Friendly staff, clean facilities, fast service. Made a save my spot appointment on a Sunday morning and expected to be there half a day, similar to Freeman Urgent Care. Was there for only an hour! Extremely friendly staff, clean and modern facilities. Highly recommend!!
First time to go visit an urgent care, Everyone was nice. They were very Knowledgeable and I left trusting them with my care. The wait to see someone was very quick. Thank you Had To go to urgent care again because its impossible to get an appointment for an emergency at my Dr office. Urgent Care is Great, quick and efficient. Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you for being there.
I cut my leg, checked in to see if I needed stitches. I did need them. The staff was professional, kind and very helpful. Everything was explained and handled in a gentle caring way. I was very pleased with care. Thank you. Gayle☺️
Everyone was kind and understanding, which is really nice when you dont feel well. The check-in was quick and easy, the nurse who took my vitals was compassionate and the doctor listened to my concerns. They sent the prescription right to the pharmacy, which was really helpful since we are from out of town.
Decided I needed to seek medical attention for a medical issue I was having. Looked up the hours of this urgent care and could make it well before they closed. Drove 30 min only to be turned away a little over 30 min before they closed. Empty waiting room and parking lot. Didn’t ask why I was there just “ we don’t take walk ins this late”. Maybe they should put that on the web site.
This is a very nice clinic. It is modern and clean. I got right in, and they worked with my insurance. (I hope all is covered) The workers were nice and helpful.
Upon arriving at the facility, my wait time wasnt moer than ten (10) minutes. After getting into treatment room, the nurse took vitals and confirmed my meds and voiced my ailment. It wasnt five (5) minutes after shed left and the Dr was there to examine me and diagnosed, my problem. He sent in a prescription to my pharmacist, got it the same day. My gout is under control once sgain. Thank you so much for the fast, efficiant treatment. I highly recommend going to Mercy Urgent Care, if you have an illness or ailment, and want quick, concise and accurate diagnosis. Everyone was orofessional and very compassionate and sensitive to my condition.
Everyone was very nice & I didn’t feel rushed explaining my problem. Excellent care & all was explained well for my aftercare. NP C. Benge even made me chuckle a little!!
The nurse that handled my vitals and getting me checked in was incredible she was gentle and kind and very thoughtful she was very helpful during my chest x-ray and I could not have asked for a finer nurse to care for me. I was incredibly sad that I didnt get her name 😢.
Never again! Spent over two hours waiting to be seen. They ran three patients around me before being seen. Then the nurse practitioner was pulled away due to an emergency phone call. 30 minutes later I am still waiting. Sorry, but the level of care just is not there. Patient flow is slow. Dont be in a hurry! Went to Gardner Express Care on 26th and they got me in and out. Thx Chris!
I went not too long ago because I fell getting out of the shower and needed an x-ray done on my hand. I was told that they didnt do x-rays there and that I would need to go to the E.R. to have them done. Fast forward a few months and I needed to take my husband there for his back. Turns out he needed x-rays done, and they did them for him!!! I asked the doctor if they had always had the capability to do them and he said yes!!! I dont get it. Why was I denied service and told to go to the E.R. if they have always had the ability to do them there? Do they pick and choose who they are willing to treat, or what? I still had to pay them the co-pay, so they had no problem taking my money, they just had a problem treating me fairly. I cant even tell you the depression that hit because I felt so dehumanized by the staff during my office visit. I remember going home and crying after my visit because I felt so belittled, I was treated so poorly, and after seeing how differently they treated my husband I know it wasnt all in my head. I will never trust them with my health again. They treated my husband like a king, and me like trash. I guess the type of insurance you have makes a difference in what treatments they are willing to do for a person. Disgusting, rude and wrong on so many levels. I cant imagine trusting them ever again for any reason.*That was the second time that I was denied x-rays, I just didnt want to get into both stories. There is a definite pattern to their behavior here.
The BEST experience I’ve had at an urgent care in a long long time. Facility is very nice, check in was quick and efficient. Dr. Page was very attentive and provided a relaxed atmosphere. Will definitely keep this in my back pocket for future urgent care needs.
How fast I was seen and the nurse practitioner was so kind and explained things to me so I could understand and took her time with all my questions!
I reported with bronchitis and was told the medications I was on would make we well. Four days later—wrong. I received no treatment for my bronchitis which persists.
Everyone was very nice. I knew what I needed: steroids and pain meds. Unfortunately, they dont do pain meds, so I just got the steroids. So, I only had a couple more days of severe pain instead of the 3 weeks before I see my surgeon. Next time, Ill go to the ER.
