
Absolutely horrible place. A very rude staff, and they book too many high risk patients in one day and they DO NOT listen to any of your concerns! I am a type 1 diabetic, and was on a very strict diet during my pregnancy. I went there and saw several high risk doctors, and when I stopped feeling my son move, they refused my non-stress test and did an ultrasound due to them being overbooked that day and no longer having time to do the non-stress test. They could not get my son to move at 32 weeks, even after turning me on my side and using a buzzer. And his breathing movements were very minimal as well. They assured me it was fine, as it was normal for this to happen as I got further along and he grew bigger. My son PASSED AWAY WITH NO HEARTBEAT 2 DAYS LATER.i DID NOT SMOKE, DRINK OR EVEN DRINK CAFFEINE AT ALL DURING PREGNANCY OR BEFORE.Their negligence cost me my sons life. Please be aware of their complete ignorance and carelessness as you choose an OB/GYN for your precious baby.
I normally love the service here, but my son had an appointment on September 21, 2018 and the front staff was more important discussing where they were going to get lunch instead of getting my child checked in. We arrived at 10:30 and it took them almost 15 min to get my child checked in with an empty waiting room. I will be finding my son a new pediatrician because they were very unprofessional and even the first doctor he saw gave him a flu shot even though he had just gotten out of the hospital and was still recovering from pneumonia. I have never saw such unprofessionalism from a doctors office and with my son being special needs we have many different doctors.
Worst doctors and patient care I’ve ever had to be a part of. Dumb of us to keep them as doctor as long as we did. Took our child a while back. He was sick for 6 months!!! All they done was prescribed antibiotics whole time and never really looked at him. Turned out to be a tissue loged in nose causing infection. All it took was a look in nose. Same kid has had his tonsils almost swollen closed for years. All they say he’ll grow into them. Then took him other day and said he was fine when clearly he wasn’t. Didn’t even look at him. Wife said what if he has flu don’t need to take it to school (Doctor truthfully says this quote. That’s what kids do...). What a joke. They shouldn’t even allowed to care for children. Needless to say took him to urgent care and WOW they helped him. So sad had to pay so much when they could have done something. I would give no stars if possible. GO ANYWHERE BUT THERE!!! You have better care at a veterinarian hospital.
When I had my daughter 20 yrs ago I loved them, especially Dr. Block who delivered her. Recently I had a miscarriage though and after explaining to me what might have been the cause they were very compassionate and didnt rush me out of the office without making sure I was ok even though they were closing. I highly recommend.
My younger grandson has been a patient here since his birth almost 11 years ago. Other than a couple times having to wait a lengthy time to be seen, no complaints until about a year ago. Whoever the new Doctor in charge is, he has no business holding the position. From confusion at the front desk as both patients are checking in as well as checking out, 20 minutes on hold to get a revised doctor’s excuse for school and to the worst unacceptable act of forcing Dr Stewart, the only pediatric pulmonologist in NE TN into early retirement while she was admired & appreciated by all of her patients & their parents/guardians. Another grandson was misdiagnosed for over 3 months by doctors & Niswonger Children’s ER. It took Dr Stewart less than 5 minutes to give the accurate diagnosis after discussion of his symptoms. My younger grandson only remains at this office because of my trust & admiration of Dr Mills and the excellent care she has given him since birth.
Unfortunately...Every single time we go to this place with our kids, we have a appointment Everytime and we get there on time and have to wait n hour and a half before actually talking to a doctor! Sometimes 2 hours... Every single F**** time. I mean whats the point of making a appointment??? These people are terrible and totally unprofessional.. if your late they cancel you in a heart beat! But what about when they are making people wait hours just to talk to them? They need to up there standards cause there standards are just a disgrace.
Worst experience Ive ever had in my life with a pediatric office. In my opinion they profile each family based on income and/or insurance. The office is not warm or welcoming for a child or parent. Renovations should definitely be made, it doesnt even have the feeling of stepping into a normal pediatric office. It is more like a cold basement with very little color.