I was treated very nicely. Even tho I came at closing time, workers stayed until I was taken care of. They worked about an hours overtime. It meant so much to me to get my broken toe taken care of that night and not having to wait until the next morning.
1. I pre registered on my phone for a 3:30 appointment around 1 PM. I arrived about 3:20 and they had no record of my registration. I did correctly register for the 15th street and Rangeline facility.2. When I got home i learned that for the second time in history I was enrolled in Mercys automatic billing system. I did not willingly do so. I resent your usurping my freedom of decision making. Will you force me to seek other care? FYI. I paid the co pay upon my in person registration. Pleas do not bill me gain!3. I was pleased with the promptness and quality of care I received. Why does Mercy persist in screwing up the experience?
I had one visit on Rangeline Saturday and one at Stones Corner today. Same symptoms. Same injury. Night and day difference. I felt heard and cared about at Stones Corner. My last 5 visits to Rangeline have been a joke. I’m glad I tried Stones Corner instead of freeman. I will NEVER return to Rangeline.
Signed in at 12:30 with 3 people ahead of me. It is now 1:53. There is 1 doc on site. No NP. It is Thursday May 16th , 2024. 30 min visits?? Understaffed . Freeman urgent care is quicker by far. I’m disappointed.
We were very pleased with our care. The NP was very kind and knew exactly what was going on. Thank you for makin my girl feel better!
Definitely a 10 out of 10. Ive been there twice now for infections in my toes and the staff and doctors have always been super courteous and helpful in my treatment. And I was in and out surprisingly fast both times. It sucks to be in pain and not feeling well and this group definitely makes the situation the best it can be. Helpfulness and empathy of the staff and how quickly they get you taken care of is top notch
I am fed up with this place. You set an appointment online, and people who are just walking in for “walk ins” get in front of you first. The waits are long like no other. It’s annoying and no one is friendly. They are also trying to put your credit card on file to make unapproved purchases
Easy to make an appointment. Online registration was a snap. I was seen quickly and received good care.
I have had nothing but good things to say about urgent care until today. I was fine with the 2+ hours waiting. The doctors were going as fast as they could. But I got to a room and some reps came in so I have been waiting again about 15+ min. I get it when you are busy,I am fine with that. But when you have had someone throwing up for 3 hours in your waiting room could you please be a little more considerate.Once the Dr came in it was great service.
The facility is brand new and clean. However for $125 to be told nothing and for the doctor to do nothing really for my reason coming in, I literally donated money to these guys. Now I have to spend another $125 to follow up and Id rather go to the ER next time. What a waste of time and money.
The nurse practitioner she was awesome and the front desk lady was kind it was a great experience will definitely go back there thank you for the best care and Im feeling so much better they wanted a score from 0-10 it was a 10 but in my eyes a 100
The people at Mercy Urgent Care. Acted quickly to take care of my injury. They were friendly and professional.
Unfortunately this walk in clinic has gone down hill since last year .I went and got a second opinion, they may want to check those thermometers they use by the time I went to the 2dr 20 mins after leaving this de office I had 101.5 feverTheir thermometer didnt register3 days Ive been illFever chills etcNo fun when youre stuck paying for a 2nd Dr .Ill leave it as this .I wouldnt recommend
They got me in quickly, no wait time really. Very kind, friendly and informative.
Waited forever to tell my grandmother that they couldnt see anything wrong with her foot when there was something wrong with it. Didnt even properly examine her foot
Wonderful professional staff. Took great care of me and made me laugh when I had just been in a bad fall. Stitched me up and made the whole experience as good as it could be.
I would recommend going to Murcys walk in clinic in Neosho and Joplin. The doctors understanding and compassionate. Plus the office in Joplin has a X-ray machine. Its a 5 stars for me.
Very direct to the point !!!Effective, Efficient, Helpful, Productive,And Professional !!! DOUGLAS ROBBINS !!!!Check in use the bathroom . Went straight to a room !!! Excellent service !! Save my spot of course !!!! In todays world of sickness I might not be a good choice to sit in a waiting room in a doctors office with sickness people and children !!! And you yourself with a illness and weakened immune system !!! Save my spot !!!Seems to be a game changer and possibly a life saver at given times and situations with Covid !°And other deadly diseases for the Sick,Elderly, and immunodeficient !!!!
Great experience. Exceptional care and compassion. Tiffany is amazing and so was C Benge APP.
Not feeling any better. Same as 5 days ago when I started getting sick.
I went in and the doctor was amazing (Dr Benge) he was sympathetic and caring thank you for making me feel better ☺️
I had a medical emergency 40 min before close and could not be seen. If you close 40 min prior please put that on the website thanks!
Very thankful for our Nurse Practice that we saw he was very kind and supportive of the whole family! Our daughter fell off the trampoline and fractured her wrist thank you urgent care team for getting us in and out quick and splinting her wrist. I know by the time we got X-ray results back it was time for everyone to go home. They stayed and didn’t rush a bit. Highly recommend!
The friendly receptionist. She was empathetic to our situation. Always comforting to have polite staff.
Great nurse and staff. The front desk could have shown a bit more interest as 3 separate (including) me tried to use the computer at the entrance to fill out questions but it wasn’t working properly and when we approached the desk they seemed out out to look our way. Once info was taken the front desk was business friendly but for people not feeling well it would be nice to have faces and attitudes that are glad to assist. There were people going out of their way to make sure we were attended to. Thank you for what you do
It was my first time there. The receptionist was very nice and so was the Nurse and Doctor. It was also very clean. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.
Everything from the time we walked in the door the receptionist greeted us with courtesy, we were treated very respectfully, kindly, and urgently !!! Dr Earl and Andorra ? were really great to us we felt very cared for and our needs met. Hope we never see you again lol 😂 but if were sick GoHealth is our GOTO when sickness strikes!! Thank you everyone!!!
I was seen by the Dr fairly quickly. Was in and out. The staff was help hi and pleasant. Will use you again if the need arises. Thanks.
My son needed a sports physical and our doctor couldn’t get him in for a few days, and this clinic was recommended to us-they did an amazing job! Check in was quick and easy, the dr was extremely sweet and made him feel comfortable, and the whole process was as streamlined as our regular dr. They also figured out our insurance which most places have a hard time doing. Definitely recommend coming here for a great medical care experience!
The absolute best place in Joplin for urgent care. Everyone is fabulous, smart, kind, friendly and actually acts like they enjoy their job. So rare in Joplin!! I’ve never waited more than 5 min to be called back. I always make an appt. Everyone should go there for their urgent care needs!!
Easy to get in, great friendly staff, fast appointment time, easy in and out, fantastic that I got in on a Sunday!!
I used the save my space feature and was able to get in and out quickly. The nurse practitioner i saw was knowledgable and able to diagnose and treat my problem. I would recommend this place.
Over an hour wait after scheduling appointment online. Lots of staff standing around talking and a couple females bickering. Very unprofessional. Better off waiting until Monday to see PCP. Was sent to Stones Corner and told there was no wait. Got there and theres was over an hour wait. The people at stones corner were very nice though and helpful.
I arrived and checked in. I just sat down and within 4 minutes called back to a room. I then proceeded to show the nurse practitioners my gash on my hand. Within minutes she had cleaned it, stitched it and made sure I had an updated tetras shot, ( I did not, but do now). Very clean facility, very professional and fast! I had a very positive experience.
We received speedy & great care. Also, mercy urgent is a clean facility.
Everyone was very polite and efficient. It was a very good experience and they got to the bottom of my problem.
All staff were friendly and prompt. Everything was clean!
All staff friendly and kind. NP was wonderful.
Not a long wait time. Staff was very friendly and helpful .
Easy to check in, NP was very willing to listen and discussed treatment option, as well as how to contact someone if symptoms didnt improve. Very clear very concise and answered every question. 100% better than my primary care physician I tried to get into (who couldnt see me for 3 weeks)
Best urgent care facility I have ever been to (and Ive been to several) I booked my appointment online before I drove from Seneca to Joplin. I checked in at the kiosk (14 mins earlier than my schedulded time) and was back in just a few minutes. The whole process was quick, and the staff was super friendly. Mr. Benge was absolutely amazing, and very attentive to my situation. This is my new go to place for my whole familys urgent care needs! Now I can go home and enjoy the day with my family.
Horrible!!! The person checking in, checked in the wrong child. She never confirmed any information. When her coworker next to her asked how to pronounce the name she said my other childs name. I corrected her and said no, its this child. And it was still entered incorrectly. Then the medical assistant was acting outside of her scope by messing with my childs injury. Which was more of an attempt than the provider did. At the end of the visit; another worker came in, never introduced herself. Never explained what she was doing. She wrapped my childs injury and never once provided instructions on how to repeat the steps for after care. Medication regimen wasnt explained or provided. Basically told its just pain. No referrals. No diagnosis.A very active and healthy child injures herself at practice and nothing? Horrible care. Id give no stars if I was able!