My son has been with ETSU Peads since he was 3 days old. We quickly began to love this practice because of our amazing lactation consultant April. When we scheduled my son for his 3 month check up April was let go without notice. We were not even given a phone call letting us know that she had departed from the practice which is not only extremely unprofessional but also discourteous. Since then, things have gone down hill. My husband and I have over an hour commute from our home to the practice and we have never been later than 20 minutes early, yet my son is never seen until 30 minutes after his scheduled time to be seen. I understand that things do happen and days get busy but, every appointment is unacceptable. We are expected to arrive early and if not they will turn their patients away ( witnessed it first hand) but it’s acceptable for them to be late seeing our children when they work for us? For people that work with children daily, their attitudes are not what they should be. They seem rushed, impersonal, and quite frankly annoyed when you have concern. We have given them the benefit of the doubt several times just because of the wonderful impression that April left on us, but now that my son is 8 months old nothing has changed and we are changing pediatricians the beginning of the new year. It’s heart breaking because we wanted our son to be with the same doctors from birth until he was older but unfortunately that isn’t going to happen. Our experiences weren’t all bad, there are some nurses that are genuinely sweet and have the children and parents best interest at heart but the bad out weighs the good with our personal experience. Also, the last thing, and one of the most important things this practice is not updated with the AAP and they are not educated in breastfeeding. We were given advice that could have caused our breastfeeding journey to end prematurely. April, the LC was up to date with all AAP regulations and was extremely educated in breastfeeding because of course it was what she specialized in. Letting her go was a huge part of their demise. Yes a medical degree is extremely important but interpersonal and customer service skills are important in running a business. This place needs a Devine intervention.
Medicare patients beware if you are going here for an office visit to get a prescription filled or have a problem addressed. I went for an office visit to actually address a problem that required a prescription, the doctor billed a preventative service that Medicare does not pay for, and I was billed $300 for this service. I made a number of phone calls to various office personnel saying that the service was billed incorrectly, and they refused to rebill it under the correct code so that I would not have to pay it out of pocket and also would not discount the $300 charge. They also have you sign a form at the front desk saying you will pay if your insurance doesnt, so ask lots of questions about the service you are receiving and whether you insurance pays before you proceed with your appointment. It almost felt like they intentionally used the wrong code so that they would get more money for the service.
Dr. Murphy is amazing. She is a great doctor. I did ask for a better ob when I was seeing the other Doctor Before they switched me to dr. Murphy, i was seeing Dr. Olsen and I couldnt really talk to him and even when I did talk to him. He didnt really understand a lot of things I was going through. But since ive been with Dr. Murphy she is very understanding and helps me a lot. She introduced me to a great counselor and also got me in a newe program for pregnant women called families free. Its been a great experience and a wonderful pregnancy. Thanks Dr. Murphy
My Doctor is no longer with them. They did not inform me that she had left. In walks a Nurse Practioner without even knocking. I am completely caught off guard and suprised( 1. That she just waltzed right in without knocking, and 2. That I had no idea who this rude stranger was coming into my room unannounced) she then says hi im so and so the nurse prationer. Im seeing patients for dr m who isnt with us anymore. I guess she saw the look on my face and asked me did they not inform you? She was very unprofessional, no body let me know my dr was gone, and needless to say. I wont be back
Dr. Olsen has been my doctor for many years and hes delivered some of my Gkids through the years. Hes a great doctor and takes time to come in and have a talk with you before he checks you. After taking to you then hell come back to do whatever test needs to be done or do whatever you talked to him about doing. I like that hes always takes time for his patients and never acts like hes in a rush like most doctors do. He doesnt make you feel like your just a peice of paper or a file he reads! Very informative doctor and good at his job. Make me miss going to etsu pyhcians which my old doctor was and she left so I had to find a new one. But she too was a very good one. They really take time with you there. And I feel like he knows me as not only a patient but as a person as well. Thanks so much ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Let me begin by saying Dr. Chastain and his nurse Janet are WONDERFUL! However, the front desk staff and the medical records staff are the rudest people I have EVER encountered! After requesting my medical records and stopping by on three separate occasions, I stopped by this afternoon to finally pick them up. (As a side note I needed my medical records for graduate school- I am no longer a patient here). Upon picking them up I noticed I needed a physician or a RN to sign off for my immunizations, after pointing this out to the front desk staff she ROLLED HER EYES and said there was no one there to sign my paper, I could come back another day or I could leave it with her. When I asked how long it would take if I left it with her she ROLLED HER EYES AGAIN and stated 24-48 hours, but since Im no longer a patient no one would sign it anyway (even though these are immunizations I had as a child). I never write bad reviews but this was by far the RUDEST receptionist I have ever encountered. EVER!!!!!!!!!!
I’ve been waiting a month now on lab results and when I call to check on them I get nothing but attitude and zero answers about my concerns. The visit before my last I miscarried and got left in a room for 5 hours and when they got back to me I didn’t get checked I got sent home and had to spend 2 more hours at another office . Absolute worst experience I’ve ever encountered wouldn’t recommend to my worse enemy.