Reasonable wait time, caring and efficient caregiver seen, immediate testing for my concern.
The staff was very friendly and attentive. The provider was attentive, helpful and honest and straightforward. Probably one of the best experiences at an urgent care I have had.
Im not good with technology but the online sign in was easy. When I arrived I only had to wait a few minutes to be seen and was taken care of and out of there within 20 minutes I think.
Excellent, check in at 8, out by 8:45, knowledgeable, friendly. Thanks guys
Provider was patient, attentive, answered questions, and made suggestions. Glad I went there.
Ive been going here when needed since I was a kid and they continue to impress. They are always polite, honest and helpful. Their front staff always warn about long waits and are polite. The doctors actually listen and do their best to help. Also knowledgeable doctors and nurse practitioners. Thank you for being here Mercy Urgent Care
Pleasant, competent, & helpful staff. Save a spot so convenient. Staff worked hard to find my dx
Called and confirmed they give iv fluids. THEY LIED. Took my sick mom here for nothing!
Chris Benge is a great provider. Thank you for caring for our family!
My nurse practitioner was great and my nurse, Bill, was excellent. Very short wait to be seen. I highly recommend this location. The ease of use of checking in online with “hold my spot” is a valuable resource.
Went here to get health care for my son. After coming in and seeing a two hour wait I put my name on this list to hold my place in line and came back later. I still had to wait in the waiting room for 2 hours to be seen. We were finally seen and taken care of. Everyone seemed great while we were there the first time.We went home after picking up our prescriptions and after my son took his first dose of antibiotic he threw it up. I didnt have enough in his bottle to complete his course after losing the first dose so I called back to ask for another 10mls of antibiotic for my son and everyone I spoke to just seemed annoyed to be helping me and answering my questions over the phone. We finally got the meds he needed again after quite a bit of trouble. Then about a month and a half later they charged my account for $153 without my knowing about it. When I asked for the money back they told me there was nothing they could do. They said I signed something called a convenience charge which I had no idea about and sent me and email a few days before charging my account and because of that they could not refund my account. This seems really shady to me. Sure they have the proper documentation in place but it was done in a way that easily slipped under my radar. If youre anything like me, email is not the best way to reach me, I rarely check it now that cell phones and text alerts exist. After these experiences I have decided never to return to a gohealth facility again. I have never experienced practices like this at any other health care facility before and i hope to never have to again.
Got in and out in a timely manner and I was explained what was happening in simple terms
They were very nice and caring. We also didnt have to spend hours in there. Made an appt online. Waited maybe 10-15 mins. Was out of there in about an hour.
Very clean facility and didn’t have to wait long. front desk was kind, nursing staff and provider were very attentive. i was in and out in no time!
The nurse was so kind. He made the experience of dragging my sick self and my 2 sick kids over there significantly easier than It could have been. The doctor, she was so friendly and seemed very knowledgeable. She was patient and cared about my childrens comfort while interacting with them. This was a great first experience here.
From calling midday to leaving the office was ~3 hours, didnt seem busy for a Tues afternoon. Waited about half a hour after registered.Front Staff is nice and answered basic stuff quickly.Saw Matt H. and gave appropriate care.Ill probably come back to this one over others in town.-to be updated about fees later-
It a good place to go get check out when u cant get an doc appointment real quick.
Walked in at 10 am, told I couldn’t be seen until 12:30 so I pre registered and went back at 12:15. After another hour waiting I was finally weighed and taken to a room. Had BP and pulse taken and then waited another 30-40 minutes with absolutely no contact or interaction and decided to drive to the hospital ER. When I expressed my displeasure at the wait and told them I was going to the hospital I was told to “have a nice day.” I will NEVER go here in the future, it was all wasted time……update, left and went to the ER, was diagnosed and out with meds and a prescription in45 minutes.
I used the save my spot feature & arrived a few minutes early. I got right in & the nurse & provider were very attentive to me. I felt cared for & listened to. Highly recommend!
Every single person we encountered today was SO polite and personalble. The girls at the front desk were so sweet, Paige, who took us back to the room, was so nice and friendly, and Dr. Benge made my 5 year old feel so comfortable by being goofy and fun. So happy we came here instead of urgent care!
I went to Mercy Clinic, on Range Line, last Monday early in the evening. I was told they couldn’t see anymore patients because it was too late in the evening. They needed to be able to close right at seven. I went the next morning at 7:00. I was seen, but the nurse practitioner told me I didn’t have “enough infection” that she wanted to give me an antibiotic. She also told me she “just couldn’t be giving antibiotics to just anybody.” You would have thought I was asking for pain killers of some kind. So rude. So they sent everything off for a culture which came back at 11:00 last night. It came back with infection. I have tried all day long to get a prescription and kept hearing “we will get right on that.” They have now closed and I have no prescription. I have never experienced such a negligent staff of people. So, I will go to Stones Corner in the morning, pay another clinic fee. At least they are competent and kind. If I could rate this clinic lower than a 1, I would.
We have been to this location twice and both times received excellent care. The front staff all the way to the nurses and Doctors are caring and kind. I 100% recommend this urgentvcare.
Everything was great, was seen within 15 mins. All of the office staff and the nurses and PA were very kind also helpful.
They were very gentle with my daughter she was a little scared but theybre assured her and it made it more comfortable and she let them wrap her arm and they kept making sure it wasnt to tight on her she loved the attention that they gave her
The wait may be long but they are worth it. They ladys up front try there best to help everyone and my love the little toy he gets in the waiting room while we wait for him to be seen. They always listened and help me when I need to get my son checked out or when the school like well he been coughing alot you need to get him check to make sure he isnt sick before he comes back to school and they have always checked and make sure he was fine. Normally it nothing more then allergies or a little ear infection or upset stomach. Schools right can be a little much but I get it. So I thank you mercy for always helping in anyway you can
Always go here for urgent care needs. They are fast and friendly.
Very clean!!! Checked and went back into a room within 15 minutes. Great service with being able to set an appointment ahead of time!!
Staff is very polite and professional. Provided education about issues. Got in to a room quick and was provided care within 5 minutes. Very impressive, I did have to sit there for a long time. Definitely recommend going here when needed
I had a terrible experience during my first time visit in this clinic on Aug 31, 2022. I went to get help for my sudden onset severe headache and hypertension. I arrived around 12noon and waited for 2 hours and still five clients are ahead of me. So I asked the front desk to excuse myself for just few minutes and I will be right back. She answered me that was fine. When I returned, they wanted me to line back up starting to zero! I was already having blurry vision and cannot think straight. It was not until 5pm when I received help and I was the one who insisted “please give me medication now because my BP is already 170/120. I am about to passed out because my headache is really throbbing at this point and it’s too late to go to the ER. “Not until then they acted a little a bit more concerned. Now the guy who drew blood also did not practice proper technique. He ripped the end of his glove to free his finger to feel my vein then rubbed with alcohol swab. That was fine but then he touched it again using his bare finger before poking. Another problem from this visit is the test ordered which was CT scan is being denied by my insurance because of poor supporting documentation by the provider. Overall very dissatisfied.
Very professional! I made an appt. online and they took me in right away. Correct diagnosis and treatment. Would highly recommend.
My husband was tested positive at home for covid, so needing an official positive from urgent care he came to this facility. Rapid test was negative so a PCR test was given and sent out for results. We called 2 days later because we had not heard from them. The man on the phone said they would call back within a couple hours. No call. So I got the husband showered and we traveled to the clinic again only to find out 72 hours later he was positive for covid. After walking away from counter and knowing this patient has covid they didnt even spray down counters before next patient stepped up. The nurse didnt know what she was doing because she preceded to tell us stuff the Dr had already told us differently. No we will not go back
I went into this facility with the intent to seek medical attention. Up front I was asked to pay a balance of $128. Being in need of help I paid. A few weeks later I received a bill stating I owed $148 onto of that $128 I already paid. The doctor literally just asked me about my wounds . I had 7 brown recluse bites. No immediate treatment was given, and was not even looked over. But she did Send in 2 prescriptions for me. Never was I informed the $128 was ONLY the CO-payment. Never was I informed I would owe more for something that was literally just questioned and not checked over. This is absolutely not a Christian thing to do to people in need. Its Its scam , praying on those who are seeking urgent medical attention. Please be aware of places like this. $276 plus going and buy prescriptions is absurd and a complete rip off. Sad part is my husband went in after me. He to was not told there may be other charges. Fingers crossed his bill is not as brutal. On the plus side I called the bill phone number and had spoke with a sweet lady who helped us apply for financial help through Mercy. I pray we are approved. But had they of informed us of the actual bill cost. We would of not needed the assistance to begin with. We would of took our business else where.