My son has been a patient of ETSU Peds since he was born (over 10 years). In the past, we have had some issues with this office (mainly receptionists) but for the last year or so they have really changed. I just want to thank the administrators of this office for the positive changes that I have personally seen and experienced. ETSU Peds has some kind and well trained nursing staff that know my child (has special needs) and makes his visit pleasant and less stressful for him. I thank each of you for that. Also, thank you Dr. Tuell for always being a compassionate, patient focused, personable, and knowledgeable physician to my child. Id recommend Quliien ETSU Pediatrics to any parent/ guardian looking for a pediatric office for their child.
The doctor is amazing!! However the front staff and billing department has alot to be desired I called wanting to check on my appointment day and time and I was informed bout a balance that I had already paid over 3 years ago they told me went to collections and they normally cancel appointments when that happens so I have no clue if I even have a appointment or not I live over hour and half away from that doctor Im not about to drive down there just to be told I dont have a appointment was told I had to talk to collections department after 4 messages and 2 days later I still havent had a call back or even reached the billing or collection department extremely shameful on this place. I cant believe they will let someone drive that far just to be turned away and the bill that their telling me about had already been paid. I absolutely refuse to pay this place twice for the same thing
Not saying anything about the childrens part!! They are so wonderful!! My girlfriend went to her obgyn appointment to talk about birth control she decided to try the pill when Dr. Kent decided to bash on her. Saying that the condom must have broke for her to got pregnant. Saying she is too young and immature to use the pill and saying she will be pregnant by next year! This is definitely not right!!! You should talk to someone instead of making them feel miserable!! He refused the prescription when she said she wanted the pill. I dont know about u all but we will not be going back to the ob!!!! There is a lot more he said to her and i cant tell you how furious it makes us!! Its definitely not okay to judge people because they are young.
Im 17 and im a ftm and the other day i had a false alarm labor because i was in a whole lot of pain.. So i went to the hospital to see if everything was okay and if i was having contractions and turns out i wasnt but i didnt know... I had a doctors apt. At the ETSU ob/gyn and my doctor was Dr. Hjerpe and as soon as i saw him he said so what did you learn going to the hospital? And im like that im not in labor???? And then he started to laugh at me with my mom and family member in the room about how we went over that contractions are 5 mins apart and i said yes i know but it seemed like it was around that time then he was like well that dont cut it .. Has to be exactly 5 mins apart so i apologized ... Then he was talking about how they probably laughed at me that i went to the hospital and that it was embarrassing.Which i thought was extremely unprofessional .. Im not even sure what contractions felt like so i was confused plus i was 1 day shy from 40 weeks. I just dont recommend this doctor. He is very judgmental and is such a jerk. Also afterwards was talking about how he knows all about it he has been doing it for over 30 years and that hes seen women go through it and was tired of it.Made it seemed like i was just an annoyance.
Dr. Olga Sarkodie is the best doctor there! She is very knowledgeable and very friendly. She definitely has an answer to all of your concerns., i have been with a few other doctors in this office but they don’t really have the enthusiasm or really the knowledge that Dr. Sarkodie has, if i need to come back for a future pregnancy I hope Dr. Sarkodie is still there because i would choose them over anyone. A couple other doctors that i liked were Dr. Ginger Carter and Dr. Kiana Brooks (although she always rescheduled on me -.-) but they too are great!
Got a appointment here best to just clean your whole schedule for the day you will sit in the waiting room for a hour after your appointment time while other people are called ahead of you who showed up after you but only high risk obgyn in this area.......
I been going to Etsu Obgyn for over 15 years. Dr Olsen delivered my son and daughter he is one of the best gynecologist I have even seen. He will sit down and explain every thing and if testing is need he will tell me how and why its need. I dont trust most dr, but he is one I am confident and safe getting all my female testing done. Very professional and nice. Reccomend to any women needing a dr for test or pregnancy he is there every step of the journey I still see him every 2 to 3 yrs.
Great pediatrics office. Have wonderful staff who are friendly & great with children. My only issue is that I have a hard time getting same day appointments. Other than that i really love my childs pediatrician.
We love Dr. Mills at ETSU Pediatrics! She is so kind and knowledgeable. The new decorations also make the office feel very cheerful for all the kiddos.
Would not recommend period wait till the last min for everything over book patients been trying to get this surgery done for a while now but ohhhhhh no we need to rebook it and you get a PC doctor which anymore as damn near impossible to get in for several months so guess what probably going to be waiting for this surgery till next year just to sign another paper to get this done thanks I really appreciate it
Every time I’m here, I sit in the lobby for at least an hour. I came in once and waited for 3 hours. Very unprofessional and rude. Most of the OB/GYN here are rude and not very helpful. I’ve seen maybe one GYN here that was nice and helpful. I do NOT recommend.