One of the worst healthcare experiences Ive ever experienced. Im subject to these infections that require IV antibiotics to kill, and Im in the middle of an outbreak. Mercy urgent care is no more, so I went here. Waited about a half hour to be seen- not bad. I told the nurse why I was there, she did her things and left. The provider, I PA named Dr. Brooks (maybe?) came in, and I repeated my spiel about needing an IV. She interrupted me and in the snottiest tone asked Well whyd you come here then? I replied, because it says urgent care on your door. Nope. We dont do IVs. Youll have to Ho elsewhere. That was the end of our conversation. He tone and attitude was awful. Clearly I was an idiot for expecting care at an urgent care. Avoid this place.
In and out quick, doctor and nurses all very friendly.
This review is specifically for the new location at 15th & Rangeline. Everything about our experience was perfect. From online check in to the point when we checked out, we encountered professional and compassionate treatment. I cant say enough good things about this location.
The staff is amazing. The receptionist and the Nurse Practitioner was very upbeat and very thorough. New exactly how to help me get rid of Bronchitis.
10. The Staff that helped me with my eye was outstanding and should be commended The attitude of everyone working there was both compassionate but professional. 5/5 would reccomend.
Went here to have my 8 year olds arm x-rayed after she fell at school. Easy to check in. Seen quickly. Friendly and professional staff.
The provider, Annie, was top notch. She listened to me and acknowledged my concerns. Very thorough and didnt rush me through.
I was seen quickly. The NP on duty didn’t make me feel crazy when describing my symptoms. She tried her best to help me and that is a great thing in my book.
Very clean place. The nurse and DR were very caring. Listened to what I feeling. They were great
Brought my husband in this afternoon to Mercy Conv Care in JOMO due to a lawnmower accident. I have never been here before. Being around the medical/insurance field for nearly 20 years I was super impressed with how quick and affective the administration process went. They called my husband back before he even sit down. The RN was super friendly, knowledgeable and got the MD back as quickly as she could due to the injury. We seen I believe he said his name was Dr Morgan. (I apologize if this was not it) You see my husband had bled so much before we got there I think he and I was just coming down from the shock and the adrenaline rush. The MD had super great bedside manners. Something I can appreciate. He didn’t just treat us as another number. He genuinely was just as happy as we were that my husband still had his legs after the accident.. 😂😂 (inside joke) So thanks so much for the care we received from the receptionist, RN to the MD!
The check in was quick. My nurse practioner was well mannered. And the visit was pleasant and done in a timely manner. I checked in prior to visit which helps ad well.
That place was amazing! Dr Sheppard and the Xray tech were so gentle and calm, the staff was great.
Registered while on my way, taken in and treated quickly, and already feeling positive results from treatment just 24 hours later.
Walked in with my 3 month old and the receptionist said the doctors wouldnt see her because her age. I specifically asked so you will deny my daughter care because her age and they said yes. Good thing she wasnt in danger!
I was very impressed they were very nice and helpful and treated my son great I highly recommend anyone to go there this was our first time there and I was very impressed!! They help me understand everything answered all my questions and took any concerns I had seriously!!
Friendly staff and efficient. Didnt have to wait long either.
Was professional, caring, knowable, friendly atmosphere, clean, helped in my recovery, was open on Saturday, in and out in short period of time.
Dr. Morgan was very helpful and kind to me. Gave me a referral and the medication I needed! The front desk person and the nurse were both very nice also. The wait was a little long, but it was worth it for the service. Id recommend them to anyone who has the sniffles or a minor injury and would use them again.
Not too crowded so that I didnt have to wait long. They have friendly and skillful staffs that know what I needed for my problems. Highly recommended.
4-stars, MINUS 2 stars for sending the prescription to a closed pharmacy on Sunday needlessly wasting our time and delaying much needed painkiller and antibiotics for a sick kid. Pay attention guys.
Walked in, told staff I needed to discuss a prescription I was on and possibly look into getting a refill. I was informed that the doctors working there were not competent or qualified to handle the task. But, if I wanted to go back and see them anyhow, they would be happy to charge me $115 (at a minimum) for the privledge of the doctor telling me firsthand that they are not competent or qualified.
Ive known Dr. Daily since I moved to Joplin almost 36 years ago. I know he cares about his patients. I now take my great grandson to him. If hes not in the office, I take him to the walk-in clinic because I know hell the same excellant care.
A doctor told us to come here for a Covid test for my 1 year old, we made an appointment, still waited for 2 hours and the doctor comes in to tell me they are refusing the test to him. Apparently constant contact with a positive tested parent isnt enough to have a baby tested. Waste of my time....
Very disappointing to leave a review about how I was there in life-threatening anaphylaxis only to be told 45 minute wait. Even after husband explained the seriousness. I received a notification that there was a response but cant find it or my original review. Deleted??
All staff was friendly/respectful and each person explained everything they were doing and the outcome of what they were doing.
Great service and care. Very friendly, fast, and very professional!
I would choose to work with this staff in any scenario. I would bring my kids here. I would let them babysit my kids. I would let them file my taxes. Each and every one went above and beyond while I was being a giant crybaby. Everyone deserves raises.
On January 23 2001 i arrived at this urgent care just before closing. I sufferd a heart attact outside. The staff was told and they reacted and were able to get me breathing and stayed with me untill i was taken in an ambiance to Mercy. I can not possably thank them enough for saving my life. I was told i was gone for 20 minutes if they had not reacted so fast im sure i would not be here. THANK YOU THANK YOU.
I showed up at 532 today and was turn away because “we’re not taking anymore people” there was 6 people in The waiting room… then I go to the one on stone’s corner and find out mercy rangeline only has a couple in que…Not satisfied…. But stones corner is call there Boss… please be for the people! Thanks
Went in because I had a cough and was having issues breathing they told me they couldn’t do anything for me until day 7 of symptoms had to explain that I was having issues breathing 5 times before they prescribed me an inhaler two days later had to go to a different urgent care turns out I have bronchitis and ended up getting a severe ear infection
The employees we very kind the place was very clean didnt have to wait long I was a walk in patient also the Dr took the time to talk to me I really appreciated that
The staff was very attentive. I loved the check in screen where you can see when you were next. The area was very opened and friendly.
You can go online to let them know that you are coming and fill out the paperwork before you get there all the staff and doctors are very nice
No wait with appointment, attentive and friendly staff. Could not ask for better care. Highly recommend.
Went there for an xray on my hand at 10:30 and was out by 11:15. The lady at check in was VERY nice, the nurse as well. The xray technician was very caring and the Dr was very nice! Overall, a great experience and would recommend this place ☺
Be careful of hidden costs when going here. I went in and was told it would cost $99.00 and that it would have to be paid up front. I was not informed in any way that it might cost more than that, and was led to believe that was the entire amount owed (which I had to pay of front, of course). Two weeks later I received a bill in the mail from them saying I owed an extra $30. They literally bait and switched the price of the visit. I called their customer service line and was told they would do nothing about it. Would not ever recommend, go somewhere else if you have the option.
This is the Best Urgent care facility I have ever been to. They took my vitals and actually examined me.
Arrived to an empty waiting room and was seen by a nurse within 5 minutes. Waited in the treatment room for over an hour and still havent seen a doctor. Hearing other people come and go, and my 3 year old is getting impatient. Probably going to end up just leaving.
Sara Dodd nurse Practitioners for Dr. Daley is my Primary Dr. I am very happy with the staff and doctors. They find something wrong they get get you to the correct referrals and the stay on top of everything.
Very rude Dr. Daily!!! Went in needing an antibiotic for my sinus infection. Told the dr. I needed something that was safe while nursing because I was still breastfeeding. He gave me a script that was NOT safe to use while breastfeeding was sure to tell me so in the exam room! I asked if he could find one that was safe and he said no, he said I needed to wean my son because he was old enough then he proceeded to say Isnt he using a sippy cup? My god he could probably use a mug by now! My son just turned 1 and I didnt appreciate his rude option or the fact that he completly ignored my wishes and told me what I needed to do and gave me a script I couldnt even use!!
Clean facility, friendly staff, short wait time.
Sense when do you have to pay or not be seen? I feel like I’m dying and they tell me, sorry can’t see ya unless you pay now. Unreal
Very polite and was able to get my son’s cut finger taken care of right away!
This place is money hungry. Brought my daughter there and was prescribed with penicillin. She had allergy reaction the next day and we took her back to find out if it was the prescription. They asking for $88 before answering question and the nurse practitioner wont even spend a minute and take a quick look at her. This place is more like a bank rather than a clinic.
Provider, nurses and front office staff all seemed to genuinely care about our health and wellbeing. Will return if the need arises.
Great. Definite difference since change of management. Much better, faster, thorough. Youre a person, not a time slot !
Took my son in for a sickness they said was just allergies. A couple hours later his cough got worse and his breathing got worse as well. I went to freeman because allergies just didnt seem right to me, and found out he had croup that was getting worse. Will not be taking my children back to any Mercy.
Quick and easy service. Just what i needed.
Did everything online and still had to wait 20+ minutes. Im not a fan of waiting. 1/5 stars would not recommend. Nice facility though.