Completely unprofessional. If I had any idea of how they treated people when my daughter was born I never wouldve chose them to be her doc. They give off the impression that they do not care about anyone or any situation.
Love my boys doctor, everyone is super nice. Yes there is a bit of a wait usually but they have a lot of patients. Wouldnt go anywhere else :)
Honestly it’s horrible my last two appointments lasted an hr just for them to talk to me for 10 minutes I came all the way up here just for them to tell me they cancelled my appointment and couldn’t give me a dr exscuse if I wasn’t trying to get induced Friday I’d never come back
The doctor was over an hour late to my sons 1 pm appointment for a flu shot. No explanation from the staff or apologies. Lack of communication at this office is horrible
Wish I could honestly give no stars! Worst experience I have ever had! They didnt seem to care about my concerns or were they addressed! They dont take the time to address their patients concerns I will not be back to this office
Horrible. I hate my doctor and am planning to switch.. at 32 weeks pregnant. Rudest doctor Ive ever met. Gave him several chances.. cant stand him.. he wont be delivering this baby!
Thanks to the doctor and staff, my baby born premature at 2.8 pounds will be turning 22 this week, all 96 pounds of her. Thank you for my miracle baby!! Other doctors gave her a 10% chance of survival.
Doctors were great but the receptionist put in my insurance incorrectly and I have been in a 6 month long battle to get medical bills resolved. The billing department is ZERO help
My daughters appointment was at 1:45 and we are still waiting to see a doctor. It’s now 2:35. We’re about to leave & find a new pediatrician to help my kiddo.
There are to many issues with this office to list. All I can say is if your looking for an Ob DONT go here! It not worth the hassle and frustration. Go to other ob to have your baby!
First appointment I waited 4 hours to be seen. They do not value their patients obviously.
This is a terrible office. Want to feel like nothing but a number? Go here. No sense of urgency for anything, I ended up in the hospital due to their inaction.
The doctor was nice (Olsen) but his nurse is extremely rude and lacks the skills needed to interact with the public, let alone in a healthcare setting
Great doctors especially Dr Gage but some of the sorriest staff and nurses especially when it comes to my child’s medications and having to call and leave concerns and don’t get a call back because staff and nurses are failing to tell the dr!
Excellent obgyn I recommend Dr.Wood. Staff is very friendly and professional!
Olga Sarkodie is AMAZING!!!! She delivered both of my babies, one vaginally and the other via cesarean due to breech baby!!
Most incompetent staff ever.. only reason I stay is because of the pulmonologist.. doctor is great so is the nurse but front desk staff and scheduling need to rethink their career
Completely hate everybody thereIn going to sue if something happens to my child and i tried to transfer but they lied to every office about my care so no one will take me
No one answers the phones! Ive been trying for 2 days to call for an appt during business hours and have yet to actually speak to anyone.
Great, place, been going for 5 years, since, my son was, born. Dr, mills, is a amazing doctor.
NO CALL BACK I WAS THERE ON 9/14 WAS TREATED FOR BRONCHITIS AND A WEEK WENT BY WAS OUT OF MEDS,STILL SICK PUT A CALL INTO DOCTOR NEVER GOT A CALL BACK SO I CALL AGAIN THEN SAID THEY HAVE 48 HRS. TO CALL ME BACK SE THE PROBLEM IS I HAVE BRONCHITIS NOT A COLD I CALL THIS VERY BAD SERVICE THE DOCTOR I HAD LEFT THERE AND THIS PLACE HAS GONE DOWN HILL SENSE I HAVE BEEN THERE FOR YEARS THIS IS NO WAY TO BE TREATED THIS RATING IS FOR STATE OF FRANKLIN OFFICE.
SO FAR CANT STAND THEM!!!! THEY ARE ASS HOLES! UGH HAVE ME STRESSED OUT WHERE SHOULD I GO IF I SWITCH DONE CUSSED THEM ONCE DONT WANT TO GO TO JAIL W MY SHORT TEMPER IM CURRENTLY ON TECH WEENING OFF ANY OTHER INFO WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED PLEASE IF ANYONE CAN HELP
This place is horrible thank goodness its not my normal doctor! There wait times suck! I wouldnt recommend it to my worst enemy
Called to make my son an appointment and was told a nurse would call me back shortly. Never received a call!
Worst wait times ever!! Having to sit 45 minutes in a waiting room to even see a doctor is ridiculous. It is like this every time.
The staff is friendly. They answer any and all questions, and really help you understand what is going on.
Dr. Mills is super nice and very helpful!
I loved Dr. Hinton
Best pediatrics in tricities.
I really like the staff
Clean and professional staffing.
Worst place ever