I was in and out without any issues
Friendly, fast, clean, I love this place!
The young lady told me the wait time was 2 hours before I could even see a doctor, after she turned to look at 5 charts on the wall. 2 hours!! you will be just another number to them. they should remove the word Care from their title.
It had a super long wait time and made you do the wait time out in your car. Well just because I was in the middle of a diaper change when they called they moved onto the next person.
I got in quickly and I appreciated the attention I received.
I have never had a long wait the staff is friendly the facility is very clean as well as the rooms would definitely recommend
Absolutely phenomenal staff and experience!
Great people always friendly
I got in quickly after reserving my place on line. I then received very adequate care.
Dr needs to learn some bedside manners especially when dealing with a frightened 3 year old. And you certainly DONT tell a mother who is comforting her child to hold her down by the elbows and manhandle her Anderson dont ever tell a mother that you are teaching her how to handle her child. .
The speed I was seen and situation resolved in. Also, the entire staff were polite and sociable.
Extremely rude doctor. Did not help my friend at all. Told her she was fine when she clearly had a rash all over her body. Wishing she would have been more thorough and less rude.
Way better that the place next to academy and does labs and xray and shorter wait and has hold your spot.
I had to leave work early and knew the ER would be too long of a wait on my foot. (I bruised my foot all the way to the bone.) The staff smiled and was very friendly.
Very helpful and kind. Fast and no wait. Very clean clinic.
Staff Patient Friendly.Dr listened.Welcoming environment and neat.Good location.
Very good communication and very nice 😊
They saw me very quickly and the facility was very clean and modern.
The workers are very caring. The doctor made me feel very comfortable.
The nurse that I had was AMAZING. She was very accommodating & friendly.
Most efficient and kind process Ive ever experienced at any urgent care in the area.
In and out in 20 minutes. The doctor was very friendly and helpful. Anytime I get sick or hurt, I always come here.
Very fast and friendly service! Wouldnt go anywhere else.
They were very friendly and took the time to listen
The staff is always kind and helpful. They make sure were as comfortable as possible, and they do it quickly.
I love mercy hospital. I have to say this place is new and still amazing. They have amazing drs amd staff here.
Very Clean I never have to wait long at all people are very friendly 😀 I was surprised to see some of the bad reviews I have always been treated well at Mercy
Had a fantastic experience with both trips in for myself and child. And online save a spot works wonders
I used reserve my spot and when I got there I was in and out in about 15 minutes
Not even worth 1 star told my wife that mercy doesnt take her ins. When she is at mercy almost ever day for her heart & kidneys
I was feeling awful and they got to me fairly quickly and were attentive, and Im feeling better
Friendly staff. Disappointed they did not except BC/BS insurance. Very thorough and helpful. Took time to ask questions and explain things.
Easy access and very nice people from admissions to the nurses. Amazing
Kelly at the Joplin location was so nice.Could use some more chairs in sitting area.
Great.people and Doctors
This place was terrible. I only went because my primary was unavailable. Not only did thwy not treat my ear infection, they made the pain worsen then charged me over $100 and told me to see my primary. I will never go back.
Everyone was kind and helpful. The NP showed compassion and empathy
I was in and out fast, the people were super friendly.
Friendly staff, didn’t have to wait long
Ive needed their services twice and had a great experience both times. Quick , thorough care of my needs.
The facility was clean and high tech. The staff was fantastic!
Very caring and patient
Excellent Management, very professional and fast Service l recommended. Im very satisfied 😌
Fast and thorough friendly care. I recommend Mercy to everyone I know.
The receptionist asked more questions than the doctor. If youre really worried about your health just save yourself a couple hours and go straight to the ER- this doctor is just here for prescriptions.
Very nice facilityExcellent careVery efficientLoved the care giver
Professional great service
Wait time was pretty short-term and the staff is very kind
I would like someone to give me a call regarding me bringing my daughter in there today. And I will not discuss with anyone other than someone over the Drs at this location.
The staff was very professional and informative.
Came here at 6pm and they said they were open after getting here said they won’t see people past 6
Friendly and helpful. Facility is clean and comfortable. I will definitely recommend to friends and family.
Next time you’re there, ask for Andy. He took care of me wonderfully and with a good attitude as well.
Quick, easy and fast
Went in with a sick babe, the staff, nurses and NP were all helpful and understanding.
The flexibility of making the appointment was helpful for us!
Attentiveness politeness considerate and got me out quick.
Excellent care!!!
I have been here several times and have always been satisfied with the service and staff
It was very nice and the lady was very helpful.
